Starting point is 00:00:18 Welcome to episode 129 of the NZXT podcast, the official podcast of the NXT community. This podcast is recorded live every Thursday at 10 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on the official NCC Twitch and is available to stream on demand on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify, and SoundCloud. My name is Mike, and with me as always is Ivan. Ivan, how are you doing? I'm doing good, Mike. How are you doing? I'm doing pretty good, pretty good. Yeah, I guess I'm excited. I have a few things today, correct?
Starting point is 00:00:49 Yeah, so first and foremost, this is our first podcast in over a month that is not Pride related. So thank you to all our special guests during Pride Month, all the people who tuned in, all the people who donated. We really appreciate you guys participating in on the podcast. But the other news is that for those that don't know, we did just launch some more new products. I know it seems like NZT is launching new products every other day at this point, which we kind of are. But it's a good thing because we're launching a bunch of stuff we never have made before. And some of those include, you know, thermal paste, keyboards, mice, etc.
Starting point is 00:01:34 But the most recent one is a capture card. And as a special treat to podcast listeners today, we want to give all our listeners the head start on this giveaway which has yet to be announced on social we're announcing it tomorrow on social but for our podcast listeners today who are tuning in
Starting point is 00:01:54 and for those that wait till the very end we're going to give you guys and girls a secret code secret password that will give you 500 bonus entries into the giveaway so your chances of winning will exponentially increase if you stick around for that secret word.
Starting point is 00:02:14 You can do all the other entries now, if you'd like. Just type exclamation giveaway in the chat or type out nzxte.co slash signal giveaway and you guys can do all the other stuff for now, but if you stay tuned to the end, you'll get those extra bonus entries. I think most of the other entries are like 50 to 100 or something like that.
Starting point is 00:02:32 So this is like a lot of entries. So a lot of tickets into the raffle. The other main entry, the main entry method, besides obviously the secret word that's going to give you a bunch of points is if you use the hashtag nz-a-xt signal on social and you tell us about the favorite gaming memory you've had that you wish you would have captured i'm sure everyone has it i know for me personally it my my memory is like when i was 10 years old and i got to the very last level of super marion brothers three you know i was like almost about to beat the
Starting point is 00:03:08 game and then I got hit with the fireball and I have spent the remaining of my like gaming life trying to get to that part and I have it yet to to achieve it I just wish I would have to capture that as proof and evidence that like I got close you know because now I can't even get get near that part so about you Mike what's your favorite gaming memory that you wish you captured my favorite gaming moment would probably be oh man that's a hard one because Back then, I used to be, like, when I was young and like in seventh and eighth grade, I used to be an actual like competitive player for Kau-DD for Black Ops 1. That was like my game that I like was like the best.
Starting point is 00:03:51 I played in like tournaments and stuff like that. That should be your social media bio. Former competitive. Former competitive in eighth grade. Yikes. I don't know if I would, I don't even know if I was that good. I was just average, I think. but one of my things that I wish I'd captured was
Starting point is 00:04:11 it was because in Black House 1 the snipers weren't good but I was just screwing around playing some games with just in like team death match and then I got I forgot what I did it was one of those combos where you kind of you don't even realize what you're doing like I spun did like the Y Y did a bunch of stuff and then I hit it
Starting point is 00:04:33 and I'm like only if I captured that so I wish I that would that would have been a island my cod career which was getting that shot it was on the snow map i can't remember which one it was it was on one the snow maps and uh i missed that i missed that game black house one best game i know people was a man over two so no blackups one honestly like i know call of duty gets a bunch of like a you know negative feedback and comments from people a lot of complaints i know there's a lot of toxicity in that game, but it's a really fun game. You know, every, every cod game, honestly, like, I've played and I, like, I like, I like, I like, I like it's just, it sucks that.
Starting point is 00:05:15 It kind of gets a bad rap, in my opinion. New cod's coming out, though. Are you going to, are you going to play that, Ivan? Probably not, probably, because, like, now I have less time than ever in my life. Bro. You actually have, you have a little human that you have to take care of, too, actually. got two, three if you count my wife and four if you count me. Did we want to go into the capture cards and something like that?
Starting point is 00:05:42 Yeah, let's show people the capture cards and talk about the specs and the features and let them know what they're all about. All right, I'm showing them to website. Go ahead and just narrate it all kind of show. All righty. So we got two capture cards, one 4K version, one HD version. one HD version. The HD version
Starting point is 00:06:06 is called the Signal HD60 and the 4K version is called the Signal 4K30. The HD60 starts at 13999. And this card makes it so
Starting point is 00:06:21 cool, in my opinion, is that it's just ready to use out of the box with any streaming software you want. It also provides a smooth experience from a device to the PC with zero lag pass-through, ultra-low latency, so it's very smooth. And you can record at a 180 resolution with 60 frames per second from your console, phone, tablet, computer, camera, etc., and it looks very nice. You can also, as you're capturing this, play on the console in 4K60 while recording.
