Welcome back. This is Mad Lately. Hey, I'm Rose Kranzvik.
Gina Vuce. Gabe C. And we have Erencia de Patrones, JD.
In the whole squad, everybody introduce yourself real quick.
Yes, sir. We live with it. JD. Erencia de Patronis.
Vocalista. Omar Ruiz, bass. I'm Roel Valencia, Harmonia.
Yeah, my guys, it came with the bust down Cardi's. Okay, look, this is the new generation of, like, the Corridor shit,
and I think it's really important to, like, you know, kind of build that bridge, you know, because I feel like,
the minute I saw videos of you guys is like, oh shit, this is like some rap shit, but in Spanish.
You know what I mean?
And I couldn't tell that you guys were influenced and grew up listening to rap shit and probably still do.
Yep.
So I think it's dope to build the bridge.
I've seen, you know, you guys working with starting to work with like hip hop artists and
crossover and stuff.
Like we'll get into all that.
But yes, shit, what was good with y'all?
Shit, we out here in L.A., chilling.
We came out here too.
Well, usually we come out here to like pick up merch and shit, you know.
trying to network with people.
Like, I'm not from out here.
I'm from Northern Kelly.
But fuck, I've been feeling like lately.
I'm from out here, you know.
Yeah.
I'm just out here like four days out of the week.
Oh, shit.
Yeah, you might have to make that move.
You guys drive or you guys?
Yeah, we drive.
You drive mission.
It's always like a seven-hour drive.
Fuck.
It's cool.
We always just chiefing it.
I assume you guys aren't driving.
It's somebody driving for you.
We got my boy.
We're in the wheel.
Yeah.
You got breaks in between or y'all going on seven straight?
Seven straight.
I told myself after my last Vegas visit, I will never drive for more than an hour again.
For more than an hour?
It doesn't take you more than an hour to get here.
It took an hour and a half.
It took an hour and a half for me.
What took you so long today, Gina?
Man, it's been a rough two weeks.
A rough two weeks.
Yeah, my body broke down yesterday, so I had to like regroup today.
I called out work and everything.
You did today?
It's confusing because you're like, oh, I'm going to be late, but then you show up with
like full makeup and like all ready so like oh yeah my face is gonna be beat okay on time or late you know
how's your weekend i had an event for weekend i went to a prom-ish it was a birthday party with like
prom thing oh that's why you're in the blue dress okay okay okay oh okay oh that's why too
no i'm just like um but yeah so like my one of my close close friends she had like this big-ass
birthday party everybody like brought prom dates and stuff I didn't I went by myself but everybody like brought
prom dates and we're like tuxedos and shit and you know long that should look glomerous dresses yeah
it was it was real real cool and then um yesterday I went to one takes video shoot one take j's video shoot
yeah how was that it was cool um he hit me up and he said they had a scene where they wanted it to look
like he was getting an interview so um ended up they ended up using my hand for a scene
Only your hand?
Well, for another scene that I wasn't supposed to be in.
Oh, okay.
Yeah.
But they wanted to sing with somebody like snatching his phone and like, oh, you got nails on.
Come getting the scene.
But yeah, and then it's like, and I don't want to spoil it, but it's a funny part that I have in there that, you know, you'll see when it comes out.
I heard you got trapped somewhere, though.
I heard you got trapped somewhere.
Hey?
You?
Oh, I'm like, who trapped you?
he got maybe in the way
I heard you got trapped me
no um
I got you oh yeah
so it was like a freaking dressing room
and so the people the director
the set manager whoever to hell
they are freaking amazing they like built
a set they built like four
different sets within like one
empty space to where the scenes
is not going to look like it's in one place
so I was in a dressing room
and they told me like hey
we're going to have to keep this door closed for a minute
are you good? So I'm like yeah I'm fine
and then I start hearing drills and shit
so they like drilled a whole
wall in front of the dressing room door
so that it can look like he was at
a bar. But they like I said
they like built the whole freaking set. So after
a while like I'm just sitting there on my phone I'm not
doing shit and I'm like dang I've been here for a really
long time like and Jay wasn't there when I got there
so I hear his voice and shit and he hit me to come
so I'm like he probably think I'm not even here
He taught me to be here two hours ago.
I've been in his goddamn room for an hour.
So I'm like, I call Irene like, hey, can I come out?
And she's like, where are you at?
She's like, I thought you left.
I'm like, no, girl, I'm in this damn room.
So she's like, that's not a room.
They're tripping you in.
Like a scene from Saw and shit.
She's like, I want to tell them to let you out right now.
So I'm like, no, no, no.
If they're in the middle of a scene, like, I do not want to freaking, you know, interrupt
the scene or whatever.
I'm in the dark and everything.
I'm like, I don't want to interrupt the scene.
So she was like, all right.
Then I hear her telling them like, get her out that room.
I would have been claustrophobic as fucking.
Like, what do you mean?
I can't get out?
Then I started thinking about the dangers.
I'm like, what if something's fucking catches on fire?
And they forget I'm in here or, you know, it takes too long to break the damn wall down.
I would have been freaking out.
How do the fuck they do that while you're in there?
It was cool.
But like when they told me, I'm like, oh, yeah, go ahead.
Whatever.
But then it was like, all right, let me out of this motherfucker.
I'm trying to see what's going on.
I want to see the bitches too.
But yeah, that's what happened.
That's crazy.
I like how each one of them has their own wood.
Okay, yeah, let's break this down.
There's fucking gorilla fingers.
It's more than that.
It's okay, what is more?
It's timing.
It's timing.
It's timing.
You feel me?
Like, my boy had one sparked already.
Okay.
Right one as he's like about a past one.
Yeah, the other one.
Okay.
Then once the other wood comes around and he gets,
Setherwood then he sparks the other one you know so there's always a
way of rotation you feel me and there's two music is all timing and there's two
on deck wow and then the ones we're gonna roll still that's right it looks like
there's like four grams of weed if we could hold that up to the camera so they can
see how fucking fat these motherfuckers there's a KD in each there's a KD in each
Jesus Christ I don't know anything about we but one time I heard that 35 is a KD
so well we're definitely
gonna get a contact.
There's a lot of weed
on around.
Jesus Christ.
You smoke like that
when you perform to?
Yeah.
Damn.
I have to be high.
I don't know.
The rotation going.
In order to function.
Yeah, especially on stage.
Yeah.
Well, you get like anxiety or what?
Not really.
Well, I mean, probably, I don't know what it is, to be honest,
but there's like some feel.
I'm pretty sure everybody gets it.
But as soon as, like, you step up on stage, like, it's on the con.
Yeah.
You just chilling.
Like when the mics come on.
Like, I'm nervous before,
it comes on and I'm like ah fuck it yeah the crazy part about that though the crazy part about that
I got to perform sober I can't perform like well high you're drunk or anything so you have to
like blow the smoke smoke where like I just don't smoke before the show like I get turned
up like after the show uh okay okay or during I always be pouring them up or giving them shots
how was your guys weekend how many how many blunts did you guys smoke this weekend
count that's a good question I don't know
Probably like, like, probably like two packs of wood a day.
Two wood packs a day.
Like, but that's just, that's just me.
And like when we're around the homies is more, you know.
Jesus Christ.
You always be smoking a lot.
Yeah, we always got to be smoking.
Yeah.
Always got to be high.
What's a typical, like, weekend for you, or like, what are you guys doing now that there's, like, COVID?
You guys can't tour and stuff like that.
Like, what are you guys doing?
Studio.
I just wake up.
and if I feel it, because I don't be writing like songs about like other people,
so I just be going, like singing about, you know, what I'd be going through
or people that are around me, you know.
And at that moment, if I find something inspirational, then I just, you know, hop in the
booth.
What's the studio sessions like?
A lot of smoke, the show.
We got to always be high.
Bibing is loud.
Always got to, everything always got to be hallos in there.
There's some BBLs in there?
Some what?
Some BBLs?
Some like Buchanas?
I don't know.
No distractions.
No distractions.
No distractions when we're in studio.
All right.
Sometimes people need that to vibe, need that to, you know what I mean?
Like set the mood.
Not me.
Only during the videos.
Yeah.
Not even like, I don't like that.
Not any, it's, like, it's usually my record labels that be doing all that, you know.
Yeah.
Like my video, the ones I shoot, I shoot them hell of simple.
You know, I don't like to add no extra shit, you know, like the whips that we'd be coming out in.
Yeah.
Or the money we'd be flexing, you know, the jewelry.
Like, all that shit's ours, you know.
Yeah.
We don't use no props.
No props.
Only click got shit.
That's dope.
That's dope.
What about you, Gabe?
How's your weekend?
My weekend was cool.
Stayed in.
Worked on, worked on, work with some international artists.
They called Nilell.
gray all the way in
Canada but they're
really like a Filipino group
going up right now so you know
had to get a lot of work done over the weekend
that's
bringing some L.A. sauce to the world.
There we go. Yeah, it's only right man.
Hell yeah. Yeah
I had a long night Friday
it was my boy Swift's birthday
so we had to go up.
It was like bottle service at the crib.
I swear to God.
Yeah, it's like
Yeah, it was nuts.
It was nuts.
I'm surprised we didn't get a noise complaint.
But I'll show you guys the videos after.
It was insane.
But I met a homie who's a director, and he was also Filipino.
And he was like just as crazy, if not crazy as you.
And I was like, bro, you got to meet Gabe C.
You got to meet Gabe C.
And then he was like.
He was like, no, but he said he does shrooms.
Oh, okay.
But yeah, he was just like turned up.
Because like, you know, like people that are like behind the camera,
You don't always expect them to be like so like turned up and shit.
Yep.
And then he's like, I'm not a regular video guy.
Like I was just like, oh, that's like, I really turned up.
I was like, you need a meet him Gabe C.
Yeah, one out of five Filipinos, you're going to find me, bro.
Turn the fuck up.
Exactly.
Yeah.
You guys are two peas in a pod.
Get it?
Two piece.
Okay.
Yeah.
I saw what you did that.
Oh, wow.
I liked it.
A for effort.
I think the contact hit me already
We were loading right now
What's that?
