Threat is freezing, so it's just getting a little harder. NYC Now sifts through the headlines to focus on the stories that matter. It was a three-family house. Now they turn it into condos.

Why staying here costs more every year. And who gets pushed to the edge? Even if you're two, you know, working parents, you're still going to pay a lot. Like, you don't have helping family. My culture here, my family's here. So, like, why do I have to leave because of transplant and gentrification? Like, it's not fair. The systems New Yorkers rely on.

Bus speeds increased a little bit. I'm about to say, don't lie about it because I was on that bus. Apparently, they're going to unveil. some snow melting machine. Bring it on, baby. And the ways they're breaking down. When you say your street was adequately cloud, do you think there could have been anything done better?