Starting point is 00:07:02 And like I said, it works with any streaming software and even chat apps. So like Skype, Zoom, Discord, any other video calling software that you want to use. And even though it's not required, you can use CAM with it for additional features. And that one starts at 13999. And then the Signal 4K30, that one's one. 17999. And that one allows you record video content
Starting point is 00:07:38 at a 4K resolution with 30 frames per second from your console, mobile device, computer, camera, etc. And you can play games in very high resolution and refresh rate, recording at 4K60
Starting point is 00:07:53 HDR, 1440p, 144 Hertz, HDR, or 180p, 240 Hertz, HDR with zero lag pass through. Say that 10 times really fast, mate. So many numbers. I know, there's a lot of numbers, man. But basically the TLDR, if you don't know what any of those numbers mean,
Starting point is 00:08:13 is that you're going to get smooth gameplay while you're capturing this to your audience. And similar to the HC60, it's compatible with OBS, Stream Labs, or any other streaming software you want to use, including CAM, if you want to use the CAM features with it. And also any chat app. So obviously gamers, we all like to use Discord. We're actually recording this podcast through Discord right now. A little behind the scenes, fun fact, for those that didn't know.
Starting point is 00:08:45 But also Skype and Zoom. And what's another chat app, Mike? What's that? Is it compatible with WhatsApp? Maybe. Maybe we're compatible with WhatsApp and GroupMe. Some people about that. The other thing too is that makes these kind of cool is that they're both compatible with Mac and PC.
Starting point is 00:09:09 So it doesn't, you don't necessarily need a computer. You know, you have a MacBook. You can use that or even like Andy was recording stuff with this tablet. He's a big iPad guy. So pretty cool capture cards. Our first foray into the market. And they're getting really. good reviews. If you guys go on YouTube and search
Starting point is 00:09:33 NZ-A-X-T capture cards, you guys can check out all the reviews. Don't take our word for it, obviously, because we're going to tell you that it's good, but you check out the reviews, I'm sure you guys will be impressed. And the other thing to go alongside the capture cards is we did come out
Starting point is 00:09:55 with a chat cable. So if you use a mic headset while you've stream and record. You just connect this chat cable and it will make it very easy for you to let your audience hear everything you're hearing in your headset. And it's plug and play, ready to go right out of the box. So all you do is just literally plug in, I think it's through cables, one into your headset,
Starting point is 00:10:22 one into your controller, one into your PC or, and then it's two meters long. so you can walk around and that starts at $999 USD. All these prices I'm talking about are USD. Pretty easy. Yeah. So you basically, anything that you hear in your headset, your stream
Starting point is 00:10:44 or if you're just recording, the recording will also hear as well. So pretty much it just allows everyone to kind of hear everything because sometimes if you just record, sometimes your mic doesn't go through. So it would just be like you hear the other team or
Starting point is 00:11:00 your teammates but not you so this is a way to actually involve your actual voice into it yeah exactly are you uh are you gonna use the capture card mike um i may it just depends because i i still only have the ps4 like back here i was thinking about getting the ps5 or anything like that or new xbox probably the ps5 if i really wanted to um but i'm not sure because like i already have a lot of games on my PC that I can or that I can play from like my console, you know, like a lot of games that I want to play, I can just play
Starting point is 00:11:38 here. But, you know, it's not it's not out of the realm. I just need to figure out if I have enough money to go buy a PS5 because I know the PS5 still in its like crazy low supply resale value right now.
Starting point is 00:11:53 It's kind of annoying. Yeah. Have you ever used a capture card? I have used a capture card. I don't know. people here back then remember but if anyone knows the Hoppage or Hoppog HDPBR that was like
Starting point is 00:12:09 the way to like record stuff that was when you had the the mustard, the ketchup and then the Mayo cables the red yellow and white cable that you would throw into the TV and the console
Starting point is 00:12:25 and the HDPBR so if anyone remembers that stuff I used to record tons of gameplay like that and honestly this makes it so much this makes it so much easier you just have to just plug in like two cables and you're done versus I had
Starting point is 00:12:40 you had to do three on one three on the other and connect that to your recording device and then from that you have to send it to a PC and then from there you also had to like do a bunch of stuff it was it was crazy yeah
Starting point is 00:12:57 technology has come a long way and that's one of the key takeaways from art capture card and all the reviewers are pointed it out is that it's like the first immediate response is like wow this thing's tiny which it is you know it looks it almost looks like it's a little bit bigger than a phone and then the other is uh wow it's like really simple to use just plug it in and it's ready to go so yeah if you guys are interested in streaming you guys are interested in capturing gameplay, making YouTube videos, and all those clips and whatnot. Like, check out the NZXT capture cards. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:37 For Bad Boy Bubble, the code is for, at the end of the stream, we'll announce a code that gives you extra entries into the, that'll get you extra entries for the giveaway. So it just basically stick around and you get a bigger chance to win the capture card. Great username, by the way. Bad boy bubble. I don't think you can never say. I love the thing, which is you can never say bubble angrily. You try to say it angrily. It's really hard to.
