I'm excited for the weekend, and this is going to be a pretty fun podcast. Yes, it's always a good time when we rate our community setups. I just want to clarify we are not here to roast anyone.

You know, if we do give criticism, it's because we want to be constructive. We honestly do think every PC is beautiful. Every gaming setup is unique. And every gamer is special. Every builder is one of a kind. So, yeah, we appreciate everyone. sharing their setups. Yeah, I think it was on Wednesday. We made a tweet. We told people to reply with the picture of their gaming setup so we can rate it on today's

podcast episode. Everyone that submitted a picture is automatically entered into a giveaway, which we will share later. We will announce the winner of that later today on Twitter. We got one of our partners, Enterprise right here with six setup. Got this. Oh, have you ever used one of these foot pedal things before? I have. So this setup is, very cluttered but organized. So I know for sure, like Enterprise here, he's the musician.

That's why he has the keyboards and musical gear here. He's also into flight simulators, which explains the joysticks, all the different number pads there and whatnot. And he's also a streamer, which explains why he has like three or four for stream decks. There he has, you know, a drum set up in everything. everything. So my personal opinion on this setup is that it's super chaotic. However, it's very organized and I can tell he knows exactly where every cable is. Everything is routed, nice and tidy. There's no real cable mess that you see. When you have so much stuff like this,

it's damn near impossible to hide the cables, but he does a really good job to make sure that it's not sloppy, you know, like the cables are visible, but it's not sloppy, which I think is great. So I personally give this setup a 10 out of 10. I also like that the decoration is very minimal, you know, because of the clutter. He only has like a little Super Mario and Contra poster or whatever it is on his desk there that stand out. Besides that, it's all business. You know, he's got his webcam, his mice, his keyboard. his tools, his monitors,

everything is very nicely organized. I really like the setup. Me too. I actually, I absolutely love, like you said, it's like a controlled chaos that it's like everything has its place.

But like look at all the stuff he's got. He's got all these monitors, but then you look at all those music setups. And then you just see like keyboard or piano, keyboard, you got all the drum sets, all the decorations behind here, mic setup, like, it's crazy, but it's also really good.

I just hope he has air conditioning in that room. Oh, yeah, I also see all the sound panels, too. So, yeah, I hope he has air conditioning. I don't have air conditioning my place since. I'm sweating. So what do you rate? I rate this 10 out of 10. What do you rate it?

I give it 10 out of 10. I mean, like, like I said, there's so much stuff. There's so much stuff in this place. It's awesome. Yeah, exactly. least, uh, like, I wish I also was like this talented. Like, I only play video games, but this guy obviously has so much musical talent on top of that, probably, you know, streaming and video games, really good.

Yeah, it's nice. All right. What's the next one, Mike? That's the Assassin's Creed one, which has one of our craft cases right here. Um, God, dang, this is, this is good. Uh, I'll move this over a little bit so I can see the full thing. You can also see, oh, get rid of our stuff for quick, that you see that the ESS has Creed poster right there, a natural wall-mounted PC with pretty good cable management.

Like, I don't see that many cables going around. Yeah, and this person in particular, I really liked their setup. And before they had this case, they had a customized an Assassin's Creed case themselves. And when we launched the craft limited edition, H510 Blahalla, we sent it to him because he did such an amazing job, not just with his build, but with his entire setup. And what I mean by that is, you know, it's not just about his computer here.

He has Assassin's Creed all over the place, all over the room, on his monitors, on his walls, custom art carved out of wood. He has like a Viking helmet on top of the PC. You can tell this person absolutely loves this game. And I am not a huge fan of wall-mounted PCs, to be honest. However, I do think it works here because just because of the fact that it's like the whole theme going on, you know, it would be very different if, you know, the room wasn't decorated. To me, the computer here, it looks more like a... decoration piece than an actual PC, which just, you know, I think it blends it nicely into the corner of his room here.

I also think he does a really good job with the cable management, it's not sloppy, everything looks organized. I can tell they spend a lot of time sitting here at this PC, either playing Assassin's Creed or watching TV. So I really like the setup and no complaints from me. I do give it a nice 9 out of 10, simply for the fact that I think maybe the desk could be a little bit bigger, just because that TV on there is really, really taking up a lot of real estate. But besides that, I really, I really like it. So 9 out of 10 for me. Yep.

I agree as well. I think the whole setup itself, the LEDs, the actual wood, I really like the wood art right here. like the Burns Wood Art. I mean, it has a theme, which is Assassin Creed. Everything works with it, the background, the lighting. Like, everything works with it. I'm going to also give us 8, 9 out of 10 as well. I also really like how, like, it's very,

I also really like the Raspberry Pi on the wall. I wonder what that's for. I'm wondering if that was like a way to start the setup, you know, probably. You know, I wonder what other things. It's very functional. Maybe it's for playing two games of Assassin's Creed at the same time or something. And that's David Valenta. Shout out to David.

Oh, so it looks like these guys own their own company. Oh, so it makes a peripheral company, I see. Yeah, Hyperforce PC Gaming Gear. So it looks like they, let's see, got nice standard desk, got a monitor. It looks like a monitor hooked up to a PC, Androidware PC. And then really cool venetose mice and keyboard. Looks great. Very simple.

