Wow. Line one contradicts line two. Yeah. And also you just famously dumped a bunch of stuff out of your ass. That's right. But I am wearing a, I guess I'm still wearing a tuxedo and a bow tie because that's what we're wearing at the gala. Wait, yeah, yeah. I forgot to ask though, did you get poo you for you like a cat when you dumped all the stuff out of your ass? Did you start running around and get zumi's because you're excited? I think that like the adrenaline was just helping me like get through that. last hurdle to get into the Hammer and Shirkets territory. So yeah. But yeah, he got Zumis.

I definitely got Zumis and I'm in a state of bliss currently. Does imagining a robot doing the butt scoot? Adam, legs down, butt up. Give me too now. All right, let's go ahead and do a little recap. So last time you escaped the mothership HQ and took off on the Wolfpack's motorcycles with knights, snipers and drones and hot pursuit. Ox was knocked out during the battle

but Slug was able to revive him with a potion. From there, you managed to knock out half of your pursuers and then lose the other half as you jumped a blockade trying to prevent you from leaving Zone 6. You sped down an abandoned roadway and ditched your bikes, hopefully leading mothership in the wrong direction.

Spector informed you that your friend Old Drill from back in the day an under boss of Hammer and Circuits would be willing to give you a place to stay and she gave you the coordinates to his apartment. You came upon a barricade a manned by several hammer and circuit's goons and decided to bypass them using Adams GPS. After navigating your way through some connecting minds, you were spit out into Zone 5 and met Milton,

a Hammer and Circuit's guard. He was loyal to Old Drill and offered to buy you three potions, as well as give you directions to the underboss's home. You snuck to the residential district and knocked on Drill's door only to be greeted by the Van Hammer Brothers, identical twin dwarves with magnetic hammers, who seemed upset that you were there, and even more upset that you knew young blunder had been caught partying with mothership. You entered Old Drill's apartment, and he informed you that the gang was in disarray and that the Van Hammer brothers have been tasked with guarding him in order to undermine him. You told Drill about the chip that you found in the mothership safe,

and he and Spector suggested that you get it back to Zone 1 so that she could come up with a fix to prevent it from being used. Drill expressed that he was surprised You were still in town After the last time he spoke to Elmer He revealed that Elmer had shown him a listing Of an old airship And you learned that it was posted by the underground ironworks coalition

The same shell company That was receiving money from mothership That you discovered on Petunia's computer Oh, I wish I could go back and break that computer To get revenge I don't know that the computer necessarily That's where the company lives We're going to smash a kid

keyboard. We've got an expense account at Best Buy. Let's go fuck up some screens. You realized then that Elmer was set up while trying to find a way out of the city for all of you. As you came to this realization, you saw all of the TVs and Drills Apartment turned to the Mothership News Network, and your faces began flashing on the screen. And that's where we are now. Oh, boy. Is there a reward? There is, there actually isn't a reward right now. What? There's a text crawl at the bottom of the screen asking for information on the fugitives who broke into the gala and made off with important tech. It's very vague right now. Your pictures are flashing grainy pictures of you in the HQ as well as you fleeing the scene on stolen motorcycles. You also see a minor story. Beloved

employee Rance Copricot has been reported missing. Oh no. In parentheses, a spokesperson said, we're going to bring Rants home. Can I ask who are the news anchors that are reporting this? Because I think Slug has parasycial relationships with the news anchors. Great. Okay. So are the actual talking heads like floating holograms? Oh, they could also be that.

They do have huge heads. So I'll say that they have like cybernetically enhanced heads to be better on TV. But that plays into because I feel like Slug looks to them like, She has these relationships with them because she's like, they're so smart. They know what's going on all the time. Slug, they know your name. They don't know your name. They know your face.

That's a terrible photo of me. I'm not even wearing a Hawaiian shirt. It's just a normal tasteful button down. So you see they are like mothership stooges. They've got these giant heads with, it almost looks like Lego hair, like very like plasticy hair. You see Chip Snuggwich and Nancy Spurt. And so they're like really chipper as they announce all of this stuff, even though it's all very kind of deadly serious.

But the story is still developing. So in the meantime, you guys do have time for a long rest, as well as time to upgrade your tech, if you would like. You guys had gotten a bunch of chips and stuff from the various soldiers and robots that you defeated. We just dump it all on the carpet. Yeah. Whoa, hey.

Okay, what did we get? So you have one slot open where you can add a defeated enemy's ability, and you can also replace a feat, if you would like. Oh, yeah. And off mic, I had offered you guys some stuff. If you guys want to talk about what you're implanting in yourselves. I think I'm going to take the detention orb we got. Sick. So I think I, like, load that into my gun arm, so I just have, like, a different mode I can use that fires, like, essentially a gotcha pawn ball, the traps you pull inside of it.

Nice. And then I'm going to lose my mage slayer feet and take the ball. bonus action gadget so I can have a grappling hook. Hell yeah. Yeah. So the gadget actually comes with three things. It has an overcharge thing that will let you add a D6 to your next attack if it hits. Otherwise, it's just wasted.

It's got the grappling hook thing that you can restrain somebody. And then it's got the blinding light where it can do a flash grenade essentially. And that recharges on a five or a six. And it's a bonus action. And then the detention orb, that is a once-a-day ability where most... Much like when you got trapped in the bubble before you basically get stuck until someone can punch you out. I'm going to add them to my collection for the price counter. Adam jumps up in the air like Mega Man after he gets powered up, but then he just like lands on the couch and breaks it enough.

Oh, geez. I'll fix that. No, you just made two love seats. Yeah. That's right. That's impressive. It's true. You're a carpenter.

Uncle Trilion. That is a chair and a half, huh? My bed was in there. This is my way of saying that you. You need to finally find someone to settle down with Uncle Drilly. Yeah, I guess I'm 197. It's time. Are you on the apps?

Yeah, I'm on all of them. Wow, but you are also under house arrest. Yeah, that's making it tough to bring people home. Yeah, because then you seem like a creep being like, okay, do you want to meet up? It has to be in my house. Yeah, it has to be in my house. You have to talk to my weird guys that hang out outside of my house. There's an app called Spouse Arrest, where you can date other people under House

arrest. Whoa. Okay, I haven't checked that one out. Yeah. You chat online and then when your parole is over, you hook up. Adam, why do you know about that one? I have a lot of sex. Wait, how are you on that if you're not on house arrest?

