Oh, my man. Tony Hawk for sure. If I had a mixture, I'd be playing some Tony Hawk tunes right now. That soundtrack, Tony Hawk 1 and 2 is peak early 2000s video game music time. It's like before like any any. recording artists or bands had any idea what like a music license for video games actually meant so yeah I know it was a really good time to be alive and listen to music Marvel a DC from Killy I would say for the comics DC for

the movies 100% Marvel but the new Batman looking kind of slick though and the new Marvel the new the new Batman game looking pretty good too do Trey wants to know aimed your Intel Uh, honestly, whichever one you'd like, dude. I just built a AMD computer. It took a little more finingling than like an Intel would be, but it was still a good system, you know, nice and nice and cheap, good budget build. Iron Man of Captain America, cap anytime, dude.

Cap anytime. So you're gonna be more variants of NZXT cases with skins like Ninja case or Hyperbeats case. So funny thing, those aren't actually skins. They're like painted on the metal. They're like super high quality. And of course, yeah, we're always like, we're, we're, we're, we're looking at bringing out more cool designs what are your thoughts on the new cards how long till we see them either in BLD or parts compatible in BLD in stock so as terms of availability on

build I have no idea you'll just have to wait until launch day see if you have them or not that's that's literally up to warehouse and up to inventory beeps to figure that out my thoughts of new cards is if if what they're claiming is actually true at those price points amd has uh has better come out with a bangor instead of cards because competition is always good and I mean you know the new cards look really sick though I am highly considering grabbing myself a 20 a 30 70 suit uh 30 70 on launch I'm like so confused 3070 on launch would be dope be super super dope um Nike or Adidas I'm an Adidas guy I like the ultra boost how has the industry of online jobs benefited in the boom

From the boom in at-home jobs due to recent world events has been better for nzxte and how so So that's really more of an HR question so to be honest I'm not sure How it's benefited but I can say that I did written an article about how like Silicon Valley is going to be changing For like the foreseeable future considering that like people one don't want to move anywhere right now right because you know it's still kind of dangerous to be around people around people but also like since everyone's working at home anyway they can kind of start fielding different candidates from different places so like i know that um is it jo joe norton i uh he's our he's our like ux guy uh ux ui guy who does uh stuff with cam and i think other things as well he lives

i believe i'm going to say this wrong i believe in texas he was in the podcast a while back it was in like texas alec lives in texas uh hanata lives in texas it's like a big tech area in in in in Texas like uh almost the entire cam team is in like san francisco uh i forget where snow is from snow's awesome i want to have some of the podcast super soon she's great too uh who else lives in other places um you know and then just like you know various contractors and stuff like that um that's always really really cool to see people come do that stuff oh that's the weird um other questions we got here podcasts thank you for pinning by the way appreciate it trog one of our new moderators along with omi ohmi the homie um what's your favorite

movie soundtrack i myself i'm a huge fan of interstellars uh so we're talking about like instrumental tracks uh i don't know man that's kind of hard question i don't listen to a lot of like instrumentals i don't pay attention to that unfortunately uh i wish i did but i but i don't um but there's a movie i think that has a really good soundtrack though is like uh the second itman that movie's really, really good. Let me some kung fu and just sounds great. Instrumentals, I don't know, I guess like Pirates of the Caribbean, a song is always really good, right?

Guardians of the Galaxy. Okay, so I have thoughts and Guardians of the Galaxy, right? The soundtrack is good, but it's also like known songs that have been around forever. So for me, it's not like the most interesting or how do we're this without sounding like him as being like a crotchied old man it's cool but it's like yo you know you put any popular song in these movies and i'm gonna like him right so i feel like they're kind of really heavily leaning on that um oh that's true john wick's soundtrack is really good i forget about that um any questions on release date for audio stuff no sir favorite video game manjitu my favorite video game of all time

we've talked about this and it always changes i would say my favorite video game ziz of all time and it's a few of them one is uh golden sun on the nintendo game boy advance golden sun is fire right uh natural selection like one and two the game nobody plays love it one of the best ever current games i'm playing right now favorite i don't really have any favorites like nothing's really like kind of speaking to me right now but i've been playing a lot of hunt showdown And by a lot, I mean like just playing a little bit here and there. And that gives really fun, really tense, very different experience. I enjoy it quite a bit.

