Hello, everyone, and welcome to episode 146 of the NZC podcast, the official podcast of the NXT community. I'm always happy to be here on podcast day with you.

extra super excited about today's episode in particular because we're doing something a little bit different. Do you want to explain what we're doing? Yeah, so usually before the podcast, we just either do Q&A or we have a guest, but today we are actually going to be rating your setups today. So I'm actually very excited to see your guys' setups. And from there, Ivan and I will basically choose some winners

for some swag packs. So please, if you guys want to see, get some ideas for your setups. or have your own set of rated. He's an eye out. And yesterday we made a call to action on Twitter asking people to share their setups with us. And I believe we have over 600 submissions. So I don't think we're going to get through all 600 today.

But we're going to get through as many as we can. And then at the end of the show, Mike and I are going to let everyone know what our favorites are. And then we're going to put those names in a bucket it and draw the three names at random and give away some goodies. So let's get it to it. Let's read some setups. You and I are the official setup readers at NZXT.

I think, you know, I do think you and I probably see more setups than anyone. Oh, yeah. To be honest, because we're on social media all day long. I guess I mean, I don't know what that makes us experts or not, but we do see a lot of setups. So we will let people know what we think as we're scrolling. You know, it is honestly one of my favorite things on social media, apart from just talking to people, is seeing all the cool stuff that people do, not just with our product, but just gaming setups in general, you know, whether it's a computer or a console or even like a mobile. I've seen some pretty cool mobile phone setups, believe it or not.

So let's get into it. Mike, let's start writing some setups and see what we got. Yes, and I also want to preface that those that are listening to on our podcast. on other platforms. It may be a little bit difficult because we will be visually looking at other setups. So if you guys are listening to other ones,

We'll definitely keep an eye out for that. All right. So this is the tweet. So we had a literal, please reply with your picture of gaming setups. so if we're right on tomorrow's podcast, you might win a prize that we feature on stream. We were expecting maybe like 100, maybe 200 submissions. We ended up with almost 600 submissions.

So we will be doing this in a way so that we don't spend like three hours. Also for the setups, we're not going to be like super critical or anything like that Because, you know, there are people that have a lot more funds to have an amazing setup. For those that, you know, like, I was a couple years ago was just all you have is one monitor and PC. That's all you really need. We're not going to be, like, hypercritical that. We're not going to be, like, making fun of you for that. So just want to let you guys know.

We should probably show people our setups before we start reviewing. So we see what we got. I have no idea because I can't move my camera from here. But I can't, my, my, honestly, I'm kind of. and glad though because my desk is a absolute mess they're just like so much stuff on it right now but I made it's an IKEA setup so I got the Calbee countertop the Alex drawers and then

three monitors. Let me show my I can move my camera I'll show my camera I'll show you go all right let's show Ivan's real quick so this is the podcast studio at NZXT headquarters here you see my all my mugs soundproof wall etc over here I got my My mic, my Xbox 360 wired controller, which is still my favorite controller of all time.

My VIX VAPO inhaler because I'm always sick. My Pucci key cap on my function keyboard. That's with it here. I got my PC going here. Got my, I got three monitors here. my poster up here. I want to believe. Yeah.

I also got a fan on the floor because it does get toasty in here. Believe it or so. There's no, the airflow in this room is not great. It's, uh, it's some, some have compared it to a old NZXT case. I like it.

Uh, I wish I could show my setup, but my camera is basically stuck onto my monitor, but, you know, well, I'll show a picture of it later may i'll take a picture and show it but let's go ahead and get started with seeing some ones so what i chose for the first one is actually not much of a rating but the uh creator actually asks what case needs to go on this desk so actually in general i'm not saying just a case but looking at this this is actually kind of like a pretty standard setup for most people uh you know just simple monitors maybe a pc right here but i do have to admit that this

desk is huge. You see how long that is? Yeah. But see, like, the thing I like about this setup is, I love an empty desk because I like writing by hand a lot. So to me, when I see this setup, yes, it does look a lot like it's like really empty. But at the same time, it gives you a lot more space to either, you know, write in a notebook, maybe even eat while you're watching some YouTube videos during your break and whatnot.

And I can't tell, but it looks like it's also under a stairwell. I think, I don't know. I wish I could see the full picture here, but I do like the fact that it's like, I think it's under a stair a stairwell, which if it is, it's pretty cool. And then it has the famous IKEA tabletop with the two cabinets on the side, which you can never have too much storage. in my opinion when it comes to your game setup because you got to throw in your controllers,

your snacks, your, whatever in those drawers, right? I agree. Yeah, that's funny you picked this one because I literally just replied to them before the podcast. I told them I just picked their favorite case. I like it.

So yeah, I actually, I would probably, for a beginner's like setup with getting everything started, I probably give this like a good, probably a good six or seven just to start for starting off. And once you get like a, you know, PC and like other things, probably get easily get to 7-8. Yeah, I like the keyboard. I also like what immortalism said.

Sorry, not mortalism. Mythic said it looks simplistic, which I like. Yeah, it is. All right. This is from our own jewels, actually. This is from our own jewels. Honestly, I actually, I'm actually kind of jealous that this is Jules is set up. This is our co-worker, uh, Jules.

