Starting point is 00:00:00 No Jumper. Coolest podcast on the world. And today, I'm reunited with my man Chris Travis. Bankroll Rico with him in the building. You did. He got some dreads now. And then my man, Trey Bands, who does not have a mic, but we're going to make the best of it. Yes, sir.
Starting point is 00:00:16 Me and Rico are going to go around the sheriff of Mike. Hey, me, he's fast. Let's go. So, all right, let's start this interview. We can maybe do some Raider Klan talk at some point, but let's start the interview like around when I. I met you guys in like 2015 when you guys were posted up in Bones' fucking, what was it, a garage? Yeah, we was in the garage. And I thought you guys were the craziest, most foul dudes I ever met my life because you
Starting point is 00:00:41 had the blunt guts all over the ground. Blunk guts everywhere on the ground, everywhere around. We all sleeping in that, just sleeping in filth around that bitch. We was just making music in the garage and shit. Like, that shit was, you know what I'm saying? And it was crazy because I had never. encountered rappers who were like that raw and just like really doing it like punk rock as fuck didn't care about having crazy nice clothes and nothing like y'all are young as fuck just like
Starting point is 00:01:10 young as fuck it was like the most punk rock shit and it was like the perfect way for me to like start doing content with rappers and shit just because it was something so different that i had never experienced in terms of being into into rap i remember my first sessional war boy show was like 500 people 400 people crammed into a warehouse hot as fuck like no stage you just straight doing it on the ground. The shit was legendary. Bro, I remember you literally being in the garage saying like you was going to do this shit, you feel me?
Starting point is 00:01:37 I remember that shit and like you took it like all the way up. You know what I'm saying? Like I remember this shit, bro. Like I remember us all being in the garage when you first came over there. That's when we was all recording in the studio. Smoking, smoking blunts and all type of shit, you know what I'm saying? Where was your mentality at at that time? Because that's kind of like the Raider Klan thing,
Starting point is 00:01:57 had blown up in your face and how I always saw you guys. was that like you all sort of came together to make the most of what you had kind of like because you had like sort of a glimmer of this raider clan thing being big and then it didn't work out but you guys were like fuck it we're gonna all stick together and make something out of it yeah yeah see my mentality was like i was on some shit where it was like see i wasn't trying to go back to memphis you feel me so i want trying to go back to memphis so i was like i got to take this shit up and like and we was all me like we was we was we was we was all like doing music we we ain't know like we was gonna do what we did but like it was just all organic you feel me so it was
Starting point is 00:02:36 it was all of us just making songs in the garage bro like the i never knew like the even the songs that i made that blew up and shit i ain't never know they was going to blow up i ain't never know like none of that shit was going to because like crunch time was a freestyle right yeah crunch time was a freestyle, bro, and I was like, bro, to be honest, bro, that shit wasn't even mixed right or none. Like, I ain't mix or master. A lot of songs from that era. Yeah, from that era was not
Starting point is 00:03:02 mixed, master or none. That shit was recorded on garage band. I show, say, straight garage band. Yeah, straight garage. Garage band drop. Garage band in the garage, you feel? Yeah, so like, but that was like the rawness of this shit. You know what I'm saying? Like, that's the rawness
Starting point is 00:03:18 of this shit. Like, that's how you got kids nowadays. Like, they can just record in their bedroom and shit and you know what I'm saying and that really be the rawness of how to like the feel of the fucking songs and shit be like without going to a professional studio and shit and like laying shit down how would you describe like the friendship though like were you guys really super close or what like how close were you during that time period yeah yeah I'm yeah we was I was always like we we was always close like me we was always close and shit like everybody but everybody was still like doing their own shit
Starting point is 00:03:51 like I'll have my time in the garage where I'm making my music and I'm doing whatever I do man, Bons or Eddie or Wolfie or one of them they'll be gone somewhere you know what I'm saying doing their own shit and then I'll be gone somewhere they come in the garage record
Starting point is 00:04:06 so everybody was on their own shit but like you know what I'm saying once we came together and that's what made the shit so big because like we all had our own fan bases like from the like from the jump but like like coming from the Reda Klan fan base and shit. But you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:04:22 Like, everybody was doing their own shit. So me, I was like, I was just on some shit where it was like, man, like, I'm, I just really want to like make this, take this shit up, like, from California. You know what I'm saying? Like, because I ain't trying to go back to Memphis. I ain't trying to go back to the trenches. Like, I ain't trying to go back to Memphis. I got, we just got to make this shit.
Starting point is 00:04:44 So we all like, and what, you know what I said? What was on saying? shit because we was out here we we came out here on the same shit you know what I'm saying so everybody was just doing their own thing and then once we got all got together and like all our fan bases came together that's what made the shit so big and like how you see like how we had warehouses packed out with kids like and I always thought it was super smart because I mean something like when I remember seeing you guys play a rolling loud in the IE or whatever one year oh yeah and it was like you guys were slotted high up main stage huge crows
Starting point is 00:05:16 out and shit. Realistically, none of you guys were going to be able to be booked for that level in the show yourself, but you guys all come together and are able to do a lot of shit that you wouldn't be able to do otherwise, which I always thought was like a very good model for rappers. Like, you know, come together. People are more attracted to the idea of a group to a certain extent. But in a lot of ways, did you feel like a group? Because you guys barely, like, did songs together at all. Like certain people did songs together, but a lot of people didn't really. But we did, but like, that's the thing, though. Like, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:05:48 We, we all, like, everybody was on that own shit. You feel me for, like, from the jump. Like, we all, we did, when we came together and did songs, that shit was organic. You know what I'm saying? But at the same time, like, we will feed off each other energy because, like, you know what I'm saying? Like, if I'm in there making a mixtape, Eddie or Zay, like, they'll come into, like, I got, I got to, I got to, you know what I'm saying? Like, it was on some shit like that.
Starting point is 00:06:11 But I ain't like, I, I will be going back and forth to Memphis. I'm saying, I'd be going back and forth to Memphis because I feel like me being in Cali and shit so long I got to go back to Memphis and get that inspiration and go back to like, you know what I'm saying and get that inspiration and come back out here or like recording Memphis, just get that feel, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:06:31 And like they didn't come back out here in Cali you know what I'm saying, drops and shit, do some shows, whatever, you know what I'm saying? But I just feel like if I stayed out here in Cali and just like, I don't know. My sound kind of like switched up and shit but like I just feel like my sound would be like different. But I still got to keep my Memphis roots because that's where I'm from.