I trying to think of whatever would be like my favorite. I know I haven't. I totally forgot what it is. Perfect Dark, N64. One of my favorite games of all time. I spent hours and hours playing with my dad and my sister. We would just have like nightly sessions of shooting each other. It's great.

Coca-Cola or Pepsi? I'm a big fan of the Coca-Cola. I'm not a big Beppis fan. What is your favorite NZXT product? Currently, my H510 Elite, but in the past, the H440, I think was a game changer. It's a fun working for NZT. Sometimes, most of the time, yeah. Rewind.

What is your favorite battle reall game, or do you not like them? So, if you can count Hunched Sheldon as a battle real game, I like Hunt Showdown. But I don't really consider it a battle real game. I can consider it more of like an arena game, to be honest, because it's a battle real game in the same way that Tarkov is like a battle rail, which I don't believe either of them are a battle rail. But I would say favorite real BR game would be Apex. I love the shooting in Apex. The guys at Respond have this long pedigree of making really good shooters, you know, from like back in the call duty days. because the guys who work at Respond,

who founded Respond is like the original Infinity War team. So obviously they know how to make a shooter. And I think Apex just feels really, really good to shoot. I'm not a big fan of third person shooter, so, you know, I would go for the first person every single time.

What's your favorite thing to do at NZXT? Favorite thing to do is hang out with the community, obviously. That's why I'm here. What is your favorite all-time movie? That one's hard, but I would say a movie I could always watch is Robin Hood Men and Tights. If you haven't seen it, it's a classic. Definitely check it out. Let's see here.

I think you really unpinned, whoever's unpinning. What is your laptop or desktop for college? That depends on your use case, man. My favorite game is Rocket League. How you play Rocket League? I played like five times and it's too hard for me. me Rocker League is like some big brain stuff it's a very simple game but then you'll see someone do like a 360 no scope with the with the soccer ball and like I can't do it

favorite TV show house what do you think on Microsoft flight some it looks really really cool best FPS game best first person shooter of all time I would say a Connestrike can't beat it Fortnite or PubG fortnight dude I don't know anybody who plays PubG anymore well the nzx t-starter plus will release uh on India. We currently have no info on whether we will be launching VLD in India. Keep your eyes peeled for info later on the internet. Fyriot H510 color, white and black. What's your PC specs? 9,700K, 2070 Super, Crackinx62, I think I've 32 gig, like G-Skill RAM. I'm always linking

my cam specs. Will there be a Pucci Cup 2 or something similar? You never know. Do you think Fall Guys will stay popular or is it a one-time kind of game? I think Fall Guys can be continually popular. I just think like a game like that, they need to have more content coming out. And I know they're releasing like Season 2 soonish, but I think that a game like Fall Guys, especially where it's like based on what is essentially mini games, they need to really like keep pumping out the maps and skins and stuff like that. I think it's really important that to do that because if they don't, then you get bored

to the same maps, right? And especially for someone like me who never wins in that game, I think that the more variety you have, the more fun that it'll be because seesaw, every other map is like the worst thing in the world and it makes someone to rip my hair out and I don't want to do it anymore. But I like fall guys. It's really cool. They have really fun social and they have really, you know, a really interesting game that think came out at the right time right it's not like it's a big crazy shooter or

something like insane action game it's just like a simple fun you know I I didn't want to explain it I guess it's like a battle rail right like a like you know battle real with beans a bean royale um I guess see what else you got here um PC specs I think uh what do you think of services like game tree matchmaking but for playing games uh never heard of it link it to me looks interesting do you play siege haven't in a while have you visited Brazil no but I want to white or black theme PC yes what are what are your thoughts in the feature of tech the same not quite sure what you're asking but I would

say tech will continue to get better and better and look cooler and cooler I guess do you think Minecraft is overrated no I think Minecraft is is very underrated I think less more more people should play it how did you come up with a Discord named Denny B because that's my name. Will we ever reach peak in computer hardware? No, because there's always innovation right around the corner. Do you think the 11th gen Intel processors will be a lot better or just refresh? I don't know. You should ask Intel about that. What microphone do you have? Blue Yeti Nano. Are you guys planning on making a new liquid cooler?

