Starting point is 00:00:33 One GOP Senator and close Trump allies calling the sanctions a possible turning point in the war. Speaking on NBC's Meet the Press on Sunday, she said her agency reacted quickly when the call came in and she said FEMA is streamlining the way they respond to crises. The president recognizes that FEMA should not exist the way that it always has been. It needs to be redeployed in a new way. And that's what we did during this response.
Starting point is 00:02:33 Noam also denied that a memo she sent in June requiring her approval of any FEMA expenditures over $100,000 had caused the agency to move more slowly. The historic Grand Canyon Lodge on the north rim of the canyon has been destroyed had caused the agency to move more slowly. At MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Sunday, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain faced off in finals of the newly expanded FIFA Club World Cup. As Harrison Malkin reports, Chelsea put on a dominating performance, topping PSG 3-0 in front of more than 80,000 fans. Paris Saint-Germain might have won the Champions League and was seen by some as the favorite going into this match, but they just didn't have the same juice this time. The 23-year-old English-born Cole Palmer helped Chelsea get off to a big start, scoring twice in the first 30 minutes of play.
Starting point is 00:04:14 Palmer also got an assist when Joe Pedro got the third goal of the day. President Trump was in attendance and hand out awards during the post-game ceremony, but some fans booed the president.