I like the peripherals for sure. I like the monitor. Alienware makes some really good monitors. Yeah. I used one in the past. It was like a 240 hertz monitor, and I loved that thing. It was really, really good. Never use an alienware.

but it looks like it looks like it's very beefy, so I'm assuming it has like a massive GPU in here. So I love the peripherals, I love the monitor, I love the laptop, love the chair, love the mouse pad. What I don't love is the little tiny desk. I don't like the fact that there's no monitor stand because I'm fairly tall, so if I don't have a monitor stand, that's just me.

Like, I'm looking down a lot. I can imagine there's a lot of neckdiscount. pin going on. I also think the cable management could be a lot better. It looks like this was just you know, rushed to be put on this desk. There's cables all over the place wrapped around the monitors, wrapped around the desk legs. The picture is not hanging on the wall. It's just leaning against the wall. So I'm going to give this, even though I love everything in the picture, I'm going to give it a 5 out of 10

because it's not put together nicely. I'm going to go along with base line. So I think like if you have to do a base lot on like 5 is like very basic setup. This is a pretty basic setup. It works well. You know, it gets a job done. I really like the gaming chair and everything like that.

I like how the gaming chair and the mouse pad work together. But yeah, lots of cables. The painting's not hung up, sadly. And there's just a lot of cables. everywhere so it's not clean but it's functional so i'm going to give it a six out of ten instead of a five out of ten wow ooh oh okay i'm liking this setup right here oh looks like they have a little footrest right here um i wonder how comfortable that would be to have your feet up while you're gaming on your PC. Maybe it's better for like controllers.

I don't see a console under setup. Is it possible to zoom in a little bit? Not really. Can't really zoom in too? Can you hold down the control key and scroll in maybe? Yeah. That's as much as I can do.

All right. So. I can try to do this. Yeah, I just wanted to zoom in just so I can see like what is all on on there. But yeah,

This, to me, looks like it's very cozy. You can obviously tell they're a streamer because they have the two lights going on. They have the stream deck. They have the nice camera right in the middle. I love the fact that there is a monitor. It looks like it's two monitor stands, not one way. It looks like it's two monitor stands, one for each monitor. which I love, because, like I said, I do, I am, well, I'm not like a giant, but I'm a little

taller than most people. And if I don't have my monitors on a stand, I do feel like I'm just looking down and it does hurt my neck after a while. The one thing I don't like is that the monitors are not the same. So it looks like there's three different monitors going on, which I don't know, the resolution on each monitor, but typically when they're not the same they might be different resolutions I also feel like there's not enough

maybe there is behind but just from looking at this picture I feel like if you're screaming you want to have a little bit nicer decoration on the wall because you're on camera I can't tell obviously what's behind them but just looking at this wall it's very bare so I don't know I feel like this could use

a little bit of spice You know, maybe a nice looking poster, maybe some nano leaves, you know, something. There's not even like a plushy or a fun cop going on. But overall, it looks very cozy. I do like the footrest. I will give this, I will give this 8 out of 10. I'm going to do the same thing. I think it's very functional.

The three monitors look well, stream deck right here. Got the camera. I got the two key lights, which is very nice. PC's good, very functional, very minimalistic. I'll also give it an A.10. I think it's like, it does a job well. Oh, oh, okay, a TV setup. Okay, so let me, let me get rich and all.

There we go. There we go. I. Wow, so okay, so let's break this down. So he's got right here, you see the PC, the PS5 right here. Is this a PC? Yeah, that's a Thermotake case right there. Oh, okay, that's cool.

I was like, okay, that's cool. Oh, yeah, thermal take right here. I see it. Yeah. Looks like a sound system right here. Oh, yeah. Look at the sound system on this thing. Yeah.

Yeah, so it looks like, oh, interesting. So I think in terms of a console setup, fantastic. You got the lounge chair right here. you know, you got the PS5, you can just lean back and play. That sounds great. However, as a PC setup, really tough because you're going to be like, stare like this. Whenever, like, a movement happens onto the left or right side, you'd have to, like, physically turn your head. Yeah.

And, you know, the assignment was to post a picture of your gaming setup. And if this is your gaming setup, you're really only realistically playing with the controller, which nothing wrong with that. I myself am a controller gamer. My favorite controller of all time is this old Xbox wired 360 controller, which I used to play a lot of games. Nothing wrong with that. However, if you wanted to play anything with a keyboard, it's going to be very hard, especially when you have that nice big lazy boy chair and a tiny little desk for your keyboard and mouse. I do see a switch on the little desk as well.

So I do think they do play video games on here. The sound system looks epic. I'm sure it's loud. Looks like they have two massive sound woofers on the floor. It looks like they have three really big speakers up top. The TV is not too high, which I appreciate. I hate when the TV is mounted too high. It's really annoying.

I do see a few cables, but it looks like, you know, everything is somewhat organized. I don't really like how the PC is situated right next to the desk like that for a few reasons. Number one is just because I feel like, you know, it's something like this. I think that the PC should either be hidden out of the way so you, you know, you're not seeing it. or displayed in a way where, you know, it's more like a part of the whole home theater system. I don't know. I feel like this PC should be like on top of a table or something. I don't really like it on the floor.

