Starting point is 00:00:00 The following podcast is a dear media production. Welcome back to the Not Skinny Bonafat podcast. I'm your host, Amanda Hirsch, and I still can't believe that I get to chat with some of my favorite stars of my very own podcast, where you'll feel like you're just talking shit with your best friends in your living room. Hey, guys, welcome to a new episode of Not Skinny Bonafat. It's your host, Amanda.
Starting point is 00:00:32 Hope everyone's having a lovely Tuesday if you're listening on a Tuesday. And if not, then I hope you're just having a great day. whatever day of this. I'm super excited about today's guest because, you know, when there's a culty show, everyone knows about it, you know, by osmosis, by social media, by, you know, just they become celebrities. The actress become celebrities and he would open the show. But I was actually part of this culty show, okay? I was watching it in real time when it was still on the CW Network, which, what's happening with the CW Network? Right. You need to find out. You to fact check what's happening. there because it just means a lot to me. The show, I was obsessive that I did convey to my guess that I may have fallen off the show at some point when it became a little bit to cray cray, which I feel like all of the actors spoke about. So if you watched Riverdale, then you know her, Madeline Petch is here. It's Madeline, okay? Don't get a twisted.
Starting point is 00:01:33 We talk about, you know, why it's Madeline, which is an interesting little fact. and of itself. But she's just great. She's beautiful. She's talented. She's working on a lot of different stuff. She's actually going to be an American Horror Story, which is coming out on September 24th, which, by the way, a little nugget for you guys, which I didn't share with her because
Starting point is 00:01:56 I don't want to be like, let me do. But I audition. You guys, I audition for American Horror Story. Yeah, I got like an audition for it, which I don't even do that, but they reached out to me about it. doing some small little thing. And I was like, oh my God. And then I had to send it a tape.
Starting point is 00:02:12 And it's one of those things that I don't regret, but there are things in life where there's so left feel for me that I'm like, okay, I'm just going to do it, blah. You know, I'm going to vomit it up and send it in. And if it's meant to be, it'll be. And if it isn't meant to be, then it won't happen. I do wish I'd put a little bit more effort. I didn't even, you have to film and do self-tapes, like,
Starting point is 00:02:31 like I'm a clear background. I don't have a clear background in my freaking house. Okay, so like there were things in the background. I think a crib was in the background. I did a few takes, but, like, definitely not. Didn't try to, like, nail it. Also, American Horror Story is so crazy that what I had to say was so, like, not part of my life that I think, like, for maybe my first acting job,
Starting point is 00:02:58 it should be more, I would be better at something more, like, relevant to my actual life and not jump into, you know, whatever this, is about that I cannot divulge. But yeah, it was, I don't think I did my best job, so I'm not surprised that I didn't end up getting it. But it would have been cool. And I just feel like that's a little tidbit that I audition for American Horror Story. One of that's been cool. But Madeline Patch is an American Horror Story. You could watch that on September 24th. And she is here. So enjoy our conversation. Madeline. Yeah. Which like, I'm so proud, like, I'm sure people, have butchered your name before.
Starting point is 00:03:39 I don't care anymore. You don't? No. I don't even correct people. I saw, I think there was actually a video from Fashion Week that I saw them not say correctly. Correct. That's crazy. Yeah, maybe you probably didn't even pay attention.
Starting point is 00:03:52 No, it's like as long as I hear an M, like a Matt, I'm usually assuming it's me. I'm like, okay, here I am. I'm so excited you're here. Are we beginning? Yeah. We started? Well, now we are. Okay, copy.
Starting point is 00:04:02 Rolling. Nobody says anything here. Hello? She has podcast. Well, what do you want? It would be like a. movie set? I don't know. I thought there was a slate. Yeah, I mean, that's what I'm used to. Okay, so we're starting. Action. Right now. And we're chill. We're good vibes. Cool. We're positive. Love. I'm excited. You're here because I'm sure a lot of
Starting point is 00:04:21 people you talk to are like Riverdale, blah, blah, blah. But I actually like was a Riverdale fan. Do you get what I mean? Yeah. Like, so I was like part of this world, not just to like know about it because everyone that was about it. But you know what I was thinking today about it? Because you guys got so here. huge all of you and like your following and everything. Was Instagram crazy then? I feel like that was like the peak of Instagram. They felt like the height of Instagram for us. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:04:48 Okay. Yeah. So it was like a good social media time to like for sure. Be okay. Yeah. I couldn't be like it couldn't have been more perfect timing. Like it was like Instagram had just gotten really big and the show came out and I kind of felt like this perfect storm of everything working together.
Starting point is 00:05:01 I know. I wonder if today. You know what I mean? I wonder. I just wonder what happens like a different time. Well, they don't even do those 22 episode seasons anymore. I think it's harder to get invested in television because we're not, we're like believing the audience has a shorter attention span, therefore we're making shorter shows for that.
Starting point is 00:05:20 But I feel like if we made longer shows, people would be more invested. And we would turn that out all the time. And it was once a week. Yeah. That's another thing. What do you think about binging versus making the audience kind of wait for new episodes? Well, ironically, Riverdale was out for a whole year on CW and like we felt like we lived under Iraq. We were like, does anybody watch this show? And then it went on Netflix. And I remember
Starting point is 00:05:41 we were all in an airplane flying somewhere together. And we were on this flight overnight, maybe Mexico City. I'm not sure we all were. And we got off the flight. We were like, wait, did you guys gain millions of followers while you were on that flight? Stop. Like the night it went on Netflix. So I do kind of see that binging does create that investment, but I think we had no time between seasons. You know, things were coming out so quickly that people could get invested and binge at the same time. And also, we made so many episodes that these people are spending 22 hours of their life every year with us.
Starting point is 00:06:11 It's a lot of time. So I'm proud to say I was a CW girl. No way. I didn't wait for Netflix. I didn't even know it was on Netflix. Still is? Is it still on Netflix? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:20 I think people think it's a Netflix show. Yeah. Let's give some credit where credit is due. CW. Original. I miss the CW. I miss a C2. Wait, it doesn't exist anymore?
Starting point is 00:06:30 I think there's a version of it, but it's not the same thing anymore. Well, you know who's it? kind of CWE right now. Who? Amazon Prime. Kind of agree. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:39 They're really slang. Sterling Point is so good. I'm obsessed with Megan Park. Yeah. She's incredible. I think it's really lovely to see, because she was on Secret Life of the American Teenager. Right.
Starting point is 00:06:48 And she was, you know, a young actor. And it's really nice to see somebody who's been in the shoes of the young actors who are making the show now, who are writing dialogue, but people would actually say. And everyone understood that. And that's a young woman's voice. She's incredible. I loved it.
Starting point is 00:07:02 My old ass was so good. She's so good. Mild ass. Mild ass. I watched that too. I became obsessed with that Maisie's Stella. Yes.
Starting point is 00:07:08 And she also casts her shows. Like, she takes time. She doesn't rush things. Like, I'm such a big fan. And casting her shows with the actors that are, which I guess happened in Riverdale, too. Which aren't known at the time coming in with. Well, I watched Ella Rubin and Until Dawn, to be fair.
Starting point is 00:07:25 Okay. Who's the lead of Sterling Point? No, I know she's the lead. So what's Until Dawn? It's like a video game horror film. I love horror. So I watched her not. And I was like,
Starting point is 00:07:33 be a star. Like it was so clear. It was so clear. Did you reach out to her? I showed up maybe, but I didn't know. I thought she was incredible in that. She's busy. She works all the time. I know, but it, but don't you think that it would be nice to like get a DM from someone that you know in the industry? Like, you're so great. I do that sometimes actually. You do? Yeah. Actually, it's so crazy. This girl, Sadie Stanley, who ended up playing Kim Possible. Why does her name tell? Because we did a movie called Pretty Babies together. And it was this really full circle moment. When she booked Kim Possible, I had only seen people being like, it shouldn't be her. It should be Madeline and I was like, this is horrible.
Starting point is 00:08:03 This is a young girl. I think she was maybe 18 or under 18 at the time. It was her first big thing. I was like, this is not, people are not kind. Like, there was no world in which I was playing Kim Possible. I was like, no. So I DM'd her and I was like, hey, I'm really excited for Kempossible for you. This is so exciting. Like, congratulations. You're incredible. You're going to be
Starting point is 00:08:21 so good at it. Whatever. And then five years later, we did a movie together. That's crazy. Yeah. Did she answer your DMN? Yeah. She did. She's like, oh my God, I can't believe you're saying that's so sweet. I have to look it back now. But yeah, it was a really sweet exchange. That is. And that happens so much in your industry, too.
Starting point is 00:08:35 And I feel like even more now where like normal people kind of feel like they know the inside baseball of the industry. You know, things come out about like actors being dropped from movies or so and so not getting it or so and so being replaced or, you know. You know how many rumors I've read of movies I'm in that I've never even talked anybody about? Well, that was something I've manifested destiny that. Like I'm like like the Poison Ivy fancasting. I started that. I started that. I was like, I am the head of the fan. This is my camera.
Starting point is 00:09:02 I am the head of the fan casting for Poison Ivy. Everybody knows I want to do it. Who knows if Matt Reeves is even listening to me. But there are like, I remember I read something about Spider-Man like a year ago. Like, Madeline's been cast as whatever in Spider-Man. And I was like, oh, cool. Like, is someone going to let me know? Like, it happens all the time.