Have you ever done a show?
I haven't, have you guys done shrooms?
What's your experience on shrooms like?
The first time I microdose
I took a 0.5
But I was with my homies and we're smoking
We're taking dabs and shit
So the first day like
I just felt like super high
but more like way more body high you know like I was chilling on the couch in our RV
just relaxing and I just start fucking bathing out and boat as soon as I like try to close my eyes
bro I can't even describe it though all I see is like just different colors and just landscapes
you know but all like these are colors you know just visual every time I turn eyes I open my eyes
I see my boy he's right there passed out too and I'm just like trying to sleep but like you know
they even say like it it doesn't let you sleep you know it keeps your brain actually
too. It was cool.
I didn't trip out or nothing.
Would you do it again?
Most likely.
I was about to do it. I don't think you had enough, bro.
I'm like, I know a guy.
Yeah, I don't think you had enough.
Like, I don't know if you guys too.
One of them might be at the table.
I don't know.
It's funny, though, because in the music video that just came out,
Griff Tyler's, what's up video,
I have a cameo for three seconds.
If you ever want to see me like really, really shrooming.
They caught like the prime time of me like shrooming because you just see me like,
just dancing like this.
Damn near about to tip over.
That's the last day you did him, huh?
He overdid it.
That's when you saw the stop sign.
That's when you saw the stop sign?
Yeah, I was tripping.
Like when I went to sleep, because I took a lot, bro, I probably took like four fucking grams.
That's a lot of fucking shrooms.
And I went, as I went to sleep,
like right before I went to sleep
there was a little
little mushroom with a stop sign
and he was like stop
and I was like what the fuck is it
I was like you might be right
I'm like now he's sober
now I'm fucking
Is that why you don't smoke?
Yeah that's what I was talking
He did everything
I'm fucking chilling
I'm chilling right now
You should have seen bro like what three episodes
ago
Slink Johnson and him did
Shrooms live on there allegedly.
We watched the stars in the grass.
It was great, man.
It was just...
They took a lot during the show, too.
It was cool.
Yeah, we had to...
It was good.
You guys tried before?
Did you guys ever follow up with him next door?
He got home safe.
I've seen him post the next day.
Maybe in a taco or some shot.
Maybe try...
Yeah, in a taco?
It's good.
It's good eating with something.
Fish taco?
I take it on a fish taco.
It's so pieced up.
With red or green sauce?
I swear.
Freshly made, bro.
Furnished made.
Two of that shit on there.
Another time on some Carves Jr.
Yeah, another time.
And then one time.
Taco Bell.
What about yesterday?
I didn't take it yesterday.
Just try, man.
When you guys are on tour and you guys stop by, go camping somewhere real quick,
go to the mountains, go hiking in the RV.
Fuck that.
Pop a stem, pop a cap.
Yo, what's...
Tap in.
Tell me what the SMO tour, the Smoking Now Tour is like.
That's just lit.
Like, it's just like, like, all the art, like, damn near all the artists from Rancho Milde.
Yeah.
You know, that sing about what we sing.
Yeah.
Like, all coming together to perform, you know?
How many people are on that tour?
Like, it seems like it's a hundred.
Groups?
No, like, full, like actual people, because everybody has a group, then everybody has a manager.
I don't know.
Maybe my point.
You know around how much?
A hundred plus.
It's always a hundred plus.
So, imagine.
Imagine, like, is it what, you guys travel, like, in sprinter v?
RV.
I got RV.
It's like a little tour bus for us.
And you guys are all, like, in the line?
What do you mean?
Pretty much.
Like, you guys are all in each other?
It's just a tour bus.
It's just all of us and just that bus.
Oh, I see.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Like all the groups, like, most of the groups from Rancho, they're from out here,
LA.
I'm from Northern Cali.
Like, I don't think, me and Los El Puerto.
Like, that's the other group from Northern Cali that's under Rancho.
Other than that, to be honest, I don't know nobody else.
Yeah.
It seems like it's like from the outside looking at.
I haven't been able to go.
But it's like rock stars, like fucking a hundred of them traveling from state to state together.
And they're all under one record label.
Like that's fucking insane to me.
It's dope as fuck, especially the energy we get from the people.
Yeah.
That's just like once everybody steps out, you know, like between.
We do like duetto.
you know like
yeah duos and shit
when I you know
because you guys
have a lot of songs together
with you know
my boys
I'm Jose Garcia
Garcia
you know
like the crowd
gets hella turn
you know
in that moment
and then they step off
and then now
we start with our songs
you know
and that just
it's just the energy
is it's fucking sick
that must be like
the Mexican version
of the up and smoke tour
oh hell yeah
you know what I
like when it was
that's basically
yeah
that's what it seems like
that's what it fucking seems like
yeah for sure
shout out
Ramon
Lumrem
music, Jimmy, Roque, J.B. All the boys. Keeping it solid.
Since we've been in the pandemic for the damn near, it's been, it's a year.
It's officially a year, huh? What have you guys been doing to keep busy since you can't
to her anymore?
Studio, just fucking trying to really make money off other stuff, you know.
Like, we've been really, like, focusing, like, on merchant ship, right?
We got some shit coming. It's fire.
Is this you guys?
quality and everything.
Nah, that's...
This was here?
The ashtray?
Oh, yeah, this is ours.
Can we keep it?
I don't know about that.
Mine.
Maybe.
You gotta go online store.
I think about that.
Because we never have an ashtray and it gets me like...
They're always asking us.
For sure.
In a regular ashtray.
Oh, love that.
You guys are going to have to shout me out every time you someone ashes in it.
Every time.
That's actually...
Three million subscribers.
Come on.
Let's see.
Come on.
The coolest podcast in the world.
Yeah.
Did you guys get a chance to watch that big Sean and Nipsey video?
Deep reverence?
Yeah, what you guys think?
That shit is hard.
He paid homage to the city.
That was like a real like salute to the city.
Went everywhere to the mural, to the basketball court.
Do you know where that basketball court's at?
Somewhere in the district.
I don't know exactly where.
It's at elementary school, huh?
Yeah, that shit is hard.
And he has Snoop driving him around in the 6'4.
But the mobbing, J-305,
like he really like painted that picture with Dom.
And I was like, damn, that shit's hard.
It was cool to, when I first heard the damn song,
it just like gave me chill bumps because it was just crazy.
Of course they, you know, they've been recorded the song,
but just feeling his presence and hearing his voice on some new shit
was just like so damn powerful.
And then I feel like they definitely served him justice with that music video.
with just paying homage and like you said going all around the city.
And what they did was they had Nipsey's video guy shoot it.
His name is Norb.
I can't remember his full name, but I know of him as Norb.
And he was the one that shot like double up, like just all like the Victory Live videos.
And so he doubled back with him to get like that feel.
You know what I mean?
And I thought that was dope, you know, because he could have gone with anybody and just, you know what I mean?
But I think he did it right for the most part.
I think it would have been cool to have some of like Nipsy's.
homies in there, but it's like one of those things of like he probably doesn't necessarily know too
many of Nipsey's homies just because he probably just had a relationship with Nip only.
Yeah.
Yeah, no, I was definitely proud of the video.
I love it.
Yeah.
It was just cool.
And to see people from other areas giving it up to Nipsey and showing him love and then
come in here because they got Meryl's a Nipsey all over the damn world.
But they came and did that shit in his city and his section.
Yeah.
And a lot of them murals are freaking people.
from the city who painted those who painted them you know so that stuff is fuck exactly did you guys
get a chance to watch it or not yet haven't seen it yeah who do you guys listen to mostly um
a lot of detroit rappers yeah Detroit rappers we've been listening to a lot of Detroit rappers other than
that um I usually just be listening to like groups that I have under my record label okay
you know trying to see what they got going on yeah but like a shout out my boys triple L
group asendado those of the puerto marca rancho you know all my boys that's HP records yeah that's
fire tmbe group La Palma they all got some bangers that's super dope that you're this young and
already establishing your own imprint your own label and like signing acts you know what I mean
and putting other people on oh yeah got to help all my people for sure where did that come
from like did you always think I wanted to start a record label or
How did that come about?
Yeah, well, it was since the beginning, to be honest,
since we wanted to expand more than just, like, musically, you know,
like trying to do just more, you know, like, how can I explain?
Like, instead of just being an artist, we could be, like, CEO too, you know,
of something and have other people basically doing what we're doing.
Yeah.
And us leading them, you know, because now I feel like I got a little grip of it.
I know how, you know, how it runs.
Not too much, you know, but I know something, you know.
Yeah.
I'm young, so I know there's a lot more to learn.
Yeah.
But you're on your way.
I mean, and giving those people a platform, like, people that fuck with you guys are automatically going to check them out.
Yeah, for sure.
You know what I'm?
I mean, there's more bangers, you know what I mean?
Like, their HP records, like, we fuck with them.
Yeah, and I mean, the talent speaks for itself, you know?
Yeah.
They got some banging music.
No, totally.
So how do you feel like, or do you feel like you guys were one of the first people to, like,
really start this new wave and like as far as like the videos and like how again like I said earlier
it's like when I watched these videos I'm like oh it's like some rap shit like you could change the
music out you know what I mean from the background and be like oh shit I'm watching like some
some hip hop type shit yeah for sure you guys feel like you were the pioneers and where did that
inspiration like come from where did you when did you say like okay you know what I'm not going
do this old shit i'm gonna like create some new shit yeah well like we we basically like put it all
together you know how we wanted it to sound like musically and shit like we got a lot of inspiration
from like shrek um arsenal effectivo with the slab bass it just like when i'd be in studio i'd be
hearing the slap you know it just it gives it a different vibe yeah you know so we we decided to
switch it to that because it would give it more of a flow you know yeah hit better in the car
Yeah, for sure. And there would be like a lot of other artists that I got inspired by, like,
lyrically, you know, just because the way they flow or whatnot.
Yeah.
You know, but yeah.
And I see a lot of the video directors that you guys use are also shoot rap videos.
Was it like, do you feel like it was like a video people like this?
Sure, we're the first to do like a lot of shit, you know, especially talk about the shit I talk about, you know.