It just, it really sticks out for me. I also see the headset right there hanging from the desk. I don't know. I could definitely see myself playing here for hours just because it looks super comfortable. however I think the type of game would be very limited so I'm going to give this a 7 out of 10 I'm going to do a same thing 7 out of 10 now I was thinking as same as I think it's very simple it's great for um console gaming so it's very relaxed lean back play some games very chill maybe even watch some movies on it because you have your PC set up so you can watch some like

YouTube videos or watch a Netflix on it um sounds this stuff I think is the thing that really like pops it for me because the sound is going to be I mean look at this he's got three speakers right here and I think these are two sub-wolvers if I can see correctly till dark like that's gonna be a bag and set up so 10 time for that that that that's what raises out for me it's definitely super comfy yes very comfy all right ooh okay let's see this one Ooh. I'm gonna get rid of the chat real quick.

I should probably say the user names as we pull these up. Oh, yes. So this is from at the real e-date. I'll show the thing at the real date. I don't know. Look at this setup though. Yeah. So it says video was before the latest build for the three monitors set up before the Founders

Edition 4090 upgrade to dual monitor setup. However, I am planning on a claimant swap. power supply upgrade for a dual model build for ed zixie so we'll see look at this setup man great pcs two PCs oh yeah two PCs set up yeah and then there's some music on this one sorry for the jump scare wow look at this place like this thing is like there's so much going on this place I mean like yeah it's another one of those setups where I ever I always think like I hope they have air conditioning because it's going to get nice and toasty in there. This setup is cool because it doesn't, from the looks of it, it doesn't look like they're doing any sort of streaming.

Even though they do have webcams, you know, there's not like a lot of really intricate lighting going on. There's no steam deck or stream deck or anything like that. So it looks like it just might be like two people who come in here and play video games, which is awesome. My only gripe is it's not, you know, identical. Like both setups are in there, but they're not the same. So it's not like, you know, a uniform setup. It's like one setup looks one way and another looks another way. They're just going to put together.

I kind of wish it would have been more similar, but, you know, not to say it's a bad setup. I love the decorations. I love the nanolees. I love the posters. especially that WAS one, the little graffiti style, looks really cool. I don't really like... I'm not a fan of having a TV up so high, but in this instance, it does look good,

and it fits in nicely just because you have all the monitors right underneath that, so I'm going to give this a 9 out of 10. I like everything. However, for me personally, it's too much. going on. There's a lot happening. Like, there's a lot of decorations, a lot of LEDs, a lot of screens, just a lot of, it looks like there's, each one has its purpose, but for me, it's a lot. I'm going to give it an 8 out of 10, but still really good, though. I mean, like, in terms of, like, if everything works well, it's going to be an amazing setup. Because, you know, I see a couple comments here

saying it probably gets really stuffy. If you got, like, a really good AC, like, maybe it's, like, over to the left over here, or like right up here. Dang, then this thing is really good. But I do agree, the electricity probably takes, it probably is a lot of electricity. It probably gets taken up on this thing. It's like all the LEDs, all the PCs, the screens, everything. Lousy, soy said, or asked,

is that a George Forman girl next to the PC on the right? I hope it's not. This right here. I don't know. Isn't it a drug from Engrel? No, I think it's a VR headset, like, Pat. It would be actually pretty cool. There's a George Frum & Grow just making grilled cheese sandwiches.

Oh, dude, that would be dope, actually. Like, why do you need a mini-fridge when you can just make grown cheeses? Yeah. Like the last of us supposed to do. The Chlorox wipes there, which is a nice touch. Oh, yeah, good idea. Keeps everything clean. Yeah, not bad.

Not bad. Oh, here's Andy the Lab. Of course. You guys, there's Chanel, I believe, right there. Of course, this setup. We always got to bring this setup every once in a while. Yeah, Andy, the Lab is Rope Tech's sidekick, and they have this really nice driving simulator setup.

I don't know what it's called. They're called driving simulators, right? Yes, yeah. It's like a full, it's, I remember the official name of it, but it's like a full like motion. Yeah. Yeah, this setup is awesome. You know, curved giant monitor.

The PC is on wheels, which is great because I feel like in this type of setup, you probably have to move things around every so often. The cables look super organized. They're zip tied together, out of the way, wrap nicely. There's soundproofing on the walls. I also like that there's nothing surrounding this setup like there's no tables, there's no trash can, nothing. It's just like literally here's a setup, you sit down and you race or you drive,

whatever it is you want to do in this thing. I love it. I give this a 10 out of 10. Yeah. For some of them that are saying, is it two Kurd monitors? Yes, because I don't think they have this wide. monitor available but yeah there's a little bit of like a connector i don't think it's tape i think it's like a plastic connector here you know they just taped it it's taped it together um but yeah

i mean like look at the cable management there's like all the wires are like perfectly i like how the pcs like on a little roly thing right here um oh it looks like there's some places that you put stuff here in case you need to so there's like a full desk setup which is nice you put some water here Sorry to interrupt you, but the reason I like the PCs on this little rolling thing here is because I imagine, you know, you're not always going to be using your PC to sit down and drive. And when it's on a little rolling thing like this, you can just roll it to their side of the room and maybe plug it into your desk and you have another setup going on there. So I think it's smart to do that. That way, you're not always carrying the thing, right? Mm-hmm.