And I love that he has a cyberpunk, uh, wallpaper. Amazing. By the way, everyone should watch the cyberpunk anime. It is so good. The, my only complaint about your setup, Jules, is, I feel like the, the, the, the mouse needs a little bit more space. It's, it seems like it's a little, little cramped there.

I don't know. I'm, I'm, it's not that I move my, my, my, my, mouse that much, but it just looks like it's a little cramped. I could be wrong, could just be an illusion. But now, like, Julesa setup is nice. He's got, not only does he have his monitors all lined up perfectly on the arms, cable management looks pretty clean, but he also has his stream deck, good position.

He has the switch at arms length so he can play some video games while he's answering some customer service calls. Not that he does that. he's got the big poochie keycap I don't know what it does but he made a 3D printed big poochie key cap for some reason and I think every time he

smacks it like an angel gets its wings or something like that so yeah the other cool thing to is you know I I've given people a lot of grief in the past for not putting their PC on the desk because I always tell people it's called a desktop

not a desk bottom and whatever but this is an exactly exactly the reason why is because I feel like if you're going to have a computer with a giant window, like the reason for that is so you can look inside of it. And Jules did a great job putting this PC, like, you know, did angled it just perfect so he can use it and look at it at the same time and enjoy the fancy lights and whatnot. And yeah, I would give this, I would give this setup an 8 out of 10. Yeah, I agree with the 8 out of 10. The only two things that I don't like

is that, like you said, about the mouse thing. Also, there is no mouse pad. That's the only issue I have with it. You know what he needs? He needs an N-S-T extra-large mouse pad that kind of just covered this entire thing. He'll probably have a trackball mouse. Oh, I actually have a friend that uses the trackball mouse.

He's actually pretty good. He plays CSGO. He's actually pretty decent. Nice. Let's see some people saying that they like a 60-1. percent keyboard. Honestly, I actually have a full-sized keyboard right here.

Actually have a full-sized right here. I actually tend to like full-size more because I use the number pad a lot. But I do see the 60% as like more aesthetically pleasing because it's smaller. Yeah. All right. Not bad, Jules.

Well done. This is from Grismain. This one looks super cool. I hope this is a BB gun. It's interesting that he has his headphones here connected to, it looks like the keyboard. I don't think, I don't know if it's just a super long chord that goes to the actual thing,

but GoPro mount, I like the huge monitor up here. Like, I really like, it's basically a TV up there. That's actually my next thing. I have three monitors right now. I would love one up here that I can just like,

put like some sort of videos on. This is definitely a comfy setup. And it looks like it's not just for gaming, but also just chill in there, putting your feet up on that stool, watching some anime, that big screen up top. Maybe even doing some Zoom calls because I do see, they have, you know, that light ring,

a nice webcam, the boom arm with the nice mic and all that. I'm not a huge fan to be. be honest of the glass desktop, but only reason is just because you get, I know I have kids so kids touch everything and I can just imagine

cleaning fingerprints on this thing all day long. The other thing that I don't necessarily like that much is, can you go to the first picture? You can see a little bit better. I always think it looks weird when you have the the computer like on a it looks like it's like apart from the desk I don't know is it like

actually on the desk or is like on the little shelf or something no it's on it's on a desk okay it's on the desk I have nothing to complain about no it's an awesome setup man I think it's a a cooler bastard case too which looks pretty cool up there yeah I would give this I would give this a nine out of ten you know pretty pretty comfy setup I get this a good uh I get this a good uh I get this good seven out of ten I do like how everything looks with like the whole setup

but uh yeah like what mythic says the glass I'm a little scared I you know there are times when I'm playing you know Eldering and I get a little mad and I slam my desk so that's the only thing I'm absolutely worried about I was actually going like this and then like just shattering it because then everything else shatters with it Just throwing your controller on there.

Yeah, it just like, ah, it just shatters everything. You know, all you need is just one little sharp edge in that entire thing. I don't know how strong this glass is. It looks tempered, but I just get scared with glass in general. But honestly, this is, I really like the, this is what a lot of people also need. They need to have some sort of footstool for their feet because sitting like this, you tend to slouch in the end, but having a footstall actually keeps you upright. So please start looking into getting stuff like that.

Yeah. So well done. I'm going to give it. Actually, you know what? I'm going to give us an 8. Actually, I'm going to give us a little. I was thinking about the glass. Like glass is like a little scary for me.

But after looking at it, I'm like, no, my, they, day, it looks good. Yeah. It's a really nice setup. Only Chad slammed a controller. This is from its hexacle. This was this one I saw and I really love the aesthetic of this. One, this IKEA of, um, one. this IKEA

like board I actually want to get for my own room soon it's so cool to like do it like to basically just you just put like a bunch of like little hooks in it and basically holds everything this is like my type

of setup where it's the desk is relatively clean but then you have like a bunch of stuff around it to kind of help fill it you got the funcle pops up here you got oh is that a portal gun I think so yeah okay

this is like I didn't even realize the setup here right next to chippy for the yep I see a little chippy right there I have chippy in my thing right now too wait that portugone is so cool what the hell yeah this this setup this reminds me of like

pretty much all the you know popular like Instagram and TikTok setups that you see from like for example like P&W Tech always does like a good job showing like his room and like how the lighting's all perfect. Yeah,

keyboards lined up and everything. It definitely looks like something out of a photo shoot. Very clean. I love, love, love the plants because, you know, I feel like when you're on the computer all day, you need to kind of remember that you're... I get to touch grass and go outside, right? It's cool.

