Starting point is 00:00:09 No Jumper. Coolest podcast in the world. And today I'm here with the man himself, T.J.X.6. How you doing, bro? What's going on? Nice to meet you. I've been listening to you a lot. I feel like I know a lot about you.
Starting point is 00:00:20 I feel like you've taught me a lot over the past couple of weeks. Tell me a little bit about where you're from. I'm from Detroit, east out of Detroit. That's where I was born and raised my whole life. So what was your upbringing like? You have it all right or was it grimy? No, that shit was terrible. Really?
Starting point is 00:00:40 Yeah, I ain't got a lot. Okay. What were your parents like? They was trying. Just like area of the parent in Detroit. You just try. You know, niggas be wanting to get shit by their own,
Starting point is 00:00:57 by their self. So you know. So you were getting into trouble early on? Yep. Like what? What was the first arrest? The first time you were suspended from school. I brought a fake gun to school.
Starting point is 00:01:08 Shut up. In the lunchbox. How old were you? I was like, I think I was like, nah. You had a fake gun. Yeah, a fake gun. So they tripped out to anybody think it was real or they knew it was fake? No, it was the type of, it was like a BB gun, so it looked at kind of real type shit.
Starting point is 00:01:24 It was one of those. So nobody could really tell until you get it in your actual hand. So what did you do with it? I had it. I put it in the lunchbox, and I said, I lied and said, my mama put it in the lunchbox. So when the child services ran up on her or something? No, no, no, it was at school. I was at school.
Starting point is 00:01:39 And they put me in handcuffs, took me to the holding center and shit. Were your parents worried about you at a young age? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I was doing some little dumb shit, selling parsley and shit and faking like his weed, all that dumb shit. Shut up. How old were you when you were selling fake weed?
Starting point is 00:01:55 Seven. Oh, God. No cat. What is it with your mentality that you've always just figured out a scam or figured out a word of finesse? I don't know, bro. That's why I say I've been scamming since I was like seven, eight, for real. Not just the Instagram jig I've been scamming off other shit
Starting point is 00:02:10 You know what I mean Like weed All that shit Just straight scams Yeah were you shoplifting ever No no I ain't never been that bad You didn't Like that ain't I ain't ever been that below
Starting point is 00:02:20 You know what I mean That's funny as fuck Because when I was a kid Like I remember I turned like 12 13 Started like going through puberty getting angry Well I ain't go a lot I started shoplifting like a motherfucker All right
Starting point is 00:02:29 Just what we used to do Like me and my Like me and my cousins We'd go on Halloween and shit We were going to the stove Do snatching grabs Like going to that bitch To grab all the candy
Starting point is 00:02:36 Get the fuck on I'm just run. Damn. You ever get caught doing that or not? No, no. You ever get caught, like, doing anything in the street? Like, outside of school, was the first time you got caught doing something? First time I got caught doing something.
Starting point is 00:02:51 Was the fake gun shit? Oh, okay. But outside of school? Oh, outside of school, credit cards. I got stuff, I mean, I got called with 13 fake IDs. How about you when that happened? That was, like, only two years ago, though. Okay.
Starting point is 00:03:02 That was recent. I feel like we're going to get into all that shit. But so tell me about, was there anybody who was, like influencing you to do to like putting you on scams and shit uh oh shit i just i don't know you just figured it out doing that shit for so uh when do you start taking it to another level when do you figure out about like real scheming and shit like real scamming of on twitter i started off on twitter first it was just uh you used to conceal like xboxes and playstations and shit for a low price that's what i used to do go on twitter make a little uh
Starting point is 00:03:38 like a fake warehouse page saying I was like a store, put like a fake, a whole other location in the bio area, everything. And then I post Xbox, it's TVs, everything going on there, selling for like $500.
Starting point is 00:03:50 And then that was just the original scams. Everybody probably did that, you know what I mean? But that worked? How hard was it to find somebody who would fall for that shit? Man, that shit, easy as hell. You could probably do that shit today. But this was a long time ago
Starting point is 00:04:01 when you first got into doing it? Yep. This was like five or six years ago. Do you think that in another life you would have been one of the Nigerian scam artist dudes who has dudes falling in love. He's pretending to be a girl. For sure. When the Nigerian fake calls and shit emails.
Starting point is 00:04:19 Those dudes are getting rich out there. That's like keeping the fucking reading about how much money they can make doing that shit versus regular shit. And it's like those dudes are like the heroes in that culture and shit. It's crazy. All right. So you gone into it like that on Twitter. Then how many times do you think you pulled that one off before you started to adapt and learn more shit? I mean, I was doing that shit for like a year and a half straight, straight banging niggas every day.
Starting point is 00:04:43 Like 500, 500, good day, 2K, you feel me, a bad day, I'd probably bring in 50, no cat. That shit was popping. What were you doing with the money? I was a young as hell getting that type of money. What were you doing with the money? Back then I was just spending that shit on, like, dumb shit. I wasn't even smoking back then. Like, I was a little-ass boy.