I wasn't going out like talking about other people.
singing about other people what they'd be doing like yeah you know i'd be talking about just me or
people i'd be hanging around with you know yeah because if people don't know like corridos kind of
originally started from people singing like ballads you know and that's that's that's why i say
other like narco-trafican and my song that's why i say yeah no son corridos you know because it's
straight up like yeah i don't do corridos like i don't know i don't know what to call it but it's not
I'm not singing about nobody else.
You know? Yeah, you're singing about me.
I'm seeing about my life. What I do, how I feel that day and shit, you know?
Yeah.
That's dope. And that's kind of how rap started too. You know what I mean?
It's like people were rapping about what they seen, what their life experiences were.
You know what I mean? So I think that's dope that you guys decided like, okay, we're going to take some of this, the music, the guitars, the elements and stuff like that.
But we're going to put our own shit and our own twist on it.
Yeah, for sure. And like, we like to go to Mexico and shit.
so, you know, we don't sing about, like, certain people, you know, like.
Of course, yeah.
You know, like, all the politics that will be involved with.
It's like, you know, I rather avoid all that, sing about myself.
Yeah.
No, and that's smart, because you guys are able to just move around freely and.
Exactly.
Yeah, that's super dope.
Do you guys listen to Drake?
Do you guys listen to his new shit?
Probably, like, some songs.
To be honest, I don't listen to Drake like that, but maybe, like, I listen to some songs, you know.
Yeah.
He just dropped a new EP, Scary Hours 2.
Oh, yep.
What do you think, Gina?
I think Drake just keep proving why he's the greatest of all time.
The goat.
Greatest of all time.
Yeah.
All this time.
Yeah.
Drake has been nothing but consistent.
Yeah.
Does it miss?
Right.
My favorite, though, was that lemon pepper.
Oh, come on.
Yeah.
Actually, no, what's the other one with a little baby?
Little baby?
Okay.
Once a needs.
Wait.
Once a needs?
Wait.
Once a needs?
I don't know.
I don't know.
It's hard between them to.
Once a needs.
Okay.
All right.
Wait.
Who got the better of.
who on the Drake and Little Baby song.
What you mean?
Like who bodied that shit more?
Baby bodied that.
Damn.
Baby bodied it.
I don't know if I've...
He killed Drake.
To me, I felt like it was...
Yeah, I don't think he killed it.
I think they kind of like...
6040?
No, 50-50.
To me.
You just don't want Drake to come for you.
He did the sing on that thing.
Because rappers are that we talk about,
watch the show,
apparently.
They only get five seconds.
They only get five second clip.
Talk about it.
Watch that clip.
I didn't say a word.
Yeah.
Your ass over there for four minutes.
My ass was in the first 15 seconds.
Me and Gabe getting drug in the world of France comments.
We get him fucking drugs.
They're heading going, Draco.
He's from their city.
I'm like, did you motherfuckers listen to a word I said?
Sidebar,
Drake oh fucking doing phenomenal things in the fucking city
and he was able to put Drake on
on his album and put all the homies,
all his family on that motherfuckeruckin put on like no one
has ever done before, especially for the city,
especially for the youth.
And I'm going to just put that right there.
Yeah, for the record.
And happy birthday, Ralphie.
Yeah, happy birthday, Ralphie.
For the record, we fuck with Drake.
Yeah, a thousand.
My boy since I was fucking 11 years old.
Relax.
Come on.
He's a goat.
Y'all need to stop dick riding.
We know that.
2020.
No, it's, the problem is that fans need to learn, uh, comprehension.
Yeah.
You know what I mean?
That's all it is.
Like, because they'll, they'll see like 10 seconds or something and then be like, oh, my
God, they're hating.
And then they just don't even like look that much further into it or hear the full kind
of version.
Somebody said, I ain't never heard them break down a song like this before.
Y'all don't watch the show.
Yeah.
At all.
That's what we do.
We just talk about songs in a competitive state.
Like, you know, it's just, it's rap, it's hip hop, it's the city.
Yeah.
So, but, you know, what he's doing is fucking crazy, you know.
Four years ago, I was in all the radio stations, like putting Draco records down every DJ's throat, pause.
But I'm just letting him know that, you know, there's a fucking, he's the future.
He's going to, he's doing what he's going to do regardless.
And he's the now.
Yeah, he's the now.
There's somebody we've been rooting for since episode one.
Yeah.
So, yeah.
Kill it.
Exactly.
Speaking of Draco, though, y'all got a song with Draco.
Yeah, that's right.
How did that happen?
And when can we expect it out?
Yeah.
Hell yeah.
My guy's from Rancho Mille.
Shout out, J.B.
Broke, Jimmy.
Do they, the ANR?
Well, I know Jimmy's like the head of the label, but are they like the A&Rs?
Yeah.
They're the, you know.
Oh, their owners as well.
Yeah.
Okay.
But they tapped in with them, you know.
And somebody had already tapped in with him to talk about my music, you know.
Yeah.
And, you know, we just agreed to it.
We agreed to shit.
I laid my verse, like, fucking, probably like 10 minutes, not even, you know.
It was some solid egg is going to hit.
I fuck with it, you know.
Yeah.
Something different, because I don't be rapping or nothing, you know.
Like, I don't.
So are you rapping in English on the song?
It's both.
It's like half and half.
Oh, shit.
Yeah.
Wow.
You on a hook?
Are you on a hook?
It's a hook, yeah.
It's a hook.
And it's the first time I do like a hook because I don't do hook because I got all
Like all my lyrics are always just a hundred percent different you know like the whole thing
That's crazy says why it's different you know like I know he's going to hit because yeah
What did you think of Draco's verse? Oh he went ham for sure did he speak Spanish on it because he's Puerto Rican
you know he's Puerto Rican yeah he told me
he went ham though for sure that's dope as fuck when I seen that I'm like what the
fuck and already knowing because like we scheduled this like a month ago
So I was just like, oh, this is great.
I'm like, yeah, yeah, we're going to talk about this.
Yeah, that's crazy.
But back to that lemon pepper freestyle.
Come on, let's get into it.
He's talking that big money talk.
The cadence, the style and everything.
That's my favorite version of Drake.
Yeah.
Like, it just, he made me feel like we was back at, what is it?
And I thank me later.
What was the name of it?
Views.
No, before that.
When he's sitting in a brown background, he wearing all black.
Oh, um, come back season.
You can take me now.
No.
After it so far gone.
Oh, take care.
Take care.
No, not take care.
Think me later.
Thank me later.
Bring my backpack, please.
Shout out, shout out my boy Uzi in the behind the scenes and shit.
I don't know why he's not over here.
Yeah.
Come here.
I want the camera to see you.
Yeah.
My boy, Uzi.
Say shout out to the people.
Come on.
Yeah.
my guy.
That's the Requintero right there.
The one that be laying down
saucy beats.
Yeah, no, I hear it every time you shout him out.
Oh, yeah.
The album is take care of my bet.
Take care.
Okay, yeah, I'm like, I'm naming all his shit.
Yeah.
So it made you feel like you were back and take care.
Yeah, like he was rapping like that again.
Over the soulful sample, like type shit.
He, he bodied that shit so much.
I damn near forgot Rick Walsall.
on the song.
Rick Ross is on a song, huh?
Yeah.
Why did he do that?
Like, he gave him like a 16 and then Drake just rap for four minutes straight.
Okay, so I thought I was tripping.
He let him go first too.
Because I had, I listen, like, when I get records that I like, I listen to him on repeat.
And as I was listening, I'm like, wait, did it go into another song?
Because he was rapping for so long after Rick Ross's verse.
Exactly.
It had to be like, I feel like he did like two verses after that.
I don't think he paused.
I think he just went straight.
Yeah.
Yeah, no, that was fucking dope.
But he was rapping for a long-ass time.
Yeah, no.
But I loved every bit of it.
That song was incredible.
So many quotable lyrics.
He said, I ushered in a generation.
Is it where my confessions live?
Like, just all the shit.
What did he say when he said?
My favorite bar was the one he was talking about his son.
When he was like, yeah, dropped him off at school.
Big Day for a little man.
Recess hits.
Daddy probably made another am.
School bell rings and I'm here trying to be him again.
Yeah, teacher parent meetings.
Wives get googly-eyed.
He's like about the.
And then he's saying that like parent teacher conference they're asking and if I know Hove and Beyonce like, yes I do.
Even if they have husbands that do something to provide, I was like, God damn.
He was going in the parent teacher conferences are going to be awkward after this.
He just aired them out.
The teachers listening to the bars like, oh, fuck.
All the like all the husbands, because you know everybody in the world listens to Drake, all the husbands that like go to the same school as Drake's kid are like, the fuck.
My wife did what?
The teacher's husband's about to be trivin.
Oh, that too.
Yeah.
The whole school.
The whole school.
He's got to move schools now.
But that's so crazy about him.
He's able to make huge pop records.
And then when he goes like in like records like that, like he's really able to deliver bars like some timeless shit.
I'm like, what the fuck?
So are we getting that alleged leak album that we listen to like three months?
I don't know.
I think it's paused until.
tour again comes back yeah are you guys holding off on like touring i mean on like dropping like major
bodies of work until touring comes back yeah well we've been we've been doing like little clubs
but they've been selling out you know they're doing good so but as far as like releasing a big time
album like are you guys kind of waiting until you can go back on tour or no not really it's kind of
like up to us in a way you know okay and the record label too but i just i just got a bunch of shit stored you
Yeah.
Like, I'm just waiting low-key.
Because the last thing you guys dropped was, what, Christmas, right?
It was like, we're on Christmas?
Yeah.
It was on Christmas, right?
Yeah, I did my research.
Yeah.
We dropped a single from the album like two days before.
Oh, okay, okay.
We've been dropping singles.
Oh, okay, okay.
We got some shit that just came out with OV, 9.
at the junior at you.
Oh, yeah.
That's fine.
That's just doing numbers right now.
That's cool.
Speaking of touring, like, how, is it, like, different politics or something based
on the state you in or what?