Starting point is 00:14:04 So the other new product we want to talk about is our collaboration with My Hero Academia for all you webes. And I guess non-weeps too, you don't have to be a weeb to appreciate some good artwork. Let me go ahead and actually play the video real quick for them. Cool. Well, honestly, these past My Hero Academia cases are like, it's crazy that we actually did an anime case, which is awesome. Because we are strictly just gaming, and now we are introducing these new anime things,
Starting point is 00:15:18 and now we're entering into this whole realm of that anime and gaming can actually coincide with each other, which is awesome. Yeah, our second anime case. The first one is also My Hero Academia. and that one is the All Might This one is the Rivals Which one do you like more, Mike? Allmite or rivals?
Starting point is 00:15:38 Oh, that's a hard one. Honestly, I like Allmite, but the thing though is I like the color scheme of the Rivals case better. Yellow is like my favorite color. Everything I have is yellow. I have a suitcase as yellow. My AirPods case has yellow.
Starting point is 00:15:53 Everything I have is yellow. So this is actually like my favorite. Plus, I think, I mean, he is the main protagonist. So Deku, Madorio is like, awesome. It reminds me the other day when we went out to eat lunch and I asked you what your favorite color was and you said yellow. That's a weird favorite color. I think there's just too many people that go like, oh, blue, black.
Starting point is 00:16:16 And you're like, all right, fine. But then, like, I don't know, I feel like yellow is just a, it's just a bright color that like you just look at it and go, you know, they remind you to sun. It reminds you of energy. So it's just like, oh, that's a fun color. And all my favorite colors now are just yellow. I have a yellow thing back here too. Yeah. I'm starting to get an affinity towards yellow.
Starting point is 00:16:36 I did make a Twitter poll over the weekend, and I asked people to vote on All Might versus Rivals. And All Might won by like, I think like 5%. It's like 55% to like 49% or something like that. It was really close, but the All Might case got a little bit of an edge. Maybe because it was Fourth of July weekend and it was red, white, and blue. Yeah, it's a really awesome case. I don't know I'm going to put up the website, Mike, but it is a limited edition as is, as are all craft products.
Starting point is 00:17:15 So once these are sold out, they're gone forever. And they're each 249-99 numbered, so you know which one you get. And the other cool thing about them is they each come with a plus ultra puck and a rival's charm. And probably the other thing that I like about him that a lot of people kind of have been questioning on social is the fact that there's like hidden artwork besides the motherboard tray. And people are asking like, you know, what's the point of having that? And I guess a simple answer is just, you know, it's like it's like our little see. you know you have a little easter egg in there that only you know but i think it's awesome i love the fact that there's like this hidden artwork on there yeah i know right like i know people are
Starting point is 00:18:07 like oh well you can't see it but like that's not the point though like you build into it fantastic but like it's so cool oh yeah matt's here uh hello mr matt i see that uh miss mr matt lee had uh an awesome awesome rendition of his uh build they're pulled up after that's sure oh All of Mr. Matt Lee's builds are pretty awesome. That is very true. Do you say, do you say academia or academia? Academia. I say, yeah, academia.
Starting point is 00:18:41 Yeah, yeah, Damia. Yeah, D-A-Y. I say Macademia. Oh, stop. No. My hero, Macadamia. Demia? I think the correct way to say.
Starting point is 00:18:57 A is actually Demia. Demia? Really? I believe so. Look it up at, look it up on, uh, you know what? I'll look it up. Academia or Demia. All right.
Starting point is 00:19:08 Uh, pronunciation. Let's see. Yeah, it's academia. Okay, ready? I'm gonna, I'm gonna play real quick. Academia. Demia. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:20 Academia. No, this is more, no, this is Aia. Let's see it slowly. Academia. Mia. Yeah, academia. Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 00:19:28 Yeah. D, yeah, okay, okay. Ivan, you are correct. Dang. You call yourself a weave, Mike. You don't even know how to pronounce. I always just say, I would just say MAH anyways. Because, like, I don't like saying the full name.
Starting point is 00:19:43 If you say that, you're also wrong because it's MHA. Oh, sorry, MHA. Sorry. Dang, Mike. I'm trying to pull up. Oh, here it is. Here's the build for Mr. Matt Lee. Look at this beauty.
Starting point is 00:20:00 Yeah. I love the custom cooling, too. So cool. Very nice. Color scheme on it. This is so good. Look at that. Go ahead and follow Mr.
Starting point is 00:20:18 underscore. Yeah, apart from the nice build, that's one part of it. I really got to give Mr. Matt Lee some respect for his photography skills. Yes. Just the way that he captures everything. It's amazing, you know, really talented, builder, really talented photographer. All right, you guys want, it's Mr.
Starting point is 00:20:43 underscore Matt underscore Lee, if you guys want to follow him. Go ahead and do that because this guy has some awesome talent. Yeah. Sane. Let's see, hon. I just want to see a couple things in this. Oh, yes. Oh, yeah, I just wanted to talk about the actual case itself.
