Off The Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe - Grape Therapy: Catchin’ Up with KB + Rachel and Genevieve Interview

Episode Date: April 20, 2023

Today’s episode marks the beginning of some very exciting pod updates! Kaitlyn is starting the pod by catching up with the “mornin’ baylins” (AKA her podcast producers) following thei...r recent podcast retreat that ended up with glass in the ass and a resignation letter. Plus, the three are recapping what went down during their LA recording portion of the trip, which involved hearing Seth Rogan’s laugh IRL and hanging out with one very cute and in-love reality star. Then, Kaitlyn and Lo are on the mic with Bachelor roomies Rachel and Genevieve who are sharing what it’s been like since moving to LA and what actually goes down in their new shared home. Their answers may surprise you when KB asks if they see themselves going to the beaches of paradise and what their dating lives look like now.  Thank you to our sponsors! Starting point is 00:00:51 This episode of grape therapy is brought to you by Hyundai. Visit your nearest Hyundai dealer or learn more at Hyundai USA. Come, Hyundai, it's your journey. Shouldn't we tell everybody that that voice that they heard that said grape therapy is actually Rick slowed down? I feel like people deserve to know that because although Rick RIP, his body has left planet Earth is no longer, but his voice lives on forever. Rip Rick. We're all still hearing our heads. Yeah, but we will always forever hear Rick.
Starting point is 00:01:31 And when I get a little too drunk, you also hear it. So people should know I'm going, me rape therapy. And we slowed it down. So there you go. Everybody can have a little chuckle when they hear the beginning now. So Taylor Swift of me to slow down my own voice and have it in my opening. Oh, I'm so excited for that concert in a couple weeks.
Starting point is 00:01:53 It's going to be a lot of fun. Where are you guys sitting? I have no idea Those bleeds Yeah I don't think we have good seeds True fans $140 or something like that Are you like up front
Starting point is 00:02:05 No I can't afford that They're like $8,000 No I'm just kidding I'm in a box Yeah I didn't want to say it But that's what Lowe told me Yeah I'm in back sweet
Starting point is 00:02:18 We got we got drinks we got food We got T Swift Well happy 420 everybody Does anybody out there blazing? Remember on a, what is that movie? Dodgeball. Blazer, laser, taser. Any blazers out there?
Starting point is 00:02:34 No? I never smoke weed. I always just eat edibles. Yeah, I feel like smoking is, I don't know, is it out? I don't think maybe smoking cigarettes is out unless you're in New York or Leduc, Alberta. You know it is good for us, though. What? On three.
Starting point is 00:02:56 Okay, remember our game? Yeah, say the word on three. Ready? Three, two, one. Baylon. Oh, shit. What'd you say? I added morning.
Starting point is 00:03:09 Oh, I thought you said wine. Well, morning balons are altogether for this. And the morning balons also took an edible last weekend on our little off the vine brainstorming weekend where we came up with some. really fun new stuff. Yeah, and Lowe joined us to after brainstormed, which was fun. I still might have a glass shard in my ass from jumping on you and smashing your wine glass.
Starting point is 00:03:39 I got so excited it was your birthday. And I didn't know you had a wine glass in your, it was like this. It was like a blanket and you were holding the wine glass. And I wanted to jump on you, I guess. And I sat on glass and got a glass hole. those pictures need to be posted do you think so i think i mean my pants are pulled down but you can't see macuch i mean people wear swimsuits that show more yeah i'm literally a baggy sweat sweater and a t-shirt that's covering but my pants are pulled down and you can see blood coming out my butt
Starting point is 00:04:14 yeah that's the only graphic thing about the image is the blood not the butt it was funny too because it really actually wasn't my birthday it was my birthday in New York, which was like four hours early. And you just like hopped onto my lap, like a little bunny. And we heard this wine glass must have been thin as like paper. Which means it's a nice wine glass. Yeah, it was a really nice wine glass. I replaced it though. Me to send that picture to my parents whose wine glass it was so that they can understand why they're getting a replacement. Wine glass in the ass. And then I, uh, we were playing quiplash. And and I couldn't win for the life of me, which cribbage, fivage.
Starting point is 00:04:58 Fibbage. We played fibbage. The last round of Fibbage, like, we were on round like 10, and then we had to let you win because you wouldn't stop playing until you won. So we all talk about why we stopped playing, Madison? Oh, my. Called out. I don't think that's why.
Starting point is 00:05:19 Yeah, boys, you're like, let's call it a night. Wrap it up. Not in a good head space. Yeah, that edible took a turn. Should we talk about that another time? We talk about that whenever you want. It's something I'm going to have to talk about in therapy. And this is great therapy.
Starting point is 00:05:37 Well, no, that would be something you'd have to talk about in therapy if it was true. The fact that you thought it was true maybe is something you need to bring up with your therapist. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Kristen needs to hear about this, yeah. Kristen, does, do the vinos need to hear about it? it or what do you think um i think a high level high level that i was no pun intended a high level i was very high and i thought katelyn was said something very mean about me in front of me on the phone to jason which no she wouldn't do and i literally was like i cannot believe she
Starting point is 00:06:20 just said that had a full like meltdown and was like I'm quitting literally like went upstairs shut a tear wrote my notice what it makes me so sad because you just I just threw up yeah well you thought we just carried about our night like holly jolly and like yeah yeah it's it low like we literally had a probably a 30 minute bit going that low believed that we went to a call Alt high school in different states because we had milk break. Didn't you guys have culty milk breaks? Like what that's like, think about milk. Okay, I say, I know I say milk weird.
Starting point is 00:07:01 But think about those commercials where it's like got milk. It's like what there was no like campaign behind it. It was just forcing milk down our throats. They did it at school. They did it on commercials. Like what was in the milk? I think that we should do a poll on off the vine to see who had milk break. Because Lowe did not, had never heard of it.
Starting point is 00:07:19 And I thought you had only never heard of it. it because you're Canadian. Right. Yeah, I definitely had milk break. Well, yeah, you're in Wisconsin. Yeah, that's true. Where the milk flows like wine. Close.
Starting point is 00:07:32 That's the first slogan. Oh, God. It's on a billboard as soon as you drive in. It makes me want to throw it. I do not like milk. Regardless. So Madison thought I said something mean. And in the morning, she comes into my room and I was like, hey, like, so.
Starting point is 00:07:50 excited and I'm like so I got to hurry like got to get to the airport and Madison's like I have to talk to you about something you were you explained it and I was like I'm going to throw up I was like the fact that you thought that that happened and that you've been like sitting with this since last night you wrote a resignation resignation resignation I knew that sounded wrong resignation letter you were out you quit I literally was texting people being like I don't want to talk about it, but something not cool happened last night. And I hope here people know that it didn't happen now. Yes, of course.
