You're from Florida? You're from Atlanta? I'm from VA. From VA originally? Yeah, I'm from VA. I moved to Atlanta. Yeah, Virginia Beach. I was born in Virginia Beach.

Okay. Yeah, I moved to Atlanta in 2016 Because I was on the show, Little Women, Atlanta Little Women, Atlanta Yeah, so I've been there since then I just moved to Florida in October Okay Yeah

I just wanted to get out of Atlanta Like I felt like I gave Atlanta all I needed to give And I always wanted to live in Florida And I was tired of the cold weather in Atlanta So I'm just trying it out Yeah, you weren't feeling Atlanta like that no more You just like getting I'm out of here Yeah, it's just a lot of haters

in the area. I just feel like everybody feel like they can't support someone else because they got their own things going on. You know what I'm saying? So I just felt like it wasn't somewhere that I wanted to continue to grow.

I felt like I did everything that I needed to do there. And if I know that I've made enough connections that when I go back there, I can work. But I don't necessarily want to live in the city. What made you originally go there? Was it for your appearance on Little Women in Atlanta? Is that what moved you there originally from Virginia? Yep, I moved there to be on the show.

Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Would you feel like it just ran out? Do you feel like it was because you got off, you just was done with the show or you just was done with the city overall? I feel like I was already done with the show. And where I have taken my career, I can do what I do anywhere. So I just didn't feel like I needed to be in Atlanta anymore. Like I just felt like the energy, I wanted to expand. I had family on my father's side that I never got to get to know and meet in Orlando. So I decided why not move there? Yeah, I had no family in Atlanta. No. She's out there by yourself. Yeah, I was out there by myself. My cousin actually ended up moving out there around the same time.

So she is out there now. But that's about it, family-wise. How long was you out in Atlanta by yourself until she came out there? Maybe like a year. And then they came out. Damn. Yeah. You got kids.

I have three kids. How old are they? Ten, and my daughters are about to turn nine and seven. Damn, so you was out there by yourself for three kids. Yeah. Trying to juggle it and trying to juggle this show as well. Yes. So I had a nanny, and my kid's father, like, he wasn't working when I was on the show.

So, like, you know, he would just watch the kids and stuff like that, you know. Where you are now? Where's who? He's still in Georgia. He said he was the one that was watching the kids. kids while you, uh... Like, while I was on a show and stuff like that. Yeah.

Yeah. Are you still fucking with the kids? Is he still fucking? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He's just in Georgia though. So like he'll come out or like I'm about to go down there in May because my

cousin's graduating. So, you know, take trips like that. Yeah. Well, it's good that he still see the kids, you know, throughout the mixture because it's hard to uphold long distance relationships. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? That's why I didn't want to move to Florida because I was like, I didn't want to take

my kids. away from their dad. But like I said, in the position that I'm in, I can travel down there whenever or he can travel up here whenever, you know? And I've always been like, if they don't have it, if maybe he don't have it to fly or drive or something, I'll pay for that, you know, because I just want my kids to have their father. That's real.

You know? No, that's, you know what's so cold? You don't mind your pockets coming up short. You know what I'm saying? Not when it comes to my kids. I'm putting them in the situation of fucking with their daddy because it's. there's a lot of chicks that wouldn't drive their kids up the block to go see the father, you know. So for you to have a spirit, like, to be like, man, you know, if I got to pay sometimes, I'm going to pay.

I'm not going to, because it's not about you. Yeah. Right? Yeah. It's about the kids. And I feel like a lot of time women and men, they make it about them and how their relationship ended. So now they got to put up barriers for them to see their children. And I don't like that.

And I grew up without my dad and not because he wasn't around, but he was in prison. So I never wanted that for my kids So whatever I could do To make sure that, you know Their father could see them I did it Yeah What you need, church?

I just, I mean, that's what I was born as, but I've always, when I was introduced to, I guess, the world, I was introduced as just a person of a reality star. They didn't want me to talk about music or anything that I like to do or do outside of my baby fathers and the drama that I had. Why do you think that is? I think they're more fascinated within. No, I think that they weren't, that's not what they brought me there for.

They didn't bring me there to elevate me in some type of way. they brought me there to elevate their platform in some type of way. So they wanted to get what they needed to get out of me. Me talking about my music, I could have shot off right there and left them. You know what I'm saying? Once they ended up, once they ended the season of Little Women at Phantom, they opened back up. I'm not.

They opened back up the show. I don't even know if they called it Little Women what, but it was about music. And everybody did music on the show. Everybody was small. It was all the same. girls and all of them were doing music and they did not bring me back. You feel like they knew that they, where did their music go? You could have grew wings and flew away.

They probably didn't want to. And they weren't going to do that. So, do you feel like you were expressing music behind the scenes the whole time? Yeah, they were like, they were like, Tanya's, please stop singing right now or something like. I would be singing or I'd be trying to talk about that, but they just wanted to talk about my baby fathers. I would show up the set. My baby father would be there.