Starting point is 00:21:03 Basically, this case is celebrating. the rivalry, if you guys watch the show of Midoria and Bacago, you know, one of the two, basically two main protagonists in this thing. It's just awesome. Like, I mean, you can't. I just love the actual, like, action anime kind of lines on it that you always see here. It's just so nice. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:33 Who was your favorite character from the show? Oh, favorite character? That's hard. I think, oh man, I don't know. I think I would either go with, oh, God, what's his name? The one was Dark Shadows. Is it Tokiyami or something like that? I think he's my favorite character.
Starting point is 00:21:58 Yeah, Tokiyami. Because he has, uh, it's, this guy, he's literally like a, they're like a raven. But it's so cool because, like, his, uh, he has like a, basically a sentient. he's basically has a sentient like Oh yeah that is awesome Shadow thing
Starting point is 00:22:18 and it I like it because it he can control it when it's in daytime but it becomes more powerful at night but he can't control it
Starting point is 00:22:26 and become super I love whenever you have like a power that has a draw like a downside but also a huge pus like if anyone here knows
Starting point is 00:22:36 seven deadly sins there's one character pride who during the sun, like during the day, he is like the most powerful out of all the, like the seven deadly sins, all the characters. But then,
Starting point is 00:22:50 um, I think during the night, he loses like all his powers, basically. So he's like a full, like, either you use him during that time or you just don't use him at that or night.
Starting point is 00:23:02 And I think whenever you have something like that, when you have a character that can do, have us like a downside, but also a plus, but they try to balance each other out. It's such a cool thing. Yeah, I did also ask, I think it was on Facebook or Instagram. I don't remember which one, but I asked over the weekend which anime we should do next.
Starting point is 00:23:22 Oh, yes. And lots of, there's like, I don't think there was one clear winner. Like, I feel like every anime that's ever existed, people have names. So hopefully, you know, we can make more anime cases, more limited edition craft products with anime. Even if you don't like anime or not a huge fan of anime, I think you can appreciate the art and you're into it. Like for me, for example, I'm not like the biggest weeb in the world. I've watched anime. I like anime.
Starting point is 00:23:58 I'm just like not, you know, it's not something that's like I'm watching it every day like some people. But even like My Hero Academia, you know, like I'm not into the show myself, but I love the art. So I think there's a lot of people like that They're into anime somewhat But you don't have to be like You know a huge fan I think To look at it and be like wow That's a pretty cool case I would want on my desk
Starting point is 00:24:24 Honestly I think I think we definitely want to do more Anime things I'm not sure Which one we would do because that depends on the studio itself But dang man if we could do like some really cool ones Like some of the like a spy family case because Spy Family is popping right now. Oh, yeah. Sonic X.
Starting point is 00:24:45 Sonic X. Yeah, Matt, Matt, with a Nozuko from a Demon Slayer. Oh, my gosh. I would kill for a Nizuco case. Or a Zenit suitcase. Yeah. I mean, a lot of people said Nerudo, Demon Slayer. I did see some, was a spy family?
Starting point is 00:25:01 Is that what it's called? Spy family is the new one that's coming out. Oh, Bleach would be cool. Bleach would be cool. I would like that. Did see a lot of Dragon. ball as well. I would love an Anya.
Starting point is 00:25:14 Oh no, a Lloyd and a Lloyd in your case where it's like one side is Lloyd and the other side is your and in the middle is Anya, that would be, that would be sick. Right. How about an Avatar, the last Airbender case? Honestly, I would kill for an Avatar. I would kill for an Avatar case.
Starting point is 00:25:32 Actually, that'd be a perfect puck. That would be, actually. Actually, Avatar isn't, I think it's technically not an anime. Because I think anime is mainly in Japan, like anime's mainly Japan. And a lot of the studio was in Korea when they made it. So I think it's technically not an anime, technically. Those are five words. Hunter Hunter Case would be sick too.
Starting point is 00:26:02 Oh, yeah. That would be amazing. Oh, my gosh. Kiloa case. What about Corey in the house? Corey in the house, the best anime of all. Yeah, I know there's like a lot of controversy with Avatar, but I mean, I guess you want to get down to the official definition of what anime is. And yeah, it's not anime.