Because they just had a whole goddamn All-Star weekend.
Oh, yeah.
In Atlanta.
Like nothing can't happen up.
Yeah, but I can't go to church.
I'm pretty sure Texas.
Yeah, Houston's going up, right?
Texas is going up.
Texas just said.
It's open up or it all.
And Vegas.
Well, Vegas is a city, but y'all know what I mean?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Vegas are open too. You guys probably going on tour to Texas soon, I'm assuming.
March?
Yeah. Oh shit.
You got on next weekend?
For your full show or?
21st, yeah.
Yeah.
Oh, hell yeah.
Three.
The bag about to drop again.
Yeah, we're going back.
Look at his smile.
Look at his smile.
I'm going back.
That shit, lit.
I'm telling you.
Like, it's dope when we perform by ourselves, but just like performing with other people,
it's like a whole different-ass energy.
you know like I don't know like it's fucking sick
opening up to another fan base too
yeah yeah for sure
hell yeah that's that's dope as fuck
but um do you guys think the lemon pepper freestyle is his best
freestyle ever?
No
no no
it has to be one of the time stop city
city uh freestiles yeah like
6 p.m in New York 10 a.m. in Dallas
yeah what was it I mean 9 a.m.?
who was it 9 a.m.?
90s he did 5 a.m. in Toronto
what was the one in calabreth?
Yeah, some time.
6 p.m.
Yeah, any of the time stamp records.
Any of the time stamp.
I don't know.
I kind of like the ransom.
The ransom?
With Lowell Wayne?
Yeah, that, that shit was a throwback.
That is a throwback.
I think that was like the first one he dropped, huh?
Yeah.
Yeah.
You think that one like, I'll be any freestyle he's then?
Yeah, for me at least, just because like his, yeah?
Yeah, no, just because his delivery and everything he was just,
talking about was just like very punctual i was fucking with it yeah into right now that's up
yeah it's it's so clever like even when he said that like all of my uh what he said he said all my
people he said all my people like some mom the shit what he said oh come on don't get scared
he's like i don't like the asian guy like oh shit
he's like
he's like i got to be the only one here
no he's just
he's like we're going to take his shrooms after the show
he's like
i'm gonna get you your own mic all right
i'm gonna get rid of that guy
oh shit
what was I saying oh yeah speaking of crime
um he said
speaking of crime
when he said when he said
He said, he said none of my brothers, or he said all my brothers, I've never done a crime and none of my brothers can caption that line.
That was all right.
Yeah, and then he said like my brothers who choose their car because of trunk space.
I was just like, yo, like he's, yeah, he's talking some shit.
Like what do they be doing up in Canada?
Jesus Christ.
What did he say about, it was like something where you came to popular, famous, famous.
You got to set famous and, dang, what the fuck did he say?
It was something about you got to separate fame and publicity.
I mean, fame and professional.
Half the professionals he meant, he got to ask them what's their profession.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Because we all, you know, we're coming up in the social media era and shit like that.
Everybody famous for just being.
He's shit on a bunch of people who like just be around and you're like,
what does that guy do?
What do you do?
Yeah, yeah.
Who is he talking about when he says, you gave your chain away?
I don't know.
That's like giving your fame away.
Yeah.
I was on that.
What was that about?
I guess we'll find out.
Yeah, he's petty.
So, yeah, we're going to find out.
What did y'all think about the Kanye bar?
It was on the other song, I think.
Yeah, I didn't think too much of it.
I thought it was like a little jab, but not really.
Like, he just said, like, I might have to go talk to Yeezy.
I got to confess my sins.
Like, what do you say?
I need Jesus.
Yeah, he's like, but he won't believe me or some shit.
But okay, look.
y'all so what i don't even want to say it you already said it you already brought it out mad lately
monday night come on let's say it i'm not gonna say it but what like y'all don't think he talking about
anything oh you think he's talking about Kanye's soon-to-be ex-wife i didn't say that you said that
Ah, shit.
Kanye watches the show too.
Damn it.
Fuck.
He's never going to come on.
I didn't say that.
You never know.
Never know.
Yeah, I don't know.
You know how Drake is like clever with shit that he'll say.
Yeah.
I don't know.
Very subtle.
I forget.
I want to say that, what was it?
Is it just me?
If this sex all good and I shouldn't have to fuck for free.
And he said, last year I had Drama Girl, not right now.
And they was trying to say that he was talking about his beef with DJ Drama or some shit.
Oh.
Like he does shit like that.
Yeah.
I mean, I don't know if that's what happened, but I remember that being a thing.
Oh, yeah.
That people were talking about.
It's very clever, subliminal bars.
And it'll hit the person who it's hitting.
Like, they'll understand.
But nobody else would.
But nobody else will get it.
And it's kind of like, if you even think about it or bring it up, you look key reaching.
Yeah.
Yeah, it sounds like it.
You sound like a conspiracy theorist.
Yeah.
You know.
Yeah.
Yeah.
What is, is now that you guys have like this, this new genre that you guys have created,
is there like this disc records like in rap too?
Or do you guys like take shots at other people?
I guess so.
I mean, I just be talking about, you know, like I said, what I'd be going through.
Yeah.
And day by day, you know.
Yeah.
And there's a big.
People call it this, but.
Yeah.
There's a big theme in your guys' music of, like, talking about, like, envious people and, like, stuff like that.
Like, can you speak about that?
There's a lot of them everywhere.
You got to watch out for them.
Yeah.
They'll sneak up and bite you when you least expect it.
For sure, for sure.
Cut your grass.
Yeah.
Cut your grass.
Cut your grass.
Cut your grass.
Which are for them snakes.
I'm telling you.
That's crazy.
Yeah, I need to tap in.
And I'm going to, like, try to analyze these lyrics.
I'm like, all right, who's JD talking about?
right here.
If you know, you know.
I think I have an idea.
What was that?
You know, like if the shoe fits.
If the shoe fits.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Are they on the same shit of drink?
That's why he just laughed.
He's like, yep.
I'll leave it up to the people to say.
Yeah.
What?
The people fuck shit up sometimes, though.
Yeah.
Oh, hell yeah.
For sure.
I feel like the, I feel like fans create beef.
A lot.
But the good thing is, to be honest, like, I'd be getting hell of haters and shit.
And, like, I don't even, I don't be dealing with them at all.
Like, I don't, I don't got to say nothing.
You know, my fans just, they bash at them, you know?
Yeah.
I don't got to do nothing.
And it's like.
Shout to fans.
You guys have a humongous fan base.
They were waiting in the chat before.
Our fans are everything.
Yeah.
For real, for real, for real, man.
They're dope as fuck.
Yeah.
Yeah, some of your fans need to become our fans, because our fans comment hateful shit
sometimes.
They are in fact because they comment
every week.
They dedicated.
Yeah.
They dedicated.
Yeah.
I focus you all.
Yeah.
To sit at home behind the keyboard on somebody else
Wi-Fi.
That's crazy.
Thank you for giving this time.
I had to ask somebody one day.
I said, where is your show?
Where the fucking your show at?
Oh, you don't have one.
Oh.
Okay.
You know what my favorite thing is when, when, you know, it's always burning accounts talking shit, right?
Yeah.
So like, they got no followers.
Always.
No picture, no nothing.
I was arguing with a whole fake page.
Yeah.
I'm not saying you a bitch.
You hide him behind a whole fake page bitch.
You kind of want to, like, I don't know, you kind of want to reply to them, you know, but it's like, why the fuck would I put my energy into someone who's, you know, being negative, you know, and shit.
Like, I'd rather reply to my fans.
The same supportive shit.
You can't touch everybody.
keep it like I'll reply sometimes just for my own enjoyment like yeah like where you at
no not even like that it's just like I just want to make them feel stupid so where you at
yeah he writes to the business this was sick what the negocio um so it was actually on no jumper
post did you guys see that somebody like stole a phone from a lady's hand and then the whole city
beat them the fuck down was it was he on a bike yeah it was on a bike you seen that shit right so I
commented and I said society should be this way like L.O.L.
Like, because I thought it was funny.
Like, that many, that many dudes sticking up for a girl that was like mining her
fucking business.
Like, he deserved all that shit.
And just him seeing one person chasing him.
So they start chasing him.
Yeah.
They was like handing off.
I wish America was like that.
That should be cool.
Because anybody, like, just think about it.
Like, because there's a bunch of like thieves and criminals and creeps.
So like, you got to think you'd just be walking down the street.
You could unleash some anger probably like once a week.
Just start kicking a guy who deserves it.
I had a situation like that before.
Did, well, you kick somebody?
No, this dude was like harassing me at an event.
I was speaking on the panel.
Yeah.
And I got off the stage and he like walked up to him and said, you should quit.
Whoa.
And I was like, oh, thank you.
You know, but I didn't know where it was going.
Like, I thought he was flirting.
You know, I thought the next one to be like, I'm just playing, what's it?
So he like, he said, that's not, no.
He said, that's not funny.
I'm serious.
And I was like, all right.
So I keep walking.
And he's just talking like crazy.
Like, and he's following me.
So I didn't realize that they had already had existing issues with his man in the crowd.
So as he's following me, I'm seeing everybody look at us, you know, kind of, you know, paying attention, whatever.
Long story short, he started talking just crazy, just going off of me and shit.
So now I drop my shit because now I'm like, well, what's the deal?
Like, you know, what you're trying to do?
And from that point, somebody that knew me kind of grabbed me was like, Gina, you don't, that's not your.
battle let him go on about his day or whatever so I was just mad because he was still yelling
talking shit anyway I turned around and he's like running towards me oh shit big ass guy he's like
running towards me like he's about the fucking take off on me and I swear like six dudes jumped
oh sick it was just like they just all came in oh shit got your back yeah I didn't know them
oh shit anything see that's a good that's what I was referring to and then the guy was like all over a
phone bro like what the fuck and then I'm just like
I said up like, bro, she was minding her business.
You know what I mean?
And then he was like.
Innocent.
Yeah.
And then he said something about like like, like, what do he say?
He said like, you're a disgrace or like you need to protect your image.
I don't know.
He said like something funny.
