Starting point is 00:00:00 All right, take two. Here we go. Hello, everyone, and welcome to episode 67 of the N60 Clubcast, the official podcast of the N60 community. This podcast is recorded live every Thursday at 10 a.m. Pacific Center time on the official N60 Discord server and is available to stream on demand on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify, and SoundCloud. Hey there, doggy. So sit back and relax your snacks. My name is Dennis. And with me today, it's not Ivan.
Starting point is 00:00:57 Iva's taking a break. He's got some important meetings at 10. But I got a very special guest for everybody here today. Stephen from RMA. Hello. How's it going, man? Good. Great, me too.
Starting point is 00:01:10 All right, good talk. It's been a while, dude. What have you been up to in RMA? How's everything going on in the Army Department these days? Well, as you can imagine, things aren't slowing down. The more we build, the more things are break. Go on, go on. You should be surprised how people don't get that, right?
Starting point is 00:01:40 It's like, let's say if we had like a 3% just like hypothetical rate, we had like a 3% failure rate on something. And we sell 100 of them. That's something like 3, right? But then we start selling like 20,000 of them. And that's, you know, a heck of a lot more things that are breaking, even though it's the same like the same percentage, right? So yeah.
Starting point is 00:02:00 I mean, we're we're kicking butt. But as a result, we got a kick butt in other, in other parts, you know, including RMA, customer service, stuff like that, build, build team. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Yeah. I heard you got some important news to share with us regarding RMA, don't you, Stephen? Oh, yeah, I'm a lead now. Oh, wow.
Starting point is 00:02:22 Congratulations. Woo. Congratulations to Stephen for getting me. Getting lead. What does an RMA lead do? I actually have no idea. Um, basically, whenever somebody, like, breaks something, it's, it's a, my responsibility to kind of, like, figure out why. Uh-huh.
Starting point is 00:02:45 Okay. Whenever, whenever someone does something wrong, it kind of more falls back on me rather than them. So I'm kind of, I'm the buffer zone. Okay, fair enough. Yeah. It's not that, you know, anyone gets in trouble. or anything. It's just like, hey, what caused this to happen? What can I do to change it? Okay. Now, are you, are you talking about like when, when one of, one of your guys break something or or when somebody else breaks something?
Starting point is 00:03:15 I want everybody breaks something. Ah, okay. What's the most? And I mean like breaking like, not just breaking computers, but like procedure or like, like what, when an issue arises that we don't, like, we don't know where it came from. or you know what's going on with it it's kind of my job to investigate and you know see see what kind of tweaks need to happen to you know keep that in mind and move forward with it what um what's uh how i says what's uh so so so you're kind of like you're you're like an armate detective now right yeah i like that yeah my job title i think so we should ask melinda and she can see she's cool with it. Yeah, but I do also like my given title is the breaker of things. Okay. What things I don't have to call myself. What have you broken so far? Um, well, a lot of things. I've broken a couple 3080s already. I have a part of broken 3090s. Now, when you say broken,
Starting point is 00:04:27 I mean like doesn't even turn on broken Oof is that is that like I'm sure that's like just normal stuff right like it's not like anything different or like that right Like it's not like like crazy circumstances It's just you know like it's like normal Run of the Mill computer part issues
Starting point is 00:04:48 I assume right Yeah I don't I don't purposely try to break them It just before we send anything out to our customer We have to do anything and everything to it to make sure that whatever the customer does to it, like if someone else got it, if they did that same exact thing I did, it wouldn't break.
Starting point is 00:05:04 Got it. Okay. I have a patented shake test. Okay. And it is now, you know, what everyone does in RMA before we send it out. And that's pick up the computer and just shake it while it's running video games. And what does that test teach everybody?
Starting point is 00:05:27 It tests the CPU socket. Okay. And the cooler. If those things aren't on right, it could come out. And it will, when it's kind of simulating it shipping to the customer. And we've had a few times where like the CPUs just slow, like ever so slightly comes out of the socket. And it was working here, you know, we tested it and then we shipped it out. and it wiggled a little bit and got to the customer,
Starting point is 00:05:59 and now it doesn't work, so it has to come back. That's actually, it's actually interesting that you mentioned that, because I remember in the past, people were, like, kind of mentioning that as, like, a thing that doesn't happen, but it's like, yeah, it doesn't happen at home, right? But, like, in the process of you take the computer,
Starting point is 00:06:17 you put it into a box, right? You wrap it up with all kinds of, like, foam and whatever. It goes on a truck. It goes to, like, a distribution center. goes on another truck and then somehow magically ends at your house there's going to be some shaking
Starting point is 00:06:31 it's going to be some like jostling going around right and I'm sure like you know you're you're almost kind of like simulating like the experience of a computer as it like travels across the country now yeah we're trying to I mean in order to actually simulate it
Starting point is 00:06:44 probably would have to drop it from the roof but you know shaking shaking is much safer have you ever dropped a computer off the roof uh no if you'd like to try I'm totally game to do it. We can set up a day. Yeah, no, I'm, I'm super
Starting point is 00:06:59 down. Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to share anybody. I am under strict, I'm under a strict, there aren't a lot of things that I can't do social-wise, but one of the things I for sure do not show
Starting point is 00:07:13 is broken product. Just for obvious reasons, right? Like, yeah, obviously it breaks, people are going to break stuff. It happens. I'm not going to, like, purposefully break something. And then, like, hey, world, look at this broken computer. Like, it's it doesn't help anybody. Yeah, you know, I also don't try to break it.
Starting point is 00:07:30 Yeah. One of those things, you know, I got to do before sending it out. Yeah. There are definitely being in some instances where, like, I've seen a post. It was actually pretty funny. And I'm like, this would make, like, a really, really good meme. But yeah, like, I can't. I can't show this.
Starting point is 00:07:44 Like, is, is, is just going to invite the trolls? Yeah. For a while there, I was trying to, like, get you to have my own, like, little channel here. where I could like just post broken things. Well, that's what's random channels for. Just on random or hardware. Actually, I think I think hardware would get a kick out. Okay, so hold up.
Starting point is 00:08:05 Before I even go into that, did you see the skateboard video with the 210? Because many important. I did. Okay, okay. What did you think of that video? I'm actually looking at it. Okay, so for those who don't know, there's a group. I'll let me see H210 skateboard.
Starting point is 00:08:22 What's the name of the channel? um maybe n zx t skateboard so it's called me i'm saying you can find you real quick there we go it's called braille i think braille braille skateboarding and they made a h2 they made a skateboard out of an h210 case and that's your fault by the way so so you're something right that so the way that happened for those who don't know is i was sitting at home one day as i usually do and i was like hey i'm I'm going to, you know, I'm going to make a cool post. I'll make a cool meme or something. It wasn't even meme.
