that picture's not edited one bit by the way you can tell um but the funny thing is we were obviously back in the you know our infancy as a podcast and we are both lying on an office table with our heads dangling off backwards and the photographer was telling us to growl yeah and we just we it was a weird day wasn't it and we're wearing negligee yeah listen we've grown but listen i actually preferred our first thumbnail the mean girls writing one i did so we're going to have a little bit of a rebrand because it is time for us to do so so we want to know do you call us nip tuck or do you call us nip tuck not given no i think nip tuck nip yeah i think that's what people call us um or because twice i don't know and i know we say

celebrating being positive i can't say that any longer so we're laughing because that was our tagline and you know but i just we're not positive we're not positive we might be aspirational to some i don't know but i just think calling yourself a positive aspirational woman sounds she sound a real dick because we're not aspirational to everyone and we're not always positive no we're absolutely not but yeah i'm sorry about the people we were a few years ago i'm sorry we did that problem with having a podcast is you you are haunted by the people you once were and we all change you've said the stuff you've said and we evolve like if you were to listen to some of our old episodes we've probably said the opposite now oh 100 i don't

everyone finds this puff but it can make you if you're a puffy person and you're a water retainer that's when it can kind of we've had issues or if you've had a lot of filler in the past i think if you're a fresh face and you've never had any filler i think it's all right i know but then i had a friend that had pollies when they first came out and it was one mixed with a ha and you know how you've got the cauliflower eye like guy you have a cauliflower eye like when you've just had it done oh right now yeah i thought you meant in general i was like i thought you were referring to my tiny eye no as in like it's all lumpy for two days normal i had it the other week um and hers wouldn't go away because they'd blocked the ha had blocked a from duct or

in labor that slowed down the labor apparently as well it can be harder to get pregnant as well great stuff so yeah that's my cervix get that little cup thing on the go that i use god it's disgusting so yeah if you've not booked your smear girls just go and do it i need to save your fucking life because i had mine a few weeks i've only ever had one and this was my second that's really naughty that well you don't have one till you're 30 that's bullshit 25 mate oh yeah lauren you've not been going to them i make sure i go to one a year you don't get asked every year you do christina is every year or is every three say it's three it's three but if you've had a baby you have to go in so well anyway i've done it so if you've not done it do it because it's not

difficult i mean it's not embarrassing it's a woman that's seen it didn't hurt my last one none of mine have ever hurt i've had a hurt one and i had period pains for like three days after and i bled but don't like that i've had never ever it was fine for me i felt nothing after yeah i didn't i was almost disappointed better recently i was almost disappointed because i kind of wanted to go home and get attention and be like i've had a smear and it's really well i do that i should have lied i don't know why i love stuff like that um so you know those day tampons the organic cbd ones that i'd love to work with i've been asking to work with them for ages and they don't want and they do online hpv testing they do but don't replace your smear

with it no but i think um i don't know how they do it i think you put a tampon thing in and then you post cervix and then you post the tampon off this is weird and imagine somebody was stealing hpv um for your ph for thrush and stis are you sure promise from a tampon from a tampon
