Google's video platform, YouTube, has agreed to pay $24.5 million to settle a lawsuit brought by President Trump.
Trump sued when his account was suspended.
following the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
It's the latest tech company settlement with Trump.
In January, META agreed to pay $25 million to settle a lawsuit over his 2021 suspension from Facebook.
President Trump announced a plan to end Israel's war in Gaza after a meeting with Israel's
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The question now is whether Hamas will agree.
As NPR's Daniel Kurtzleben explains, the proposal demands the militant group effectively surrender.
There are 20 points.
those are a plan for governing Gaza. It would be headed by a committee of what the plan
calls qualified Palestinians and international experts. And that committee itself would be
overseen by what's called a Board of Peace, which would be chaired by President Trump.
And Hamas would have no role in this. Besides that, all hostages still held by Hamas would
be returned. And in turn, Israel would return a number of prisoners and detainees that it has
been holding. NPR's Danielle Kurtzleben reporting. Police say all people have been a
counted for as they worked to clear the burned-out Mormon church in Grand Blank, Michigan.
It comes after a gunman killed four people and set the church ablaze.
Alex McClendon of Member Station WDET reports.
The suspect, 40-year-old Thomas Jacob Sanford, was killed at the scene.
He was a Marine veteran who law enforcement say had been arrested in the past for burglary and
operating well-intoxicated.
FBI acting special agent in charge, Ruben Coleman, says investigators are still working
to determine a motive.
Local partners have interviewed over 100 victims and witnesses to date
and are continuing to interview individuals as we speak.
The FBI says it's investigating the attack on the Mormon congregation as an act of targeted
violence.

A group of psychiatrists is calling for the removal of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as
health secretary.
They say Kennedy's actions have threatened access to mental health and addiction care.
NPR's Ritu Chatterjee reports.
The group called the Committee to Protect Public Mental Health, says Secretary Kennedy has hurt the federal government's ability to respond to the mental health and addiction crises by making major staffing and funding cuts to the federal mental health agency.
Dr. Eric Raffler-Ewan is a psychiatrist based in San Diego and a member of the group.
It's very important to not miss is that RFK Jr. has been very focused in its attacks against psychiatric medication, which millions of Americans rely on.
And so this includes for ADHD, for depression, for anxiety, for schizophrenia.
He says these medications have measurable impacts on people's well-being and functioning.

An attorney for the 22-year-old man charged with killing Charlie Kirk has asked to judge for more time to review the large amount of evidence before deciding if he'll seek a preliminary hearing.
Prosecutors have charged Tyler Robinson with aggravated murder.
They plan to seek the death penalty.
A preliminary hearing would determine if there's enough evidence against Robinson to go forward with the trial.
As daylight decreases, more people notice signs of seasonal effectiveness, effective disorder.
NPR's Allison Aubrey reports, bright light therapy can help keep key seasonal blues at bay.
Though the darkest days are months away, starting to use a light box now in the fall months for about 30 minutes each morning can help boost.
mood. Dr. Dorothy Sitt, a psychiatrist at Northwestern University, points to research showing
bright light therapy is on par with standard antidepression medications and relieving symptoms
of seasonal effective disorder. Bright light therapy in the morning can be extremely
helpful to reverse some of the symptoms of seasonal depression. The combination of antidepressants
and bright light therapy can also be beneficial. Studies show it can start to reduce depression
symptoms within one week. Allison Aubrey, NPR News. About 58 million pounds of corn dogs and other
sausage-on-a-stick products are being recalled across the U.S. because pieces of wood may be embedded
in the batter. Several consumers have reported injuries, according to the Agriculture Department.
