You know them from their appearances on The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, which ultimately led them to Bachelor in Paradise Season 4, where they met.

Fell in Love. And now they're engaged. She's a fashionista from Arkansas. and he's a real estate agent from right here in Texas. They now live in Dallas together. They also recently started a podcast called Date Night where they talk about the crazy world of dating and give advice to all those romantics out there,

which we all need dating advice, even me. Please welcome to the stage, my friends, Raven and Adam. Yeah, Jason, if you're listening. I know. Okay, so I told you guys this earlier, but when we came in, we're like, yeah, congrats. Like, we obviously said congratulations when you guys first got engaged, but you see somebody in person, congratulations. And Raven goes, you guys are next. And I was like, fuck you.

No? No. I said, fuck you. And I was like, that's so funny because when I congratulated Wells and Sarah on getting engaged, Wells was like, I think I'm supposed to say you're next. Is that like the thing that people say after? Well, you are next. Am I?

We're putting it in the universe and it's happening. Do you know something that I don't? Maybe. I do. I mean, Adam did good, so I'll show him my ring backstage. Yeah, because this is like, is it your uncle or something? Yeah, yeah, yeah. He did very good.

So they did a good job. And then the problem is, is now everyone asks, when is the wedding date? And then when are you going to have kids? And then when are you going to have grandkids? You're like, okay, just stop. I always laugh about that. So I think that's what, I think that's a great segue into a can you not. Can you not?

Engagements. because sadly I've been there and I know what those questions are as well so I can relate I can add to the canyon knotss is anybody engaged out there yeah right I see some hands are you guys just wooing to woo are you congratulations everybody yeah oh my god congrats there everyone is oh my god I love your energy you're so cute oh my god she doesn't stop I literally see your ring sparkling from here. That's amazing.

That's so cool. Okay, so, like, what's the most annoying question someone's ever asked you from being engaged? Oh, I'm sorry, you feel so much pressure. She's like, oh, f***. When's the date? Yeah. No, the most embarrassing one, though.

Okay, can you not look somebody in the eye and say, am I invited? I made sure I didn't do that. But you're going to include me in the wedding party, right? Oh, I would die. Would you people do that? Yeah, yeah. I think they ask if they're invited first

and then they're like, okay, maybe I have a chance of being in the party, you know what I mean? No, no, no, no, Kaylee, this is what's happening. No, Kaylee, this is exactly what happens. People go, when's the date? And then they go, I'm free that weekend. I'll be around. Save the date.

I'm here. I'm here. I was like, when do you guys? have a date and then I went oh shit that's annoying and then they said the date and then I went you have a great time because I didn't want to be that person

anyways and like have you on my podcast once and think I'm invited to the wedding can you not but what's another can you not for you guys I mean you said can you not ask them we're going to have kids yeah okay so when's the date when you having kids

and then you joked because it's like as soon as you and we talk about this a lot in the podcast as soon as you get in No, you're dating when you're getting engaged, especially in the bachelor world. You get engaged when you're getting married. You get married when you're having a kid. You have a kid when you're having the second kid. You have a second kid.

When's the third? You have a third then they're like, where's ramen? And then you have a dog and they're like, when's the funeral? Like they want to know that each step in your relationship, which I get it. It's just like natural conversation to ask questions. But when are you guys getting married? Are we telling the date? Are you cool with that?

We can say it. We can tell it. Okay. Yeah. We're getting married May 30th, 2020. 2020. You heard it here first. Every girl that's engaged and they're going to go back to their fiance and be like, guess what?

They're getting engaged next year. They have a date. They already have a date. Pressure's on them. It must be really stressful, though, doing the whole engagement thing, no? I don't know because I didn't take it any further than just having a ring on my finger. I was like, cool. Now what?

nothing okay cool but what is it have you guys been planning and looking is it stressful what are some more can you not um well adam and i are or um i don't know if a lot of people know this or not but uh we're having an interfaith wedding we're both different religions so it's kind of annoying a little bit when people are like how are you going to raise your kids can like you can you not ask me about my children that i don't have yeah yes that's so high Amen to that or whatever Yes to that I don't know what you're going to say

But it's true It's like we don't even know if we You know like some people don't know We don't know if we can have kids We don't know what the process is We don't know the future Don't ask me about my unborn children Thank God I didn't ask you guys that

And then I was like, okay, I kind of care I kind of care Yeah But I would never ask somebody that question. No, pressure. You wouldn't complain if it's a little bigger. No, but I also wouldn't. That one was a little as aggressive.

