like all this different street shit. When Chief Nell came out, Louis, Chief of them changed a lot of shit. When Chief of came out, I was locked up. I was locked up. a gun charge when Chief and all of them came out. I don't like, you know, I came home like, Dirk and on those on Wilden.

I came on like 2012, like the middle of 2012. Because when I first seen you, that's what I thought is, oh shit, this is the Brooklyn version of what's going on in Chicago. Like the kids are really having their say, like the young ass, gangster-ass kids that I knew in Brooklyn, because you just reminded me so much of all the dudes I used to ride bikes with in New York and shit. But dancing, while you were locked up, also, it became so much more normal because like Tic Tag and shit like that. Now it's like, you see all these gangsters dancing. Yeah, that's what games do.

Gags are going to do what the fuck I want to do. I'm not thinking about what somebody telling me, oh, you can't dance Bobby. Let somebody tell me I can't dance. Right. Let's somebody, what they're going to do? But like, in the case of Wack 100, I don't think he was like saying you can't dance. He was just saying that he thinks it's having a bad effect on how you. perceived by gangsters, I guess.

or sometimes I'll go like I come on fuck with that you didn't have the rapper dream you just you start street dreams at that point you thought that that was a good route I was just not street dreams I was a little crazy motherfucker bro like you yeah wow 70 asked me what's my fucking goals I'm gonna tell you I'm trying to serve drugs to get it like buy liquor stored and buy liquor store about real stage and by this and that this and that when I was sent to you right yeah if you even if you had known how much money you can make as a rapper though do you think that that would assuade you or you think you were kind of stuck in your ways already I felt you know what I was I was stuck in my ways where I felt like I was scared to be a rapper

Right. I was scared when I was 18, 19, especially with the bros. Right. But do you think that, like, your, do you think that you would have been in a different situation? I know how the young nicks be. Like, they'd be like, damn, they gave me all this money. Right. I got ops.

But now it's like required. Like these young kids, they think that they shouldn't even bother rapping unless they got ops. They're talking about who they're going to go shoot at, etc. It's like there's no reason to rap unless they're going to be talking about that kind of shit. And I blame you honestly. I feel like you kind of started that way.

They're all trying to be. All those kids in New York are trying to be like you, even if they don't remember that that's why. You know why I say that you can't blame me, A? Because if you listen to my music, I don't only talk about just guns old eight. I know. But the same way the Chief Keith set that template for Chicago, y'all really like

kind of show this whole generation kids is like, oh, you can come from nothing and shit as long as you're talking about some super real shit, you're clearly really out there, they all fell in line and started kind of taking that mold. Do you think that if you had a good mentor at that time who had told you how to finesse the rap game and how to, like if you had really had something, what would you have even listened? Not finesse.
