Oh, yeah, yeah. I'm like, do you think I actually, I've met her. I think I told you this. Oh, yeah, you did. And she is a sweet individual. I know, I didn't air. I didn't post what you said because, like, I'm like, a, you know, like I... No, oh. But, but yeah, Shannon did DM me. And she said, no, she's so sweet, which I assume, but I feel like she didn't want to say influencer. You know what I mean?

Oh, yeah. And like maybe the, I don't know, whenever, whenever I wasn't very caballery, there were, they, like, it was very important. I much like Banner Pump rules, it was very important to them that you have a job. Like, it's fucking 2020 influencers are out here. Like, it's just say they're an influencer. But I could see that, don't know, obviously. Taste makers. Tastmakers.

I could see that them being like, let's just say that you're in the beauty and lifestyle space. And I travel a lot for work. That was my favorite. Travel a lot for work. That was funny. Yeah. She was so, so kind. I didn't know what to expect when I went on a trip with her.

And she was so wonderful and kind. And has the best set of tits this side of the fucking. She really does. I noticed in our dress last night. But can we talk about these influencer trips? I know with Corona, they don't happen anymore. But like, are they like come on this trip, take pictures and get drunk? That was the first one I'd ever been on.

And when I explained it to people, they were like, that's not how they work. Because that was like, they didn't give us really a schedule. They didn't really tell us that we had to post. they just set up fire-ass dinners and it was kind of like a free-for-all and I'm gonna be quite honest like I don't understand how that could be Who was it beneficial for?

Exactly. It was this company's first influencer trip they put on and they just were so adamant about being like like mean girls like I'm not a regular mom I'm a cool mom like they were so adamant about that that towards the end we all had an absolute fucking blast but towards the end I was like what do we think they got out of this

other than spending a lot of money Who was there, you, Tasia? Me, Tasia, and then a bunch of bloggers that at first, when I only just read, because I, I'm an influencer, I didn't, you know, there are these OG influencers that have been blogging and, like, grinding their fucking gears for so long, and they finally made it, and that's incredible. And then there are people like me who just, like, ended up on a trashy reality TV show, and then people started following me, and I'm like, I'll tell you what lipstick I use, sure.

And that's fantastic for me, but all these girls, I didn't know these bloggers, all that to say, I'm not really big in the blogging space. And it was like, you're going to be on a trip with cupcakes and Chanel dress up buttercup. And I was like, what the fuck did I just? I seriously was like, I have such anxiety. I do not want to be. Wait, where did you have to go? To this beautiful place in Florida.

And then said cupcake and Chanel buttercup dress up so normal, so nice, so kind, so not weird at all. I would be so anxious to go. I not even anxious because like I, I, I, I, I, like to separate just because I actually have anxiety. So I would have actual anxiety, like actual like hard populations, but also I would be like, like, you have to be very friendly and like hang out with people. Yeah. But you're friendly. Yeah, but abrasive for sure. I don't think, I don't think anyone would have put me in the same category as anyone who projects themselves as cupcakes and buttercups. Like, no, you know what I mean? So I just know what like would someone describe you as like,

Shannon, she's really nice. Would they use that word? Yes. I think they actually would. I think they actually would. Because I go out of my way to be very, very kind. Like actually, I've hung out with people who were like, why the fuck did you just do that?

That was so, they were so obnoxious. Why did you do that? And I'm like, because that's, well, for me, I'm like, because if someone's coming up and recognizing me, then that means I'm still relevant and that means I can still make money. So I'm going to fucking strike while the iron's hot on that one. But, yeah. I love how honest you are and how raw and real.

Yeah. I love when people say that because it's like, for me, it's like, of course it's a compliment. Like I am giving you a compliment. And when people say it to me, for example, I take it as a compliment. But don't you sometimes think like, who are these other people then that are not being real with you? You know, that what and why do you follow them? And why are they? For sure. I think relatable is such a thing now. And people love to be like, you're relatable. But then people will like take a step early and like, but you're like, but you're. you're actually relatable. I don't know. There are a lot of influencers who I think are trying to be relatable and they have no idea how much it's making them less relatable. It's tough to see. I think people think I'm busy, which I am. I'm very busy. But you do have downtime when you're breastfeeding and shit. So you can be a lot on your phone. So that hasn't hindered my like phone abilities having a baby. So sometimes like, okay, I'm not going to say you, but I know this influencer that she like buys followers and likes. And like sometimes when I breastfeed you,