So I wouldn't complain if it was smaller either. But I'm just saying as soon as you have a pretty nice one, you're like, oh, which I still have. Maybe I could sell that. Ooh. Yeah, because you got to keep it. I know. I actually wanted to ask.

I always have this question just because I'm like, it doesn't hold value to me anymore, but I feel like a fucking asshole selling it. What would you do with it? I would sell it. Brandy's face. Sell it. Really?

Yeah. Sell it and then use the money and go on like a dope trip somewhere. Like go out of the country or something. That way you don't have to worry about trying to convert it to like a necklace or do all that crap. Yeah, no, I don't want to convert any of it to like any sort of side. Simon, think about all the trauma you've been through because of that show. You're right. And just tell yourself, you deserve to sell that ring.

That's true. Jillian Harris, you guys remember her. She was the other Canadian, and she's one of my favorite human beings. She was the other Canadian bachelor, and she still has a ring in, like, her underwear drawer. She's like, oh, I got it forgot, until I saw it the other day. She's like, what do I do with that? I'm like, I don't know. What do I do with it?

And we just both don't know. So what my idea was is to, yeah, get some money. Also, like, would I not be a complete dick to just give a little bit of charity? Yeah. Yeah, yeah. I would do it. I think that's good. Because it didn't have any, like, it didn't have a monetary, you know, wasn't, like, given to you from, like, you know.

I wanted to know because you guys had that season of Bachelor in Paradise where it was put on hold with the whole controversy of the, I don't remember her name right now. Corinne. Corinne and DeMario.

And so you guys actually got some time off camera. Yes. Is that when something matters? happen between the two of you or what how did that happen because that's a very unique situation from other bachelor and paradise stories so um tell us everything um so we had the shut down with karenne and demario that whole scandal and they told us we weren't going to go back filming so me and all the girls were like where could we go that's really central to all of us and it was dallas so um we all came to dallas and adam was actually in his in the hotel uh ready to come down to paradise but

Oh, so you hadn't gone on yet. Yeah. So we hadn't met. And so all of us girls went to Dallas and we went out and we ended up running into Adam and Jack Stone. And they were both on our season. And there was something there. And I feel like that happened for a reason because, you know, you give a list of people that you might want to meet on Paradise. Okay, wait, I don't think people know this.

Oh, yeah. So when you go on Paradise, you give the producers a list of people you're into. Yeah. Yeah. And you can rate them too. You can be like, I like this one. Shut your mouth. Yeah, like one through 10. One being like I really want to be with this girl. Yeah. See, inside info is what we love. I didn't even know that. I didn't even know. I'm like, what? So you rate them? That's from like me to like oh cr. Like you get on like top three. Me to ok. Okay. That's a new scale that I'm going to use. But we were not on each other's list. I was not on his. He was not on mine. And then we had

this like sexual chemistry I don't know there was something there so when we got the call to go back on the show I told one of the producers it's like add him to the top of my list like I want to meet him like I want to hang out with him more

I love that it's the like spontaneous what you didn't think you were looking for but you really deep down looking for but you just had to find yourself first a little bit and then you found it exactly the classic love story you know really bizarre Girl meets boy

You guys really are. They should write a movie about you. It would be, what would it be called? It would have to be on like Netflix. You couldn't put it in theaters. Wow. Yeah, it would just be rated R. HBO.

So what would it be called? Rate my wife. She said, like, my wife. Rate my what? Like on a scale of one to oh. Yeah, I think it would be nine surfaces. Who ever said that? ever see like anyone from my season put on my pictures like hashtag nine surfaces that's what

they're talking about because i had to be like girls you know when it like you made a guy and you're like okay it's time to have like girl time yeah and then you're sitting like a sex in the city moment you all go out to lunch and you're like okay um well let me light a cigarette for this one yeah that was it that was it that was the moment oh good for you tiger That's awesome. And so you guys had the fantasy suite. Yes. And then you...

I'm such an idiot right now. I'm like, did you get engaged on the show? You did, right? No. Oh, no, you just got engaged on. I'm an idiot. See, this is... I'm like, it all blends together when you're on this damn show.