Starting point is 00:08:59 It was like a statement of fact, right? Where I posted a picture of an H210 and Tony Hawk is like right around the horizon. I'm like, hey, you know, let's make a Tony Hawk meme, but not really say, hey, Tony Hogg, her herder, right? And I said the H210 cannot be used to skateboard. What I did not know is there's this group out there called Bureau Skateboarding where they will make a skateboard out of something and then see how well it rides. And the funny thing is that, uh,
Starting point is 00:09:24 I kind of knew a video was coming because as soon as I posted it, people started tagging these guys on Twitter. And I'm like, I don't know who these guys are. I've never heard of them, but everybody's tagging them. There's got to be something. And then I go to their account. I'm like, okay, cool. So they just make skateboards.
Starting point is 00:09:38 About a week and a half, two weeks later, they released the video where they literally taken H210. I don't know where they got it. I guess they bought it at the store, right? They got H210 and they strapped some, like, trucks and wheels to it. And they started writing it like a skateboard. And that's the story. When that happened, I saw the video and I was like, hey, can you send these guys a new glass panel? That's what I told him to you.
Starting point is 00:10:02 And everyone just got a kick out of it. Yeah, I think I told Andy, I'm like, let's just send them a computer. Like, this is hilarious. Like, it's essentially free advertising. It's a cool video. Like, I kind of wish we did more things like this with our products. And I was really surprised at that that panel, like, did not die as quickly as it did. Like, that thing was definitely kicking.
Starting point is 00:10:21 Yeah, I've had one of those panels. Like, they're all various. You know, it's not all of them, but I've had one where I just accidentally tapped the porn and it just shattered it in my hand. Yeah, there's a glass, glass and timber glass definitely has like a mind of its own. Like either you're going to like punch the heck out of it and like drop it from like a million mile, like a million feet and it won't break. Right. Or you just like spit at it and then just explodes. So you charge of glass everywhere.
Starting point is 00:10:53 Yeah. I did not expect that time. last not long. I'm pretty sure everybody was surprised. Like, I think it was like at least once in like every single Slack channel or something. So, hey, guys, do you see these dudes made a skateboard out of our computer case? I was just going to wishing that they would do like a whole build. Imagine like a whole build, 30, 80 build or something with like, you know, with like a brand new
Starting point is 00:11:17 Risen 5, Risen 7 and then they start writing it. I would not send them a computer if I knew they were going to use it as a skateboard. I am more inclined to send them a computer at their music as a skateboard, to be honest. To me, that's more, that's way more interesting than like, hey, you know, at NXT, my mom just, like, lost her job at, like, the shoe factory. And, you know, all we can do is eat, like, potato skin soup, send me a computer. And I'm like, nah, dude, you're boring. So, hey, I want to make a skateboard with it. All right.
Starting point is 00:11:50 I'm down. imagine me imagine me getting that computer back I would be just so mad at you I would just look at it and like why what's the what's the craziest thing you found in the computer
Starting point is 00:12:06 I know it's been a while so I don't know if anything's changed in like the things you guys have seen like because have you gotten like anything back because this has been like super nuts um actually since we last talk not really we've gotten a few like
Starting point is 00:12:20 roaches and like spider infestations, but like nothing spider computer. Nothing too big. Um, we had someone shipped back a computer to us with one of those like microphone holders, uh, headset holders on the front panel. And it was just like double-sided taped
Starting point is 00:12:36 on there. And, um, it like stuck out through the foam that they packaged it in. So the whole front of that case was just kind of swelled in. Oh no. Like it went through the ringer. It was just a mingled mess. because of that thing. Jesus, dude.
Starting point is 00:12:53 Yeah, it's always, it's always interesting whenever I talk to you guys and I talk to the CS team and it's like, we cannot make these instructions any easier on how to ship a computer back and people always find some way
Starting point is 00:13:02 to, like, not do it the right way at all. Yeah. And we, we, they also have a disclaimer or not to, like, send any of your accessories or, like, any of your own stuff. Yeah. People still do it.
Starting point is 00:13:14 Have you, have you gotten anything crazy, like, back, other than, like, a headphone holder I don't know like some kids homework or like someone accidentally shipped her laptop out or you find like a switch
Starting point is 00:13:28 in the box something a long time ago there was someone that sent back an Xbox but that's not that was before me what wait what I was told
Starting point is 00:13:42 the story goes that like the kid bought a computer from us and didn't tell the parents and the parents weren't happy about it at all. And so they set up a return to send back the computer and the kid put his Xbox on there instead. That's pretty smart. Yeah, yeah, I agree with you. So what happened after that?
Starting point is 00:14:06 You should probably ask some of the CS people, but I'm pretty sure they reached out to the mom and they just resent the PC. Oh, boy. Yeah, I would just send them another box. Like, okay, yeah, sure, here you go. Yeah, yeah. You look big a sister.
Starting point is 00:14:23 He got him big trouble. TV tuning for three days. Oh, no. I remember when I was getting in trouble and my dad would take away the internet. And he was actually pretty smart about it. My dad's kind of a techie-ish dude. Like, you know, he's not super techie now because he's old and he's like, doesn't care anymore.
Starting point is 00:14:39 I feel like, well, this is the thing, right? I feel like once you like have like a, and this is no knocking people who are, like, harder, right? But I feel like once you're, like, older and you start having to, having like a quote unquote life, right? Like you get married, you have kids. You don't really care too much about stuff. Like you don't really look super deeply into like, oh, you know, what's the, you know,
Starting point is 00:14:57 core clock speed on this, you know, capacitor chip. And I'm totally making up words right now. But like, you know, you kind of don't care about those things. So like, but my dad was like techy enough to understand that the internet came from the wireless links to this adapter that we had. So he just plugged the thing. right, take it out and then walked out the door with it. So I could use a computer, but he took away the most important part, which is the internet.