Do you have an inn? Did you get on spouse arrest? Because they rejected my application. Remember that week where I said I had the cold. I'm a robot. I can't get the cold. I was in jail. Wow.

Okay, a lot done back there. And I will probe that later. I'm going to look at a loot and I'm definitely going after the jet dash. Sweet. That was from the mothership nights. Because I'm a speed freak and it couldn't be more right. And I'm also going to, unless someone else wants to actually employ it right now, I'm looking at the rocket one where you jump into the sky grappling someone. Yes.

I'm looking at, I got this feet focused critical that makes me crit on 19. You cannot give that up. But the thing is, I'm just not done egregiously critting. There you go. Yeah, don't. If no one else is going for a rocket, I'm putting it in my back pocket. Got you. Okay, so that was the one where the mothership enforcers could grab you and basically

pop up and slam you down for 3D6 of damage. But you have to grapple people before, so it might not be as useful for you. Jet Dash is if you use 30 feet of movement, you can do an attack for 2D10 plus your modifier. Essentially, you're doing like a shoulder ram after using like rocket boots essentially. So you get rockets. that attach to your skates now that you can use as one of your attacks. I was mostly thinking it'd be good to get like a nice boost of speed into the air to get vertical. Our ox, are you taking anything?

Yeah, I'm going to take plasma blast. Each creature in a 15-foot cone must make a DC-13 deck saving throw, taking 1246 fire damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one. Sick. Yes, that is from the enforcers as well. So you add a cartridge onto your gun, essentially. that will allow you to do a plasma blast that will hit a bunch of people in the same area. Right on.

That's just really cool. That's just really fun. Yeah, that's awesome. So you guys are able to settle up for a few hours. You guys can essentially get like a four-hour trance. Oh, yeah. And as you're resting up, you do see after a bit, the mothership news network cuts to a press conference. conference at the Mothership HQ.

It's just an empty podium for a while. They're waiting for this spokesperson to show up. And then finally, you see a nervous-looking man in a red suit walks up and begin speaking. You see Old Drill grabs a remote and turns up the volume and you hear the guy go. Citizens of Neo-Galateron, there was an incident this evening at a political fundraising event in Zone 6. a piece of sensitive technology was stolen that poses a danger to the general public our sources have identified the suspects

as members of the notorious gang the kill screens. Notorious. Let's go. Let's go. Kill screens. Oh, sorry. Not good. Not good stuff.

Yeah, no, now I'm worried about Big Minnie and the Hampton sisters. That's the arcade. You see your pictures flash on screen with your names under them. Okay. And the spokesperson goes,

They know who we are. Slug Slapdash, Oxo Connor, and Adam Rom are to be considered armed and dangerous. We have reason to believe they are heading to zone one, but they could be hiding out

somewhere else. I urge you all to be vigilant. Any information that leads to the capture of these individuals will be rewarded with 10,000 credits. And as he goes to finish that sentence, you see Petunia Glenn bottle looking frazzled,

the normally like tight buns on the top of her head are all messy now. You see she shoves the spokesperson out of the way and addresses the camera. Fuck that. I don't approve this message. One million credits to whoever brings me the bodies of Adam Rom, Oxo Connor, and Slug Slag Slap Dash. Oh, wow. One million credits each, and you bring me back the tech, I'll double it. Six million.

Who wants to get rich, Neil Galateron? Wait, why does she say double it? went from one million to six million. I think it's one million for each of us. Oh. Three million times two years. Sorry. It's just two plus two seems to equal five for me.

You're drunk, huh? Drops the microphone and walks off camera. And you see the news footage cuts to high-deaf images of you guys with one million credit rewards underneath it. And it doesn't say dead or alive. It just says dead. Oh, okay. So they want us.

Oh, they have a preference. In animal bodies. Yeah, they want bodies. Okay. And they want your tech. Silver lining, Chip and Nancy know my name now. Wow. It does cut back to Chip and Nancy.

And now that they're framing it as like, who wants to get rich Neil Gleader on? They're both fun daytime TV vibes of being like, one million credits. Whoever's doing that's buying a new house, huh? That's fun. Maybe they'll get a boat. Okay, spec the, spec that. Now that kill screens has been named officially, what's it look like around there? We'll shore up the defenses here.

Yeah, they're already on their way. Yeah, you hear the Hampson sisters and a bunch of people. You hear like yelling in the background as if like they're getting militarized. They're locking it down. Okay, Spector, you look after those Hampson sisters, okay? Because I don't want them going after them back to the nasty fodder. Yes. Inspector, please feed my fish.

I have some prize tetras. Okay. Just go circling back. They have a nasty father, he said? Yeah, he didn't appreciate their size and abilities. Okay, yeah, I'll make sure their father doesn't come around. He wanted them to be smaller, quieter. They wanted tiny daughters.

They weren't even standing all the way up. Yeah, he wanted three tiny daughters. He got three huge, beautiful daughters. He's an unsatisfied man. I saw him. They were hunched over trying to be what he wanted, and I said, here's another path with me. You hear in the background of Specter's Mike,

My daughters are coming with me right now, all right? You're done with this gang. Shut up, God. You don't control us anymore. We're huge and we're strong and we're bigger than you. Yeah. You hear them kick their dad's ass as everybody gets rounded up. And again, I've said this before, but you guys, much like Hammer and Circuits,

have like all of these soldiers and everybody out on the streets and everything. You guys have that too. Kill screens is a full gang. You guys are not the only ones. Okay, okay. They can take care of themselves. But a moment later, as this 1 million credit reward or 6 million credits, if you can kill all three of you and get the chip back,

you begin to hear, like, car alarms going off and distant explosions. There's like a rumble as cars and stuff start revving their engines, and suddenly the door to the apartment blasts open, and the Van Hammer Brothers charge in with their flying hammers, we're looking to get rich! Shit. Everybody go ahead and roll initiative. All right.

Oh, boy. 14. 30, 20. 17. All right. You guys actually all outrolled the Van Hammer Brothers. Yeah. So you see these two jacked dwarves with the one guy's got like a blue scouter on the left side of his face.

The other guy's got a red scouter on the right side of his face. They have these giant like metal shields that they bang. And they've got these big hammer. that seem to like reverberate with some kind of magnetic power. But oxy, our first act. Let's put this plasma blast to the test. Can I chuck the cartridge? Yeah, go for it.

