hey i'm ashley and i'm lauren and here we are again girls and boys the very few that listen they're awesome welcome to nip tuck and not giving a fuck why do i always have to say the swear word you always have to say the swear word it's your job here okay so this is the podcast where we set the record straight we've got a lot to say and we are constantly asked loads of questions via our instagram pages so here's our place to give your questions an answer so let's do a little life update before we get into the nitty-gritty of this uh a very interesting episode it's a good one what have you been up to i've been trying to balance life and i feel like i can't do it i think this is quite a common theme at the minute i feel overwhelmed how am i meant to be a good mum work

hard look good have a social life drink water how am i meant to do these things so at the minute go to the gym i can't do it all so i'm frustrated at the minute that i'm trying to balance everything and i can't do it and my kid's still in my bed and i get in bed at seven o'clock with her and i think when she's asleep i get out and do i get out no i fall asleep and i wake up at midnight and eat a packet of crisps and she's kicking you and she kicks me up the ass tell me about you you must been buying something interesting doing something interesting yeah ashley's purchases so i have bought some really fun shit this week um a few weeks ago i bought an anti-aging pillow and it's like this foam pillow which makes sure that you don't turn your head in your sleep so

you don't get wrinkles on your face do you put that on like while eddie's still awake yeah he's asked me to buy him one honestly it's so comfy so it makes you not have a double chin because it's quite flat and then it's got these protective edges so that was a really good buy then i've also bought the kim kardashian body foundation yes i use the body blur by vita liberata that is amazing okay i'm saying this is on par with that really yeah so buy it but the only thing was it took like 10 months to arrive and it was really by that time you've ordered one skin color and your skin color's changed completely like summer now and then her lip liners are really good and then also another thing that i bought god i could go on for absolutely months the rodeal under eye

corrector in peach light i think it's called so i love the becca stuff but obviously becca's gone bust now and i'm really finding this a very enjoyable replacement to that so there you go i'm gonna copy that ashley i have bought what you told me to buy finally ultrant yes ultrant the vitamin c capsules that sachets sachets and ashley told me all she had to say was this phrase and i was sold it can increase your skin elasticity by up to 40 percent now as a lady on the other side of the 30 hill my elastins are dwindling so anything i can do to get more of them is great so i've been using that i've only just got it i'm gonna try it and i think we'll probably do an episode at some point on anti-aging products like all that stuff supplements and i will tell

you whether i rate it or not because it's not the cheapest in the world but it's not ridiculous it's 60 pounds for a month's supply so if you put that over a year that's that's a lot it's a lot of money but 40 i'll pay it yeah exactly i mean instead of having some i was gonna say either Or that or I'm having a tummy tuck and an arm lift. So I love that supplement. It's a really good one and we'll share that on our Instagram. This week is a little bit different for us here. Although we're talking shit usually,

So let's get to know Sam a little bit more. um sam tell us a little bit about yourself what do you do yeah so i'm a professional boxer i've also got a main contracting company which is basically like a building company that specializes in like contract work and um yeah i've got a gym didn't mention the gym yeah forgot to mention the gym yeah the one of my biggest biggest ones yeah i've got a gym in cell that we do a lot of ladies training a lot of boxing stuff and um yeah so we need a little bit of context before we get your advice sam because this is obviously sam's opinion not every man's

opinion but i feel like he's quite a lad's lad he's pretty down to earth so i think he will give us quite a good insight sam you have got a girlfriend olivia and how long have you been together yeah so been with olivia just over 12 months now okay doing well any kids no kids just two big dogs perfect keep the dogs don't have the kids and how old are you sam i'm 27 nice and young oh young and fresh unlike me dehydrated and old so let's just explain to everyone how we know each other sam we go quite far back and we met really randomly on instagram you just follow started following me one day didn't you sam yeah so i think we knew of each other through someone i was seeing you and make best mates with their cousin um you're always popping up on mine i'm sure you

said i was popping up on yours i thought you were fit yeah yeah and then uh yeah i i can't remember making the first follow but must have lauren's got a good memory followed lauren it would have been me and then yeah we've hit it off from since there yeah we've had one of those relationships that has never been anything more than friends we just got on can't really explain why and we've just been really really good friends ever since and sam's been there for me through a lot of shit and giving me a really good perspective on things so i wanted to share him with you all so let's start with the juicy one we're gonna start with sex and relationships then we're going to move on to men's nights out and what the hell goes on there and then we're going to move on