Starting point is 00:06:50 Right, definitely. When did, like, when did you start to feel like there was some kind of strain between the group? Because it sort of happened slowly and it wasn't really documented that much at first. And then over time you start to see someone play out on Twitter and shit. Like when did it start to see some cracks? All right. So this is the thing. Like, me, me, Eddie, and Bonn, we was all kind of like, you know,
Starting point is 00:07:13 I'm saying, we was cool. It was like, man, we were, we was good too, but like, we always, you know what I'm saying. Jeffrey was just a cat, nah, honey, Narayan. Yeah, I don't even talk about that anymore. That's another chapter. Yeah, exactly. Man, what we was just always classing. I mean, we went classed like that, but we were class, you know what I'm saying, just like,
Starting point is 00:07:33 it will always be something like that, you feel I mean? Like, you two are the ones who are the most similar. Like, you know each other the longest, right? You both from Memphis. We know, but see, the thing is, bro, we, we, Us, we was like, because we had went, see, I'm gonna go from like, we went on the tour, the first tour that we did, it was 12, it was like 12 guys, it was 12 of us. These, it's guys from Red Klan, me, Wolf, Eddie Bones, everybody, we all went on the tour.
Starting point is 00:08:01 Bro, it was like 12 of us crammed in a motherfucking minivan. And we just, this was our first tour we ever did with all them, you know what I'm saying? And at the time, me and Wolf was the biggest, you feel like, you know what I'm saying? because we just coming out Raider clan we was doing our shit you know what I'm saying you know we was all doing our shit you know what I'm saying so we was the biggest so at this at that time like I was um I was out here like just trying to get my music out you know what I'm saying like out here spread it out in California and LA and Wolf was on the same shit so once we went on that tour we like we was like damn like it's actually kids and
Starting point is 00:08:42 and shit showing up. Like, this motherfucker's showing weed. Like, it wasn't, like, crazy how it was later down the line. But kids and shit was actually showing up. And the songs that we was playing, like, it was real punk. You know what I'm saying? It was, like, on some punk rock shit, like, mosh, all that type of shit. And at this time, our future of them was, they was going crazy and shit.
Starting point is 00:09:02 Like, you know what I'm saying? So, uh... Rap was changing a lot. We might not 100% understood it at the time, but there was so much different shit happening, you know? Yeah, exactly. It was so much different shit happening. You know what I'm saying? and shit we had went on tour with uh
Starting point is 00:09:16 with trash talking odd future we did a couple of shows out here in California it was uh me wolf and perk and I think a couple of what we we did a tour with trash talking odd fishing and it was like some real punk shit like that I feel like like that was like you know what I'm saying the start you know what I'm saying like other shit you feel me and then but to go towards to go to the tour
Starting point is 00:09:37 with all of us bro it was 12 of us crammed in a van standing motels niggas four like four like we all six deep in one room just bro like it was it was
Starting point is 00:09:50 that shit was crazy and like it wasn't like everybody was just like doing doing like what the fuck like what they wanted
Starting point is 00:09:59 to do you know what I'm saying I was I was always going to do that anyway you know what I'm saying but like once we was done with that tour we just decided
Starting point is 00:10:09 to stay out in California and fuck with bones and Elian and shit. So like, and then the other folks, they went and back to they sit their hometown and did whatever they did. And so that's how the water boys formed because we were just like, all right, we're going it's us. So we're just going to stick around.
Starting point is 00:10:27 We're just going to stick around, stay here, make music, and book the shows. Elliot was booking the shows and shit. And we were just going to go from there and we was going up. And so, like, at that time, like, rap like you said was changing like you know i'm saying like the sound cloud era of the um just making music in a in a bedroom and shit like that like all like we was the the start of that shit you feel me so that's really like that's really like how that all that shit begun but when the tension started flaring up is on down the line you know what i'm saying so we're gonna we're
Starting point is 00:11:04 get to that though like we're gonna get to that for sure right so yeah i mean like yeah what happened in between like when do you feel like it was at its height what what uh like satch all the ward boys in generally 2017 i i would say bro 2016 probably 2016 2015 then when shit started going left was probably 21 and the 2017 2018 okay so you're like yeah motherfuckers don't know that but like yeah when shit started going left like yeah 2017 2018 all right so break that down for me how that started happening because me and um i was going back and forth i was going back and forth from memphis to cali you know what i'm saying and so i we i was making money and shit so i ended up getting me a career everybody you know like how i be like when niggas started getting their own spots when they
Starting point is 00:11:56 you know what i'm saying everybody started doing their own shit right after i saw it happen with you guys i saw it happen with shoreline yeah they was all super tight homies it's the same shit they get signed they They start getting money. They move. They get their own spots. They get their own girls. And then you're just touring together. And all of a sudden, you ain't spending time like that.
Starting point is 00:12:14 You ain't bunning this shit like that. So, like, everybody just going their own paths. So you feel me? That's what, like, that's what really happened. And we moved out. Niggas was making money. We moved out. I didn't, I didn't stay it all around LA and shit.
Starting point is 00:12:28 So, like, once I moved out, bro, I was just, I was working. Like, I was working. The bones. everybody was just working and like I stayed downtown and shit and so I would just be making my mixtapes and all
Starting point is 00:12:43 that shit in my crib like and just dropping them and just dropping them on SoundCloud and like you were always kind of in your own world I always been in my own world bro I ain't even gonna lie to you I always been in my own world we probably would have an interview in 2016 if you weren't in such your own
Starting point is 00:12:59 world bro nah this shit long overdue this shit long overdue but I'm gonna tell you though like like I'm on I just wait for the right time. I didn't really do, like, it's been plenty of motherfuckers to hear me up to do interviews and shit, but I ain't never,
Starting point is 00:13:11 I just ain't never get around and, you know what I'm saying? Like, I just wanted to wait for the right time and this is the right time. It's perfect. Fire. Perfect time. We should have been had an interview,
Starting point is 00:13:17 bro. It's kind of perfect, though, yeah. We should have been, we long overdue for an interview. But would you say you're a loner? Yeah, yeah, I'm definitely a loner. I ain't even going to lie. I'm definitely, I was never, like,
Starting point is 00:13:27 even when we go back to the radio clan and shit, bro, I was always just in my, I was just on like some loaners shit. I went on a loner, loner shit. But I was just, I always wanted to stay in my lane. Just just period. I just wanted to stay in my lane. Because I ain't never want to like just fucking.
Starting point is 00:13:45 Because that's how shit, you know what I'm saying? That's how niggas clash and shit. You know what I'm saying? Like just, you know, just motherfuckers like, if they don't stay, like, I feel like how I do it, if I don't stay in my own lane, I ain't going to like the turnout. You know what I'm saying? I ain't going to like, you know what I'm saying? I ain't going to like the turnout.
Starting point is 00:14:02 So I just felt like I always need to stay in my own lane. I need to have my own sound. I need to have my own everything. You know what I'm saying? Like, I always been like that since a kid. So like, that's why like, you know what I'm saying? And when I went solo, that's when like the tension, that's when, you know, you know, a nigga of course, motherfuckers going to get mad.