Starting point is 00:05:02 So I was just spending on Jordans and, like, shirts and shit, like, little kid shit. Yeah. The movies and shit. When did you start progressing past that? When I was like 12, that's when I started stacking. What did you learn? What was the next scam you got put on to? Instagram scam.
Starting point is 00:05:21 What was that? It's basically like the same thing. But it's like with Instagram scams, like you getting promos from like famous people. So like I said in one song, I got a promo from Black China. That's no cat. How much do you pay for that? I paid 3K for that. So I paid her.
Starting point is 00:05:40 I emailed her. You know, you can email somebody for, I emailed her. Paid her 3K for a promo through PayPal. She posted my shit. That's the day I made
Starting point is 00:05:48 9K in one day through Apple Pay. Pick that shit up. But you can't pick 9K up through Apple Pay at one time so I had to send that shit in different places and shit. What were you,
Starting point is 00:05:57 what's the Instagram scam? Just saying that you were selling shit for a low price like that? Yeah, iPhones, MacBooks, cars, everything. So you did it with other celebrities and shit too or she was just like the business one?
Starting point is 00:06:10 Hell no, bro. I can go on Instagram me, bro. Or you know how you can go on Instagram and click the suggested list. Yeah. If you go through there, I probably got a promo from every single person, no care. And nobody, it never comes back to them when the people don't get their shit. Oh yeah, yeah. The promo people, I used to had the people that I'm scamming.
Starting point is 00:06:29 I used to have them sent directly to the promo person. So after like a week or two, that shit, a refund. But I don't really cure because I already made my money. and shit and you're already out so I basically scam black china and all of them people you feel me so that's shit no kept but she got her money huh she got her money yeah she she probably got her money but it's still her in her account probably got negative 3k you feel right that's funny um okay so when you moved past that and was anybody putting one this shit how were you even
Starting point is 00:06:57 finding out about my brother oh really he was into it too uh-huh that's where that's where I like learned it from mm-hmm so what would he what did he show you next or whatever? And also, like, did you feel like this was something that a lot of other kids that you were going to school with and shit were doing? Or was it just something that you guys knew? No, that was just us, bro.
Starting point is 00:07:16 I swear. Because anybody else in that school was, like, bum's for real, you know what I mean? Like, in Detroit, if you had, in Detroit, it's a difference between, like, I ain't go a lot. In Detroit, bro, it's a 90% chance you ain't, you feel, me, got crazy money and shit.
Starting point is 00:07:31 Like, because in Detroit, we don't got these condos and all these crazy shit y'all got out here. So to meet to them, I was looking like a fucking drug lure. You feel me? Me and all this is looking like drug lured to them. Coming to school with designer on every single day, big ass wads and money in our pocket. Niggas want to rob us. Were you being super, super low-key about what you were doing, or did you have a hard time
Starting point is 00:07:52 keeping your mouth shut about the scams you're pulling up? Because I know from experience, you feel like a fucking genius when you're doing this. You almost want to tell people. At that point, I was keeping it on a low. It was just some little. I come to school with my little fit song, got some money in my pocket. What is he doing?
Starting point is 00:08:07 Nobody knows, you know what I mean? Right. So at that point, it was just, oh, shit. At that point, it was just really that. But after a while, when I turned probably like 15, 16, that's when I really made an Instagram page, came in with my rap name. The first music I was dropping, bro, that shit was horrible, though.
Starting point is 00:08:25 Is it still online? I haven't gone back to the super old shit. Yeah, yeah, don't go back. That's your trash. So you always knew you wanted to rap, too, even though you were slowly getting deeper. deeper into crime. I was, I was, I was, I want to rap since I was like five.
Starting point is 00:08:38 Really? Yeah. I got this Facebook page and shit. I was looking through it like a week ago. I used to be rapping on that. There's some videos that I didn't even remember me recording shit, rapping and shit. That's far. Yeah, man, because I think that's one thing that goes really like underappreciated with you.
Starting point is 00:08:53 Like everybody when they talk about you, they're like, damn, he like says the craziest shit. He tells you everything about whatever, scamming, everything about all the grimyest shit that nobody talks about. But then I think a lot of people, you know, he's, like, he says, he says, he says, he tells you. leave out the fact that your style rapping is crazy as fuck and actually super super people a lot of people tell me that too. How do you feel like you started to kind of develop that style?
Starting point is 00:09:15 Like, I don't really know how though. To be honest, at first, to be honest, I really think it is because at first I was writing all my reps. I was just having a hard time being writers block and shit you know, like I couldn't write shit. At a point I was like, I'm like to just quit rapping.
Starting point is 00:09:31 I just went in there, freestyle, then the first song. It's literally the first song that I ever freestyle is the first video on my YouTube page. And it's on there. And that's the, that bitch sweetest hill, bro, to this day. What song is that? It's called Blow Freestyle. It's from the first ever EP that I dropped.