I know, it really does. I'm like, did I meet Jason on my season? I don't remember. I know. I don't remember. Everything. And then I'm like, oh, yeah, do I. Okay.

So you guys, get us to the final moments. Oh, boy. Well, fast-forwarding, I think after the fantasy suite, I remember looking at Raven, I'm like, because she got to that point on her season. I got cut before her hometowns. And so I said, I was like, so what do we do? She's like, I don't know. And I was like this. I think I want to hang out again.

Yeah, we could do that again. That's so cute. No, we were super honest with each other, though. We were like, if this doesn't work for you. or it does not work with me, let us tell each other so we're not wasting each other's time. Yeah. Like if there's any. Why don't more people do that on that show?

I don't know. It took me like so many, it took me to where I am, to this relationship to even say that because I've tried to force relationships to work in the past and they just don't. So I was like, okay, if this doesn't work for you, let me know and I'll do the same for you. Which is so funny because I'm like, why don't we do that? I'm like, I've done that so many times. Like who has not done the whole relationship thing where you try and force it when you know it's right but you just want it to be right and then you're like why don't we just be straight up

with each other from the get-go that seems like a very mature thing to do that we all don't realize we should do until later in life anybody in that relationship right now or you need to get out great no one wants to confess you know everybody to drink a little more i like your honesty right there whoever i it's like a little it's very bright on the eyes up here and you're dark out there and i saw one woo go up and i respect you for your honesty we're here for you and you're not alone, everyone's just lying to you. Well, we're all like Brandy. Look at you over

He is moving here in May. Yay! Which is my birthday month, which is really great. Halle freaking looia. I know. Oh, my gosh. Has anybody done long distance before? The f***

worst. It's the worst. And you guys are in like a nine hour time difference. So, oh my gosh, She's going to move here? He's going to move here. That's so exciting. I'm going to have to bring him to Austin. Yeah.

So was his first time in the States when he came to visit you? Yeah, in August. So you guys went to Yellowstone? We did. So that was always like, he works in a national park in South Africa. So Yellowstone is like the ultimate national park to people. So you're like, I know how I'm going to reel him in. Yes.

I'm going to take him to a national park. Exactly. I'm going to take him to the place. He's like dying. to go and like swoop him you know uh so we did we did Jackson Hole Yellowstone I even took him to L.A. for two days to meet my grandma was real cute he met your grandma he did did she love him yeah he loves it did did he meet your whole family yeah he did all at once no thank God okay because they're a lot all at once but he's met everybody and everybody loves I was like

Miley's got to have her day yeah yeah and then Brazen can be there because he's chill and then my dad's got to have his day and Noah's got to have her own day we're big Billy Ray guys up Oh, here. I love it. Well, that's so great, because he is an absolute sweetheart, so we're all very happy for you. Thanks, guys. Congrats, and let us know once he moves in, because that's when they get annoying. And that's when I got annoying to Jason, too.

I'm not just putting it on him. I was like, but it's mostly in. No, I think I'm more annoying than he is. You? Yeah. I'm probably more annoying than her I, too. Yeah. I totally, and he would agree with me.

You guys live together. What's each other's bad habits that annoy you? Oh, she's so messy. Oh, really? So, so, so, so, so, so messy. And she drinks coffee in the morning. She leaves a damn spoon out all the time after she mixes it. It leaves it on the counter.

I do that. She doesn't put the curate cup away in the trash, and I always got to do it. So what is so messy to you? Because the spoon on the counter is kind of innocent. I can go on and on and on. Listen, let me tell mine. Okay. Mine is the same.

He's way too clean. Like, I will, he wakes up an hour before I do every day, and all of a sudden I, like, feel being tucked in, and he's, like, making the bed on me. Like, we are the odd couple. You know, you tuck it in it out of the corner. We are completely opposite, but it's wonderful. It's wonderful.

That's how we feel all the time. We call ourselves yin and yang. Yeah, it's totally true. It works. You and Ryan Hart are very similar, actually. We are. It's weird. Yeah.

I don't think it's supposed to work like that. But it does. No, it still works. Yeah, it does work. It's funny. I didn't think I would ever meet somebody that made me seem like a diva. Because I feel like I'm a very laid-back chill person. You are.

