Starting point is 00:00:25 Kamala Harris is in Pennsylvania today seeking its 19 electoral votes. She's making several stops in Philadelphia, beginning at the Church of Christian Compassion. Come on, put those hands together. She told the congregation the nation needs to come together with kindness and compassion. In this moment we do face a real question. What kind of country do we want to live in? That's before us right now. What kind of country do we want for our children and our grandchildren?

Republican Donald Trump is holding a rally this evening in New York City, a deep blue city in a blue state. It's set to be an hours long affair with a long list of special guests. NPR's Danielle Kurtz-Lehmann reports. Trump supporters poured out of the New York subway Sunday morning, lining up hours ahead of Donald Trump's scheduled 5 p.m. Speech at Madison Square Garden The rally is a homecoming of sorts for Trump who grew up in nearby Queens

The UN Security Council is expected to convene tomorrow at the request of Iran to discuss Israel's attacks on Iran this weekend, claiming they violate international law. The Israeli ambassador to the UN called it another attempt by Iran to harm Israel, this time in the diplomatic arena. Starting point is 00:03:25 Party of Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba is likely to lose the parliamentary majority for the first time in 15 years. Residents of the Northern Philippines are cleaning up after a deadly storm last week that triggered floods and landslides. Officials say at least 126 people are dead or missing. Large areas are still underwater, hampering rescue and relief operations. In the UK, King Charles is hoping to turn part of one of his royal residences into a place for weddings. Robbie Griffiths reports from London. King Charles has submitted plans to turn part of the historic Balmoral estate in Scotland

Charles wants to convert the Queen's building, just metres from the famous castle, into a destination for weddings, dinners, meetings and other events. The planning application, which will be ruled on by the local Aberdeenshire council, says the events will be rare throughout the year. The King has increasingly been opening up Balmoral since the death of his mother there two years ago, offering guided tours and afternoon tea to help fund the estate's upkeep. In Scotland, wedding venues do not require a license. They only need a celebrant, such as a registrar or a priest.