Starting point is 00:09:48 Okay. It's hard as hill. Right. Because your style of rapping, like your flow is so unique. It's like a style of pronunciation where it's like the way you say those last couple of words in the bar is like the whole style. I don't know. Do you feel like you, when you go
Starting point is 00:10:04 the booth, do you always have the same mentality or like the same idea for the flow? Or are you trying to intentionally do different things when you go into it? Yeah, I'll be trying to stick to my style, but I'll be adding new shit in my style. Like yesterday I did this crazy ass song. You know how Eminem, like back in the day Eminem you do like two voices in the song. At once are like three voices in one song, I did that yesterday. For real. I did my voice, a white person voice.
Starting point is 00:10:28 You gotta hear that shit. That shit is cold. It's what. I made a crazy ass song yesterday. Like I was at like you You just got to listen to that shit So people who want to write you off as saying that you're just a scammer rapper Do you feel kind of offended about that
Starting point is 00:10:42 Because like your appeal is not just the content Or the shit that you're talking about It's also like your actual delivery Right yeah yeah it's really It's based around scam rat But it's really not scam rat I really talk about everything Like scamming, swiping, banks, everything
Starting point is 00:10:59 Killing people I was talking to this full Van Lathen yesterday on the podcast and I was telling him about you and he was like he's like well what scam rap exactly? He's like you know is Guabdad scam rap I'm like well yeah Guadad do rap about scamming but Tj style is just like completely different
Starting point is 00:11:16 it's not just what he's talking about it's the lyrical shit the flow as well yeah see about that I didn't hear about him until like four days ago I just listened to his music and he really don't talk like he says shit about it but he really don't go into detail how I don't know
Starting point is 00:11:30 that's really your main day really make me stand out from him or from anybody for it and because also like there's so much shit that you say that you wouldn't say well that the average person don't know what a bin is don't know what a dump is all but you just talk about it on a level where you are assuming that the people are either going to know are going to go figure it out and right exactly there go so even if i do say being i'm going more detail that you go find it out i'm talking what i'm talking about you. So, yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:02 So when was the first time you actually did a purchase with an account that was not yours? Man, that's just so... Really? Seven years ago. Seven years ago. I've been doing that shit. In real life. What was it?
Starting point is 00:12:17 It was something small, though. I think it was like a computer off eBay. Oh, off eBay? So you were shipping? I ate my bet. Where were you shipping to? I was shipping to, like, burn out addresses, like, next door and shit. So that shit can still work?
Starting point is 00:12:29 I don't think it's still work, not, because I'll be just using my address because it's not, my shit not burnt out, so I'll just be using my address. All right. Okay. That's crazy because, yeah, back in the day, that was the first game that I ever knew about. I knew this kid who was doing that, like just shipping computers, shipping into random ass houses, waiting across the street, go pick it up, that kind of shit. But I still remember the first day that I went and met up with this dude. We went to the mall, and he was, like, he took me, like, he told me the whole script about everything that I was going to say and everything. He gave me the cards. Oh, I liked it.
Starting point is 00:13:00 Oh, okay. But what I was going to say, because back then it was crazy because we were just copping gift cards. Right. And then we saw the gift cards on eBay. But I feel like after a while when we were doing it, then they started to like delete the balances. We would sell the shit on eBay and by the time the people got it, they would already like the balance would be gone. Yeah. That's how you got to do that shit. Yeah. I feel like it kind of move. We had to move to doing electronics right away. So when you were first doing purchases in real life though, like when When did you start? When you first started ordering cards and doing all that shit?
Starting point is 00:13:29 Back in the day, not back in the day, but like two, three years ago, no, probably longer than that, four or five years ago, we used to do it in the city. That shit got so hot in the city because everybody, somebody talked about it in the song, not everybody wanted to do it. It was this, you probably heard of band gang. That's who really, the Detroit, that's who really started the little whole scam talking and shit. So people would probably hear them say something about going on the road, giffies, blah, blah, blah,
Starting point is 00:13:54 Now, they want to try the shit. So it's getting so hot quick because everybody want to try. So nowadays, you've got to go far as hill out of the city, bro. If you do it in, if you do it in a city,
Starting point is 00:14:03 you're going to be caught. No question. Really? Hey, too. You are right. How did they catch you now? What's the way the people are most likely to get caught? And by the way,
Starting point is 00:14:11 shout out my man band gang Lonnie. And the whole band game, really. I don't think I met most of them, but I know Lonnie real good. But you said, how do people get caught when they're running in there? Like, if you really,
Starting point is 00:14:22 that's the one thing about scamming that's crazy is if you are on all your P's and Q's, if your fake ID is on point, if your fucking card is on point, everything, then it's kind of like, there's just no... There's no way for them to really catch you in that moment. Like, there's no way for them to prove it. It is, because nowadays they got the machines.