Starting point is 00:26:27 It's not made in Japan. But it's very much and like, I guess Japanese influence, right? Oh, yeah. You watch it and you're like, oh, yeah, this is anime. I don't know. I think this is kind of. being nitpicky people that argue about that stuff yeah i see uncle pickle says evangelian uh actually i will show another i'm gonna just keep showcasing mats i think i think you just
Starting point is 00:26:53 pronounced it another anime incorrectly mike is it evangelical or something like that let's look it up let's go to the board i do want to show off mats also case of this like look at the look at the color design this is for miss uh just for uncle pickles and the uh chat that asked for this look at the and this is my, this is my favorite anime of all times. This is your favorite family? Yeah, I think I talked about this on the podcast before, but when this anime came out,
Starting point is 00:27:24 I was in high school, so it was like in the 90s. And back then, you know, we didn't have like anime on Netflix, we didn't have Crunchyroll, we didn't have fun of nation, we barely had the internet. And the way that I had to watch Evangelion
Starting point is 00:27:40 was me and my friend went to Tower Records for those that I remember Tower Records they had like a magazine rack and they had like this tiny little section for like nerdy culture like video games and
Starting point is 00:27:58 you know train collecting and just like little hobbies like that and they had one book there that was focused on on anime and manga and at the at the at the at the be high i forgot the name of the magazine but um it had a page in the magazine with like ads where you can like send money to japan and like order stuff right so we literally had to uh we pulled together our money it was expensive we i think it was like it must have been
Starting point is 00:28:32 like 150 dollars or something like that back to the right yeah exactly and this was like when you know minimum wage was like $3 and I worked at a pizza place. So it was a lot of money, right? We had to pull together like $150. And then we had to go to the liquor store to get a money order made, like a Western Union money order or something like that. Oh, like a money transfer. Geez.
Starting point is 00:29:01 Yeah. And then we had to like pray to God that this money got to Japan and that whoever received this money was going to send us back. the Evangelian VHS tapes. And like, so we sent it off. And then a couple months later, it took like three, four months. We got a box in the mail with like, you know, 10 or a dozen cassette tapes of Evangelion. And, yeah, that was like we would just, you know, take turns sharing the tapes. And that was like my introduction to anime.
Starting point is 00:29:37 And I think that's part of the reason why that's always been my favorite is just because of experience of going through that whole ordeal just to just to watch an anime you know and thankfully that anime turned out to be pretty awesome i don't even remember what made us want to get that i think uh must have read like an article or something about it but eventually that anime turned out being like huge you know again it became like it became a classic so yeah yeah i wish any where those tapes were now. I have no idea where they are. But great anime.
Starting point is 00:30:14 Yeah, so Mr. Matt Lee's Evangelion build. That one is probably my favorite of his builds just because of, you know, Evangelion. And it looks awesome. I think the motherboard in that case, they just like click. I just like the color scheme too.
Starting point is 00:30:31 The color scheme's awesome. Because like a lot of times most people will have like red and black or like they'll do like some sort of blue, but this is, what, purple and green? Like, I just love that color scheme. Like, most people don't usually have this type of color scheme. It's just so nice. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:51 Cool. Yeah, Asus, ROG, Evangelion Test Type O1 motherboard. Yeah, it just looks so good. Yeah. Oh, I remember, yeah. Kewaal Tech, yeah, dude, I remember, I remember Blockbuster. I would, for some reason, whenever I went to Blockbuster, best with my family, I would always get the same movie
Starting point is 00:31:10 every single time. I don't know why. It was Power Rangers. It was the Power Rangers VHS tape. I could, I could probably. I thought you were going to call it Power Rangers. Power Ringers. But like, dude, I was addicted to Power Rangers back then.
Starting point is 00:31:30 Had so many of them. And I, every single, I don't know why. Like, I could have chosen any movie every single time. But like, no, I wanted to keep rewatching the same one every week. Why? No idea why. Okay, now look up how to pronounce Evangelion. Oh, yeah. Let's look up the thing.
Starting point is 00:31:48 All right, here we go. Pronunciation. All right, let's check it. What do you say? Is it Evangelion or Evangelion? Gellion. Evangelion. Evangelion. Okay, so it's not, it's not, so we were both wrong, actually.
Starting point is 00:32:09 it's get leon i think the the topic we're debating is the gay or the g true yeah it's definitely not evangelian but evangelian
Starting point is 00:32:25 interesting that's weird i don't even i don't know how i feel about that honestly whole life has been a lie i haven't watched evangelian i think it's on netflix right i think so
Starting point is 00:32:39 Let me check. I think someone told me that they don't have the theme song for it, which, in my opinion, kind of made the show, like, not, they didn't make the show like or the anime what it is, but it definitely contributed to making it like an experience because I love that. I love that song, you know, the old Frank Sinatra song. I'm sure. I'm sure someone before Frank Sinatra. must have saying that is it
Starting point is 00:33:19 opening or a closer fly me to the moon oh oh that's okay I don't think we can I don't know if we were allowed to play that I'll sing it I'll sing it like Frank
Starting point is 00:33:31 yeah sing it sing it just give me a karaoke version right now right here right now all right fly me to the moon let me play up there with stars
Starting point is 00:33:43 let me see what spring is is like on Jupiter and Mars. Hopefully we don't get DMCA for that because it's so close to Frank Sinatra's version. You actually have a pretty decent voice, Ivan. Have a pretty good voice. Round of applause, everyone.
Starting point is 00:34:01 Give Ivan a round applause. But yeah, that song's awesome. I heard that they don't have it on the Netflix adaptation, which stinks, but it is what it is. All right. So we're coming close to the end of the show, guys. We're keeping making it short today, so you guys don't have to stick around long for the secret word, which once again, the secret word will give you 500 extra bonus entries on our Signal Capture Card giveaway at NZXT.com slash signal giveaway.