We're planning on making everything. What is your advice for becoming an IT support technician? Have a lot of patience. Be kind of people because you'd be surprised how little people know about technology. You know, that's kind of the reason why a service like build exists, right? People don't want to learn or don't know how to learn how to build a computer, so they'd rather just buy one. And they'd rather buy one from like a reputable company that uses good parts and not like, you know, some random green motherboard and like non-branded RAM, right?

And then people were calling with like the really simplest questions. Like I had someone come in to DMs the other day on Twitter. They were asking me, what was the question? It was like, how do I turn my computer on? And I'm like, what? I was like, yeah, like, I can't turn it on. I'm like, did you flip the switch on the back of the power supply? Yes.

And I'm okay, is it, do you hit the button? And like, what button? Like, there's a button on top. Oh, there's a button on top of the computer turn on. Like, yeah, there is. And then they turned it on, right? And you're going to get a lot of those questions. Or you're going to get like, like someone asking the most like super in-depth, like,

what's the width between the fins on the X-62 radiator? Because if it's not within like half a centimeter, then the cooling isn't to be inefficient. And I'm like, you need to ask someone else because I'm not going to answer that question for you. You get like the white spectrum of questions from that. Use hardware or only new hardware. If you can trust use hardware, grab it, dude. What keyboard size to you? use I I use a full I need the 10 key for for my for my for my spreadsheets and stuff

working social it's a GMM K then as a zoom in I'd be zoom in I'd be zooming in planning on making everything nxxxxed be cool if he made like a you made like a rocket ship like a bunch of holes in it it looks like you know like like the headset or like the H1 or something that'd be pretty cool let's see what else you got here I have are we doing the natural codes so we'll be giving out the natural codes later on in the show um so that'll be that'll be later on you gotta stay tuned do you think i should buy yet a nano if you want man i mean depends on what you're trying to use it for right i mean you can use like you can use as

like a regular headset you know and that's it we're perfectly fine um if you're looking like stream like you know like if you're looking the stream or like broadcast anything you might want a better microphone um let's see here uh Opinion on black on razor black widow. I mean, you know, I I think that we're gotten to a point where you can grab like a GMMK and it's not hard to put together and you can choose the switches that you want and the key caps that you want and you'll have a really nice experience and I have to deal with software that has like a million things in it, right? The GMMK software is like very very simple. I don't like using it because like I don't think it's like the most user friendly, but it's very simple and like really lightweight and you know inserting your switches into the to the hot topable PCB is like super super easy I thought

it'd be a lot harder than it was and it was really easy to put the keyboard together it's just it's just plug and play it's like logos pretty much um what is a dead meme you like to bring back ooh that's that's a good one so I'm a boomer right and I I remember I remember a life before the internet right I grew up in the 90s and 2000s right rapper for the 9-9 and uh we the funniest website to me back of the day was ytm and d you're the man now dog and dude oof that site so it was literally it was literally a website where you would type in like i don't know nzxte dot ytmndd dot com right and then it would be a picture text and then a sound behind it so so it's like really low-grade tictox right it's like tic-ttox right it's like

TikToks if there weren't videos, if they were just like a picture. And what the text and the picture and the song would mix together and make a joke and it'd be the greatest thing ever. And I think I've had some of the biggest laughs on that site than I've ever had. And current day memed them. I think memes right now are trying to get too, they're like way too abstract. It's like, hey, here's a loud noise. I'm like, okay, that's might be funny to some people, but to me, it's not like the

funniest thing in the world, right? What's the hardware of your PC at home? Rewind the podcast like 10 minutes and you'll hear. Ordo my BLD last week and two weeks are killing me. Super excited about it down. Nice. Congratulations. Is there ever too much RGB?

That's a personal choice and I will not be answering that question for you. Would it be done to ask a question about what they think for the new and video cards? I already answered that but I think they are going to be pretty cool. I want me a 3070. Was a meme not a poster back down? Not sure what you mean by that. Are self-built PCs just Legos? They can't get wet.