Starting point is 00:09:16 Do you ever buy into it when it's not you starting it? Oh. Like, okay. Like, do you ever like see a fan cast? Oh, for myself? Right. Like a fan casting and you're like, oh. Oh, like when I like it?
Starting point is 00:09:26 Yeah, yeah. Yeah. There's definitely been moments where I've texted my team and been like, are they making this? Like, what's up with it? Yeah. But they're typically wrong. I'm going to be honest, like, it's not usually.
Starting point is 00:09:35 Like, rumored is, like, not usually a thing. At least in my experience. It's like the redhead also. Yeah. I like when they cast, like, real redheads. I think it's nice because it's, like, so rare that, like, my hair color is embraced in cinema. Like, oftentimes I'm like, oh, I can, I'll wear a wig. I would never dye my hair, but I'll wear a wig or whatever.
Starting point is 00:09:50 You would never die your hair for a roll? I mean, well, never say never. It depends on the roll. Right. But currently, I stand on a no because wigs are incredible. Like, you can, why would I need to? Have you worn wigs in movies before? I have not, but I want to.
Starting point is 00:10:02 I'm ready to do it. But I feel like we're also so hyper-aware of wigs now. Like, don't you feel like with shows to. Sometimes you don't know. Right. Sometimes, so they need to not know. Right. Or it's distracting.
Starting point is 00:10:12 Unfortunately, people will know. When they look at me, they know my red head. So people will know. Right. And I'm also like, guys, you really want me to... I would shave my head for the right rule, to be clear. Yeah, yeah. I'm not, like, precious about my hair, but I'm like, it has to be the right thing.
Starting point is 00:10:22 It has to make sense. Do you have to upkeep the redness in any way? No. Okay. Really? Yeah, all three of us. My dad, no, but my whole family is redheads. Oh my god, I love that.
Starting point is 00:10:35 Yeah. Did you ever like have, because I can't even like remember a time where it wasn't cool? Because now people would like want- No, no. It wasn't cool when I was a kid. When you were a kid, it wasn't. Horrible. Really?
Starting point is 00:10:46 Yeah. Like what kind of stuff? They would like throw stones at my brother at school because he was a redhead. Yeah, it was, I mean, it was less bad for me, but it was really bad for him and throw stones? Yeah. You grew up in, in, you were. Washington, right? Yeah, yeah. I'm like, I think that I learned as a child, my parents are South African. I was not raised with religion. I was raised plant base and I had red hair. I couldn't have been like more of a like, like I didn't belong anywhere. Yeah. And I think I learned very early that people are afraid of what they don't know, what they don't understand what's different from what they're used to. So I, you know, had to accept that very quickly, obviously. Isn't a turn? And now the things are embraced. And it's like, you know what? Thank you, universe. Like I, it's, that's nice. Now people are dying their hair to look like yours. Yeah. It looks great.
Starting point is 00:11:30 So you're vegan since you were... Infantilized. Is that the word? I was inside of her tummy as an infant. So your parents are vegan. Yeah. And then you were born and you start doing the tastings and it's all when you give the baby the first foods, like the avocado. Actually, they tried to give me, my mom couldn't breastfeed.
Starting point is 00:11:49 They tried to give me regular formula and I projectile vomited. Okay. When I was a baby. So they're like, okay, we're going to not do dairy with her either. They were vegetarian. They were vegetarian. And then they had me and I projected. I've vomited dairy. So they were like, it was a sign. It was a sign. Like, what's a go vegan?
Starting point is 00:12:03 So you've never in your life tasted meat? Never. Actually, you know, that's not true. When I was 12, we were in South Africa and they know, like samosas. Like, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. My parents had gotten a bunch for my brother and I, and they had gone into the strip mall. And I took a bite and it was ground beef. And I screamed to allow my dad could hear me from inside the strip mall and you came out. And I was like so upset because when you're raised, like, not to have something, you think it's, like, bad to have it. Right, right. And I was so young. Maybe I was nine. Was it a samosa from the strip mall? Probably.
Starting point is 00:12:32 And I was just screaming in the car. So I didn't actually taste it. I think I just like fell out of my mouth. I was so horrified. I saw some one of the interviews you did with like your whole cast from Riverdale. It was questions about you. And it was like, what does she eat? And they were like, nothing.
Starting point is 00:12:48 They said that. Something like that, yeah. Or like, what, nasty. Or like leaves or like whatever. I eat a lot of veggies. Yeah, for sure. I eat a lot of Madison Park. Have you been?
Starting point is 00:12:57 I saw you mentioned that too. And I was like, my first thought was, and I'm a New Yorker and I haven't been. Like, what does that mean about me? It's a really special experience, though, too, because they make- It's $1,100. It's expensive. Is it a- first of all, I'm making that up because of 11? But isn't it like, is it a set price or is there-
Starting point is 00:13:15 Yeah, per person? Okay, so it's not like a per, like you go for like the whole, they curate it. It's such an experience though. Like, it's obviously not, you know, affordable by any means. But it's like one of those things where I don't go out to eat in LA because there's no vegan restaurants there anymore. It's so bizarre. Wait, what about Marisades Madre?
Starting point is 00:13:30 Yeah. Yeah, it's good. It's not as good as it was. I kind of agree. It was good. This is such a neat conversation for your listeners, by the way. They've probably never been to Gracie's Madre. For so, why not?
Starting point is 00:13:39 I don't know. Well, maybe you have. And if you haven't, you should go. But it's like one restaurant in L.A. Do you know what I mean? But like, I'm kind of, what's your feeling about L.A. currently? You live there. I love.
Starting point is 00:13:50 I love. I think there's no part of me that doesn't think that I belong there. Like, I have a great community to be there. I love my space. But the food seems like really for, I mean, for a vegan, it's like there's, it's all gone. So you cook? No. So what do you do?
Starting point is 00:14:03 I just kind of like eat for sustenance, which is really, that's why when I come here, I'm like, oh, this is such an ice. Like you're not a foodie. You eat to live. I can choose to turn off being a foodie. You eat to live, not live to eat. Yeah. Which is, I sad. I do love snacking, though, which is a problem.
Starting point is 00:14:17 Like almonds. No, no. Okay. How dare? I make like a little vegan sack plates. Everything that you have, everything you have as a meat eater, I have as a vegan. I just have a vegan version. Everything.
Starting point is 00:14:27 The cheeses. Yeah, cheeses are good. They have vegan meat. It's not like I really like reach for that. Are you getting your protein intake? I look pretty healthy, don't you think? You look amazing, but you know the protein, like now protein is like a thing. It's like we need 1,100 grams of it.
Starting point is 00:14:41 Everything's 1,100 today. Oh my God. Yeah, of course. I'm eating my protein. Of course I am. Okay, good. Well, I'm glad we settled that. You're eating your protein.
Starting point is 00:14:53 Everyone, don't worry. Don't worry. I'm eating protein. I keep looking right. I love it. I love that you're doing the office. Yeah. Your birthday was not too long ago. No, yeah. How did you celebrate? You're Leo. I'm a Leo. I'm a Leo with a Scorpio rising, which is like really spooky. Actually, you should not tell people my rising. I was like very like, this is embarrassing for a couple years. Because then people would be like, ooh, when's your tail going to come out?
Starting point is 00:15:16 Yeah, and I'm like, wait and find out. Don't threaten me with a good time. No, but you do give Leo. Like Leo, I clearly say. Yeah. You know? Yeah. I'm proud to say. I love Leo. Gemini. spooky. Wait, why? Do you have two personality? Sweats up. Actually, Leo's and Gemini's are good.
Starting point is 00:15:35 My dad's a Gemini. And you get along. I know them all. I know them all too well. Well, a male Gemini is kind of like, could be a little cray-cray. A little kooky. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:44 Yes. Well, I want to go back to your hippie parents. You call them hippie parents, by the way. Yeah, I think that they're self-proclaimed on that. Okay, self-proclaimed. What was it growing up like that? What I mean, at the time, I think you never really.
Starting point is 00:15:57 appreciate your experiences as you have them when you're a kid. But my dad has like greenhouses in the backyard because it's Washington. So there's so much, you know, space. And he grew. I think every salad I had as a kid, my dad grew. Like it was such a now looking back, I'm so jealous because everything we have is genetically modified and touched with so many pesticides. And it's like my dad would walk outside and grab lettuce and wash it. Not well. My dad. There was always dirt in my salad, which was so disgusting. And then we'd eat. And I think that's such a special thing. Like imagine you could go now Be like, I want an apple. As an adult now, I'm like, man, like they grew apples.
Starting point is 00:16:31 They grew cherries. They grew pears. Like, he's such a green thumb guy. I would have, I would love that now. I'd appreciate it so much more now. Are they still growing? Yeah. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:16:40 So you could stock up when you go. I should just bring all my produce back with me. Like, he went to the farmer's market. That's really cute. He would love that. Wait, so how did you celebrate your birthday? Oh, at David Busters. I had a bunch of my friends over at Dave and Busters and Los Angeles.
Starting point is 00:16:52 Do you have that here? We have at. Dave and Busters? No, yeah, we do. In Times Square. I think I was there for a five-year-old's birthday party, actually. That's true. I'm really trying to get back into like my playful child side.
Starting point is 00:17:05 Did you rent out the space? Okay, that's fun. It was really fun. Did you use the party room? Oh my God, imagine? That's the only room I used. I went to the whole space out. It was really fun.
