Christians filled Holy Church in Jerusalem today for a special mass dedicated to Pope Francis. Hundreds gathered in the church, one of the holiest sites for Catholics where tradition says Jesus was buried and rose from the dead. The Latin patriarch of Jerusalem, Pierre Battista Pizzaballa celebrated mass. He has been talked about as a possible replacement for Francis. Starting point is 00:02:25 The measles outbreak continues to grow in Texas. There are at least 624 cases. Nearly all of them are among people who are not vaccinated. A new poll is out showing how much misinformation people are seeing about the disease. A poll coming from KFF, a nonprofit health policy research organization. More from NPR's Maria Godoy. Pollsters asked about three false claims, that the measles vaccine is more dangerous than the disease, that the vaccine causes autism, and that vitamin A can prevent a measles
Starting point is 00:02:52 infection. None of these things are true. But a significant proportion of adults polled thought they might be true. Liz Hamill of KFF says there was a clear political divide. We see that Republicans are much more likely than Democrats to lean towards believing this misinformation about measles. And that's true among parents as well. NPR's Maria Godoy brought us that story.

Jeff London reports from New York the nominations will cap an active Broadway season. The deadline for Tony eligible productions is this Sunday, April 27th, with two new musicals opening that day.