You're blowing my mind, dude. Is razor overrated and too expensive for what you're getting support for problems and drivers, etc? I don't think so. I mean, if they weren't good, people wouldn't be buying them, right? I've had a razor products before and they always were fine. I had a razor black widow for like, I think, like almost like five, six, seven years and they were perfectly fine. You know, it's like, it's like, some people just have really bad luck with some brands. It seems like I know people who've had razor stuff forever.

and they still buy them and they have no problems and I know people who every time they buy a particular product from a particular brand they just can't have it they can't get it to work for some reason um who is your favorite person at the office I don't know who's in the office anymore but fortunately but if I could say favorite group of people it would definitely be support because they help everything run I lean on the support team a lot to basically take care of everybody I cannot as in h it's not ivan um i cannot imagine ever doing their job to be 100% honest with you and you know i've had like like a tiny little taste just like a smidgen just like a little lick of what it's like to

a little bit do some support stuff and it's it's i barely even scratched the surface and i i never want to do it they they should get paid hell of a lot more than they do all right what else you got here n6t custom keyboards when that'd be awesome i would love that if you can only eat one food for the rest of your life what would it be chicken and rice chicken rice 100% every day I am I'm a big fan of chicken rice I will never complain about a nice sticky rice and like chicken with like whatever you know saracha taraki sauce soy sauce throw it on there I'm ready for that ready for that what's your favorite game at the moment so in this current moment right now it is

hunt showdown I enjoyed a lot lot. It's a very hard game, but it's very rewarding when you take that shot and you hear the other person from across the map scream out in pain because you know you got the kill. With BLD team expanding around the office for distancing, have anime wall scrolls started hitting more walls? That's a good question. Last time I was there, the anime wall scrolls have kind of stayed in there in their lane, but I fully expected to start expanding more throughout the office. Um, yeah, we actually just got info about like what, what we're doing going forward for a little bit longer with the, with the office workers. And, um, we're still being told to stay home, which I think is a good call. I think we should stay home. Um, as much as I want to be in the office and like, hang with everybody. I also want everyone to be safe. Do you need to live in the USA to work for NST? And what is the max age to work for NSX? NZXT. That depends entirely on the position and where you live. Uh, right now, we have a, We have support teams in Germany and in the U.S. for like customer support and stuff like that.

But then we also have regional teams in all kinds of countries like, I believe Turkey, like Italy, where are the countries, you know, like UK, stuff like that. We have people who manage like the accounts. Yes, exactly much. France. It's not, they're like really small teams and it's basically like a marketing manager sales team. team community person if they want to be social media all the one. And they kind of manage the business there and they deal with the distributors in those countries. Those teams aren't very big. But I know like Germany is like a team that will probably expand right because you have

BLD there. We have NZC.com there or NXC.D.D.D. Um, you know, so just keep an eye on our careers page and you'll see where we have open positions. You can check them out. And I would say the age would just be a legal working age in whatever your country is. Spider Monster or Butcher? Okay, so that depends. If it's a B, spider monster. Because hearing her scream, when that spider monster starts like jumping at her is the most hilarious thing in the world. But if I'm like playing by myself, butcher, because he's pretty easy to kill if you have bombs.

Do you know who Fort Minno 7 is never heard of? him. Uh, what is your favorite restaurants? My favorite restaurants. Man, uh, uh, uh, uh, favorite restaurants. Oh, man. There was trying to think. I would say I could always go for boiling crab. If you don't know what that is, bowling crab is a place where you literally say, hey, I want a bag of shrimp, unpeeled, cooked up in, like, this cage. in spicy sauce and then they dump a bag on your on your table you peel the shrimp they give you bib you peel the shrimp and you eat them there who's the most savage on the support team who is the best i do not want to get into this question as i'll make somebody mad um i would say that

the savagery of each person on the support team depends on the customer they're dealing with if a customer is nice they'll be nice if a customer is rude uh i believe they have every right to you know tell that person to stop being rude and not help them There was, let me think for a second here. Okay, so I said to think for a second. So case in point, right? There was an incident where one of our support members, Dom, he's an admin on the server, was speaking to a customer in the live chats, right?

And I know I can tell the story because Dom won't care. And this person was being really, really rude to him. and basically saying this product isn't good, I don't like it, blah, blah, blah, blah, whatever he was saying. And Dom literally told him in the live chats, he said, well, if you don't like it, just return it, you know? And the guy got real mad. How could you work for a company and tell someone to return something?