Starting point is 00:08:27 Also, my resignation, even though I thought you were saying terrible things about me, it was so nice. And I was going to be, I was, I was really taking the high road. And I was really proud of myself. It was so nice over something that it was. I'd like to see the letter. I was like, I'm very proud of the way I'm handling the situation. I'm going to take the high road.
Starting point is 00:08:46 And I'm going to say, you know, Caitlin, like, I truly. like, I truly do wish you the best. I simply cannot be part of the team after what transpired last night. And this is what has to happen. What was in that gummy you had? Yeah, it was the same one I took. Bitch was hallucinating. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:09:08 I don't know what I took, but it wasn't good. Won't be taking it again. Stay away from those. Maybe stick to the, maybe stick to the fish bowls of tequila soda that we had at Hamburger Marys in L.A. If anybody goes to L.A., you must go to Hamburger Marys. We went to a incredible drag show that was raising money for Alzheimer's that was hosted by Seth Rogan and his wife. And we played bingo, like stamp bingo. You got a bingo stamper when you walked in. None of us won, but we did eat delicious fries and very large tequila sodas.
Starting point is 00:09:43 That was so much fun. The energy in there was I had never. experienced energy quite like that. And then when someone would win the bingo, we would have to like pull up our bingo cards and we got to chuck it at them. I took that job way too seriously. I enjoyed chucking paper at the winners more than I would have enjoyed winning, which probably says a lot about me because I'm so competitive that that like helped me get out my anger at the people who won.
Starting point is 00:10:08 But the energy was electric in there. And if if hearing Seth Rogen's laugh isn't on your bucket list to hear that in person, put it on your bucket list. Oh, just iconic, hearing his little laugh. And he sat at the table next to us and I was like, maybe I just try too hard to be cool because I'm always like, nah, I don't fan girl. I fan girl over his laugh. Like I was like, he's from Canada.
Starting point is 00:10:32 I'm from Canada. He's from Vancouver. I lived in Vancouver. And I hear him laugh and I'm like, he did again, which I'm sure he gets so sick. He's like, it's just my laugh, man. But it's iconic. It really is. I'm glad it lived up to exactly what I thought it was going to be.
Starting point is 00:10:46 Oh, it was perfect. Everything about it was perfect. Then we look across. I'm like, is that Crochelle? Chrisel and G flip were sitting across from us playing bingo. We all got to hang out and catch up. G flip is just lovely. They were really, really cute.
Starting point is 00:11:02 They were looking at each other with like heart emoji. It was truly special. And that was them the whole night. It wasn't for anything, which of course I know that sounds stupid. But like sometimes in Hollywood it is for something. it was really sweet yeah they were cute anyways um so let's let's talk about the obvious how we level the fuck up for the pod i don't know why for so long i did not want to get down with the youtube train or like i don't know i was just like i don't know that's not what a podcast is and blah blah blah
Starting point is 00:11:32 and then all of a sudden we just all got the itch we're like we need to like level up everything we need to give the people what they're asking for a lot of vinos have been asking to watch it some people prefer to watch podcasts some people prefer to listen um so we did it we launched YouTube. We got new cover art. We did new music. It's badass. It's quick. It's to the point. It's sassy. I am really excited and I feel like recharge, restart, reset, Jason Tardick, excited about this. Absolutely. Nailed it right on the head. You know, I watch so much Netflix or Hulu or whatever. And I never think like I could just watch a 40 minute interview on YouTube like a TV show because everybody has YouTube on their TV now.
Starting point is 00:12:20 And so now people can do that and just put me in your old living rooms or the bedrooms and let's get weird. Yeah. We also are changing grape therapy a little bit. Yeah, because grape therapy used to be Bachelor Recaps. Yes. And now obviously we've been listening to us for 20 minutes. So you're probably wondering, what the heck?
Starting point is 00:12:38 Why are you guys talking for so long? Where's the guest? There's no fucking guess. You get to, you get me. may no there is a guest but intros to grape therapy now where you get a chance to like hang out with the vinos have a glass of wine like actually like catch up that are more like timely so you'll record them every week yeah because sometimes when I listen to podcasts I love both styles I love hearing an interview and then I love hearing what the other person has going on so then I was like well with them I should probably do that if that's you know you're supposed to build the content that you want to see do the Do the thing that you want to be. What? But I was like, okay, so I'll do an interview on Tuesday.
Starting point is 00:13:24 Grape therapy will give me a chance to, yeah, catch everybody up, say what's going on in my week. I'll give you the highs, the lows, the in-betweenies. I'll give you all the dates on just what's going on in life. I feel like, you know, of course I have my Instagram stories and whatever, but I feel like I still kind of hold back on there where I just won't here. I just won't. Yeah. And I do feel like you miss like what's going on in your life when you're in an interview setting because it's hard to talk about both. It's hard to like say what's going on in your life, but then also honor the guests that you're talking to.
Starting point is 00:13:58 So this is a good way for you to be able to like have those interviews that people want those like hot topic interviews, but then also kind of get do a little catch up. Yeah, just riff a little with myself. Yeah. Riffing. Or you guys. Riff with the bones. Rift with the mers. Balin's is what it should be called.
Starting point is 00:14:18 Balin Riffin. It's so fun doing that because you like, don't move your jaw. The Bailin Riffin. And people should just start buckling up now with the Bailant shit because it ain't going anywhere. I mean, I know people heard it on the podcast with, and if they didn't, that's where it comes from, was Zach. I did it on my big wine guy Zoom the other night. I was like, just so everybody knows, Baylan is, it should be in the dictionary. It's a new term of 2023.
Starting point is 00:14:44 and I'm going to use it all the time but it represents something good or anything but not anything bad like if there's some like douche canoe talking I'd be like he's definitely not a balin but like a glass of wine can be a glass of balin
Starting point is 00:14:59 this blanket is so balin yeah like anything good anything that's that you want to be a balin should be a balin in the morning your cup of coffee is a morning balin it's the new what's the word that everybody like it's giving it's giving bailin okay yeah okay so before we go let's just talk about what grape therapy is going
Starting point is 00:15:20 like because i am so excited i feel like therapy means so many different things to people where i used to focus so much on bachelor content but i'm like well if you're watching you already know what i think anyways because you're watching my instagram stories so now let's make it more you know the giggles can be therapy talking with your friends can be therapy having a therapist on having a comedian come on like anyone who really just kind of makes you feel good from the inside out a true balin a true balin and now sit back relax and enjoy my conversation with lo jenevieve and rachel and action what's up everybody i'm sarah gretzky and i'm natalie buck and we've definitely been known to cause a scene so whether you've been to show this weekend or you don't even know what a

Okay, so today on the pod, I have, to be honest with you, three people who I'd want to date in Paradise, Lowe, a man who needs. needs no intro. Genevieve and Rachel, who everybody knows and loves from a little show we'd like to call
Starting point is 00:18:15 The Bachelor. The Bachelor. And we're talking about some weird shit, to be honest. Yeah, this podcast got weird. This podcast was kind of all over the map, but I love it because, you know, sometimes you have those interviews where you're like, I ask questions. This one was just like a free-for-all. A fun banter.