to men's behavior on social media that's a very big one we've talked a lot about that so first question for you sam what gives you the ick and makes you want to go can i answer this everything gives sam the ick yes you get the it can i say the pseudocrine thing oh no no right go back to everything everything gives sam the ick he literally is so fussy everything gives you the ick yes or no yeah but i think maybe timing's on that things if if a guy's not in the right place but guy's not it's just not meant to be and if he's if he's not in the right mind frame of a everything will give you the ick so like i'm sending you a text would give you the ick oh yeah oh my god because you weren't ready so you were kind of putting yourself off

those and your natural mind and body just move on from that show wait oh my god don't look at me again so that is what happened did anyone stop plenty but because i'm honestly so i'm so i'm so lovely what i always tend to do and always did sorry did do um i would yeah pre-olivia um i'd i'd never want a girl to feel like i've like you know you know because that's not what it would have been and then um i'd always chat so then what always happens is a lot of people except with i'm always end up being mates so you do the fizzle then a wall is what i like to call it you don't just do the a wall you do the face as well because i've always find a lot of girls always like are always mates for me after and they never hate me because from day dot though but it's

unusual because guys and i give my mates advice all the time stop talking shit from the start like talking shit is what gets you in trouble yeah because because you're expecting something yeah like well just a little example which girls were like this so we're in marbella we're partying whatever and then i ended up at an after party and i say this is where i was with girls and there was only girls and just me and everything's fine my mates can't believe that i've kind of got this life where i can say what i want what it's because it's true yeah yeah so what you tend to do with girls when you meet them don't promise in the world and then you're not letting them down it's just it you never let them down i think that's where you girls get crazy because we're told one

thing and then another you want one thing you know you you want what is promised and you well obviously so don't promise it guys okay next question natural versus fake this one's really interesting because i think men what men think are natural aren't even natural anyway so like people say about certain celebrities oh she's such a natural beauty and you think she's gorgeous yeah but she ain't natural she's had this she's had that but all very subtly yeah but what are your opinions have you got an opinion well i know it already but unnatural and fake do you think one's better do you think it's personal opinion would it bother you if someone had or didn't have false booze what's your take on cosmetic surgery in general one person has texted in sam and they've

said his ex had fake boobs and i don't and it's intimidating to her so what do you think of that so it's honestly irrelevant i think guys as well don't look at it like like that i do as in i personally prefer natural but now i've been best mates with lauren and my missus and stuff like that things change my mindset sets change completely but from a i'm in a room you're asking me a question it's like no work nothing you know what i mean but that's like the opposite it if a lot of guys would you'd presume they'd say i like big fake tits big tits and a big thing that is it yeah you know when you're a kid you're like you're like you know oh my god look at the tits yeah boobs like but then as you get older like you realize boobs actually don't do

anything for you just your children so that is a really grown-up comment it is so fuck her with shitty fake tits he's with you now anyway exactly right this is a good one sam okay okay so we know that you're in a relationship so this is a good question for you sam how many times a week do men want to have sex as much as they can every day genuine yeah more than once in the mood for it every day so that's that was why i was kind of paused you've got yeah like once you start and if you are in the mood which means then your missus is doing the right things here you would want to get into the mood yeah well you you're like let's say everything's going right like everything's going really well in your relationship and you really fancy them and you fancy the

personality and you're just loving life with them you end up having loads loads and every you'd want it every day when you don't really like that person or not that you don't like that person at the minute i mean sorry well yeah you're not connecting at the time yeah which you know like because things go on in life as you go up you know there's other stresses minds might be elsewhere then you may not even naturally there's a decline so yeah do you think that girls should instigate then as much as men do yeah but not no fake um no no fake instigation just so don't so what do you mean like so don't don't come naturally if you're not feeling it yeah don't pretend just because you know you've got to give it them yeah but i think i i don't know how anyone finds it

do you do it every day no no i i don't do it well i've not got a boyfriend so i don't do it every day because i just think like time wise as well when you're gonna fit that and then you've got to do the seducing yeah before you have to make sure you've shaved you've got to make sure your armpits aren't smelly nice washed hair so you've got to add all this on to the then seduction to then just have the five minutes of fucking sex yeah so i think that's a lot to do every day yeah especially if you've got kids as well but then you worry a lot of women worry that if you don't do it enough the guy's gonna go elsewhere is that true i'm like if you weren't getting it at home would you start looking elsewhere does one not in this scenario does one's eye begin