Looks very nice. This is a nice setup. I like it. What do you rate it? I'm going to give it a 10 of 10. I mean, first, like, as exquisite as this, like, it's a full driving setup. Is someone that's getting into F1? Like, I'm getting really into F1 recently.

This will be an amazing setup to play. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, yeah. So it looks like there's little subs right here for, like, to really, like, feel it, feel everything. Full. Oh, it's a. Snaptic?

Synaptic feedback? Yeah, I was leaving the seatbelts on this chair. You actually do need to wear seatbelts on this thing, which is funny. I like it. So this is from Just Hines. Ooh, one of my favorite ones, actually. Full white setup. All right, so let's take a look into this.

Oh, actually, it's not fully white, Mike. Oh. It's mostly white. Mostly white. It's mostly white setup. And that it was actually what I liked about it is that, you know, Usually when you see a white setup, like when people have a white PC, like they go, they just make everything white. So it's like white components, you know, white boom arm, white decorations, everything white, white, white, white, white, which is fine.

Nothing wrong with that. It looks great. But to me, I really like that this was a mixture of mostly white with a little bit of black. and then there's some color pop with the pink mic and then the green plants up top, nice touch. Cable management is superb. That's so, it's so good. Yeah, I love the lighting.

You can tell this person is a streamer. I have no idea what that rolled up tarp. Probably yoga mat. Oh, maybe it's a yoga mat. I've never done yoga. I don't know what they look like. Yeah. I really like how the PC is also wall mounted, but it's mounted in a way that I actually haven't seen before where it's like, you know, it almost looks like it's floating on the right side of the desk versus being mounted right behind the monitors or something. So it looks very unique. And I'm not a huge fan of wall mounted PCs, but in this case, it does look pretty cool. It just looks like it's floating off of your desk, you know.

The plants, I don't know if they're real, if they are. I hope that they don't have a lot of water in there because they're above all the electronics and there's an earthquake or something, I do imagine it would cause some damage. But they look nice. If they're fake, you know, no big deal, they also look nice. I'm going to give this setup 9.5 out of 10. Yeah, I'm going to even 9 out of 10 as well. I really like to set.

It's clean. Very clean. I mean, like, look at all the cable mansion. Like, right here, all the things right here. It's within the thing. I really like how the PC, even though it's wall mounted, also has, like, so good cable mansion covers right here. Plants add a great aesthetic.

Yeah, I mean, like, I'm just like, yeah, this thing. I also love. I just realized they even have the Xbox Series S right there. Did you see it? Where is it? There's an X-Dx. fuck's hidden in there. Oh, right here. I even notice it. Shoot, that's cool. Yeah, honestly, yeah, I see some comments. Honestly, yeah, I'm

actually leaning towards 10 of 10. I think it's just too clean. Maybe, I only give it a 9.5, only the reason I give it a 9.5 and not a 10, honestly, is because I don't know if those plants are real or not. If they are real, I do think they're in a really dangerous spot. And that's why I deduct the half point. Because if they are real, fake, this definitely is fake.

Yeah, I don't know. If they're real and they have water, I would not put him on there for sure. These look fake. These look fake, but it's more for the aesthetic. Yeah. Okay. 9.5 are the real, 10, if they're fake. Either way, awesome setup.

There's like nothing really to complain about here. Yeah, this is... I love the pink microphone, too. The pink mic's awesome. Elgato Wave 3, I believe. Oh, I really wanted to actually see this one as well. This is from everyone knows DAV1. I actually

What are your opinion on projectors? There's good and bad going on here for me All right So But good going on here

I do On occasion Play video games on a projector I'll hook up my My mini Nintendo or my mini super Nintendo Nintendo to a projector And I'll just lay on the

floor and play Mario Brothers or something, and my daughter will just lay there with me and eat popcorn and tell me to, like, jump on turtles and whatnot. It's super fun. However, what I don't like about projectors in general, mine included and I've seen in this picture, is if you don't have like a rolling or like a projector stand, it looks very, very sloppy. You see like on the top how it's like hanging and it's like, curved. It looks, at least in my opinion, it looks like it's not like even, right? So I hate that, I just hate the way that looks like, you know, I hang out my projector on the curtain rod. So it looks very similar to this. But it just looks very, very sloppy. And then I have seen other projectors where it's just a stand and it's perfectly straight, perfectly level, doesn't look sloppy. So I think if you're going to have this permanently hanging, hanging up behind your setup, you're going to want to have everything nice and tidy the entire time. And then going down below, I see they have two computers, they have a desktop PC with what looks like an old motherboard on top of it. That's not in use. And then they have a laptop which is half hanging off the desk. they have two mice, a hard drive on the desk, a keyboard, a couple hard drives. They have two mice as well.

I see, I think they have an ashtray there with cigarettes in there. So, I don't know, like, it's very clear that they use this, and it's probably, you know, a great setup, but it's not something that would consider clean or organized. or even user-friendly, to be honest, just because it's so cluttered. So I'm going to give this a six out of ten. I'm going to give it a five. It's not a bad setup.

Like, as in, as for, like, most of the things, like, it's fine. Like, it's a great setup, you know, it works. You know, I always say, like, five as, like, a baseline. Um, I just, they're in a bunker. Yeah, I just, I think it's too much clutter going on here. Like, what, uh, if you want to play, like, video games, how are you going to play with this little bit of mouse pad right here? I, you have to move everything out of the way for it to work.