Starting point is 00:15:23 So I couldn't play StarCraft online. I had to sit there and just stare at the main campaign for like, I think it was like two weeks. Oh, wow. When I was a kid, I was one of those kids where you can take everything out of the room and I'd still just like lay there and play with the carpet fibers. So that never worked with me. I can, I can totally see that. Yeah, I would just like sit there and like play with. with nothing. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:52 I yeah I am kind of like a little ADD so like I need I need stuff to play with I need like a lot of things to do here definitely not a carpet fiber do you remember staying at home to play wow
Starting point is 00:16:07 instead of going to school then realize it was Tuesday and servers are down for maintenance oof or even better yet you you stay home during a launch and the game doesn't work and even though you know every single time when game launches there's going to be issues yet you still take that day off and you spend half a day staring at a cannot connect to server connect the server i remember um i took off last year i told
Starting point is 00:16:32 ivan hey ivan was last year what's last year yeah yeah was last year i'll tell i'm like hey dude destiny two shadow keeps coming out i ain't coming in on this tuesday and it's like okay cool i'm like i'm gonna stream this and i'm pretty sure like half of an eight-hour stream but literally spent staring at the login screen and then watching YouTube and like going through TikToks or something with the people on the stream because like the servers were like down half the day.
Starting point is 00:16:56 I think it was hard. That's rough. I think it was also because like it was their first their first expansion on Steam. So I'm sure that had some some effect with it. But yeah. Like I literally do it every time, right? You take time off for a
Starting point is 00:17:13 for a game and then the game doesn't work. Which is, you know, kind of part for the course, I would say. Yeah. Yeah. Stephen, you informed me earlier that you had a snack, a snack thing set up, right? Can you let me know a little more about that? Yeah. One of the running jokes last time was I was always asking for snacks.
Starting point is 00:17:35 So this time I came forward with a picture for snacks. Oh, what snacks do you have here? So I just posted the picture. It's similar to last time. this time I have donut holes instead of takis. So I have a ham and cheese croissant with a lemonade and some donut holes. Is that pink guava lemonade? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:56 I've never had pink guava lemonade. I love guava. Guava's an amazing fruit. It is... I would offer... I would offer to get you one, but you're not in the warehouse. True. It is a very stinky fruit.
Starting point is 00:18:10 Guava smells good for like 10 minutes, and then it makes your house smell bad for the next like three days. I know this because I know this because my aunt She lives out in Palmdale here in California And she has like a she she doesn't have a farm But she has like a big property there right Because she bought it back when no one wanted to live there Because it was like gross and run down
Starting point is 00:18:31 And like all the roads are dirt And she planted like a bunch of trees And she has some guava trees out there So like she comes through one day And she brings up like a giant box of guava And I'm like man it smells so good And then an hour later I'm like, this does not smell good at all anymore.
Starting point is 00:18:46 Like, please get this out of the house. Yeah, you can always tell. You can always just walk into a room and like, I know. Yeah. It's either guava or papaya. Papaya, I don't like papaya. My parents love papaya. It smells like butt.
Starting point is 00:18:59 I'm not down for it. I think legit smells like booty butt cheeks. Get the papaya away from me. I'll eat it if I like hold my nose because it doesn't taste bad. It just, it smells weird, dude. It just has a really off, like, it's, it smells like something that you shouldn't eat, right? I feel like if you're like a monkey, right?
Starting point is 00:19:17 And you know how like animals know by the scent that something isn't good to eat? Right? It's like, you know, it's something spicy. It's because the plant is telling you, don't eat me. I'm spicy, right? Or like, you know. You say that.
Starting point is 00:19:29 Right. We farmed walnuts so that we can eat them despite them being poisonous. Wait, walnuts are poisonous? Yeah, you have too many because they have arsenic in them. What? Yeah. No, hold that.
Starting point is 00:19:43 Walnuts. It's either walnuts or like almonds. Let's find out. I'm like, heavy metals and walnuts. Most popular nuts. Little is known how to fact that heavy metals, Grasso,
Starting point is 00:19:56 food and beverages high in arsenic. Yeah, arsenic. Someone had to farm out the arsenic in them. Brussels sprouts, dark meat fish. Oh yeah. It says cashews, almonds,
Starting point is 00:20:12 pine nuts and walnuts. have arsenic in them. So is this like how people say, hey, did you know that this product has like rat poison in it? And it's like, you know, yeah, because, you know, like on the box on on the back of rat poison, this has water and this limited has water in it, which is a component in rat poison.
Starting point is 00:20:34 So you're drinking rat poison. And it's like, that's not, it's not how that works. No, even now if you eat too many of them, you can get really sick. it's a we over thousands and thousands of years we had a farm the arsenic out of it really yeah
Starting point is 00:20:52 like there there's you know a bunch of people died just so you can have that like nut in your trail mix I'm not actually like that that clip because there's a lot we can do with that I know that there's like a how was it I remember I saw like episode of house or like an episode of like phrase anatomy or
Starting point is 00:21:13 CSI were like some dude ate too many Brazil nuts or something and like apparently it was like super toxic I think it was he was like CIA or something and they like force fed him like a bunch of nuts and that was like the way of killing them and I guess like it caused like radiation poisoning
Starting point is 00:21:29 or something so they like they gave him like the equivalent of I don't know how many like chest x-rays and like a bowl nuts. Yeah it would take a long time to kill someone that way. Yeah but think about it right like let's say someone that you don't like right you just like start feeding them nuts
Starting point is 00:21:45 and like every time that you like meet them hey man I got you a bag of nuts and then eat the nuts eventually they might just die no it's like a really it's like a really long play we're all going to die true but that's not the purpose of this podcast I know I know
Starting point is 00:22:02 today I learned how to how to murder someone with nuts hey like hey mom look at this cool thing I learned from internet. Hey mom, you want a bag of nuts? Oh gosh. Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 00:22:19 So, Stephen, what are the reasons why I invited to the podcast? Well, for two reasons. One, I like you and you're funny, and you're a very interesting person. But second, is because you were asking a while back, right? And I don't know if it was a joke or not, but you asked about becoming a
Starting point is 00:22:36 moderator and you actually applied. And what I wanted to do is I wanted to go through and read your moderator after application live on the air. Oh, no. Okay. What do you think about that? I think this is going to be really close, so let's do it.
Starting point is 00:22:52 All right, here we go. Okay. First and last name, I was going to say first name, Stephen. Discret ID, you all can figure that out. Email address. It's your work email, so I'm not going to show that either so people don't bug you. Age, personal information, we won't talk about that either. Time Zone, Pacific.
Starting point is 00:23:08 I work in warehouse, lull. This is literally what you put into. the time zone section. I work in the warehouse, lull. How long have you been in the NXT club community? Less than a year. What is your weekly availability? I'll work nights so I can be more active during day times,
Starting point is 00:23:27 which, which makes sense, I guess. I think it's actually the opposite. Lately, I'm more active at night because I'm just at my computer. And I'm like, hello, everyone. And then I just get sad because nobody wants to talk to me. All right. next question. Why do you want to moderate the NSGT Discord server? You said
Starting point is 00:23:46 Dennis and Ivan told me to apply and I thought long and hard about it and was like yeah, sure, why not? I like computers and I like Dennis. Still not 100% on Ivan, but yeah, let's be friends and moderate some chat. Yeah, that sounds like me. Can you elaborate on that?