And then I was just like, bro, like at least I didn't grow up to be a burner account.
You know what I mean?
Like that I would be so upset if my life like I turned out to just become a burner account.
Like, you know what I mean?
Like drives off of hate.
Yeah.
What the fuck?
This man is a burner account.
Like, you know what I mean?
Like, that's, you know.
Somebody, uh, the ones in the, in the road,
when I was arguing with the dude about Draco.
Oh, yeah.
He don't say, uh, talk closer to Mike.
He said, uh, something, whatever.
I said, you are talking to me from a fake page.
He said, I unfollowed everybody.
No, he said, I deleted all my followers.
Real niggas know what's up.
The fans be watching.
You look like the fucking fed.
You follow it 200 of other people with no followers.
You are the fed.
detective biddle like
fuck you Gina
he's stupid
oh shit
that's hilarious
but speaking to all-star weekend
what you guys think
what did you guys think of the festivities
did you seem like a place you wanted to be
or
I didn't even tune
I don't know what happened
I didn't watch anything
well not the games I'm not talking about the games
I'm talking about the like the fuck shit
like around here
I was gonna talk about the little baby
the little baby
okay
What happened with Little Baby?
Little Baby is Little Baby and Two Chains versus Cuevo and Jack Arlo.
Oh, the celebrity game.
Yeah, Celebrity Game.
Did you watch it?
No.
No?
Okay, Little Baby.
Look, everybody's getting on Little Baby's case.
Again, Little Baby did nothing wrong.
Wait, is that why everybody laughing at him?
Because he said, he said I'm the best hip-hop athlete or something like that.
Something like that.
But look, everybody's get on his case and again, he did nothing wrong.
When he shot that free throw and he bricked, he was paying homie.
to those who came before him.
Brick Squad.
Right?
So he was representing
for Brick Squad in the game.
Absolutely not. You're lying.
And everybody's like,
oh, like, he fucking sucks that bastard.
No, he was, he's on another level.
He was paying homage.
That's what people didn't get.
They didn't do the math.
That's incredible PR work.
You see that?
Little baby did nothing wrong.
He's going to,
what I learned about,
Big, big, going to rock for whatever.
fucking little baby do you.
He does nothing wrong.
That's fucking bullshit, bro.
Brick squad!
That's all I saw when he missed that shit.
When he missed it and he went up for the net,
or he went up for the ribbon.
Got the bottom of the net.
That shit is hilarious, bro.
When Jack Carlo was teaching him how to stretch,
that was the funny shit in the world.
You didn't see that?
You need to watch that shit.
I swear to got, like, it's the funniest shit you ever seen.
I saw a lot of,
of GoFundMe accounts.
Yes.
Let's talk about it.
So apparently,
apparently females,
I saw a guy who went to,
they're flying,
flying to Atlanta
without
a savings account?
Any way to get home.
One way flight.
Like, I don't,
I don't even,
the level of fucking,
like,
that is so goddamn irresponsible.
Like,
how the hell do you go somewhere
and I know how you're getting back home?
I'm not,
even going to a friend's house without knowing how to get back home or the fucking mall.
Like y'all went to a whole other state and don't know how to get back home and
then you hopped on the internet and ask people for money.
Where does your cousins are?
No money.
No money. Just vibes.
I let God do his thing.
It's your turn.
Maybe I'll find me a ball player.
Dreezy said, uh, shoddy rent late but flying out of Calvo.
I'm just saying you got to watch those.
Like, that's fucking crazy.
Like, I don't know.
I just couldn't even.
And I could never.
Y'all had credit cards or nothing.
And then I heard people
was like sleeping in U-Haul trucks.
Oh, yeah.
Y'all trucks should trip me out.
Like again, like I said, the fuck shit.
Did you,
did anybody contribute to the go-fund me though?
No.
Nobody feels bad for her?
I don't feel bad for nobody.
That's a grown woman.
She made a decision.
Yeah.
Are you going to do that with it?
That's a weird shit.
I feel like stuff like that is a joke too
because there's no way like,
there's no way you really need, though.
Like, I kind of feel like it might have been a joke,
but you,
no, you're not going to tell the internet
that you need money to get back to them.
I believe in people's stupidity,
if that's one thing I've learned in life.
Like, people are that stupid.
When you think they're not, they are.
They are.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
They for sure are.
I don't know.
It just couldn't be me.
Did you donate?
No, no, no, I didn't.
But I hope they got home safe.
You donate to any of?
Blessings.
Did you donate to anyone's cash shop today?
Today is Women's Day.
International Women's Day.
Yes, International Women's Day.
I'm going to send you a cash out.
Okay.
It has to be like, it's a level though.
What do you mean?
Like, don't send me like a dollar.
Not a dollar.
Two dollars.
Two dollars.
I forgot this is big big.
The trick.
I'll cut it out.
I'm about to shoot you five.
55.
It's okay.
Coming at you.
But yeah.
Our queens can't be making mistakes like that doing women's history.
Yeah.
That's fucking out.
Come on.
A lot of them are learning the history of a whole different state right now, not being able to get back home.
But what do you do, though?
Like, what are you doing that situation?
What would you do in that situation?
I wouldn't be in that situation.
But if I did find myself, like, stranded somewhere and, like, I didn't have, like, any money or any...
I just feel like, as long as I got a phone, I got money.
Like, I could call someone.
somebody. I will never call the internet, though.
Like, I got an untie.
They probably exhausted all their efforts. Think about it.
They probably do this all the time.
I saw some, one of the things, because I've seen about five of them.
One of them says she thought her, uh, her unemployment was going to hit.
Oh yeah.
The EDD is late.
Like if you don't have no guarantee dough, you shouldn't be going nowhere.
Period.
Like that's, that's, that's nerve wracking.
And then be looking, you know, around when the bill come.
Damn.
And maybe, you know, I don't know, but that is never reckon.
But I mean, I have family in Atlanta, so, you know, but maybe they thought, like you said, they was going to.
God damn.
Yeah.
Find an athlete or something.
T.
I said pick a ball and figure.
She didn't have a career.
I guess you plan on sucking dixon since some millions of peer.
I see it.
Do you guys ever encounter girls that are like, send me $5,000, JD?
I get messages like that, but I just.
don't even reply.
They DM you and ask for those?
Yeah, but it's just like randomized girls like from like cross the fucking planet and shit.
You don't never.
It sounds like scammers.
Yeah, that sounds like a scammer.
But are you.
No, but it's like real pages.
Like you look at them.
You know, you can tell which one's a fake page.
They want, they want you to like fly them out or they just want like money.
Money to fly them out.
Ah.
You ever consider the flying out?
No.
Have you ever flew anybody out?
No.
No?
No.
No.
No distractions.
No distractions.
We're straight to it.
I heard that.
Discipline.
Yeah.
I need to be more disciplined because I feel like the minute of bigger back hits, I'm
going to just be looking up flight info.
Like, okay.
You flew anybody over for?
No, but I've been seriously considering it lately.
Really?
Did you come to a...
A decision?
Yeah, about Puerto Rico?
No.
No, no, yeah.
I hope it's worth it.
I know, that's what I'm saying.
I was kind of think about it and I think like it's too early.
I think so too
I don't want you to fly her out
Yeah I think so too
Sorry sis
Yeah
I don't want you to fly her out
You know who I want you to fly out

For what?
Just to...
Just to go?
You want to get one of them go find me, bitches?
Nah.
I'm going to pick them up.
I'm going to pick them up while I'm out there.
I'm going to be like, yo, where you at?
I know you're still down here.
You still need a lot.
You still down here.
I got the U-Haul downstairs.
I'm right.
I feel like, yeah.
I feel like they're going to be there for a minute, so you know.
The tier threes?
The tier threes.
They're going to be like...
They're looking up train info and shit.
They're like, oh, this is only a $60 train ride home.
Didn't that same thing happened last year with a bunch of strippers or something?
It was called like a stripper ball or something like that.
Stripper bowl?
Yeah.
That like QC throws or whatever?
Yeah.
What, they got stranded?
It was something like that and they were all stuck in an airport.
I just remember it was like a bunch of strippers stuck in an airport.
Wow.
I don't know what.
That sounds like a nice airport.
Turn that shit into air.
Did you all?
I hear that All-Star weekend is going to be here next year?
Oh, shit.
Yeah.
Madness.
We're going to be lit.
We're going to be lit.
Yeah, staples, yeah.
Probably staples, huh?
Yeah.
We got a lot of Josh that now.
No?
At the Gellon Center.
No way.
At the Rose Bowl.
The fuck shit that's going to surround.
Roseboe could have it.
That's going to surround next year, though.
And I'm going to be a part of a lot of it.
I already know.
Yeah, LA's going to be wild.
And I feel like we didn't even get it last year with BT.
We didn't have BT weekend last year.
The last time was when Nip dropped Victory Lapt that same weekend.
That was what, like three years ago?
Yeah, we had to make sure we outside.
So Vig, I know, Big, Vic the trick.
You know, you can be on everybody guests and shit.
Just make sure.
We in there.
You get me in there.
Plus four.
We in there.
Plus four?
Yeah.
Three other girls?
Mm-hmm.
Okay.
Yeah, easy.
I might round some holes up.
Do they like Mexicans?
Never mind.
I'll ask you later.
What did you just say?
I'm like, do they like Mexicans?
He's going to find out.
So we didn't speak about this last week, but we've seen Megan and Partisan Fontaine
become an item.
I'm here for it.
Partisan Fontaine made my Black Girl anthem.
The song is called Underrated.
And I love him.
He said, girl, you're looking like a 90s knee along or a product of your mom, the girl in high
school that every guy was sleeping on.
And that's me.
He's a really good writer.
He writes most of Cardi B shit.
All the anthems.
Yeah, I like it.
All that shit.
They did backing it up, right?
I'm the queen of talking shit.
They're backing it up.
That was his record.
Yeah.
Do you think Megan and Party should make some music together, though?
Yep.
Now, not on some.
She was the bad.
is, I was the flyest because that shit age.
I hated that song when it came out.
Corny, come on.
Let's keep it a buck.