Like what the shton? You feel like, yeah, it was all the trick bag. You felt like, and you figured that out, what, in the first day or two? Or what? I figured that out, yeah. I told the girls, when we were filming the opening, when we were driving around in the car, I told all of them, I'm not going to be here long. And they were like, why?

This is, like, a great experience. This is a great opportunity. And I was like, because this isn't what I see for myself. And I'm not, I didn't like how we were treated behind the scenes. And I was like, I'm not going to put myself in a position that I don't even feel respect. in. And I didn't feel like they respected us as the people that we were. Yeah, I feel like if you would have just hit social media singing in Turkey, that you would have been viral regardless. Exactly.

Because one thing about it, y'all could say that it's people talking about y'all in the bad way. Everybody gets talked about the negative light, like, but little people off the rip, if you can do anything, you got the spotlight. It's all about what you do with it. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Like, because as soon as y'all come out, whether people laughing or people who are proud that you're not embarrassed to me. You know what I'm saying? Because me, I'd be more proud for y'all. Like, you know what I'm saying?

Like, back in the day, little people used to hide it and own communities and not, well, now it's like I'm little so wet. I've had people reach out to me saying because I do what I do, that I've helped them come out more. You know what I'm saying? And I definitely have seen more little people in the world. I feel like I've had a big influence on little community. Haven't they been making them type of shows, though, already little people,

big world and shit like that's the problem and I feel like once and that's why I feel like you ran into the problems that you ran into when you was on that show because they're just trying to recreate that type of shit you know what I'm saying that's all they're doing bro they've been having them type of shows going on they see the show does a lot of numbers and then they turn around and they're trying to recreate it and but they know people are not going to come like her if they don't promise them something that they like already like say oh it's about some music but when you get there your baby daddy's showing up yeah that's crazy you know what I'm saying Yeah.

That's crazy. So how did that go? What type of dudes are your baby daddy? What type of man do you choose? Good niggas, right? I don't choose them. I was a child. I met them when I was a teenager.

How old were they? I was 14, and he was 16. And then I met my second baby father when I was 17, and he was 17. We were the same age. How old are you now? I'm 30. So you had babies when you were in high school? When I was 20.

Oh, so you met one? I had my son at 20 and then. Which they're all, all them are regular-sized kids. No. As I see, how many? They're all little, I think. Yeah. What?

Yeah. You got a strong gym. Yeah. Because their father is, I think he's 6'5, and then the other one is like, I don't know, 5, 9 or 8 or something. Six-five is crazy. But when I saw you riding around with him in the airport, then you'd add him with you an airport, they look like regular-sized kids to me. they little though I mean there's people

that are short throughout the world but when we look at like an actual little person are they going to have certain complications or just like you said like just that everyday

little problem of the sinks too eye or the you know what I'm saying this is too I well we definitely deal with like body pain like we have hip all of our joints are usually hurting we have arthritis earlier like

than the average person so you know we have to keep our immune systems and everything's strong to help us be in less pain, I guess. Yeah. You know, nine times out of ten. Yeah, and my kids too, we have to have a lot of surgeries. Like, I've had eight surgeries just to keep my legs straight.

So I haven't given any of my children surgery besides my son. He had one surgery. But I haven't done my daughters yet. I'm letting them decide what they want to do. But I don't know if it's like the right decision to give him surgery or not because I've met like growing up I didn't have any little people friends. But like now it's a worldwide web. I've asked little people thousands of questions. We got to do our own research within each other because there's no real information if you look it up, you know?

It's like Google's a piece of shit when it comes to it comes to learning about myself. Yeah. So I would just reach out to people. I'm like, I'm sorry if this sounds weird, but especially little people, men, because I'm raising now a little person, a little person. I feel like doctors give you the run around. You're saying little person, but they're taller than you, though, right? The kids, all the kids. They're little people.

They're short like me. I thought they were hard because when I saw them, they looked like they was a little taller than you. No. What kids did you see? When y'all was riding through the airport, I believe you had them all with you, right? Like, you had them with you one time. Like, I went through your page, so when I saw them, I was like, damn, okay. Were they on my chair?

Yeah. That's because you couldn't tell how tall they was. They was on my chair. Well, they just looked taller than you. So that's why I was like, shit. I've seen you, you know, and then I saw them and they looked up.

That's crazy. But at least you've experienced all the stuff that you don't want to have to have. So you know what surgeries for them not to have. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah.

So we're about to start exploring that for them because my daughter is starting to have issues walking because of like your legs being bowed so I didn't get my legs straightened because of cosmetics I got them straightened because when your leg is growing so bold it's like the bone you know if our bones are on top of each other like this and this is the knee in the middle right if this bow if your leg is bowed like this bone is like pressing down on lots of muscle more cartilage is causing the leg to hurt because it has to take up for the work that the bones should be doing. You know what I'm saying?

Yeah. And then one of my, my left leg was shorter than the other one. So I had to do this thing where they like screwed metal like rods through my leg. And I have a skirt on all I would show you. But they screw metal rods through my leg. And I had to like use this thing to turn it. And that would release some type of hormone that would cause my bone to fill in where they broke and left a space for bone to grow. So that I could be evened out.

