And today, we are getting chocolate wasted. We decided to trade in the wine. Well, Sydney traded in the wine for some Arizona iced tea.
Starting point is 00:01:16 And you've had three iced teas, and they're Jimmy Jam packed with sugar. So you must be feeling crazy. Oh, yes. yeah so how have you enjoyed your vacation with me so far it's been really fun yeah we had a nice little boat day ramen is pretty obsessed with you yes yeah he followed you into the bathroom yes he sleeps on your lap yeah it's been very cute yes um you guys come out here every year we get to see you yeah i don't get to see you enough though no it's kind of sad yeah you need to move back to the duke and you need to come visit me in nashville i will okay um so this is a very
Starting point is 00:01:54 special edition of drunk doll because like I said we're just wasted on sugar so sydney is my niece you guys all know her you all love her everyone thinks you're a little mini me yeah yeah you kind of do remind me of me yeah yeah okay uh so we're gonna get lit off some more sugar right now and tell you about everything that's been going down this week in clona i mean what we got we went kayaking that was fun there was a nice sunset it was the most beautiful that we saw Sunset and I took a gorgeous picture of you in the sunset because it was such a nice moment. Yes. What else have we been doing?
Starting point is 00:02:31 We went to Penticton. We went to Penticton. We went and saw aunts and uncles and cousins and what did you guys do last night? We went swimming in the dark with glow sticks. You didn't go skinny dipping though. No. I thought that was the plan. But we threw glow sticks in the lake for you guys.
Starting point is 00:02:49 Yep. You swam in. It's just been a really nice time. It has, yes. Okay, Sidney. So I have some questions. for you. Okay. And I had my vinos write in some questions that they wanted to ask you. So are you ready? Yes. Are you nervous? Maybe. Kayla Harkham wants to know, what do you want to be when you grow up? I want to be an actress when I grow up. You do? Yeah. In what kind of like TV movies? TV. You want to be an actress and TVs? Like kids movies, Disney movies, serious movies, funny movies? Like a comedy or something.
Starting point is 00:03:21 A comedy? Yeah. Okay. I could see you doing that. you're going places kid yep if you do say so yourself uh jody lyn erdrey asks what do you look forward to every morning when you wake up um i'm not sure what well you know how this morning i told you every day you wake up you should take three deep breaths and think about three things you're grateful for yes like what do you get excited for in your day do you get excited to see your friends do you get excited to go to cheer lessons i'm i usually get excited to go to cheer yeah because you're really good at cheer yeah and what's your favorite flip to do uh my back hand spring yeah or my back tuck oh you can do a back tuck yeah wow and a trampoline you don't want to be a gymnast
Starting point is 00:04:06 when you grow up no i like going like i like flying in the air and stuff oh like in cheer yeah not in an airplane no that that too yeah that too okay so you still want you want to be an actress in a funny movie and today you or every day you look forward to cheering yes okay uh holly kill crease anderson wants to know what's your favorite memory with auntie okay so there's one night there's one night we woke up at two o'clock in the morning yeah around that time we had chips and watched oh what was it uh we shouldn't tell people because you were way too young to be watching it family guy wasn't it yeah i think it was family guy but here's the thing you woke up because there was a train that went by and the train
Starting point is 00:04:54 woke you up and you were very young so you got scared and I was like so tired and I just wanted to go back to sleep but then I got hungry and then I was like well should we just eat chips no no no we watch Sesame Street oh yeah Sesame Street so we ate ripple chips and watch Sesame Street in the middle of the night and now every time we have a sleep over Sydney goes can we wake up in the middle the night and eat chips and I never do and we never do wake up now we just like to sleep yeah that was a funny memory I liked my favorite memories when you came to Vancouver when when you were younger. I lost my tangled DVD under the fridge.
Starting point is 00:05:28 Yeah. And you never forgot that. Never. And we were just in my tiny little 400 square foot apartment and we just had toast every morning together and naps and I would put soothers in my mouth when you had one in your mouth. We just bonded. It's really cute. Okay, Brandy Newberry asks, what's your favorite thing about yourself?
Starting point is 00:05:48 What do you love about Sydney? Very funny. You are funny. And how athletic I am. Yeah. Yep. You are athletic, actually. And you're funny, but you know what?
Starting point is 00:05:57 I love, you've got a very kind heart. Yeah. You do. You care about other people and doing kind things. You do it at school, right? Didn't you get an award? Yes, I got an award for a leadership award. That just makes me so proud of you.