Starting point is 00:14:38 I just ran into one of the motherfuckering, and walked out of the stove. Like, I was about to do it, ran into one in the stove, and just walked out, you know what I mean? I know the machine. What's the machine? It's like this, it's like this, uh... It's like this, like, fake ID card machine,
Starting point is 00:14:52 and you put it under this red laser, And it's going to read it, you feel me? Tell you if that shit fake. Just like if you, like a money pen. Yeah. Oh, okay. So that's what they do now. That's crazy, actually.
Starting point is 00:15:04 Yeah, because back in the day, the problem that we would always have would just be the last four on the credit card not matching what it was supposed to. Like, we were just embossed, like, whatever because we would mostly go to places where they didn't check the last four. So you used to do this show.
Starting point is 00:15:17 I was doing it. But a long time ago, like 2003, bro. Because I met this kid online. He put me onto it. went to the mall with him and he was having me go into these stores and shit. I made like three or four grand cash. Like he cashed me out because we probably did like 8K purchases and shit. And he fucking cashed me out.
Starting point is 00:15:33 And then I had this other homie that was like really smart. And I kind of brought him into it. And he figured out how to do all the shit on it on. And we were just running around like just driving like an hour, two hours to all these different malls every day. But we were just doing. We were just doing laptops and TVs and shit. That's what I used to just do. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:50 Laptops. Laptops. TVs, gift cards. This is what I really used to do setting one of the songs, so it's not really snitching on myself, you feel like me? Going into the stores, going to Dollar General, you got to drive for it, going to the stores,
Starting point is 00:16:05 Dollar General. Going there say you want to get a teddy bear for your little sister because she's graduating, blah, blah, blah. But you grab a gift card, but you're going in there with an embossed card already. So, you load in a gift card with a fake credit card. Right.
Starting point is 00:16:20 So when you load the 500, you You do that one time. So that's $500 on one gift card. You drive around that city for hours, hours, hours. Go back to Detroit, cashing me in downtown. They go give you 10K or however much you bring back, you feel me. That's hot. Wait, who cashes you out of the 10K?
Starting point is 00:16:38 It's this place downtown called Woodward Check Cashing. You'll take it down there, and then they'll cash you out for gift cards. Wow, that's crazy. How are you so confident about not getting caught? And have you got caught in the past and what happened? Yeah, I got caught. Like I said, 13 fake IDs. What was the situation when you got caught?
Starting point is 00:16:55 I was out in the burbs. So I was going to Walmart. It's this, it's this like city in Detroit, I mean in Michigan called Roseville. So I was out there. I had like a big ass lot of cash on me, had a new outfit on looking like, the youngest hill, what you feel of me like don't look right in the suburbs. So I was going in there. I had one ID on me because I was picking up a Walmart to Walmart transfer.
Starting point is 00:17:22 And it was $13.00. I picked up the money. And on my way back, it was Darkest Hill. It was like 8 a.m. I mean, not 8 a.m. Darkest Hill. On my way back to the car, the police stopped. Then they followed me back to the car.
Starting point is 00:17:37 On the way back, they found the 13 fake IDs in there. Okay. So they just arrested you on the spot? Yep, arresting me on the spot. And what were the charges like? They didn't charge me with nothing because I got, they let me, they just let me go. They just gave me a ticket. Why would they let you go?
Starting point is 00:17:50 I'm not sure. What? They just give you a ticket? What the tickets say? It was a ticket for, I forgot the ticket. So you just had to pay like a fine? Yeah, I had to pay a five. And they confiscated the IDs, I'm assuming?
Starting point is 00:18:06 Yeah, of course. And you never had to deal with anything else after that? No. Okay. That was the only time you got caught? No, hell no. I got caught plenty of years time. But so why are you so confident in not getting caught now?
Starting point is 00:18:19 Because I'm going stores for one. Two, I'll just do everything. I'll lie and do shit. chips. I mean, I don't do in-store no more. I just get everything. Okay. But as you get more and more popular as a rapper, you don't get more and more worried about some investigation?
Starting point is 00:18:34 So I'm about to stop that shit. I already said that shit. And there's nothing, even if I was under investigation, it's really nothing. It's no proof, you know what I mean? Like, there's no actually video proof. I could be saying all this, it could be a lot, you know what I mean? It could be all entertainment.
Starting point is 00:18:50 Yeah, you should definitely stop. Because you're, like, blowing up pretty rapidly. I think when I followed you, you had 20K. Now you got like almost 50K. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. You know what I said? Great. Yeah. So what is the shit on your fucking
Starting point is 00:19:03 your Instagram story and stuff? You just sell methods? Like just send somebody like a text file explaining how to do something? Yeah. I created that shit myself. Uh-huh. Okay. Basically just so I've been buying methods from somebody and then like create it, re-rock it in my own way, if you know what that means.
