everyone and welcome to episode 156 at the nzc podcast the official podcast of the nzc community this podcast recorded live every friday at 10 a mpacific center time on the official nzc twitch is available to stream on demand on apple podcast google podcast spotify and sound cloud my name is mike it was me as always is ivan how are you doing iven i'm doing great michael uh happy friday happy uh first uh podcast in may i know we missed last week because you were too busy gambling and
getting crunk in Vegas.
But you're back in action.
We're back in action.
And today's going to be a very interesting podcast.
It's probably going to be horrible for radio.
I'm not going to lie, because it's going to be very visual.
We're going to do a walk through and overview of our new crack-ins and how they work.
I'm going to be just showing everyone all the different modes and things like that.
that are possible now through CAM.
So if you're tuned in live, you're in for a treat
because you're going to get to see it all happen in real time.
But if you're listening after this thing is published,
you're probably going to be wondering what the heck we're talking about.
So I do recommend if you are listening to this in the future,
just go to twitch.tv slash nz-X-D and look at the Vod
because it's going to be super visual.
And also, before we get started into everything,
I do want to mention, as always, we are doing a,
giveaway during the podcast for all our viewers and listeners here.
So if you want to win something, type exclamation giveaway in the chat, and you'll get a link
to the giveaway.
We're giving away NZXT hoodie, t-shirt, lanyard, and sticker pack.
And if you stick around to the end of the show, you will get bonus entries into the giveaway,
which will increase your chances of winning.
And most of the time, I would probably say 90% or more of the time, the way, the way that's
winners are those people that submit that secret word for the bonus entries. So stick around.
All right. So without further ado, Mike, let's just get into it, man. We released new crackens.
We had Amanda and Sitong from the cam team on the podcast two weeks ago. Talk about the, not just any crackens, but like what the, how our software cam kind of patrols the crackens and allows you to do
sorts of different things. So that's what we're going to talk about today. But before we get into all that,
I do want to explain what the difference is between the new crackens and the old crackens. Because
the number one question we're getting on social media is what's the difference? And the reason
we're getting that question is because they do look very similar. However, they are actually
very different. So right off the bat, the biggest difference between the new crackings,
and the old crackens is that the new crackens have a bigger and better display.
So we have the crackin and the crackin elite.
The old ones were classified as Cracken X and Cracken Z.
So Cracken Z was like our top tier cooler,
which has an LCD display, which allows you to play GIFs,
show images, look at your temps and things like that.
And the Cracken X, it was just an infinity ring that can be customized with lighting.
So you can put, you know, RGB, different colors, whatever.
Now, you know, we don't have the infinity ring.
Now both Crackens, the Cracken and the Cracken Elite, have updated display.
So the base model Cracken, it has a square LCD display.
It's 1.54 inches.
and 240 by 240 resolution, a 30-hirts refresh rate, and a 300-CDM-squared backlight.
The newer Cracken, oh, sorry, the Cracking Elite has a 2.36-inch wide-angle LCD,
a 640-640 resolution, a 60-hertz refresh rate, and a 690 CDM-squared backlight.
So as you can tell, by those numbers I just rattled off, the Cracken Elite is much better because it has a bigger screen, more higher resolution, it's wide angled, better refresh rate, brighter backlight, etc.
That's the one that I have installed in my PC.
That's the one that we're going to be showing you in a second here.
So apart apart from the screen, the other difference in these new Crackens is they have.
new fans so we made some new core fans they're called core fans and unlike the
previous crack-ins those featured are air fans a a e a-e-e-r not a-I-R and the
difference the main difference between these new ones is they have more static
pressure and also the the lighting so previously on the air fans the lighting was
around the ring of the fan it was
in the shape of a squircle a lot of people like that squirgle design i do too but the new ones they have
all the rgb lights in the center of the fan and the blades are translucent so the lights are see
through on both sides of the fan and it gives a little different lighting effects so that's the
other difference and then last but not least probably my favorite difference out of uh at all these
the different new features is the fact that it's much much simpler to install and the way that we made
it simpler to install is instead of having a bunch of cables that you need to plug into the crack and
pump now it's just one cable and it's uh one breakout cable that has everything that goes to your fans
to your motherboard etc so you don't have to like really worry about just cable managing and
you know figuring out like you know what do i got to plug in where it's
No, it's like it's literally all just one cable you plug into the top.
And then that's that break out cable goes to your motherboard, to your power supply, to your fans,
and you don't have to worry about three different cables like you did before.
So much easier to install, much nicer to look at and different fans.
Those are like the biggest differences of the new crackens.