Starting point is 00:17:15 Yeah, so tell me about it. Like how many people? Was it like a big? I think it was like 45. I don't know. That's kind of like everybody I know. Everybody I'd want to be in a room. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:24 Yeah. It was a really great group of people. So fun. I'd never been today. Busters. It was kind of a wild card for me to just be like, let's book this. And it was just a random idea you had? Yeah, I was like, I think, why, like having an activity for a birthday party? Oh, you don't want just like a dinner? Yeah. I think it's kind of boring and I don't, like, I don't want to force people to have conversations they don't want to have. So it was kind of great. I let people bring whoever
Starting point is 00:17:43 they wanted. They could play whatever games they wanted. They got little game, free game cards and they just like, oh, hey, I love you. It was great. That is fun. Yeah. Did you get any good gifts? Yeah. I did. Okay. Moving on. Moving on. We'll be right back after the break. Today's episode is sponsored by the ASPCA Pet Health Insurance Program. You guys, my dog Leo is getting old. And I say my dog Leo, because some of you, I don't know if it's new followers or whatever. Like, you don't have a dog and you make me feel so bad because, yeah, since I've had kids, maybe I post him less. But he's forever. Obviously in my heart, he's my OGBB, which my OGB, which my OG. followers know. And it's just wild. Like we, we got him when he was born and now he's 13 and his vision was a little not great and just banged into a person when I was walking him last night. I was like,
Starting point is 00:18:35 oh, Leo. And, you know, when dogs get old or even they just get sick and it happens so randomly and you find yourself like Googling as is normal for a dog, do I need to call the vet? Like, do I need to call poison control? Like all these things, you're not alone. We all spiral about our pets because they're so important to us. And that's why ASPCA pet health insurance exists. Okay, so it takes that financial stress out of that care. Because I feel like so many of my friends will have an issue with their penance. Like, oh, is this worth me paying, you know, this amount of money?
Starting point is 00:19:05 Like, I don't know, like, what to do. And it's like, you shouldn't have to think about your finances during that time. You should have insurance. Starting point is 00:20:03 The ASBCA is not an insurer and is not in the business of insurance. If you have kids, you understand that nothing in your house is safe. And I know that I just like redesigned parts of my house and I'm so worried about it. Like I'm so worried about it. I'm like, but I'm also aware that I have kids. But I'm still worried about it. The couch, the rug, the dining chairs. The car seats like somehow there's always food, the stroller, like the high chair.
Starting point is 00:20:27 Food gets stuck everywhere. Mystery stains, dirty shoes, something sticky. And I'm sorry, I just get overwhelmed by it, even though you're like, I have kids. And my house is now not going to be nice all the time. But I'm also constantly looking for solutions because shh does happen. You know what I mean? And I've been using the green mitt starter kit from clean, safe products. Okay, this is the exact kind of product that I need. Idiot proof. Okay. I'm also always looking at directions like,
Starting point is 00:20:59 how much do I spray do I blah? Do I not? For this, okay, you just spray whatever you're cleaning. You let it sit for a few minutes and then get the green mitt, okay, in the starter pack. And you use that to lift the dirt and mess out. That's it. You rinse the mitt and you could literally see what just came out of the fabric. Disgusting, but satisfying. Okay. Like, what are you doing? And she never uses my coat. But anyway, the fact that my crazy sister, who's like a tree hugging almond mom is buying for magnetic meat, like you know this is a good brand because organic cotton is so important
Starting point is 00:22:43 to her. Like good cotton and good materials are so important to her. And the designs are so. what pretty and I have for my boys too. So just know like for boys and girls, just like amazing designs. Honestly, the most comfortable fabrics you felt. And I didn't even get to the most important part, which are the magnets. All right.
Starting point is 00:25:35 So you go to your messages. You text the word not skinny altogether. The number 64,000, that's not skinny to 64,000. Message and data rates may apply. See terms for details. And we're back. Okay, so let's go back to growing up. So Washington, I know you spend time in South Africa.
Starting point is 00:25:53 Your parents are from South Africa. Yeah. That's fun. Do you still go? I haven't gone in so long. I'd really love to. I love that accent. I know.
Starting point is 00:26:01 It's really beautiful. Do your parents have it? Yeah. Oh, they're both born from South Africa. Yeah. Oh, you did do like a cute little TikTok way you call your mom, right? Yeah. And she says, every time I call her, I wish I had my phone.
Starting point is 00:26:13 I'd do it right now. She goes, hello, my darling. Every time. I have her, I wrote, she wrote, my darling down and I got that tattoo. Oh, is that your new tattoo? That's an old tattoo. I got divine on my arm. Divine.
Starting point is 00:26:24 Can you tell me? Like why? Yeah. Divine alignment. I'm very spiritual. And my, I spend a lot of time with my healer. You sound LA. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:32 Saying it out loud. I'm like, ooh. No, but tell me, what does your healer do? You know, it's really, I think it's really difficult when you live in a place like L.A. I imagine for New York, too. I'm not sure. I've never lived here. But to stay, like, true to who you are and to stay aligned and to stay aligned and
Starting point is 00:26:45 stay like both feet in the ground. I think there's a lot of even like in the people that I surround myself with, it's hard to not get caught up in the like the way you feel about yourself aesthetically or like the values that you have like changing over time. And so I think having somebody, she lives in Colorado and I go stay with her in Colorado for like, you know, three or four times a year. And we just sit and we talk and we talk and we talk. And I think having somebody that can really ground you like that and root you in like what really matters to you and like get to the, get past all of the bullshit and get to the like what matters to the soul inside of that body. more than anything else.
Starting point is 00:27:16 And to me, it's divine alignment, like knowing when something's fully aligned with me and learning how to understand that. And I don't think I'm perfect at it. I think that's going to be a lifelong lesson. But even reading a script, it's like being able to delineate between, is this good for my career or is it something
Starting point is 00:27:31 that I genuinely feel I can't live without playing? And, like, having that alignment throughout my career. I'm really working with. Both have to. You want to check both the boxes? No. Okay. Divine alignment.
Starting point is 00:27:41 I want to feel aligned with what I'm doing. I don't, good for my career. Okay. is not a good enough reason to make a movie unless, like, I need money, which that can sometimes happen as an actor, but I really want to operate from a place of like, does this feel truly aligned to me? Even in my like personal choices, like everything I do, like trying to live from a place of alignment. It's not easy. I mean, there's obviously like external forces at work, but. I think that's so you, you're talking about like L.A. in that way is so true.
Starting point is 00:28:09 It's really hard. You can get caught up in that world. You can get caught up in like what maches everyone drinking today. Like, let's all go to community because like it's just so in the name dropping in LA is crazy I don't I don't I don't predict I don't I don't I don't sure you don't and also the gossip culture like especially when you're an artist like there's a lot of gossip culture just within like artist scripts it's like oh do you know this person like what's this like and it's like shut up like if they wanted you to know you would know like becoming obsessed with other people's like lives is so toxic like you're obsessed with your own life and I think
Starting point is 00:28:38 the alignment stuff I really connect to because I even just had a situation where like everyone I worked with was like, don't do this. And I literally had to like just listen to me. You have to. And it's really hard because then fear gets in the way. Of course. And fear also lives in your gut. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:55 And it's hard to figure out like is this fear or is this instinct. Right. Yeah. And try not to operate from a place of fear as really as an anxiety written girl as we talked about before we started moving. Same. It's tough. It's hard.
Starting point is 00:29:06 So navigating that. So this is a reminder of divine alignment. Yeah. Divine timing. Trusting timing. Knowing everything that's meant for you will come. What is your anxiety like? Is it more like you spin or is it like physical?
Starting point is 00:29:19 Me too. Body anxiety. And then I'll spend like after we leave here, I will for sure, my best friend, Anthony is in the other room. And I'll be like, what did I say? Tell me everything I said. They should probably take notes right now. I get really, I get really anxious about just like sharing.
Starting point is 00:29:33 Does it manifest physically too or just like, yeah. Yeah. It's vulnerable. How do you like manage it? But it gets, honestly, it's gotten better over time with the more time I spend away from this stuff. Oh yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:46 Like just not thinking about it and like not making this, like not having my values live in things like this. No, which she loves. By the way, I love, I love, I love,
Starting point is 00:29:54 I do love press. I love talking about my work. I love that, you know, people care. I think that's wonderful. But it's like making sure that my values don't align with like how many views this gets or what people have to say in the comment.
Starting point is 00:30:04 Like that's where the values I think can get really tough. It's funny. Like when you, I think people forget there's like a person in here. Totally. In there. Yeah. Do you know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:30:13 It's like when you see stuff online or whatever, and it's like you can be on your phone and be like, this is all that matters. And then you turn off your phone or put it aside and you're with your family or friends. And you're like, there's so many things that are so much greater than me. And like it doesn't matter if it's not even on.
Starting point is 00:30:35 You know what I mean? Like I have all this real stuff in front of me. Yeah. So, wait, so part of the hippie thing, I saw that your dad wanted to name you street. Yeah. Literally. Yeah. Yes. They actually call me Lane for that reason. Yeah. Oh. Yeah. Wait.
Starting point is 00:30:54 You think you would watch Riverdale and say, who plays Cheryl Blossom? Street Petch. No. That was crazy. No, but I, wait, so they did Lane because they wanted some vibe. My mom was getting my dad like, okay, fine, like Lane. Man, Madal Lane, Lane on the road. Street. But why are they obsessed with roads? They're not. I feel like they need a compromise.
