i love fasting guys i know ash is going to say now and do your full research about hormones women's hormones with fasting do look into that because there is a bit about that as well but if you look at the benefits of fasting not for you wait when you've not eaten for a certain length of time your body begins to regenerate and repair your good cells and it attacks and destroys that's not the right wording but the bad cells it is incredible for your body now i do you don't need to be extreme with it i'm extreme i do 24 hour fast you don't need to do that but please look into it because i i've done it since before the baby i've gone back into it now but what i've changed now is when i do eat you break with a high fat meal i break with a high protein more than anything

so milk wise just back to milk i've got a question so when i go to aldi not sainsbury's aldi oh my god we don't drink no we don't drink much milk in the house we really don't the kids don't have cereal anymore we don't the only time we drink any milk honestly we don't really drink it is if i have a cup of tea with a biscuit at night which as i've said i don't eat sugar anymore so don't do that flapjack with no salt i put the milk in my protein shakes oh i have water if i'm having anything yeah but then it makes it more of like a meal replacement