Starting point is 00:34:40 But before we wrap it up and get into the announcements and all that stuff, we do want to answer some of your community questions. So if you guys want to ask us anything, now is the time to drop them in chat, and Mike and I will answer them. We already have a few questions here that we pulled from the chat. So we'll just go down this list while you guys ask. The first one is from Vincent Thunder. They say, hi-high in ZXT, looking to upgrade N450. That's the Noctus 450. That's code for Noctus.
Starting point is 00:35:13 I have two 240 radiators, what case is great for that, and the answer for that would be our new H7, which supports up to 360 on front and top. It's also, for those that don't know, the Noctus 450, it's actually the same chassis as the H440. It just has like the edge panels on top of it. So it's very similar. to the H7.
Starting point is 00:35:45 It's the closest thing we have to the H7. So if you're going from a NACUS 450, you won't regret the H7. It's also, the other cool thing about the H7, it's available in a base model, which has a close front panel, airflow model with a perforated panel,
Starting point is 00:36:03 or an elite model, which allows you to have fancy RGB lights and all that stuff. Definitely check out the H7. I have this one. Isoliet is asked, I'm interested in streaming, but I use Raycon ear headphones, the Bluetooth Raycones, I assume, which has still be able to hear what you hear with the capture card. So most likely not.
Starting point is 00:36:28 There is, for console specifically, there is no real way to capture Bluetooth mic and headset without some sort of software. There probably is some sort of software out there. I'm not too sure on that. But with the actual chat cable, you probably can't because that one actually requires an actual plug-in-play headset. Yeah. You need a 3.5 millimeter adapter. So there are some sort of software out there.
Starting point is 00:36:53 Yeah, Raycom does have headphones like that. It's just, I don't know which particular model you have. I'm pretty sure it's going to be the Bluetooth earbud one if you have that. But if you have the Bluetooth one, you may need to use a software. Like, I think on your PC, there is a thing called voice meter banana. you can try doing it that way. It just may be a little bit more complicated just because Bluetooth makes it a little janky.
Starting point is 00:37:16 I'm going to start calling you that. That's a good nickname for you. What? Voice meter banana. Voice meter banana. Yeah. Out of the Bluetooth headphones, yeah. All right.
Starting point is 00:37:30 Next question from Uncle Pickles, 97. Do you think you'll do more anime collaborations in the near future? So like everything, we can never confirm or deny like what we are or are not working on. All I can say is that we are always working on something new, always trying to improve our products, always listening to community feedback and trying to make the next round of products in a way that addresses concerns, make things better, things like that. And like, I'm not a gambling man, but if I were, I would definitely put money on us making more anime cases. I mean, we've already done two and, you know, the community really likes them.
Starting point is 00:38:19 So I don't see why we wouldn't, you know. It's just a matter of, I guess, it's not up to me or Mike because we're not on the licensing team, but it's up to them to figure out, like, which one we want to do. but even though me and Mike are not of the licensing team we always pass along feedback and let people know like hey everyone is asking for a
Starting point is 00:38:43 Evangelian case or everyone's asking for you know Naruto or whatever so just let us on social and we'll pass along the feedback I just want people also know that it takes a while for us to work with these
Starting point is 00:38:58 that's the only issues that it's not just like we can't just make a case and sell it there's legal issues you have to go through, basically IP or intellectual property. So we can't just make a case and just sell it. We have to go through the actual company, go back and forth, work with design, do a bunch of stuff with it, actually produce these things, go through different rounds. There's a lot of work that goes into these things. So I wish that these things could take like a week to do. But just be able to just know that if we're going to be working on something, it's going to take a while to do.
Starting point is 00:39:30 but honestly I would love to see some awesome things and we know there's not just maybe we can not just limit ourselves to just anime maybe we can go down the road to other different types of designs but that depends on the company and if you guys actually want it so if you guys do please just be like hey I want to see this just tag us on Twitter we can easily send it over to the product team just to get them eyes on it yeah and
Starting point is 00:39:54 we are very active on Twitter like I know a lot of people say you know, tag us on social and we'll respond or whatever, but we actually do that. Me and Mike love doing that. And we love sharing the feedback, though.
Starting point is 00:40:09 We are sincere when we say, let us know on social, and we will pass along that feedback. Don't be shy. Definitely. Next question is directed towards me from Mr. Matt Lee. He wants to know,
Starting point is 00:40:27 how are you finding the Sony MDR-7506, 7506 headphones That's a great question Unfortunately I don't know how to answer Because these are Audio Technica A-TH-M-20X God I hate I hate how all these like
Starting point is 00:40:44 Products have like But like I have I have Sony's on my thing And these are the Sony XM-4 XM-4s I think But like there's so many names Especially Sony has a bunch of names Where it's just like
Starting point is 00:40:59 This is this A-M-D-Dash 5, 8, 4, 2, 420. You know, it's just like, oh, my God, there's so many numbers and names. Yeah. But these headphones, I do like. I do recommend. I don't know how much they cost or anything like that. But when we built out the podcast studio,
Starting point is 00:41:17 these are the headsets that we ordered. We just ordered four of them, along with four audio technical mics. I don't use audio technical mic anymore because we have our own mic now, the capsule. So I do recommend. the auto technicas, they are pretty good. Sossi Kevin asked, I have a question. Have y'all thought about creating RAM sticks?