Starting point is 00:24:04 Are you still not 100% on Ivan? I talk to you more. Ivan doesn't talk to me. I would like message him and he'll be like oh ha ha ha and then like that's it uh-huh uh-huh go on tell me more i mean it's hard to be a hundred percent on someone you don't talk to tell me how you really feel okay uh moderation experience detail out your past and present experiences in moderation
Starting point is 00:24:29 the more info you provide the better chances you have do you have any pre-experience with moderate previous experience moderation you said no how many years of experience do you have you put none please provide the names of the communities you've moderated for if applicable not applicable what was the extent of your roles and responsibilities as a moderator
Starting point is 00:24:49 if applicable you put stand and look pretty I do I do do that uh that's that says very true you do next question was have you ever managed anyone before and you put yes please provide a reference
Starting point is 00:25:04 we can use to verify your experience you said I ran my own comedy tree in school, I was very active in my theater club and was a manager for the comedy team for two years and was on the board. So my question for you is, do you have a hot five minutes of comedy set up that you can regale all this people with? I don't. I'm going to get jokes. I haven't been funny ever since, you know? Fair enough.
Starting point is 00:25:34 Yeah. All my jokes died with my high school of career. That makes sense. That makes sense. All right. Next section is accept accountability, and this is where we get to know you better. So the question was, why do you think you make a good moderator? And you said, I'm fun and witty, and when I feel pretty, I can respond to chats and moderate 10 out of 10, hire me. Next question.
Starting point is 00:26:01 Please list some of your strengths and weaknesses. You said, I am so, as I so deviously said before, I am fun and wiseries. said before, I am fun and witty, and most importantly, I'm pretty, but also I'm very knowledgeable in computers and NXT policies. I would actually be great as a tech guy. Yeah. Detail
Starting point is 00:26:19 situation where you were wrong and the steps you took to address it. Oh man, I can be wrong a lot. Not going to lie. But I learned from doing all my theater stuff to take criticism and learn from it. I don't have much pride that I'm unwilling to learn from my mistakes. Plenty of stories from when I
Starting point is 00:26:35 was wrong. But I think the most important thing can say is I admitted I was wrong and learn from the mistake and now I make more from decisions. That's actually a really good answer. And more mistakes. Yeah. That's that's kind of the point, right? Like I think as long as you're not making the same mistakes, you're pretty much good to go, right? Like if you make a million mistakes, but they're all different mistakes, that at least tells me that you're trying things differently. Yeah. And in trying to learn. Okay. How do you handle criticism? Your answer. Your answer, was what why are you trying to tell me something i don't think i like what you're trying to say
Starting point is 00:27:11 about what you're about to say so i'm just going to refer you to this pie recipe book so you can find instructions on how to make some humble pie because then we can both eat and have a fun chat and i ask you what i can improve on because i'm a nice guy and love feedback that is a correct answer i do i am a nice guy i i would i would have to agree i think i think I have to agree. Would you consider yourself a leader? Yes. Would you consider yourself an independent worker that can take charge of situations with little to no direction?
Starting point is 00:27:45 Yes. Absolutely can. Yeah, I don't know if those are yes or no questions. Yes. Demonstrate courage. Everyone thinks they know best. What do you like and dislike about NXT as a company? We don't have custom water cooling parts.
Starting point is 00:28:02 We don't. What do you like and dislike about the N60 Club server? I think we need to give me my own chat where we just post pictures of gross computers and criticize them. If you had control the server for one day, what would you change? I would add my previously mentioned group and send me a T-shirt. Like, all right. How do you feel about the rules of the server and current moderation team? I've never had a problem and I think the rules that are set in place are fair and reasonable.
Starting point is 00:28:27 That's what we thought. The final step, don't call us, we'll call you. Would you be willing? See, that's how you know I want the job is I'm like, oh yeah, your rules are great. the final step don't call us we'll call you would you be willing to interview with our admin team on voice chat you said yes that's pretty much like
Starting point is 00:28:45 required like if you say no then like you know Is this my interview? Yeah it is Cool Please list any additional comments you have for the admin team Do you guys want some pie? And that's it As should mention humble pie you know
Starting point is 00:29:00 Yeah yeah I can say I have not eaten humble pie in quite some time. I don't really think I need it, to be honest. I'm also going to watch my weight and kind of, you know, making sure that I'm kind of staying as trim as I possibly can. COVID has not been good to me. I think without us.
Starting point is 00:29:23 Well, you know, if you want some pie, I can get you some pie. What was that? You know, oh, my, my, um, my, um, my, um, my, dog was eating a chew toy and I found the squeaker on the ground. I did not mean to squeak it. It was actually really surprising to me that it squeaked. For a second, I thought they came out of your mouth. No.
Starting point is 00:29:50 I was like, I was, I was sorry. And I looked at it and I was like, oh, no, I hope this, they didn't hear it. And then you were immediately like, what was that? And I was like, oh. Usually I can only like let background noises go and it's like, and it's like, going to move on in like a more professional manner. but like, I'm on, I'm, I'm, I'm on a sick one today. And like, I'm not, my filter is definitely not working the way it should be.
Starting point is 00:30:13 Is, um, is Ivan rejecting me? Did he like, do I knock at the chat? Uh, don't call us. We'll call you. Oh, okay. That's our answer. I don't know. That message is a pretty, pretty like, red that's like in my face.
Starting point is 00:30:34 I'll say that you can definitely use some improvement in the application department, but I would say you have heart where it counts. I would say that it definitely wouldn't want to add a channel where we criticize computers because I can tell you right now, people are going to get real nasty about it, and it's only going to end in one way with the deletion of the channel and probably people leaving the server. So we definitely don't want to do that. but I think it would be cool if like you know oh okay there's Ivan
Starting point is 00:31:06 came in randomly with the freaking survey to my announcements thanks for hijacking the podcast I would appreciate it I'll link this here I was going to say yeah I think it'd be great but I'm not sure if the community at large can handle
Starting point is 00:31:26 a criticism channel we do already have bitwit So that's true. Yeah. Just to watch Watch the videos. Yeah. I would say if you want a fair assessment of your computer skills,
Starting point is 00:31:38 uh, check out, check out Bitwit. Check out Kyle and Lyle and they'll help you out. Um, all right. Steven, you got time with some questions,
Starting point is 00:31:47 dude? Yeah. Some community questions. You know, I told you I'd be here. So here I am. Hello. Hello.