He is so much more chill than me. Like, I didn't realize that, like, I'm a little neurotic. And if the thermostat is not between 65 and 68, I'm cranky. Yeah. Wow. It's really weird when you start dating or living with someone. You learn so much about yourself. I know.

You really do. I stop. I don't understand. understand. Kay, here's, here's the thing. I don't understand how people, I know judgment if you do this and all the power to you, but if you don't live with somebody before you, like, get married or something, I don't understand it. Because I'm like, there's so many little things that you got to learn about yourself and the other person and how to work together. And if you get married, then you're like, you really like second guess everything and you're like, shit. Or if you, like,

do it while you're dating, you're like, okay, well, I still have an out. Like that, that's how I feel. All right, I'm going to say it. I'm obsessed with my phone. It's a problem. Pre-marital counseling, which I think is the best thing you could possibly do. And I love that you guys are doing that. And so you guys are doing that. So what have you learned or what do you really feel like that's been helping your relationship? Well, we, we, she's done with her, she's taking a coding class right now in Dallas. And so she's done with her class tomorrow. So. Good for you. Yay. Hey.

What is it? Hashtag Girls Who Code? Is it girls who code? God, it's so sexy. And so we, the first thing, the, the first step really is just acknowledging and coming and having the same morals. as one another. So once she's done with the class, we're going to dive into it more,

but we haven't really had a lot of time. But the first thing really just revolves around morals. So whether, no matter what your background or socioeconomic, where you came from or whatever, as long as you guys, you love one another, you care for one another, and you see you have the same vision as one another. That's kind of where it starts,

and that's your kind of your foundation. I think that's so important for people to recognize as well because there's, yes, you can clap for that. It is. I think it's really important. I think it's so, like, obviously communication and having conversations about your background and where you come from

and what you want out of life is like the most important thing. Jason always says on either the podcast or whenever we have conversation with people. It's so interesting because he's from such a modern day family where his mother's Jewish, his father's Catholic, his brother's gay, and he's, you know, Jason.

And it's just like I'm obsessed with their family and they're all the best kind of people. And it's like, we're in 2019, almost 2020. And it's like, as long as we're, all on the same page. It doesn't matter. I remember we were at the People's Choice Awards. Not a big deal. And

who was, O'Pink was up there making the speech. And she was like, I don't care about your politics. I care about your children. I don't care about, like, it was really, really powerful because it's like, can we all have different beliefs and different things that we want out of life, but just still

have the same morals and values? And I think that's so cool. that you two can have that and have such a cool, strong relationship. Thanks, thanks, thanks. Thank you. Once you're on the show, you can tell what producers working with who, and they pair you up with who you match well with. So I was always with Todd, because he has a very, yeah. Same.

Really? So Tom was all of our producers, apparently, and they, you know, they have a funny sense of humor, and they have wit, and they can banter, so then you like your truth. self shines and the people who are like really boring go with and I'm just kidding I'm not going to name next but like you you just you are you're matched up with certain producers so you can tell now so watching paradise and and Bachelor now probably is so different from coming off the show because of those things you can really pinpoint that was a producer fed line you're not here for the right reasons you know here for the followers yeah yeah so what do you think about this

upcoming season with Peter being the bachelor and all these girls and nobody's mad at Peter being the bachelor except for Mike Johnson he's mad at Peter being the which I was really rooting for him until lately he's kind of annoying me on social media

until now but I was always really rooting for him I thought he would be awesome but I'm really excited for Peter to be the bachelor but what do you think now of all these girls coming on who everyone's 22 blonde and has a social media career I know. What the heck?

Is this like, to me? Oh, we're, I know, it's like, Bill, you guys are already successful and you're only going to have more success. And they're so cute and so pretty and, like, they just have everything going to world. We just keep getting older and they stay the same age. I know. I know. Damn it. Nothing makes you feel more old than keep, like, keeping up with the Bachelor franchise. I know, right.

But what do you guys think about that? with now people coming through because, I mean, you were on Jojo season, right? No. He was on Rachel's season. Oh, shit, really? Yeah. Someone else said that the other day, and we were like, no, that, he was on. You are just the old soul.

You are just. What a dick. Yeah. I'm such a dick. I really true. You were on Nick's and you were on Rachel's. You need to take a sip of wine just for a second. Okay.