Starting point is 00:31:18 Mom's like we need some sort of pavement. My mom named my brother and he's older than me. Yeah. And she named him my dad's middle name, which I thought it was like sweet. Obviously he's going to like that. My mom said you can name our daughter or whatever we have next. And she made that agreement long before.
Starting point is 00:31:33 She really thought about my dad. And then my dad was like street. And she was like, no. Oh, she was trying to like be like I'm compromising. Like maybe I'm growing the whole baby and you like, you know, it's all up to me. I should be able to do everything. But it's yours too. Like you can feel included.
Starting point is 00:31:49 And that's a sign not to compromise ladies. Thank you. That's all you need to know. Okay. So, yeah. So street patch. I mean, not that it's not cool. Look, but think about as a kid like, oh, I was walking the street last night.
Starting point is 00:32:03 Like, it's just like people would just be mean, like more mean. Yeah. It's like, why would you want to put your kid through that? I was supposed to be named Brittany, which isn't more or less exciting than Amanda. There's no story there. Okay, so you go to high school and then were you doing like, oh, you started theater when you were like, what, five years old? I think I was like seven.
Starting point is 00:32:23 Seven. When I started dancing when I was like four. And it came from like your... Just want to be in the spotlight. Really? It's the Leah thing. Were you that kind of kid, like home movies, singing, dancing? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:35 I was like, guys, I have another play for you. And then I was making it up on the spot. Like, everyone pay attention to me. Yeah. Also, like, the younger child syndrome is like a real thing. thing. So they signed you up for, for like community theater, dance classes, anything that would get me out of the house, basically. That's artistic in any way, it's shape, or form. And then did you have, like, a plan when you were in high school? Like, when I finished high school, I'm going to go.
Starting point is 00:32:56 I told my parents when I was like 12, like, I want you to prepare that I will be moving to L.A. when I'm an adult. And they're like, okay. And they're not, they don't know that that's like an impossible dream to have. You know, they're not from America. So they were like, okay, yeah, great. Sounds good. And by the way, thank God, they were like naive enough and delusional enough to be like my daughter we'll make it. Because otherwise, I feel like, so many American parents
Starting point is 00:33:16 that were around my parents were like, I can't believe you're letting her move to L.A. like, you're going to let her, like, tank her life. Right. I'm like,
Starting point is 00:33:23 oh. And you're saying like, because they weren't that, like they had a... Clued in. They didn't even know, like film and TV. Like,
Starting point is 00:33:30 that just wasn't their thing. So they were like, yeah, sure, why not. I don't see why not. So I wonder how you got into it if like it wasn't around at home so much.
Starting point is 00:33:38 I mean, I loved TV and film. And so I was at a young age, I was kind of gravitating towards that, but it just wasn't their thing. So, like, 18, you moved to L.A. by yourself? With my childhood best friend. That's still crazy. I was crazy that her parents let her do it, too, because she was just like, yeah, I just want to go.
Starting point is 00:33:56 She's like, no reason. It was along for the ride. Yeah. So, what, you rent a place? Yeah. I mean, I'm lucky enough that my parents helped me, you know, a little as much as they could. But I worked three jobs when I moved to L.A. I just, like, worked jobs from Craigslist.
Starting point is 00:34:09 It's crazy now because it's like, when you're young, you really think that. that you're invincible. Like nothing bad is gonna happen to me. And I remember I applied to a job to be like a personal home assistant for a couple, like stuff that was like kind of stupid looking back. I'm like, how did I survive these experiences? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:24 And come out like, you know, fairly unscathed. What was the plan though? I'm going. I'm gonna find an agent. I had an agent and the manager already. How do you get, how do you find that? I did this thing called iPop, which I'm not sure if that's even still a thing,
Starting point is 00:34:38 but it's called the international presentation of performers. And so you like, you go, and you basically perform for agents and managers. And then I got signed when I was 16. Oh, okay. Yeah. And so then I stayed in America, sorry, in Washington State,
Starting point is 00:34:50 when my parents made me finish high school before moving to L.A. But they let me come here. I went to an arts high school. So let me come here during pilot season every year as part of my credit. Oh, wow. Yeah, which was really great. When pilot season was a thing, guys. You miss it?
Starting point is 00:35:03 I don't personally. But it makes me sad that actors aren't having those experiences now. Why did it stop being a thing? Was it a COVID thing? I think it's a streaming thing. because streamers put out TV shows year-round. There used to be like a certain TV season. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:16 You know, to come out in September. They'd do pilots in January. They'd get picked up in May. They'd go to, you know, series in June. And then they'd go on, you know, either a mid-season release, which is January or a season release, which is September. Now shows come out year-round. When you say it was experience, I'm picturing it like a convention where you just like go into different rooms. Oh, what I did?
Starting point is 00:35:36 No, like what pilots is in it? No, it's not like that. All over L.A. Okay, so it's just everywhere happening at the same time. Yeah, it's just in January. It was such a, it's weird. It did kind of end right when Riverdale started, I think, but it was such an experience. Wait, did you get Riverdale from pilot season?
Starting point is 00:35:52 I must have because it shot in the normal, like, windows. Oh, okay. Although, Riverdale was one of those, like, unique experiences where they took, like, eight months to cast, where they actually, like, made sure they got the people that were perfect for the job. Now it kind of sometimes feels like you're just getting thrown into a cattle call when you watch stuff, and there's just not as much time, but it must have been. pilot season, but I'm pretty sure I tested for Riverdale on September, which wouldn't make any sense.
Starting point is 00:36:14 2000 and like six. 15. No, that's really spooky. Hey, that's really spooky. That is the spookiest thing. Yeah, me too. It does not feel like 10 years ago. And I mean, I love it.
Starting point is 00:36:27 Don't get me wrong. But people are like, I grew up watching you. I'm like, so you're grown up now? Okay. You're like, I was grown up then, I guess. I guess so I'm like really grown up now. So I keep asking myself, like, when am I going to? feel like a grownup.
Starting point is 00:36:41 It's kind of like sad to say never, but like... Maybe that's a good thing. It is a good thing. Yeah. I'm a mom and I have this thing that's like you can be a mom and still be a dumb bitch because like you can. You know? Like, because people think you become a mom and like you're not like the dumb bitch you were.
Starting point is 00:36:58 But that's exactly what I mean by that. Yeah. Like you could still love the shit. You know what I mean? Yeah, of course. You still be silly little yell. Yeah. So you get Riverdale by the timeline that we're talking about.
Starting point is 00:37:09 It sounds like not that long after you move. No. So I moved December 2012. And I had been pinned for Riverdale in September of 2015. For a character I didn't know existed. Like I knew no information about her. I actually, I was reading for a different show. And David, the cast director of that show who also did Riverdale, was like, you're kind of perfect for a pilot than doing.
Starting point is 00:37:33 I'm going to send you sides to her buddy. This is not the character I'm talking about. But you just have to comment and read Betty. Like you're like the most villainous bitch on planet. earth. And so I did, but I didn't know anything about Cheryl. Wait, that's so funny. So you read for Lily's character who's like girl next door, but in Cheryl tone that you didn't know. Because they had to, they couldn't do the sides yet for Cheryl, which is like the audition scenes basically. But why? Because they hadn't started working on that character yet. I was one of the first
Starting point is 00:37:59 people they saw because they saw me for a different show. And then he was like, and then they pinned me, which is like actor holds like, you're basically being told like, we're going to get to you and like you're maybe going to get the part. I just. didn't know how many people were pinned other than me. It was just me. I found out later. And then I came back and when they were ready to revisit Cheryl once they'd found Lily and they'd found, I think, Cole at that point, they started auditioning me.
Starting point is 00:38:19 That's Cheryl. So this, I feel like this, did this teach you, like, go to every audition? Because you never know. I still learn that lesson, by the way. If someone sees you that you're good for something else. Yeah. I mean, when I do tape, like, sometimes I'm like, I don't know. I don't, I don't see a version of this where it's like for me.
Starting point is 00:38:39 And then I send it and then I get a call. It's like, actually, you were right that wasn't for you, but we're doing this other project that is for you. And so I think it's always good just to like, especially when you're like you have like a month off or whatever, you've got some time off. It's just always good to like get your feet wet and do something else and like practice the craft, honestly.
Starting point is 00:38:55 But during Riverdale times, this was not sending a tape. This was all in person. It was all in person. Yeah. Yeah, it's such a different industry now. It's lost a little bit of its charm. Right. Walking into a room.
Starting point is 00:39:06 The nerves of that. Yeah. You don't get to do another take if they don't want. You might go five sentences in and they're like, this isn't for us. We don't want it. Right. The tape you can fucking edit till the till forever. Wait, so the first thing you did was a Coca-Cola commercial? We have to go that far back. Wait.
Starting point is 00:39:25 But was it the first thing? Was that the first thing and then the second was Riverdale? No, I did a Honda commercial as well. Oh. Yeah. She was booked and busy. Yeah, did a Honda commercial, did a Coca-Cola ad that was like on every Delta airplane or something. or something. I don't know. A couple of movies
Starting point is 00:39:41 and then I did Riverdough. Were you feeling like this is all going to work out for me? Yeah. Wow. But I was also okay with like if this takes longer than two years, if this takes five years, whatever. As long as I'm doing what I love and I'm working on the thing that I think is right for me, then I'll be happy is what I told myself at the ripe old age of 20. You know? I was like, I was like, I'm chasing my dreams.