I'll watch her post a photo and I'll like wait to see her the drama the way to see the lights go up and I see her changing her brand all the time like she'll be like wait this is happening right now like I could tell the people that I don't know don't wear makeup are are really likable so I won't wear makeup or and and so for you it comes naturally like I was just saying like it's true that for a lot of people it doesn't and it used to be I heard Charles Porch who's the VP of something at Instagram. Okay. He was on a podcast and he said that

Instagram used to be, people love the very curated pages where all the colors were same-sies. For sure. And today, it's all about, you know, post whatever the fuck you want. Yeah. Don't have a color scheme.

When I first got the job doing social media for Kristen and uncommon James, it was. So that's real. Okay, let's go back for a second. If you guys don't know, Shannon Ford, the beautiful redhead from Barry Cavalry. You were the social media manager on the show. I was. And you legit were the social media manager.

Yes. So the show, common misconception, this is not weird. I don't think I'm spilling too much tea here. But like the show was always a show before the brand. The brand is obviously real. It's a real brand. It's a very successful brand. Give that to them.

But whenever people were interviewing before she even launched the brand, she was telling us like, there is a show. like we were casted for the show through her and jay were really good friends with mark block my agent he reached out to all of his like models and people oh so you had an agent for modeling yeah and when i say modeling let's let's think modeling as in i would get hired for like a there's a huge convention center here i'm really not actually fishing for compliments me a cute girl but Nashville it's not like new york or l a so like i would when we would get casted it'd be like $200 to spend 27 hours collectively in the convention center wearing a genie outfit for the hotel

convention that we're coming in. And the main clients were like the Patels and like whatever. And I don't know what, but this is a true story. I literally like wore like a genie costume and passed out pamphlets for hotels and literally was like I want to like I literally want to die. A little bit. I want to die. So that was my super big modeling career. And he was just in Nashville. It's like I'm sure it's very lucrative for people that do that all. the time as far as if you don't want to be a waitress, you can just do that, and you're probably going to make it around the same amount. So he became one of my friends more than just my agent, and he reached out to us one day, like a bunch of us girls and was like, hey, I'm reaching out

to people that I think would be good for TV. It's a reality TV show. She's going to start a brand. It's Kristen. I've been friends with us for a long time, blah, and we're like, cool, yeah, it's awesome. And then I actually interviewed, because I will say this. Our show, and I'm sure Bannerfub Rules is a lot like this. I compare the two because one time Kristen made the comparison. She was like, I want the show to be a lot like Vanderfunk rules. She like literally said that. Like she said, I want to be like the Lisa Vanderpump that comes in and is like there a little bit, not there a little bit, whatever. So I was like, I fucking love that show. That's fantastic. We got actually hired like for real, for real for the

brand, but the show was always known from the get go. But yeah, I really was actually the social media. As you guys know, I am hashtag brave AF because I am sharing my postpartum weight loss journey on Instagram with everyone. And I'm using the fit track scale to monitor my progress. Like I'm sorry, very cavaliery I'm not gonna you know you were awesome on it but it like people were having sex in the other room when the friend was in the other room like I'm sorry Kristen that's not the vibe that wasn't yeah she wanted that from the get go and this is where the disconnect happened for me and this is this is what now the show's over contractual agreements are over I don't go but fuck wait the show is over her very capillary yeah I got it got shell well I don't know what they want to call it Kristen announced that she decided to not do it I don't know oh I didn't know Yeah, it was whenever, I think it was, it's very public knowledge that she, like, they were going through a divorce and she was like, I decided in this stage of my life to not do it anymore, which I was thankful for because I was like, I hadn't been on it in two seasons and I was hella jealous. I was like, I want the show to be over. I fucking was there from the beginning. Can you guys stop doing this show without me on it?

Wait, why? Okay, I'm going to be honest with you, Shannon. Some of you are going to be mad at me. I did stop watching. That's fine. I never, this sounds really contrived, but I never. This sounds really contrived. I never watched it after I got kicked off, but more for myself because I got like really obsessive, really obsessive over being like, who's going to be the next breakout start? Who's going to get the most popularity? Are the girls that are still on it going to get more followers than me? Like I was like, I was at a point in my life where my friends were like, hey, you can't stop that. Wait, what I want to know before that.