Starting point is 00:18:32 Fly-on-the-wall type of a conversation. Yeah, just a smorgas board of convo. What? So we talk about, you know, like stalking our exes, if we would go on love is blind, you know, important things, life-changing things. Our biggest fears. Yeah. What the weirdest shit we've ever eaten. Our feet and lack of toenails.
Starting point is 00:18:52 Oh, man. It gets, it gets weird and also, I think, relatable. And we find out how living together is going for these little roomies, what they're going to do at Coachella. And we advise them to not hook up with everybody before Paradise. And it was just really fun. Did you have fun? I had the best. That was one of my favorite conversations.
Starting point is 00:19:08 It was really fun. So enjoy today's therapy session heavy on the grape, not so much on the therapy. There it goes. We're just talking eggs over here, guys. Real exciting content. Yeah. I tried to remake those. Like from scratch.
Starting point is 00:19:25 Yeah, but I got those little, like, almost cookie cutter style things that you put and then you can make your own. Yeah, yeah. I put, like, ham and cheese. Oh, nice. Yeah. That's fun. Are we all breakfast people here?
Starting point is 00:19:38 I'm a big... Oh, I love breakfast. I like dinner. I love eating, like, strictly at, like, 5 p.m. and then not stopping until 2 a.m. Like, that's my favorite. Like, a little raccoon. Yes.
Starting point is 00:19:49 Like, I save it. A little trash panda. At night is my favorite time to eat. Yeah, too. Okay, me too, but I do love every meal of the day. I love breakfast. I love a lunch, and dinner is my favorite. I love breakfast if I could take a nap after and not have to be productive.
Starting point is 00:20:03 Oh, that's nice. I would like breakfast then, too. Yeah, because it, like, weighs me to do. down. I can't put the carbohydrates early in the morning. I like lemon water. Oh, no, no. The carbs like fuel my fire and load me up for the day and make me of energy. When I was at your place, I felt like I was having those Codiac waffles. What are those? Oh, the protein ones. Yeah, they are healthy, but like I was eating like a lot of them. And so, no, that's, they're not bad. I was having like three or four in the morning, washed it down with some eggs. And then you're like, who's ready for lunch? I'm like,
Starting point is 00:20:32 holy shit. She's buttering me up, literally. I loved it, though. I ate like a cane. in Nashville. That's all they do in Nashville is I eat and I cry. And then I sleep on her couch and I cry. I eat and I cry and I cry. You love that. Eat and cry and get cozy on the couch with lots of wine. You know what? Lowe has really seen, I think you have seen me
Starting point is 00:20:51 the most of anybody in my life at my lowest. You and my mom. Oh, yeah, that's right. That's an honor. It is. And the lowest it's not that bad. Sign me up. Are you here now? I am. We live together. Oh, nice. I want to like be your roommates. I want to come to hang out with you guys. I live here. out with us.
Starting point is 00:21:07 Please. We're like 10 minutes away. Oh, okay. We love it. We wind on the couch. Yeah. That's perfect. Oh, shit.
Starting point is 00:21:14 Mm-hmm. That sounds, we'll text you. We were talking about with, um, my producers, just starting a colony. Yeah. Commune. Commune. And just like living together and raising ethic children.
Starting point is 00:21:26 I mean, I want babies. So I would be so. Community raising. Yeah. Yeah. I know this. I'll have the process of teen. I'm breastfeeding.
Starting point is 00:21:34 There will definitely be a documentary on us on us. on Netflix. Definitely. We already have one coming out in a couple years. I'm feeling it. So we might as well just get it going. Let's have a little cold compound in Montana. Let's cheer to the cult compound in Montana.
Starting point is 00:21:49 Do you think they're going to do like some sort of documentary on the Bachelor franchise? Oh, I hope so. Like the Playboy one. Yeah. Oh. I just never really. I don't even feel like it's a maybe. I feel like it's definitely there's something like that's going to come out.
Starting point is 00:22:04 Not that there's like bad things, but like. Oh, there's bad, well, yeah, there's good and bad. And everyone has, like, so much to say. Well, and I saw that they were doing, like, some deep dive, like, research and digging into investigating. Yeah. Because I don't know if you know this, but Mike Fleiss, who's the creator of the whole show, who I'm sure you know that name from everything, he is gone from the show. And so many people, the higher-ups keep going and people keep quitting and people are getting pushed out. He just got pushed out of his own show.
Starting point is 00:22:35 And I'm, yeah, I don't know. I just feel like there's going to be a good documentary about it. Oh, for sure. So people are jumping ship. It's the Titanic or is it, I don't know. Well, it is because I feel like the franchise might be a sinking chip. I don't know. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:22:50 Wait, would you go on Paradise, Rachel? Are you going on Paradise? Oh, my God, Rachel's going on Paradise. No. Oh, my God. You heard of her. I don't know. I think there's definitely just, you know, something to think about in the future.
Starting point is 00:23:03 Maybe. I mean, I'm still in the same spot. yeah um so who knows what ever happened with you in freaking avin why was i rooting for that so hard and i know it's it's crazy because i feel like it was sort of this like big thing i mean even for me like it was just a shock yeah but we ended up like having a really long talk it's actually funny i think we talked the day i left here really yes i left and then i remember we talked that night but we just like we're both in a place i feel like we're we talked about this before it's so rocky yeah starting a relationship it's so rocky to deal with what you're
Starting point is 00:23:36 He dealt with, yeah, what Tina was dealing with. Everyone was dealing with something. And I think we all just, like, needed space. And we're all just better as, like, friends. And, like, respect each other for what you went through and be like, wow, that was a crazy time. But, like, I can't really start a relationship on that. Exactly. Janive, you're all basically going back to Paradise.
Starting point is 00:23:55 You are Paradise. You're the Queen. She is. You are. Paradise. We need the Louise on the Jungle Bath. One more time. We need a lot of things from you.
Starting point is 00:24:06 Like what else? We need your thoughts on... Like what else do you want? We need your thoughts on this new relationship of your ex that he just went public with. Are you like in a place where you're like, great, I hope he's happy. Or are you like, motherfucker? No, I do honestly. I'm glad he's happy.
Starting point is 00:24:22 I love that. I've just seen like, you know, we don't follow each other. But I've seen all the spoiler pages or the T pages, you know. Yeah. And yeah, no, I am happy for him. That's cool. I hope he is like really happy. Good for you.
Starting point is 00:24:34 Yeah. That's amazing. I mean, time has healed wounds and you get to a certain point where you're like, no reason to have hatred. How long ago was the relationship? I don't know backstory. I would say. She's in a relationship with a guy from Paradise.
Starting point is 00:24:46 Oh, okay. And it was filmed in June. Okay. Yeah. Yeah, but then there's me like five years later. Certain people. It never ends, though. There's like, everything is still coming up.