So now that you know what the difference is between the new crackings and the old crackens
and what the difference is between the Cracken Elite and the Cracken.
I think now it's time for me to just show you what this thing looks like in action.
So here's my Cracken.
Let me just set up my camera here.
Like I mentioned, this is going to be horrible, horrible radio,
but great if you're tuned in live.
I think I need to move this up a little more.
Yep.
A little more up
Oh yeah, there you go
How is that?
Can you do a little down there?
Just a tiny bit down, tiny bit down.
A little bit more.
Should be good down.
Yeah, that one's right.
I'm just a little bit more.
I think that's it, right?
That's perfect.
All right.
So this is the
Cracken Elite
240
RGB.
And I won't move the camera, but you can
see the core
RGB core fans spinning there on top
and then I have the
the
the Crackin Elite there right in the middle
of the screen there so most
people are
used to just seeing
like this display whenever you see
like a picture of someone's computer
that has a crack in
I would say maybe
60, 75% of the time
the display on the
screen is the temperature
Like people just like to see their temperatures because they like to see, you know, how their CPU is performing, how their GPU is performing, especially while they're playing video games, right?
So this is what the, I would say, like, the default, like, view that most people have is.
But you can see on the other screen there, this is our PC monitoring software cam, which also controls all the crack-ins.
so if you didn't know what cam is or if you don't know what cam is let me explain that real quick so cam is our free pc monitoring software you do not have to own an nzxti product to use cam so like even if whatever computer you have even if it's a laptop as long as it's windows you know you can um use cam to monitor your performance your your your CPU temp your gpts clock speeds
fan speeds, loads, RAN usage, network status, the storage, all the processes, etc.
So you don't need to own an NXT product to use this.
It's free to download.
A lot of people that use CAM don't even have an NZXT product.
They just like this tool because it gives you a really good view of what's going on inside your PC.
However, if you do use NZXT products, such as...
the crack-in. Cam is what allows you to control everything of the crack-in, right? So you can see here on my
on my cam screen, there's a tab that says cooling. So on this tab, you can see like how everything is being
cooled in my PC and I can set different profiles, right? I have all these fans connected here. I have all my
my RGB and fan controller stuff here, my cracking leads here.
So like, let's say I just want, I had everything right now set to silent because I'm in a little broom closet at the office and it gets kind of loud in here.
And if I set it up for performance, it gets a little toasty.
But let's say I want everything to be like performance mode.
I just switch up to performance and then everything here switches to performance.
All my fans, my pump speeds, etc.
Everything speeds up.
So now my, my fans are running in performance.
mode and if I wanted to do like set my own profiles you know I would just go in here
and tinker around with these dials and I could set everything to a hundred percent
if I want or let's say I only want a certain fan to be 100 percent or let's say I want the fans
to adapt to my my CPU temp my GPU temp or my liquid temp I can do all that in cam I just
like to keep it simple I said everything is silent I don't worry about performance or
or anything like that for the simple fact that,
you know, for most people, if you just said it to silent,
you'll be able to play video games
and not really worry about things overheating.
But if you're doing things like rendering video,
running a stream like Mike is,
you might want to set things to performance mode
just so you get a little extra cooling inside your PC.
So that covers the cooling section,
but I'll show you,
the lighting section here.
I guess before I show you this too, I know you guys see like different things here.
So I'm also using a nzdxt keyboard, nzxti mouse, etc.
So if I wanted to change the lights of my keyboards, my mouse, I would do that with cam here.
But we're not talking about keyboards and mice today.
We are talking about the crackens.
So let me just go into the lighting section here because that is the
the star of the show here. So in the lighting section, the first thing you're going to see at the top is
all my RGB fans, right? So I have all these fans connected into this RGB and fan controller. So I can change the
the colors of individual fans. Probably can't see on camera because I have it fixed on on the
on the crackin itself, but if I wanted to change specific colors or even like specific LEDs,
I would click in it, customize every single little LED on each fan, you could do that as well.
But the star of the show is the Cracken Elite. So the Cracken Elite, like I mentioned, it has an LCD display.
