I'm from Ontario, California because I went to high school, and I did my last year in middle school out there. got to represent as far as the inland empire i'm pretty much everywhere in the inland empire growing up i grew up in la quente you feel me uh shit at a young age my pops uh ended up getting a life sentence you feel me so we moved out of there we moved to like uh victorville you feel what i'm saying so that was like when you know a young age so he'd been down since 2001 you feel me so i've been moving around everywhere so that's just pretty much you feel me that so i moved from victorville to shit i went from san gabriel valley to victorville to

for Ontario to, you feel me staying in that area. Yeah, that was when you were real young, like when your parents were just moving around for work or whatever? Yep, that's like a real young age, for real. But as I progressed,

And then I like posted a clip where you could like see where I was at. And all of a sudden my DMs are just flooded with people being like, what are you doing in San Bernardino? Like couldn't believe it. And we're really like warning me like that is not a good place to be.

Yeah. Because you know the people online, they go on they do. They're going to tell you exactly where you're at. You can be like, what the fuck like? And they just seen up to some shit in the background. So they probably like, Adam, you right here, right here, right here. You can be like, uh, yeah, let's move from this. Well, I think I posted, like, the world's oldest McDonald's or something.

Oh, yeah. They got some, like, McDonald's that's like, it looks super f***ed up and, like, old. I can't remember. But, um, all right. So, uh, when you start getting in trouble or, like, where were you at when I started to become part of your life? I don't like getting in trouble, but, I mean, as far as, like, dippling and dabbling, I've always been dipping and dabbing.

You feel? I'm, you know, a godfaring man first, but I used to say I was a godfilling drug dealer, but so I guess, I don't know. Yeah, I'm just trying to figure out how you got to the bricks because there's a lot of bricks being chopped up in your music. It'd be like... He starts with the most and the nines.

Yeah, well, he must have had a lot of bricks. Oh, me. I mean, man, we're trying to live like Scarface, man. Like, we grew up watching like Scarface and paid him full and shit like that. So it's like, you know, coming from where we're from, it's like, that's like really like to say, but that's really the goal.

But, you know, I guess what you're asking, like, how do I get from there to there type of thing? Yeah, I mean, let's do like the bare bones, like first getting into selling drugs. So when did you first get locked up? My first time getting locked up when I was younger, just pistols and driving around without a license at a young age, you feel me? Probably like 17, you feel me? Okay. Like around those years. But after that, I was pretty smooth, and then I got booked again. but shit the drugs and the guns wasn't really the problem like you feel

me until they started adding up more you know what I'm saying but Was it like I mean being Like obviously the son of someone That's a prestigious guy from So like even speaking upon that right Like to be real with you I don't even know my my

My father figure like that Like and it is not until recently I started even reaching back on some like that You feel what I'm saying Because they've never been around Like mind you That was like You feel me?

At a young age. Right, right. He wasn't around because he got locked up, but he wasn't around before that as well. I mean, I was a kid, so I don't remember. Okay, so this is from when you were like really young. So he got hit with a crazy sentence? Yeah.

Long story short, he did some shit that got him life. You feel what I'm saying? You already know what type of shit you got to do to get life. But the new laws and shit like that, it's been, what, 26 years, bro, been down? Damn, so you got hope that he might be able to get out? Oh, no, he's getting up. Oh, really?

A couple months. A couple months. Ooh, let's go. So are you planning on, like, really trying to fully rekindle the relationship and everything? Well, I guess you never really had it in the first place. Yeah, I mean, I don't got no animosity toward anybody. Like, I got kids, too, you feel me? So it's like, it was like, I was just thinking back like, damn, like, even being in the county or whatever, like, I'm like, damn, I want to be around my son.

I feel f*** up. And then my grandma, she's like, damn, you're doing the same thing, your positive. I'm like, thinking about it. I'm like, damn. So how I missed my son? This name might have missed me the same type of way this whole time. I'm like there. I mean, it's pretty obvious that like anybody would in that scenario, right?

And you missed a lot of the important, you know? Like I was just, somebody said to me the other day, like, you got to think, like, as a dad, think about the role that you have in your kid's life where to your kid, every little thing that you can do, like the fact that you can think of a joke off the top of your head that actually makes the whole room laugh or the fact that you could throw a ball or that you can drive a car or ride a bike or whatever. Like, to your kid, you are a, superhero to them because they don't know how to do shit.

And meanwhile, from their perspective, you literally know how to do everything on earth. And you kind of miss that, but like, does that make you want to like rekindle that to a certain, not rekindle it because you never really had it. Yeah, like, it's crazy because you don't really know, like, I ain't going to lie though, like, shit like that kind of regular, though. You feel me?

Like, I preach like Section 8 babies is like a foundation. Like, you feel I'm saying? I really had to see it for myself, like, different people that's coming up. Obviously, you see a lot of bunch of young people coming up, being around. And I kind of just wanted to figure out my own lane because I'm like, I know what to talk about, you feel me? I just don't know how to lay it down, you feel me? But now I do, but you feel me? So I didn't start rapping. From before I went to jail, my music career timeline to the outside view, my first tape, I dropped five months before I went to jail.

So the world, so if we're not counting in jail time or anything, I only been doing music for six months of the world. So what year was that you dropped? 2024. Okay, so you dropped the project and you got locked up for two years? Yep. Okay. So, okay, so when this dude dropped, like, I don't know what page it was, but it was one of like the...

The New West Coast type of shit. Yeah, it was one of them like, yeah, exactly. Shout out, shout out all of them, the New West Coast, shout out to, you feel me? Because they, they show in love off the strength. Like, you feel me? And that's a good... I've never asked, like, sometimes I ask this shit like that, but I've, like, all that was no promotion.

Like, I never paid for none. That shit was just off the strength. So I was like, damn, good looking. And I ain't going to lie. I thought that you maybe did pay for promotion at that stage because it was like your music didn't have. No traction. Yeah, it had no views yet.

I want to grab attention from, you know, the younger, the younger crowd, and I feel like I made a song where it's like, I could still talk my shit, be me, but be onto where it's like, okay, this person might not sell drugs or this young guy might look, up to shit like this. And that is really actually like the biggest contribution from my perspective. Draco is like, yeah, he flow wise and everything. He was really interesting.

But also like to me, a lot of it was just the creativity and like the sort of bizarre style linguistically. I'm actually, you don't even know how much I appreciate that.