Starting point is 00:06:12 That's such as the best award to get. And that was in the last day of school, I think. Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was the last day of school. And then you got presented with the leadership award. Yes. Because it was like a big award for the whole year. Yeah. And not many kids were chosen.
Starting point is 00:06:27 Yeah. But I was. But I was. Did you have like an acceptance speech? No. You had nothing prepared. No. You just took the paper and ran.
Starting point is 00:06:37 Yeah. Leadership. See ya. Wouldn't want to be you. Okay. And Brittany Mushhold wants to know what would she name a do, scrunchy, and what would the color be? And if, okay, that's the first, there's, this is a two-parter.
Starting point is 00:06:53 okay so if what would you name your do like you know how some of them are called like one's called the showstopper or one's called the party animal what would you name yours um the cheer lover and it'd probably be like the um color of my um your uniforms yeah uniforms which is what our uniforms are like so i'd do checkered yeah and it'd be green white and black oh that'd be cool yeah and you call it the cheer lover yes that's cool yeah it's a good little idea do you find like do you think you're a creative person? Sometimes. Like, are you artsy and crazy?
Starting point is 00:07:27 Because you really like drawing. Making bracelets. Making bracelets, which you promised me you'd finish my bracelet back tonight. I know. I have to find it. I haven't had a class. What, really? No.
Starting point is 00:07:37 He's looking so good. I have more string. God, what do you? What are you sugar wasted or something? Okay. And Courtney Jasper asks, what's your favorite part about being a big sister? Um, sometimes it's like, really nice when I have to babysit him and he's like sometimes good yeah and then you two are
Starting point is 00:08:00 like friends yeah my friends for like five minutes and then we aren't friends for like an hour that's usually what happens with siblings yeah your mom and me we're sisters so we still are we yeah did i say we were yeah you said we were we are sisters and so we know all about how that goes yeah we used to not be able to share a bathroom for getting ready for school in the morning because we would just fight so bad it's funny then you'll grow up and be really good friends and you guys are really sweet to each other though sometimes yeah okay Sharon king remsen asks do you get nervous about the pressures of social media gossip or mean girls do you think social media is a bad thing yes sometimes yeah but like I have social media but my mom checks it every day just
Starting point is 00:08:51 just see if anything's happening or anything. Yeah. But sometimes I'm concerned. And what makes you concerned? All the bad people in the world that just like try and get information from kids and try and like kidnap them or something. Oh, I didn't even think about that. Now I'm not going to sleep tonight. Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 00:09:11 Oh my gosh. Okay. So you don't put any information out. No. Ever. Ever. You know what? You shouldn't even show if you're like at the park.
Starting point is 00:09:18 I'm not. I never do. No. Okay. Never. And are girls at your age quite nice to each other? Yeah. Oh, that's nice.
Starting point is 00:09:26 They get me mean sometimes. Yeah. But other than that, they're really nice. Oh, that's good. Yeah. I only have nice friends. I don't like friends that aren't nice to other people. Yeah.

Wait, no, to live part-time there and part-time here. Okay, that's fair. And probably to own my own scrunchy line. Oh, well, you know, I know a girl. Maybe you could have your own do line called the Sydney Collection.
Starting point is 00:11:13 And you can pick out all the material. That'd be cool. Because I heard that girls around your age, if they're like dating a boy, they give their scrunchy to their boy. That's so cute. Maybe you could have, like, if you ever want to tell me about a boy you like, then you could name it that of a scrunchy. But we'll wait until you're ready. Okay. So that's one wish.
Starting point is 00:11:39 No, two wishes. Okay. You have one wish left. No, that was my third wish. because I said live with you and Jason and Roman part time. Yeah. And then my second wish was to live here the other half time. Oh, in Vernon with Emma.

Starting point is 00:12:19 No. Okay. So my teacher sometimes make math quizzes. Yeah. Fun. And I like how they, like, they try to make school fun and they're nice and stuff. So that's what I like. Okay.
Starting point is 00:12:34 Trying to make learning fun. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. I like that. It's not all kids like learning, aka me. I know. I don't.
Starting point is 00:12:41 I didn't like it either growing up. I was terrible at school. What is the best advice you can give her? She's a teacher heading into the school year. Like, what makes you feel special from a teacher? If they like, because my teacher sometimes they say, like, if people are talking, they say, thanks for listening, thanks for listening. And that's like, that kind of like needs you feel special.