Starting point is 00:40:02 I got this. Well, you know, you hear so many stories of actors that did give themselves like a period. Like I'm doing this for a year. If I don't, then I'm... And that's always the last one right before they're about to quit. It is. So you didn't have that. You were like, I'm... I'm chilling. I kind of just gotten to LA. So, I mean, like, two years is nothing. Yeah. And like, this is great. Yeah. And then when we got the pilot, I was like, cool, a pilot. Like, this is so well-written.
Starting point is 00:40:26 I love this character. Like, hopefully it goes to season. And it was every season. We were like, hopefully it goes to season two. Hopefully it goes to season three. And then by that point, you're like, okay, we're like on this show that people watch. Seven seasons. Seven seasons. Right? Yeah. Cheryl was also, like, I feel like you got to show. Like, I know it got crazy and blah, blah. Everyone likes to talk about that. But, like, you did get to show, like, a lot of different things as an actor.
Starting point is 00:40:51 I got really lucky with that character. She was always challenging. I was never bored. She was complex as fuck. Like, she started out villainous, but, like, she also had secrets. Secrets. And she also did have, like, you know, a heart. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:07 She was layered in complex. Yeah. So I know, you know, again, people love to ask what the craziest thing you ever did was. And, you know, for me, it was like gargoyle, once the gargoyle tree king came, I was like, you guys. But when did you drop off watching? I think gargoyle. I think I pushed through gargoyle. Wow.
Starting point is 00:41:28 Am I saying it good? Gargoyle? The word gargoyle? Gargoyle king. Yeah, that's who he is. Yeah. Our king. I, then I was like, why are we?
Starting point is 00:41:37 I pushed it. Because I really was so into it. I pushed through. That's sweet. But do you connect? Because I know a lot of your castmates too. Like, you guys allow yourself to kind of poke fun at the crazy shit that went down. It's funny.
Starting point is 00:41:50 The other day, Kemi, Lily and I are in a group chat. And somebody set this TikTok that was like all the crazy things that happened over there. And we were all like, we're so lucky we got to have this experience. Like there's, we all made fun of it, obviously, because you have to be a part of the joke. I even think our showrunner was out on the joke. He thought it was crazy and fun. And yes, they would laugh at, we'd be doing crazy shit and he'd be laughing at table reads. Like, it was supposed to be fun.
Starting point is 00:42:13 Like, I think there's a bit of like, I'm going to get into like an existential cinema thought. But like, I think we've become a little bit too literal with cinema lately where it's like, I don't get how that happened. And it's like, it's not real. Right. It's not real what I'm doing right now. And so I'm, I think kind of letting the magic of like things not making sense. As long as it's like within a certain degree, like we don't have to over explain things.
Starting point is 00:42:34 We have really smart audiences. And I think Riverdale was leaning into just like the. fun of what film and TV can be. It wasn't supposed to be this like really serious, gripping, you know, show about like saving lives. I was going to ask like if like the show runners or people part, like do they, would they get upset if you got they're in on it. For sure. Okay. Roberto would be sitting at table reads and like laughing. He'd like, oh my god, who wrote that? I'm like, you wrote that. You did. Wait, that's so funny. I'm trying to think of like an exact moment. I think what I, is it season two?
Starting point is 00:43:07 I think it might be the opening of season two when I crushed my mom's breathing tube. And I say if you breathe, it's because I give you air or something. He was dying of laughter. And that's the thing is like, that's what made it fun. Like at least the environment was not like, oh my God, people are talking so much shit online. It was like, yeah, our show is we know it's crazy. I flew in the air with lasers coming out of my hands. I saw that you were like, that's the one thing I don't want to do and he did it.
Starting point is 00:43:30 Yeah. And honestly, I might have given him the idea. But that's the thing is he was like laughing. It's like, it's fun. Yeah. And I think looking back now, like, when will I ever do? literally any of that again. Right.
Starting point is 00:43:40 In my career, when do actors have the chance to do things like that? I mean, that was quite the experience. Even living probably in Vancouver,
Starting point is 00:43:47 right, for so long. I just saw, we were talking about Dylan's brows before that Cammy said, I think she bought him a ticket to see Cole because he was getting lonely,
Starting point is 00:43:55 she was saying. Yeah. Did you ever have any like loneliness out there? You know, the girls and I always were really close. Vanessa Lily,
Starting point is 00:44:03 Cammy and most of the time we lived in the same building and we had keys to those apartments. So it's like, I'd see their location to be like, I'm coming to your room. Like, it was not. Yeah. You know, we never, like, the girls I never fought.
Starting point is 00:44:13 Like, it was very. How lucky did you guys get with that? I was with Cammy last night talking about that. Like, we're so lucky. Like, we're so lucky. So lucky. Yeah. That you became not only like, oh, we loved working together, but like actual best fucking
Starting point is 00:44:27 friend. I saw both of them two weeks ago. I saw Camie last night. I'm seeing her again. Oh, yeah. We're seeing each other again soon. That's so, it's so fun. I know. It's so great. Everyone also is obsessed with your friendship.
Starting point is 00:44:40 Is the group chat still like Redhead Brunette Blonde? It was never called that. Oh, okay. Why were people saying that? Because we have a TikTok named Blom Brunette Redhead. Oh, there's a joint TikTok. Oh. Because before any of us joined TikTok, we were like, let's just have a joint TikTok. Because like none of us came up with ideas back then.
Starting point is 00:44:57 We were all kind of like, we don't really understand what this platform is yet. And then we made one together. That was the original TikTok. We'd all post our own, like, individual TikToks on that one. Do you still post there? I think we have. Okay. Maybe not in the last year.
Starting point is 00:45:11 Maybe Halloween you will? Maybe Halloween we will. Are you planning a Halloween joint costume? Potentially. Who's the most into Halloween? I saw Cammy said she. Me. You know.
Starting point is 00:45:21 I am the leader of Halloween. That is my thing. You are. I am. I'm always like, here are the ideas? What do we think? Are we going to do it? Are we all in town?
Starting point is 00:45:28 Roll call. It's September. What's up? But then does every girl have to like kind of create her own? Like, you decide together. but like then do I have to like get it tailor? Like I have the I have a costume designer that I call. I say this is what we're doing and then they make sketches and they send it to us and then the
Starting point is 00:45:44 girls approve their costumes and then we continue moving forward. You make it fucking easy then. I do. It's really important to me. I love Halloween. Always. And it's always. And I've always loved being like other things and I've always loved exploring other characters
Starting point is 00:45:55 and stuff. So it's like it was a day I could do it when I wasn't an actor when I was just still a kid. Yeah. But yeah, no, I mean the girls don't really care about Halloween. So it's like if I'm going to be the one who cares about it the most, then I should be the one who like leads the charge. I love that. Easy. Sign fucking off. We'll be right back after the break.
Starting point is 00:46:12 You guys know what's back on Hulu right now as we speak? When you're done with this podcast, hop on Hulu and put on the all-new season of the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. Okay, you guys, season five is here. Okay, a shocking, revealing, tea-dropping season with these women of mom talk. These girls started out by making TikTok. and now look at them, okay? We don't even know where this group stands. We've heard rumors.
Starting point is 00:46:41 Now we're going to clear the air. We're going to hear the gospel. Whose friends? Who's not friends? Are their friendships loved? Will Mom Talk even survive this? What's happening with this drama? Whitney's in New York on Broadway.
Starting point is 00:46:54 Jen is back in Utah. A lot of drama is happening with these girls. I personally love to see Miranda and Lela's sweet friendship. Kind of as a green flagged little moment. and all of the really, really crazy stuff that's happening always, but also on this season of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. Watch the all-new season of the Hulu original series of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, the girls that always are given,

I told you guys this story before, but, you know, I was with friends at a pool and Noah has a sense of style, okay? And one of his friends was wearing a really cool bathing suit, okay? And Noah immediately was like, I want it.
Starting point is 00:47:47 And I was like, I get it. I also looked at that bathing suit and was like, I need it for you. So I asked his mom what the brand was and she said, Mano. And I was like, oh my God, let me look into it. And you could just tell the reason why this never happened. Like I rarely look at kids clothing and I'm like, I don't know what brand this is. But this was just, you could tell that it wasn't like a trendy bathing suit or like a low quality bathing suit. This looked like good quality and like something that you'll have forever.
Starting point is 00:48:17 And once you have kids, you really realize that like swimwear is one of those things you're buying constantly. But with Minot, the stuff is actually made to last. So it's classic, it's good quality and it's comfortable, which is most important. We got one for Lenny to a matching one for Lenny. Their bestsellers are the girls rash guard one pieces, the boys' boardies, which is what Noah has in the unisex rashguard shirts. And everything has UPF 50 plus protection and blocks 98% of UVA and UVB raise, which is so important. The fabric, so soft, so stretchy, so easy to get on and off. This summer, Minot goes to Cape Cod, a place defined by tradition rather than discovery.

I remember when I told my mom about Quinn, she's like, I've been known about Quince. I was like, okay, Mom ahead of the game. But honestly, I see so many people, you know, whether it's people that I know or people in my DMs being like, I just get that at Quince. Like even now, I just posted these like hands. And I didn't even seem up around there, but there are a big brand. And I was like, they say they're non-stick. And it's like not working out for me. Like they're, it's sticking, you know. And I got so many DMs being like, I buy mine at Quince and they've been great. And I'm like, Quince really does how everything. Like I should know my bed is from Quince. Like my sister has her luggage from Quince. Like I'm very aware that everything. You know, if there's like a brand that you love and it's a little bit too expensive or something, go look at Quince because they cut out the middleman and they make things way more affordable for you while still using like the same factories as these other places, but without the upcharge. But mostly my go-toes at quince are like your cashmere sweaters, okay?