Yeah. Um, the projector is fine. Like, I'm, I'm not a big, I'm not, uh, like, I'm not, uh, like, I'm not disparaging the, the projector. Actually, I really like it. But in terms of, like, gaming, I would rather just game on a monitor. That's just personal preference. Yeah, there's a hard drive right here, the Ashtrade, the other mouse on top of the thing. It looks like another one.

There's just so much clutter here where you have to eat your mouse. It really looks like they're in a bunker. Yeah. But it's not a bad thing. It's not like an awful setup or anything like that. No, it's not a bad setup. Like you said, it's cluttered. It just works.

There's a lot going on here. It also looks very steamy. So hopefully we also have AC in here. Mm-hmm. This one was very cool. I actually saw this one. What do you think about the aesthetic? Who is this one?

This is from Sierra Tonin. Oh, I like that name. Yeah, I really like that. It's actually a really sick, like, username. Like, I actually really like this username. So this definitely looks cool. It looks something like you would see, you know, like in an Instagram ad, very Instagram worthy.

You know, you got the fake grass on the wall, so if someone tells you to touch grass, you can just stick your arm out and touch it. It also looked very nice and cozy. It's not a huge, huge setup. It looks like it's just like the corner of their room. I do love the plants. I got to get a plant in here because I'm starting to see all these plants set up.

I feel like I'm missing one. The chair also looks super. super uh that's like herbin miller yeah yeah like i guess one of those like chairs that fix your posture i'm not to be honest I'm not a huge fan of sticking

plants inside of the computer case because I do I do think it impacts the airflow it makes things hot um you can tell they're a streamer you know they have the one giant ring light and two

key lights on the on the side but they're Nintendo Switch there too. Not much to hate on the setup, man. Like, it's very cozy. It's very unique. My only gripe, I think, with it, is the fact that it has the plants inside of the PC. And I can't tell because the picture is cropped. But usually when the PC is in the left like this and it's angled in the way they have it angled,

you're going to see a lot of cables sticking out. I agree. And I'm assuming that that's why they didn't show that. So I'm going to give this an 8 out of 10. I'm going to give this a 9 out of 10. I think everything is perfect about the setup. I do agree. The cables over here would probably cause a lot of issues made

or something to hide it there. I also agree, plants inside the PC, not the biggest fan of things in the PC. I don't know to popple pop every once in a while, but can't really do anything like that. But in everything else, it looks pretty good. Yeah, I like how, I like that little headphones down, whatever it is. Yeah, I really like this. It has like a little ring thing.

The Nintendo Switch is fantastic. I love the, like, I love the color palette of this. It's like beige, white. green, emso black, obviously, but really good color palette. And what I like about this setup is, you know, not everyone has the space or even the budget sometimes to have a big, massive setup, you know, like, for example, me, like I work at a PC company, but I don't have the space at my house to have a PC setup right now just because you have two little girls and they take up more space than I do. So I do the same thing.

That is Affinity, you said? Yes. Yeah, I do the same thing as Affinity here where I'll put my laptop on a little tiny desk like this with my mouse patch. And then I'll have my keyboard and my mouse on there, my microphone, even my webcam on there. And I'll play video games or I even done the podcast like that a few times. So this is obviously not the best setup in the world. However, I do think it does get the job done. you will be able to just sit here and play Minecraft nice and comfy

and if you're hungry, grab yourself a pringle from that can. I love the fact that they add a little bit of personality to it with the Legos, but it's not too much. You know, they're still not running out of space. I'm going to actually give this, believe it or not, even though it's not the best setup in the world, I am going to give it a 7 out of 10. I think I have to agree with most of it.

Like, it works. Like, this actually reminds me of my first setup when I was young. Like, literally, I had a little laptop. It was a Mac, by the way. So it wasn't even, like, a good PC, like, good laptop. It was a Mac. And all I would do is play, like, Minecraft or League Legends with my friends on this Mac. And honestly, it did this job.

And, hey, you actually have a natural keyboard. I had to do with the track pad for a little bit because I didn't have a good external mouse. So yeah, this works And hey, get, honestly, I'm going to give this 7 out of 10 as well. I really like this.

The only thing I would probably change if it were mine is I would use a smaller keyboard and I would try to get like a small or sorry, a wireless keyboard and mouse just so you have a little bit more space

Casey has always been in the chat, I recognize. So let's take a look. Ooh, Sabalai. I like it. Ooh, I like it. So, first of all, what I love about this setup is the nerve wallpaper. I'm not a weeb, but I love Neon Genesis Evangelion. It's the first anime I ever watched when I was a teenager back in the 90s.

and I've always held it close, close to my heart. I'm also a huge fan of stickers on computer cases behind me. I put stickers everywhere. I love it. I see that they're flexing a little bit with their supreme merch. I think those are some supreme meditation balls. I love, love, love how they have the controller. displayed right there in front of the case.