Starting point is 00:14:22 You know what I'm saying. But like I wouldn't, I don't give a fuck about what nobody say or what nobody talk about. I always just do my own thing. But when you say went solo, did you ever have? have that conversation with them, like, I'm not really trying to do this shit as a group so much. Yeah, I ain't, I'm gonna tell you, like, I ain't even, they, they noticed it. Like, they know it because I started distancing myself. Like, I just started distancing myself.
Starting point is 00:14:45 Like, and like you said, like, niggas was, uh, but when it was time, like, I still do shows and shit with them. Like, I still do shows. But you can just feel like, like, like, motherfuckersers are, even the fans, they was knowing, like, oh, Chris, he'd be on his own shit. Like, he'd just be, you know what I'm saying? He'd be on his own shit. I still do shows, do all that shit.
Starting point is 00:15:05 But that's the thing, though, when we all came to get, we was all on our own shit. I feel like Sets Hollow Water Boys is just a good collective of all our shit coming together. You know what I'm saying? Like, of all our stuff coming together. Because Bones, he, they had Ben had had Sish, we've been at a Hollow Squad,
Starting point is 00:15:24 Eddie Ben had, you know, healthy boys and all that shit. But so then you say that you want to kind of just do your own thing and how do they react? I mean, they ain't, like, they probably felt, I know they felt some type of way, like, but see, the thing is, motherfuckers don't communicate, you know what I'm saying? Like, we ain't never, like, communicate, but, like, we ain't never just, like, I just came out one day and I was just like, they already felt the tension, but I was like, I need to go public with this shit. So I had just tweeted. I was like, I'm no longer sexual hollow water boys. Like, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:15:57 Everybody doing their own thing, but I'm walking my own path. That shit went crazy and the fans was mad The fans was mad But some fans just like The real fans was like Bro, I'm glad You know what I'm saying
Starting point is 00:16:09 Just keep doing your shit You know what I'm saying Just keep doing your thing But did you really not have any Like drama with any of them At that point Or was any, what led up to that? It wasn't no real drama
Starting point is 00:16:19 With them at their point They respected my decision They respected it Like they respected it You know what I'm saying So like They, you know And they respected it
Starting point is 00:16:28 And I respected them But it's just like bro, like, bro, we gotta be ripped. I was always ending the shows. Every step's hollow water boy's shows, bro. I'm ending the show. Like, I'm the weird, like, I'd be turning up, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:16:43 I'd be turning up like a motherfucker. Like, I ain't even gonna cap. Like, I was just turning up. Like, I ain't gonna say, I turned up the most, but I was turning up and the fans, though, they knew what's up, like, the fans knew what's up and so. But so you just felt like you had a better opportunity
Starting point is 00:16:58 to try to go solo. Did you feel like you weren't going to be able to be viewed as your own artist if you kept just like being affiliated with the group? Yeah, yeah, that's how I felt. Like, I feel like I wasn't going to be. I always wanted to be my own artist, you know what I'm saying? I wanted that shit from the jump. I wanted that shit from a jump. I always wanted to be my own artist.
Starting point is 00:17:15 I ain't never just wanted to, you know what I'm saying, like tag along in the group. That's why I broke up from Radical. I was the first one to leave Reddy Klan. A lot of motherfuckers don't know this. Like, I had the Reda Klan and then. What happened? Perp punched a journalist or some shit. Hell yeah, bro.
Starting point is 00:17:33 Like, yeah, bro. Somebody from the fader or something, right? Yeah, somebody from the fader. Yeah, he did that shit in New York, I think. Like, yo. Damn, and that's what started everything? Yeah, that's what started everything, bro. You see even today Perp was tweeting about how he wants to have a concert,
Starting point is 00:17:48 you versus Walt, posted by me? I'm like, what the fuck? I said, bro, this nigga Perp, bro. He on his like 90th Twitter. Yeah, right, bro. He's 90th. He just keep getting banned. and keep getting fucking deleted off Twitter and shit.
Starting point is 00:18:01 I'm like, bro. Whenever anybody sends me his tweets, I feel like I'm being trolled because it would be so easy for it to just be a fake account, right? Yeah, it could be so easy for it to be a fake-ass account, bro. Like, that shit can be so. That's why sometimes I just be looking at that shit, and I'd be like, bro, it's just even a real perp. Like, I don't even be knowing.
Starting point is 00:18:20 Right. But so then where does the shit start going left from there after you announced that you left? When I announced that I left, that's when like the tension and shit like you know what I'm saying motherfuckers was getting mad you know what I was doing my own shit me but like I said
Starting point is 00:18:35 man we were we was always clashing you feel me so like I ain't never have no no tension between Bones and Eddie right that's what I'm thinking because Bones is super chill like for the most part they stay out the way
Starting point is 00:18:46 I said you were in your own world he's mega in his own world right Bones be mega in his own world you know what I'm saying and then Eddie I never really known Eddie to be like antagonizing shit he always like be trying to get along with everybody, keep shit cool, you know.
Starting point is 00:19:00 Eddie would be like the mediator, you know what I'm saying? Like, he'll be trying to keep shit cool and shit like that, you feel me? But then meanwhile, Wolf is like bipolar, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. He, that nigga bipolar, bro, like, he be, he, it's like, I don't know if his ego or what, but like, you know what I'm saying? It just be like, this nigga just, he just be bipolar on that bipolar shit and just thinking his ego is just bigger than what it is, you feel me?
Starting point is 00:19:23 So I just, and then that's why, you know, we class. what I'm saying? Because I'm like, nah, it ain't even for the go like that, you feel feel like? Because even after you left the group were you guys like hanging out? Bro, no. That was over by then. That was over with it.
Starting point is 00:19:36 Okay. That was over with it. I ain't, nah, we weren't talking to nothing. I wasn't, no, I wasn't even trying to talk or nothing. Like, he wasn't like, he wasn't talking. Like, I still, I still, to this day, I'd like, I still talk to Eddie, you know what I'm saying, bones in them? But like, me and wolf?
Starting point is 00:19:50 Nah. Yeah. Yeah. So what actually caused the, the shit to break out on the Twitter when you guys actually started really getting in? to it. What was that about? Okay, so you want to know from recently just now? Sure. What the stuff back like a year or two ago?
Starting point is 00:20:03 So the stuff bad like a year or two ago, the stuff bad like a year ago, all right. So, damn, bro, what happened, bro? Because I, he, I dropped, I think I, he dropped like a little song or song. Fans was tagging me and shit, and he was like sneak dissing. He was mad that I, he was kind of, he was mad that I left the group too. Like, I feel like he, I know he was, he was mad and shit. So he dropped a song or something
Starting point is 00:20:28 And then the fans was tweet me and shit Like I don't like I ain't gonna lie I wouldn't I don't listen to no I don't be listening to like other motherfuckers music and shit like that Because I'd be trying to be on my shit
Starting point is 00:20:41 But like I went I went in here I'm like man I don't know if he dissing me or what But like it kind of sound like So I'm like I fuck this shit I'm gonna drop my own disc track So I dropped the disc track And then bro
Starting point is 00:20:52 That's when like That was 2018 See this was 2018 that's when shit like was going like see we'll be on some shit like bro like this nigga would be trying to be cool
Starting point is 00:21:05 and then it'll be some shit when we fall out it's like I ain't even trying to be on there like nigga we ain't cool we ain't cool like but if you try to be on there oh oh like um we cool but like still you know what I'm saying sneak dissing and all that shit I ain't even trying to be on that
Starting point is 00:21:22 nigga if we ain't straight we ain't you know what I'm saying I ain't having that I'm from the excuse you, too. That nigga, that bitch, that nigga put me in the song, too. Oh, yeah, oh, yeah. Put my foot up his ass. Yeah, hold on, yeah. What did he say?