It's a vibe. I like it. I would give this one also a... I think a nine out of ten, man. I would give it us a nine easily. What I also like is that each of these little things is all key caps. Because it looks like they have like three keyboards right here, and all of these have little key caps in it.

So that's... That's a good point because on the left side, they're right underneath that little keyboard wall. You can tell that's probably a little workstation for them to build keyboards. Yeah. I'm so really, really, really like those speakers. Yeah, this is a very aesthetically pleasing one. Like, this is, this is something that I would try to strive for.

It looks like they even have sound panels right here too. Yeah. He got two setups. They got the road mic with the arm. Beautiful. I also really like how the desk completely clean. The only thing on it is like things that they need. Like that.

Steam deck right in the middle. well. Mm-hmm. So, nine out of ten, honestly. What kind of case is that? I do not know what type of case is. I see that we have an N-S-C cooler. I don't know what type of case this is.

Maybe a fractal or cooler master? Not sure. It's a pretty cool case. It looks very compact. Yeah. I really like the setup. Okay, yeah, this is definitely a nine out of ten. Well done.

Yeah. And also another thing that kind of stands out to me is, the walls and ceiling have the same popcorn pattern. Did you notice that? Kind of makes you feel like you're inside a cloud or something. God, I wonder how much the set costs. At least $1 for sure. At least $1.

Maybe $2. So well done. It sounds cool. So far, probably my favorite setup so far. Not a bad choice. From Nabi. I wanted to choose this one because it's the anime art. style.

I already know people are going to hate on this one. I like it because one has that looks like they're a big demon slayer, big, big demon slayer fan right here. Got all these, oh, Kiloa, 800, Hunter, got My Hero Academia, got a bunch of Jujikaisen, all these things. Nice little NZXT case. Love that. The keyboard, that's, yeah, C-990s, I was, that was my next thing.

was the keyboard looks absolutely awesome. Like, I love the color scheme here. It looks like this is a, um, what do you call those? Is it 60%? 60% keyboards because, yeah, everything's all confined. A mouse, I love wireless mice. I was such a big, I was such against for a long time because I thought about like the battery life and everything, but then I learned that, or the input and everything like

that, but then I learned that wireless mice are actually tend to be better than regular mice, like wired mice. All right, I'm going to tell you what I like about this setup and what I don't like about this set up. Actually, I'll tell you what I love about it. So what I love about it is I am a huge fan of stickers. As you can see, I have this whole computer case covering of stickers, this whole wall or this door is like half covered in stickers.

I love stickers because I feel like it's the easiest way to just add your personality to your everyday life, right? And if you're going to be using your computer every day and you're a fan of anime or whatever, you know, what better way to showcase your personality than just plaster you a bunch of cool stickers on your PC, right? So I love that. And I also love the anime RR work on the wall, the cat mask. Awesome. I love the little chotchkes and funco pops and things lined up around the desk.

What I don't like about it is I do think this desk is too small. it looks like the computer case takes up like a third of the desk it seems almost so it does seem like it could get a little cramped in there this might be one of those rare occasions where I would actually consider putting the PC on the floor just so I can get that extra desk space

but not a deal breaker if you know if if this is your gaming space and this is all you got then it is what is not a big deal. I also see My Hero Academia figuring there in the right corner, so bonus points for that. There's a My Hero Academia stuff over here. We got all mine over here.

What I actually, what I like about this, because it is small, is you're utilizing the entire space. That I know is the desk is probably the most they can use just for their actual setup because, you know, they don't have a bigger desk. So honestly, I actually like how they utilize the space perfectly. honestly. So honestly, I give us a good, I guess a good seven out of ten. I gave it a seven out of ten as well. Yeah, like, with what you had to use,

you know, with the space seat, well done, well done. If you had like a bigger desk, I can assume that all this would kind of be more spread out and give you more room, but with working what you got, well done. Also, also,

I also like that they have the flowers there. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I'm a big fan of flowers. implants. Ooh, I didn't realize that this is the LED thing. That's pretty cool. Oh, yeah.

Well done. Well done. All right, guys, I got the best setup. I think this is the absolute best setup ever. If you guys are looking for any inspiration, I think this is the time to look. This is it. Ready? Let's see.

how did y'all get a picture of me hey hey hey let's go on to the actual one that I love rocking that 3090 I love me some Marvel

everything custom built desk backdrop everything is custom in this thing so first of all pc obviously a big marvel person i like that he has even has the infinity stones right here um got the iron man looks like uh looks like a iron man giff with a crack in on it i absolutely like this look at this so this is i assume this is the camera so this is the backdrop look at how many marvel figurines there are.

The little Funko Pop, all these, I think, I assume almost every single one of these is Funkopops, right? Yeah. Look how many, look how many Thanos they have. There's like at least 10. I see these guys right here. See the gauntlet. Oh, it looks like there's Iron Man's Gauntlet and Finney Gauntlet. Like, I just wanted to show this because this is an insane, like, look at all this back here.