So you were, first of all, you're 27, which I'm happy about because if you were 23, I'd be like kind of upset with you. You know, 27, I'm like accepting. I don't feel like two, you know, I'm like 27. I was on the show, I was 23. That was, wow, that was four years ago. So, I know. The show was on 30.

Were you in the vibe of like, I kind of want to be in entertainment and like reality TV? Didn't care how I got famous. Always was like, I want to be famous so bad because I wanted to be, I wanted to have money. I was like, when we were famous, they have money. So I was like, whatever it takes. So I always would, it would have been. preferred to do it the classy way, but by the end of it, I'm like, 23, this reality show is kind of like happening. I already had like 40,000 followers on Instagram for really, I wasn't doing

swipe-ups. I wasn't posting. I didn't understand rewards all. I was not making a penny, not a literal single penny from Instagram, but I had 40,000 followers, the chive. Do you remember the chive? Yeah. The chive posted some article about me like, this girl's funny on Instagram, follow her. I got a lot of followers. Or were you being funny or were you being like stylish and they were like posting every provocative photo I ever posted but usually when I posted provocative photo I'll put like a funny caption with it so they were just like posting that anyways I randomly had followers I didn't understand social media I just knew that I liked I liked social media so like when it came about that I had this job in real life for social media for

Kristen and then it made sense on the show I was like this could be cool and then very clearly I was a part of the pilot and we were told straight up like this show is not picked up yet E is paying for the pilot. So whether or not E decides to pick it up or not is dependent on you guys making a good pilot. So I was like, strap the fucking motherfuckers. We're going to make this a good pilot. And everyone was like, I don't know.

I'm worried about my reputation. I was like, you're doing reality TV. You're not that fucking stressed by your reputation. Like, let's get real. So I was very willing to be like the villain because I was like, I just want the show to get picked up. And they need some staff. And I walked out of the city.

Were you being you? Half and half. Half and half. Like, there were some things I said that I would have never said to someone's face, but I probably would have said behind their back. But like, I totally would have said that. But I was like, all right, you got to fucking say it to their face on camera if you want this to get picked up. So like I, yeah. So some of this stuff. Yeah. So Kristen should thank you a little bit. She did in the beginning. You were. That's what I'm saying. I watched. She was very nice to me in the beginning. She was like very kind and very, very. wonderful. Actually, when the first episode aired in Shannon Ford's teeth, hashtag Shannon Ford's teeth were trending on Twitter. Why? On my, like, well, I've recently had them shaved down. I don't know if I saw your story about it, which again, goes back to you being run, real. You were talking about your teeth, like a few veneers or something like that. Yeah, all my top teeth are veneers. They were they were super, they were very big. And then I, the show came out in the first episode, very capital, was trending like number four on Twitter

and then number 13. I'm acting like I don't remember the exact number. I'm like, what number was it again? It was fucking 13. Number 13 on Twitter was hashtag Shannon Ford's teeth and it was just a bunch of like Mr. Ed fucking it was so bad. It was so bad. Wait, this is before you shaved your teeth. So did it make you like self-conscious?

It made me go shave my teeth down. Yes. I would say self-conscious. Oh my God. I swear on my life that I didn't, I wasn't thinking. Well, I'm not on Twitter, but I don't remember thinking about your teeth. Well, a lot of people did. A lot of people had a lot of things to say. Twitter is so bad. Twitter is savage.

But it was, I'm going to give it to the tweeters. It was, they were big. They could have stood to be like shaved down. I shaved them down. So, yeah, in the beginning, but all that was to go back. Okay. I see the difference. You see?

I see the difference now and then. From like the gifts and stuff, like you can tell. But the whole point of that is to say that Kristen was actually very kind to me. Like she called me and was like, hey, are you okay? I just want to check on you like this shit gets weird. I remember from my look at a beach days. I was the villain. Like it'll get better. Like just just ride the wave. I promise it'll work out for you. She wasn't wrong. But she was very kind. She was very kind in the beginning. But the point that you made about her saying she wants to be like LVP and pop in.