Starting point is 00:21:33 I don't even remember that. That was, I forgot something. It was right. He dropped the request with a fuse album. Remember the album? He had got mad at him over some bullshit because, you know. Yeah, yeah. He was signed.
Starting point is 00:21:44 They wrote me a check because I was on an album. Yeah, see, this was, this really way. This was back in. So, you know, he's like, oh, yeah, they're probably like, fuck both of them niggas now, you know. That's really what it's still for. I ain't even going to lie. And they were back in 2018 for I was to jail.
Starting point is 00:21:57 He was mad that you had a verse on the album? Or that you got paid for it? Yeah, and I was supposed to get him a cut. Yeah, like he was supposed to get him. And then, no, this really what it stands from. Penny pension. And so, like, I'm like, nah, hell, nah, bitch that nigga. Like, you ain't because my brother, he got a little tech, like,
Starting point is 00:22:13 nigga, ain't you supposed to be making money? Why are you crying over some little punk-ass dollars? You know what I'm saying? We're like, we're making money. Baby money. Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, you're crying over some little punk-ass, I'll give you that shit, nigga out of my part.
Starting point is 00:22:23 So that's really what it's stem from, like, you know what I'm saying, him making some shit about my brother. But like I said, we were class. So I dropped a diss song on his ass. And then after that, 2018, we were, after I dropped my disc song, niggas was still trying to be cool. Like, you know what I'm saying? Niggins is still trying to be cool. We were still talking this shit. But like, I'd be peeping shit from a dis.
Starting point is 00:22:45 You know what I said. Undercover tension. Yeah, he had undercut. That's very him though. That's how he is. That's how he is. It don't come to the light. Yeah, it don't come to the light.
Starting point is 00:22:53 Like he'll be, you know what I'm saying? He'll be sneak dissing and shit, but he won't say shit to a nigga face. Like, he won't say, he won't like, you know what I'm saying? I'm the type, like, I ain't playing like, nigga, I'm going to come to your face. If I got something to say. Man and man, I'm going to hit you up. I'm going to do whatever. But, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:23:10 He's the type of top behind the nigga back, do all type of other bullshit. Like, I ain't, I wasn't cool with nothing. For real. And me and him were like at one point, we were really tight, like really close friends talking every day. And when we fell out, it was because. because of him just going straight to Twitter, talking crazy shit about some stupid shit about, he tripped out one time
Starting point is 00:23:30 because I interviewed, whoa, Vicky. Like, which we thought it was funny. It was fucking, you know, it was weird, have a good time. What you were worried about with another, all fucking doing about him? And you're gonna really, like, call out somebody you are real friends with over some dumb shit like that
Starting point is 00:23:44 instead of texting me and if you text me and say, oh, that's some weird ass shit, whatever. That's whatever. Like, we could fucking argue about it. It is what it is. And even before that, it was, always on some petty-ass jealous shit. He got mad when I interviewed suicide boys
Starting point is 00:23:57 because he was jealous as fuck of them. He was mad when I interviewed Tyler Grosso because he was ASAP. Bro, that nigga got that type of, like, he got their type of energy. That nigga be jealous, bro. Like, I ain't gonna, it's just be, it's just niggas, nigga, like, nigga just be hating.
Starting point is 00:24:11 And then they want to make it seem like, I'm the bad guy and I'm hating on the light. Bro, like, what I got hate on you for? What you got that? I ain't got like, come on now. Yeah, I feel like you, Eddie and Bones all seem like good people, but it's an example of where like one bad apple could really like
Starting point is 00:24:27 spoil the bunch, bro, for real. Like one bad, that's exactly what it is, bro, one bad apple. And then on some shit like, where he think he made no jumping shit like, bro, like, bro. Come on. Like, you always like. He couldn't even make himself. Man, bro, I said, bro, I said, I told that that nigga that is, I said, bro, how you think
Starting point is 00:24:47 you made somebody? You can't even make yourself. Like, you always think you made some or created something, bro. Come on now. I put I would go into deep. I put that boy on air. He wouldn't even be who he was today if he wanted for me. I'll go in deep, but I ain't, you know what I'm saying? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:01 Like, bro. There's another ex. If any rapper wants to say they made me, there's another ex that could definitely make the claim he didn't hear it to say that. But there's a different ex that would have an argument. Big facts. I'm going to be real. Like, yeah, it was dope that he gave me that interview,
Starting point is 00:25:14 but that was honestly a direction that I was going in general, where I was trying to figure out how to do content with all kinds of different people. So he was like a real good rapper at that time, that it made sense and after I interview him Puya hits me up and he wants to do it and that makes sense
Starting point is 00:25:28 so it's like I'm kind of covering this whole world and shit but for him to act like he made me after I did literally like 1,500 interviews
Starting point is 00:25:36 since that and shit it's like bro you couldn't even bring your pull your shit together bad you couldn't even pull your shit so how you made somebody bro like come on come on now
Starting point is 00:25:44 like when he dropped that album on Atlantic I remember listening to it and just being like what the fuck is he thinking like how is this really what you did my thing is My thing is, though
Starting point is 00:25:53 Get out there, motherfuckers Think that this nigga really... See, I was really independent, you feel him? Right. Like, he dropped an album with Atlantic Like, and still trying to claim that independent status and all this. He was sneaky with the signage.
Starting point is 00:26:06 Yeah, trying to be sneaking with the signage. Like, go ahead, bro, be real with your self. Be real with your fans, bro. The lead single was a made in Tokyo song with a verse from him. Like, it was all made in Tokyo. Yeah, right, exactly. I remember being like, what are you doing?
Starting point is 00:26:19 Come on now, like, right. Like, that's the thing, though. bro, like even when we used to make music, like, like me, like how I, how I, see, niggas would get inspired by me, crunch time, all this shit, like, not all that shit, I was just go in there and go in the booth and just kill it. I don't need no features. That's the, that's the rule. I don't need no features.