Starting point is 00:31:55 Hi. Hi. All right. Um, to be you guys to submit your questions. please to the to the to the uh what do you call it to the stephen i don't know dude i'm blanking so hard today death rage wants to know how many 3080s last 3090s have you got back and what do you guys do with the returns so i'll say for sure we can't share numbers like that because i don't
Starting point is 00:32:18 think uh any video would want us to do that and i don't think we are able to give that information but what what do we do with return stephen um well we actually go through a similar process that any person would go through where we have to reach out to the manufacturer and let them know what went wrong with the cards and you know what kind of condition they are in and they'll get back to us with like a form
Starting point is 00:32:46 we filled out we put in the CO number you know sometimes they want pictures the only difference is that you know we do this on a regular basis so we do kind of have like a connection over there where we just talked to like one person and we just send them the forms but
Starting point is 00:33:03 we let them pile up a little bit and we do it all as one order so we can just ship it out in one box kind of thing okay cool cool cool that makes sense yeah we do that with everyone we work with what if they don't want to take them back but they they still kind of like work what they're doing them then
Starting point is 00:33:20 like if it's physical damage and there's nothing else wrong with it we can't sell those cards um so we might list them on like the refurbish page and if like they're eligible for that they're usually
Starting point is 00:33:35 also eligible to be like sold internally to employees. Oh yeah but if they're like broken broken and the manufacturers don't want them we put that in a box okay in a box where does that box go I don't know okay so it just it just fades out somewhere to the ether
Starting point is 00:33:51 yeah I think someone like hit us up sometime they're like hey like if I could buy broken parts to fix them and I'm like no I don't think that's how that works Like, they'd be cool. They don't even let me, let me buy them. They're like, oh, you want to pay full price for it? And I'm like, no.
Starting point is 00:34:09 Yeah, because I'm sure that, like, you know, like some of these issues are probably like, you know, replace a part, right? Maybe like you, I don't know, do something like cooling, you add the your fan. But I think there's like a whole lot of liability issues to go along with that. You probably don't want to deal with. Yeah, because if we sell you a broken part, you're going to want to like return it for a working part. Oh, yeah. Yeah, I can imagine people being really, really funky. Sutter memory chip, it picks the computer.
Starting point is 00:34:34 Yeah, exactly, right? Like, it's a little, it's like, no, good at eBay for that stuff. Yeah, if you want, like, something broken, manufacturers won't normally stop it to you. Yeah. Hackerman Vigy wants to know when will we get the champ chat back? I don't know. Once we hit 1337 on that, what we call it, on that petition.
Starting point is 00:34:58 We'll talk about that later, though. We're going to announce in Community Roundup stuff. TIPA wants to know, what's been the least and most enjoyable experience you've had with the customer? Steven? I actually don't deal with customers. I deal with, it's more a customer service that does all of that, and they're like the front end, and I'm the back end. So most of my stuff is like with other employees. What is your most enjoyable experience with a customer service employee?
Starting point is 00:35:32 Well, I like all of them. They're pretty great. I don't really have anything bad to say about any of them. They're cool people, you know, whenever I need something, they're usually, you know, right there. No problem. They're totally not misleading. They probably have mean things to say about me because I give them a hard time, but they don't give me hard times. There we go.
Starting point is 00:35:56 Um, TIPA wants to know who's the biggest gamer on staff? Who is the biggest gamer? Uh, a lot of people. I would say right now for me, it would be George or Jorge. I'm not sure how he pronounce his name. I've actually never heard his name spoken. So I'm going to say George. But, uh, this, this dude's almost like, uh, he's almost at the, the cap for destiny.
Starting point is 00:36:24 Uh, oh, wow. Yeah. This guy's, guys, he's, he's been grinding. He's been like real, real life. Real big city grinding, trying to get that, uh, trying to get, uh, raid ready, you know. I love how he said it in Spanish first. Well, that's my dad's name. So that's why he said it like that.
Starting point is 00:36:39 And I'm assuming he's, I'm assuming his name isn't actually George. I'm assuming, you know, I'm assuming his name is how old head, but like, you know, I also don't want to assume. So that's why I said it both ways, you know. And I've also never heard it spoken because, you know, COVID and we're all at home. Because you know what happens when you assume, right? You get in trouble. Mindy Cuddle wants to know, have you ever received an RMA system with something gross in it? I think you already said yes, right?
Starting point is 00:37:06 Yeah. I will also mention, because I forgot to mention it before, we had a computer coming from FedEx that was mangled. Like, the case wasn't even straight. It was bent in all kinds of directions. When we opened it up, the motherboard inside was flexing. It looked like it was about a snap. Oh, geez. what do you think happens with those
Starting point is 00:37:30 when they like come back like really messed up like do people not notice like did the truck like do like a flip or something like on the road? I don't think they even notice it on their end it was um although it was wet like it looked like something they left it out in the mud and like drove it over
Starting point is 00:37:49 and backed up over it here's a question when those computers come in are the boxes messed up too or Or like, are the box is perfect and then the computer inside just comes out all crazy? In the off chance that the person that sends it to us doesn't put any packing material inside of the box. Then you can't tell on the outside until you open it. But usually if it's packaged right and it's that bad, you can just tell.
Starting point is 00:38:20 Like whenever the glass panels break, there's usually glass falling out of the case. Yeah, it's just always weird to me because like if a computer, because like I know which computer you're talking about and that thing was literally like it didn't even look like a computer at that point. It looked like a, I don't know, like some kind of weird abstract painting, right? But I feel like at that point, if a computer comes in that condition, there has to be some like crazy like damage on the box, right? For you like to kind of understand, okay, this is how, you know, like this is what might have potentially happened. but like if it comes out really messed up and it's just like in the box perfect like I don't know it's just like
Starting point is 00:38:59 there's another story there right there's like some other some of the stuff happening there that like someone isn't telling us something yeah yeah you know it happens that that particular circumstance
Starting point is 00:39:14 the FedEx I felt bad for the FedEx driver so we're all over there like trying to help him clean up his truck because like he he had no part of it he just put a computer in his delivery truck and came over. Yeah. So we were over there with dust pans and a vacuum trying to like help him out. Oh.
Starting point is 00:39:32 He felt so bad. For need. Okay, Tepa wants to know, what's the most obvious case of I broke this, but I think I can sneak it under warranty you've seen? Just recently, we had a computer with liquid damage. And it was one of those boards that had. have like the armor on the front of it. Right. And it looked like the customer went in and tried to clean it all up with like a rag and
Starting point is 00:40:02 everything. And, you know, on the surface, it looked perfectly fine. You can't tell. But we went in and took the plate off and it was just like it was just wet and sticky underneath. And we were like, oh, yep. And what did you do? It almost looked like someone spilled coffee inside of their computer.