It's kind of showing like showing that she didn't want to be the star of the show that she wanted like a cat. She said it most of the time. She said she said I've had my days of reality TV drama like reality TV drama I've done it all I've been there I've done it I don't want it anymore I want it to be y'all's drama and I'll like pop in like so what did you want recognition for her brand more so yeah yeah smart super smart business move and she I think she actually says that on interviews all the time like I obviously knew what I was doing when I started a TV show at the same time I was starting a brand like Lisa Vanderpump like listen you guys I bought a few uncommon James pieces like I ordered them I mean yeah no I I I she was for sure smart by doing that. But I think after season one, I do, I don't know, I don't, I can't, I can't

peek instead of her brain, but it was such a quick shift. Like, after season one, she literally was like, this show's going to be a lot more about me and my like family and my friends and way less about the cast. And then, which I'm, I guess I'm a little bit thankful that I got kicked off the show because I would have not done well with that. I would have been like, I did all this and now it's fucking not about us. Not about us. Wait, Janet,

when you were the breakout star of season one, which you were, she was supportive of it, so she wasn't at all like a little jelly or she was like, here's the stage.

Jay was like for sure the real breakout star and the real reason I think people like, she got such a larger demographic for that. But as far as like secondary cast members,

like was a goddamn damn shining star. Absolutely. But I, yeah, I mean, she, no, she never, she never, I don't, I don't, I, I would find it very hard to believe that Kristen Cavalieri would be jealous of me. I think she was just, I think she was not expecting me to just completely like be so cool with it. Like I was like, yes, this is now my role and I'm killing it and this. Like, she would say random stuff, like, I don't want you to post that. Like, stop tagging me in your, she would be like stop tagging me in your recaps. And I'd be like, what? Like, it got weird and then it got... Wait, she would say that on the show while filming, or she would say behind the scene?

No, she would, like, text me when the show was airing, and I would be, like, tagging her in, like, random stuff, and she'd be like, it's disrespectful to be tagging me and talking about me, like, while the show is airing, like, don't do that. And I was like, oh. Why? I don't get it. It was just weird stuff. She started stopped, she stopped texting me, and she started emailing me. And I was like, this feels like a paper trail. What the fuck? I was like, I don't know. It just is getting weird. And then, like, it was just very odd. And all of a sudden...

But Shannon, you have no idea. She went from being super nice to you and, like, here's your stage to being weird. Yeah. And I don't think it... I really don't think I want to use the word jealous. I think she was just, like, bothered that I was so... I felt so at home with, like... Like, I think maybe...

It was like, calm down, bitch. Like, know your role. Yes. She was my mentor for so long. I mean, like, literally like a big sister to me, like, helping me through everything. And then the second I, like, did a little bit, I was like... Okay, I'm good. Thanks. Bye. And she was probably like, wait, bitch, the fuck. Like, and I don't think it, I don't think it was jealousy. I think a lot of people, a lot of my friends, like, a lot of

people would be like, girl, she was so jealous of you. And I'm like, no, I don't think she was jealous of me. I think she was just like, know your fucking place, bitch. And I think I was like, I know my fucking place. And I think that we have very similar personalities. So you weren't intimidated by her at all? No, I was. I was. But I felt very comfortable with like the come up. I was like this, like I said, I was like, oh, this is literally exactly where I'm supposed to be. This is what was supposed to happen. Perfect. I think she was, I think she might have wanted me to be like, thank you so much for creating me. And I don't know. I just didn't. I didn't do that. I remember you getting shit from her. I don't know if it was the show. I remember her being like Shannon, like you didn't post on time. I don't know if it was. No, I was I was very good at my job. I was very bad at, I made a lot of excuses. Like, I knew I was good at it, but it was like, it was like college all over for me where like every report card ever sees since I was in fourth

grade is like, she has so much potential, but she just won't apply herself. So like, as soon as Kristen would light a fire under my ass, I'd be like, look at all this stuff I can do. And she'd be like, damn, wait, that's fantastic. And then I'd be like, okay, cool, she's Gucci for a second. And then I would like go off and I was 22. Like I, when I worked for, I was literally 22. And when the show aired I was 23. Like I would just like go off and like get drunk with my friends and she'd be like, you didn't post this. And I'd be like, oh, well, here's 18 other important, like better ideas. And she'd be like, those are good ideas. You got to start posting more. Like I was, I'll wear that. Like I was. So you are really the only person doing social media for Uncom and James at the time?