Starting point is 00:26:38 I don't need nobody on the song with me. I'm just going to slam this shit. Like, and that's how I, like, that's how I was. But like, even when we did the features, like, we don't believe you and shit like that, that was just on some shit where, oh, we all just chilling, smoking, and the, the garage let's hop on the beat and uh you know what i'm saying and bones pulled that shit up and we just did that shit it's a shame because i always wish there was like a tape of like 15 songs like that bro you guys all spas yeah everybody wanted that shit everybody wanted that
Starting point is 00:27:06 shit bro was like bro that shit wasn't like i don't think it was ever going to happen for it didn't it didn't like seem realistic in the beginning yeah it ain't seen no it definitely didn't because once we did we don't believe you though we ain't know that shit was gonna take how I did, you feel me, but like, at the bike shop. Yeah, at the bike shop. We literally shot the video
Starting point is 00:27:24 at the bike shop, bro. I remember that shit, right there downtown. I think Stevie did a tail whip up in the video. Yeah, hell yeah. I remember that shit,
Starting point is 00:27:31 bro, like, and then, you know what I'm saying? That's when motherfuckers got into the BMX shit and, like, and all that, you feel me? So, like...
Starting point is 00:27:38 I remember a time period where, like, a random girl I know went to a Chief Keith show at the observatory and the OC. And she just was like, man, like,
Starting point is 00:27:46 there's so many people here were hollow squash shirts and, Like, because we had done a collab with them. She's like, I just seen like 10 people wearing your shit. Like, it was a real, like, movement in L.A. At that time. Bro, it was a real movement.
Starting point is 00:27:57 Like, for real, for the BMX and all, like, the skateboard. Because I remember I had pulled up on you and got me a bike because I was staying downtown. I had pulled up on you and got me a bike, bro. And I was like, shit. I ain't never like, I ain't never, I wouldn't ever ride bikes. But, see, I was like, I want to ride by. I ain't have no car. And then like, I ain't had no car.
Starting point is 00:28:14 I was like, nigga shit, I got to get around downtown. So I had my bike and shit like that. Quick detour in this conversation before we get back to this other shit. Do you have any memories from that time period of going to all those ham shows and being in all those crazy-ass environments in terms of either people who have lost their life since then or just people who went on to become legendary? Is there anything that ever stands out to you of like, I was in some wild-ass spaces? Hell yeah, bro.
Starting point is 00:28:39 Like, bro, I see it like, bro, you got to think about it. Like since ham and all that shit, ham was like the first, bro, when I first, first came. I think Han was my first show, and it was with main attractions. They was, you know, they was doing the cloud, the cloud rap shit. We can get into it with A-South rocking and all that shit. That's what's funny people. I used to call it cloud rap. Like when I first started fucking with y'all before sound cloud rap, I was just saying, like,
Starting point is 00:29:07 yeah, I'm fucking with these dudes' bones of them, and they do like cloud rap type shit, because that's what they were calling it with young lean. Yeah, it was with young lean. And you guys were kind of like in that family, you know? Bro, like, the crazy thing is, like, they're trying to treat, like, coding any pieces like, did I made, like, a cloud rap album.
Starting point is 00:29:21 I wasn't even making that shit on no cloud rap. But, like, I feel like that really started the genre. You know what I'm saying? Like, people are calling, oh, the cloud rap, the druggie, the spacey, wavy beats, you know what I'm saying? The spacey, wavy flow. Like, you feel me?
Starting point is 00:29:35 Like, there was the start of that shit. And then, you know, but I feel like A. A.S. Rocky was doing that shit, too, at that time. He was an influence for sure. Yeah, he was, yeah. But, okay, like, I meet a million rappers from Memphis or from like different hoods or whatever. And a lot of them like they make music realistically that sounds like, you know, street music.
Starting point is 00:29:52 They're trying to sound like push-shisty or Big 30 or whoever the fuck these days, you know. But you always have been so different and you never really seem like you tried to fit in at all. But I was on, I ain't going to lie. I used to make like shit like my first shit, I was making like street shit like real killer shit. Like if you go back to listening to old Chris Travis, you would be like, damn. But then I was just like being in California. bro, it just like, like, it changed up my sound. I think it did it for the better, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:30:21 And it just made me want to be different. Like, because, like, everybody in Memphis was rapping about the same shit. Right. Like, you know what I'm saying? But every, like, but, like, Memphis is like that staple I feel like, like, even right now. Like, Memphis is like their staple, like, or the sound of, like, hip hop for real. Right. Like, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:30:38 Especially with all the artists and shit blowing up out of the city. Yeah. Like, motherfuckers going, the city going crazy. Hell yeah. That's a fact. Hell yeah. All right, so what happened more recently when you was pulling up to a spot putting it on Twitter? So, how that shit went about, okay, bet, bet, bet, okay.
Starting point is 00:30:57 So he, I'm on, like, like I said, niggas be having secret, like, secret little tension, you know what I'm saying? Like, niggas be having secret attention. So we was following each other. Like, we, we was following each other. And, uh, but we ain't talked, but like, I just be like, bro, niggas just, you. just be watching, the lingers just be, you know what I'm saying? He just be trying, you know, he just be,
Starting point is 00:31:19 he just be trying to see what niggas on and shit. So, but like, we was following each other. He was promoting his, uh, new album or whatever, I guess. So, uh, he had dropped a promo video or something. And then I was,
Starting point is 00:31:33 uh, I had, I seen it. And I was like, and it was the same beat. I literally, it was the same sound, but I ain't even gonna lie.
Starting point is 00:31:40 It was the same sample I just used my recent album. I'm like, I had come. I ain't say no hate and shit or none of that shit, you know what I'm saying? I ain't say no hate and shit or none of that shit. I was just like, damn, this shit, this shit hard. Everybody used this sample.
Starting point is 00:31:53 I was like, I used this sample. I used this sample. Like, you know what I'm saying? I did this motherfucker first. Like, you know what I'm saying? And so he had replied. He was like, hell yeah, it is, bro. Then his brother had came and just said some haynad shit.
Starting point is 00:32:10 And I had responded back to his brother. Yeah, I had responding back to his brother. And I'm like, fuck out of here. Like, nigga, I had said some shit back, and you feel me, he was mad about that, you know what I'm saying? Nigger was mad. And so we arguing in the comments, of course,
Starting point is 00:32:25 you know what I'm saying, his little henchement, or his little, little weak-ass little... Millions. Communions coming. And so I'm like, man, y'all, niggas speaking for this nigga, let this niggas speak up for itself, bro. And like, like,
Starting point is 00:32:38 I think three or four days later, this nigga, get on Twitter. Just like you said. He got on Twitter. He was on tough as hell. I don't know he was on some coke. I don't know if he was on some drug or something. He woke up like he just tough as hell.
Starting point is 00:32:53 I'm like, week later, now you want to get tough. Man, look, Adam, like, as soon as I seen that tweet, I'm like, hold on. Hold on. I shit. It got deleted. I never actually saw it. Yeah, I still got this shit, nigga. I'm like, hold on.