I'm talking about Mick Mel and Nicky Minogue song.
That was a terrible song.
It didn't, it's just, I don't feel like an age well because now when you listen to it's like, they're not even together no more.
Yeah.
Like, imagine if, uh.
Right ash.
Oh.
Shout out Mr. Jolati.
Shout out Mr. Jolati.
Yeah, it's my boy right there.
Zaza? Is that Zaza?
Yeah, hell yeah.
This is top of the top right here.
So I don't know where they can find everything.
I don't smoke, right?
You can't. You can't find it.
You can't find this anywhere.
You got to know people.
Wow.
So look, I don't smoke right.
For this one, but you know me.
I got you.
I always tell people.
You smoke?
No.
But look, look, I want to say thank you to you guys because, um, for the-
Fated.
No.
Because I don't faded right there.
She has got high of free.
No.
So all day.
Today and all day yesterday I've had a fucking like killer headache like I've been irritated and shit and like I'm good
I'm trying the
I'm not trying enough like your mushrooms
Try DMT
The furthest I go is sweet and a little
A little alcohol for a razzade of yeah the homie has that
Or edible I'll do edible
You do edible?
Yeah I'll do a little piece of edible
The homies may or may not have some right over there
Like a Skittles.
Look at he doesn't even more.
He's obviously took a few already.
He's on there right now.
Look at his cool.
See, the thing about edibles is like when you, you don't know if you're taking too much.
So if you take it like a little bit too much, there's no going back.
I get stuck in that old.
I get so smacked on the edibles, bro.
Like I don't take them that often, but when I do, I like cancel my whole day.
I'm not doing anything.
You're not doing shit.
Road trips is cool, but it's like everything.
I was like, whoa.
Do you guys do the edibles?
My boys did and they fucked up like real bad.
What do you mean?
Don't do edibles no more.
They know what happened.
What happened?
You gotta talk about it.
Well, they don't remember shit, supposedly.
What do you remember?
Yeah, let's hear what.
Let's hear what they remember.
I remember.
Waking up.
We're in L.A.
Woke up in L.A.
Coming from Northern Kelly.
coming from Northern Kelly
So we wake up in L.A
Wake up in L.A.
We have a show in Vegas that night.
Show in Vegas.
It's not a show.
It was just like a promoter's convention.
It's like a presentation.
It's fucking important.
I just have that in mind.
So you know, we go get a...
A Uzi too.
The motherfucker behind the cameras.
Shower up, hotel.
Go get some of it.
Or no, we didn't even, we didn't even eat.
First thing we did, we went to the dispensary, yeah.
My boy Manny Cupcake Factory, shot my boy Manny, shot my boy Supreme Lester.
Sir.
Live with it.
Continue.
So, I picked up some Zazazas for the road,
and they also had some edibles, some, like, 1,000 milligram brownies and stuff like that.
So I remember I ate half of that brownie, so you could say I was like, give or take,
500 milligrams.
this way he ate a whole one and then oozy I didn't eat shit like half of a half
because I gave him the half and he split it with our other homing and then we had like what like a
five-hour drive to Vegas and then I just remember waking up two days after I'm in my fucking bed yeah
that's what he remembers what do you remember but I was cool well I thought I was cool
you know I felt just pretty high but like it's weird like a weird
body high you know like and I was just like like nervous like it's a little nervous
that's all you and then just getting up to the show just all over the place
freaking lights fucking sweating hella what do you remember Uzi
none of it wait but did you guys have to like go to the hospital or something like
how do you know so because some people go to the hospital for that shit fucking zombieed out
like hella like like if you have if you have to perform yeah yeah you performed though
yeah yeah and I don't remember it all M g that's what I'm saying so so so so no more edibles
for these boys more of the story they seen a stop sign watch out with the last yeah yeah
yeah no no no no no don't want to do it now I'm telling you
way, you know, they would try to, like, wake him up, and he would, like, start, like,
tripping out.
Like, if we were trying to sock him or something, like, rush him or some shit.
He'd flinch.
Yeah, he'd flinch, and we'd, like, you know, be like, yo, Rod, I'd try to wake him up and he'd flinch, you know?
Like, he was halla high.
That was just gone and shit.
Yeah, see, that's why, yeah, I can't do it.
I get too paranoid, and, yeah, like, my mind just starts going crazy.
I'm just like, oh shit.
Yeah, fuck out of those.
I've never done him.
Well, I'd done something, but like, just a small, small amount.
Never enough to, like, get me like that.
Yeah.
So what would you guys say it was, like, your first big break in music?
Like, what song was it, or, like, what moment was it?
Yeah, it was, for sure, Coz de la Clika.
Well, first, it was Blighi 420.
That's, like, the first 100K we got, you know?
And I went up to 200 and slowly kept writing.
But, uh, I feel like,
Quosa la Calica was the one
When we dropped it with Legado and
Fuerza
You had to help us out
You know with
Promotion and everything
You know just by hopping on it
And that shit did his thing
It hit a milly in a day
And that shit back then was a fucking
Like it's still rare
You know
But like back then it was even more like
Oh shit
That's a fucking milly in a day you know
I remember my boy Ramoncito
From Legato 7
Hit me up like
Yo bro congrats on
On a quarter milly
I was like
What the fuck I just
check that shit it wasn't even like fucking 50k i've seen that shit where we just went we we got
hype bro like we were just went crazy you know yeah and then we ended up going home we passed out
we woke up to it was already past the middle you know damn we're just like shit and at that
point you start getting like calls for like shows or like a few days after i was still working well
it's because when i did that i was already signing under rancho you know oh okay okay
so we already had like plans okay what we wanted to do yeah how we were gonna move
move but I was still working I used to work construction oh okay like when we dropped that
song I was still working it was basically I felt like it was up to me just whenever I wanted to
quit you know yeah I just went for a couple more weeks and I just decided I said I said peace out
homies yeah I was like I'm a rock star nah well dipped out now I did it I had told my brother about
it because my brother was a one that got me in oh okay okay shout out Semcoe shout out everybody
from the company yeah but you know they really put me on you know my brothers
Do you have your old, your old co-workers hitting you up?
Like, hey, bro, remember when we used to, like, do this shit?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Especially, like, from my brothers, you know.
Shout out to my brother Alfredo, Borre, Chino, Ulauori.
That's dark.
They put me on to the construction, me and my brother, Roe.
Like, if we dropped out, we dropped out of high school.
And we went straight to music and, you know, construction and shit.
There's other side shit.
Yeah.
But we're really focusing on music, you know, but construction was what is what was giving us money, you know.
And at that time, like for a dropout student, we were making fucking good money, you know, especially like compared to like the other students that had graduated and had jobs.
Like, we were still making better money, you know.
Yeah.
So we just kept that shit pushing.
I always knew we were going to make it, you know.
I had always told my brother that we were going to make that shit, you know.
And he was swore.
he was sworn into the Marines oh shit was supposed to go camp ready wow i told him no i told him no i
told him you're not going down and we had a talking shit and he he promised me for four or five years
ago now he promised me like just follow me drop everything and just pursue music we're gonna make it
tell him we gonna make this shit yeah yeah and i was like fuck it dropped out of fucking high school
so the marines wouldn't take me and just started oh shit dropped out too down near your same time
time I was already like in contact with my brothers you know yeah and they put me on you know
thank god I was able to do that but there was there was also a time where where I left I thought it
was time you know I had left construction and I was like fuck it I'm just gonna do music you know yeah
I was like this is gonna work you know and I was making other money on the side so I was like I'm gonna
fucking make it you know yeah and and that's faith and then I would like yeah I went at it and it was
difficult, you know?
Yeah.
It was hard.
So I was like, fuck it.
I got to, I gotta get a job again.
He's like, hey guys, I'm back.
Y'all missing?
I went to, I went to do field work and shit.
Oh, okay, okay.
I went to field work and then I was like, fuck that.
And then I went back into construction with our brother.
Yeah.
And yeah, I kept the push into it.
Do you feel like?
I felt like it was really pretty time?
Do you feel like you went harder at the music shit once you had to return to construction?
Because you're like, oh, shit.
This is reality.
I was always writing when I was fucking in construction.
all my little fucking
on your break
bathroom breaks
and shit
all that
yeah
I used always
just always just
be fucking in there
cooking up
just like
little words
you know
like
yeah
little bars and shit
and that's what
we're really
going on
with the rest of the song
yeah
that's super dope
how many
how many regular jobs
have
have you at
how many what
regular jobs
have you had
psh
man like
man I
I've tried to listen
right now
Taco Bell
Norms
uh
fucking JCPenny
Chase
Wells
farmers and merchants
bank
I worked out
a shitload of places
California Republic Bank
I worked
what is that like
seven yeah
like seven jobs
probably seven eight
I got like all the hibs or jobs
I was like Starbucks
I was a barista
and then I was a lift driver
that's it
well actually I worked at a
full restaurant first
that was my first ever job
yeah
what was the restaurant called
it was called
fucking way
isn't that crazy
it was called
fucking way
Like foe? Like the suit
Yeah, but then they try to do a word
Word playing and fuck king way
So it's like you say it fast a fucking way
You know
But with me no fucking way
No fucking way
Bro how I got fired was like my fucking boss
Would always yell at me in Vietnamese
And one time I was carrying out with the fucking hot ass suit
And she was yelling the fuck out of me
And I put my hand in the soup
And I got so mad
I was like, fuck, this place.
I'm out and I just walked out
and then just left.
That shit was burnt my head.
I had like a big ass boil in my head.
Why were they talking like Vietnamese to you?
I don't know.
When she gets mad.
When this Asian chick gets mad?
What do you think they were telling you?
I don't know, bro.
I think I was just too slow.
Because I was in the back tasting everything.
I was like, this shit doesn't look fire.
With the soy spring roll?
Put in his fingers in the soup?
More MSG.