Starting point is 00:50:23 The Mongolian cashmere sweater that's like 50 bucks, okay, is amazing. And I love to throw it on on my shoulder and I love to wear it. over a white tea, you know, a little poke out, and they just have everything, okay? Premium materials, cashmeregrin, organic cotton, washable silk. You guys, find the fall pieces that you'll reach for the most at Quince. Download the Quince app, which I have for app exclusive offers or go to quince.com slash not skinny. Get free shipping on your order and 365 day returns. That's a year. Now available in Canada, Outs and a Boot in the UK too. That's Q-U-I-N-C-E dot com slash not skinny. Everyone talks about taking care of yourself during pregnancy.
Starting point is 00:51:06 And then you have the baby and suddenly you're like, I'm done. Like I have this to take care of and not myself. But when you're pregnant, you're on your prenatals, right? But after that, what about postnatals? You know that that's even more important. Your body even needs more stuff. Your body has just been through this insane thing. You're working over time and you have to keep taking care of yourself from the inside.
Starting point is 00:51:31 Okay. and that's why I love rituals essential postnatal. I was really aware of them for prenatal, right? And I took my prenatal every day. But postpartum and breastfeeding are so nutritionally demanding. And ritual makes it so easy to continue supporting your body through that period. Their essential postnatal is designed to help build key nutrient levels for the six months postpartum and throughout lactation. So it has omega-3s to support the fatty acid of your breast milk plus biotin,
Starting point is 00:52:01 coline to support to increase nutrient requirements during the lactation period. Moms taking ritual reported visible improvements in hair and males as well, which is like important. You know what I mean? Postmodern moms and know what I'm talking about. It's also just two pills a day, has a citrus essence, and the delayed release capsules really go gentle on your tummy, okay? Which is important for me, a tummy issue, girly. I love that ritual is really transparent about its ingredients and rigorously,
Starting point is 00:52:31 tests for allergens, microbes, and heavy metals. Mom founded ritual puts in the work and shows you the proof with products backed by research and transparency. Literally, it's transparent. Save 25% off on your first month at ritual.com slash not skinny. That's ritual.com slash not skinny for 25% of your first month. Last weekend, we went to Friends House in Connecticut and it was so nice. I'm like, should I be moving to Connecticut? It was an hour out of the city, like so close, so easy, so peasy.
Starting point is 00:52:57 but I'm so used to getting an afternoon coffee that once we were at her parents' house, I was like, where am I going in Connecticut to get a coffee right now? Like into town? Like, no, I need my afternoon delight. And they had a pool there, which lovely, and they had a little pool house, lovely.
Starting point is 00:53:14 She was like, you want to drink? Go in the fridge. I opened the fridge, and they had it stock with, like, salters and stuff, and guess what they had there, you guys? A Starbucks barapuccino drink. It was like, oh, it's like that kind of moment. Like, I couldn't believe it.
Starting point is 00:53:25 I was like, did I bring this here? Like, how do you have this? It was mocha flavored and it was absolutely perfect. I was so happy because she had a lot of people over and I needed like kind of a break for a second. Sometimes I get a little like social anxiety. So I literally like took the glass bottle and walked down to like the street. So suburban. So different than my usual New York City scenery.
Starting point is 00:53:47 And I was just sipping on my Starbucks Rappuccino. All right. It was so good. It was what I needed. It was the midday pick me up. plus the little sweet indulgent, just a moment of joy in a crazy day with the kids. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:54:03 And it's just, I love having Starbucks, frappuccino drinks, like in my fridge, ready to take on the go, to offer to guests. And like, me being the guests in that scenario, being offered this, I was just like, yes, that's exactly what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:54:14 How nice is it to have this right now? Also, nobody wants to make you a coffee. Imagine I was like, can you make me a coffee? It's like, no, I have one. Bottled in the French. Anyway, find bottled starbots, reptino drinks wherever you buy your gas or groceries. And we're back.
Starting point is 00:54:30 Both Cammy and Lily expressed like dealing with body image issues on Riverdale. What was it like for you being on a CW show at that time with like beauty standards online and stuff? I'm sure it's much worse now to be on TV now. I mean, I was telling you, I think we were, I don't know if we were rolling or not, but it is tough to like deal with the beauty standards these days in Hollywood and I'm in Hollywood. Like I have a hard time where I'm like, man, should I go get like, like, like Botox. I mean, I've never had Botox. I've never had a needle in my face. It's also hard. You look so good though. Thank you. Thank you. It's really kind. It's tough. And you want the movement. You need it. By the way, the reason I froze is because I got Botox yesterday.
Starting point is 00:55:08 That's good. By the way. I didn't get Botox. I was like in my mind like I got a yes too. By the way, if I wasn't an actor, I probably would too. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I need expression. You want to yeah. Look at these. You know I need those. You need to know when I'm concerned. Right. Right. Yeah. So I get it. But I mean, look, it was obviously hard. There's like CW shows were like where you had to be like hot and young and fit and or definitely, I definitely had some highs and some lows on that show for sure. Yeah, it's hard when you're younger too. I'm sure like as you get older and you're more like, do you feel like as you get older you become kind of more confident in who you are too like as a person and I think that's such a case by case basis. Like for myself. Like for you I meant. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:55:48 Yeah. Yeah. I definitely think so with the right work and I'm really into somatic therapy. It's kind of what changed my life. Somatic. Tell me what that is. I'm not going to be able to define it the way that my therapist would. So I like rock with me. But she always says emotions are energy in motion.
Starting point is 00:56:03 So she like has me work through things through my body. So breath work, eye movement, like kind of releasing like actual trauma in my body through like CBT, which is cognitive behavioral therapy. So talk. And then also movement, breathing, eye movement. It kind of releases like stored emotion in your body. I should probably do that. Sometimes, like, when I'm anxious and I do the box breathing, it makes me more anxious because I'm focusing on the breath and I'm like, you're breathing weird. You know?
Starting point is 00:56:29 I'm hyperventilating. Yeah, yeah. You know, so I feel like I should probably do that with somebody so I know. I'm really into that. I'm really into it. Well, you're really like working on your, like, you're like, you have the healer, your therapy doing all this shit. Like, you're self care and and all that stuff. It's like arguably the most important thing to me.
Starting point is 00:56:49 I also think like it makes me a better artist to understand myself. better. Yeah. Why wouldn't? I think get curious and stay curious specifically about yourself and you'll never be bored, but also be curious about other people. I mean, you are every day. That's your job. Right. So you operate from a place of like curiosity, which I think keeps you young. Yes. And interested
Starting point is 00:57:06 in life. And interested in other people. Yeah. I also saw a TikTok you did with Mr. Fantasy. Big fan. Did you teach him how to drive? I did. He didn't know how to drive. It was a mess. Wait, was it a stick shift or automatic? I can't drive stick shift. So I was automatic. I don't. I'm like,
Starting point is 00:57:21 We're learning together. You taught him how to drive a regular car. Yeah. What are his teeth like? They're really rough. They're really rough. They're crazy. Yeah, they look crazy in person.
Starting point is 00:57:31 Are you going to do more collabs with Mr. Fantasy? I was in his music video. Oh, shit. Yeah, it was a big deal. It is a big deal. I know. I was really excited to be honest. Do you think we're going to get more stuff from him?
Starting point is 00:57:41 I imagine so. He's crushing it. He just went on tour, didn't he? He did. Yeah. And I get to go, but I think people like love it. Yeah, you girls seem to love him. We all are really big fans.
Starting point is 00:57:51 Mr. Fancy. It's crazy. It just happened really randomly. So I know, just to close out Riverdale, we said, I'm not going to do the question of what was the craziest thing you had to shoot. Do you want to know what the least crazy thing I had to shoot? I want to know the most,
Starting point is 00:58:05 the best memory you have from it. Yeah. That's such a sweet question. What's coming to mind right now is the last day, like, there were two last days of season seven, where there was like the entire major cast, like every person saying goodbye. And then there was like the last day where like Lily and I worked together on the last day because people had to go.
Starting point is 00:58:25 That second to last day where everybody was saying goodbye, everyone had written these beautiful speeches to say goodbye because we had the same crew for seven years. And it was just this like, I mean, I remember I took a video Vanessa and I when they were not on our coverage and this big scene where everybody's in it. And it was kind of written for us to all say goodbye. We were everybody was sobbing off camera. And it's like I think it's such a unique experience for everyone to be so connected at their soul level. that when they're finishing a show, that was like a lot of epic, high as an epic lows. For everyone to really feel so sad about its ending, knowing it's the right time, but like really just being like, man, we're not going to see each other every day. I think that was probably one of my favorite memories of that show.
Starting point is 00:59:04 I love that. It is a unique experience, right? That we talked about, like, maybe doesn't even happen like that anymore. I don't know how fast is close anymore because they're not up somewhere for 10 months of a year in a random location. Right. It's three to four. It's a very different experience. It's a different experience.