Starting point is 00:33:07 The fans aren't archiving hard enough. The fan page has got to work harder. Oh, yeah, yeah. The fans still got that shit. Yeah, he's talking now. I'm like, hold on, hold on. He had said some, he had said, bro, Chris said something about my brother's some shit.
Starting point is 00:33:23 I'm on his ass. I'm on his ass, I'm on his ass for L today. That's some shit. I'm like, nigga, you're an anime rapper, nigga, quit playing, nigga. Oh, man. Bro, stop playing on me, nigga. I'm really from the man.
Starting point is 00:33:32 I'm really from Mip. Like, I'm really from the Trenge. Like, I know you, bro. Like, stop playing. You live in Mississippi. You really weren't even in Memphis like that for real. Like, stop playing, bro. You're not even, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:33:44 The truth will come out for real. Yeah, the truth would come out for real. Like, nigga, you're, yeah. A lot of shit, these rap about this, you niggins. Man, man, come on. Facts, bro, like, nigga, I didn't really beat some shit in Memphis. Like, you know what I'm saying? From my, me, my folks, like, come on now.
Starting point is 00:34:00 Like, you were doing this shit. Fass, like, nigga, you was in Mississippi. You want you stay on the borderline, all the branch. Like, you aren't in Memphis for real. Like, niggas just be talking. So, I was like, you're an anime rapper, but stop playing with me. Then he had said, uh,
Starting point is 00:34:14 He had said some shit where, like, oh, he's, he's, what the fuck did he say? He was like, you just mad or something. Like, you just mad. You, I ain't, you ain't, your numbers and shit for, you, your numbers and shit. You know where I meant, though. I said, I know where you were. I said, bitch, I'm on the way to Hollywood right now. Bring your soft ass out of your apartment.
Starting point is 00:34:35 I said it just like that. Bro, I'm literally out of him. Soon he said that, I dashed out my motherfucking dope. I'm like, I'm on the way right now. I'm telling you, I'm doing like a hundred. 50 down the motherfucker Anyway, I'm like, all right, since this nigga's so tough, bro, I'm like, since he's
Starting point is 00:34:50 so tough. See what they on it. Yeah, I'm like, I'm seeing if the niggas, niggas is like really on it. So I pulled it up. And I'm like, okay, like, I pull, you know how, you know, right there on Hollywood and shit. You know the gated little apartments and shit.
Starting point is 00:35:03 Like, I'm like, all right. So I pulled it up, stay there to the picture. Bam, nigga, I'm made so spot. Nick, where are you with? Come outside, nigga. Like, I said some funny ass shit. I said, tell the Big Badwood come outside if I blow his house down.
Starting point is 00:35:15 Bro, that tweet really got... Bro, that tweet got reported and deleted all this. Yeah, yeah. They had a lot of my Twitter and all this shit for that shit. So, like, I'm like, yeah, since you're so big and tough, like, you're talking to all this shit on Twitter, a nigga, come outside, bro. Like, stop playing with me, bro.
Starting point is 00:35:33 Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, come on. You know how I get done. Like, stop playing with me. Yeah, that's an L. You can't, like, act up and then have somebody post your grit. And that's what the fans were saying. Like, you told Chris to pull up.
Starting point is 00:35:49 Right. He pulled up. And you said, you know where I'm at. Okay, yeah, I know where you're at. You act like you was out eating. I told you, literally, I'm on the way. You probably left the house and went out to eat or did whatever you did. But like, and then after that, his little, uh, little million want to come in, little Jeffrey.
Starting point is 00:36:08 I'm like, bro, I only want to talk. That's, man. You wasn't nobody. You wasn't nobody. That boy right. Why did you even stepping in, man? That boy right there is a little boy, man. It's really sad.
Starting point is 00:36:21 Just seeing him just be a little henchman. But he ain't really ever got anything in return besides a tiny little droplet of clout, right? A little drop in it. He could barely get a retweet. A droplet, bro. This nigga, look, he was my cameraman. He was my cameraman at first.
Starting point is 00:36:38 I don't even think they went even, was they even fucking. Was he even going to be? Was he one fucking? He wasn't even around. Yeah, he wasn't even around. He wasn't even around that shit then. This niggas was my cameraman. Me and Wool, we was, I brought him around like, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:36:50 And he started like, I guess he started the rap. He was, he thinks he can, oh, I can do this rap shit too with him a little week at ABC, one, two, three as little songs he made. But like, bro, he, I guess he started he can do the rap shit too. So I guess, and then, you know, me, we, we had, feel like, and then Wolf and Jeffrey, they were just always, you know, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, Both, like, got the same, like, fuck, nigga, look, mentality, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:37:16 But they were beefing for a minute, right? That's why it was weird seeing him dick ride each other now, right? That's right. I mean, the fucker didn't like each other. But like I said, bro, like, he going to get this, man. Leave his ass out of town there, everything. We want to speak. We ain't going to speak.
Starting point is 00:37:29 I mean, that man. Like you said, he got that little drop of the clout. He got that shit only from the wood fans, bro. Like, come on now. You ain't got your own fan base. What's stopping? Yeah, no. Right.
Starting point is 00:37:39 Yeah. I always liked his music, too, but he just acts like a weirdo. Man, I ain't, I can't name us memorable Jeffrey song. Rape, rape. Right, right. Then, nigga, you made a song like, no, that's that too, bro. We're lucky that never really blew up because that could have looked bad for the whole group. Yeah, bro, that's, but look, look, like, that's how me and him, I had, I had fucking, it was a fucking, a video popped up on my Twitter timeline.
Starting point is 00:38:07 Oh, everybody's singing along to it at that show? Everybody's singing it. And it looks crazy. I said, that's really when I was like, bro, I'm distanced in my, like, I can't even fuck with D-Line. I really said there on Twitter, I said, bro, D-Nigas-Lan, I can't fuck with D-Lan, man, niggas, like, and then that's when niggas got mad.
Starting point is 00:38:23 And then, you know what I'm saying? This is probably into, I think this was 2018, too. That was 2018, yeah, 2018-219. Like, I was like, bro, I can't fault with D-E-Lan, man, this shit, lame is hair. I remember T.A. Double Dala playing me that song and just being like, bro. Like, I'm like, yeah, he thought it was funny as fun.
Starting point is 00:38:40 I'm like, bro. you got to get rid of this. You got to delete this shit. I'm like, you're going to get in trouble, bro. In the, uh, I-Mack recycle bin, boy,
Starting point is 00:38:49 never bring it back, nigga, nigger. Yeah. Throw that bitch in a recycle bin, never bring it back, nigga. Hell,
Starting point is 00:38:54 no, bro. Yeah, but at the same, bro, he, he wanted to, he was inspired by my flows and all it.
Starting point is 00:39:02 Bro, I'm telling you, bro, these nigs be inspired by me for real. Like, but Rico, how are you catching Malackin at the 7-11?