I will say this and I've said it before and I'm just going to, I will give all credit where credits do on their end. But on my end, it is absolutely fucking insane that I was the, only person, whenever the show came out and the brand blew up, like, I mean, overnight, like we had like 800,000 followers whenever I was with it, it was like 14,000 followers. Like overnight, and then I was in charge of the Instagram, all the DMs, all the comments, all of the posting, all of the photo shoots. I had to do all the photo shoots, which, by the way, I had to use my own clothes out of my own closet. One day, I was like, Kristen, I ran out of clothes. And she was like, okay, you can come to my closet and use my clothes. And I was like, okay,

this is glumming Christmas closet and she's giving me her clothes for the models. That's fun. And then she was finally like, okay, we have to order clothes from Revolve. And I was like, okay. But like that's like where it was that. Like I was in charge of every photo shoot, getting the photos, editing the photos. But Janet, that is actually crazy because first of all, that usually, again, doesn't happen on reality shows where you're, you were actually hired for like two jobs. Like come be on this show, but also have this job and aside. Like you had social media followers, but you just like like like social media. It's not like you were amazing. Yeah. Yeah.

How did you do? How did you take? I mean, it sounds like a fake it till you make it kind of thing. 100%. Like I and I literally didn't even finish the list, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, all the things. And I remember one time being like, you need a team for this. Like I, I don't even care if you say they're under me, but you need like a team for this. And she was like, the fact that you can't figure this out is honestly fucking ridiculous. And I was like, oh my fucking God, it's so much. It's so much. And that is where I, I will say that I made a lot of excuse. and I slacked a lot but in that sense like it was a lot like it was a lot a lot and so now as you can imagine actually as soon as I kicked off I was like oh I got fired and then the very next time

someone got hired they're like yeah I'm social media member number 12 like there's a manager for each sector and they have two people underneath them and then they have two interns I'm like well would you fucking look at that would you wait would you know look at that why did you get kicked off I got fired in real life that happened to be like filmed for the TV show which I knew I was going to get fired her friend at the time Kelly Kelly Kelly is the

on Instagram she's like Velvet something right yes yes yes Velvet's Edge and she she was her really good friend at the time she like slipped up somewhere and like told it was very like honestly it was kind of cryptic but she basically didn't realize that I was friends with someone at this shoot and she does hair and makeup and wardrobe styling and she didn't realize

that I was friends with this girl and this girl called me and was like, hey, I just, you know, oh my God, I remember I was in a fucking pure bar class. I do not like to work out. It is not my thing. And I went to a pure bar class, which I was dreading. And I was sitting there. And this girl was like, hey, we're like stretching. She's like, hey, girl, I just want to let you know. I was in the shoot. Kelly Anderson basically told me, like, she didn't tell me, but I heard her say that, like, someone was saying that they, like, thought you're really funny on the show. And she was like, she's not going to be around much longer. And someone was like, what? She's so funny. She's not. And she's like, trust me, that's over. And I was like, hmm. And then literally I had already,

when the girl told me this, Kristen had already messaged me like the day before. I mean, like, hey, girl, I'd love to have you come in and just have a catch up. Cameras are going to be there, but we're just catching up about stuff. And I wrote back like, is everything okay? And she was like, yeah, girl, we just, I know you know this. Like, you've been slacking a little bit. We're just going to have a couple real conversations. But at the end of the day, like, yeah, girl, you're good. And I was like, okay. We are looking at it.

The interviews. I was on all of season one, and I only was on episode one of season two. And what happened was, episode one of season two, she fired me. They never called me one fucking time the whole time they were filming season two. And then at the end of season two, they're like, hey, girl, we really need a couple more things from you. And I was in post. And I was like, oh, because you guys didn't get an interesting enough second season. So you need me to spice it up. Fuck you. No. And so I held to that and was like, no. And then the head, whoever she is, like I said, I could be so wrong

but that's how they like projected her to me as. And she was like, hey, I need you to come back on and we need you to do what would it take? Like, what would it take? And I was like, you have to pay me $1 more than Kristen makes per episode. And I said that. And she literally was like okay well that is a little funny that's we're not genuinely what would what do you want I was like one dollar more than she makes and she's like Shannon just be fucking on you're gonna come back on or not and I was like and I sent her this long text I was like I appreciate you she told me she's like she's playing in my heartstrings because she knew that I like loved Kristen she was like you know Kristen's hurt she was hurt that you promoted other items after you got fired da da and I was like I