But Wi-Fi antenna looks like makes the case look like a shark. My only, I guess, real gripe with this thing is, even though I don't see the full picture, I can tell the cable management is not the top priority. I can see there's like some tangly wires there on the far right. But I do have some criticisms of this. So first and foremost, it is the cable management. If you look at the back of the build there, you see there's cables going all over the place. Doesn't look like you spent a lot of time with the cable management. But like I said, first build, your excuse. I think everyone, when they do their first build,

they're just like, I just want to plug everything together and make sure it turns on. You know, no big deal. You'll eventually get to it. I know you will. The other thing, too, is I don't know. It looks like there's only one LED fan that's working. or maybe it was cycling through the radio there,

but you might want to take a look at that. Besides that, though, I mean, there's really not much to complain about except for the beer, not a fan of Miller-light beer. But it's your first, it's your very first build. So you get a 11 out of 10 for me, my friend. I agree. For Cupid's Fall, say, is building PC easy?

I think Harley-Shedachi said it perfectly. It can be scary for the first time, but it is relatively easy. If you watch, if you do a lot of research, my personal thing is Linus Tectis has a POV version of him building a PC. That's a great, like, video just to watch. It, and just like Casey Dider says, it's just expensive Legos. every part fits in a certain place. So it's not like this cord. It's like, uh-oh, will this cord fit here?

It's like, if the cord is supposed to go there, it'll fit in there. If it doesn't fit, it's not supposed to go there. It's exactly like building Legos except much cheaper than Legos. I also really like, too, that it's somewhat of a museum there.

I love that those old school clear, see-through, colorful Macintosh PCs that you see. Oh, I remember those. Yeah, those are really cool computers. I love those a lot. I also see that on the, they have one PC with like a monitor on top of it, which is a little weird. I don't know what the point of it is. I don't know what that computer is being used for. but this is like a cable management

magic trick to be honest because I have no idea how they did this but that alone is like you automatically get at least a seven for that for me at least because it's like how did you do this fiber optic display port cable under the rug log USB hub inexpensive now I was like what the heck

two chairs, you know, one's a diva chair, one's a Harley Quinn chair, both Secret Lab, both look super comfy. Yeah, it's a really cool setup. I can imagine myself waking up on a Saturday morning in this room and just going straight to my desk. my only real gripe that I you know something that I would immediately probably reconsider if this was mine and probably want to change it is just glass desk or something they look bad it's just like I am super clumsy I feel like I would drop something on there and shatter into a million pieces but I think it does work with this setup you know especially because it's like it looks like it's in the middle of the room. So I think if it was like a wooden desk, it probably look a lot more cluttered.

You know, when it's clear like this in glass, it looks like it doesn't take up that much space. So nicely done, I'm going to give this an eight out of ten. I'm going to give us a nine. Like, I really like the main reason why I'm loved with this one, the cable management with the fiber, like that right there alone just gives it like an extra couple points just from that alone. I also really love. I think the So Diva and Harley Quinn. I love the gaming chairs right here. Yeah, no, I mean, I love this whole setup right here.

And the G3. I remember playing with these at my uncles or at Computer Lab. So that was fun. I also like all the storage solution going on here. Mm-hmm. All the SSDs and everything like that. Nice and tidy, organized. Good job.

Nice setup. So this thing is, it's very nice, nicely organized. I love that. You know, they ran out of space on their desk and they have a table of equal length right next to it, or sorry, equal height right next to it for the PC. So blends in nice and seamless. Can you show the underneath the desk again real quick? Underneath?

Yeah. I just wanted to expect that cable management there. I do see some zip ties. I don't think it's super messy, but it's also not super clean. It looks very, very good though. It's not like all over the place, like a rat's nest. My biggest complaint about this is just the monitors being two very, very different sizes. It looks like your main display is much smaller than your side display.

So if it were me, I would probably switch him and I would make the little one vertical if possible. if possible. If not, though, you know, you're probably used to it by now. The other thing, too, that I would probably want to change is I would move that microphone, so it's not in front of the little monitor. It looks like it's just blocking the screen for no reason. I would get a boom arm, put it on the desk in the front, so it's out of the way. And I would also get a nice stand or some sort of holder for the headphones.

I don't just put them on my desk. But overall, not a bad setup. You know, maybe put some decoration tool on the wall in case you get bored looking at the screen. But overall, pretty nice. I'm going to give it a 7 out of 10. I'm going to give it a 7.5 out of 10. One, because one, you're playing R6.

I loved R6 when I was, like, when Frost and then came out of it. I was there for the first DLC. I love that. A very simple setup. And what I like a lot, that I did a lot of points is how clean the desk is. is, there's a lot of room. A lot of times there's a lot of clutter on people's desks.

Hold on, Mike. Hold on, Mike. Hold on. What? The social boner just made a really good point. The desk is backwards. Oh, yeah. That's what I was also looking at. It's curved. But I also understand why, though, because, like, it would be very awkward for having a curved part against the wall, right?

It would just be very awkward. awkward to have like literally just like a curved area against a flat part so honestly this makes more sense in my opinion but yeah they guess those two little yeah management holes though they stick out like a sort thumb now yeah i can't believe i miss that yeah but i just i understand though why because like you want the flat part against the flat part why would you want the rounded part against the flat part you know what you should you should you know what you should do fat ice cream

you should take out the plastic clips from those holes and use one for like a boom arm or something for your mic and then the other one maybe some sort of headphone holder so that you put it to use for something. I like the idea of a cup holder. Make one of these a little cup holder. That actually would be actually that would be kind of dope.