So that was real weird. it seems like you don't went through a lot of struggles you know a lot of pains you know and um you kind already see what your children are going to kind of go through so that's why you feel like you're going to let them make the decisions yeah for their type if they need to have surgery or anything like that but if you see something that you know you may have went through and they need surgery you make that happen yeah i feel like yes for sure and like i was saying i met a lot of little people who never had surgeries and they just dealt with their legs and they just dealt with their being bowed, you know, and some of them don't have a lot of pain.

But some of them, I realize just ignore the pain and act like they don't feel it. And I don't know if I'm in just an extra amount of pain that I can't ignore the shit, but I realize that and a lot of them. Like one of my best friends, she'd be walking around her house, acting like she don't need no fucking stool. She's a little person. She will rather reach extra hard or something like that. She finally got a stool.

I've been trying to convince her to get herself a wheelchair because I use a wheelchair to get around so that when I'm twerking and I'm doing the fun things that I want to do, I have the energy for it because if I've been walking around all day, I'm going to be over-exerted and tired. You know what I'm saying? So I'm like, get yourself a chair, help yourself out. She's come to my house, she'll use my chair.

She's like, oh, girl, this is... You feel like she embarrassed? No, it's more so just about, like, we get fucking tired of, like, having to do all the extra shit. Because we're little people, but we're just people. So it's like, I'm just this person who, like, just like you're the person you are,

So, like, I would talk about it, but then they would, I didn't know that they're turning the whole scene into, like, a funny joke as if it's not even some real shit that's happening.

You know what I'm saying? Right. So I stopped really wanting to talk about my business on the show, and I really didn't have time to do the business while I was, on the show because I was constantly filming. But once the show ended, they were like, yeah, we're bringing the show back.

So, you know, get something in the area, get a house in the area, da, da, da, da. So I made sure that I got a house that I would be able to afford while getting paid by them, right? But I ended up getting evicted because they didn't bring the show back or they didn't bring me back on the show.

And so I understood why, because I, like I saw, y'all, I told you earlier, there was things I noticed that I just didn't want to even be a part of the show. of so I just stopped giving them less of me. So, you know, I was cool with that, whatever. But anyway, I ended up getting evicted.

But during that time, my daughter had a really bad eczema breakout while I was filming on the show. And anybody out there dealing with eczema or children with eczema, you know it's a whole thing. Like, it can pus up. They're scratching so they're bleeding. And hers was really bad. Yeah.

I did become an herbalist so that I could learn how to hear. heal her body internally because as much as we want to put a cream on the outside or something like that. Exma is an internal problem. Yeah. Exma is an internal problem. What do you feel like it was causing it? Well, her diet.

And so how I found that out was sugar. She ended up having like a cupcake. And I don't usually give her whole bunch of, like my kids, especially in the beginning of their years, they did not have meat. They did not have dairy. You know, their first foods was like avocado. Everything was made fresh for them. So the only thing crazy that they would eat is if we went to like a birthday or something like that, you know, and she had a cupcake.

And oh, my God, she had the worst eggsmen break. I took her to the doctor and got a steroid for it. But I was like, this is the last time. Yeah. No, no, no, no, no, not a shot. Just a cream that they put on her. And because I was like, I was like, there's no way. You know, she was a baby and I didn't want her in that pain, right?

But I was like, after that, I was like I had to be on the hunt for figuring out what I was going to do to never have to use their steroid cream again because steroids are not good. And there's something called topical steroid withdrawal from using topical steroids for a long period of time where your body can start to have withdrawals when you stop using it. And that can be even worse than eczema. So I never wanted her body to become addicted to anything. you know, my grandmother died from cancer and she used to take a lot of pills and stuff like that. So, addictions and stuff like that

isn't something I wanted to carry on, you know? And so, yeah, I was on a prowl. I was on a proud, you know, we're going in the grocery stores, there's shit. You go in a grocery store, maybe about a $20 bottle or something that's like this small and they're like put this on her skin

when her entire body is inflamed, you know? So I went in the kitchen and started whipping some things up, different herbs, and I put her in a onesie. and I put it all over her body and I put the onesie on so she couldn't scratch herself. And I was just trying different things until something worked. Anyway, I tried this new recipe.

I took her onesie off and it is filled with shedded skin. Like all of the dry flakes that was all of her body came off and it was like a new layer of skin underneath. But like not like a magic one day old was all gone. It was just that I could see that was the beginning. And I said, oh, my God. And so, you know, I got it off her, gave her a new onesie, and put her another thick layer.

And once I realized that her, I just created some shit, we put it out there. And that's what really brought me back up. I was, in my company, you know, I was able to get us a house, get us everything we needed, you know, after the show. Because shit, it made me realize, it made me realize, like, not to ever put my cookies on in somebody else's basket. Like, they took me away from my business. You know what I'm saying? I imagine if I never would have stopped and I had the time to