So does the regular Cracken. However, the Cracken Elite gives you
more modes so both crackens are going to give you real-time performance so you can on both
crackings you'll be able to see your CPU temps your GPU temps your liquid temps both crackens give
you custom web integration so you can connect your Google Photos library you can show like
what's playing from Spotify both crackens allow you to upload custom images so whatever
you want maybe you want to show your favorite team logo some custom artwork
whatever a meme you can do that on the crack in elite though there's certain things
you can do that you can't do on the crackin the first one the biggest one is that you
can show gifts you can't do that with the crack in only the cracking elite
and this time around on the on cam one of the biggest updates that we added
is we integrated giffy so you don't you no longer have to um
like scour the internet for gifts you can giffy is built right into cam and you can just search for
for those gifts there um the other thing you can do now is you can overlay system info over gifs
so you can pick your favorite gif and then show your liquid temp for example over that gif
and then the other thing we got now is uh it's an exclusive for the crack and elite is a audio visualizer
So this is a real-time display that reacts to audio input on your PC.
So if you're listening to music, if you're in a Zoom call, or if you're talking on Discord,
this mode will react to those sounds in real time.
And I'll show you guys how all that stuff works now.
So without further ado, let's just go with the, I'm just going to go down the list here
of all the different modes.
So the first one is image slash GIF.
So here you see my favorite Star Wars character, Gandalf,
giving the Nanu Nanu sign for Star Wars Day yesterday.
I don't know you guys saw our social media post yesterday,
but it was Star Wars Day,
and we posted a picture of Mr. Spock here,
telling everyone to live long and prosper.
It's pretty funny.
but so yeah so here's the the custom gif right if i wanted to do just a picture you know i can do that as well
here you have the the nzachs podcast logo everything that you upload is saved into your image library here
so you can just click on it and then you never have to like upload it again it's just going to
um like show on your crack in there here's uh laurent what what
Things you have loaded on this thing, man.
Yeah, I have a lot of, a lot of pictures on here.
This is Max Headroom, someone popular in the 80s commercials when I was a kid.
Here I got my daughters in the Easter Bunny, you know.
Basically anything you want to upload, you can.
Your first ones are Andy and Laurent.
Yeah.
So here I'll do a millhouse raising his eyebrows.
All right, so very basic, right?
You can upload images, you can upload gifts.
And here's the GIFI integration.
So you just click this button.
And there's all this sorts of different gifts here
that you can pick and choose from.
But you can also search straight from Cam.
You can just, you don't have to open a GIFI on a web browser
and do anything.
Just search for whatever you want.
So I'm a big Dodgers.
fan so I'm going to search Dodgers and let's say I want you know Danny DeVito
you know you can move this around so you have it like how you want you click
save and it should upload the one caveat though is that some gifts are too big so
see here it says 25 megabytes so depending on the gif
And the photo size, if it's too big, it's not going to work.
So it will either compress or not load.
And if that's the case, I mean, you can just Google, you know,
image or give resizer and then upload it there.
And then boom, it'll compress it really, really quickly and easily.
So it's not that big of a deal.
It's just something that I wanted to mention because there is a file limit restriction
for GIFs, Pings, and JPEGs.
Oh, sorry.
I mean, I meant GIFs.
Yes, thank you.
My bad.
Thank you.
Oh, Lauren, to the chat if you want to show them your thing, Ivan.
Lauren's here, let me see.
There he is.
There we go.
That's probably the best one.
Yes.
So the other thing you can do here with your display is you can rotate it.
So here you can see the tubes are matched to how my Cracken is installed.
This is another new feature in Cam actually.
Before it was a little, not confusing, but it was
but it wasn't as clear as to like, you know, figure out,
like, which way are my tubes oriented
or which way should I rotate this thing?
Now you know, like, your tubes are down here.
You already know how this stuff is oriented.
So you can just click this button,
and it's gonna move the display for you,
and you already know.
So you click save, and now you see Laurent is upside down.
All right.
It's really, really convenient function, I think.
It makes things a lot easier so you know,
how you got to rotate the screen basically because sometimes you might have to you might have to
install your crack-in with the tubes on the left sometimes the tubes on the top sometimes the tube
on the button whatever like it doesn't matter which thing you install it it's still going to work
but when you when it comes to um to uh like figuring out how you want to display your images
that's where that feature comes in handy all right so the next thing i want to show you guys
here is the new feature which is the web integration which is really cool so there's
There's three things baked into here right now.
The first one is Spotify.
The second one is Google Photos.
And the third one is a custom web integration, which I will get to in a second.
So first, let's just do Spotify.
So you would hit configure.
It would connect your Spotify account.
Mine's already connected.
So I'm going to open up Spotify.
And I'm going to play a song.
It'll take a second to kick in, but you'll see what song I'm playing.
Can you guys see that?
I'm listening to Peaches by Jack Black.
This song has been playing on repeat in my house
because my daughter is in love with the Mario movie.
I've seen it like, I want to say six times now, maybe seven.
Jesus.
You know, man, it's a really good movie.
I love the movie.