to wander do you think 100 yeah that is straight the fault i'm going home sorry guys gotta stop early today i've been right sam what are your thoughts on toilet etiquette and behavior with girls so we've all been there when we've been on a first holiday with a boy and you have to wait till breakfast to go to the public toilet holiday revolves around when you're gonna have a poo isn't it but is it that big to men i can't even tell you how you can't fart nothing i don't talk about it honestly do not talk about it but like i'm saying like oh my god if you do that like and it's so sexist why why would you know why would i think it's worse that a girl does that

well it's so weird because we're all the same but we're not allowed to now yeah but like i don't know it's just like oh but then once you get comfortable with people it's just like it goes out the window but i'm shocked with myself it goes out the window accident done a trump in front of you not by accident no never i think they've probably done a cough trump where you think once you think maybe one of those just go toilet maybe do it into a tissue have you ever done that yeah it's really good so people say if you really need to trump and you can't you go to the toilet you open your bottom cheeks that's another way and do it like really care quietly like that that's one thing and then the other one into the tissue and the other thing is if you need to go to the

toilet toilet um and you're there you can you can yeah you put it in you can get loads of tissue put it down and if you do need to do it and it just dissolves into the tissue we have to sam i'm not being funny but you've just said that we can't fart so how are you ever meant to we've got to get naturally we women trump you just said we're not allowed you have to find creative ways to do the trumps what if like you were on holiday with your girlfriend and she had diarrhea say really oh my god would that be like your idea of how would it be i'm getting i'm sweating thinking about being that girl oh it's fucking it's not gonna work it's not gonna work what do you think what would she do tinder really what would she do yeah she can't do anything she's gotta look for a

new man so she gotta do you know what though that you know like when like i judge what you eat on the first few days yeah we've spoken about this so okay so when you go on a first date with a guy you're not ordering fish and chips are you no oh do you judge guys is that what you're saying no no guys can do whatever the hell yeah i think guys judge women on the case of like you're not gonna get a big plate of curry and chips that's what i would want to eat it's like if anyone's I'm trying to think of an example. There's been where things have gone, oh my God, they've fucking ordered curry or something.

You know, like... What, I don't understand. Why, it's just weird. I wouldn't either, and that's why I don't go on dates. Because you drink wine you don't want to drink, and you eat food you don't want to eat. Sam, what do you think if a girl ordered a pint on a date? Not massively into it.

It's just probably some... It won't be the actual pint thing. They're classy and they're girly. She just happens to like beer. but they usually come hand in hand i've never seen a girl who i'm into classy having a pint of beer yeah exactly you're never gonna have a pint of beer but i have you know but i bet you've nailed you've sunk them out of pints okay sam so one of the questions that we've got quite a lot and it's important to me as well really as a young man how do you feel about meeting a girl potentially with

one or more children so you know i did in an ideal world um you'd meet someone and have the your first baby i think that's a lot of people's you know idea however your walks of life may introduce you to someone with kids and i don't think it would be any problem to anyone at all suppose it would just be your relationship with that person but what i think is affected which i've seen um my mates go through is you've obviously got to look after the baby and the kid and that may cut a lot of times where you've got opportunities to see that person so the relationship ends up not usually working

however if you find the time and you do manage to make it work it's irrelevant having babies really so you just feel like you have to work at it a little bit more because there is a child involved that can slow things down yeah because sometimes as well especially as a newly single mum

you go out on your first girls night out and someone sees your screensaver and they go like oh you've got a kid and you kind of like oh yeah i feel like you have to apologize for it when i first started going out when i was single people would say oh you're fit whatever and then i'd be like oh thank you i've got a daughter yeah and i'd like try and get it out there and i think right go on run away now run now and then they'd either but i'm not asked i love kids and you think do you fuck i know you don't oh my god she's well cute but then it's quite hard to find a man that will genuinely and i'm lucky that i actually have on in two of my