Okay. I dislodge it from my gun and hurl it right at the Van Hammer Bros. Sweet. They've got to make DC-13 deck save. Sweet. As soon as they burst in, you're ready. You shoot a charged bolt at them as they try to jump out of the way of the explosion. Several of old drills TVs are destroyed.

Two failures. Amazing. They take... So they'll take full damage on this. Yes. That's 14 damage. Would you let me use my charge feet as I shoot a gun, like running up really fast and hitting them? I would not.

Stop charging with a gun. Yeah. The answer to that is no. Okay, that's fair. Then I'll drop my gun in charge with my mall. I guess that's what Revolutionary War soldiers did, you know, with their muskets. That's right. It's a musket.

It's got a bayonet on there. They used the bayonet. They didn't use the bayonet. The musky bullets didn't get faster because they were running with them. I'm sorry, Jake, I tried. Thanks, dude. That's a 19 to hit. 19 hits.

Oh, I guess I'll target the bigger one. They're identical twins. Nah, one of them is bigger. Which one got more milk? This is how we... I got more milk. No, I got more milk. I was going to say this how we so discontent.

18 damage. Sweet. Yeah, you run in. You like shoulder ram and use your mall at the same time. Knock one of these guys back into the wall. Right. on. After Ox's turn, that is Adam's turn.

Adam is going to try and sneak attack. And visually, I think this means he's just hiding next to all the TVs. Sweet, yeah, yeah. And also there are just, yeah, it just looks like you're in a mirror maze or something because there's just a bunch of pictures of Adam Rom up as you hide in the background. Peekaboo. I'm going to hop out and sneak attack because I'm within five feet of everyone. Sweet.

18? 18 hits. Okay, second attack. 14. 14 misses. Okay. So second attack pings off of one of their giant shields. All right.

I will use my bonus action overcharge on this. So I'm going to add an extra D6. So for this first one, we'll allow you to do it after, almost like a smite. But in the future, you have to do it beforehand. I got to call it out. You do it on your next attack because sometimes you miss. Okay, I got you. But you hit on your first attack so you can do it as a bonus action.

Great. Anyway. So add a D6 to this. Okay, so this will be 4D6 plus five? Sweet. Yeah. So you do a real Samis Aaron charge on your. bolt as you shoot this one.

Just in the small apartment. You see some massive energy blasts. Oh, geez. This is just going to be bad stuff. Although, you know, it's been a long time since the old apartment. We've had a knockdown dragout fighting here. It feels pretty good. And you're moving after this.

Yeah. Yeah, for sure. That's true. Yeah, you guys have ruined my life. Uncle Trilly, what do you think about an open concept kitchen? Yeah. Also, new beginnings are always messy. Yeah, that's true.

Hey, I guess better being outside my house and living here all the time with no one and just looking at my magazines. 17 damage? 17 damage. Okay. The blue dude is looking quite hurt at this point. These guys are pretty hardy, more hardy than your average hammer and circuit soldier. You've definitely seen them at bodybuilding competition slug. So these guys are pretty jacked up.

After Adam's turn, that is slug's turn. Wow. It's going to be hard going out. after a physique I admire, like a fellow painter. Oh no, they had a supporting mother, unlike the Hampson sister's father. Yeah, yeah. Can you imagine being raised a Hamson sister? You're lucky.

I'm going to go into a rage and attack recklessly. Sweet. Okay, yeah, you run up to these two brothers that were a little slow on the jump. Yeah, I got to tell you what. You ought to work on your lats and you ought to work on your tracks. How dare you? 13 hit on the first attack. One guy blocks it with his lats.

Other guy blocks it with his traps. No. Fuck, I spoke too soon. Yeah, what were you saying? Sorry. What the fuck were you saying? Look, I'm not good with words. Your quads and your delts.

What? They look down. 22 to hit? 22 definitely hits. Okay. So you swing around one time with your hockey stick. They hop over it, but you get them with the butt of it right in the head. Slugged, you shouldn't have had so many crispy onions.

21. And because I hit and I'm in my ferocity rage, I get to do a, cleave attack. Shit. Okay. Slug, you kill the first Van Hammer brother. Whoa. You guys have done 70 damage.

And I'm going to cleave into the second one. Sweet. 24 to hit. 24 hits? Only three damage because I don't get to add all my stuff. Three damage. Okay, so you brutally kill the one guy and then you barely nick the other guy. Wait, wait, my brother.

I don't want to be competitive anymore. Starts trying to wake him up. Yeah, be just like your brother. Be dead. Actually, this guy, as you hit him with the cleave, he's going to use a reaction to do a hammer field. So you see he has something attached to his head that allows him to, like, command this force field of smaller hammers that begins swinging around him. Go ahead and give me a deck saving throw to avoid them, Slug. Okay, do that at what advantage because of danger sense.

Nat 20. Yeah, you dive out of the way. So you jump up, kill this guy's brother, hit him a little bit. He tries to swing a mini hammer at you with his mind and you just back flip out of there. I think I do a Mohawk toin, which is a rollerblading trick. Oh, hell yeah. I don't know what that is. Is that because you have rollerblades on your Mohawk as well?

Whoa, that's great. I do now. I hadn't planned on it, but I do now. They're like hidden inside the hair and they just stick out. Okay, so this guy is super pissed. So you see he takes out one of his giant hammers and it's going to throw. it out, sort of Captain America Shield style, it like swings around in boomerangs. He makes two attacks and each attack has two targets.

So the first one, he throws one hammer. He'll do Slug and Adam. No thanks. That is 16 to hit each of you. Misses. Misses. Swings around. You both manage to duck, but it smashes through a bunch more of drill stuff. Oh, man, everyone's stop.

It takes a second attack. This one will be at drill and ox. Another 16 hit. A 16 hits me. Oh, hits you, does not hit drill. Then I'm going to cast a shield. Okay. So as a reaction, you throw a shield up.

The hammer pinks off of it. After the Van Hammer Brothers turn, that is Old Drill's turn. Old Drill revs his old drill and is going to run in. It's been a while since I've smashed anyone's face in with my drill bit. Uncle Drillie, they ruined your pile of popular mechanics. That's my favorite. He hits on the first attack for just five damage and hits on a second attack for 21 damage.

So just 26 damage. Wow. You still got it, Trilly. Yeah. That is back up to Ox's turn. Okay. Now I'm going to use my sawed off blunderbuss. I'm going to barrel roll uselessly towards the Van Hamer brother, the remaining one.