And this song is like stuck in my head.
So it's on repeat.
So this is a really cool feature because, you know,
a lot of people listen to Spotify and I don't know.
If you're a music fan like me, I just think it's cool to show on your screen like what's playing.
Like obviously, you know, it's not like a necessary thing.
I had seen some comments on social media like, you know, I don't need my cooler to show me like what's the song is put on Spotify.
And like that's fine.
Like you don't need it like obviously, but it is cool.
Like I have my computer on my desk and I'm listening to music and I don't know what that song is.
It's definitely much easier to just glance at my AIO and see like, oh, this is Peaches by Jack Black rather than
and opening up Spotify and seeing what's playing there.
It's just like, you know, a convenient thing.
And also, I think if the artwork is cool,
you know, it does give your build a pretty interesting,
interesting look there.
The other thing we got is this Google Photo Slideshow.
So you would configure your Google Photos account.
You would sign in to your Google account
and all your photo library, all your photo albums
are gonna be there.
So I'll show you guys my Instagram.
X-XT podcast one.
It's going to cycle through all the images you have in that folder.
So there you see the NZXT GPU.
You see my own E.
You see my shorty Linus there.
Oh, you really did that to us?
You really just do that to us?
But I got to punch you, man.
It's not below the knee, so it's only one punch, not two.
But yeah, any photos you put into those Google,
albums, it's just going to cycle through there.
And I see the cameras like zooming in and out
because it's like autofocusing as image changes, so it's a little annoying, but whatever.
All right, the last thing I want to show you guys here on this section is your custom web integration.
So we added this new thing.
It's not easy, but for people that like to tinker around with stuff and that know a thing,
or two about software web development.
You know, we have custom web integrations for the NST Cracken series.
So if you go to developer.nc.com, you will get all the resources you need to make your own
web integrations for NST Crackens and not just the new ones, also the old ones.
So I'll drop the link here in the chat for anyone who wants to check it out.
And probably the coolest thing I've seen so far that the community has made is someone thought that,
you know, this new Spotify integration was really cool and they wanted it for their Cracken Z.
However, this feature is only big into the Cracken Elite. So what they did is they literally just made their own
custom web integration, plugged it in, and now their Crackin Z is showing them that Custom Spotify
integration and honestly like the what you can do is it's you know the only limit is your
imagination and I guess your technical ability too like I said it's not it's not an easy thing to do
like I I'm personally too dumb to to code anything like that but I know that like I'm not like I'm
also not a developer I'm not a coder but there's tons of people out there that are and they're
tinkering with this stuff and they're also making to to talk
Like the guy that made the Spotify integration, like he published everything in GitHub and I think he's working on a YouTube video now because people are asking him like, hey, you know, how do I do this? Because it's really cool. Can you make a video? And he's like, sure, you know, I'll make a video. So he's working on a video. And if you guys want to see what I'm talking about, just go to our Twitter or Facebook and just scroll down a little bit. We retweeted it and we shared it on Facebook, I think last week. So you guys can.
can find that stuff. All right. So next up on the list here is the dual infographic, which like I mentioned, this is probably what most people are using or what you're used to seeing the most, I think, when you see builds on social, people just like showing off their temps. From here, you can do all sorts of things. You can change the color of the reading. So like I say, you want it, you know, gray or whatever, it'll change it.
do anything you want.
I just give them in white because it's easier to read.
You can change all the colors.
It's a there's no, there's no restriction after what color you want.
If the swatch is not listed here, you hit custom and you can type in the hex code and it'll
it'll do it.
You can also change the background.
Let's say you want the background to be all white, which I don't know why you do that.
It's very blinding, but you can.
You can change the logo.
So let's say you want the logo off, you would just add it to black and the logo is hidden there.
So really cool information, you know, really easy to read, simple to use.
Very useful.
The next feature here is new, which is the dual infographic over GIF.
So let's say I want to have Mr. Spock here and I want to show my.
CPU and GPU temps over that GIF.
I can do that now.
Couldn't do that before.
And you can do this with any GIF.
And you can also, like the dual infographic section,
you can customize the colors here.
So let's say I want the NZXT logo to be pink.
I would just switch to that swatch,
and it will change the color.
And I can change the colors of the rea.
readings and the colors of the text to whatever I want.
Pretty cool.
I like this feature a lot.
I just don't use it a lot because I do, you know, I'm an old man and I'm I need to wear
glasses.
I just never wear them.
So it's like sometimes it's hard for me to see the readings over a gift.
But I do think it's really cool and I hope people agree because it's a nifty little feature.