Starting point is 00:40:23 Oh, boy. Yeah. Because there's like weird like There's almost like coffee stains all over the place Did it really smell good? Like Did they smell delicious? You know that is not one of my tests That's not something I look to check for
Starting point is 00:40:41 You should probably add a sniff test to your to your next To your next like checklist when it comes to fixing computers Because like you never know right like maybe it's important to know What type of liquid or product or stuff that was in that computer you know so maybe you know usually usually if the computer is making a smell it's a burning smell and that's no good yeah that's definitely no good
Starting point is 00:41:04 have you ever done like a lick test like just like give like a little taste I'll add that to my list and I'll let you know next time we do this whether or not it you know helps okay cool yeah just lick random people's computers you might discover something that
Starting point is 00:41:24 you didn't know before, right? Like, who knows? That's how... I can, like, lick the thermal paste and we're like, hmm, that's got a little too hot. Well, I think about it, right? Because, like, who decided, hey, let's go over to a cow and let's, like, milk the cow and drink, like, the cow juice, right?
Starting point is 00:41:40 Like, someone has to be the first person to, like, try it out. And then now we have milk and we use milk and all kinds of things, right? So maybe this is, like, you know... Maybe this is your cow-mil-moking moment. Hey, I have some spoiled milk. What if I did sit? Yeah, exactly, right? Like, like, there's so much that can happen there.
Starting point is 00:41:54 I would say you need to be the pioneer in this situation where you set the standard for sniff and taste tests. And then, you know, maybe going forward five years in the industry, we all do, you know, small tests and we all do taste tests on, on, you know, computer components. Because it could be the next big thing, you know. We can put that on our website. You know, we have a 10 point, you know, inspection service, you know, before your computer gets to your house, you can be guaranteed that, you know, Our builders have sniffed it and they've licked it to make sure that it's good. And Dennis. No, I don't want to lick anything.
Starting point is 00:42:31 No, instead of putting our builders, we're for Dennis. Dennis licked it personally and sniffed it. Just literally put my name on there and then they'll, you know, it was like, who's the Diniz person? They're like, this was good care right here. Yeah. Just don't wipe it off too, right? So people know what's up. Okay, next question.
Starting point is 00:42:49 Ooh, you can sign it for like a little signature and we're like Dennis was here. We used to sign Pucks, but then people got too crazy with it. Okay, next question is from Mini Cuddle on a scale 1 to 10. How annoying is it when Minicuddle forgets to make a R.C for an RMA? I don't know what that is. It's paperwork. Whenever someone makes a return to us,
Starting point is 00:43:17 we have to receive the inventory for it. And that's what RC is. it's just, we don't know what R.C. and R.O. stands for. We just know that R.C. means that's coming in and R.O. means it's leaving. There we go. What do you need to know what means long as you know what it does, right? Yeah, yeah. And, you know, it's not super annoying. Whoever doesn't make my RCS, they're just like, hey, make this for me. And then like, five minutes later, they're like, okay, here you go. All right. TPA also wants to know, again, gets the TPA show today. What's the most broken thing, you fixed rather than replaced?
Starting point is 00:44:01 That's a good question. Yeah, it is. Here's kind of like a question to, I guess, going to help with that. At what point do you guys decide to replace or to fix something? I'm busy. You good? Say that again?
Starting point is 00:44:15 I said, what's like the... He is busy. Thanks for giving me your time, Steve. Appreciate it. Sorry, someone was knocking on my door. It happens, dude. It's a work from home status, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:32 We have someone here slamming toilet seat lids for like the last like 10 at minutes. I don't know what's going on in the rest of the house. And there's like a random dog barking. We don't have a dog. Okay, so the question is at what point do you guys decide to fix something versus replace it? Like, where's that line drawn? We will end up replacing. way more things than, you know,
Starting point is 00:44:58 we act, rather than fix them, just because if we take our time and, you know, go through, like, change, like, different parts on the motherboard or on something, you know, that could potentially avoid the warranty with the manufacturer. Or, you know, if we don't do a, like, a stand-up job or, you know, a perfect job on everything,
Starting point is 00:45:22 it folds back on us. So it's, it's much safer for us to, swap in a new part than it is, you know, to just fix something and send it right back out. For sure, for sure. Yeah, you know, it also, you got to think about the customer experience with that. You don't really want to send something back out that, you know, you just kind of stopped together and sent. Yeah, no.
Starting point is 00:45:47 I mean, to me that makes sense, right? Like, it's always better to have something brand new that, you know, it's probably going to work better than something that was previously, like, not working, right? Yeah. you know, I'm sure you would also agree. You would rather have just someone working on your computer put a new part in it than, you know, try to fix the old broken one. Yep.
Starting point is 00:46:09 Next question is from Novanaut. What happens once people have to send in their BLD for RMA repeatedly over and over? He's asking about policy. Yeah. After a while, if like we can't figure out the issue and the issue keeps happening, we'll sometimes just switch out the computer with a new one. Makes sense right? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:46:33 Pretty easy. I'm like, oh, yeah, we just rebuild it for you and give you entirely new parts. Okay, so this one, I don't know if you're allowed to answer, but I'm going to ask it and let me know if you can answer it or not. What breaks slash needs to be sent to RMA most often? I think I know what it is. I'm not 100% sure it is, but if you're not able to share the information, totally cool. Not a problem. Um
Starting point is 00:46:55 That's a good question Most A lot of the things that regularly come back Are usually due to like shipping damage Right Um You know It's not like any one thing
Starting point is 00:47:10 Everything breaks You know we we have a warranty on these things for a reason Like our crackings We have a really long warranty on them Industry leading six year warranty on all cracking Coolers Yeah And, you know, we get a lot of really old crackings coming back.
Starting point is 00:47:29 Not usually anything new. But because usually, like, vendors that sell our product, whenever they get returns, they don't go through them and make sure they're okay. So they just send them back. So, like, if you get a crack in and you open it up and you're like, oh, you know, this isn't what I really want. And it's just an open box thing. Those things get sent right back to us.
Starting point is 00:47:56 All right. Yeah. I remember I got my I got my X62 through RMA. It was like half price too. It was so good. It took a lot of money because I really wanted a cooler, but I didn't want to pay full price right. I'm like,
Starting point is 00:48:07 I'm paying this much. I give me one that's like slightly open. I'm like, here you go. And I got the box. It was pretty much brand new. Like all the packaging was in there. Even like the little cover for like the thermal plate.