Starting point is 00:59:19 And then the next thing was strangers, the strangers, which also was a unique shooting experience, right? Because you shot the three. Cross-ported. Okay. So what does that mean? All at the same time. So, like, I would do movie one in the morning, movie three in the evening.
Starting point is 00:59:35 Why did it shoot like that from a creative reason or from like a time budget? Kind of everything. It kind of worked in our favor. Obviously, for budget reasons. We're not going back and forth a lot. Yeah. And crew, you can get it done faster. So that was a perk.
Starting point is 00:59:47 But also, like, as an artist, the movie. takes place over three days. All three, sorry, all three movies take place over three days. So if I had shot movie one, seen how it had done, seen how it had done, and then like they decided to go back a year and a half later, I'm having to get back into that space of exactly where I ended the last movie. Yeah. That's tough.
Starting point is 01:00:03 Not changing my hair. Yeah, yeah. Right, right. And then audience members would be like, hmm, her hair looks different. Or you can tell she, like, she got more tan before this one. Not that I get tan, but you know what I mean? Oh, right. Have you ever gotten a spray tan?
Starting point is 01:00:15 I was tan for a movie for maintenance required, but it was not a spray tan. It was like a fake tan they put on me every day. Oh. I was like, oh, she works on cars. She'd be tan. Yeah, yeah. But, like, I didn't really live in a way. Like, I would never be tan in real life.
Starting point is 01:00:26 So, like, you know, but I just wanted to look different. Are you like an SPF queen? Honestly, like, I should be. I just don't go in the sun. Oh, you just don't go. Like, you're... I'm more of a, like, look at it from inside kind of person. Are you a beach or a pool person?
Starting point is 01:00:38 Beach. You're a beach person. I like the ocean. But umbrella. Umbrella. Like a setup. I have a full setup. A full setup.
Starting point is 01:00:45 I have like a long-sleeve shirt. Like I'm like, I'm at Hathaway at the beach, literally. Do you know what I'm talking about? That's me. I know exactly what you're doing. I think she has UV clothing on, which is really impressive. I don't go that far. You don't go that far.
Starting point is 01:00:56 No, I probably should, though. I'm really sensitive to the sun. And this you produced, right? So tell me about the producing side. Did you get to like see the, like, be in the edit and everything like that? Yeah, I did every day in the edit. Oh, wow. For all three movies.
Starting point is 01:01:07 Yeah. It was a really cool experience. Courtney Solomon, who produced those movies. I wasn't a producer when I was offered it. And then I kind of pulled up to Slovakia And I was like, hey, pulled up to Slovakia. Hey, what up? And I was like, I have some thoughts if you guys want them.
Starting point is 01:01:21 If not, like, I'll go fuck myself. It's all good. Like, I'm here to do my job. Yeah. But they're like, let's hear them. And then I rewrote all the scripts with Courtney in Slovakia every night. We'd change a script, which it worked in our favor because there was no other actors in the movie, really. Like, the strangers don't talk very much.
Starting point is 01:01:34 So it wasn't like I was like boning other actors, like giving them lines the next day. So we could like really work on it that night. And he just gave me a lot of creative autonomy, which was also an experience I had on Riverdale. And I learned, like, the three, the two girls and I, like, we really, like, learned producerial qualities on that show because there was so much autonomy in our characters. And so we, like, naturally fell into these producerial roles. And then I went into The Strangers and I'm just so used to having, like, autonomy, which is such a lovely thing as an artist that I was like, hey, I have thoughts.
Starting point is 01:02:00 Are they celebrated or is that not okay? And they're like, no, please. And then we just, like, worked on it. And then Gordon was. I didn't think that on Riverdale you did. Like. It's all like I could call Roberto and say, our showrunner and be like, I don't think my character would ever do that.
Starting point is 01:02:11 Okay, let's talk about it. Yeah, yeah. Which is a really rare experience in TV. He trusted that at the end of the day, we knew our characters more. And between seasons one, two, and three, he was like, is there anything that you've always wanted to do that you've never done?
Starting point is 01:02:22 He would literally ask me that. And I was like, I want to do archery. And he said, okay, great, next season you're doing archery. It was like that. Oh, my God. I love Roberto. What's he up to now? He's genuinely one of the best humans on planet Earth.
Starting point is 01:02:32 They're doing the afterlife with Archie show. Oh, cool. Yeah, and he used to write the afterlife with Archie Comics. Archie, aka KJ. Yeah, but not KJ. But yes, Archie Andrews. So I know that like it ended and everything, but like you guys love each other so much.
Starting point is 01:02:46 Like what a reunion thing ever could ever happen? Like a friends type one. It's kind of crazy because it's like I can't even imagine. I mean, it only ended three issues ago. So right now that feels like really crazy to think about. Right. I more prefer all of us going to Vancouver and seeing our crew again. Like that's more interesting to me.
Starting point is 01:03:03 Like to go sit and hang out with people I spent every day with for eight years. I'm always advocating for movies to shoot in Vancouver because I'm like, I got my list. And exactly what I want to work with. Let's go see my people. Again, never say never. I'm not like opposed to it. So you're saying you were a horror
Starting point is 01:03:17 girly before you became a horror actress. Mm-hmm. Wow. I watched every horror film in my local blockbuster when I was a kid. So like, did you love scream? And I know what you did last summer. Honestly, those weren't my favorites. I had more deep cut favorites than that.
Starting point is 01:03:34 Tell me. Oh, my God. I've only watched some of these once, but I remember them very, I have them on a high pedestal as a child. but don't take me. The conjuring I loved. Okay.
Starting point is 01:03:42 But that was an incredible film. I still think that's an incredible film. This movie called Black Sheep as a vegan. This is way more. It's deep cut. Yeah. It's deep cut. Black Sheep is about sheep killing humans, which makes sense for me.
Starting point is 01:03:53 But if we're talking about franchises, Saw, is top, top, top for me. Saw, yes. They're making Saw 11. And the way that I harassed Lionsgate, like, let me be the first kill. Like, I just want to be in Saw 11 because it just like is one of those bucket list things for me. Did it happen? And I haven't shot it yet.
Starting point is 01:04:09 They're still writing it. So I harass them all the time. What you do? Like, hey guys, so when am I going to be put in the movie? Like that is a dream of yours. Yes. This isn't like a career thing necessarily. I don't give a fuck if it's good for my career or not.
Starting point is 01:04:21 I need to be in Saw 11. Put her in Saw 11. Wait, they're 11. Are you listening? Babe, you saw 10. Of course. By the way, 10's incredible. Really?
Starting point is 01:04:30 It didn't get worse as it went on. Let me explain to you. Well, now she's not going to say it because her emails out to Landscape. No, no, let me explain. First of all, it's a tax. Don't be crazy. Saw 10 happens between Saw 1 and Saw 2. So they brought back Tobin Bell who plays jigsaw.
Starting point is 01:04:42 It's really smart. It's cool. You're bringing me back. You need to go rewatch all of them. It was the scariest thing. But yeah, I guess we don't have that as much anymore. Because again, people are like, oh, it's, you know, they're like, it's a stupid concept. Like it wouldn't happen to it.
Starting point is 01:05:00 It's like, right. It wouldn't happen today. Right. Watch it. It's a movie. Speaking of what happened today, I saw the trailer for American Horror Story. Who knows? Maybe that would happen today.
Starting point is 01:05:10 That I don't even know what's happening there. There's some witches. Who knows? Who knows? We see you in the trailer. We know you're in it. So you can't deny. We see you. Let me think about the clues.
Starting point is 01:05:20 We see a shirt with 13. Can you give us anything on that? I'm trying to think if I'm allowed to say anything about that. I know I'm allowed to say I played Joey Polari's girlfriend who plays Ben, who's like the centrifugal force of the season. Okay. I'm his girlfriend. Okay. And we see you on a plane.
Starting point is 01:05:37 I'm a plane. Something is going to. down on that plane. Something's awry on the plane. I'm wearing a 13 shirt. I think that's literally all the, those are the context clues we have in that trailer. But it's coming out September 24th, so we don't have to wait that long to find out. And the first three episodes come out on September 24th. Oh, fun. Yeah. What was it like joining this franchise for you? This was one of those bucket listings for me. Stop. Yeah. Is it an email that you wrote? I mean, I'm pretty sure in numerous interviews, like, Ryan Murphy, give me a call. Really? I'm pretty sure. I'm such a big fan of his.
Starting point is 01:06:09 I was like kind of starstruck when I met him. I was like, guys, that's my movie. And he directed me, which was so cool. And that doesn't happen for everyone? I don't know. Okay. I got to have that experience.
Starting point is 01:06:21 And I think that's like one of those things that I really wanted to check off my bucket list. I'm such a big fan of his. So it was just one of those things where I was like, how could I not want to do this iconic show that I grew up watching? Like, I loved Murder House, season one. It's like a perfect season of television, in my opinion. And yeah, it was like a bucket list thing. I've always wanted to be American Horror Story.
Starting point is 01:06:38 Did you get the call on that? freak out? I was really, really, really excited. Yeah. And I've never shot in New York. It's shot here. I was like, it was such a cool experience. And also I've never, I've never, oh, I can't say that.
Starting point is 01:06:50 Shit. I've never. I've never. I've never. Fill in. Don't fill in. I don't fill in. I don't want the internet to fill that in.
Starting point is 01:06:59 Okay. How fun was it shooting it? And working with all, who did you can tell? No. No. Okay. Well, you could tell, like, we see who is on the season. Joey is, I mean, I never met Joey before.