Next up is a single infographic.
So this is also another popular mode that you see in a lot of builds.
Sometimes people just want like one simple number showing there for either your CPU temp,
your CPU load, your CPU clock speed, your liquid temperature,
your GPU temperature, your GPU load, your GPU clock speed, right?
There's a lot of information on here. And similar to the infographics, you can change
these rings. So whatever colors you want, you can change the colors of the
readings, the colors of the text, the background color.
and the logo color as well.
So you can customize this single infographic
to your heart's content.
Really useful feature.
I think this is really useful for people
that possibly like overclock their CPU or GPU,
especially while you're playing via the games
and you want to just keep an eye on things
and make sure that nothing is overheating,
making sure everything is working properly.
This is like the type of information you need.
And rather than having
you know this on like on your second monitor for example you can just have it on your display here
and you can just run discord instead on that second monitor versus having to have like a window
looking at this stuff right so really and it's also really easy to read like a lot of um
system monitoring software you know it's just like a wall of text you might have to look at it and
it's just you know it's not easy to read this is like super simple and easy it's just like a giant
number right and a color tell you like what's going on you can also do the single infographic and the
gif so let's say i want to see my liquid temp and have a gift behind that you can do that as well
and similar to the other options you can change the the reading color the text color and the
logo color to whatever you want um
And this is like another, similar to the, you know, to the dual infographic.
You know, sometimes people just want like a simple reading of either their CPU temp, their
CPU load, CPU clock speed, liquid temp, GPU temp, GPU load, or GPU clock speed.
Sometimes people don't want two numbers, sometimes they just want one number.
And this is like perfect for that.
You don't have to open up any other sort of software on your PC or take a
real estate on your monitor it's all in your cooler next up we have the carousel
so this is another really cool feature maybe you can't make up your mind maybe you're
like man i really like uh the single infographic and i really like the gif and i really like the
dual infographic and i really like the pictures and you just can't make up your mind well you
can just set up a carousel whatever you want so you can have
Here, I'll do this one.
I'll do an image and I'll put,
I'll put Laurent here.
And I'll save that.
So now you can change the duration.
It change between five second intervals, between five and 30 seconds.
So now my crack is going to be cycling between the single infographic and the single image there.
If I want to put in a GIF or a dual infographic with GIF, I would put that there.
and this i'll put danie de vito there in the in this uniform dodger's uniform hit save and boom now it's
going to be cycling through that uh and this is cool because you know like i said if someone
if someone can't make up their mind or maybe they can make up their mind maybe they're just like
you know what i'm going to show off every single possible feature of my cooler that i can because i
paid a lot of money for this thing because uh you know i'm not gonna lie you know it's a custom
Like liquid cooler like this is not cheap. It's not like you know a $25
air cooler. These things cost hundreds of dollars and if you really want to take full
advantage of it and want to get the most bang for your buck and you want to squeeze
every single ounce of customization and you know performance out of it like just go with
the carousel feature you can't go wrong it'll just show everything. I also want to show
the clock face which this is super useful for me because I am
very like punctual about everything I do that's why I still wear a watch and sometimes
you know I just like showing what time it is on my PC and there's two different clock faces
available at the moment the first one is this old school one which Mike can you look at
this and tell me what time it is uh yeah it is let's see don't cheat don't cheat and uh 30 something
36.
36.
Yeah.
I know how to read the handle clock.
I've added.
I've added my classes.
And we also have this other one,
which is like a,
it's like a panel that,
like a gradient that just kind of swipes over time.
So first I'll show you this,
this one.
I don't even know what it's called.
I just call it the old school clock,
which is like, you know,
two hands and a second hand.
You can change the background of it
to whatever you want.
You can change the dial color
to whatever you want you can change the second hand to whatever you want like this um so depending on
you know like what your situation is maybe your room is really dark and you just need like something
simple to look at you can just set everything to black and white and it'll just stand out and be
very easy to eat the the gradient one is interesting because it gives you the option between 12
and 24 hours and it's like it swipes basically so as time goes on throughout the day the
color of this changes and you can customize the gradients to anything you want
any hex code or you can use the color swatches that already built in here so let's
say you like this one here which is like a pinkish reddish purpleish and
then you can you can actually see your display change from red to purple
throughout the day maybe you like a more like a blue purplish green you can do
that as well or maybe you just want to do like black and white
you can do that as well just go into the custom feature here and set your own swatches
last but not least is the audio visual so here this function i'm it i'm actually not sure if it's
going to work from you right now because i have like a weird wonky audio set up right now i have like
i'm testing some different audio things right now so it's like i don't want to explain what's going on i have like uh
of cables going on but I will try it so basically the way this works is whatever
you're playing on your PC it's going to react to to that noise and you can turn the
logo on or off you can change the colors to whatever you want similar to everything
else you can change the sensitivity sensitivity from low to high so I'm
gonna open up Spotify I'm gonna play peaches and I don't think
going to work because like I said my audio is my audio setup is a it's it's a
interesting situation at the moment but if you want to see this in action I can
make a video of it and post it on social media later today yeah that's
basically all the all the new features on there and I'm sure we probably have
some questions that people have I don't know I wasn't paying attention to the
chat but I got I
I was adding stuff into it.