Starting point is 00:48:18 It was still good. So I'm like, okay, so someone obviously just didn't want it and just gave it back to us and it works. Yeah. And that's why that's why they're returned with the most, just because a lot of times people change their mind and so it comes back to us.
Starting point is 00:48:31 Yeah, never, like, I don't really return things too often. Like, I don't really understand where people go. I'm gonna spend $100 plus on this thing. And never mind. And they just like give back. Sometimes your eyes are bigger than your wallet, I guess. I guess so, huh? Hyper wants to know, what's the most expensive thing
Starting point is 00:48:47 in the office you have broken? 3090s currently. Yeah, pretty, pretty sure. Yeah, I wasn't even the first one to break it. Yeah. Okay, we're kind of hitting on time here. We have some important announcements to get through, so let me just get through some stuff here real quick.
Starting point is 00:49:07 A few questions. Vega wants to know, who's your favorite CS agent, and why is it Vega? Wait, he said, why is it Vega? Yeah, why is it Vega? Well, you know. That laugh is not good for you, Vega. No, I like Vega. is the CS agent that I've known the longest.
Starting point is 00:49:32 So if it was between all of the CS agents, it would be Matt and Vega. They should probably duke it out, one-v-one in Destiny to figure out who's the best? I've known Matt for the longest, so he would win. Dang, there you go. Oh, I guess Matt and Vega do want to fight. When will NSC look into perhaps enhance a customer experience
Starting point is 00:49:57 for European users, while NSXT brag about the industry leading long warranties, anything exceeding? It's two years cannot be returned to our European retailers. And we European users are having to send it all the way to the ES, and that is rather painful. That's more of like a logistical thing, pingable. But I know that when it comes to certain products and like RMA processes, like you know that crackens, it might just be too expensive to like, you know,
Starting point is 00:50:22 send a whole cracking back for RMA. So they'll usually have you do a proof of destruction and just send you a new one if you're within warranty. So that's kind of how we get around that. but we also do, for example, like we opened up BLD and NZXT in Germany and Austria. So, you know, as we expand into different, you know, territories, that process will become a little bit easier. You know, but at the very least, what I can say is that regardless of where you're at and what you can and can't return to your retailer, we as the warranty, the warranty holder, I guess. I don't know if that's the correct term. We'll take care of you regardless, right?
Starting point is 00:50:58 It may be a little bit longer than you're comfortable with, but we will 100% take care of you regardless, whether you're in Zimbabwe or Austria or, you know, China or whatever, you know, we'll help you out. It's not just us that has that kind of policy. I recently had a microphone that broke and the company just wanted me to take pictures of me breaking it. And I was like, cool, great. I'm super cool with that. Seever down to break stuff. Cool. Okay.
Starting point is 00:51:29 Next question is a good question, by the way, pingable name. Thanks. Let's see here. Okay. I'm looking to see. Often due components get restocked when we get them pretty much. It's like it's not really like any secret to it. Just we get things when we get them, you know?
Starting point is 00:51:49 We order things based on need and we project what we're going to need over time. and then we, you know, we'll, we'll order that much to come in so that we don't run out. Obviously, it's not perfect, you know, things like a random stimulus bill will get signed and then a million people are buying computers. Like, that stuff will, you know,
Starting point is 00:52:08 we can't control, we can't really plan for. Yeah. All the time, you know, but I think we try to do our best. It's also based on the manufacturer as well, right? Like, you know, Nvidia, Intel, the AMD, whatever, they have X amount of allotment that they can send out,
Starting point is 00:52:23 that they're producing, right? So we have to compete with them and other system integrators and other retailers for these parts, right? Because we sell them at MSRP as well. So it's almost like, you know, we're almost almost like a microseenter or like a fries if they still exist.
Starting point is 00:52:37 I think fries is dead now, isn't it? It's still around. There's one actually near the warehouse that's still kicking. Yeah, I remember. They have good snacks. I remember I saw that. They actually do.
Starting point is 00:52:48 I remember I saw a bit wit video where like they went into the fries and they're like, they're having real big issues. with their like, I think it was their distributor or something. I was always sad to see. Okay, moving along.
Starting point is 00:53:00 And I think Jay, I'll go to this one in city of industry. Yeah, well, like, they're all like in the area-ish, right? Aren't they? hilariously enough, which like makes sense because I think like didn't like half of them, like him, then, Paul, all used to work out
Starting point is 00:53:13 like New Egg or something. So there's like, I was going to do my own thing. And then you're still living there. No way. Me too. I think a lot of people came from New Egg. I think Ivan came from New Egg too. actually he did yeah no I remember he did yeah just like I guess this is like where people from like New Egg go
Starting point is 00:53:31 when they're done with New Egg. Shout out's New Egg they'll you know they're still doing a good job out there I love New Egg dude like I remember buying I remember when I was a kid and I would buy computer parts from New Egg and I'd be so excited to see that that that that box with those stupid egg on it I'm like yeah he's like you know it's time for New Egg dad you know my new thing is you know, it's here. We know you knew egg, right?
Starting point is 00:53:57 That was their slogan for me. Okay. Community Roundup, community announcement stuff. Let me look here. We still have an email, folks. Clubcast.com. Feel free to send an email if you are off the air and want to ask a question.
Starting point is 00:54:14 Clubcast at nzxte.com. Okay, competing a roundup time. First off, congratulations to Death Rage for winning our set. setups contest. We have not announced the wallpaper contest. That's for two reasons. One, I came to the realization that 8 o'clock in the morning is a real dumb time for me to announce any winning because I'm not actually awake at that time. So we changed all the entry and winning announcement stuff to 11 to 11. So you can now enter and still count your stuff from 11 a.m. to 11 a.m. that following Wednesday
Starting point is 00:54:48 slash Thursday so that I have time to look through everything and then I'll wake up at 9 o'clock going okay did this person win by one did they tie by one now i know i can actually keep an eye on it and be more accurate with the winners uh we also made a change to the set-up contest by the way which was it has to be a full setup we got some complaints from some peeps and and they were 100% right right they reached out personally and told me what they thought about it and we made some changes so the changes is that the changes that it has to be a full setup it can just be a picture of a computer has to be a full setup so you know a doubt monitor, speakers, whatever a setup is, but it can't just be a photo of your computer, right?
Starting point is 00:55:29 So send a photo your full setup. Even if it's like, you know, you want to have your entertainment center set up and you got, you know, your, your, your, your, uh, brand new Xbox series X. Is that the new one? I forget that. That's a gaming setup. Yes, yeah. Or, you know, or your PS5 or your switch, that those are all setups. They all qualify.