I'm an idiot. I don't know. Again, they all blend. But I'm talking like kind of earlier on where now it's like you know you're going on that show and you're going to try and make a social media career out of it. I don't blame anyone for that. Of course, yeah. If you have the opportunity, everybody signed up for a reason, whether it's to find love or to have an opportunity.

I definitely was somebody who wanted an opportunity of it. I was like, cool, if I fell in love, great. But let's get some. Well, everyone wants to be Caitlin Bristow. You know? I don't know. You've set the bar so high. Yes.

job oh I won't but she came home at whatever point in the season and she She said, I know they say it all the time, but this will be the most dramatic season. And I was like, when I was on, I don't know if this counts for you guys, but when I was on, I was like, it wasn't that dramatic. And then I watch it back and I was like, whoa, okay. I agree. I had no idea Corinne would be such a powerhouse. Yeah. I had no idea.

You don't see it when you're there and then you watch it back and you're like, is that real? Wait, did you think that way when you were the lead or when you were a contestant? Oh, yeah. That's a good question. When I was a contestant, I was like, well, there's only one girl who's a problem here, and that should be the only thing. And then I watched it back, and I was like, oh, a lot of girls didn't like me for a hot minute, okay? I didn't know. So, no, I thought it was like going to be this.

I was like, our season's going to be so boring. Really? Yeah, I thought it was going to be so boring. And I watched it back, I was like, that's definitely not boring. On my season, I was like, the men are 10 million times more dramatic than the women. and apparently that's a thing where it is I was like

what are there a lot of men in here? Probably not but apparently the men are more dramatic through the season than women which I find fascinating I think it's an ego thing right it's an ego thing I mean all the girls do sink up on their periods when they're in the mansion together

which is a problem that's a thing so that can be a problem but then you have all this testosterone in the mansion too and that's a bigger problem but it's that's this is why we like to tune in right yeah yeah but also keep in mind i like the the whoever runs the social media and PR now is like night and day different like imagine they get it now yeah when you were there like they like they make memes out of all the stuff that gets aired and like it just goes viral

faster yeah and like jojo season was the first one where it really started to kind of like turn over and people were like okay i know this guy know this guy but now it's like you know peter like if you look at it at the promo you know he's in a plane and there's like a windmill in the background, right? Oh, fuck. And everyone's like, oh, the windmill, here we go. I'm, this is a thing. They really play up on people's sexuality now.

We're like, like, you don't say. You don't say. Like, Colton, we get it. He's a virgin. Like, it was like shoved down our throats where now I'm like, the windmill is going to be, how many windmill jokes are we going to see out of the limo? Oh, so many. So many.

I'm like predictable. I hate the predictable. Shit, out of the limo. Anyways. All right, so we'll take a minute. I have to tell you guys about the show Siesta Key on MTV. You've probably heard of it. I have to catch you guys up on it.

So here we go. Season one, it immediately grabbed my attention because all of the drama. We all know it. We all love it. Some of the cast knew each other before the show, so you can totally tell that a few of them already have drama and secrets. Alex is kind of like the leader of the pack because his house is nice and his family is super rich.

There's also Chloe, who is not afraid to say what's on her mind. and she's got a thing for Alex's friend, Brandon, and ends up getting her nose broken by her good friend over him. Alex starts season one stuck in a love triangle with his high school sweetheart Madison and his girlfriend from last summer, Juliet. Long story short, Alex and Juliet basically become the it couple, okay? But here's the thing. Can you tell I'm excited?

As the season goes on, you start to see the forces at work, pulling them apart, forces meaning literally every woman at Siesta Key. then there's this new girl, Kelsey, and Garrett, who met online immediately after Kelsey moved to town. And let me tell you, they give Alex and Juliet a run for their money because they are a gorgeous couple. And guys, Garrett is so nice and sweet and caring for Kelsey. It's really adorable. Unfortunately, that doesn't last long because Kelsey becomes interested in Alex and Juliet goes after Garrett as revenge and it begins to divide the group. After Alex sparks relationships with both Juliet and Kelsey, Madison decides to move on and get into it.

