The Rent Guidelines Board will consider a lower range of rent increases for two-year leases in the city's roughly 1 million rent-stabilized departments.
The board approved a preliminary increase of anywhere from 4.75 to 7.75% on new two-year leases last month.
The board will hold a final vote on the rent increases in late June.
The revote meeting starts at 930 this morning, and you can watch it in person or on the board's YouTube channel.

Officials also found what they called a significant void under the road while working on those repairs.
Two eastbound lanes reopened last week, and officials say two westbound lanes should open in the next few days.
Transportation officials don't expect the roadway to be fully reopened for about another month.