Starting point is 01:07:11 The sweetest thing. I had so much fun with him. It was really fun. She's a fun character. Is this the first time you've had to keep like kind of a secret that you feel like you can't reveal stuff? No. Riverdale always to go all the time. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:07:26 To like, right, about like storylines. Oh, really? Only if you're in the scene, you get the pages kind of a thing. Yeah. And shooting in New York for American Horror Story is it like, how aren't there like paparazzi on the street? There are some time. There are some times. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:07:39 In fact, I'm pretty sure it leaked that I was in it, like, way earlier than they wanted it to. I don't know. Yeah? I honestly don't know, but I feel like people knew long before anybody announced it, which was kind of crazy. Other stuff is coming up that I don't know, that you're going to have to tell me. Like, what up with it? Right, what up with it. Sure.
Starting point is 01:07:56 You're going to tell me what up with it. Happy too. Okay, pretty babies just premiered. At Edinburgh, yeah. Did you go? I didn't. I just wrapped a movie like three days before with that same director. Oh, wow.
Starting point is 01:08:06 Which was so cool. And she was like, I'm getting on a plane. I was like, you should. You're the filmmaker. You should be there. I love you. And I'm supporting him from afar. And this seems, it's like a, it's a film about 18-year-old best friends who travel to California
Starting point is 01:08:17 chase their dreams of Hollywood stardom, only to get pulled into the dark underbelly of the sex work industry. I'm part of that. I'm not the 18-year-old. I'm part of the dark underbelly of the sex industry. You're the sex worker. Yeah. I try to entice them into my world. Oh, wow.
Starting point is 01:08:33 And this is the film you worked with Sadie, you were saying. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. She plays the one of the young girls. She plays one of the young girls. Yeah. Where can, do you know what's, what happens?
Starting point is 01:08:42 Okay. After it premieres at a film festival, what's the next step? Well, it's obviously different. Like, you can be in competition, but already have distribution or be there for both or be there for distribution. And we are fielding offers right now distribution-wise. I'm not a producer. I just, like, love that movie.
Starting point is 01:08:54 And I really believe in that filmmaker. And the producers behind it's Christine Vasana Killer Films and Jordan Wagner, who, like, is such a filmmaker champion. Like, it's really cool to work with people like that. And they really involve me, which I'm really thankful for. So we're just fielding some offers. right now to see where it goes. But I'm hoping, you know, early 2027 would be amazing.
Starting point is 01:09:11 Because I really love that movie. It was really special to me. I got to like go back to dance routes and I like became a very intense stripper. I got on some poles. I had so many bruises shooting that movie. It was crazy. I was like, I have to be good at this. This character has been doing this for like 10 years.
Starting point is 01:09:26 I have to be good. So you took pole dancing? Yeah, I found a, I found a stripper and I said, can you teach me like what it's like to work in a club? Can I come to your club? Can I like, and I like shadowed her? And then she taught me like what she would ask me like what she would actually do on a pole versus going to pole dancing. She was incredible.
Starting point is 01:09:40 She's also a DP. She's such a badass. I'm obsessed with her. Wow. Which is a DP on the... No, she's a DP in life and she also strips. Oh, wow. And she's so fucking cool.
Starting point is 01:09:49 I love that. No, she's the baddest bitch. And I still train with her. We still do pole dancing just because I love it so much. And you get super... You need to be strong for that shit. I was actually pretty impressed that I, like, had the upper body strength I had. I didn't know.
Starting point is 01:09:59 So, like, hold my body up and do those things. Yeah, that's hard. It was really, really, really fun. Ashley Benson is in it, too. I love her. Yeah, she's great. Okay. And then there's Chasing Red.
Starting point is 01:10:09 Is that happening? It's been shot. Okay. I have no idea what's happening with that. This is the movie world. That's why I'm like, you need to tell me what up with that. And okay, is there anything else I'm missing that's in the works? I wish I never had sex with him.
Starting point is 01:10:23 I just shot that movie. Yeah. We're editing it right now. That's right. So I love the title. Thank you. It sounds so fun. It's really fun.
Starting point is 01:10:29 It's a wish-fulfillment movie. You're like the main character. You're like an editor, a chic editor. Yeah. Yeah. And I find out that I can. go back to the last end of my 20s over and over again to like become this perfect version of myself for a guy and then ultimately she learns you know like lessons and things like that but it's a
Starting point is 01:10:44 really sweet wish film a movie that doesn't like the device isn't explained it's just like jump into the world enjoy the world this is where we are and this is so different because i'm assuming american horror story was a quick thing right it was like you get it you shoot it it comes out like quicker than oh yeah like the turn around and you i think they already knew when it was coming out because of course that would come out around Halloween so it was kind of like yeah I knew it was coming out and where. And with this, there's stuff that you've worked on for months, trained for all this stuff.
Starting point is 01:11:12 And you're like, I don't know. I shot pretty babies. And I think I wrapped like September 2nd of last year. Okay. And we're and okay, let's cross our fingers that we know what's going to happen. Okay. Let's do a few quick cues. Right, this was chill.
Starting point is 01:11:27 This was chill. Thank you. Thank you. We're friends. Okay. Are you still vlogging on YouTube? No. You were such a YouTube girl.
Starting point is 01:11:37 And I actually deleted all my videos. It's very controversial. Wait. Okay. I thought something was like wrong because I went and it was like all like statuses. And I'm like, am I a boomer? Like I don't know what's happening. Why is it just why did you delete?
Starting point is 01:11:50 I think like those were, that was my 20s and it was a very public 20s. And I just wanted to like feel a little bit more like I had autonomy over my privacy. Got you. Yeah. Like maybe you shared some stuff there that. Not even that. Just more like it was just like, you know, it just felt like I wanted. It was what felt right to me at the time.
Starting point is 01:12:05 Okay. I know that I get a lot of flack for that. And I am sorry, I took them down. But because it, because it was. Maybe they'll go back up. They're just archive. By the way, babe, I think like you're like, maybe like Wikipedia. I can't remember.
Starting point is 01:12:16 It's like actress slash YouTuber. Lit. That's sick. Are you kidding? No, that's right now. Like, look at the people coming out of YouTube. But that's what I'm saying that you were like, you got to that level on YouTube where it was like. I know.
Starting point is 01:12:30 And then I deleted. But you never know. You never. By the way, maybe the videos are deleted, but the YouTube is there. archive. What's the biggest misconception about you? Maybe my height. Oh, right. I'm much shorter than you expect me to be. I imagine. Madeline, I'm not going to accept that answer. Okay, what do you think? You've just spent an hour with me. What's the biggest misconception about me? I try, I try not to think about things like that. It makes me really sad. Oh, you're thinking in a negative way. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:12:56 Like, what else would that be? Okay. I get what you're saying. What would people be surprised to learn about you? That I'm actually funny? Mike drop. People think you're not funny? I don't know. I don't know. I think people will be surprised to learn that. And my perception of people's perception of me. Got you. To be perceived is what a beautiful thing is that people don't think I'm funny.
Starting point is 01:13:19 But is that kind of like the main personality trait I lead with every day. Your sense of humor is like dry, right? Very dry. Very like self-destructive. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Why do you think my Instagram is Madeline? Okay. First of all, why is?
Starting point is 01:13:33 Oh! Madeline. I'm lame. Madda lame. Madal lame. I did not fucking. Regina, right? I asked you.
Starting point is 01:13:41 I was like, I wonder why her Instagram is that. And I was like, I'm going to ask her and you were like. I'm into self-deprecation. First of all, I love that. Maybe that's the maybe because people also think it's made lame or like, I'm not like, maybe that's how you say your name. Matalame. Madalame.
Starting point is 01:13:57 You made that up for yourself. Okay, I'm going to be honest. This guy in high school used to call me Madalame. I all owed to him. As a bullying you? I think maybe it was maybe he had a crush. I'm not quite sure. We never got that far. But he would call me Madalame all the time.
Starting point is 01:14:11 And you were like, and then I made my Instagram on high school. And I was like, whatever. Like, I'm never going to use this thing. Like, I'll make it Madalame. Did you ever think to change it to your name? You know, when I, when I were kind of big, my old team was like, you got to change it to Madeline patch. And I was like, I'm not doing that. Sick. Well, that's just like, I feel so like serious.
Starting point is 01:14:30 Like official. It's like, I don't want my Instagram to be so serious. Like, it's not like a work page. Like, I'll share my work sometimes. but most of the time I'm like just posting random dumps. I am obsessed that it's Madalame and I wouldn't have known that. Like I'm so happy that we got to that. Fascinating.
Starting point is 01:14:46 Okay. First celebrity crush. I have a really good answer for this. Hold on. Oh, Angelina Jolie. Bye. Bye. Sorry.
Starting point is 01:14:53 I just had a clip of it's not gone, girl. That movie. Girl interrupted. Right. Best movie. And I just look at her and I'm like... It's like this. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:15:03 It's like that. The biggest ick. Sandals on men. Yes, agrees. Dream role. Next dream role since American Horror Story was a dream.
Starting point is 01:15:12 Oh, oh, Saw 11. Oh, my God. I was going to say Poison Ivy, which is kind of boring. Saw 11. Sal 11's cooler. And then Poison Ivy.
Starting point is 01:15:18 Yeah, no, everyone knows about Poison Ivy thinks Saul 11. Okay, love you. Thank you for coming. This was so fun. Thank you. Thank you guys so much