You just have your little cup right there and you just slide it in. That actually would be. pretty dope. I actually really like that idea. I actually want what to my thing. You just imagine you're just like gaming, you're drinking your cup, and you just go, it just physically just fits in.

Oh. That was a really good eye, social boner. Yeah, good idea. I like that. I like that a lot. All righty. Next, Sam Slays. Ooh, LEDs.

Love it. Looks like an H5 flow right here, or H5 Elite. Ooh, okay. Very nice setup, very clean, very elegant, very organized, amazing cable management. However, it looks like the PC is on the left, which when it is, nine times out of 10, you're going to see a lot of cables because you're exposing the rear of the PC and that part is cropped off here. so I can't really tell if the cable management is messy back there. But overall, very clean. I love the wireless mouse.

I believe the keyboard is wireless as well. I see the PlayStation controller. So very minimal when it comes to the cables. The only thing I would probably change from this setup is I would try to put the PC on the other side, to be honest. But the bigger thing that sticks out to me is the microphone. It looks like it's too far away from where you're sitting. And I don't know what that box is right there in front of the microphone. Do you know, Mike? They do not know, actually. Cables are hidden and half a cover. Oh, okay. So the cables are hidden.

Okay. Oh, it's a tablet. All right, cool. Oh, it's a tablet. Oh, okay. Yeah, so that's cool. That's cool. I like actually, I always have like, not a tablet, but I have my phone on my desk and I'm always like doing something on it too. So that's cool. You have the tablet. Yeah, maybe I would consider maybe a boom arm, maybe the NGT mini boom arm so it's not too in the way just to get that microphone a little bit closer to you.

But then again, I don't know how often you're using your mic. Maybe you don't use it that much. And that's why it's just off and back there. But yeah, very organized, right, clean. and like I said, very elegant. I love the lighting. I'm going to give this an 8.5 out of 10. I'm going to give it a 9 because the one,

but hidden. And that really goes a long way because it makes a setup look so clean. The lighting, you know, that little subtle purple glow all around the edges there really makes the setup pop. I love the glow behind the monitors as well. I really love how you have the table pop on top of two drawers like that because it's like you made it fit like that, you know, but it almost looks like it's something that like is very just custom for your needs there. So it looks really, really cool, very organized. The chair also looks super comfortable. Maybe see that a little bit. My only, not a complaint, but the thing that I would personally change is I'm not a fan of having stack monitors.

So I would have the top monitor on my left in a vertical orientation, but that's not a deal breaker to me. I also love the board on the right with your controllers and all that. Like, to me, this is like a perfect setup, to be honest. I'm going to have to give this a 10 out of 10. I'm going to give this a 9 out of 10. The only thing that's stopping me from it is that I actually, I actually, you know, I actually have the same exact setup. I have the

Like I don't think I've seen better cable management before. Like look at it. It literally looks like there's nothing. That is insane. The only downside to having cable management this organized is when you either have to upgrade your PC or move your PC or something. like you have to take all that apart and that's a pain but but yeah like like paulini said in the chat i would personally also pay for someone to come into my my house and like say do something like this just organize all my cables because i don't have the the patience or even the skill to be honest

So first thing I want to know is what type of room is this? This is like a it almost looks like a shed. Yeah. Garage? Yeah, maybe.

Yeah, which is awesome. Like I'm a huge fan of of people who like take like a little tool shed and they make it into a man cave or they have a little nucking. the garage it turned to a little game station i think that's really cool um you know what i love

about the setup though and i think case you never says too the freaking wood shelves you can change it based on how what you need so it's like oh i you know you move this out of the way you don't need these speakers anywhere you can put it down here or you can keep it up here high if you want to put something taller here that is really cool it's like that key of pegboards but you can just it's a physical wood shelf. So yeah, this is a really, really interesting setup for a couple of reasons. I guess the thing that sticks out to me the most is the fact that where you sit looks to be like a very narrow space. Right.

So I don't know if I would be comfortable there because I tend to, you know, swivel my chair a lot. I'm doing that right now. I'm also, you know, I'm not the smallest person in the world. world. So I think I might have a hard time just seeing in there. I imagine in order to sit there, you would have to like put the chair behind you and hold it with two hands and like you a little bit to get the chair in there and then you wouldn't be able to move left or right. Please correct me if I'm wrong though. I also think the monitor is very nice but also very low. You know, it's lower than the the PC itself. So I personally would want to see the monitor. a little bit more at eye level. And you said it's a work in progress, so I'm not going to really

criticize the LEDs too much, but the LEDs on the right are triggering me. I wish those things were not just dangling there off what looks like a Wi-Fi router. I think it's a chalkboard in the back there, which is cool. You can take notes or write nice message,

things like that. So, yeah, I think for me the biggest thing that I guess quote unquote bothers me is just the fact that where you sit looks to be very, very narrow. I don't know if I could deal with that on a day-in-day-out basis, but the work in progress, so I would love to see the finished product.

But as of right now, I'm going to have to give this, I'm going to say a 7 out of 10. Yeah, let's see. The other end has my retro PCs. Right out of wood, though, need get more. One ass, yeah, 2.30 centimeter. From end to end, the desk is at 80. The Lesser going in channel like the rest on the left is a TV.