And he's like, well, you're asking me my personal opinion. I'm telling you my opinion. The opinion is, if you don't like the product, I don't like this product, you should just return it and buy something else. It doesn't have to be an NZXT, you buy whatever you want. And this guy gets really mad and he's like, I'm going to tell on you. And I'm going to tell on you. And I'm going to tell all the.

the YouTubers about this and I'm going to personally email Johnny the CEO and tell him what you told me. And he's like, okay, go for it. And then they hung up the call and then that was it, right? So then we have our quarterly town halls where we have the CEO and other leaders in the company basically talk about what's happening and you know, what we're doing going forward, who, you know, joined the company, so on and so forth. And one of the things that Johnny brought up was Dom's chat and he said, this customer was very mad. He sent me an email and said, this is what Dom said. And I replied to him, good, because I would rather that our customer support employees, right?

Our customer experience, people, be honest with our customers. And if they don't like a product, tell them that they don't like it. Right. Like, you don't have to like NXC to work here. You don't have to be a fan of us. You know, like whenever old agents, Chris, you know, collected him. He used to, you know, show up his Lee and Lee case all the time in our Slack and no one ever said anything.

right because we don't care. We're all here for the same reason as to foster community do good work and you know help everyone that we can. Did you miss a podcast director? When NZXT told me to live stream myself, break my motherboard, the feel like feeling of breaking pricey hardware just as great.

I'm assuming you're talking about like a like a RMA replacement or like a repair or something. I'm not sure what that is. I remember something like this in support not long ago. Podcast, no, Ivan. Yeah, Ivan's taking a break. What's the funniest live chat you guys ever got? That's a question for support. You could ask either B or some of the other agents who hang out on the server. They'll probably give you some fun stories.

If you go back to, we had an episode with Sergio, an episode with Dom, hopefully some more support agents soon, you know, once we get a little bit less busy, they can all tell you their stories. Each single one of them is their own unique, interesting person, and I'm sure they have different experiences. What is an area in NST that needs more workers? I would say everywhere. To be honest, there's never, is never enough help for anything, you know? Like with social media, I would love to have one individual person for each platform.

Just imagine being the person who's stuck on Facebook all day. It's going to hang with the boomers all day on Facebook. This peeps are not. Some of those people are, I mean, dude, weeping about no polls. Yeah. So, oh my God. So let's talk about this for a second. Facebook uses have this really great feature, which is, which is polls, right?

And we would post a poll every night on Facebook asking like whatever dumb question we would ask, right? And through whatever redesigned Facebook is going through, they remove the polls. So now there's no more polls. You can't pull anymore. I'm very bummed out about it. It was really fun to come over like dumb questions and see, see like what people would answer. And whenever we would post during a night with like, with like no polls, people would always

would always complain, where are the polls? I want the polls. And people really love polls on Facebook. And I don't know why they got rid of them. I don't know if you can do them on a group anymore. But because I don't really do too much of the group. We just kind of let it hang and just, you know, we'll let people chat in there. But at least for posting as a page, you can't do, you can't do polls anymore, which is a real big bummer.

Because you'd be surprised how much people like engaging with that kind of content for whatever reason opinion on humble bundle it's pretty cool favorite chicken nugget sauce sweet and sour or barbecue two best ones favorite breakfast I'm a big fan of a breakfast burrito like a life favorite restaurant I don't know if you can answer that I think I forgot all of them they're they're all my favorite they're all my favorite ones favorite thing from Buffalo Wild Wings I will I'm gonna say not their lemon pepper because wing stop lemon pepper is leaps and bounds better than buffalo all wings lemon

pepper I don't know what they consider to be lemon pepper at buffalo wings but that's not it is it is not good I don't like it it's like these like rub something on it and then they leave it alone right the lemon pepper at wing stop is it's amazing and I know it's not the best but it's way way better than what they got to be dubs no cap full stop Perot, that's it. There's nothing more to say about that. Podcast is over. I'm mad now. Go to coffee order in the morning. So I just, so I've been making really bad coffee lately. This is a very important topic to me. I like coffee a lot and the coffee I've been making in the