relationships found men yeah they're genuinely proper lover so i think anyone out there who is single and sam's just said it himself and is a single mother there are certainly men out there that are willing to take that role on but you've got to find the right one down don't you think sam yeah and i'm not saying you always make a lot of time for the men that you've seen who what where it's worked with babies but a lot of girls maybe you know you've got no one to look after the kids it's so hard but if there's any way you can still make an effort as if you remember what it was like before you had a kid you do that very well you can do that no you do though don't you you're not you're not like a mum without you you just have a baby as well but a lot of times you've got i've

got to look after this kid and you can't come around because you don't want anyone to meet rather than thinking i'm gonna get a babysitter and i'm gonna be myself and i'm still gonna have a relationship i must say that is the best thing that i can say is just get a babysitter go and stay in a hotel for the night so you're not thinking what time am i coming back book the babysitter for overnight so important and then have your you time on your own as a relationship together get to know each of the first then you introduce the kids for you as well though not just the guy what he wants like you you deserve that you need that and even though you'll probably be thinking about your baby every second of the night you'd be in a way be feeling like you're

not just a mum anymore i agree you've got more to you which you obviously have i think it's so important wow have you been a mother before sam i feel like you got that so it's probably for me a few things you know so sam men's nights out we want to know all of the answers to this so you you did answer the first one do you tell your girlfriend if you go you do don't you yeah you're honest about that have you always been honest about always yeah okay okay this one's a really good one sam what are your thoughts on going to a strip club yes got a girlfriend i don't see anything at all wrong with it i'm going to no i don't fucking agree a million percent and i've had i'll have this argument probably with loads more women uh and i've had it with every women i've

ever said this in front of it is it's not a place where we're like oh should we go to a strip club in like two weeks it's where you go and if anything it's just somewhere you go and do you know what we don't even like the women that are there they're definitely not my type and like so i probably look at like why don't you go to the pub because it's just like because pubs aren't open at three in the morning if your fella's going strip club sorry to tell you ladies listening if he's going at 8 p.m he's just a bit you know a bit of a perv why can't you go to the casino after you go at night yeah i'm i had a gambling addiction so i can't go to the casino sorry sorry about fortunes gambling so other people may have that as well it's boring and it's just

good to go there and then you find as well a lot of lads are the same you end up there so you end up with strip clubs it's like a lads cave it's mad then you get obviously the old women but like it's a bit weird when women are in there like we like it all lads it's just right so it's not a sexual i'm gonna go because i'm desperate to see some titties strip club you know so someone else has asked sam she's found out that her boyfriend has paid for a dance in a strip club and it's really upset okay yes now what about this a dance in the club no he would have been absolutely smashed probably or he might not have been smashed he just gets them out and you just it's just one of them things you're allowed to do it go on lads and like lads are so i'm the

worst influence ever how about that my mate is the worst we're all are it's like i've been saying i'm not drinking for five weeks and i've got the most willpower a lot of people but i drink because of peer pressure you just do it we do and that is honestly and do you think that's just men

it's a minor but obviously if you look deep into it you know oh does he fancy her more he wouldn't have even remembered yeah so we look too much into it

it's just way honestly I've had dancers and I don't I can't even remember her face and I don't even remember her body it's more like with the lads

like touching each other down like another thing reverts back to movies and video music videos a lot of lads perception of them growing up

they think they're cool definitely Okay, so this isn't on the questions, but I actually want to ask now. So strip clubs, let's go from strip clubs to brothels. I'm not asking about you personally. I'm asking if you have it, because a lot of my male friends, right? Go to brothels. They think that it's not cheating if it's a prostitute.

that like basically doesn't it how many hours a day i'm awake if i was awake more i'm going to be myself more and if i'm pissed and stuff so the more you wait the more chances i'm going to do something wrong that's that's just a fact so basically so the answer is get me in bed prostitutes because they're awake for too many hours and they can't they can't possibly do anything to this girls are like oh that's complete they should be at home

yeah that's to be fair when you're abroad a lot of places are open so you'd end up you don't end up in strippers that explains it sometimes when you can't get in you go you go on but you're not really that bothered or you take someone if someone's dad's there and he's 50 yeah that's quite funny i kind of get that then i feel like you yeah i kind of get that if you're taking like what someone's dad for a dance i think it's hilarious that is quite it's all for the banter basically lads are all for the banter okay so someone's asked this question and it's actually quite sad my boyfriend keeps going missing for days after a night out then he apologizes but does the same thing again every thursday what do i do where's he going we don't know we've just

