well everybody make their yams different because I don't really make my like how a lot of people make it how you make your yam like I put sweet and condensed milk on mine instead of because a lot of people let me hear you out all right a lot of people over like try to oversweeten about using like a lot of sugar like white sugar and that makes your yams in my opinion tastes like really like therapy and just like like syrup like it's it's nasty to me so for me I use the um the sweet and condensed milk on the top but I still use a little bit of white sugar but I also use brown sugar and I use cinnamon and just a little bit of nutmeg and I use almond extract and mine so it brings all the flavors together and in like butter and stuff

on top but the um the sweet and condensed milk it kind of cuts it um cuts all of those sugars a little bit and it gives it almost like a little bit of like a little bit of like a not really like a gravy, but like a thickener. So, because some people use, like, bread crumbs or something in there to kind of, like, bring it together. To make it, like, a cassero type of shit. To make it to where it's not so soupy when all that sugar has broken out.

So you whip yours all the way down. You don't make your slices. I mean, no, it's slice, but I'm just saying like. I like the little hard. Yeah. Yeah, me too. Yeah, I still leave a slice, but it just add a little bit of something to it. Yeah.