past week and a half has been really, really bad. My roommate is almost afraid to tell me now how bad my coffee is. I don't know what's going on. I used to make really, really good cups. and these are very depressing cups of coffee and they don't think you feel good inside and they feel sad, but I still drink it because I need the caffeine. But I'm a big fan of a mocha latte or like a cafe mocha, is it how you say it? I forget. I'm really bad at ordering coffee at Starbucks and stuff like that. I'm not big into like having really fancy orders, you know, like 50 shots of this and

sprinkle all that and upside down and whatnot. That's not something that I've ever been good at. I'm not that kind of coffee person. I'm just like, hey, that one looks tasty. Give me that one and give me the biggest size you got. And then we just roll with that all day, every day. Yeah. 130 series.

I mean, same thing I was, you know, that I've been saying. I will say this. The cooling solution on the new cards looks very, very interesting where there's fans on either side on the top and the bottom. that really funny diagram where like the hot air is expanding to go past the CPU is really hilarious to me because the first comment I saw on like Reddit on Twitter was like rip my CPU air cooler right how did you get your job slash position I applied I interview with Ivan he liked me enough to hire me and now I'm here talking to you guys for what is 33 minutes so far on this podcast Solo on my own.

Did you teach yourself about computer and building or did you take classes to get where you are now? So back in my day, because remember I'm a boomer, back in my day, there were no like real classes. You just have to do it yourself. YouTube wasn't really a thing, but I certainly learned how to build forms were, you know, but if you didn't know how to search up a form, like you couldn't really find stuff. Someone had to kind of tell you or you just had to be really good at using search engines back in the day. And it really just learned by picking things apart and just like, you know, Googling and stuff like that. Any new projects coming up for the server?

We do have some stuff coming up. Nothing we can talk about yet, but you'll be made aware very, very soon on when these projects are coming up. If you guys have ideas for projects for the server, definitely send me a DM with your best ideas. And you never know. They might get brought into the server. We're always looking for cool things to do. Um, can you confirm me six is to when you say forbidden word, which word it, which word it is. Uh, no, because if we, if we told me six to tell you what bad word you said, then we would

effectively then be saying the bad word. So yeah, no, it's probably not the move. Just don't use bad words and then you'll be good to go. Um, when you're bad words, just don't use any craft language. What's your audio setup? Uh, I'm using the nz. stand mixer and headset and then for my microphone I'm using a blue Yeti and it's all going through RtX voice so that you don't get clicking clacks from

To be 100% honest with you, the hardest channel to moderate on the NXT Discord. The NZT Club is the hardware channel. And the reason why is because everybody has an opinion and they're all not amazing. Because with a lot of hardware, a lot of it really is personal preference, especially when you come of things like cases and stuff, right? Like case and point, right? And I'll always say this, right? I can play games on my H510 elite outload, right, and never get past 65 degrees Celsius on either of my parts, right? With the AIO cooler that's literally blowing warm air into the computer being exhausted off the back and the top. When, and I would say this is the majority for like most

products right when people say this part isn't good I'm going to say 90% of the time they're saying it's not as good as this one or that one right which means that if you buy this part whatever that part is you're going to be fine for the most part right and you're not going to have any issues with TAMs or have issues with like with like you know the operating your hardware whatever it's just that there are cases that are going to do this thing or that thing whatever that thing may be better than other parts right It's one of those things where like, we're like people, people don't understand that there are, there is the optimal way to run things. And then there's the perfectly acceptable.

You'll never have a problem way to run things. And that's where people kind of get lost, right? Once you get super into the weeds into like performance specs and like, you know, you know, benchmarking and stuff like that, someone linked us on Twitter, this, this benchmark with it like, oh, look how bad the airflow and the H510 is that stock. right and the highest case was like 46 degrees and our case was like 55 55 is perfectly fine at stock and fig you'll never have a problem with your temps being 55 degrees Fahrenheit or Celsius ever you'll be 100 percent nothing was going to happen to your computer it's not going to explode it's not going to die you'll be great right um you know are there better parts 100 percent 100 percent right obviously um but it's it's it's not as bad as people um are like making it out of

to be right so I think that's that's why that channel is so hard to moderate because people obviously have the preferences and then they also have their their their notions of like what is the best thing to run right and the best thing to run isn't what everybody should get right because when you're in that small of a margin of performance right like five degrees 10 degrees which really isn't that bad you can literally just pick up what you want and you'll be fine so that's why that channel is hard to moderate you know also just you know be You know, we try our best to be as welcoming as possible and to allow people to have the preferences and have their discussions and have their opinions without it getting rude.