Starting point is 00:19:20 Create it again in my own way. Right. To make it hip-full. for more money. Uh-huh. Okay. So you just sort of send people like the, the basic explanation for how to do it.
Starting point is 00:19:29 You actually go on the dark web and shit? Yeah. Is it hard? Is it hard to set up tour and all that shit? No, that's just easy. You can go on a computer download tour. Anybody can download it to or I go on the dark wheel. Okay.
Starting point is 00:19:40 What's the craziest shit? You ever copped off the dark web? Do you get drugs off there? And I caught my first gun off there. The craziest thing that I ever seen in a dark web, though. What? A girl killed a day so. You don't know where the rear room is?
Starting point is 00:19:52 A girl killed himself on camera? Yeah, she overdosed on pills in the bathroom. I said that shit in the song too. It's a song called Silk Road. The girl overdosed on peels in the bathroom. She threw like 25 peels back, bro. So it's a video of this. Yeah, it's a video.
Starting point is 00:20:08 But this is how it is. It's not a live. It's like a pre-recorded video. But you got to pay to get in the room. Like you got to pay. They go, all right, when you click the link, you got to pay somebody through Bitcoin to even get in the room to watch the video. You watched it?
Starting point is 00:20:24 So, yeah, hell yeah. It's weird as, like, it's weird as, like perverts and shit on that. Yeah, I bet. Child molester. Yeah, that's where they all go, right? I'd be scared to click certain links on that bitch. Yeah, be careful in there. So you watch this girl die?
Starting point is 00:20:36 Yeah, yeah. That's not the only time I've seen somebody die in the red room. Really? The rear room, that shit, now, it's not normal now because it's all around. You could probably go on, uh, you could probably go on. It's like, you can probably go on Twitter and see that shit. Yeah. They take that shit down, though.
Starting point is 00:20:52 already pre-recorded videos, but it's go get took down. You know how somebody you post something for like five minutes and you will see it quick and that shit get took down. Why did you want to see that so bad? It's because like, I don't know. It's just more shit to talk about in the song. That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:21:09 Damn, you caught the gun out there for how much? The first gun I ever copped, it was $4.50. Yep, it was a Sieg, Sawyer. Sawyer, I think that's what it was called. How did it come packaged? It came in a shoebox. They can't send it in no regular shit. came in a shoebox and they came in a brown box and then you got to go pick it up you can't have it
Starting point is 00:21:27 see these type of packages from the dark web you can't have them ship to your actual address you got to have them shipped like a PO box or something so as that bitch go you got to go straight to get that right and it was just a regular legit-ass gun it was no problem to get that real gun what the fuck and so oh yeah this is what it is they scratch like the people the people you buy the guns from they build the guns they sell so it's no serial numbers on the gun you know what i mean so it's like an undidentified gun, you know what I mean. Right. That bitch is just untraceable.
Starting point is 00:21:56 Yeah. That's crazy. What kind of drugs you got off there? Oh, you can buy crystal meth, perks, cocaine, dope, anything. You never got anything fake. It's all legit. Oh, what you mean, the drugs?
Starting point is 00:22:10 Oh, no, that's shit real. That shit real. I ain't never bought no crazy shit, like, no cocaine. The only thing I bought up there was weed. Yeah. That's the craziest thing I ever bought up. You think a big percentage of the drugs that are getting sold in the hood
Starting point is 00:22:20 are actually coming off the dark web? Yeah, I'd be thinking. in that shit really sure yeah yeah that's crazy what the fuck you never got lean off there and shit I'll be I never see no lean on there really no wonder why that's that's interesting um all right so the other times you got caught what happened second time I got caught on my way to Walmart said this in the song too swipes story too on our way to Walmart had a computer and buster and MSR in the back trunk I mean in the back seat was on our way there.
Starting point is 00:22:55 We just left out of Walmart. On our way to get some phones, we got pulled over. That's when we got locked up in Minnesota. We got locked up in Minnesota for like two weeks. And then my mama had to draw all that far as foot to come give me up. So they just pulled. And I got charged with, I got charged with,
Starting point is 00:23:16 that's when I, oh yeah, and I had some fake IDs. That's when I got charged with identity theft. The other charge. So what happened with those charges? charges yeah all of them all of them got dropped how how did you beat this I what the court for all of them uh-huh and what kind of argument did you have they just couldn't prove they actually did anything with the cards about that's why I said all of it could be in the time me nobody got proved right all charges
Starting point is 00:23:47 got dropped so you never got into the shit of like going to the bank and like taking out loans in cash as as somebody that's crazy so Yeah, so at some point, did you just get, like, more confident about talking about this shit? Like, at first, were you just not talking about this shit in your raps? And then over time, you sort of got that, you got more used to it? Yeah, I got used to it, no. Yeah. I don't really don't think there's any chance that you're going to get locked up there and all this shit.
