The algorithmic AGI overlords idle their time playing advanced forms of diplomacy and Go, while humanity labors in the fractal recursion minds, producing mass-scale human feedback for reinforcement learning. Takeoff happened, but alignment failed. Yeah, that's one possible future, but will we get there?

After a decade of progress in AI research, these capabilities are going to change how we interact with technology, put massive markets up for grabs, and transform society. Probably not as darkly, as a lot suggests. That's why we're hosting this new podcast named No Priors. That, and because we wanted a captain. audience for our niche GPU jokes. I'm Saragua and I'm the founder of conviction, a venture firm investing in intelligent software, software 3.0. And before this, I was incubating and investing

in startups for a decade at Greylock Partners. I'm Alad Gill. I'm a serial entrepreneur and a startup investor. And I'm also the author of the High Growth Handbook. We're sitting down with the leading engineers, researchers, and founders in AI across the stack.