Do you pirate anime like a sneaky cram boy? Not anymore because I have a little bit of money. So I just pay for like Netflix and like, you know, prime and crunch your role. It's it's a lot easier to watch anime from a streaming service now than it is to, then it's to pirate it. Because whenever you get into piracy and you get into like, you know, illegal methods to obtain your content, you run the risk of like harming your computer or like viruses and stuff, right? Because like no no reputable company is going to advertise on like a piracy website Right?

So you know one we don't we don't we don't we don't advocate it on the server right because obviously it's not legal right And it is against TOS so that's one and two It really is so much easier to just to just you know pay for it like you pay a couple a couple bucks a month right and And then you have all the enemy you want at your fingertips pretty much around the same time that like the subgroups would get it And I would say the the best way to beat piracy is just to provide a better service right I think Gabe Newell said it really well Let's see what is it he said He said that

Piracy is a service problem right so for example when I was not younger right I you know I used a part video game says didn't have any money right But two things changed right one I I can just buy instantly with a credit card on my computer and it downloads really, really quickly, right? But Steam like has a return policy, right? So like the service of using something like Crunchyroll or like Netflix or Amazon is way much better than having to go through, you know, a tour. quarantine website or having to go through like, you know, like a anime streaming piracy website where like the quality is an issue as well, right? It's not like full HD or something and you got to go through like these dumb like captions just to watch like an episode. To me, it's not worth it.

It's as much easier to pay and just click a button and watch it. Let's see. So that's a new Microsoft Flight Sim and do you think it's a new crisis to determine PC performance? Um, I would say, I would say probably, right? I mean, people still can't run it at like max settings. So I would say, hey there, B, you know, I see that you're, you know, working here at this Best Buy. Um, did you know that the new HP latest jet 57100 uses these new cartridges or whatever, right? And just basically tell her, you know, about, about the product. And then, you know, we would try to sell, we try to get them to sell more, more, more, uh,

product because the thing with like retail workers is they're paid very very little and work way too hard right so so like they don't they don't care about the products that you have right you know so you go in you help them out you know the way that I would do my work at HP is I would pretty much act almost like a Best Buy salesman right except I got paid a heck of a lot more and had a little bit of an easier job because I didn't have to ring anything up but I would just know walk around and talk to customers and like hey you know how can help you oh yeah you know I'm looking to buy this this laptop my okay cool you let me let me take to and then I would always know that there was like a particular laptop that like that store

wanted to sell that day so I would try to push those and then at the end of the sale would be like hey you know just so you know you might want a printer with your brandy computer blah blah blah blah and then you know I would help sell the warranties it helps sell the credit because that helped me build a really good a really good what do you call it um relationship with that store so when it came time for them to start selling printers they'd be like oh yo dennis is a really cool dude he helps me out I'm gonna just try to push this customer on this printer you know and then you know we just have really good numbers so from there market source got a contract with with LG mobile to do the same thing but in mobile phone stores so same thing I'll go to a team mobile like yo you see this new LGVV20 phone it's sick do you let me tell you what this thing

does and like throw like the phone and like you know sell the phone to them that was a much harder job because no one likes LG phones everyone's an iPhone but you know it was it was just you know It was basically just teaching people about the product so that if someone did have a question, they would be like, you know, they would be knowledgeable on it. I talked a lot about HP and Best Buy. So, yeah. So I got the job by, I was working at Staples and I met the HP rep at our Staples. And I became really good buddies with him. And when he was going to leave, he put my name up for the job.

I applied. And then I just got the gig. And then I did really, really well there. Probably one of the funnest jobs I've had was working HPEHP because it was it was really they put a lot of trust in us to just do a good job as opposed to being like constantly underwatch, which is what happened with LG.