Starting point is 00:25:00 It just is a big circle. It's true, especially in that, you know, any kind of, kind of, I guess in any kind of work environment. It could be freaking corporate America. It could be a bank. It could be reality television. There's always some sort of toxic like energy that flows through every once in a while. And people get involved and you go out of it and in it and it through it and come out of it the other side. But it is time for your true love story. I would hope. I don't know. Who would you be interested in? I guess we're going to see who charities men are because that will determine. also who's up. But if you had to pick someone right now in Bachelor World, both of you, who'd you have a crush on?
Starting point is 00:25:41 I don't have anyone. I just hope that we'll see what charities meant. Yeah, that's true. Have you, like, Googled, are they out yet? Are the men? I've seen the photos, but you know it's so different. Oh, don't go off that. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:25:53 So I don't even want to make any judgments. I'm like, I will see. Yeah. It's crazy. It's awful. And then people's personality, you know, it makes it so different. Yeah. So we'll have to wait and see
Starting point is 00:26:07 I agree Like even watching the show I was always like Oh my gosh That person must have started To get like professional hair and makeup And then I realized No I actually just start falling in love
Starting point is 00:26:17 With like their personality And then start to like see them As more beautiful human beings Which is really freaking cool Right Yeah So that's I'm interested though Okay you don't have any crushes on
Starting point is 00:26:27 If you're going to go in paradise You kind of got to stay in the bachelor bubble of crushes Right But I think the thing is if I ever went to Paradise, I would have to go down just, like, completely open-minded. Yeah, I agree. Like, if I went down with, like, I really like this person, I just know the way I am. And I feel like it wouldn't be like a good environment for me.
Starting point is 00:26:48 I would have to really go down and be like, I'm going to talk to whoever and give them like a chance in a way, even though like everyone there would probably be already my ex-boyfriend. So that really isn't like giving me a great start if that were it to ever happen. That's going to wean out the ones you already know are bad news. It's great. I don't even think they're bad news. Like, oh my gosh, I love some of them. Like, there's some from my season. I can't wait.
Starting point is 00:27:10 This doesn't mean you want to have sex with them now. Right. I just want to see them in a relationship. I want to see them fine love. So many of my guys. Oh, my God. They're so great. Who from your season do you still feel like you have like that love and respect for that you'd want to see happy?
Starting point is 00:27:22 Well, I, first of all, love Tyler. Yeah. Me and Tyler have kept in touch. Oh, that's great. So great. I would love to see him go back. Yeah. Honestly.
Starting point is 00:27:30 Jordan V. Which is so funny. I sent him home on my first one-on-one. Yes. And he's so, and he's so, and he has been, like, one of the only that throughout the entire season just was like, I'm so happy for you. Like, he seems like an angel baby. Oh, my gosh. The girl who gets him, like, I'm so excited.
Starting point is 00:27:49 He's so sweet. Oh, he will for sure be there. Oh, I hope so. I mean, him. He was like one of those grocery store Joe moments where everyone was just like rooting for him going home like early. Right. I know. He was so great.
Starting point is 00:28:00 Meatball. I want to see. Oh, me. I love meatball. Like, I just want to. squeeze him all the time and love him. What about the guy who is a magician? Roby.
Starting point is 00:28:10 Oh my God. I loved Roby, but they would love to be on Paradise. I feel like that guy was like, he kind of came for us at the tellaw. Oh, right. He was like, well, maybe you wouldn't be in this situation. If you kept me, I'm like, I would probably still be in the situation. I'm not going to lie, because I'm the problem. We love a self-aware queen.
Starting point is 00:28:31 We do. That's amazing. I feel like it's. To put together the cast of Paradise would be one of my favorite things to do. Because imagine you two, imagine Michelle, imagine like a certain group of girls who just walk in there like a power team and these little big these little men squirm and you guys just like find the right ones and you all like team up together to find like that sounds like a movie. That's not that's not how that's not how it works there. I would love to see Gabby there too. Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 00:29:03 Gabby and Gabby from Zach's season I think they're both like Could you imagine this season Both Gabby's you two Michelle who else from Oh my gosh what's her up Ariel Ariel? I can't even talk about her
Starting point is 00:29:18 She's no I'm sliding off my chair right now Literally Oh my God Yeah she's so like put together Well spoken Is she like Andy Dorffman vibes Kind of Yeah that's what's her mind
Starting point is 00:29:33 I don't even have, Andy Dorfman. She kind of is. Andy Dorman vibes. Yeah. Because I remember we had dinner with Andy and I was like, it was like a power player dinner. Samantha Jones, Sex and the City vibe. I don't know what that means. Oh, you never watched.
Starting point is 00:29:48 Oh my God. I never watched it either. And sex in the city. You didn't? Never seen sex in the city. Not even a movie? No. I tried.
Starting point is 00:29:55 And so weren't into it. I didn't like it. I tried. But I guess I shouldn't start from season one, apparently season one is. Oh, it's rough. Season one is, you know, it feels like it was filmed. what was, like, it feels like the 90s. And they've done it differently.
Starting point is 00:30:06 Like, you would be like somebody nowadays going back to try and watch the first episodes of Friends where you'd be like, what is it? This is like. Any episode of Friends. I'm like, what is this? What? Oh, that's why you didn't get my references. Worst show.
Starting point is 00:30:18 I can't do this. Every time you bring that up, I start getting so angry and raging towards you. I don't get mad at you for anything. That's it. But you're not a friends. You don't talk with friends either? No, but I haven't tried. I've done a couple episodes.
Starting point is 00:30:33 too old for me. Oh. Oh, are you just so young? No. Oh my God. I can't relate at all. No, I don't know. I never got into it.
Starting point is 00:30:43 That was, I shouldn't have that. No, you can. No, but like that, it was wrong. No, I was shaming you for your age. That was my fault. Oh, my gosh. My sister is just telling me I'm getting old. How old are you?
Starting point is 00:30:55 27. I'm going to throw up. Okay, so I know everybody's heard me talk about Hyundai on the pod before and probably heard some segments that I've done with. them as well as part of the Hyundai Essential Skills series. Well, I'm back today with another segment for you where I'm going to talk about some essential skills. So my Vino's, welcome back to Hyundai Essential Skills series where this week I'll be talking about following your passion in business, something that Loan I know a thing or two about. Yes. Oh, we do. Yeah. Entrepreneurship
Starting point is 00:31:26 spirit. Here with Loan, we both followed our passion and we're doing the things we love to do. Sure did. Yeah. So obviously you started your own business. Yeah. Love it. Tell me more. I mean, it's really hard.
Starting point is 00:31:38 Was it scary? Terrifying. Yeah. Because I was thinking to do the corporate, you know, safe route. And then I'd left that. And I was like, you know what? I'm going to just go out on my own and see what happens. You know how they say if you don't want to work a nine to five and you want to work for yourself?