Starting point is 00:24:22 I really think you need to stop because it's like, you're just going to... That's what I did. I just posted on Instagram. On August 28, my birthday, I almost stopped that shit. Right. Yeah, I'm just quit that shit, man. Yeah, because they're just going to get more and more interested in you. Like, I'm going to, uh, no, I'm just quit that shit.
Starting point is 00:24:39 Yeah. I'll just quit that shit. That's crazy. What about, so, so is that real shit when you're talking about buying the fake runs packs? Oh, yeah, that ain't really nothing. That's just anybody, everybody in Detroit do that. That's normal shit? Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:55 That's crazy. There's so much real weed out here. I wonder how much of it's fake. Shit like this, that's real. Right. I can tell that. I mean, it's easy enough to get real shit out here. I don't know how many people are repackaging shit.
Starting point is 00:25:07 That's crazy. But out there, they'd be charging. Like, they'd put some garbage ass weed in the pack and then try to charge you $100,435, like a 3.5, 3 grams. They charge to charge you 100 for 3 grams. Just because they feel like you're going to believe that it's real. Because it's off my name. Well, just off of the fact that they're charging so much.
Starting point is 00:25:27 Like, you couldn't possibly be charging that much unless it was real, right? make you serious right that's crazy um so are you actually making money from rapping now a little bit mm not enough actually to be honest i'm not making shit for raping really you're not doing features and shit well yeah yeah that but yeah i don't really count that uh-huh you ain't done any shows yeah you got show this weekend right yeah sure but i don't really count that type of shit you know what i mean like let's say some big money i then i account it right but that little features and shit i don't really count it i don't really count it but that little features and shit i don't really Because you're used to making enough money that's why that's exactly why it doesn't measure up
Starting point is 00:26:05 That's crazy. Yeah, have you talked to labels and stuff? I saw you were doing a meeting at the label when you were out here last time Yeah, I talked to like six labels uh-huh any interest on your end does it sound good? Not not good enough for me really you actually got offers they've been saying how much they want to sign you for and shit Yeah do you are you are you taking this real serious though? Are you are you you? Are you taking this real serious though? Are you You do feel like at this point, like you're going for it 100%. Even from the beginning, I was going to really take that. Not from the beginning when I made my first song. But when I made my YouTube and dropped my first freestyle song,
Starting point is 00:26:44 that's when I've been taking it from serious. Right. Like from that moment, that's when I take it serious. Are you surprised at all that it's starting to really catch on and that you're getting so many fans so fast? Hell yeah, bro. But I know I'm cold as hell, though, and I know it's like a unique style, you know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:26:59 So, of course, it's going to happen. Right. How do you feel about, Because, you know, there's a lot of, like, when you hear city girls hyping up scamming. Scaming as dudes. How do you feel about that? Does it feel authentic? No niggas, man.
Starting point is 00:27:13 She, she's irritated for that. Because, like, she just making niggas feel like they, the shit, they're not. Niggas don't even be scamming for real. They just be one of the, like, act like they scam. You know what I mean? Like, just to be cool type of shit. There's a lot of people fake scamming, huh? Yeah, for sure.
Starting point is 00:27:29 For my city, bro, that's the number one trend. Really? I just want niggas just want to be swipers like um for sure number one trend that's crazy because it's like it's such a glamorous thing to a lot of people like in their opinion because it's not like selling drugs where you got to get your hands dirty and deal with all these fucking grimy-ass people right that's the thing i just said that in the uh elevator interview i just said that like niggas be hating on me because they got like stress all day sell weed and shit like i just get that like somebody sells something like a pound might cost my cost
Starting point is 00:28:02 4,000. I can drop a check for 4,000 and go get that in 30 minutes, you know what I mean? Like, niggas be hate on because I'd be scamming, talking about, like, you scamming ass, nigga, like, bro, shut your bitch ass. Like, what the fuck on? Like, duh. Nick are mad because he's selling weed. Like, bro, the fuck on.
Starting point is 00:28:18 Right. That's funny as though. Oh, man. You feel like you've been getting a lot of hate or you feel like it's mostly love? It's been both for real, but I love to hate more than a little. Really? You get a lot of local hate? A lot of people who just sort of hating because they came up with you or whatever.
Starting point is 00:28:36 That's exactly what. Yeah. A lot of that and a lot of people in my city mad because they could have did the same thing, but they didn't. Right. There's always a lot of that. That's crazy. Who's actually co-signed you or like giving you shout-outs or anything like that?
Starting point is 00:28:53 Any bigger names giving you shout-us? Biggest name right now, Metro Boone. Really? What do he say? He said, uh, my music hard as fuck. And you send me some beats. Wow, really. Where you been getting beats from?
Starting point is 00:29:06 Like before that? Or just straight Detroit producers. Okay. Just people you actually know. And to be honest, bro. The reason I'm acting stupid when you ask me them case questions, bro, I want to talk about this. Oh, really? Why?