I will take two shots and I'll cast branding spite. Sweet. That is a 23 and a 19. Both hit. 34 damage. Hell yeah. Finish the Van Hammer Brothers. Sweet.

I shoot my gun at the pile of magazines on the desk, engulfing it in flames. No! And shove the Van Hammer brother into it. The Van Hammer brothers die pretty quickly. Their bodies are just like sizzling from all of the plasma and all the attacks that you guys have just done. That's good because they came in second in Neo-Galeda Braun. just the bodybuilding and I'd love to see that

other people get a chance the rise It's not fair though because they always competed together That's what I'm saying So everything was that they would lift the most Because they're doing it together That just doesn't seem fair at all It doesn't seem like that should be allowed Yeah, one on each bar on a deadlift

I'll say roll me a D6 And we'll times that by 100 And that's how many credits they have on them And then you guys can also take You can also take some abilities from them. So you get 500 credits off their bodies, and you can also take their chips if you want to take some of their augments. Yeah, let me look at let me sweat through them.

Sweet. Yeah, you start sorting through them. I want whatever they had that made them so greasy at Neo-Galade of Ron. Yeah. So you collect these things. You don't have enough time to really inspect it right now, because you do hear, it sounds like there's war in the streets. It's essentially the purge immediately.

Oh, yeah. Because everyone now. has a chance to get rich. Six million credits is it will take somebody from being just like a you know, minor gang member to being like one of the richest people in the city. No, it makes sense. I'd go after me too. And you see a drill opens the curtains and looks outside and goes, okay, we've got to get you guys out of here. It's not going to be safe for you to go on foot. There's too many people out here. But if you could look through the alleys, you might be able to find like a drill car or something to hot wire.

It might help you cut through some of the riffraff out here. And there's also, there's an abandoned train station. The tunnels collapsed, but it connects to the path of like the main subway station. So even though they shut down the trains, you can still ride along there

on your drill car if you can cut through the rubble. Okay, drill car to, I got the, that's a good commute. Drill car to abandon subway. Right. Yeah. Let's do it. A two-car commute. That's not bad. Yeah, that's not bad. Take the copper line.

That's what it's called. They're all named after medals, I think. Right. Okay. So you guys try to find yourselves a car or a vehicle or something. Okay. I'll gather my little guys. How it meets you guys at the station, all right?

Good luck. You see he revs up the drill and just digs into the ground underneath him and just disappears into rubble. Oh, that's awesome. And you're on the second floor. So you do just hear people screaming underneath, just the people in the apartment below him. Drill, what the fuck, man. Okay, let's maybe, let's maybe take a different route out.

Maybe we take a fire escape to an alley to try and find a drill car. Good idea. Sweet. Yeah, you guys run to the back of Old Drills apartment. You open up a window. You see there's a fire escape. And you guys jump down. You don't know that the information is out there that you guys were at Old Drills apartment.

In fact, the Van Hammer brothers were the ones that knew probably wanted the credits for themselves. So just ran in on their own without thinking too much about it. So you don't see anyone like looking at this apartment specifically, but you do see like as soon as you get out onto this fire escape instantly there are just people everywhere, not necessarily looking up at you, but they're just around. Okay, I can use a hologram spell to create a version of us that's going in the other direction. That is nice. Fucking brilliant. Sweet. Okay.

So I'll say you've got this hologram thing. I'll let you do that sort of strategically once you have a lay of the land. Cool. So you guys get outside. You hear the far off sounds of destruction. Car alarms going off as goons and gang members troll the streets looking for you guys so that they can collect their bounty and get rich. I might also as we're leaving.

If the Van Hammer brothers were wearing anything like distinctive of their gang, I might just throw it on if they got like, you know, like a certain vest with certain matches. They had armor on and stuff. You just want to throw on their hounds or just try to cover your face. So that when we're, you know, with the glare or the street light on the, on the, Windows of the drill car, maybe I look like I fit in. Sure. Yeah.

So you guys see there are like literally like people are lighting barrels on fire and stuff, like starting fires so that they can see better at night like in the darkness here to try to find you guys. There's basically like very tight side streets and stuff. So you guys are going to roll an encounter check on each street to see what kind of enemies are around. Then you'll do our perception check to see if you can find a drill car and then you can stealth or you can figure out how you want to deal with the guys that are in that immediate area. The perception check will start off very difficult because it's unlikely that you're going to find the perfect car on the first street you check.

It's going to be a DC-18 plus a D-6, but it'll go down two each time. Once you get the drill car, you'll need to do a tech-Arcana check to try to hotwire it, and we'll take it from there. If you fail, an alarm will go off, and nearby enemies will be alerted. So first off, on this first street, as you guys get out onto the fire escape, go ahead and give me a D6 for an encounter check to see who's out here. That's a one? That's a one.

You see two soldiers. They've got essentially like tanks on their back that heat the weapons that they have. So you see they have like these red orange like blazing hot weapons. They've got like poker is essentially like big javelins that do like some fire damage. Oh no, it's the poker brothers. You see two visors who have like the Cyclops visor and can shoot lasers out of their eyes. And you see another guy that looks like a lesser version of the Van Hammer Brothers, like a mini hammer bro. It's got a smaller hammer, isn't nearly as jacked.

So five total? So five total. Okay. And you don't have to kill everyone. Right. There are hundreds of people looking for you guys right now. Yes. Well, let's, should we see if there's even a car in this alley before we commit to making this whole thing, you know, blowing everything up?

Who's got the best perception check? Because we do a one by one. I got a plus three. Plus three as well. Okay, I'm skilled. One of my feats, I got a plus five. Nice. Okay. So Slug, if you want to be the one that go out and do it, Adam and Ox give me stealth checks with advantage as you guys like hide and wait for a signal from Slug. So you guys all climb down from the fire.

escape. You see these guys are all yelling at each other, over there! They're got to be over there! They're like chasing random people that might be you. And they're just like smashing in car windows and stuff looking at where you guys could be hiding. OX and Adam, you guys like hide behind a car. Go ahead and give me stealth checks.

It's 23. Cool. 28. Sweet. They do not seem to notice you. Slug, you can give me the perception check first. And then we'll do a else check to see if you get noticed. Okay. I actually can more about the perception check.

17 on the die plus five becomes a 23. Okay. 23. 22. 22. Okay. I will roll this. Roll low.