to a relationship with Brandon. Are you keeping up? The second half of the season begins with Alex getting into a bar fight, having to get his jaw wired shut. Ouch. Things really get dicey at Chloe's birthday party when Juliet is caught talking to Alex and she overhears the girls talking about her. So she goes, it takes a swing at Kelsey,

causing everyone to step into cool the girls down. After that, Kelsey and Madison have the opportunity to pursue modeling in New York. It prevents Madison from being able to make it back for Brandon's show. and being the sexy rapper he is, talks a little bit to the ladies, gets himself into some trouble. My gosh, I'm glad I'm not on the show. At the Halloween party, a new girl, Canvas, tells Madison about Brandon's indiscretions after his show, and Madison feels she has no choice but to end things with Brandon. Meanwhile, Juliet is staking her claim again with Alex, turning some of the girls against her.

Season one ends with Brandon trying to get Madison back through song. Kelsey reveals her feels for Garrett, but he has his sights on someone new. Juliet and Alex get into a big fight and leave their relationship in a very rocky territory. And I didn't, I just, I completely froze up. But like my confession was I just, I don't know what I did or how I did it or whatever. I'm like, I'll start. for me personally I just am like so excited to obviously grow the wine business and and it's so good

and the scrunchies like I so the best part for me is like when you start something you obviously don't make money off of it like when you first start a business and for me I'm like I've realized that it's so much about the community that you build and the trust that you build with your followers and just like having people love what you love to do and so for me I'm I'm, like, so excited because I feel like with scrunchies or wine, it's become more of, like, more than a product and more about, like, a gang coming together, a woman gang and, like, having each other's back. I've been really loving seeing that, and I just want to continue to grow that. And what was the other part of the question? Ramen's growling.

Oh, next five years. Yeah, I hope to, I mean, people don't all love Cab and Pino Grigio and Rose, and I hope to have a lot more. Well, I mean, we all love that, but I hope to have more of a varietal where people can, like, love everything. And with due, obviously, we're doing, like, headbands and, like, Nick said, barrettes and so many other things. And a goal that we have, we always sit down each year and decide what we want to do more of in the next year. And the next year, I think we've become so established and confident in what we're doing that we want to do a lot of giving back. charity work in the next year. So I'm really excited for that. And I just want to say that let me brag on Caitlin for a second. Caitlin and I do not know each other as like best friends or anything. But

Caitlin was one of the few people that knows I would have gifted her something from my store. And she bought it herself. And I texted her and said, Caitlin, you know, I would give this to you. And she said, Yeah, but I want to support you. I do. I believe in that. So sweet. I do really believe in that. And then also to go even further when I had questions about the podcast and our contract,

Caitlin was nothing but kind and gave me her advice. And when, you know, girls can say all the time women support women, but Caitlin really is the living, breathing proof of women, supporting women. I have been supported by Caitlin. Caitlin you always have my support I love your wine I bought it myself because you took the initiative to support me and I just love you

This is what life is about up here right now I really love that She's the real deal I think it's important for people to know that you really are the real deal you know Well thank you for saying that because I believe

I really believe in that and I think I've said it on the podcast before where like you can beat a dead horse and you could say you support women all that you want but it's a whole different story to actually do it and everything that I've

you know everyone was like oh you must be pissed about Hannah doing dancing with the stars I'm like no fuck that I'm like I'm so stoked that's what I've always wanted for someone in this franchise and like anyone that does anything and like do you get a little bit like

if Hannah came off and did a podcast I'd be like dang but I'm going to support her like you know what I mean it's no matter what you just have to totally support one another and be there because that will that will take you a long way in the end over over bashing someone or making you know feeling sorry for yourself or whatever it will it will always always benefit you in the end if you support other people so yeah thank you for saying that that's very sweet of course of course of course. Oh, but let me just say this. For all those that are wondering about, I just

want to, for the next five years, for my plan, sorry I got took there, my plan is to continue the business, of course, that I already have. But if any woman in here is intimidated by technology or coding, I want to support everyone and let you know that there is a place for women in coding. I'm graduating this Saturday from SMU. from a full-stack program of front-end and back-end development, and I want to encourage every single one of you, even if you have no idea, you're like, what is the Internet? Like, I have been.

You can learn, and there's a place for you at the table of technology. It's incredible. That's awesome. I just, I mean, a big part of having this podcast and this platform has always been for me about supporting other people and having the voice to do so and a place to do it and I don't care