Yeah. So honestly, this man cave is going to be sick. I'm actually really excited to see the setup once it's like completely done. Because I bet it's going to have like, I mean, looking at this already, having the LEDs go all the way around. Got the TV here. Other sides of the stuff. I see there's a little coke right here. I like that oh this is so cute Kimono oh no I like this is a perfect caption for this setup. It's not much, but it's on its work. It looks great. Yeah. I mean, this is like, oh, Kirby. This setup is cool because it has everything you need, you know.

You got your two monitors. You got your blue snowball mic. You got your, your webcam. You see there on the right. Everything is perfect. Nice and cozy. It looks like it's in a little corner. You know, this thing is just going to get the job done. Yeah. It's a work. And you're an apartment too. So yeah, this is definitely perfect for that apartment. Yeah. Like, this is, you know, not, obviously, Kimono. Don't take any offense to this.

This is not the best setup in the world. This is nothing compared to, like, P&W tech, you know. But whose is, right? Like, I don't think much, many people can even get close to anything like that. But like you said in your caption, you know, it's not much, but it's on its work. And that's the truth here. Like this setup's going to get the job done. It's going to allow you to do everything you need to do.

I do see, like, the one thing that I will criticize is I could tell the cable management is not the best because I do see what looks like cables stretching and some are loose and some are tangled. So if I were to change anything about this, I would just probably. unplug everything and like make sure everything is nice and tidy, especially if you're in a small apartment, you know, space is limited. You want to maximize as much as possible and just make sure everything is organized and whatnot. I'm not sure what case that is, but I do like the LED bar on the side there. It kind of gives a little bit of a pop and flare. So I am going to give this a 7 out of 10. I was going to say the same as well,

first setup. However, with that being said, I do have some criticisms of this setup. So this isn't a closet, right? This is, yes, the desk that was built to fit in a closet. So right off the bat,

I think that's amazing. I love making the most out of what you got because, you know, I also live in a small house. I wish I had room in a closet to put my gaming setup, to be honest. I think it's really smart. My, I love, love, love, love, love the dual monitors on that stand at eye level, because like I've been saying throughout this podcast is, I am a little bit taller than most people, so the monitor is too low. I do have to like tilt my my head down and it does hurt my neck after a while. Tall people problems. I like having the monitor right in front of me at eye level. I don't want to, you know, to look down at all. So that's great. I also think it's great how you have, um, the decoration hanging there behind the monitor. I don't know what's behind there, but, you know, you have a, you have, it gives a little bit of flare in my opinion.

like it. Like a tapestry. Yeah, give it something extra. My biggest complaint about this is like I feel like a broken record when I complain about the same thing, but it's the cable management just because I do see some cables are being yanked, some are dangling, some are tangled, some are hanging, et cetera. So I'm sure it's super cramped in a closet and not easy to to do cable management, but that's probably the one thing I would do to change this up. And, well, actually, you know what?

I think I realize why I like that decoration is because whatever that thing is, it matches your theme on your monitors there, but your wallpapers and the lighting going on. It's pretty cool. And, you know, you said this is your first setup, so you get an automatic tent because it's your first one.

So GGs. Same. Uh, God. Like, I, honestly, I love how big this desk is. Like, you said it's, it's custom built to, like, you said it's custom built to fit in a small space. But God dang, like, look how much extra room you have on each side. Like, this is a big, like, if you think about it, like, that, that mouse pad is, you know, maybe two to three feet. You have, like, extra, like, you literally have, like, you've been a person on your desk.

Yeah. It's a really, really nice custom desk. Yeah. You could literally fit a person on your desk. So, like, that's a dang nice desk right there. I like the setup right here. The, the, you said the cables got better. All the red with the mic, the RGBs, LEDs, the headset, all the red works well.

Yeah, I got to give it to have that. First setup, too. This is an amazing first setup. My first setup was my dad's, like, like, old, like, the desk was older than me. and I put like my stuff there. Like that was my setup. So this is good. Also got to

got to give bonus points for the for the cool username. Cloud Cobain is. Cloud Cobain is pretty sick. And Clark Cobain says that the wood wasn't even stained. They did that with a torch. So man, that's pretty awesome.

Yeah, makes sense. And right off the bat, when I see this setup, I just think it's very, very cluttered. However, that doesn't mean it's bad. It just means, like, man, this thing is cluttered. And, you know, when things are cluttered, it's just not always the comfiest of spaces, but it looks like you spend a lot of time here.

It looks like you know what you're doing. I see you got, looks like some editing. You're doing, or maybe just, I don't know, Are you editing stuff or maybe you're stream? I think you're streaming. It also, I also like the NWO hat in the top left right there. I don't know. I'm kind of torn between this one because it's cluttered,

but it also looks very, very functional, you know? I guess my only real gripe is I would want to clean this up. I would just, you know, I know you have a smoking materials there. I just hope you're not smoking around your PC because it does create a lot of dust and dirt inside your PC. So I hope you're not doing that in there because it will damage your components in the long run. I see you're smoking outside, so that's good. Yeah, I, you know, this is very cluttered, but it also looks very functional, like I said. So I'm going to give this a 7.5 out of 10.