So if I get a five or a six, you don't find it on this one. But if I get a one, two, a three, or a four, then you're able to find it in the first alley. Let me go ahead and roll this. Here we go. That's a two. That means it's a DC-20 perception check. Okay, so Slug, I'll say you go down like a second alley. You walk down a little bit.

You get by these guys. You find a rusty, but like- May I suggest I'm traveling via fire escape still? Yeah. Oh, yeah, you're like jumping from fire escape to fire escape. Like a cat. So you find a rusty but reliable old drill car. There is one massive drill on the front of it

and two side cars with smaller maneuverable drills. that look like they're for targeting like smaller areas. There's a keypad on the front door that looks like you will need to use to access the car. Go ahead and give me your stealth check now to see if you got caught along the way. Oh, boy. Okay, 15 on the die. Okay. 20.

Oh. 20. Okay. I'm going to roll for these guys. While you look that up, I'm going to say overcomes. Obviously, we're more fucked than away, but now we've got people we can kind of pit against each other. Yeah, right, they all want us. They all want the same thing and they can't share. Yeah, because I think they're going to be behaving more selfishly and less with loyalty to the superiors.

That's the cyber skitch mindset. Yeah. The competitive edge. That's why we always win slugs. Okay, so these three guys all add plus zero to this. Sorry, there are five guys, but there's three different types. So each type is going to roll a perception check. Three rolls. If they get a Nat 20, they see you on any of these. Otherwise, you're in the clear.

I'll roll these in front of the table. 19 is the highest. They do not manage to see Slug. So Slug, you find this drill car. Now, whoever wants to show up to the drill car, whoever wants to join you, we'll need to make another stealth check to get by these guys.

And somebody needs to make a tech-Arcana check in order to hotwire this. I'm going to alert them to my presence by, because there's a cacophony, a car alarm. So I'm just going to do, like, the sort of sound of, like, the familiar sound of, like, someone winning a prize at the arcade. Oh, nice. And, like, maybe it could sound like a car alarm.

Okay, you're going to try to make a sound to, like, pull them towards you? No, no, to alert my friends. To alert August and Adam. Yeah, you guys have comms. Yeah, yeah. Oh. You want to do that over the comms? Yeah, okay.

Others look on with like lust for the bounty. They clutch their weapons and prepare to go in after the drill car. Everybody go ahead and roll initiative. Okay. All right. That's an at one. It comes a six. I'm going to post up next to this drill car.

I'm not getting in. I'm skitching on the side. Oh, hell yeah. So that I can hopefully ask we're going by, hit a couple of them and activate my topple property to get some of them to fall down. Okay, six. It's a 17 for ox. 21 for Utum.

I'll say, Adam. If you want to take one attack, do like, a sniper attack at the beginning of the fight. As soon as the drill car turns on, you see these guys react and turn towards it. You can go ahead and fire down. Okay. 25 to hit. Sick.

That hits. I'll say you go after one of the soldiers here with their like red hot irons. Oh, yeah. And that's 14 damage. 14 damage. Okay. You shoot one of these soldiers. I heard him pretty bad, blow like some augments off of his shoulders.

He yells, they're here! They're here! And they go to charge in after ox here. They see like ox down under the car. But first act is Adam actually. Great. As the car is pulling up, can I just jump down and try and crush one of them with my body? You can jump down if you want.

Sure, yeah, I'll say you just flavor and attack as you jumping down. Okay, cool. Getting crushed by an ATM is terrifying. You're about to have a windfall. Something else for the inside of your ass. Ooh, never mind, that's a 12. Okay, so you smash into the ground super hard after having jumped off of the fire escape.

Oh. And you just miss this guy. I think one of the guys is already dead. Oh, out of your body. Why'd you do that? I shattered my ass. Okay. So I'll say that counts as one attack.

Okay. I just like butt stomp Mario style. Yeah. Just onto hard fucking pavement. Don't you have a gun? I make the prize win noise. And then I like power down for a second. And as they like come closer to me to make sure that I'm actually dead,

I power back up and I point my gun right at their face. 14. 14 misses. I will use autonome. I will use my built for success to add a D4 to that. Okay. You'll need to get a four. The soldiers have shields

Do you want to use your movement or get into the drill car or anything, I will tell you the way the drill car works, you've got someone needs to drive it. The person that drives it will kind of determine who gets hit by the main drill bit in the front. The main drill bit is a DC-14 dexterity saving throw,

or you take 60-10 piercing damage and are knocked prone. If you're already prone, you take an extra 6D-10 damage, so you get absolutely fucking wrecked by this drill. There's also the two sidecars have small. smaller drills. That's not a save. That's just a plus 10 to hit. And if you hit, you do three D10s of damage. Oh, that's good. I'm going to say Ox the Fox. You're kind of a Formula One guy. I'm wondering, too, if your charger would stack nicely with that drill.

I'm already in the jumpsuit. Let's do it. Sweet. I put on my LCD helmet and knock the side. Sweet. Yeah. Ox gets ready to jump in. But Adam, that's the rest of your turn. What do you want to do with your movement? I look at the rest of these hammering circuits guys. And I say, love to chat with my Uber's here. And I'm going to use my bonus action to dodge roll so I can reload my weapons and then sprint towards the drill car. Sweet. Okay.

So you're going to get into one of the sidecars here? Yes. Great. Okay. So you also get half cover by being in one of the sidecars. So car roars to life. You see the drill starts spinning and starts going. You get into the sidecar here.

After Adam's turn, that is ox's turn. Okay. I put this puppy in gear. I guess I'm just going to punch it. Who's in this alley in front of me? There is one soldier, two visors, and one hammer bro. If you want to run them over, they're like a little bit split up. You can get both of the visors or get the one soldier or the mini hammer bro with the drill if you want to make an attack on them.

Ox, get the other poker brother. I feel bad. Okay, I'll get the other poker brother. I will add that the guys with lasers can shoot you as you ride away. All right. Okay, I'll get the laser guys. Yeah, that makes sense. They start powering up getting ready to shoot you. We'll send the poker brother a card.

Okay, I'm fiddling with the radio as I'm like going into gear, not even realizing I'm driving towards them. Oh, shit, sorry. Okay. What station you hit in? This is intimate. We'll find out what station we all listen to. It's only John Carpenter music here, unfortunately.

Yeah, I listen to horror wave. It's some really moody 80s tunes. It's one of those synth tracks where there's just like clips from random movies in it. I don't care what you heard. You've got to get out of here now. Let's get physical. So you guys turn on some 80s music. Drill Bit gets going.