Starting point is 00:39:07 What's going on? Man, you really, pull-up boys, You know what I'm saying? Man, we bagged in a gas station, man. I'm in a car, you know, come on now. I'm always in the city, man.
Starting point is 00:39:18 Come on now. I'm out of her. Man, really be in the city, though. I'm out of her and, you know what I'm saying? In this bitch type of shit. I believe you. I know. We had a gas station where I play.
Starting point is 00:39:29 It's probably about two in the morning. You know, I'm always out. I need my house. I ain't going to sleep. The sun come up. So, man, at the gas station. Bam. My cousin, he, uh, can my gas station?
Starting point is 00:39:39 He said. So, man, I love this. He said, that's the Japanese, I said, man, I love it. I said, my name, boy, my bans, my answer. I said, I said, Chris, I said, check him out right now. I said, what's up? I said, I said, I said, he lucky, man. I said, I told him.
Starting point is 00:39:57 I said, I said, I said, I could have hopped out, beat them, treating him, get whatever. It would have led to whatever, but I said, I ain't it going to do it. I said, bro, man, no count, for real. And then he in the hottest, he in the hottest. the hottest part to see the world of the sheriff fit. He knows the go over to say. We had the police headquarters.
Starting point is 00:40:15 Yeah, facts. Like, hash cross, police. He was a month of them but sherib hot. We had the headquarters where they pull up in. Man, police hot as hell over there. Damn. No lie. And then, all you, let me tell you, hold on that.
Starting point is 00:40:28 I ain't even fin him. Nix don't really be in the city like that, for real. Let me finish this part here. So, man, this is how he, this how he, uh, when I let him know was me. Bam. Open the door. I said, what it is? You know, I had hit him with them with them.
Starting point is 00:40:40 men to the side to line, pulled down my mask. I said, hey, homie, you need some help. Mine, that bitch got to run into the car so quick. Look, he looked back. That boy, he looked back. That bitch, he hopped in the car so quick. That boy turned to the finest company, huh. I promise that boy pulled off in that 1985-ass car like that ho was a GTR.
Starting point is 00:40:59 I stamp it. And then, look, we're in the scat. We came out the gag. We came out of the park lot. He didn't that hole coming out that was sideways. Man, that bitch got to go on about one and four. He didn't blew the motor trying to get. get down the street.
Starting point is 00:41:11 You were one of the best people who has ever lived, Rico. The most legendary human. Bro, you need to be a star. On everything. He is next up. Bro, Rico next up, man.
Starting point is 00:41:23 Trey band next up, man. Big facts, bro. On everything, is your song still on the SoundCloud or do he take it down? He took it down when the beat started. I knew it. I know it.
Starting point is 00:41:34 I got to go listen to that song right now. I got plenty new shit. I got plenty of new shit. He'd be capped on the way. On the kick of dough. And everything got rap about I did. Unlike him. Man, big fat.
Starting point is 00:41:48 He stole. He was stealing Chris Flo, but when he got to rapping about other shit, he wasn't rap. He wasn't raped by none of that shit to I came around. He wasn't rapping about pimping, breaking old bitch to our camera. Come on, be real.
Starting point is 00:41:59 Pimping and all this shit. You were rapping, all this shit. You go from raping by raping and tricking to pimping. How? How? Now you're, now you're just. I'd be on some games. You just don't know what to switch.
Starting point is 00:42:12 You don't know what you want to be in life. Man, man. Get your ass up out of here, the boy. Like, that's what I'm saying. Ready, nigga, bro. Dave.
Starting point is 00:42:21 He went from rape. He fucked up. He fucked up. That's crazy that people are going to be searching that song. I'm just being like, what's off? Damn, we should have made that. They're going to have to go to the dark web to find it.
Starting point is 00:42:34 Man, on everything. That bitch probably got that shit removed off everything. I searched for a couple of times. Whenever I found it, it's from, like, somebody uploaded it, like, six months before because it's been deleted so many times. Yeah, type shit. Long-a-time ago, man. Come on now.
Starting point is 00:42:48 Crazy. Like, man. That way I said, I had a dissing myself from these nigginess. Man, I cannot fuck with these niggas, bro, at all. Yeah. You still talk to Eddie or Bones at all, though, or is that kind of weird now? That's kind of weird now. Like, I can't even, fuck with it.
Starting point is 00:43:02 Like, shit, after the shit, that's weird all bones and Ellen and I guess they don't follow me and shit. I'm like, fuck y'all niggas too. Fuck you talking about. Like, stop playing with me. Y'all know how I get down, bro. Like, stop playing with me. You know what I'm saying? Like, but that's how, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:43:16 That's how I should be. Like, that's why I always been on my own shit. You feel me? Because, like, it's just like, I already. See, when she hit the fan, they start getting pick a size. When she hit the fan, niggas start picking sides.
Starting point is 00:43:27 And really, these nigg need to stab the bin. They need to stay out of the main. They need to stay out of the being because y'all really, y'all ain't from the city where we're from. So that will I be saying, like, anybody that ain't, that ain't got nothing to do with this Memphis, like this shit. Like, stay out of it.
Starting point is 00:43:43 Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, because they really be picking sides and choosy, choosy and shit. Like, nah, nigga, if it's like that, fuck all y'all, nigga. For real. On everything. Damn it. Damn. Big facts.
Starting point is 00:43:55 Nah, yeah. I mean, there's part of me that's like, damn, it would be great if you guys got back together or whatever. But, I mean, honestly, like, dude is a weirdo. And at the end of the day, it's just like the kind of person is too emotional to even try to have, like, real relationship with even with your history you know what I'm saying because same with me like real it's real talk 20 2016 bro when I met X like X X X X X X X I had I had and I had hashtag hollow squad in my fucking Instagram bio and like just to put into perspective how much I was rocking with him like when I interview DJ Paul what am I doing I'm playing his fucking video for him I'm like really
Starting point is 00:44:32 showing real love like the shit that like I would almost not do for anybody at this point you know And he just totally took that for granted and just got jealous of me getting into a different position. That's it. Let me stand it. I stamped it on great. When I first met Juice World, we was in the back of no jump when he first bumped Lucy Dreams for you. On me, it wasn't even out yet. It was unreleased.
Starting point is 00:44:53 He was bumping that jump. I said, damn, that's a fucking video on Twitter the other day of me and Juice World. And Xavier's standing right next to him. I was like, that's crazy. That was the day I met him. Like a little cookie out of a little evening. Yeah, yeah. crazy.