Starting point is 00:31:52 Well, then don't work the nine to five and just work 24-7. There is. That's what you do when you're not. Yeah. Yeah. But it's fun. It's fun because you're following your passion. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:32:01 But it is a lot of hard work. Way more hours, way more work, but so much more benefiting, like internally. How long have you had your own business? 12 years. Holy! 12 years. And I'm so proud because I can't believe I'm still in business. Oh, my gosh.
Starting point is 00:32:14 Knock on wood. Because, yeah, just building clients and stuff. That's so cool, Lo. I'm really happy that I'm still able to have a, after COVID too, because my company shut down. Oh, my gosh. So 12 years of styling, what advice would you give to people if they're going to start their own business? Oh, gosh. I would say have a business plan.
Starting point is 00:32:31 which I know a lot of people don't want to write out, but have a business plan, have a tsunami plan. If it all goes belly up, you have a backup plan, save up a little money before you jump into a new business. And I would say take yourself seriously is the most important advice for me. Good advice. When you start conducting business, like as an actual, if you take yourself serious, you're not only conducting business, but it turns it into an actual company rather than a hobby. And so it just changed my whole perspective of like taking myself serious. And then people started to do that, too, which was cool.
Starting point is 00:33:02 That is really cool. Because I feel like you were really young when you started, too. So people probably, people were probably like, I don't take a 20-year-old seriously. So you just took yourself seriously. And then you showed them. Yeah. I love that. Pretty much.
Starting point is 00:33:14 I feel like understanding your target audience, too, is so huge. And people always have these big goals and big dreams and they want it. Like, you know, we have social media and we want instant gratification where you have to be so proud of something small that you're building. and grow it and people you know I think that's hard for people to accept at first like why isn't it here why isn't it at the top and why am I not number one oh it's tough and it's patience patience and I would say and I mean you've taught me this is enjoy the slow burn yes the slow burn is everything yeah and so much more longevity wise just to build something strong right I don't need to just catapult to success it's like I love this nice slow burn I'm
Starting point is 00:33:54 enjoy it right it to the wheels fall off right it to those wheels fall off that's That's exactly. That's another good point, right until the wheels fall off. Yeah, absolutely. Why not? The scariest part about starting your business? Yeah. Do you have a scary part about it? I was like, yeah, tell me. Oh, yeah. It's all scary. I mean, I think the scariest part is that people won't see your vision.
Starting point is 00:34:15 Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. But that's why I think actually the best advice that I've heard maybe ever in business is what you just said about taking yourself seriously. I love that. Yeah, I know. Taking yourself serious. And, I mean, we're all going to fail. Yeah. And I know it's okay to fail. Yeah. And I mean, I've had to fall a couple times and learn from those lessons within the company that I have now. I'm like, oh, damn. Oh, another good tip for business. Tell me. And taking yourself seriously. This is if you're in a service industry. Okay. Is let's say you do something for free for someone, whether it's hair, makeup, massage, whatever, is to send an invoice with the actual value that you're giving someone. Yeah. Even if you're just comping it. So they know and equate like what you're doing with actual substantial amount of. of value because it is there is a profit that you could have made off of that and so if someone sees that they're like oh shit this isn't a free gig takes a village over here guys it does take a village um okay well the hunday essential skills series is brought to you by hunday for more information go to hunday dot com hunday it's your journey i had someone comment on my picture or like they
Starting point is 00:35:24 you know how sometimes people like tag you and like stuff and sometimes like pops up and i like just saw it and someone wrote you look like a younger version of at pilot rachel i'm like oh oh excuse you and she was like probably like 21 or like 22 and i was like okay i'm like we're really we're pushing 30 now i told you the other day i'm pushing 40 and i actually don't i actually don't give a shit i just hate when people think they're getting old in their 20s but i'm like i was there too i'm actually i was there too let's talk about your breast reduction Let's get right into it I'm sorry but I love
Starting point is 00:36:00 I'll show us I'll flash the camera When did you have your breast reduction? I'm exactly five weeks today How do you feel amazing? I love it Best decision I've ever made in my entire life It wasn't that you had implants and got them removed
Starting point is 00:36:16 You actually had a reduction A natural, yeah I had natural boobs Oh my gosh you must Yeah like I know a few girls who have had this And they it's life changing literally and you were so open about it on social media and just throwing it out there to be like hey yeah and i was really like scared to do that because i'm i'm open about like all the filler and the botox i get and i get hate for even just doing that and so i was like oh my god you always will it's even if you don't do work they'll like what you did work on your face like we all get that it's like insane and even if you do it's like who cares and if you didn't they'd be like you look old and you need to get you need to get filler someone told me i need more filler Yeah. I'm like, okay. It's like you can't win. So I was nervous. But the amount of women in like, I mean, just even the Bachelor community, like, you don't realize how many like amazing women like that have all went through it. And they all were like DMing me advice and asking for advice. And it was like really great to build a little community. Totally. And it was really cool.
Starting point is 00:37:15 Yeah. She was a good patient. She really like was not. She's very low maintenance. Your friendship is very sweet. Oh. Yeah. I feel like you both take care of each other. And like. like all different ways and have fun. But do you bicker? No. What don't? Someone, our neighbor asks us that.
Starting point is 00:37:32 Like a few weeks ago. How long have you guys lived together? Since September. Because that changes everything. The living dynamic? Oh, I say that all the time. I, like, anytime someone tells me, I'm like,
Starting point is 00:37:42 it really changes your relationship with someone when you live with them. It can make you closer or can make you, like, actually hate each other. Yes. And we get along so well. Oh, did you guys try to live together? Oh. Oh. No.
Starting point is 00:37:54 We kind of did, no. We just know inside scoops. Oh, okay, okay. But also, we kind of lived together in the sky cage. We did. During the pandemic. She was doing dancing with the stars. Oh, my, he was my Genevieve.
Starting point is 00:38:05 Like, he took care of me mentally, physically. He, well, Jason, I cannot discredit Jason. He was really great to. But see there? No. Was he there? So what happened? Well, I was just a mess.
Starting point is 00:38:17 Oh, okay. But Lowe would, like, rub my feet, get me an ice bath ready. He would, like, put oils on me. I'm a cancer crap. Nurture caretaker. Oh, I'm a Pisces. Oh, you get it. Yes, water sign.
Starting point is 00:38:29 And I'm Gemini. I'm like, I'm a Gemini. It's the Gemini Water Sign. When's your birthday? June 11th, when's yours? 19th. Oh, that's close. I have two of my best friends are June 11th, too.
Starting point is 00:38:40 You just celebrated your birthday. What's your moon and your rising? Cancer. Both. Oh, really? Censy and feisty. Sure are. Spicy. I have friends that I could not live with.
Starting point is 00:38:52 And then I have friends who I'm like, I couldn't say a. bad word about you if I tried and I love you and you're my like confidant. But it worked out. So I get the whole living situation. It makes a break. But it does. But yeah, no, no, we just don't fight. No fighting. That's incredible. We just do our own thing.