You go to run over these visors. They scream, and they're going to do deck saving throws, so try to get out of the way. Okay. A two and a four, they both fucking fail. Go ahead and roll. Fuck, yeah. 60-10 of damage as the drill bit starts spinning through the...

No! Oh, my fucking God! No! Excuse me. Hey, move over. Move over. Get out of the way. You're in my sights. I'm going to be fucking rich.

41 damage. You tear these guys apart. These guys are fucking shredded. I hit the windshield button as it just wipes their guts off the windshield. The windshields are also tiny drills. I just died in your arms tonight. Okay, Ox, and then you're able to punch it. This thing has a speed of 100 feet.

So you start riding off. The remaining soldier and the mini hammer guy try to chase you, but they do not have the speed to catch up to it. Wow. So you guys just crash on out of this alley. There's going to be layer actions as you get into each round trying to escape and get to this abandoned subway tunnel. Yeah, you hear Spector in your earpiece go, I'll send you a map so you know where you're headed. Yeah, great.

You see this radar show up ox that can kind of direct you where you need to be. All right. And you do see like little dots for all of these people nearby that are all like heading towards the chaos. Oh, wow, they're converging. So at Initiative 20 of the next round, you were driving through this residential district, plowing through parked cars, and knocking down street signs, trying to maneuver through the alleys. You see four hammer and circuit soldiers run up and try to jump onto the vehicle while three visors shoot with their optic blasts.

Actually, Slug, you have not taken a turn, so if you want to attack these guys or do something to them, you may. I would love to just try to see how many I can get prone. Oh. Okay, sick. Yeah. All right. So you skitch off the side of the drill car. Like, spin yourself around so you get ahead.

You do like a Mohawk turn again. Get ahead of the drill car. And as these four guys try to jump onto the drill car, you intercept them. Go ahead and make your attacks. I'm going to do it recklessly. I can't help it. It's in my blood. 26 on the first one.

Hits. 24 on the second one. Hits. And then I get an extra cleave attack because of my ferocity serum. Sweet. 16. 16 does not hit. Okay.

So two hits. So you're trying to knock them prone. So you slew foot them with their hockey stick. What kind of save are they making? DC 16 con save. Okay. One pass, one fail. So one guy falls down, but go ahead and do your damage because you might be able to hurt them enough that the drill would completely kill them.

18 at the first one. Okay. The guy is extremely hurt. Great. 16 to the second. Okay. Second guy also looks extremely hurt. And as the bonus action, because I got a bonus action still.

Okay. I'm going to give temp HP to our car. Whoa. Can I do that? Sick. Yeah, I'll allow that. Yeah, you essentially take like a repair action. Put a little oil in the engine.

Yeah, yeah. I mean, I feel like I'm getting a notice thing, you know, skating around. It's starting to feel like a first date at the roller ring. Just pour an energy drink directly in the gas tank. I got some. then I call it cough fuel already. It's Kiwi Mango Enchalada, but I think you'll like it.

Nine temp HP. Okay. Drill car gets a little bit of a boost to its shield. Then the soldiers are going to go. One of them is going to get up but not have enough movement to like try to jump onto the car. So he's just going to get left in the dust or hit by the drill. The other guy that is hurt but did not fall down is going to try to run past you to get onto the drill car.

You may take an opportunity. attacks. Okay. 25. 25 hits. 16 damage. Give me a con save of 16. 16.

He's already dead. Yeah. So this one guy goes down. This other guy just gets himself up and is going to take two cracks at Slug here. You see fury in his eyes. You fucking kill screens. You're going to make me rich. He's got advantage because I'm being reckless.

Okay. Two attacks. 19 on the first attack. Hits. 19 on the second attack. It's 23 slashing damage total. 23 becomes 12. Okay.

Then the other two soldiers are going to make athletics checks to try to jump up onto the drill car. All right. One of them is not able to do it, but the other one jumps up on there and gets into like the side car with Adam. Bloodlust and like greed is just like, Dabbing down trying to kill you. Whoa, it feels good to be wanted. So this hammered circuit soldier is going to take an attack on Adam. And I'll say once they're on the drill car, you don't get your cover anymore because they're just like stabbing down into you.

24 to hit. That hits. That is eight damage. And then second is a crit. That is 15 damage, Adam. Okay. After that soldier, the other one misses is not able to. get onto the drill car, so he was just going to stab at the drill car twice. Hey, quit stabbing my car.

Fuck you, man. Fuck you. Pull over and talk to me. He's key in our car. Just talk to me. The key in my car. Yeah, pulls out a set of keys and makes an attack. Drill car has 20 AC, so misses, just keys it though. Does fuck it up a little bit. Oh, look at that scratch. Second attack misses, just keys it again. We can buff that out. I was planning on getting a freezer wrap on this thing. Uh, so that is all of the soldiers and then there are three visors. The visors are further away from the maddening fumes. So some of them are still going to attack you because you're out there mixing it up with them.

So I'm going to say two of them are going to take attacks on the drill car and one of them will take an attack on Slug. So first one from like a building nearby, a guy smashes a window and starts shooting lasers down at Slug. 18 to hit. That's my AC. 12 fire damage. Oh, I can't have. I can't have it all. Oh no.

You guys see Slug gets blasted. Oh, I hate fire. I never said this before, but I hate fire. Okay. Oh, shit. They crit on the drill car. So one of them misses, so the laser pings off the armor. The drill car hates fire too.

The drill car does hate fire. A crit on the drill car, you guys could possibly have a mishap. If you have a mishap, it means all these guys are going to be able to fucking catch up to you. And that would be really bad. Or some of it's like locked steering and stuff that you might be able to fix. So not necessarily a death thing, but this could be very bad. Possibility of like your vehicle flipping and whatnot.

So 20 damage would mean a mishap. With the crit, it's going to be a six fucking D8 of force damage. So blasts right into like where the engine is on the drill car. Come on, you hunk of metal, you reliable beast. Come on, you gorgeous creature. That is, that is, that is, 24 damage to the drill car. So blasts it.

Your drill car begins smoking at this, like, massive, concussive blast. Go ahead and roll me a D20 on the mishap table. Okay, I got it. That's a 16. Okay, damaged axle. The vehicle grinds and shakes uncontrollably. Until the mishap ends, the vehicle has disadvantage on all dexterity checks, and all ability checks and attack rolls made by creatures on or inside the vehicle

have disadvantage. Okay. The drill car is rumbling like crazy. So we have disadvantaged on attacks and ability checks? All ability checks and attack rolls made by creatures on or inside the vehicle have disadvantaged. Okay. What do we do to fix it?