That's for the actual setup itself. what do you say, Gavin? So what I love about it is that you can clearly tell this person is passionate about Marvel

and it shows they have like all these figurine stuff and it looks cool I think they did a really good job displaying it I also think that you know

they have a really like a lot of really good nice gear you know they have the tablet there on the left, they have the stream deck, they have an headphone amp, they have the light ring,

they have the tripod with two cameras. You can tell this person probably does maybe YouTube unboxings or something of Funk Copps, I don't know. So I think the way this is set up, it's very professional, honestly, for what it is. You can tell, like, you probably do unboxing videos or something. My only gripe

with this is that, if this was my daily workstation I would probably become claustrophobics I feel like these like funco pops are falling over me because there's just so many of them I mean it's like

the whole wall is covered in funco pops not that it's a bad thing it's just probably the only thing where I'm like you know I would probably be worried about bumping into the van having to pull these things back up but man like you can tell this person like I said loves Marvel

and they probably go on YouTube and make videos about this stuff so I would give the setup this setup, it was a tough one you know what, I'm going to give this setup a 9 out of 10 simply because I can tell they put their heart and soul into it

you know, like this is a really really nice setup that you know, it does display their passion it comes through I think I was going to agree with that. I as much as like I do feel like it's a very cramped right around here with everything with the mice the keyboard by the way keyboard fantastic keyboard I just want to throw out I love the LEDs in the color scheme um the stream sub it looks great yeah I just I agree that I just be afraid to like move back or something like that or actually hit the wall and everything falls down but I agree with Ivan that the passion you know there are very few people in this world that know what they love that know what they love that know what they love that they love that they love that they love. like they know what they love and they are passionate about that there are very few people in that world that actually are like that and they pursue that passion and obviously this person is a very

big model person so i have to give us a nine out of ten as well yeah then i guess another thing i just realized too is um you're gonna have to dust these things because it's probably going to collect a lot lot of dust so maybe it has like a little or they have a little um a little brush that they just go through and dust every little funkal pop before they go live, I don't know, but yeah, cool setup. Yeah, I agree. It's the cleaning, I mean, it's worth it to have this type of style, but yes, cleaning it may be a pain in the butt. But, well done, well done. I would love it if they had just one random DC funco pop in the... Just like a random Batman in the corner, like right here, just like peeking out. It looks very not all the other ones. That'd be hilarious.

I like that. Oh, yeah. I don't see there's Stanley right here. Where? Right here. Oh, that's cool. Yeah. And obviously there is the stormbreaker right here. The stormbreaker is actually really sick and Mjolnier.

So, I mean, I'm a big Marvel person too, but like having actual stormbreaker that looks like it's an actual life-size thing. It's pretty awesome. Like, if I walked into this room, the first thing I would do is put on these gloves. Yeah, I would definitely want to wear these gloves 100%. Like, have the Iron Man hand in one and then the Bano. glove and the other. I love it. All right.

Yeah, I got to get it's a 9 of 10. Yeah. So this one I want to bring up a little bit. It looks like a lot of people in the chat are like in kind of like a more minimalist or like more functionality type of a PC setup. So I have this one from, oh sorry, fried, Eboo, Ebi Fjurr. I'm sorry, I'm so awful with names, but I love this setup in general. First of all, I love that they have like an NZC setup with the Cracken Z right here,

NST case. But I like this. Nice GPU support right there. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. I just, I just, I like what they did with giving themselves storage. Like, I like how to give themselves. You know, like I said, with whatever space you've got to use,

but they utilize the storage and capabilities of it. So, you know, they lifted this up. And it looks like there's even charging ports right here, so you can have stuff underneath. You got all these. That Kia, again, the IKEA board right here so you can hang up a bunch of stuff. N-Z-X-T.

Hey, look at this. N-ZX-T. Puck, stickers, everything. Yeah. So my favorite part about this setup is, you see how on the mouse, the mouse cable is being suspended or bungeied on a puck.

And that's because I love the puck and I love it when I see people use the puck in unique ways. Like, for example, like, I have my puck down here holding this headphone cable down here. It's not on my computer case or nothing. It's literally on my desk. And whenever I see someone using the puck

in a different way that, you know, it's advertised or intended to be used or whatever, it always stands out to me. And it looks like they have three or four pucks. So they must be a fan of the puck. like me. The other thing I like about it is that even though it's a small space, I don't know what it is. It doesn't seem cluttered to me.

And I think it may be just because it's white with like a little bit of color pop. You know, it's not like, you know, it's not like a bunch of different colors or anything. It's literally like mostly white. So I would say it's probably 90% white and like 10% purple. So it balances out very nicely. It doesn't feel very cluttered even though, like I said, it probably is a very confined space. It also looks like they have everything they need, right? Their arm's reach, you know, got their stream deck.

They got their tablet. They got their headphone amp. They got their switch. They got the capture card. They got everything they need right in front of them. this to me is like very functional and it's a very nice setup I would give this one

you know I'm gonna give it an 8 out of 10 I was gonna give an 8 out of 10 as well and I agree like you said even though there's like a lot of stuff going on it doesn't feel cluttered like I'm actually very sorry like I have a huge desk

like I have a desk that like it's bigger to my own like arm span and it feels cluttered this person has a PC setup that's like half the size of my desk and it's like actually well done with storage so I gotta give you I gotta give you props

so like I also I also like that instead of having like you know 10 little like plushies on their desk they just said like I'm just gonna get a giant plushy I'm a cat sitting I really like this because this actually makes you laugh

the PlayStation I also like the color scheme the white and purple and just sticking with a white and purple setup 10 out 10 oh also looks like a Marine. Thank you for your service. How do you, how do you know that? Oh, right here. Oh, I had that.