Starting point is 00:39:06 Like, yeah, for the most part. And we just understand each other. Like, I think one of our favorite parts of, well, maybe not your favorite. But like, when she was watching Paradise and like, I know exactly what it feels like every week. And like, I just went through my season of like, all right, well, I'm going to lay in bed for like a day or two. That is a special love.
Starting point is 00:39:26 That's being nice. And so it's like when she was going through it, her, I remember was it like your dad? And he was like, well, what does Rachel think? Like when you don't get up? I'm like, I'm surprised like you're up today. Yeah, I wouldn't be like you really, we get it. So it's been like really nice to have each other. I'm also really sorry for texting you in the time.
Starting point is 00:39:44 You're like recovering. And I'm like having Zach on my podcast text. You'd be like, what actually happened in your fantasy suite? I'm like, I'll tell you. Mike. Which you never did, but I'm going to do a big tell-all one day, and it's going to be only for Caitlin. It's just going to be like, what's that? Diane Walters, like, 2020?
Starting point is 00:40:04 Like, did you be on Barbara? You took Diane Sawyer and Barbara and Yelts. Diane Walters. I love, rest in peace, Barbara. But yeah. Oh, my. I like a Diane Sawyer approach, 2020. 2020 when she's like Whitney, like.
Starting point is 00:40:19 I love 2020. I will have a, we'll do like a. serious sit down. I was going to say like a dark room with soft lighting where the chairs are like this far from each other. And you got to get that Barbara Walters lighting. It's like Vaseline on the lens just two eye sockets. And then I ask you the most like intense questions. I'm here for it. Except for I don't, there really isn't much to tell, but like the lore behind the fantasy suite. Like we were talking about this. It's like people are making it up to be something so huge that now I like it's almost like, oh. You should build it up. Was it? Was it? You got to build it up.
Starting point is 00:40:53 whole season. People would like message me every single episode. What happened? I mean, I did. That's true. I did. But you're allowed. I texted me like what actually happened. Because if I'm interviewing someone, I obviously when I'm my girl's back first and I'm, oh, you know how I am. And so I wanted to go ahead and being like if something, if he did something like, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:41:16 Like there wasn't anything. Like people think like some bad. Nothing happened at all. We just. just like weren't you're just like oh the same thing yeah we just really weren't and I would love to actually one day sit down with Zach and be like now that you did it do you like I asked him understand kind of I did ask him that I said now that you have been through the same thing that Rachel has been through do you have some empathy do you have some understanding and he goes absolutely wow which they all do yeah I remember being so mortified by what Chris Souls did to me and then I was like I get it which I'm sure you did too
Starting point is 00:41:52 once you got into Clayton's position. Which is so crazy because, like, I did the same thing Zach did, like, on my season because the only thing you know is what you'd been through. And it was hard. Like, and Zach got his heartbroken. I got my heartbroken. So I can't fault him for being angry and, like, feeling that way,
Starting point is 00:42:09 because that's his truth. And that was his journey. And it took me to get to the other side. And, like, even talking to Clayton, I was like, I am sorry. Yeah. Like, the way I spoke. Like, you did not deserve that no matter what. Like, you know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:42:22 And so. People say things when they're hurting. And the thing about Clayton is he never was actually in a position to hurt enough to, like, understand when Michelle broke up with him, it was kind of like mid-season or it wasn't really like too intimate yet where I don't think he really had the same experience. So then moving forward, he was just doing whatever he could. But that's cool that you get the opportunity, you know, later in life once the dust is settled, you can actually have conversation with like somebody that you thought you were in love with. They'd be like, oh, wait. Now I understand. Like, it's so weird.
Starting point is 00:42:53 It's crazy. Like, when me and Clayton talked for, we hadn't talked for, it was like over a year. And then we kind of got stuck in this like, um, event together. And so we're like, all right. Like, let's just, you know, we had a couple glasses of wine, but let's talk. Oh, that's perfect. Yeah. But it was so, like, nice.
Starting point is 00:43:11 So I hope one day I can have that same conversation with Zach. And because, I mean, it's hard to be in his position. And I mean, there were even times where I was like reading stuff about what people we're saying about him and I'm like he's doing the best he can yeah yeah like we're all just doing this for the first time we're trying like I always say like you try and date multiple people on national television that's edited and see if you don't make a mistake oh my gosh it's bound to happen it's bound to happen and like even worse though because you're in a situation that you normally wouldn't be in you're drinking you aren't hydrated you're not sleeping you're being produced like it's so
Starting point is 00:43:49 much more dramatic than real life. And then you put us in these situations like, yeah, we're going to throw in some wine. Wait, don't they limit how much you can drink now? Yes. They do. Like, even when they limit you, like, if you, you didn't still get drunk if you are. It's, it's, and it's crazy. Well, and you're doing it probably on like an empty
Starting point is 00:44:07 stomach. Exactly. Like, you don't know when your next meal's going to be. And that's not even an excuse, but it's just like crazy. You don't know when your next meal is. But you know how it is. Like, especially when you're on the cast side we get fed you just don't know what your next meal is you just don't know when and you don't know what it's going to be that's even it could be a freaking you don't know if they don't come or if it won't yeah we get really good food though but like sometimes you just don't know what are we
Starting point is 00:44:36 talking i want to know when you say good food are we talking like cheesecake factory are we doing like when we travel like you get to try all the local places like oh it's really cool but okay some of the best food i ever have in my life was in Bali. Okay. Yeah. Really? It was incredible.
Starting point is 00:44:54 Like, was Alon there for your seasons? No. He was like fly to Japan to like go to a restaurant sometimes and then fly back. Like so I would be like order anything you want for me. One time he ordered pigeonhead. And that's when I was out. Pigeon head? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:11 Wow. Is that even legal? In Bali? No, I think that's no. Sorry, I wasn't there. Oh. I was just like you're not ordering my food anymore. He went.
Starting point is 00:45:19 he had it in Japan. Speaking of eating weird things, what kind of famous dick you guys been in L.A.? Keep that in there. What kind of famous... Well, so you're asking. That's true. Great segue, Barbara. Thank you. But I did want to know, have you guys been dabbling in the dating apps? Yeah. Are you on Raya, Tinder? What else is there?
Starting point is 00:45:41 I am on Raya. Did people still use Tinder? Wait, you got on Raya? I feel like they hate Bachelor people. That's what I heard. I've been on it for like. Any luck with it? Oh. Um, I mean, I'm single, so. Yeah, but you can still have luck and be single.
Starting point is 00:46:00 Yeah, there's some, there's some decent. It's kind of wild. I'm on riot too, but it's kind of wild to see some of the guys on there. I was like, oh, like, like John Mayer's on there. Like, yeah. John Mayer slays on there. He sure does. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:46:12 He's down. I know a few. Of girls that he's pissed on. Oh. Did John Mayer pee on you? No. I mean, word on the curb. I have no idea.