Okay, what you got for me?
Okay, so BloodFloFo...
BloodFox 04 asked,
do the new crackets come with RGB hubs?
Yes.
So they include a hub that allows you to connect.
I believe Laurent, correct me if I'm wrong.
It's three.
It has a three-port RGB hub.
I can probably confirm by opening up the website here.
I actually did not use that hub
when I installed my Cracken
because I already had a hub on this PC
and I just plugged in the fans to that hub instead
Actually, you know what? I have
Let me grab the hub. I have it right here real quick. Hold on.
And as Ivan grabs it, I'll read the stuff.
It does come with an RGB controller. It comes with three RGB
lining hubs. Yep. And a USB header splitter for the Cracken
Hub. Actually, I lied. I gave the hug to Laurent in that box.
But the
RGB channels allow up the 40 LEDs per channel. So about
with the 3-DM-120 total.
Hello, it's at my desk. That is desk.
For Nervis-Zoo.
Hey, guys, question. Any updates on cam not logging in via
browser on the roadmap?
Yes.
I do have an update from that actually.
So if you go on our subreddit, I mean, the post is buried.
It's going to be very hard to find, but you can search by the username.
It's NZXT, Cam, which is Amanda.
She recently posted, she recently posted an update there.
So one of the biggest complaints we have about Cam is people don't like logging in and logging out.
people don't like getting logged out every month.
And the reason why that happens is because recently, not that long ago,
we added authentication to CAM, which is just to make it more secure.
But people complain and they don't want that, so we're going to remove it.
So now you're not going to have to log in if you don't want to.
And all your profiles, all your information, et cetera,
it's all going to be saved locally on your own PC.
So you don't have to, like, connect to the internet and upload anything.
and I don't have an exact date as to when that's going to happen,
but I can follow up with Amanda and ask her.
But it is, it's going to happen soon.
It's just, I'm not sure exactly when.
I'm sure they're probably just waiting for, you know,
to get through like this current wave of updates they're doing for,
for the crackings and the N'Corp fans.
But it is coming soon and we know much requested feature.
And I agree, it is annoying.
I hate logging into stuff myself, so I'm glad that's getting removed.
From Kills of the Night, if we shut down cam, will the curves and lighting still function?
Yes, that it does.
Actually, I can't really show it for mine, but I'll go ahead and close my cam, and it will still show my gifts, my, or gifs, my lighting and everything like that.
I should just close mine since.
Oh, hey, you can just show it up.
You're showing on one screen you have the crack in, another screen, you're showing cam.
I'm gonna just X out of cam and you can see that the Cracken is still showing Millhouse, raising his eyebrows.
Oh, shouldn't be seeing this. No.
That's okay. It's just the interview questions.
Before you weren't showing the code for the end.
Imagine.
We had, we leaked our podcast outline. How dare we?
From My Little Pony or MLP, I think is my little pony?
Dr. Tardis, I'm waiting for a word declaimed for my old Cracky, but it's taking a while to come back in stock.
Could I ask for this version instead of pay and pay extra?
I'll go ahead and message your customer service, I think, whatever your ticket number is.
I don't think you'll be able to because it's based on the Cracking itself, but message, see if it's possible to.
Just reply to your ticket and ask the customer service agent that's helping you out.
Mike and I
We don't handle customer service
tickets, so we're not sure
Exactly
What their stance is on that
But just ask your customer service agent
They'll let you know
From C8
Oh for Cameron
Cameron, I think Cameron
21
One is the H9 Elite in whiteback
In stock
Keep an eye out
The best way to do it is if you go to
NZC.com, go to the H9 page and do the notify me button.
That's the best way to do it because that's a, it basically sent you an email when they're back in stock.
You can also check NZXT.com slash retailers and see if any retailers near you are stocked up because we've seen some on Amazon, someone Best Buy it had popped up.
So just keep an eye out.
Sometimes they just pop back in stock.