Starting point is 00:55:45 We love all gamers here. And then wallpapers is just wallpipers. Share your wallpapers. They look cool. I would like to say, though, I want to see some more, what do you call it? Wallpapers that are mobile. Mobile wallpapers would be dope. People will ask about those all the time on like Instagram and stuff.
Starting point is 00:56:07 Okay. Number two is the Cracken launch. So today we launched two new products at NZXT. One is the Cracken X3 RGB series, which is the Cracken X series that include RGB fans in the box, which is actually one of like most. requested like things that we that that we've done um which to me is kind of like super funny and it's like super interesting because it's like well dude just buy fans and separately but no people want it in the box together as one package that's what we did so now if you want to have
Starting point is 00:56:36 your brand new crackens with uh you know with with with the rgbs included uh you get that now uh and it just makes it really really easy with the included uh rgb um uh lane in there so you know it's pretty much like an all the one package kind of makes sense to me you know You want crackers with the EK water block? Yeah. No, thank you. I do also want
Starting point is 00:56:59 like a standalone like Z cooler would be cool. I don't. I feel like that will break things. I feel like there will be more work
Starting point is 00:57:09 for you dude. You're literally asking for more work is what you're doing right now. I mean I'm okay with it as long as I get one. Yeah,
Starting point is 00:57:20 but I actually have seen people on Reddit in particular like rip out that block and like put different tubing and stuff on it. It's actually pretty cool to see what they do. So it's me. I did that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:57:30 So it seems like it's like perfectly modable. But yeah, I think that might cause more problems. I still don't know how how Corsair's water blocky stuff is a Corsair is going. But yeah, I'm just like, I'll be so afraid of the RMA return process. That stuff is not easy to do. And I know it's, you know, there's so many problems that can. they're going to rise from that stuff. But, you know, I think it'd be cool.
Starting point is 00:57:57 I'm just personally afraid. I'm afraid of change. Yeah. Okay. The next announcement is new rules. So we recently went through and we condensed all the rules in the server to a neat number of, and I even forgot the number. Where is it?
Starting point is 00:58:16 It's like six now? Six. What is this? Oh, it wasn't number. Yeah, six. Six rules. And we also clarified a lot of them. We got rid of some redundancy.
Starting point is 00:58:26 So this should be easier to understand, easier to follow. Did I read the rules? No, I never read the rules. I just look at people being. So here's the thing, right? This is the beauty of the rules. I don't need to read them because I know if you're being dumb, you're probably breaking a rule, right?
Starting point is 00:58:42 Because our rules are pretty simple, right? It's like, you know, don't post anything that's like, you know, offensive. Don't be rude to people. You know, don't spam in the chat. basically like it's like basic internet be a good person etiquette right so it's like you know I don't really need to read the rules because I know pretty much by sight if someone is breaking something by the way they're acting right like if you're not being cool you're probably breaking a
Starting point is 00:59:06 rule so let me see what we're breaking okay this is the one you broke like go away uh thank you literally I'm gonna pin that when you're being dumb you're probably breaking a rule that's literally that's really how it works like rules are pretty simple so yeah We tried to make it more simple, more condensed, making them easier to read, easier to follow. If you have any questions, let us know. We'll more than happily clarify. Don't ask at the moment that you're breaking the rule for clarification.
Starting point is 00:59:35 Ask us before. So you don't break the rule and get in trouble because I'm going to explain it to you, but then mostly tell one of the mods to hit you with like a warning because, you know, it's not that hard. Also, we got rid of it. I certainly broke a rule one time. True.
Starting point is 00:59:49 I think, I mean, you know, it happens to everybody, right? I think as long as like you're not trying to be rude to other people, it's not a problem. Just, again, just don't be mean. Don't be meany bo-beeney and you'll be fine. We also, so next item on this agenda here is we removed the roll channels, except for homies, because they literally boost the server and pay some money. So we did this because there's the petition if you want to sign it from gummies. We did this because we no longer had a need for those channels, you know.
Starting point is 01:00:25 No reason to sequester people off into their own channels and, you know, hang out with themselves. You know, now you can interact with the rest of the server. If you're that bummed out about not having a private space to talk amongst your like three or four or five people, then maybe just start a group chat, right? That's always an option. You know, that's always a thing. But, you know, hang out in general chat, hang on at random.
Starting point is 01:00:47 You know, we have a lot of other channels. You have the anime channels. that's you know always need some love cars food you know once last time you guys posted in the food channel right it's always like lina and like you know some of the people in there um i like to post on the pets channel yeah they're right yeah we got pets channel we got um we got the podcast feed you can just look at it and like stare at the podcast announcements and i put them up there but it also um it also helps us uh clean up the server and potentially add new more fun stuff than just, hey, go chat here amongst yourselves, right?
Starting point is 01:01:24 And also, another big thing I forgot to mention is we changed all the channels for all the colors for the roles to make them really nice and neat. And they look, to me, they look super great. I like the, like, the, like, nice gradient of, like, bluish purple to, like, nice deep purple. You know, shoutouts to to, to be for helping with that. hilarious that we had the person who literally has issues seeing colors and shades helping us getting this like nice spectrum of colors going. I don't know how she did it. She literally asked me questions and she's like, hey, what does this look like? I'm like, uh,
Starting point is 01:01:57 that's purple. That's a purple all right. Which it's definitely annoyed her to no end. But, you know, that's kind of my job. And then final announcement is something that Poppy came in and spammed into the channel is we have a survey for cases. We have a case survey. So if you guys want to give your opinions
Starting point is 01:02:21 and help inform NZXT on the next line of N60 cases when and if those will ever come out, go ahead and fill out that survey and let us know what you think. Let's know what's important to you. Then give us your feedback. You know what the top opinion will be?
Starting point is 01:02:37 I think I know what the top opinion is going to be, too. More RGB. It's obvious, right, with how excited people are about these RGB crackens that they want more lights on there. I want more lights. Well, you get so many people wanting a mesh panel. I never heard of that. I don't you talking about.
Starting point is 01:02:56 Sorry, I don't, I don't know what that word means. It's been stripped for my, for my, for my, for my, for my, for my mentals. All right. I think that's it. Thank you very much for joining us, Stephen. Really appreciate it. Oh, yeah. No problem.
Starting point is 01:03:10 I'm going to go back to sleep. sleep sounds very nice right now. I would love to go to sleep. But fortunately, I have a full of full day of work ahead of me. I do too. Well, then I guess we're in the same boat. So with that, thank you again,