Starting point is 00:13:04 Oh, so if you're not talking and you are listening, they thank you for listening. Yes, yes. Oh, that's nice. Wow, that's actually a really great advice said. That's good Maybe you need to be a t-shirt when you grow up No Okay, just kidding
Starting point is 00:13:15 Brenna Weidman asks If you could only eat one kind of food For the rest of your life What would you choose? Bacon! Yeah, you love bacon And seaweed Yeah, and seaweed
Starting point is 00:13:28 I love seaweed too But you love those seaweed snacks, right? Yeah Like the boxes, yeah I like those too Brianna Fox wants to know What superpowers do you want to have And why?
Starting point is 00:13:39 Invisible, so. Oh, I don't have to go to school. You know what? If you're going to be an actress, you know what? Just quit right now. Don't go to school anymore. Yep. Great advice, Auntie.
Starting point is 00:13:54 Just kidding. Don't do that. Stay in school. School is cool. Oh, she's giving me a weird look. Okay, time to move on. All right. So you're on your way to work.
Starting point is 00:14:05 You're listening to your favorite podcast, off the vine, I'm sure. What snacks you got going on there? Craven something sweet, maybe something spicy, maybe even spicy and salty, go get yourself some blue diamond almonds and find your new favorite almond. They have great flavors like honey roasted, saracha and wasabi, and soy sauce flavored almonds. Blue diamond almonds aren't your usually boring snack, and they're better than whatever you're snacking on right now. They're so good in almonds are superfood, so it's pretty much a win-win for everyone. Don't deny your cravings. Eat them. Blue diamond almonds crave victoriously.
Starting point is 00:14:39 Okay, and one very last question. Okay. It's a special one. Okay. It's from Haley Bristow. My mom. She wants to know, do you plan on tidying your room? Tie-dying?
Starting point is 00:14:51 Tideying. Oh, no. Tie-dying maybe. Tideing? No, no, no, no, no, no. Tideying? No. No.
Starting point is 00:15:01 Okay. Do you want to play a game? Sure. Have you ever played? Would you rather? Yes, I love this game. Okay. I'm going to ask you some, okay.
Starting point is 00:15:08 Ready. Do you have any for me? Would you rather, I'm going to answer with you, okay? Okay. Would you rather become five years older or two years younger? Two years younger. Really? Yeah. I'm so glad you said that. I thought you wanted to grow up. Well, sometimes. I don't want to pay taxes. I'm telling you right now, you do not want to pay taxes. No, thanks. Yeah. Especially if you're a big time actress and you're making all this coin. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Um, I, um, I, I would rather be two years younger as well. Just because my 30s, the early 30s have been some of the best years. So I'd like to go back and do it again. Yeah. You always have time to age. You can never, you don't have the option to go back two years.
Starting point is 00:15:54 I'll take that one. Okay. Would you rather only be able to crawl on all fours or only walk sideways like a crab? Oh, gosh. only to be able walk on fours. Really? Yeah. Like a dog?
Starting point is 00:16:11 Yeah, I can't walk on. Yeah, but then you wouldn't be able to like get on people's level. If you're crab walking, you just got to walk sideways. Like a cute little crab. I'm good. Okay. Would you rather start a colony on another planet or be the leader of a small country on Earth? Well, it's a colony.
Starting point is 00:16:30 Like community. Would you rather start? start a community on another planet, like life, or be the leader of a small country on Earth? A leader on a small country. Yeah. I want to do a personality test with you and see what type of personality you are. Oh, gosh.
Starting point is 00:16:46 Well, because you are a leader and you get the leadership awards and you, I don't know, I just feel like I'm very curious to know what it was in. Would you rather be able to meet your favorite celebrity or be the star of a TV show? Be the star of a TV show. Like a Hannah Montana? Yeah. Oh. What would be your ideal role?
Starting point is 00:17:06 Yep. Funny girl in a movie? Yeah. Okay. Would you rather eat an entire onion or an entire lemon? An entire lemon. I'd love lemons. I'm like upset at myself that I don't know that about you.
Starting point is 00:17:20 You love lemons? I love lemons. It's like hurting my mouth to even think about eating a long, I'm like that. I don't want a lemon right now, though. Oh, gosh. Sourness? You like that? I love it.
Starting point is 00:17:31 I think I'd rather eat an entire onion. I like lemon, but I love onions. I do not like onions. Would you rather be able to talk to animals and have them understand you, but you can't understand them, or would you rather that you can understand animals, but they can't understand you? Ooh, that one hurts my brain a little. The second one, I can't remember it.
