outside of that, I always been like the chubbier girl that could outdance everybody. Gotcha. So that always just catapulted me. And then when I went to college, I started my own dance team. And it was called Envy Dance Troop.

And we won everything. Okay. And that's how I got my name, Queen Envy, because could nobody fuck with us. In the dancing department In the real, yeah, not shaking ass for cash Or what I ended up young.

Like the break dancing. No, like footworking. You know Chicago footworking. Hoping while I can, bop that back down, you know what I'm saying? Choreography. Like we did a little bit of everything. You know what I'm saying?

But couldn't nobody fuck with us and people called me the queen. They'd be like, they'll go queen and be right there. So I'm not self-named. Yeah. They gave me that. In fact. And the dancing put you in a company

of some interesting people? Yes. Dancing is the reason why I'm just all the way where I am with my career, period. You know what I'm saying? Because a lot of people, like, I remember growing up and I tell my mom, I'm like, I want to dance. And she's like, that's not a real career for you to, you know what I'm saying? But times have changed so much, you know what I'm saying, where it is a real career now.

People on tour with people, people do this, people do that. You know what I'm saying? Even in college, we had did, we opened a, we opened, for Drake. We opened up for Marion for Twister. You know, this is a Chicago legend, but you know, shout after Twister. You know what I'm saying? Like, young Jeezy, young jock, people from young money. You know what I'm saying? Like, we opened up for a lot of people. And then it was just like, I always just been like the, hey, you know what I'm saying? We'll come in. Y'all will come open up? Of course. What, y'all? So was you already like into like the stripping before the internet? No. So it was so crazy how I got into the exotic dancing because it was like people used to literally pay me to just come turn up. Like if they party was dry. They'd be like, come in this bitch, turn up. You know what I'm saying? So I'm coming that bitch, I'd fall, do a split.

And I was just looking. I was like, I want to kind of change my image a little bit because it's like I gave that. girl all the time, but it was just like, not saying that you have to be naked to be that girl, but I wanted to be confident enough to be like, I'm going to wear that. I don't care. You know what I'm saying? And that's what I did. Because despite if I was 240 pounds or 180 pounds, I still had nice curves and a nice body and shit like that. You know what I'm saying? I still was always decent. I wasn't never just like overly like, I definitely had my chubby days.

Of course. No, facts. So like at 21, you started realize I, you know, like, I'm attractive enough to where I can break men now, you know, for just pain just to look at me and dance or something like that. So pretty, well, okay, so probably around like 22, 23 is when I started like, okay, okay, let me tell you the story. This is how it actually happened. A party booked me and they wanted me to come like, hey, come turn up. And I used to be basically like a professional twer. You feel me? So I came and then it was like I seen all these guys with all these singles.

And I'm looking like, okay, right. I'm like, so then, you know, I'm doing my thing. I'm twirking, woo, woo. And so I have brought a friend with me this time because I'm like, okay, this crowd a little bigger. And sometimes they did tip, even though I wouldn't be taking nothing off. they were still like tip me. And so we end up going crazy. Next thing I know, they're throwing the money.

So I'm looking like, but then I could tell they slow down with the money. So I'm going to like, they want me to take this shit off. You feel me? So I'm like, okay, fucking. So I was feeling myself. I was feeling confident, you know what I'm saying? And so I had on like some little fishnet, little stockings with like some little spank, little shorts over it.

So I ended up like taking the little spanks off and I had the little fish net song. And so I was twerking in that. they started going crazy with the money. I'm like, Oh, yeah. Hold on. Hold on, wait. And then my friend, she followed suit

because she was with the shit. She's been a dancer for real. So she was with the shit. So she followed suit. Because, of course, you know, if you're shaking ass, you're going to always make sure you got something chewed on under.

Even if you're a twer. You just going to make sure. You know what I'm saying? So she gets to take her shit off. We made like, we made like $2,000 apiece. And like. Damn.

A hour. It was probably like 40 minutes. Damn. And I was like, light bulb. I was like, you know what? I ain't gonna lie. You know, that wasn't too bad.

And, you know, and it was so crazy because it was like, so many people looked at me crazy when I was, when I started being open about me dancing. Because they like, okay, you went to college. You had your own dance team. You really are doing good in a professional route. So why even take this route? But I'm a risk taker.

And, you know, I know that you only got one life to live. And I'm not, I really don't care about people's opinion for real. You know what I'm saying? So at the end of the day, I'm like, shit, when the bills come through the mail, they got my name on the motherfuckles. You feel me? So I'm going to make sure that shit is right for me and what I got going on. And I really don't care what nobody say.

And I just went and deal what I wanted to do. And that's how I ended up changing it to envy with an eye. Because when they was looking up, like my dance team, Envy Dance Troop and IU, I didn't want them to confuse. You know what I'm saying? Looking them up. Looking you up. Looking me up.

You know what I'm saying? So I was like, okay, I'm going to keep the queen, Envy, but I'm going to change you with an eye at the end because I don't want to miss can screw, you know what I'm saying, the two because they own some good girl shit. I mean, not good girls because it's a co-ed, you know what I'm saying, the dance team. but they on some good shit and I'm being a little devilish over here. You feel me?

And I didn't want to mix it to because my decisions don't have nothing to do with my team. Of course. You know what I'm saying? I feel like that says more about like that's so like your transition to dancing is more of a reflection on society as a whole than you because you're somebody who went to college and we were told you go to college. You get out. You get a good job paying you 100,000 bucks a year and then you live good. but if somebody is going to college and they get out of college and dancing is making it more money, then that's a, you know, that that's more of a reflection on society than

the, you know, that you, right? I mean, yeah, I mean, like, I hate that teachers I paid so fucking underrated. You feel me? And they are educators of the world, you feel me? So it's just like, yeah, I definitely saw a lot more money than people with master's degrees. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? And it is like a slap in the face

because it's like, we pay all this money to get educated. We do all of this. We put all our time, effort, strength, energy into pouring into school work and all of this. And then it'd be like, you do all of that to just get paid. Okay. Of course.

That's fucked up. Man, bro. It sucks, man. So so then how long did you do like the stripping thing for? I mean, I did it for years. Like, I did it for years like Here.

And all I know is my friend, she's standing up and squab like, so I'm looking like, what's going on? So apparently a girl he was messing with came and she ain't like how I was dancing on him. And she slapped them. Oh, wow. When she slapped them, I'm down doing my thing because, you know, everybody so into me performing because I'm a great performer. So everybody so into me performing, you know what I'm saying? They're looking like I'm not, I'm zoned out. You know what I'm saying? When I perform, I zoned out. but my friend on point, like, you know what I'm saying?