Starting point is 00:41:41 I think we have. Honestly, I don't have any confirmation on if we are actually working on them or not. But it would be cool to have like a full NZXT setup, like full NZXT, GPU, RAM motherboard. But there's just a lot of stuff that we had to go through to actually make these things. If it were up to me, we would do it and call them go. goat sticks. Goat sticks. Oh, for RAM?
Starting point is 00:42:08 Yeah. Go? Okay. Okay. Okay. I got you. I was like, oh, what? Why is it?
Starting point is 00:42:14 Oh. Even with our mouse, I actually told the product team, have we considered calling it rat? And they just told me to shut up, basically. Honestly, I wish we went with like the full animal names. Like, we have the Kraken. I wish we just did everything was just like an animal name or like a myth creature or something like that. That would be so fun.
Starting point is 00:42:34 Like I love the, I love the name, the name, like the coming up with cool name for stuff. But I'm sure there's a reason why we didn't, you know, we didn't call it the rat. Instead of the lift, the rat, the keyboard. I don't even know what would do. And then we call the mouse pad, the rat pad. Actually, I thought there was a, isn't there a company that uses the rat? Yeah, I think, um. Mad Cats. I think Mad Cats came out with a, like a...
Starting point is 00:43:12 Yeah, Mad Cats. ...roller or something long time ago. Dang. Rest and peace the rat. Oh yeah, R-A-T. right here. Yep. R-A-T. Mice. Dang. Could have been, Ivan. We could have had it.
Starting point is 00:43:25 Yeah, maybe one day when we start our own company, we can use their stupid names. Oh, I like what SSJ Bart said. Like if we had a Hydra, Cerberus, you know, like mythological creatures. That would be cool. I think that's cool. I would love to have like a Cerberus and my-like, that sounds so cool. Lyft. Like, yeah, that's okay, I get it.
Starting point is 00:43:45 It makes sense. It's practical. I would love to have a line just mythological creatures. That would be so cool. Cracket, Griffin, you know, whether mythological creatures are there. Mermaids. Phoenix. Phoenix.
Starting point is 00:44:01 Ooh, Phoenix would be fun. Yeah, that would be cool. Minotaur, Hydra. Oh, Hydra Ram. Oh, that would actually be kind of cool. Instead of RAM, it's Hydra. That would be kind of cool. My favorite mythical creature is low gas prices.
Starting point is 00:44:17 Oh, I wish so, too. Well, sadly, that's why it's a myth. I had to fill up gas before I came into the office today. And I was just like looking at the number going up and up and up and up and up and up. And it was not stopping. and I was like, man, this is like, it's to the point where like I'm probably going to bring my scooter back out, man,
Starting point is 00:44:41 because it's just too much. Yeah. It's a lot of money going to get into the gas tank right now. Ooh, I like some of these actually. Cyclops for single fan AIO or like a webcam. That'd be cool. Oh, I like that actually. That's a good one.
Starting point is 00:44:58 All right. You're still doing that one. Bring these ideas to us. Awesome, man. We'll send it over to product team. Honestly, I would love the photo team to do this mythological creature thing. That'd be so cool. Mike, get me shit on the phone. I have to tell him about Cyclops right away.
Starting point is 00:45:15 Mr. Batley has another question. He's asking, will NZXT chairs ever come to market? I mean, that's some bottom hugger. So I am actually sitting on an NZXT chair. We didn't make it. We just teamed up with Vertigier a couple years ago. to make these purple chairs.
Starting point is 00:45:36 I don't know if NZT will ever make our own, but I feel like why not? It would be cool to make a gaming chair. I don't know how. Maybe we could make ours with like square wheels in the shape of a puck. Square wheels. So every time you want to boo back,
Starting point is 00:45:57 you're like, do, do, that sounds like. Puck says wheels. There you go. Oh my God, that sounds awful. NZXT flare. Any time you want to move, you're just bouncing up and down. Bottom hugger is a good name for a chair.
Starting point is 00:46:13 Maybe call it that. Bottom hugger. Marek 140902 is asking, is it just me or does the hashtag NZXT signal not working? And it's just you because I just looked up gleam and there are people who have entered using that hashtag. Sometimes Gleam is a little finicky, so just give us some time, refresh,
Starting point is 00:46:42 walk away, come back, and it might work. If it doesn't, unfortunately, there's just nothing we can do to fix it, but Gleam does have very good customer service. A lot of times people will tag us on social and they'll say something very similar, and I'll just reply and tag Gleam and say like, oh, don't worry, Glean can help you.