Run that shit up, bro
I swear if I work in like the food
The food industry
I would be eating that fucking food
Bro, it's too easy
Imagine being a fucking Uber Eats driver
I bet there's people would probably do that shit
Imagine being like an Uber Eats driver
I would be sipping the top of their thing
I'll take one fry
You gotta take one fry
Yeah, no I'm taking like three
I used to make the fattest burritos at Taco Bell
When I was on my break
Just custom burritos that weren't on the menu
I'm just like putting this shit in here
Yeah my boy mania too
Shout out my boy Manny
He used to work at a little restaurant like that too, you know.
He used to always load our shit up for show, for sure, you know.
Bigger brother than you've ever seen.
Yeah, hell yeah.
I asked that because y'all said that y'all had dropped out of high school.
And out of all the regular jobs I've had, nobody has ever asked me for my fucking high school diploma.
Ever?
Ever.
Never.
My resume says I have a master's degree.
And you do.
Allegedly.
But it's like
Nobody has ever
You know
So I don't know
I'll be feeling like school
Is a scam
Yeah
You know
Like we don't
I mean
It's a lot of kids watching
Go to school
Yeah go to school
Get yourself a degree
Nobody
Never asked me
And I've only had
Three regular jobs
Yeah
I told you all got fired
From Walmart
Somebody robbed it
Oh yeah
Came with a gun and shit
What fuck
That's not my money here
You want the rest of the money?
You want me on the literal?
You want some shit from aisle 43?
Here's a gift card.
Here's a gift card.
Would you like some alcohol as well?
That's funny.
That's funny.
Do you feel like there's a bunch of people that used to work construction with you that
they tell their people that they used to work with you and they don't believe them at all?
Oh yeah.
I always get those calls from my.
Hey, fool, we still work together, right?
Tell him, tell him, you're right here.
It doesn't believe me.
Give me a shout out.
The funniest one. Hey, J.D., you're my bro, huh?
Yeah, bro.
Yeah, bro.
Yeah, bro.
Yeah, bro.
You see, I told you, I told you.
I just get all hyped and shit.
Was it anybody who didn't believe in you or anything?
Yeah, hell yeah.
There was a lot of people.
How did I feel now and it's just like, because I look to flex on the motherfucker.
Yeah, hell yeah, but I don't do all that.
I just try to help out my people.
Like, if it's, if it's, if it's, I feel now to.
If there's people I genuinely just have respect for it, have around me, you know, or have taught me something in the past.
I try to keep them around me, you know, to help them out and shit.
Did you get any new cousins?
Any new cousins?
Yeah, like, people saying like, hey, primo.
Oh, hell yeah, for sure.
Yeah.
You're my cousin.
Oh, da-da-da-da, you know my aunt, this and that.
Like, I'm like, oh, yeah, for sure.
Are people just DMing you like, hey, what's your grandpa's name?
Yeah.
Like, they're like, you're mine too.
Hey, like, we're from the same rancho.
That's fucking crazy.
Wait, where are you from? So I could talk people where cousins?
I'm from Las Staccas, Michoacan.
Me too. Me too.
It's a little Pueblito over there by Hikilpan, Samora,
Sawayo, over there.
Oh, okay.
Mitchokan.
Michoacan.
Now we're not cousins.
My family's from Halisco, so we're neighbors.
What part?
Like two hours.
My dad is from two hours like north of Guadalajara.
And then...
Have you ever been out of?
Yeah, but not there.
What part?
La Capia de Guadalupe and like Guadalajara.
It's lit out there, huh?
Yeah, this is the lit of shit.
I miss it already.
I feel like you guys have a lot of fans down there.
Hell yeah.
I feel like we got a fuck ton of fans.
Like crazy crazy.
Like, yeah.
Guadalajara.
Where was the Sapopan?
Zapopan?
Where else we did somewhere else?
Mexicali?
Awas Calientes?
Yeah.
Oh, that was lit.
But, like, out there is just fucking lit as fuck.
Like, I'm talking about like,
like over here they sing my lyrics you know like they'll probably just sing like because whatever they
find catchy you know like or the beginning of the song and like a little bit of the middle you're just
the drops you know i mean yeah but like in mexico they fucking sing the whole song like from starting
to finish like i'll i'll shut up anywhere between the song and they'll keep that shit going like you know
i'm just like it's just lit like it's he's all a different out there like for sure that's super dope
Um, what's touring like over there though? Like, are you guys able to smoke freely like
tier? Because I know there's like different rules out there. There's like extortion and like the
people who pull you over just to be like, how much money? Yeah, we can. Like we can't smoke everywhere,
but we do. You know? Yeah. Yeah. Like we just have to like yeah. It doesn't matter like.
Non-negotiable. Like we'll find a way, you know, we'll find a way to make a coup with whoever owns a spot or whatever.
you know, to make us, to let us smoke, you know?
Because we got to be comfortable and like, you know, like,
there's been times where people were like,
there's fucking fucking cops are coming, like this and that.
Like, you guys got to bounce and like, I'm just like,
what the fuck, like, just paying him off or some shit.
That's like my boy Swift.
Anywhere, like he'll spark up literally anywhere until they tell him to put it out.
And it was, oh, my bad, bro, my bad, man.
I didn't know, I didn't know, I didn't know.
Like, it's not even, bro.
We're church right now, dog.
No, no, no, you're good, you go, bro.
My bad.
That was my bad.
I feel like they just make a big-ass deal out of it, you know?
Like, I don't know.
I have to always be high everywhere I go.
Yeah.
Everywhere.
And the last time I went to Mexico,
someone out there, well, someone from out here flew with tree out there.
Yeah.
And we were smoking, you know, we're good.
But when I ran out, I felt like I was fucking stressing, bro.
Like, I felt like I was, like, hung over every fucking day.
I was drinking, but not like, you know, not like, you know, not like,
that and like I would just feel like shit like in the morning and like he flew he flew back out and
then he flew again and he brought us more tree.
Shit.
And that's the go there.
Like I felt that again, you know, like.
Yeah.
I just feeling he had to be high.
And that's when I knew, you know, I just got to smoke.
I got to be high.
Yeah.
How did you get introduced to like the lien?
My cousins.
Mm.
Yeah.
Just like and the people I used to hang around.
with, you know, the people I hang around with right now.
Yeah.
All the influence is just around it, you know.
Yeah.
And, like, when I tried it, I don't know, I fuck with it.
I fuck with, like, the feeling, you know, the body high.
Don't do lean.
It's bad for you.
It's shit.
Fuck you up.
No cap.
Like, don't do this shit.
He is not a role model.
No.
Just plays one on TV.
But shit's like, I don't know.
I feel like how to comfortable, you know, and like, I don't drink alcohol.
Like, I don't like drinking alcohol.
Yeah.
Like, I don't like the taste.
I don't like the hangover.
Yeah.
You know, and like when I get too drunk, I'd be fucking talking too much and shit.
Like, I sort of got out of going on for days and shit.
Yeah, I don't like that.
I like being chill, you know, like that.
That shit, I heard it's expensive as fuck right now.
That's an expensive hobby.
I heard it went up during the pandemic.
Yeah, major because EDD for sure.
I know for a fact.
That's crazy, yeah.
Everybody decided to text a fuck out of it.
her walk going for like 500 a line.
500 a line?
An ounce, yeah.
That was probably like a month, two months ago.
So you know, like a baby bottle?
Like, why?
It's like this.
No, that's not.
A baby bottle is thin.
It's like a line is probably like this much from a baby bottle.
Oh, shit.
And how many lines is pour the fall in the 20 ounce to call it 20 foes?
Well, it depends on what you're pouring up.
And if you're pouring up in like a 2 liter, we usually pour up.
like a four. Put four in sides of the two. Four lines inside the two later. I heard you guys say that in a
song right you said uh if I if I'm about myself well like in English he said like if I'm by
myself is a two if I'm where everybody else is a four so like that yeah I was like oh that's hard
I cut that I usually when I'm by myself like smaller soda you know I usually be pouring
up just like a little too yeah that should get me high yeah I don't really be sipping like
People would be thinking I'd be like fucking sipping like major, you know, but I don't, I used to be
sipping more like heavy, you know, but I just, I'm like, fuck that.
That show will fuck me up in the long run.
I know for a fact.
I just do it every once in a while.
Yeah.
I know what's up.
Speak about, um, la deando with the force of rehitha because I feel like that's a really
big song of your guys too and that's what you guys are talking about.
And then just like linking with JOP and them.
Yeah.
Well, I had that song way before like I had already.
fuck way before we put out like goza la clika on all those tracks you know and i was gonna do it by
myself that one because we did cause de la clika sdifes serenzo and la diando we did it all on the same day
oh damn you made three hits in a day yeah that's one of those money nights those were those three
first first videos we recorded from guncha those were the ones that you know started you guys went
three for three on the first night i know jimmy was like ah shit no jimmy was like
He like tells me to this day, you know.
Yeah.
That's a legendary night.
No, for sure.
But yeah, I was going to do it by myself.
And Jimmy was like, hey, what if, what if there are footsteps on it?
I was like, for sure, let's hear it.
You know, let's see how sound.
And we went outside and they were practicing and shit.
They sounded solid.
So I was like, let's get it.
Come on.
Yeah.
We did that shit.
That shit was cool.
One thing I was going to ask you about, too.
How does it feel to, like, influence a new generation
of artists I feel like because there's I was a at my uncle's crib the other day and there's like
these 17 year old kids with guitars and shit and like this is like they're like this is what I'm
gonna do you know and then they're like yeah like we're trying to get on Rancho Milda and stuff like
that and I'm just like damn that's hard like there's a whole you know people like in high school
and shit are like looking up to you guys and like are like that's my dream I want to be like
I didn't see up at thrones that's a dope-ass feeling bro like I don't even know how to explain it like
that's really what keeps us going you know what keeps us wanting to push it out like really
the fans supporting so much and they want to do shit like us you know like to a certain
extent I love that yeah we got a lot even like I got a lot of nephews now they're
like in high school and shit and like they're telling like their little brothers and
little little cousins they don't even they know who I am through family but they don't
know who we are you know shit like there was like a like a lot of
of like northern cali like you know groups too that were formed because you know a lot of our
homies and shit like like when there are i met dude i met jd in high school i know roost and it's like
when i was like in third grade and then when they were barely getting shit together i was already in
a group i've been playing for like a year or something like that but playing like northeanian and shit
with my boy's from uh my boy from marca de rancho and my boy palma and then we just
just all we would all link together and shit just work on shit practice
convivated and shit yeah that's dope and then how did you come up with the name
my brother right here he came up with it we're all together actually it was the three of us
that was probably like first time i wrote a song we wrote that shit like i don't like that's when
i was like what the fuck bro is this fucking easy like we wrote a song like we like this one we're
barely starting this shit we wrote a song probably like not a shit you know probably like 40 minutes
And that was like my first ever sign, you know,
rhyming, like, written down and, like, everything.