Yeah, right here. So thank you for your service. So honestly, I actually may make this one of my top three. Honestly, Ivan. It's, it's, it's, it's, it looks very, very functional. Yeah. You know, and pretty, you know, but this is not like, pretty to the point where it's like fake. You know, sometimes you see a setup and you're like, there's no way this setup is actually like real life because it's just two.

perfect. No, this one's not perfect, but at the same time, it's, it's functional. You can tell, like, whoever sits in this chair, they get stuff done, whether it's gaming or working or whatever. Like, you can tell, like, they put the setup to good use. I agree. All right, so I got two more coming in. I guess I have to show this off, which is from Roby Tech. Oh, yeah.

We got to show you guys this. You know, in here as fun as this. Did you guys see this? It looks like it's a haptic feedback setup with the actual thing, the actual chair moves with it. I thought PC building was expensive. I would love to have something like this in my house, but if I did, I probably would never leave my home.

Exactly. Like, it just looks so fun. Just sitting in the chair and driving a car and the chair is moving. Yeah, this must, I mean, I don't know I don't know how much it's set up like this cost. I'm guessing, I mean, I'm going to guess this thing is like $10,000.

Oh, I don't know. How much is a haptic feedback driving PC? I mean, I'm just throwing a random thing out there. I mean, the monitors alone, you're looking at a couple of Gs just for the price. Probably, it's at minimum 10,000,

probably a lot more, to be honest. Yeah, this is, yeah, easily, I'm sitting around like 5 to 10K just from this, like, look at, that one, the PC setup, the triple monitors, and then the actual, like, thing itself, like, this is, I just want to show this off. 99% of us won't ever have this type of setup. I won't ever have this type of set up, but pretty dope, pretty awesome. I just want to show it off. It's definitely a 10, 10 out of 10, or 11 out of 10, but. I do have one complaint, one gripe with it, is that this type of setup is only good for one thing, and that's driving the car. You're probably not going to use this for anything else except for what you see you in this video, which is Robituck, you know, driving a car.

Yeah, but that's your thing. You know, if you're into sim racing, like, this setup looks very legit. Yeah, this, I just want to show us off because, like, yeah. Oh, yeah, I just agree. The dual curved bars Like is insane And then having this bar right here To hide the two monitors connecting

Very well done I wonder C9 and V's I'm sure it could be used for cod It'd be you know how it'll be really fun Is you could have like a running simulation With like cod and you like slide And do everything through this setup That would pretty sick

Or play play cod with the steering wheel Yeah You shoot with your feet you have your gas pedals that shoot and reload gas is shoot reload his break that'd be awesome yeah I just wanted to show us off

setup everything this monitor my camera everything i don't think i've ever been so torn with the setup because there's things I absolutely love about this setup and things I absolutely hate about this setup. So what I love about the setup, I love the fact that it's a dual setup so you and your partner or buddy or whatever can sit side by side and play video games with each other and have fun.

Awesome. I love that. I also love all the music gear. I'm a music fan myself. I love playing guitar. I think it's cool You can tell they use this setup to Either record music or whatever Play music, you do something

music related, so All that's cool, I also love the ceiling With the clouds The lamp, the lamp Lantern, whatever you want to call it, right in the middle. Nice touch. What I hate about it, though, is

The cable management, no offense. I mean, this in the nicest way possible The cable management is really bad. Like, it's super tangled down there on both sides. So I feel like if you're going to take the time to set up two computers, you might as well take the time to clean up those cables. I think with the cables nice and clean,

this setup could go from like a 7 to a 9, maybe even a 10 really quickly, just from the cable management alone. and I'm not a I'm not a cat hater but I'm also not a cat lover and one of the reasons why is because they do get they do jump on everything and they do get fur and everything

and I see there's a there's a cat bed there on the right and the cat is sleeping on top of the keyboard I can just imagine like that keyboard is probably collecting a lot of fur and things like that So I would probably

Yeah but yeah I agree The cable management events, we got to work on that. We got to get you on that cable management events. A cable management will definitely improve this immensely for sure. But honestly, I absolutely love this setup. One, I'm a big cat person. So cat automatically gets a plus one for me. Cable management, sadly, these two cancel each other out,

but everything else with the guitar. I also wanted to point out that the clouds on top of the thing as well look Awesome. Yeah, I'll get us a, I'll give us an eight. I'll give us an eight. Because, uh, although the cable management, if the cable management, this would have been a nine easily. Yeah, I'm going to give it a seven. With proper cable management, I'll give it a nine.

I know. I see a lot of people in the chat talking about cable management and stuff like that. Uh, I agree. It's, it can be difficult. And it's kind of one of those things where it's like, you don't really need to do it. But if you're trying to go for like the aesthetic. look do it but like if you're going for functionality like uh i used the cable management underneath my stuff but then when i swapped out like monitors and a new pc i'm just like screw it i'm just gonna let

hang even just like looks aside it's just easier to to work with if you're gonna be plugging stuff in and out which it looks like they are because i mean they have a guitar cable going from like the guitar under the desk or through the desk to the back of the pc so i feel like whenever you're going to be connecting different things to your to your setup it's only going to benefit you to organize those cable it doesn't have to be perfect it's literally just don't get don't let them get all tangled make sure you know which cable it is that you're you're messing with and whatnot and yeah it goes a lot it's not easy but it does does help a lot all right and then also pulling up another one

from one of our partners this is k this was nice This, I want to show up. So one of the comments was saying, are we only showing flashy setups? No, we are not just showing flashy setups. We're actually just showing every type of setup, you know, from those that are beginning their setup to, like, one of our partners. But I also want to show this one because, one, remember the difference of cable management? Like, look at all that. You can't, you don't even see anything.