The repair DC is a DC20 dex check. I would allow also like Tech Arcana or something like that. Okay. All right. Then that's what I'll do on my turn. And that's like a full action. Here's what I'll say. I'll say it's going to be disadvantage to use like the car stuff.

There's no reason. why, like, you skitching off the side or shooting with your gun would be disadvantaged. Okay. I guess, like, the shaking would fuck up your shooting, but... It's whatever you want. I'm going to allow you guys to use your regular stuff. Okay. But, like, the drill and stuff, they'll get, like,

advantage getting out of the way. Gotcha. Basically, the drill just has disadvantage on everything right now as it just, like, rumbles, like, crazy. And there is one soldier on top of it with you guys, as these visors are shooting. OX, that is your turn, and Initiative 17.

All right. The radio suddenly goes static, and we got to fix that. We absolutely have to fix that. It's killing the mood. I'm going to crawl through the gearbox into the engine and try to realign the axle. Sweet. Go ahead and give me, you can do Tech Arcana or like a Dex save, essentially. All right, you guys just see my bushy tail, like waving around by the driver's seat.

And I trust the implicitly. That is a 27. Six. All right, sweet. So you guys see Ox disappears. And you see, the drill car quickly stops shaking and everything starts to, like, come back online. Oh, Ox, you genius. Radio's back on playing.

I ran so far away by a flock of seagulls. Sweet. Okay, so, Ox, you get it up and running again. You are able to go another 100 feet leaving these guys in the dust. You see the visors disappear behind you guys. There is one soldier. that managed to hop on that is still stabbing down at Adam.

Are you having sex back there? Is that what the wrong one was? And then at Initiative 10, you guys see, as you round another corner, going through the alleys, you see two hammer and circuit soldiers with drill attachments on their arms, kind of like old drill,

are wrecking the street ahead of you, causing giant potholes and knocking over street signs. Go ahead and give me piloting check to successfully navigate it without slowing down. This can be like a Tech Arcana check or a Dex check. If you fail, these soldiers will get to hop on, and more nearby snipers will get to take shots as you slow down.

Gun it, ox. Okay. Oh, shout out to the two crew. Yikes. Okay, so you slow down. You manage to fix this, but literally as soon as you get back up to the wheel, you see these guys have badly damaged the street,

and the drill car sort of, pops down and gets stuck for a second. And as it revs and the giant treaded tires start going again to pull yourselves out, these two soldiers managed to jump on. And then four visors are going to take shots from nearby buildings with their laser sights. Can I use Lucky to prevent one of those? Would that? Do you allow that?

Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah, I would allow that. Okay, cool. I'll impose disadvantage. Okay, so then I will, I'll roll the first one. first one is a 17 a hit, misses the drill card. So you burn a lucky,

you like flash a mirror so that blinds the guy temporarily. Fuck! Misses. Then the other three are going to take attacks down. You just see from other buildings. They're just snipers shooting out their window. You see some like regular people,

just like random people that live in the neighborhood, just like break out windows with the butts of guns and just start shooting down. you guys. I get it. Six million credits is a lot. It's a lot. Yeah, I get it. Yeah, you see one guy's just shooting at you guys. Sorry, it's just a lot of money. It's a lot of money. Yeah. And then college and whatnot. You know, I got four kids. Really? How old? What do you think they're gonna be when they grow up? I always love that.

You know, she's really good at drawing. She's only 12 though, so you never know. You know, but you know. Could just be a hobby. Could just be a hobby. Push their passion, though. I like to think I know. I just tries to shoot you in the head. Fuck, man. Another. crit. Damn it. But two misses.

So I'm going to roll 6D6 as the laser once again hits directly into the fucking engine. Not again. Literally 19 damage. So one short of the mishap. Still, your car is taking some fucking damage here. Right. As long as the radio is still playing. So it is at 116 HP.

You guys are still good. But then you have three soldiers that just jumped up onto the car. and I'll say one will take an attack on each one of you. You see they've got these big, fiery poker, like, javelins and just begin stabbing down into the car, trying to get each of you. I love a hot poke as much as the next guy, but come on. Advantage on me, disadvantage on them because of maddening fumes. Okay, great.

Okay, so advantage on our girl slug, crit. That is 16 damage slug. Okay, so eight. Great. Disadvantage on Adam, that is still, I roll the first. 14 and 18, that is still a 21 to hit. I'm going to use skin of my teeth. I'm going to boost my AC by a D8.

How many people are on the car? Four. I'm just going to try to let this car shake these guys like a case of bad police. Sweet. Okay. So you're going to try to knock them prone? Yeah. Okay.

Recklessly. 23. Okay, I will roll to see if he passes. What's the DC on your... 16 con. 14, fails. So one guy just completely falls off the drill car. You guys leave him in the dust.

One guy down. Hell yeah. Because I hit with that, I'm going to now cleave. That is a 19 on a die. You cut through with the hockey stick swing through. Other guy makes a con save. That one is a 17, so that guy stays on. So you can do damage to him.

It's just a cleave, so seven damage. And then I'm going to try and go out of him again with my second attack. 18 to hit. 18 hits. Shout out to the two crew. You slew foot him, knock him with a topple. That guy goes down, falls off of the drill car. You feel the car bump as he falls under the tires.

No! Thanks for playing. And then I'm going to hit the car with more temp HP. 12. 12. Sick. Okay. Yeah. Oh, this thing's purring.

Yeah, I'll say you've got like some minor shield things that you're able to. to put on it to kind of boost its shields. That is, back to the top of the order, at Initiative 21, Adam. Right on. So there are two soldiers here with you, and you guys are beginning to exit the residential

district, getting near another area. Okay. What I want to try and do is I'm going to pull out one of those little lightning orbs you get from like Chuckie Cheeses or a prize counter, you know, the more you touch it, and like the lightning goes to your fingers. Sure. What the fuck is this bullshit? You're a grander.

Prize winner, bitch. I'm going to throw it at them and cast a chromatic orb. Chromatic orb, sick, okay. So I can choose the damage type. I don't know if they have a weakness to anything, but I'm going to go with acid because they're wearing armor. They hate

acid, yeah. Just acid sprays all over them from this stupid little toy. Yeah, they hate acid as much as Slug hates fire. Yeah, you know, I never said it before, but I also hate acid, too. Really? Yeah. So I pull acid from my ass, and I'm going to do an attack roll.