Starting point is 00:29:21 Just because it's a bad memory? Yeah. I mean, I just bring that shit up in the sense that, you know, I want to see you when. Like, I fuck with the music for sure. A lot of my favorite rappers are locked up right now. now it's unfortunate but you know a lot of people like it's become a meme like I say you a tweet that somebody said somebody said DJ X6 is going to be locked up the feds are going to show up in the middle of his DJ Vlad interview there's
Starting point is 00:29:44 somebody posted just waiting on the day for TJ exists to get arrested period period like wow what type of host is that you feel like people are wishing that upon you yeah but I ain't really tripping on that shit man yeah that's why you got to switch up man yeah you got to switch your life up man for sure I'm about this I'm a stay the same forever, man. You always gonna be looking for a lot. Even if I get rich or get a big amount of money, I'm gonna still be doing this shit.
Starting point is 00:30:07 I ain't go a lot. Because it's like, okay, if I get paid $20,000 for a show, right? I can get a B-O-A, a Bank of America, two years, drop 20K in that bitch, bro, and get 20K. That's a show. And overnight, you feel me? I got to go on stage and dance and everything. No, I like that.
Starting point is 00:30:25 I like doing that, but you know what I mean? Like, I'm gonna still invest my money in that shit. feel with me so like I'm gonna have still have my people do that shit and bring me I might be making a hundred care a week from that shit you know what I mean still plus my rapping when right up up of that shit I feel like most people there are kind of argument to that would just be that you're taking a lot of risk and that the more high profile you get the more eyeballs are going to be on you like at some point you're going to be famous enough that walking in the bank is just going to be too dangerous you know but this the thing I don't be walking in the bank like
Starting point is 00:30:58 I have runners walking to the bank runners are like yeah like People that work for you. Even if I had it, even if they're not around, I'll just go straight to the ATM and pull that shit. Get their car and go to the ATM pool that shit. I just worry that you might think there's less risk involved than there is. Because like the dude that I came up scamming with and shit, well, he wasn't from America. He's on fucking different countries. So they kicked him out.
Starting point is 00:31:21 He in Canada right now. He's been in Canada like 15 years. He never allowed to come back to America. You were born here, though. So you're good. But I'm talking about you were born And he got deported for scam
Starting point is 00:31:33 I mean for Yeah Yeah to make a totally different life and shit The fed's got him Crazy because I moved I moved out of The place where I was living And then he got caught up like three weeks later
Starting point is 00:31:44 It was like a really good chance I would have been with him when he got caught You know anybody that got caught And caught like crazy ass Yeah Crazy prisoners My big brother Big Big Brother
Starting point is 00:31:55 And he got like 34 That nigga taking trips to Dubai all that shit IRS on his ass is over Really? It's over like he got caught He's in jail right now It's over
Starting point is 00:32:06 For how long? Bank fraud He's probably about to do 16 15 to 16 years No cap Wow are you worried about that Hell yeah man
Starting point is 00:32:14 Yeah Yeah yeah I'm just telling you like Living in a safe life That's how this shit Scared me A safe life There's nothing better
Starting point is 00:32:22 Than just being able to go to sleep At night And not being worried about Getting in trouble for something That's why I want to make that. That's why I want to make some legal money. Yeah. That music shit, man.
Starting point is 00:32:33 That could be it. Who, is there anybody that you listen to on a music front at this point? Who do you actually find interesting or inspiring to listen to? Money man. Really? That's it. That's it. Why him?
Starting point is 00:32:49 Him and myself. Nobody else, no other Detroit artist or anything? Detroit artist. Casher Kwan. that's my brother and 10 K. K. K. K. He was on the rise. But K. K. K. K. F.S. still on the rise. You see yourself getting out of Detroit?
Starting point is 00:33:08 Yeah, for sure. Hell, yeah. You think if you were in L.A. that you'd end up doing more bullshit or less bullshit? I'd be on some bullshit out here because it's fun out here. Just like earlier, like 30 minutes ago, I was riding on the scooter and shit. Almost knocked myself up. Almost got hit by a car and shit. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:24 How How into drugs are you? Because you rap about them Kind of a lot How about the who? You rap about doing drugs a lot In your music Oh yeah
Starting point is 00:33:32 Yeah What's that like Just weed and perks And lean I don't do no cracker Oh yeah No uppers No who
Starting point is 00:33:40 No uppers Oh no No No No How often you drink Lean Like
Starting point is 00:33:46 If I don't If not every day Every two days Yeah Or like If not every two days The most Every three days
Starting point is 00:33:53 Okay To the most. Do you pop perks every day? Yeah, for sure. Oh, okay. Do you think you might have a problem with that? Do you ever try to get clean off it? I pop purse, really.
Starting point is 00:34:04 The only reason I pop purse is, like, when I'm in the studio, shit. I really can't. I make some fire-ass shit off of a pretty. Do you feel like that's, like, your ideal drug-making, or music making drug? For sure. We... I can't lie.