I do have a little bit more insight in this too as well.
So I know or we know that the H&N.
has been hard to get a hold of ever since we released it because it's a very popular case and
It's so like as soon as it comes in stock it seems to sell out like right away right and
I can confirm we have a bunch more coming in so hopefully
With the next couple of weeks here we'll have more on our on our website available for purchase
I know that more retailers are also getting them specifically
Last week I know new egg Amazon and
Best Buy got a bunch.
I think Best Buy I already sold out.
I think Amazon has sold out of, I think, the white ones.
And I'm not sure about New Egg, but yeah, if something sold out on our website, like Mike said,
just sign up for the email alerts on the product page.
We'll let you know when it comes back in stock.
But also check out other websites because, you know, our website's not the only one you can buy
NXC stuff from.
And sometimes you might even get a better deal on a different website to be on.
honest.
You might even get better shipping, you know, so we're, you know, it's obviously, you know,
we're, we have a website that wants to make, uh, money and, you know, do business with you,
but we also want to make sure you get the product.
So if you can't find it on our, our own website, by all means, please go to a different
retailer and see if they, if they carried as well.
Exactly.
Um, from a coach 20, uh, Sergio actually answered this, but I'll go ahead, just reiterate
for people here.
Um, does the crack and come with all the hardware net?
needed to mount on a 13th gen Intel in AM5.
And Sergio, thankfully, said that, yes, it does come with both brackets.
And if you do need the bracket or you lost it or something like that, contact ncc.com
slash support.
And you can buy a little mounting kits for that.
Brian came in.
Oh, sorry, from keyboard failure.
Are the new infographics for the old cooler still?
on the new one.
I mean, can you show that off for a quick?
Oh, I just move the camera.
Oh, no, no, you can just show in and camp and cam.
Show what?
Is there it infographics still available?
There it are.
Yeah, I think he's asking if these new ones, like the, for example,
dual infographic and GIF is available for the old coolers.
And the answer is no.
You can't use every new feature from the new crack-ins on the old ones.
however if you listen to the podcast from two weeks ago we had Amanda and Sitong from the product team on the podcast they did confirm that they are going to work really hard to bring as many new features to older devices as possible the reason why it's not there right now because they are different devices different displays different you know hardware firmware etc so it's not as easy as just like
like flipping a light switch and just saying,
oh, we want Spotify integration on every single crack in.
Like, it doesn't work that way.
So we know people that have older devices want some of the new features,
and the CAM team is going to do their very best to bring as many of those
new features to the older devices as it can as time goes on.
So hopefully, you know, it happens soon.
And like I mentioned earlier, the custom web integration is one way to kind of bypass that.
like if you are savvy enough to figure that out,
like you can you can do some of that stuff yourself.
Mm-hmm.
And I was just showing off that the dual infographic,
a single infographic is still available on the Crackens Zs.
However, like I haven't said,
the one with all the customs and stuff like that,
that is only available on the new Crackens.
We've got two more questions real quick.
From Cupid's Fall.
I'm working on trying to afford the player two H5 Elite
RTX 4070 a pre-built gaming PC
Is it worth it? And it just depends
The easiest answer is always that it depends on what you're planning on doing with the PC
From you know are you just gaming what type of games? Are you going to be streaming video editing?
There's a lot of questions that go into it
However, just for standard gaming oh yeah a 4070 is
definitely gonna do you solid for most games
But if you're also doing
video editing or anything like that or anything extensive you may have to take a look
into the actual spec itself to figure out if it will be good fit for you and then the final
question kills in the night actually really like this one does the n6 team ever get together
and have a collective rant at all the reddit rant a collective laugh at all the reddit rants
um so if you if you're on the nzicty server you've probably seen my name i'm probably on there
the most out of out of anyone that works here so i have a collective laugh with myself often to be
honest uh no like to be completely honest like no like i don't laugh at people like every once in a while
people will post something funny on there and i do laugh and i you know everything that's funny i
will i will share like on our internal slack channel here and whenever someone's like
complain about something you know i will make sure that that the appropriate team
sees that complaint and does something about it.
If someone has a customer service issue,
I always point them in the right direction
and get assistance and things like that.
But no, we don't fit around and just laugh at people
that are talking to us on Reddit,
if that's what you're asking.
Although there is some funny stuff that happens on Reddit, to be honest.
We've got a lot of our memes from Reddit sometimes.
Yeah.
Oh, well, there's this one.
Here, I'll go ahead and play this one real quick.
This AIO is never going to let me down.
We should tweak that.
This is a pretty good one.
I'm not going to lie.