Starting point is 00:46:23 She's never pissed on me. Allegedly. Yeah. Body is Wonderland. If you wrote like part two, I let him piss on me. I want. He's an incredible artist. He is an incredible artist.
Starting point is 00:46:35 I will say that. But I think it's so funny with like, you get so many walks of life on Raya. Yeah, you do. Like it's, it could be anyone. Were you on there before? No, I've never been on a dating app in my life. Really? No, never.
Starting point is 00:46:47 But have you been like on some interesting dates? I feel like being beautiful, fun, single ladies in the city. I know. We don't really like, well, okay, I'll speak for myself. I don't. Are you introverts? Oh, I'm such an introvert. Yeah, like I enjoy being home.
Starting point is 00:47:04 And like, it's hard for me to want to get ready just to go out and meet someone because, like, I feel, I don't know. I get it. I don't know if I like them. It's a different once you know you like someone to get ready and go out on the date, but like to not know and just go out just to meet them. I don't know. So it would take a Thank you Like a pretty special human
Starting point is 00:47:22 To get you out of the house You know maybe someone down in Bachelor in Paradise Yeah well that's the thing That's the thing You gotta keep your options open for that Because we need you on our TV screens I was on I was all over the TV screen last year Do it again
Starting point is 00:47:38 Isn't that enough? No no no no no It's Rachel's turn I nominate Rachel And I can watch her Rachel means no more cry in her bed Yes but no no no You need both of you
Starting point is 00:47:47 and it needs to happen and it's for for any even if it's not to find love even if it's just to grace our TV screens. Yeah I would watch it just for you too because I love your energy you have the person I know I'm such like I would look for a lover like I'm just gonna go down to have fun and then I meet someone I'm getting I'm getting oh no exactly I'm like Neil Lane where are you again someone asked if you had advice for charity and you said do the literal exact opposite of what I and you will be golden. I stand by that. No. It was funny. Yes.
Starting point is 00:48:22 But I don't, I don't agree. I laughed though. I don't. I laugh and I don't agree. You couldn't have done any other way. You were just being you. Now you've learned from it. Now the next time around you do something different, you can't go back and change who you
Starting point is 00:48:35 were as a human navigating something so new. And like, that's hard. It is difficult, though. I think she's in a little bit of a better position. I mean, I don't know what her relationship was with Zach. but I feel like mine was super soon and not that I would have passed up the opportunity because it taught me so much about myself and being able to do it with Gabby, I really wouldn't have changed it.
Starting point is 00:48:59 But looking back, it's almost like it was too soon. I just was very insecure. Like even just watching myself. So it's kind of like even though, yes, it was me and me trying my best with what I was given, I just know that if I could have had a couple more months or maybe a year or two. Right. I know. So it's like,
Starting point is 00:49:19 now you could have done. And that would take away the authenticity of you being you because you'd be like, I'm prepared for this. You'd be over preparing. You'd be putting on an act. You were literally just going through it so organically that you didn't know the hell you were doing. And you did it the way that you didn't know any better. And I like that.
Starting point is 00:49:37 Yeah. There's just so many things, you know, looking back, especially because my time as a bachelor just went, I guess, is like, what's the right word? how bad can this go like that's exactly what happened so it's like hard to look back and not be like I would change like so like if I just did something different or you know it would be different now or I feel different so it's like hard but charity like watching her I I watched her on Xxies and I think she's just going to be so incredible she's so poised and elegant and she's fun and she's going to bring like so much life to it so I'm very excited to see her season there's something you know how people have
Starting point is 00:50:17 that main character energy or there's like she's like she doesn't even realize the presence that she has I feel like there's something star quality about her that not only is she gorgeous but like even the single tears that come out of her eyes with her beautiful eyes and she's a therapist and she like so in tune with her emotions yes she's so much and I feel like she'll bring out the best in the guy maybe not the best but an emotional intelligence level for the men or not, which it's going to be even Right, true. So we'll get both.
Starting point is 00:50:49 Let me just say, I heard you guys are going to Coachella. Just don't pull a Blake before you go on Paradise with the stage coach and just. Oh, yeah. Blake hooked up with a bunch of girls. Oh, yeah. And then he was like, that like ruined him. And now he's that was a while ago, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:07 Because I don't. I remember that. In the world when that was happening. It was a hot minute ago. But yeah, he made the mistake. And then. Yeah. Yeah, isn't, like, stagecoach, like the pre-Paradise?
Starting point is 00:51:18 Like, stagecoach is where everyone goes to, like, meet each other. Yeah, it's like the country music festival for Bachelor Nation to meet up. Oh, interesting. Yeah. Who knows? Are you guys into country music? We're going to stagecoach, too. Oh, you are?
Starting point is 00:51:31 Okay. Yes. I'm so excited. I love country music. So do I. But I think one of the happiest I can ever be is at a country concert, like, with my friends, with a drink, singing, oh, my gosh. I'm the same way. Nice weather.
Starting point is 00:51:45 Oh my gosh. Yeah, I don't get it. But like, I want to. I want to get it. I totally get it. Like a Luke Bryan concert is everything to you. Massachusetts. Like you love some Luke Brian.
Starting point is 00:51:56 I love, and he's going to be there. Yes. I never liked it. And my ex-boyfriend in college, just only listen to country. And I was like, oh my gosh, in my roommate in college, same. So I only listened to country for a year. And then I was like, oh, my gosh, I'm obsessed. We have a game before you guys go.
Starting point is 00:52:10 Wait, what game is it? Oh, no. This was the game last time. No one is sending. a DM. Yeah. I was sending a DM from my phone. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:19 Last time I was, I still cringed to this day. I sent Greg Gripo. Do you know that is? Probably not. Not DM, but I commented on his phone. No, I did. Oh, I remember that. And I still sweat about it.
Starting point is 00:52:30 My sleep. I'll wake up and I'll be from my phone. That was my bad though. Everybody knows it. Oh, my. Everybody knows that. At least it, yeah. It was on Kayla, not you.
Starting point is 00:52:37 This is not the same kind of game. This game is 15 questions that will reveal what kind of roommate you are. Oh. That's cute. Oh, she's a good roommate. I love it. So when you have an issue, how do you solve it? Calmly talk it out ASAP so it doesn't get worse.
Starting point is 00:52:53 Let loose on them. Give the cold shoulder silent treatment. Do little things to make them realize you're upset. Awkwardly try to get them to bring it up or just leave it be a potentially awkward fight isn't worth it. I think we just let it. Well, I mean, there's never anything that like, I'm like, I need to bring this up with you. Right. There's never been anything that we've had to sit.