everyone in the world was like, oh my God, do you want to film here? You can film here. We'd love to have you. And so the season, to clout, I never got that. And I worked my ass off for season one, being this bitchy, twatty villain. And I was like, I deserve to be what they're like, be a part of season two. And

they never called me one time until the last week of filming. And it's a small town. I knew it was last week of filming. I knew people that were already like still on the show. So I was like, it makes no sense. I still can't deal with it because firing someone that it's not like you were violent. It's not like it doesn't make sense. that someone that gave good TV at the end of the day was fired. That's where I think she wanted to compare herself to Lisa Vanderpump a lot,

but that's where she's different because I think she took a personal route versus a successful route. Because like I'm sorry, but like the other characters were snoozy A.F. Like Brittany. And I mean, they, you were the only.

And then she actually did work for her as the manager. And I think she does IT now. And that is very real. She does definitely, I know this for a fact. She works her ass off. And she looks like a hard worker. Yeah.

And so she had a big role in the show in that aspect. Like she made it so interesting. Yeah, when I got kicked off the show, I set her down. I said, I'm not going back on the show. If you want to go back on the show, I would never in my life tell you not to. And she was like, bitch, I am not going back on that show if you're not on it. I was like, oh my God, I was really hoping you'd say that. I was really hoping you said, I didn't want to pressure you, but I was really hoping

you said. So she never went back on it. And like, I want to say it's for me. I think she just was like, what would I gain from being on the show pretending to be friends with that's why me and Taylor were on the show people get really connected to me and Taylor because I think it was actually a very real friendship.

They told her that she'd be an employee or like a model for the brand or whatever. And then it came down to it and they're like,

And then during the show airing, we were like, you know, they were like, the producers were like, you need to work here for it to make sense, a very

banner pump situation. Like, you need to, we're like, does Jacks really still barting? Right. I'd beepart, no. But they were like, it needs to make sense for the show. You got to work here. So they did this whole thing. It was the one time the producers got one over on me because I was like, I was like,

I was like, dude, interview. They're obviously going to give you the job. And then she interviewed. And Kristen's like, unfortunately, you don't get the job. And Taylor was like, bitch, you literally told me this was for the show. And I was like, I don't know. I fucked up. So, yeah, no, she never actually worked for there.

people think that Kristen runs it she did in the beginning oh she actually did okay so he posted a video at brunch with you and someone else okay so he's very good friends with my agent mark that I talked about earlier he's Mark is one of my really good friends I am from South Carolina I grew up in South Carolina I was home in South Carolina for Thanksgiving and I saw that Mark was in Charleston he honestly posted a photo like by himself and I was like shut the fuck up I was like you're in Charleston I'm here right now because that happened to me in Charleston what are the odds and then I went back to his social media and I was like what far is he at and he posted another story and he was with Jay and I was like oh no I was like he hates me because on the show you thought he

hates you yeah well I just didn't know like on the show it was very like he's very he has a very dry sense of humor like I think he's very funny and I really gravitate to with people with that, like, since of humor and personality. So I was like, oh, my God, me and Jay will get along so well. And then I think he was very, what projected much annoyance to myself. And so I was like, oh, man, I think he thinks I'm annoying. I thought he would like me. That sucks.

But, and then I got fired and then like nothing else transpired, whatever. And so whenever I had texted Mark like, oh, my God, no way you're in Charleston, I'm in Charleston. And I was like, shit, I'm fishing. And then Mark was like, no, come join us. Like, he already knows you're here. Like, it's fine. And I was like, okay.

So I went and I was actually, people don't realize this. I was with my mom and my grandma. Like, that video didn't show like my mom and my grandma were there. Like, that's how not. At the same table? Not spicy it was. Yes. But he posted it, Shannon.

He posted it for a reason. Yeah. And I don't know those reasons because I was trying to be very cool, very Rico Suave. You're like, oh. And that and like, didn't you have a fedora or something? Didn't you have a hat? It was like a hat. Honestly, it was a bit cumbersome. And he, and yeah, he was like, smile.