But two, it's a very simplistic, minimalistic setup. Everything here has a reason for it. almost nothing here doesn't have a function you know like you have the mic and the keyboard mouse you have to candle here the plant and then the and switch oh it looks like one of our it looks like our my hero academia case right over here but everything here has a purpose and simple well this setup is really nice definitely better than mine

but there's there's three things that bug me about it Are you ready? The first thing that bugs me about it is you can't see the computer, right? Like the computer's on the desk and you can't see it because it's covered by a monitor. So like I said earlier, I feel like if you're going to have a computer case with a big window, it's because you want to see inside of it. And even though this is on top, you can't see it, right?

So it kind of feels like it defeats the purpose a little bit. I also don't like how the the monitor or sorry the boom arm goes underneath the monitor and it blocks that monitor maybe they don't use that monitor as much as the other two but it would be really frustrating for me if I am using this monitor and I can't see whatever's on there because of that boom arm but I can't tell you know space is a concern probably with this setup so they had to put it there

and then the other thing it's not really a I don't like it. It's just like, it's weird to me because I've never used a PC this way. But that middle monitor looks really tiny compared to the two side monitors. I don't know, it's kind of throwing me off a little bit. It's not a bad setup, but it just kind of throws me off a little bit. Yeah, I mean, honestly, I'm actually kind of okay with it because for me, I wasn't a big performer

of like needing to see like a PC case or like having these monitors as like the same size because in my opinion you should get a monitor that works for your thing you know you want your gaming monitor

to be the best monitor right you don't need to get three of the same expensive monitors just for the aesthetic look if you can't do that fantastic but I don't feel like actually Mike everyone needs to get a 32 inch canvas

curved UHD monitor Yeah, three of those right there. But for me, I just, I have, I have my, I have my, I have actually do have a 32 Q, um, for my monitor, but that's my gaming monitor. But then for like the side ones, I don't need like the super crazy, you know, we don't need like 32, 32, 32, 32. I just need whatever I have available. I would love to have like eight monitors if possible, but I'm not a big, like, critic of people with different sized monitors, honestly. And neither am I either

To be honest It's just The field of view I guess It's just throwing me off a little bit Because that middle monitor It's just so small Compared to either too

But like I said Not a bad setup But also A couple of things That I would probably do A little bit different I would give this one A high 7 low 8 out of 10

I actually wanted to, where was it? I wanted to pull up this one because this actually reminded me of my old. set up when I began. Let's see it. I actually had this same exact desk. Honestly, I actually, like, you know, it's still a nice setup. Like, people, you can, you know, you'd be like, oh, wow, this, but honestly, from what you began with, it's actually a pretty day good set of.

One, the desk itself is amazing. I actually had this desk. Yeah, definitely you need a vacuum a little bit. But my favorite part here is this, the Bob Ross figurine. That is what I really wanted to show. This Bob Ross figurine, 10 out of 10. I huge proponent of Bob Ross, so well done. What I like about this setup is that I feel like not just here,

I feel like everyone at one point had the same exact setup in the room. You know, it's like you have a tiny little corner and you have to figure out how to get a PC in there. And I feel like, you know, everyone had this same setup. And I don't know. I want to say, I don't know. I don't know if those are drugs or just tobacco in that giant tray there. I don't know what they're rolling in those papers.

But I guess my complaint would be anytime you have smoke near any sort of electronic equipment, especially a computer, it's going to get very, very dusty really quick. So I guess my only gripe with this setup is that If you're going to have a setup I personally feel like you should do as much as you can To make sure it doesn't get dirty and dusty And I feel like this one is very dirty and dusty Even though like I said everyone probably had this setup

It is a little too dirty for my taste to be honest Agreed But honestly I'll give us a good It's six out of ten. I'll give a six out of ten. Could do improvements, could clean, but as a actual setup itself for someone I began, I thoroughly enjoy it.

I give it a five out of ten. It's just, yeah, it's, it's too dirty. It's kind of cool. It probably works, but it's just, it's kind of clean it up. But then on top of that, I actually wanted to bring up this one, because this also reminded me of my first ever desk

that I owned. It was my dad's office table. Same thing. Same exact thing. It's a little corner one. But it wasn't an official corner. It was just two desks kind of put together. But this I thoroughly love.