Starting point is 00:17:53 You'd rather that you can understand, no wait. Or would you rather that you can understand the animals, but they can't understand you. but then you wouldn't be able to explain to them how much you love them. Sure, okay. That's a really tough one. That is a tricky one. It's a really tough one. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:12 What do you think? Talk to animals and have them understand you, but you can't understand them or, yeah. Yeah, probably the first one. I think so too. Because like commands and stuff. Yeah, oh, that's a good point. That'd be tough. Yeah, that's a good point.

Starting point is 00:18:59 Yeah, but not like. crazy travel like you don't want to go backpacking and like yeah you just want to go have fun in places yeah where where would you want to travel to first place on the list is probably new york again oh yeah you love new york the second i'm gonna do three so the second is probably Paris oh want to go to paris you do okay and the third one would be in Nashville I really want to see Nashville well we're going to get you out to Nashville this year yeah I have a ticket yeah remember that Yes, I gave it to you for Christmas. Yes.
Starting point is 00:19:32 Yeah. Okay, so good news. You've already been to New York. Yes. And you'll probably go back. Yes. And you're coming to Nashville and we'll make sure you get to Paris one day. Yes.
Starting point is 00:19:43 Why do you love New York so much? Just the vibe of the city? Yeah, I like walking around all day and seeing a whole bunch of cool things. Yeah. But like a really negative thing about it is all the bad people there. Yeah. I mean, what do you mean? Not all bad people, but like there's some people.
Starting point is 00:20:00 Yeah. what I think is, it's just different for you, too, because New Yorkers are a little bit more aggressive. Yeah, then, yeah. So, I mean, there's bad people everywhere you go, to be honest, but I know what you mean. Yeah. Oh, you just smashed my knee on the counter. Glad you find that funny.
Starting point is 00:20:17 Okay, would you rather, oh, no, I already asked you that one. Would you rather live next to a theme park or a zoo? Zoo. Me too. But then you'd smell animals all day, but you'd get used to it. Yeah, I guess. But I, same here. I'd love to live next to the zoo.
Starting point is 00:20:31 Yeah. Would you rather have five sisters or five brothers? Five sisters. Really? That's because you have a brother. I always wanted a brother growing up. You probably want a sister. I always wanted a sister.
Starting point is 00:20:43 Really? I still want one. You would be a very cute sister. Like cute to a younger, like you'd be a good big sister. Oh. Yeah. And what was my other thing I wanted to talk to you about? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:20:56 When do you go back to school? Oh my gosh. That's what I wanted to talk to you about. So you are going into junior high. I can't even believe that, like how? You were just three like yesterday. Yeah. Are you nervous?
Starting point is 00:21:13 Yeah. Do you have to switch schools? No, our school goes up to grade eight. Okay, well, that's nice. Yes. Switching schools, I find, well, you already did that once in your school career anyways. Yeah. But so you.
Starting point is 00:21:24 But it was hard switching in schools and not seeing my friends from my other school. Yeah. So. And so what makes you nervous about junior high? Drama, but I'm going to try very hard. I say stay away from drama. Oh my gosh. Yes.
Starting point is 00:21:41 Because I don't want to be the one that sends in the principal office. I don't want. You're not a troublemaker? No. No, you're not. No. You're such a good kid. I'm a trouble stopper.
Starting point is 00:21:51 Aww. I'm so proud of you. You're such a sweet angel. Like you're just a special, special kid. You know that? No. You are. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:22:02 You are. And somebody else was on my, you know how we did that Facebook live? Yes. Somebody said that they're a teacher at Notre Dame. Oh. And that you were a really happy girl who, and she said she loved your energy. I want to know who that is now. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:19 I'll see if she, I'll write something on Twitter and see, or on that Facebook page and see. Yes. Okay. But yeah, I think it's important to stay out of the drama because, it's just very unnecessary. Yeah. And like you said, you like to surround yourself with good people, not bad. Yes.
Starting point is 00:22:36 You just burp? Yeah. Oh. Excuse you. And, yeah, I think, how do you avoid it? Like, do you just, you just walk away? Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:48 If people are being mean or starting something, you just walk away. Yeah, because I don't want to be in the middle of something. And, like, I don't want to be on sides and the other person get offended. Yeah. If I'm like, if my two friends are, like, like, if my two friends are, like, like, like not really getting along. I don't want to be on one of my closer friend's side. It's not like the other one because the other one will get like offended or something.
Starting point is 00:23:07 Yeah. Because it's important to have opinions but knowing when to say your opinions, right? So in that moment, you say, I really like you both, but I'm going to have to remove myself from the situation and I hope you to figure it out. Yes. You're so sweet. Can you, can you, when I have a kid, can you be her little mentor? Yes. show her how it's done you should um okay wait i'm really into the scrunchy idea