And then I realized it was a video. So that's, I was like, oh. And then he posted, like, you just know he doesn't know social media. He posted like a story video. He posted a video you would post to your story. If, if at all. Yeah. Let me tell you something.

It was on his story. And he goes, I'm confused. Where do I type the caption? That's how removed he is from social media. And Mark, and Mark, Mark, was like, that's a story. And he was like, I want to be able to type. And he was like, you can on top of the video.

He was like, do it where I can type. Like, that's how much this man does not care about social media. So basically, the only reason it was a post was because he was like, I want to be able to type. But it got a lot of, it got a lot of heat that post, no? Yeah. I mean, for sure, which totally me, leaning into it. loved it. I didn't post it. I didn't look thirsty. Did you share it? No, no, no. I remember when I got

there, I put my phone like very far away because I thought they might think like, oh, Shannon will love this. She'll love nothing more than attention. And I wanted to be like the cool girl that was genuinely just like enjoying a drink with her friend and like J. So I was like, I'm not going to make this weird at all. Like I want to prove to them that I'm like not weird. And then they were like, oh, check a video. And I was like, oh, okay, honestly, that's fantastic. I love you so much for being so honest, because so many people don't say the shit that you're saying and you just say it. Yeah, because if you didn't say it, then every group chat in the world would be like, she said this, but you know her ass like it meant this. So why not just say it?

Just say it. Because I'm a part of those group chats. I'm in a group chat where I'm like, and you know she fucking meant this. Like, just fucking say it. And you know, she went to brunch because she wanted like that is so true like i feel like that's such a good way to describe like i feel like i'm putting you and me in the same category which i don't mean to like put myself in everything but honored absolutely honored but then it would but then it's like we're we are preventing people from saying the shit that we think or we would say about the people Make fun of your fucking self before anyone else can. When I was a small little middle school high schooler,

going to assume that Mr. Jay has an Instagram and he wanted to post a video with you. he might have even said to Mark, yeah, yeah, bring Shannon. God, he just doesn't give a fuck so much. I find that hard to believe. What do you mean, Shannon?

He posted the video. He doesn't post and he posted a video with you. I think, I think he for sure thought this will be funny. Yeah, he thought this would be funny. He knew it would be funny. Yeah, yeah. And I heard he was the breakout star, but like, I thought they looked super cute on, on very Cavalry. Were you surprised to hear they divorced? A lot of people asked me my opinion, and I was very

close to, I was very close to Jay and Kristen outside of working. I was just, the brand originally started in her home, like we were in her living room every day working. So both of them are such good parents, like so, so wonderful at parenting that every time someone asked me, I was like sad. Like not, I don't know anything about like them together, but I only just like viewed them as parents. I remember being like, everyone was like, what are your thoughts? What is your opinion? And I'm like, my opinion is it's none of my business. And there are three small children who have parents that are divorcing and that's sad. And I'm not even trying to sound like Mother Charisse here. I just genuinely mean that that was like actually my, my thought on it. Like I was like I, I'm sad. Not sad if they don't

want to be together. Then I'm happy they're figuring that out separately. But I'm sad that it's very public and that they have children and that this is going to be. And it was so sudden. Like I open Instagram one day and it's that picture and that caption. I remember being like a wait, a what? Like it wasn't like anything was swirling. It was like very, were you as shocked as all of us? Or did you have any Nashville like insider? There was talk. There was a talk. There was about to happen. There was talk. There was talk. Should I move to Nashville? You should definitely move to Nashville.

I don't know. It seems like kind of a vibe. Like, I feel like... I'm telling you, a lot of people from L.A. are moving to Nashville. I know not New York to Nashville, but a lot of people from L.A. are moving to Nashville. And it's a fucking vibe. It's a fucking vibe. I lived here when it wasn't that much of a vibe. I moved here six years ago. And now it is... When I moved here, everyone was like, why the fuck are you moving to Nashville? Are you Hannah Montana? Do you sing? Are you not

telling us? I was like, no. Wait, are your parents in Charleston then? No, my parents, we live like an hour outside of Charleston. The reason I was in Charleston was because the, uh, the nonstop flight from South Carolina to Nashville is in Charleston. I see. So my parents and I will go grab lunch and like, like I said, my grandma and mom were there. Like if anyone thinks this was, I hate to burst your bubble, but my grandmother was. Oh, wait. And are you friends with Madison, LaCroix from Southern Chorn. Because she commented like, see you soon, babe. Yeah.