Starting point is 00:47:02 And then the Glean team, like, they'll respond right away. They're like, oh, you know, don't worry, we'll fix it for you. And like, they'll even manually go in there and create it. They're very helpful. So just give it a few moments. If it doesn't work, contact Gleam. They should be able to help. And just like Kaiser said, this thing is still going off.
Starting point is 00:47:28 for a week it's not like you have to do it now you have a week before the giveaway ends so don't worry you have time just like I said give it a rest log out log in like no rest for the wicked said but yeah just give it some time you got a whole week don't worry too much about it if you still have any issues just contact glean should be easy yeah I'm gonna drop in the glean contact form there in the chat perfect perfect perfect uh does the ncxt t signal hashtag ncccccc no tweet need to contain nope just just a fun yeah uh yeah if if you have if you have a video that would be great but this one should be a memory that you wish you captured so it's funny because mike actually asking that same question we're setting this up and i thought about it and
Starting point is 00:48:15 i was like well no it probably shouldn't require video or picture because the whole point of getting the capture card is for people that don't have someone yeah people that don't have one right so if you didn't capture that moment and you wish you would have then just tell us about it Yeah, yeah. So it literally is just a tweet, super easy. And you don't have to do it, but it does get you a lot of entry. So I would recommend doing it because it, you know, more chances to enter. Yeah, and make sure to use the hashtag.
Starting point is 00:48:44 Yes, that is how we're going to find your post. So please make sure to use the hashtag if you do post. Because if you don't do it, we won't be able to find the post. So make sure to do the hashtag. Yep. I think that's it Do you have any other things, Ivan? No, just
Starting point is 00:49:06 Let's get into your announcements and give out this secret word. All right, all right. All right, so announcements. Starting point is 00:53:40 And then the grand prize, which is everything like that and the PC as well. Super cool. Um, let's see. And then, oh, right. And as we said, we are doing this new capture card. uh giveaway right now if you basically will go ahead drop the link for the oh yeah there is nzxtt.co slash signal giveaway uh we are doing a now uh giveaway for either a 4k 30 or an hdd 60 um all you have to do is basically due to gleam entry but if you want some extra giveaway entries go ahead and basically

It could be a funny moment, an awesome clip you did, or just overall, just a good time with your friends. Go ahead and just send us a tweet or a post about that using the hashtag. Please use a hashtag if you guys do. No image or video required. No image, no video required.
Starting point is 00:54:44 I should probably edit the gleam to mention that because people are, keep asking. Yes, yes, yes. Do we want to give the... You forgot the most important part. Yeah, do you want to give the secret code? No, let's just call it a day. Yeah, you know, we'll just, we're just not going to get, you know, thanks, thanks, thanks guys for us allowing, you know, what's the hashtag? Oh, it's hashtag NZXT signal.
Starting point is 00:55:11 I'll put us in the chat, NZXT, sig. That's what it's a hashtag. All right. Do you want to tell them the secret word or should I? Go ahead, Ivan. You made this one. All right. So for those of you who stayed tuned in to the.
Starting point is 00:55:25 podcast and want to get the additional bonus 500 entries and exponentially increase your chances of winning an N-Z-T-S-S-T-S-Signal capture card. The secret word is no-cap.
Starting point is 00:55:41 No-C-A-P. All one word, no-cap. Oh, we should have changed it to rat. That would funny. N-Z-T-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-A. No rap. No-R-R-R-B. But yes, no-C-A-P, no spaces.
Starting point is 00:55:53 That is the code for those that are listening um basically go ahead and type that in you get 500 bonus entries which i think the other ones is like a hundred 50 150 stuff like they're 10 20 stuff like that it's this is 500 bonus entries just typing in this code this is for this is thank you guys for watching the podcast and listening in so twice as many entries than uh telling us about your favorite gaming moment yeah and all you have to do is just you just have to listen and then just do it or if you're watching after all you had to do it just find us after, which is easy.
Starting point is 00:56:27 I don't think about doing any fun treasure hunt contests. That would be fun. Definitely not out of the realm. Maybe we'll think about doing some sort of treasure hunt down the road. You know, maybe when Easter comes around, we'll do a treasure hunt. That'd be kind of cool. You guys, sorry, we cannot find any media tag, hashtag NCT NCT signal. You have to make the post.
Starting point is 00:56:46 Sometimes gleam could be a little finicky. I think just because we have a bunch of people logging in and maybe causing some issues. Just give it a little bit. Log out, log in, clear your browser. history, clear cash, cookies, stuff like that. Just wait a little bit. You guys have a whole week, so don't feel like you have to do it today.

We'll keep an eye on for them. Yeah, see, some people are having. So it may just be just a bunch of people having issues. That's it.
Starting point is 00:57:22 That's it. All right. Let me go ahead and go to the outro. Yeah. So thanks everyone for tuning. in and for listening to my anime story. Yeah. Yeah.