Starting point is 00:45:09 Shit, like, shit, crazy how shit be turned out, man, niggas be ego shit be fucked up niggas be fucking up
Starting point is 00:45:14 niggas what they ain't they is what they ain't. Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, come on now. Like,
Starting point is 00:45:21 if you was real, if he was real, bro, it wouldn't be no problem, you feel me? Even with y'all, it wouldn't be no problem. Like,
Starting point is 00:45:27 like, with me, I wouldn't, I wouldn't, I wouldn't get, why would I get jealous that you doing an interview with anybody else
Starting point is 00:45:35 or any of that type of shit? I don't give a fuck about it. What? Like, come on now, you worry about two minutes. You worry about other folks too much, bro. And it's crazy because I met and I had relationships with so many rappers, so much bigger than him that keep it so much real. In the face of shit.
Starting point is 00:45:49 Bro, I just, Fredo Bang just FaceTime me. Bro, I interviewed people that Fredo Baner do not get along with. I interviewed both sides of the shit in Chicago. I interviewed people who got real murderous ass beep with each other, and they don't give a fuck about the fact of me doing my job. So the fact that that was my boy like that, and he was tripping over tiny-ass political-ass shit was just like, bro, you're not a real person.
Starting point is 00:46:11 That's how you know he's lame as fuck, bro. Like, that's how you know. Bitter his head. For real. Be bitter as fuck. Yeah. And I resent the whole thing of like, oh, I made you or whatever. It's like, bro, I kept my foot on the gas.
Starting point is 00:46:23 Like, yeah, you gave me a little tiny thing there. That's the thing. But I stayed on it. And meanwhile, your music fell off a fucking cliff. Man, exactly, bro. Like, and then he gave me, the motherfuckerking get mad. You know what I'm saying? when he said a nigga doing good
Starting point is 00:46:37 when he said like with you doing good me anybody doing good like bro come on bro stay in your lane bro like you know what I'm saying stay doing what you do stop worrying about other motherfuckers and what they're doing you feel like it's a real teaching moment for kids out there don't get caught up in your own ego you know
Starting point is 00:46:54 mind your business stay in your lane and you're gonna be good and miss for all the little week at little fans bro y'all stay like, bro, the fans that they be like, the fans be like, bro, they don't see, they don't really see how this nigga is for real. So like they think this man some type of, like some type of tough guy or whatever, however he'd be trying to betraying his image of mute.
Starting point is 00:47:18 Nah, stop it, bro. Yeah, he really, he goes out of his way to not put his actual personality on the internet because the fans act like we'd be tripping when we're like, yo, you're, you're a Molly head, you fucked up on drugs, whatever. They act like, we're just making shit up. Yeah, like we're just making shit up, bro. Like, we actually, realistically, me and household a shit, we know hell of shit about shit.
Starting point is 00:47:38 Girls told us about homie that I'm not going to bring to the table because I don't really respect people who do the pillow talking like that. I'm not going to talk about shit with bitches. Big fat. I ain't got to speak on. If they got something to say about you, they could say it. But my belief that you are a weirdo is cemented in stone. Understood, bro.
Starting point is 00:47:56 Like, shit, whoa. Don't even bring up no bitches, bro. Because, like, what? Come on now. Come on. This could get bad. Man, yeah, Cannon.
Starting point is 00:48:06 Cannon! Draw some cannon balls, man. We ain't, bro. We ain't hear up, bro. We ain't, like, man, y'all do y'all thing. Like, bro, like, I, like,
Starting point is 00:48:18 shit ain't, I don't, we can, ain't, I ain't trying to get on no songs. I ain't trying to do no, show. I ain't got no, no show. I told it, nothing of that, bro.
Starting point is 00:48:26 Like, it's, that shit dirt for. I got to ask you this. Throughout the whole time I've known you, there've been quite a few people who were riding the water wave, saying water, making water songs, whatever. It's understandable because it is the one thing that we're all drinking.
Starting point is 00:48:42 But, you know, you really coined Water Boys early on, and now it's gone as far as Cuevo making a motherfucking water boys film. Bro. Bro. Bro. Yeah, Cuevo, Boosie Winn. I ain't gonna lie. I see no say cheese.
Starting point is 00:48:57 That's Boosey's shit. Quava's just in it? Yeah, yeah. I see him say cheese and shit. I was just like, bro. Like these, that's why I got my shit copyright trademark. Man, niggas been saying, doing the, trying to do the water shit, the water boy shit, bro, it's just like, bro, I've been, I know these niggas see you and I know they see what's
Starting point is 00:49:14 up. I'm like, stop playing. Like, that shit, straight me. I really started the water boy shit. I ain't even going to lie. You know, I used to be on the lane. You know, I used to be on lean heavy. I'm like, who the fuck thinking about that name shit water?
Starting point is 00:49:26 Man, nobody else thinking no damn wall. Everybody from Memphis has to go through a lean face. Man, I, you know, I was on the lean heavy and shit. You're lucky if you make it through like a couple years. Man, you look fast. Chris had whipped my ass when that I stole his leg. Yeah, yeah. He got mad at his head.
Starting point is 00:49:40 Yeah, I ain't going to lie, bro. I used to be up, bro. And no one act was in this stuff. No one he was around. Yeah, that's when the act was around. I was going to act for cheap as hell. Paints. I was going to act for cheap his hair.
Starting point is 00:49:51 She had made him. He got mad at his head. He got mad at hair. Yeah. Yeah. You were about a foe, too. But then, like, what the fuck my drink? I said, dang.
Starting point is 00:50:03 But then I was just like, bro I can't like I was just on some lean shit And I was bro I think I had got dehydrated Or some shit And like bro I was like bro
Starting point is 00:50:14 I need some motherfucking water Like water like water like That shit helped in there I was just like bro So when I got back out of the Cali and shit I went to the beach I went to the beach and shit Bro I'm literally

Starting point is 00:50:37 Like, I need to start like a movement where like, I can have my fans and shit like, rep this shit and fucking like, you know what I'm saying? Just rep this shit to the court because like, I ain't want to be like, and then a brand, really.
Starting point is 00:50:49 I ain't want to be no rapper without no, like, nothing to call my fans or like no brand and none of that shit. So I was like, bro, I just came over water boys. When I think about you guys, I always think about like the flyers that the fans were making shit
Starting point is 00:51:02 with like hella feet. Yeezing it and shit. I'm telling you, I used to, this is on, on Twitter. I fucking, I was on the beach.

Starting point is 00:51:18 this shit became a worldwide trend, bro. Like, this shit became worldwide trend on Twitter. Everybody taking pictures of Fiji. Everybody doing the Fiji shit. Like,
Starting point is 00:51:27 I didn't see motherfuckers like young lean putting the Fiji shit in his mixtape covers and shit. And I was just like, bro, like, you know what I'm saying? Like, this shit became a worldwide thing. Like, I was like, damn, like, it's crazy. So that's when I was like, oh, yeah, I got to take this water boy shit.
Starting point is 00:51:41 Like, I got to take this shit all the way up because, like, I had motherfuckers doing drinking the water. I was making songs called H2O and like just making my shit like on some water shit. And then that's when like down the line motherfuck rappers, they started doing all the water shit, making niggas drinking water doing the water shit and I'm like