So she is so sweet. Actually, I recently listened to a podcast where she was like, someone asked her the same question. She was like, oh my God, no, I just like know her because I knew Austin for a little bit just through purely, this is random, like through Instagram slash he's on a reality, I'm assuming like he's on a reality show. I'm on a reality show. And one day he was like, I'm in Charleston.

And I was like, come out. We're all here. So my boyfriend and I were like out with all of our friends. and he came and met us, like, partied with us for a little bit, and then he and I kept in touch ever since. I was going to, me, I'm like, bring me back to reality TV. They were like, we might need someone else on Southern Charm, like, would you move to Charleston for the summer?

And I was like, yes. And then they were like, well, it's Corona, so you can't. I was very excited for that. And then that got cut short, which is fine. I'm jealous. I want to be on a TV show. That's fun. Was it really fun for you?

or are you just liking the attention? Ooh, that's a great question. I can't be too sure because I liked filming because I got attention. Really? No, think about like the day when you were filming and the crew was there. Okay. Loved it. But, okay, yeah, so I loved it.

I loved it because I was very good friends with all the crew. Like they, I was like homies with them. Actually, I was at the end of the day, you're, you have it. You know, you have the thing. So it's like fun to do your thing, I feel like. Yes, you're very right. It was fun. Okay, so anyways, I was going to be on the show.

When I say, I was, oh, it's going to be on the show. I mean, like, they had texted me one time and been like, you, we might need you. Never heard from one. You're like, I found an apartment in Charleston. I'm like, I just bought a house on Rainbow Road. I'm engaged to Thomas Ravenel. I am next in Patricia Shera Butler. Listen, I could see you at Patricia's telling.

the butler to give you a buggin, whatever that you're drinking. Yeah, I would love nothing more. No, but it didn't work out, but I was really, I was like, this is going to be fun. And so anyways, because of that, I started, like, me and Madison started falling each other. And I think she is very, like, fun. I think she has that same aspect of, like, realness and, like, I'm just going to call it like it is and say it like it is, which I respect about her. And she's so pretty. She is hot.

She's so hot. hot and yeah yeah and she yeah i actually i saw your comparison with her and christina i was like yes two very hot very hot blondes but yeah i i i was gonna do that and then i just kept in contact and then i me loving reality tv i was like oh the drama what's happening here a threesome not a three-sum they're back together they're not back together i can't be too sure so i'm like a viewer like everyone else and i'm not gonna like i'm not gonna like text austin and madison and be like what's the scoop so i'm just a viewer like everyone else And then when that all happened, again, a viewer, I was like, oh, I think Austin and Madison are not a thing anymore.

I don't know. And then when she commented on that, her and I genuinely hadn't talked that day, like, if she would have texted me or message me and been like, oh, my God, you're in Charlton. Wait, so you never met. You never hung out. No. And she never even, I think she was just being, like, funny. Like, I think she was just trying to be, like, cute and funny. And I, I, that's how I saw it.

I think everyone else saw it as so much more. And I. Yeah, people are trying to say that her. Jay are like a thing now. Yeah, I, first of all, I don't, I don't know anyone's personal life. I have no idea. But for me, we didn't even like chit chat that day. And I remember the next day when I saw that comment, I thought I missed something.

And I was like, oh, no, did she DM me and asked hanging out? And then I went to it and she had in DM me. So I was like, oh, she was just being funny. Like she was just like, see you soon. Like, she was just being funny. And then I realized like I didn't. And also, it would make sense. If you're in Charleston and you're friendly, like, maybe you would, like, get a copy.

Yeah. And I totally thought, I was like, oh, my God, did I miss the boat on this? Did she message me? But she didn't. So I don't know. And she, and again, like, I didn't post it. Jay posted it. So she commented on his.

So I didn't see it until the next day when I was, like, in the airport, like, scrolling. Like, like, so I didn't see until the next day. But, yeah, she's so, I think she's so kind of nice. And then I know that, I don't know. I don't know. I don't want to speak on any motives because I, I know that Austin and Kristen have met up through Justin. Like, I don't know.

You got to give the girl consistency.
