Live from NPR News, I'm Giles Snyder. President Trump is in Turkey. He arrived in Ankara Tuesday for a NATO summit, where divisions have emerged between the U.S. and its European allies over the Iran War and Greenland. Trump criticized Europe for failing to support the war and repeated his argument that the U.S. should control Greenland, the BBC's Frank Gardner. At this summit, President Trump is the wild card. He is the big potential disruptor, potential glue that could hold this summit together, we're just waiting to see how he's going to treat those countries over the next 24 hours that are not fulfilling their quotas on defense spending that were agreed last year at last year's NATO summit.

Trump is to deliver remarks at Turkey's presidential compound shortly with Turkish president, Recep Erdogan and NATO Secretary General Mark Ruta. Despite divisions at the NATO summit, Steve Wall, with member station WHRO. Reports that NATO military partners remain committed to business as usual. The U.S. and Iran are trading attacks leading to questions

about the interim agreement to halt the fighting. Iran says it targeted U.S. military. sites in Iran and Bahrain and Kuwait after the U.S. military said it responded to attacks on three commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz with a wave of strikes on Iranian targets. Israeli military raids into the occupied West Bank stoking public outrage after an incident over the weekend involving a Palestinian family. MPR's Nua Musley reports. A four-month-old Palestinian infant needing urgent care was prevented from reaching the hospital after Israeli soldiers closed down a checkpoint west of the Palestinian city of Ramallah this weekend.

She died on Sunday as a result. Leila Gannam, the governor of Ramallah, criticized the Israeli military, saying one closed military gate killed this baby. The same weekend, Israeli soldiers fatally shot a 16-year-old boy during a raid. The Israeli military and police did not respond to an end. NPR request for comment on either incident. This is NPR. Cyclospora is typically bred through the contamination of food and water with feces and can be linked to several raw food sources. While the condition is not easily passed person to person, the symptoms can be troubling. They include nausea, cramping and bloating associated with diarrhea, and fatigue. Catherine Troisi, a professor of epidemiology at UT Health School of Public Health,

says the intestinal bug is rarely faced. But if you are sick, it is important to contact your health care provider because the illness can be treated with antibiotics and left untreated, particularly in the elderly, the very young people with immunocompromising diseases. It can be quite serious. Troesi advises to wash your hands and produce with hot water when preparing raw foods to avoid getting sick. For NPR news, I'm Sonia Kinawa in Houston.