And, like, we're like, all right, no, we need a fucking, we need a name, you know.
And so my boy said that, like, herencia de patrones.
I was like, that sounds sick.
And the meaning behind is just herencia de patrones, you know,
bosses, you know, bosses, you know, like, I look up to my parents, my, you know,
all of us do, like bosses, you know, like, bosses, you know,
like, patrons, respected, well respected and everything.
So that's why we decided to name our group.
like that. That's super dumb. You said that was like four years ago, four or five years ago when you guys
Yeah, I was like probably like five brought the team together. Yeah, that was, well to be
honest, it was probably just me, him and then it was my brother for a solid minute and then my cousin
hopped on Rekinto and I I used to do Rekinto that's the that's basically like the yeah that's the
main guitar you know and my cousin picked it up and and some shit happened and we split but me and my
always stay together, you know, and we kept it pushing. And that's when we met Uzi. And I had always
told this food, you know, like, hop on with us, bro. Like, we'll make a killing, bro. I'm telling you,
I know what we got, bro. Like, our shit is different. Like, my shit is, you can't compare it.
You know, like, we're going to do this. And sure enough, he hopped on with us. And then we made
Uzi hop on with us, too. After that, it just clicked.
That's far. What was, like, your first couple shows?
like were you guys doing like
Colorado
you're doing like full shows already
you didn't do like backyard
backyard parties
oh yeah we used to do
Kinsenierrez
we used to do
as far as a group
yeah
we only ever had one backyard show
like us four
I used to play backyard shows
with this was like way way back in the day
like I got a video on my phone
like little privadas
like you throw your own parties
or you would
privados
no it's just people were to contract this
oh okay
you know and like
on their backyard
and they have like a little party going on
I stopped doing
I'm not stop doing it, but like I don't really do it that much no more.
They ain't paying the right.
It's kind of low key now, you know, like.
That must be a fucking bag.
Like if the price is right, if the price is right, we'll put up on you.
You know, we'll see everything.
No, that bag is going to be, have to be crazy.
Because those little 17-year-old dudes that came the other day, we spent like 450
bucks and they were there for like three hours.
So I would have, they don't even have Instagram.
So, Jesus Christ.
that bad got to be stupid
like if it's my boy
I'll plug them you know
yeah
but if it's somebody like
I don't know
or just trying to get a song
or you know
something like
yeah
and you could be there
I'm charging my price
like that's just my price
you know
and that's my price right now
because it's what people
don't understand
like
in a week or two
that shit could change
you know
like that shit just changes
fucking randomly
it's literally when I decide to
you know
when I see my shit
going up
or when I see
certain movies
because like
to be honest
I'm probably like
I feel like I'm not the last one, but I'm not the first one to find out when, you know, my shit be going up like majors or, you know, like shit.
Like, I'm always like kind of late with it, you know.
Kind of sit back, just let it marinate do his thing.
He's just looking at numbers like, oh shit, hey, we need another 20K.
It's like, oh, shit.
I swear to God, it's like, 20 million?
What the fuck?
Okay.
Like, you know.
He called somebody back, hey, price went up for Saturday.
Like, probably two hours?
I was like, fuck.
That's how to be though, too.
He's like, God, Dave, you got to perform in an arena.
Like Gabe Barber?
Yeah.
Price went up on Gabe's barber.
Bro, if you don't got it, you don't got it.
60 bucks, Gabe.
What you're going to do?
I saw you're on no jumper now.
Oh, yeah.
Fuck.
But you spoke a lot, you spoke about your parents earlier.
Were your parents, like, supportive out the gate with this?
Or did it take a while for them to, like, get used to?
the idea of you doing this and the content in your music as well yeah for sure my my parents were
always 100% supported with it well not really with it with the content and stuff you know but yeah
like the music just the music behind it yeah like the way it would sound and everything like
they would tell me you know pull up and play this song oh okay yeah i'm writing or yeah you know
stuff like that but they were always really supportive that's like no matter what i would do
they would just support you know because i'll tell them like straight up i know we're gonna make
it. I know I'm going to make it. I'm going to help you guys out. I'm going to help everybody out.
You know, I'm going to be able to. So let me do my thing. I promise you.
Yeah. You know, sure enough. That's dope as fuck. Yeah.
Yeah. The other day, I was with my aunt and we're all really drunk. And then she was like,
Miho, I'm so proud of you. I just want to tell you that I'm sorry we didn't believe in you,
but you're doing it now.
Hell yeah.
The double back. I was like, man, that's like, that means so much to me. Like, what? Like, because
My brother always be like that too.
Yeah, like, I'm sorry and believing you.
I'm like, you never said that.
He don't be like that.
He don't be like, you remember when I tell you used to sing like shit?
I was like, yeah.
Like, that's his way it's saying.
Yeah, yeah.
Your people being supportive of a, oh shit.
My damn whole nail just bent back.
No, but your people like supporting you, I think that's real important.
That builds your confidence.
Your family believe in you and stuff.
That's everything because that's first people you take, you know, like music to or whatnot, you know, your boys are people you have around to.
That's who you have to ensure that whatever you're going to do is right, you know?
Yeah, that's super dope.
My daddy don't even know what I do.
Ask me, we're on the Jump Network.
The Jump Network.
What are you talking about?
I feel like my dad will just get really excited like every Snoop or somebody, like he came up listening to it.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
I was like the other day, like, two years ago, I, like, took a picture of Warren G.
And I was like, look, Dad.
And he's like, who the fuck is that?
I'm like, how do you?
And he's like, oh, yeah, yeah, Warren G.
Where'd you see him?
Like, I was like, I didn't run into him at the gas station, dog.
Like, come on.
Yeah, yeah.
That's a real show.
That's just mad funny.
So what's next for you guys?
What are you guys coming next?
We got a tour coming pretty soon, probably like two weeks.
We're going to start in Texas.
My shit's going to get lit.
know for a fact we've been doing shows um we had like two shows when in anaheim that she was popping
shout out of the people in anaheim who pulled up hell yeah what what is it at um halos oh it was a
mdn oh yeah and uh she got so crowded like a lot of people couldn't get in you know like a lot of
people had to get sent back and shit we're gonna be back no worry what was this this was like a week ago
and then yes two days ago we had another show
show right here in Moreno Valley at Rodel.
That show was success, too.
That's crazy.
We're gonna have two rounds, you know, like second round, the second night, but
something happened.
I don't know.
Something about the city.
The I.E. and Orange County do not give a fuck about COVID.
They're open.
They're open.
I was like, I was ready for this next night.
We're going to get littered.
No cab.
They can't come into LA right now.
I went to a hookah lounge and Anaheim.
Open as fuck.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Oh, but everything, uh, well not.
for the most part most things are going to open up on april first amusement parks in
they're going to hit you with the april fools that's what i'm going to say what they're
fucking right they're fucking with everybody they're fucking with everybody i'm over here thinking like damn
i should apply for to be the skipper at the jungle cruise now so they can hire me for april
the amusement parks are opening right they're going to be like but april first though so
i got me fucked up they're just going to say
No, we got you.
What if we think we're getting our similar checks that day?
No.
We should get everything that day.
Everything that they've been holding from us for the fucking past year.
It's literally been a fucking year.
And imagine a year ago we thought the world was ending.
Everybody was buying up two brush, I mean, two toilet paper.
It's been a whole damn fucking year.
Paper towels and shit.
The shelves was empty.
You couldn't find Lysol, Chlorac.
They were getting resold, like, supreme and shit.
Yeah.
I still haven't seen any lightsaw wipes in the grocery store.
They keep them behind the counter like where the henny and like the baby formula.
All the important shit is signs on it in the grocery store that says one per shopper.
Yeah.
Yeah.
They didn't have no water last year.
That first week was fucking nuts.
I thought I really thought the world was going to end.
I thought the world was going to apply martial law.
I thought people were going to start dropping like flies like really like in the street type shit.
Like just oh, I got it.
Like burrbox?
Yeah, bro.
I swear to God, that's what I was thinking, like a year ago today, probably.
I feel like it was like right around a year ago exactly today.
Yeah, it was March 13th.
Yeah, I remember I went to brunch like for Swift's birthday, his birthday just passed.
We all went to brunch and then two days later the world was shut down.
I was like, damn, I didn't know that was the last time I was going to party.
I would have went harder.
Like, what the fuck?
I was at work.
They started packing up her whole office.
I'm like, what the fuck?
Is this this?
I don't know it was at.
You thought everybody got fired?
No.
I thought I was waiting for somebody to call me in office.
Oh, shit.
Oh, they shut the company down.
Y'all all packing up.
Like, what the fuck?
I've been fucking up, so I know y'all calling me in.
Jesus over there trying to work extra hard.
Yeah, that was crazy.
Now look at this.
Underground strip clubs.
Underground strip clubs, allegedly, in the crib.
Who knows?
Oh, that's what you was doing.
Oh, I heard of it.
laugh come from behind me.
Somebody laughing behind me?
I thought somebody
was still recovering and said something.
Oh, shit.
All right.
Well, do you guys got anything else?
Do you guys anything else
do you want to tell the people
before we get out of here?
Yeah, keep supporting the music.
You know, we got some hot shit coming out.
Like, if you guys thought
what we had was hot, just wait for
there's new shit.
Like, for real, for real, for real.
We're coming hot.
Whole lot of clique got shit on the way.
A whole lot of clique got shit.
That's right.
Matt lately, we'll see you next week.
We are out.
Shut up.
Shout out.
