Here's the morning headlines from Michael Hill.

In the news, New York City is still behind when it comes to processing the federal food assistance applications it gets every month.
Officials say the Department of Social Services is only processing about a half.
half of all applications it gets for SNAP benefits.
He is the first deputy commissioner of DSS, Jill Berry, telling the city council about the backlaw.
This is not ideal.
Every New Yorker deserves to have their applications processed on time.
That is our goal.
That is what we are working towards.
We understand that we have not been meeting our goal.
The city is facing a federal class action lawsuit for failing to deliver SNAP benefits on schedule
DSS says it is processing benefits on time way more than it did several months ago.
The department processed 19% of applications on schedule in December.
That's less than a fifth.
Former New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio's failed 2020 presidential bid is making news once again.
Federal election monitors are slapping the committees connected to his campaign with $53,000 in fines.
They issued a letter yesterday closing out an investment.
into his official presidential campaign committee and two political action committees connected to his run.
The Federal Election Commission found de Blasio's campaign accepted contributions that exceeded the amount set by campaign finance law.
The committees have 30 days to be to file amended disclosure reports and to pay the fine.
It's time for a garden party.
The New York Knicks host the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight at 830 at Madison Square Garden.
They split the first two games of their best of seven series. Game four Sunday at one at the garden.
As for Europe, Brooklyn Nets, sloppy plays surrendered their late lead against the 76ers last night, and they're now down three games to none.