I love that, you know, hey, you're using whatever monitors you got. It looks like these two are the same, which is nice. And he got the big gaming monitor. Got the big amp right here, 10 out of 10. Got a nice little glass with all your stuff. PC right here. Got a light, which, you know, some people don't have these like crazy

Elgado key lights so you're just usually what you got I can I can smell I can smell this desk Oh the wood smell Yes Yes I think everyone also had this desk too

Yeah But my gripe with this one is not the desk It's just the The computer you can't see it You know And I don't know I'm a big proponent of If you're going to put your computer on the desk

You might as well see it right? If not, then what's the point? And if you're going to put it behind a monitor, at least me, like I would just, if I can't see it, you know, it's just going to go on the floor, I guess. But I do think this is a very realistic setup, probably what most people have, to be honest,

it's something closer to this than a lot of the fancy setups you see on social media and whatnot. It's probably, this is probably the most realistic one we've shown, to be honest. Yeah. I agree. This over here, if this was like out hereish, like a little bit further away, I think that would be great. But honestly, I like it.

I like it a lot. I would give this one a six out of ten. I'm going to give it a seven. I'm going to give it a seven. Just because I like how you eat, like, talked about the symmetry right here, the big gaming monitor versus the two smaller ones. You got everything clean. It's nice and clean, you know? Honestly, I get it.

just a seven out of ten yeah it's clean it's organized it's you know you got everything you need it's just uh you know it is what it is it's a it's a good a good basic setup i i like what stompy bird says nine and ten it screams it's nice to be home i agree i agree it's it's very cozy i can stay here for hours yeah exactly this is this is the type of desk that i would have when i would be playing for like you know it's like a saturday morning i don't have anything for today my friends are on and we just play till like you know three p.m we go eat come back and play again like this is the this is the type of desk i would have everyone living in the moment no cell phones just playing gaming i also really do like the game of thrones uh chair that it looks like a cozy

chair too that's right yeah i want to close uh let's do a few more and then we'll get into our favorites yeah we get into our favorite ones uh i want to bring out cassie bass because this is their birthday so happy birthday but i actually i actually really like what they have here um because they kind of like it's kind of the same thing it's the desk that i always had i think it's like it's like ironed something however the only thing i'm a little worried about is having two keyboards right by each other that's the only thing i'm a little worried about three you kept the laptop oh yeah yeah technically with laptop too but this could actually be like a good work desk you know.

Yeah. I was going to say the same thing. I was going to say this. This is probably a good work station because it looks like you can have you know, your work going on here. So maybe you're on a Zoom call.

And on the other side, maybe you're playing Star Do Valley or something or, you know, whatever. Crafts crafting some magic cards or something like that. But the thing I don't like about it is kind of what I said earlier about the cable management. Not that it's, you know, slot. It's not too bad, honestly, but it's just, I don't know, it's just like random cables hanging everywhere.

And I think I would probably kick one of these and loosen some things up. But it looks like a very functional setup. You've got the pens and the scissors and all that on the desk, too. So I'm assuming they do use this for working and things like. that and it looks pretty cool I also like the the the sun drape or whatever it's called hanging back there and as someone who recently started working more on a laptop and the desktop out of necessity because just space concerns with my kids and whatnot I do appreciate a good laptop setup when I see one so I would

give this one Mike I think I would give it I would give this one a good solid 7 out of 10 bump it up to an 8 if they just clean up the cables a little bit I was gonna do 7 out of 10 as well I was gonna say 7 to 10 because I mean working with what you got honestly well done well done I also really like the the PC like the aesthetic is all purple and everything like that

the LEDs and everything let's pull up this one this one I want to show off because I just love again a very simplistic with the footstool aesthetic cable management 10 out of 10 though well done cable man i don't even see a single cable exactly yeah like look at this setup like well done i love the color scheme it's like a cotton candy kind of look um cable management is amazing keyboard i absolutely love this keyboard and i like how you have the little uh cable here mice, headset. Like, honestly, this is a fantastic setup right here.

Yeah, I think you're right. Cable management is a 10 out of 10. I only see one little cable. I see it now. It's on the left of the desk. I think it's going to the lights on the wall. This is definitely, like, aesthetically pleasing. I don't think you can get any better than this, to be honest.

Like, if you walk into this, person's room and you see this, it's just going to be like, whoa, you know, that's a nice setup. But this is the one thing that I don't like about it is, I think I said this earlier, whenever you have the computer on a separate desk or a separate stand or that's not on the desk, it always looks a little weird to me. I don't know what it is. So I feel like I would probably want to put that computer on the actual desk itself versus like a car or something like that. the colors, cleanliness, functionality, honestly, 9 out of 10. The only thing I wish, this is just my part, me personally, I would like to have multiple monitors at least two, if not three. That's just my personal thing.

I think the best part about this setup for me is they have a tiny little desk, and they're not trying to do too much, you know? It's like the desk, the space is tiny, the desk is tiny. All right.

So let's get a tiny computer with the H1. Get a decent-sized monitor, which is probably like a 27-inch monitor here. Get a boom arm, but, you know, keep it out of the way. You have your tripod there. You have your controllers. And you had a little splash of personality with your Funko pops and whatnot. Like this very, very nice desk setup, I would, I could see this honestly even being inside of a closet. That's how tiny it looks, but it's really nice.

I think they did a great job of their space and yeah, I would give this one a night out of ten. I would love to have a setup like this to be honest. I agree. I like what I like about this is that it shows personality. You know, you can have cleanliness, and I love the cleanliness thing like we'd show on the last one. But sometimes you just need to add a little personality to your setup.