I'm going to use Lucky on that. Okay. Nat 20! Sick, all right, got to do double damage. Okay. Yeah, you just spray acid in these guys' faces. Oh, my God! That was ass acid.

Not safe for children. Acid! Okay, that is 33 damage, but with Chromatic orb, if I roll two or more of the same number, I think it jumps to another person, and I get to roll another attack roll. Okay, sick. So that's 33 damage to one of these guys. So, okay, so one of them was the one that was already hurt that had already been hit. You fully burn his face off, and he falls back into the drill bit and just sprays blood and guts all over the windshield.

Yeah, you see the acid almost works like a Tesla coil, where it's this, like, flickering bolt of acid, and then it just like jumps from this person to the next one. Absolutely brutal. I spray him with the windshield fluid. That's just a 12. 12 misses. I'll use built for success to try and boost it. 15?

15 does not hang. So this soldier stays hanging on. At initiative 20, you guys burst out of the residential district, plowing through debris and cutting in half vehicles that other hammer and circuit goons have parked there to jam you up. You see guys just diving out of the way. some brave fools, like, try to jump in front of the drill car, just get, like, fucking eaten up by it. Oh, shit. We should leave a note.

You guys see, as you enter, like, the town square, the big screens that were showing advertisements before now have flashing pictures of you guys, along with the rewards. Cybertech goons and soldiers are roaming the streets with weapons, just straight up the purge. Businesses have gone up in flames. You see, at Initiative 20, four swarms of goons, just, like, fucked up. dudes that have just like wandered out of a bar, just like go charge the drill car and are going to try to hop on. Oh boy. You see the car is just covered with people. Oh wow. Okay, they rolled pretty awesome. So three swarms managed to get up onto the car. And then one swarm is just going to

take attacks. You see like three dudes try to jump up, can't make it, and just pull out laser pistols and just start shooting at your car wildly. Wow, Slugs. All these people watch Chip and Nancy, too. Yeah, we're getting the celebrity treatment. Okay, so the one swarm manages to hit only once with a laser pistol for 12 damage, which is just going to take out the temp HP. So you see Slug's barrier goes down.

Nice. And then that swarm gets left behind, but three swarms manage to jump onto the drill cars. So you see literally fucking nine dudes just like jump up. up onto the car. I'm gonna be fucking rich. Okay, so these swarms get three attacks each. As you do more damage to them, there will be less attacks as more guys die.

First swarm goes after ox because he's in the pilot seat, makes three attacks of disadvantage. Miss, miss, miss. Three misses as they're just like, they're pulling out like giant. These guys just like don't know what the fuck they're doing. They have like giant laser rifles and are trying to shoot like really close range. It's pretty terrifying.

standing over you ox as you're trying to drive. I'm trying to concentrate here. Three misses from that one swarm of goons. Other two swarm of goons goons. Go after slug. They get advantage. So they pull out regular pistols and start shooting at you. Oh, I got a hockey stick.

You guys got guns? What's this? You guys were at Buffalo Wild Wings. Why are you packing so much heat? We're fucking hopped up on wings. Does an 18 hit you? It does. Okay, then two hits.

These guys don't do as much damage. that is 12 damage total off of two hits. Type. Piercing damage. Okay, six damage. Great. Okay. Other swarm takes three attacks.

Miss on the first, but hit on the second and third. That is another eight damage of piercing damage as they stab down onto you with daggers. How are you looking, Slug? 23. Okay. Not great. And I can make that last. I don't know if you've noticed.

I can make 23 last. She's better when bloodied. Unless it's fire. After initiative 20, That is back to Ox's turn. So Ox, you have three swarms of dudes that are up there. You have one soldier that has just dodged this acid attack, but a bunch of guys just on your car attacking it.

Okay. Can I use the drill on them, or are they avoiding it? They're avoiding it. You can do shove attacks to certainly push guys in if you'd like. Oh, yeah. Okay. I'm going to hit my cyber deck and use my charge of feet. So if you hit with an attack, you can push them 10 feet away.

Yeah. And I've got two attacks, so I'll try to hit two different guys and charge him into the drill bit. The swarms of goons, the whole swarm doesn't have that much HP. So if you hit them into the drill bit, they're dead. So if you hit on the swarms, three dudes will go down at a time. I'll roll down the car window, lean out with my mall, and I'll attack one swarm. That's a 27 hit. Okay, you guys see OX just reaches out, grabs three dudes, like grabs two dudes by the ankle.

They get tangled up with another guy, and they all get thrown forward in the drill bit. No! What a way to go. It's just fucking shredded. One of the swarms goes down. There's two left and one soldier. Could I take my second attack at another swam? For sure.

All right. I lean out the other window, but that's only a 14. 14 still hits the swarm of goons. These guys are not as strong or as good. You hit one of these guys with your mall bangs into two other guys who fall into the drill, bit. Fuck. Quiet, I like this song.

I turn up a take on me. After Ox's turn, that takes us to Initiative 10. There's going to be a layer action there, but first, there's another soldier that is still up there. So this soldier is going to stab down into Slug. Why not? Can roll with advantage on Slug. So it takes two attacks.

Nat 20. Okay, so that is 19. piercing damage to you slug. Okay, that means 10. Okay, slug is extremely hurt, but misses on the second attack. So you guys see Slug is bloodied and fucked up. As you see, the swarm of goons is up here,

the soldier is up here, and at initiative 10. There's a bunch of guys on foot. You just see dozens and dozens of people. Oh, they're pouring in now. Like a zombie swarm, just like pouring out of the different buildings, running towards the drill car towards you as people yell and point.

And then you hear the revving of engines as this huge excavator vehicle with a giant wrecking ball smashes through a bunch of people clearing the way as it pulls up alongside of you. And that's where we'll end our session. Who's in there? No one cool. No, I thought it was going to be Uncle Drill. It's not Uncle Drilly. No, it's a bunch of it's somebody who doesn't care about other people.

call me here to kill me. Okay. Got it, got it. Yeah, yeah, it was not Uncle Drilly. So you see four hammer and circuit soldiers in this giant vehicle. We don't have to smash. Well, Slug doesn't know that, so she looks up hopefully. Maybe they're just late for work.