I put it in our spitball's channel so we can tweet that.
I tried doing something like this a while ago, like last year.
And no one liked the video.
Everyone's like, this is stupid.
And I'm like, oh, come on.
But now it's doing well on our Reddit.
Come on, man.
But yeah, I agree.
We don't laugh at people all the time,
but there's something really funny people.
in the uh uh things you know you'll see like uh someone with uh like what we just saw with like
the crack you thing or don't make a really cool build and someone in the comments will say something
funny it's usually it's usually never laughing at it's usually laughing with yeah i wouldn't laugh
a legitimate problems but some brands are just so many i agree i agree okay uh i think that
is it on the community questions uh do you have anything oh
Ivan?
I just want to thank everyone for tuning in today and for, you know, taking a look at my
my Cracken and allowing me to walk you through the different cam modes.

And like we want to reiterate, there is a giveaway for a hoodie, a t-shirt, and a sticker, and Landerpack.
And at the end of the podcast today, we'll give a code that gives you 500 extra entries into it.
First, for an announcement, like Ivan just showed for the past, you know, podcast, the whole part, the whole hour.
We just launched our new Cracken and the new Cracken elite with along our new F120, F140 fans.
So showcase your images or GIFs or GIFs, if you want to be wrong, because the correct pronunciation is GIFs.
If you want to fight me on that, I will.
With the new AIO and customize everything from your fan curves, cooling, the style of your Cracken,
And heck, you can even do your own integrations yourself with our new custom integration software.
So if you guys want to check out CAM, go to nzc.com to download CAM.
And if you want to check out the new coolers, go to nzc.com.
Let's see.
Oh, we just released our new capsule MIDI.
Let me show off the, let me show off the bike right here.
We have our new capsule MIDI and boom arm mini.
Um, make the most of your desk base while key performance.
So take a look at a website, uh, for the mini microphone.
Uh, actually, I, I, I want to just throw a quick, uh, thing that I actually really like the,
the boom arm, because, uh, I had like a regular boom arm, but the problem is I have three
monitors and the big boom arm would obstruct my view.
But with the boom arm mini, it's literally so flat that I literally have nothing obstructing it.
So honestly, I really, I really have nothing obstructing it.
So honestly, I really.
I really, really like the product, the boomar mini the most.
And, of course, the capsule mini is super crisp.
And I really like how tiny this.
Yeah, there it is right there.
This was my camera stand as I was showing you guys.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, so we had a question about this.
Yeah, so there's right here.
This thing actually, this little knob actually can work with most DSLRs.
So if you have a camera stand, you can actually use this.
GIF is pronounced GIF or GIF.
I like that kills the night.
You never had GIF peanut butter?
Come on now.
Wait, what do you mean?
He probably mispronounce coupon.
Is it coupon or coupon?
Which one?
Let's see.
Oh, yes.
And also, we just, like we talked about with one of the questions from who was, from Cupid's Fall.
We have a new player PCs.
We have a player one, two, and three, each with a prime.
So check out what you fit the demographic for for those PCs and then take a look at that.
No, no, it is literally the creator of Jif said is pronounced Jif.
I want to throw that out there.
You cannot fight beyond that.
It's pronounced Jif.
You guys are just wrong.
You guys are just ignorantly allowing yourself be wrong.
So just letting you know that.
Mispronouncing his own tech and he's wrong.
No, no, no.
Let's see.
Oh, and like we said, we just relaunched a bunch of new products, new crackins, new mics, new cases, new coolers, fans, monitors, everything.
Check out nzc.com or if they're sold out, sign up for a newsletter or go to n6c.com slash retailers to stay in the loop to see if there's anything available near you guys.
And then let me go ahead and get the code ready for those that are listening.
the gleam giveaway.
There's a code for 500 extra entries.
And I'll go ahead and get the code ready.
This code is basically for 500 extra entries.
And like I haven't said, most of the time when he pulled winners, it has to be it.
Code is released a crack in.
Code is released the crack in.
I was going to do another GIF versus GIFT thing, but I did that last week.
But it looks like it triggered enough people already.
So I think we're good on that.
But the code is released the crack in.
No spaces, obviously.
and also a shout out to Seattle Cracken for going to the playoffs for hockey.
So keep an eye out support Seattle Cracken.
Woo!
I should have tried it.
I was one of my guesses.
I think, wasn't you the one that tried guessing a bunch of the things before?
It doesn't matter.
I mean, do you have anything else?
No, once again, thank everyone for tuning in.
I always have a good time on the podcast, and I hope everyone has a lovely, lovely weekend.
