President Trump says he will not allow Israel to annex parts of the West Bank.
Apparently referring to Israel, Trump told reporters in the Oval Office, quote,
it's time to stop now.
He declined to say whether he had discussed the matter with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Trump has signed an executive order allowing video sharing app TikTok to continue operating in the U.S.
The order declares that a proposed sale of the Chinese Associated Company to U.S. businesses addresses national security concerns.
Trump said Chinese President Xi Jinping gave us the go-ahead to proceed with the deal.
This is going to be American operated all the way.
and great respect for President Xi and I very much appreciate that he approved the deal
because to get it done properly, we really needed the support of China and the approval of China.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has summoned hundreds of generals and admirals to Virginia next week.
There's no word yet on why the highly unusual meeting has been called,
and PR's Greg Mirey has more.
Meeting will take place next week at a military base in Quantico, Virginia, outside Washington.
Pentagon spokesman Sean Pernel confirmed the meeting but gave no details on what would be discussed.
It's extremely rare to call in hundreds of military leaders from around the globe to one central location on short notice.
This presents challenges ranging from logistics to maintaining ongoing operations.
Hegset has already shaken up the top ranks of the military, dismissing many senior.
officers. Next week's meeting raises the possibility that more high-level changes could be
in the offing. Greg Myrie, NPR News, Washington. The FBI has revealed more details about the man who

KERA reports officials say 29-year-old Joshua Yon acted alone and left notes planning to target ICE
officers. Federal officials say they found handwritten notes at Yon's residents that
show he planned this shooting months before. U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas,
Nancy Larson, said Yon's words were, quote, definitively anti-ice. He hoped his actions would
terrorize ICE employees and interfere with their work, which he called human trafficking.
What he did is the very definition of terrorism. Officials also said Yon's notes indicate that he,
quote, did not expect to survive this event. Yon opened fire with a bolt action rifle,
shooting three people killing one of them. All three victims were detainees, not agents, at the
facility. For NPR News, I'm Penelope Rivera in Dallas.

It's a big week for rock and roll on the Billboard Albums chart as a familiar band debuts at number one,
NPR's Stephen Thompson has more.
If you were listening to Pop and Rock Radio,
a decade ago, chances are you're very familiar with this song.
That is stressed out by 21 pilots, one of three songs by the band to reach the top five in
2015 and 2016. This week, the group is back on top of the charts. Its album Breach debuts
at number one, while the song City Walls Cracks the Hot 100 singles chart.
Still, the album has yet to produce a major pop hit.
Its chart success is due primarily to a huge flood of record sales, including 72,000 copies sold on vinyl.