talked about speak to na basically yeah narcotics anonymous that that's do you think it's like just a drug fuel bender i can't really i know i'll get guys out of the shit on all of this but this isn't like um it just will need to do something because that happens a lot so how would you guys don't even think that i've i've been like pulling my mates out of that situation a lot of time to me sam it's very regular and it's it's just weird i can't i've never done it i've never done it but why do they go on those benders like for that they don't mean to that's the weird thing and like one of my really close friends was in this situation he's got a kid and he lost a lot you know i'm actually going out for his birthday tonight but

i've not seen him in years and um this was a really dark place for him and it got a grip of him you know and this guy might she might be like oh he's like christian don't do anything but that's just weird then but it's usually one thing so you don't think when people go on the missing list for like four days at a time and i can speak from my last relationship and he won't mind me saying this happened with him and he it was it was a problem so i think maybe there's more to this but then i i know we're saying it's a problem and it's a dark deep hole and all this stuff but i've also experienced this as well and as a woman at home when you're ringing them and then all their friends are lying to you about where they are and everything and you you know you may have

had plans with them the next day he's going cold exactly and it's just so unfair on both sides so i honestly think i'd just spin him off she needs to make the decision she's either going to help him because there's a real fucking problem here or she bins him off which is what i would do help him help him and then it wouldn't work anyway yeah or you bin him off and find someone that doesn't need help exactly yeah but when you love someone as you know lauren you do anything in the world to try and help someone and it's like i'm not i'm not even saying it's in a like this is an addiction what i'm meaning is once you do it the reason they don't go home they don't even comprehend it and where i see it a lot now isn't with women because i've got a building company

a lot of lads who don't turn in so for example we've been left in the shit a bit for the last three days because what they've done because of the sunny weather they've all gone out after work and one thing that annoys me any interview i'll do with anyone i'll say i don't mind if you do that and if you're rough you know you're at a kitchen somewhere like getting in somewhere doing weird stuff just message me bro i'm not in like be honest you're an honest person turn your phone off do you think that they're scared of the repercussions yeah that's going home so they hide for those extra few hours and then it gets even worse get smaller my mate talking from like because you know his best friend of mine he used to just turn his phone off and forget about the world

nothing mattered and that was scary because it was like no responsibility none so maybe this girl shouldn't take it after it they come down it's like oh my god it's hitting so it basically changes a lot of people i think it depends on the person yeah right and also what situation they're in before it okay men on social media everyone knows my stance on this i think that they shouldn't yeah you do but however sam is so sam's very active on social media because he has a brand and i think that's slightly different actually to what you were saying which was a guy just posting all day for the sake of it sam does it because i believe he then has an image that people know and it works alongside his brand i might be wrong he's making a long term you're

getting you're getting a brand and you're getting yourself well known do you think it's good or bad for men to be on social media a lot do you think it's negatively portrayed only what girls in terms of like being on it looking at women or just in general actually thinks that men shouldn't really be on social media at all depends it's not a distraction to me at all like i'm never really i'm on instagram all the time but i'm not because my head's not in it i'm on it for a purpose yeah posting and i'm looking at stories yeah bam bam bam so like nothing and then i forgot i couldn't tell you what i've done today you don't sit and scroll all day you know but i mean guys that have social media that regularly post stories and pictures that are not like for any financial

gain or anything it's just them showing off like you know the classic rolex and my bottle of don i don't mind it i don't mind it it's usually it's for other lads as well i don't think they think honestly my lads my mates do it lads and like it's funny when they do it because i actually think weird stuff like that thinking well they're not trying to impress anyone they just want other lads to think they're smashing it it's mad and that's why this you know men need to talk more because every man wants the other man to think they're smashing it it's weird it's a competition thing for women as well there it is when i post pictures honestly i don't post i you look at my likes there's hard-learning men in there it's women i want to look good to women i want women

to think i look good but then it's like the whole social media thing what we're all in competition showing off well that's just the biggest picture isn't it and it's all to make ourselves feel better yeah that was deep anyway let's roll into these questions for you sam okay the guy that i'm seeing likes other girls bikini pictures on instagram but he never likes mine why bit comfortable i reckon the lad like as in like i do it sometimes where where not with mine but like people who've worked for me friends where that you never like my picture you know bro but when i see i'm just like oh there's my mate yeah no yeah and i'm like oh there's my mate and then just go past my house oh oh she's in dubai bam boom you know but like that is taking like what