Starting point is 00:34:17 I fucking messed around with the perks a little bit lately. It's pretty fun. I used to always be like, I don't really understand why people like that shit. I did it a couple of times. I'm like, all right, I get it now. Yeah. So what else do you do in your free time besides make music and, you know, break the law?
Starting point is 00:34:36 That's it. If I'm not in the studio, I'm somewhere, friend the chick or something. You got a lot of girls in your life? No, no, no, no. Just one. Okay. How much are you comfortable with exaggerating in your music? I do you feel like it's all right for you to.
Starting point is 00:34:55 put something out there, like, say that you did something that you didn't actually do just for the effect in the song? No, I ain't really did that. You pretty much just keep it real. Well, of course, like, if I say, like, shot a nigga at this place and this time, I'm like, come on. Right. Why would I snitch on myself like that? Well, I mean, a lot of people that... Well, with the swiping shit, I'd be snitching on myself, but I don't give a foot.
Starting point is 00:35:18 Right. I don't really care. Killing somebody in swiping is two completely different things. Yeah, but I mean, you said your brother's in jail for 50s. 15 years. I mean, you might go to jail longer for killing someone, but that's still 15 years. He slipped up. I don't want to talk on that, but he slipped up bad. That's why. Like, slipped up bad. Do you have a problem when you're on drugs doing scams, or is it all right for you to be doing both at the same time? Would you worry about that? Like, what you mean? Like, if you were real fucked up on lean or something and you were trying to go.
Starting point is 00:35:52 Oh, yeah, yeah. I'd be having problems with that. I swear to God. Yeah. when I be like blow, I'd be like fuck this shit, just go to sleep. Right. Missing all those money, wake up. Because something at like when you pick it up a bank, you got to pick it up at a certain time. So I'll fuck around it.
Starting point is 00:36:07 Over sleep, miss out on 5K type shit. You know what I mean? Like, for real. Oh, yeah, yeah. Some dumb-ass shit. Yeah, for sure. What would you say to people out there who are going to basically call me a federal informant for doing this interview?
Starting point is 00:36:18 Man, you know federal. See, you hear that? Not no federal reforming, fam. My first thing I said to you, or damn near first thing was like, yo, I don't want to do this in you if you're going to get in trouble. All right. You literally said that.
Starting point is 00:36:30 First, damn. Yeah. See? There you go. So what, what are you got planning? Are you just going to keep cranking out videos? Hell yeah.
Starting point is 00:36:37 I'm about to keep dropping videos. I'm about to shoot while I'm out here. I'll drop a mixtape, nigga. Keep going crazy, you just been recording like crazy. You record a lot and then only put out a small percentage of the songs that you actually make? Yeah. Definitely.
Starting point is 00:36:51 Well, to be honest, if I wasn't stacking up songs for a mix, take, man, I had like 10 most songs on my channel right now. No joke. But you're saving that for that big project. That's what's up. All right. So also, what's the
Starting point is 00:37:07 X-6? Where do that come from? MSR. What's that? On the MSR, it's on the MSR got X-6. Well, it's different types of MSRs, but that's where I got. That's the first one I ever had. So that's the... That's the encoder? That's, that's not... It's really
Starting point is 00:37:21 nothing. It's the writer, so it's... It writes into the... fucking the chip? No, that's the embosser. Oh, okay. The writers, which you slide in to copy that information over to that. Oh, okay. I only ever had a fucking encoder.
Starting point is 00:37:33 You swipe the card through it and put the information on it. I never got to the point where I had a fucking embossing machine. That's the next level shit. That's the best-level shit. Oh, yeah. Yeah, because now they get the chip. That's what I don't understand. Do you have fake chips on your cars?
Starting point is 00:37:50 No, I got, I'd be getting blanks with the chips, but they're real blanks. Like, I'll just be erasing them off. I use like these, I don't want to say it, but it's like, I mean, I say that shit. I go to Walmart and get some white out, nigga. Uh-huh. And get this little spray, niggins. My thing.
Starting point is 00:38:11 That's crazy. Oh, man. All right. Well, bro, it's been very informative. You're like one of my favorite rappers. And I just, I just want to see you get your shit straight and change your life and live a comfortable, safe lifestyle. So, bro.
Starting point is 00:38:26 That's the future, hopefully, for you. But, man, like I said, man, even if I do blow up or something, and I ain't just stop in that shit, man. I'm going to keep investing my money in that shit, man. Man, just keep cranking out music so that if you do get knocked, we can at least have some shit to listen to. So. I appreciate you, bro.
Starting point is 00:38:41 Tjax6, no jumper, coolest podcast on the world. I've been waiting for this, man. YouTube, SoundCloud, iTunes, like, comment, and subscribe. TjX6. It's on the screen. Fuck with them. My man Legendary shit
Starting point is 00:38:56 Appreciate you Thank you