And every time I see it, I just, my mind is just blown away. How clean is their setup is. Like, everything is immaculate white. you know they have the awesome in this setup here they have the H7 but they recently actually upgraded to the H9 oh man look how clean this setup is they have white black

they just have like perfect cable management perfect placement of everything it's like a it's like something you would see in a showroom you know like when you're walking through a convention or something of like you know how a gaming setup looks like and whatnot. And like I said, I've been following this person's post for a while now on social. And every time I see their pictures, it never, never sees this to amaze me.

They also love the puck like me. They have a few pucks in their setup. I think they have two or three different ones. If you follow them on social, they have a recent post with their H9, where they showed how to use the puck on the H9 glass. And they, they put them on the H9 glass. and they put half a puck on one side and half puck on the other so they stick together on the glass and they hang their headphones on there really clever and unique way of using the puck so for me this setup definitely one of my top three I give it an 11 out of 10 Mike

and you have to make the most of it there's nothing amazing about this is you have two monitors and a PC right there making your keyboard of mouse right in front but if you notice there's like there's no clutter there's no

there's nothing like that really stands out it is what it is and I could just tell whoever's sitting at this desk is they're there to play games they're not there to mess around they're not there to take fancy pictures for their Instagram they're not there to do anything else except grind

and I love it I think if I had this setup I could spend 50,000 hours playing a game or whatever. It's, to me, it's, like, perfect. And I also really love that they added a bit of personality to it. They have the I Want to Believe poster right in the middle, and I'm a little biased, but I have a, I want to believe poster right on top of mine.

So, yeah, I love this setup, man. It's just very simple, very basic, very, very, I guess What's the word I'm looking for? Utilitarian if that's Functional, functional. Functional. Super functional, man. Even like the puck, you see the puck there on the

case, there's a cable wrapped around it. So they're using everything as it's supposed to be used. Yeah, I give the setup. Even though it's not a 10 out of 10, it is one of my favorites just because of how realistic it is. I'm going to give this one an 8 out of 10, but it's still one of my favorites.

My third choice is going to be controversial because it's not even a real setup. It's an animation. And when I saw it, this, a couple things stood out to me. The first is obviously, wow, it's a cartoon. Like someone someone drew this setup. But then I started looking at this animation, this cartoon. I was like, man, this person must have spent a lot of time drawing this. Look at the computer. Like the computers, you see the fan spinning, you see the RGB lights going up and down. You see the crack and pump glowing.

it just stood out to me. It was just really, really cool. And then they even drew all the little funcops, even the apps on their desktop. They're really, really funny. And the other thing, too, is that this person is a V-Tuber. So it also makes sense, right? I think if maybe this is a representation

of their setup in real life, and they just drew it to show people, like, what it looks like. And I think that's awesome. I'm not the biggest V-tuber fan. But when I saw this, I thought it was really cool. And I think this person definitely spent a lot of time putting together their setup, even though it's a virtual one.

So yeah, I give this one, I would give this one a 10 out of 10 just because I feel like they really, they really put a lot of effort into drawing this. I agree. I agree. I'm going to give us a time time because this is the first time I've ever seen. a V-tuber setup. I watch a lot of V-tubers itself.

I watch B-Tuber and everyone like that, but this is the first time I've seen a V-tubers set-up before. Yeah, that's true. I've never seen a V-Tuber setup. I've only seen a V-Tuber. Yeah, exactly. So this is definitely a tad-a-tad for me.

So that's, that's why I also chose this one, because this one isn't necessarily one that you'll be gaming. with but it looks like he's got the ergonomic mouse which is the one that you moves like this instead of like with the hand because it's actually better for your wrist um got the cool clock right here the the panels the LED in the background looks like they even have like a little workout station

in the back i i agree to orange it like for me i actually really like the orange PnW like uh for me i actually tend to like this type of style because for me uh one i graduated from syracuse so orange is one of my favorite colors but two uh i think it's just a simplistic one flower pot yes i agree the white black flower pot it looks like you guys got the airpod maxes right here kale manager looks pretty decent as well i have to give us a good eight nine out of ten just because of how simplistic it is um you don't need anything crazy for for my type of style i'm a functional person you don't anything crazy to to work with it we already saw this one i had a second one, but honestly, this one, I had to, I had to, I had to do it just because the cable

management is just so good. Like, literally you can't even, the only cable you see is right here and obviously here, but like the cable, there's absolutely no cables down here. So I actually had a number two, but this one kind of booted it because it's just like, come on guys. You can't look at the setup and just go, dang it. This is a good setup. Color schemes, it's like cotton candy, the keyboard itself, the, like the lights on the bottom, the panels. It's just so good. So we saw the one I can go on to the third one. When I see this, I just get, like, warm, like, I just feel comfortable in this type of, like, color. You know, like, when you see, like, these whites or this kind of style, I feel like, I feel good. Like, it's not anything crazy, but this one, I feel comfortable in, like, the color scenes. You got, like, the dark, you got to, like, the blues, the warm. colors, the beige, everything like that. Also, the, um, figurines and everything all kind of compact. Yeah, relax, cozy. Like, this I absolutely love.

I don't even see what the little things say. I don't even know what the little note says, but is that a late, is this a Lego flower? Yeah, it looks like this is like a Lego flower, like something that you would build. Wait, that's amazing. I love this. I love this even more. Oh, I also just, I don't know why.

The color schemes, it's like warmish. Even like the blues look feel a little warm. I just, I'm just absolutely in love with this setups.