Starting point is 00:53:14 down and be like we need to talk about this i know probably just let it be okay that yeah i like yeah i like that where we would talk like we're not like that i think the first option sounded like the most realistic like if there was an issue i do think we were just one of us would say hey okay i'm going to go back and change it yeah calmly talk it out so it's calmly talk it out if there was for sure um do you always replace the toilet paper roll we have separate bathrooms but we would are out real quick one thing about rachel she was Oh, God, does she do the mullet and not the bangs? Oh, no, no, no, no.
Starting point is 00:53:48 Oh, my gosh. I don't know. I don't have different baths. Who does mullet? I know exactly what I do. I don't really know what I do. I don't really give a shit. Oh, over under?
Starting point is 00:53:57 It has to be over. It has to be. You don't want to reach for the toilet paper that way. No, you want to be a nice clean swipe. Where are we going with that? Okay. Do you always replace the toilet paper roll? Hell yes, every time.
Starting point is 00:54:09 Oh. I'm actually just going to one extreme to the next. Sure. We'll go that. Yes. Hell yes. time or never that's the next person's problem hell yes every time yeah and we we just don't even have the same bathroom and we're going paper towels yeah that's true we never leave that's true
Starting point is 00:54:24 yeah nothing um how often do you clean your dishes i clean them as soon as i'm done using them or i might wait till the next day or longer we clean them as soon as well i already know where this is going we don't even have them no it's like it's so funny like we it's not even like that this game is stupid We just put it right in the dishwasher. It's like you eat and then... I do love a dishwasher. It's so easy. I don't remember the last time we've had something in...
Starting point is 00:54:52 Yeah, we'd better. You guys are the perfect romance. Let's have a better game. What's you better? Never have I ever. Genevieve. Never have I ever. Oh, no.
Starting point is 00:55:01 Genevieve, never have I ever stalked my ex-boyfriend's new girlfriend's page. Well, I have... If you're talking about Aaron, I have not. Okay. But I have... I've talked to a girl for. Before, Genevieve. So did I?
Starting point is 00:55:15 Is she in private? Oh, see, I don't even know. I just seen a video that he posted. I don't follow Aaron. I don't either. But he came up on my for you page and then I saw that and I was like, well, who's she? And then I just did a little research and the job. Does she seem nice?
Starting point is 00:55:31 She seems nice. That's great. Yeah. Yeah, no. So not him, but I definitely have in the past. Oh, yeah. Do you guys have a Finsta? Oh, yes.
Starting point is 00:55:39 My dogs. Oh, yeah, there you go. Yeah. Yeah. I'm a, I'm a shitheaded. in a lot of ways. But with ex-boyfriends, I'm, like, out of sight, out of mind.
Starting point is 00:55:48 I will not creep. I will not look. I have, like, once or twice just because at one point, I thought I was on the same airplane as one, and I was like, oh, maybe he has something up. That was the only time. Otherwise, I'm just like, eh.
Starting point is 00:55:59 I don't really. Shop for pain, baby. I don't do it. I love to shop for pain. In that way, I love it. I am like, they're out of mind. Oh, my God. I love it.
Starting point is 00:56:09 Yeah. Is it pain, though, or is it just more curiosity at this point? Let's be real. It depends on who it is, which is so funny. Because sometimes, like, you're like, I'm totally fine. Then you'll see something. And, like, I'll see something so small.
Starting point is 00:56:23 And I'll go in her room. And I'll be like, you'll never get us. And I'll be like, pour the wine. And then she runs in the kitchen. She pours me. I'm like, I have the same type in men? No. Thank God.
Starting point is 00:56:36 Oh, my God. It is so opposite. It's almost scary. Good. Really? Oh, my God. I feel like if Genevieve liked someone I would not like them at all
Starting point is 00:56:46 I don't like the type of guys I like so opposite What is your types I've been into like Oh yeah I would love to hear I have a weird like new Oh a new one
Starting point is 00:57:00 Yeah you like like a Emo That's like my new thing That's what I picture of it too A skinny dude with a huge dick And just like yeah loves emo music A torture soul But I'm not on my season.
Starting point is 00:57:14 Like on my season, I feel like, obviously everyone could see, like, the type of guys I liked. Like, why did I just guess that? But now I'm like, I love, like, emotional. Yeah. Works part-time at Hot Topic. Has, like, the tattoos. I love that now.
Starting point is 00:57:30 Maybe you've dabbles in the eyeliner. Yes. Oh. Just like a new thing I've been trying out. Alabaster, like, pale, like, could be dead. Vampire vibes. I feel like I was like, let's go the exact. exact opposite of like what I know.
Starting point is 00:57:43 If things are at work and go to change. A vampire. Exactly. He's a vampire. Exactly. And Jen, I'm going to guess. Yeah. Well, you guess. I picture with like Country Strong. I picture like tall. You probably love some height. With six to two and up is preferred.
Starting point is 00:58:00 Built. I think you like an athletic guy because you want to be outside, sunny, whatever. But he comes from humble. She doesn't want to be able to like. Comes from humble beginnings. He comes from humble beginnings. Doesn't come from affluence. He's no. Come from nothing to something. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:12 And he loves sports, close with his mom. He also loves sports and very close with his mom. Close with his mom. Does he does with his mom? No, he loves his mom. No. No, he loves his mom. He doesn't.
Starting point is 00:58:23 He loves dogs. Loves dogs. Yeah. Has to love dogs. hates cats. But he's an animal lover so it gets confusing. Yes. Doesn't have to hate cats, but like I don't want you to even like cats more than dogs even
Starting point is 00:58:35 close. But you love an animal lover. Animal lover. That's what I'm saying. That would be such a very much. But I want a dog person. The cat hatred comes from a childhood wound And he wants to love them
Starting point is 00:58:45 Because he loves animals There was a feral cat Okay And uh Definitely the height The fact you said height That's like my biggest thing Yeah
Starting point is 00:58:52 You would never date a short king I don't want to say never I have a heart of gold Five six with a heart of gold He goes up to your chin Honestly Honestly I love a short king I have to say if he has a heart of gold
Starting point is 00:59:02 Personality I do Like if he had a heart of gold It has if I'm attracted to him And if we like banter And if we get along Yes You're sitting at a bar
Starting point is 00:59:11 you don't realize he's a little shorty until after you guys had this incredible. That's fine. Yeah. As long as I love his personality. I was just, we were just talking about that the other day. Like, people say the bachelor is like crazy.
Starting point is 00:59:23 Love is fun. You guys are getting engaged. And it's like, that is insane to me. I couldn't do it. The other day, no. You would never want to you?
Starting point is 00:59:30 The other day they came. I think it's kind of fun. They were in Mexico and they're like, isn't it crazy? We met two days ago and we're engaged. I was like, what? What? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:38 Bachelor is like, Bachelor is so rated G now. My favorite on love is blind is when they've been talking they're already saying I love you. They're engaged.
Starting point is 00:59:47 They finally see each other and you know the ones that are into it when they see each other like ooh and they make out right away and then the ones that are not
Starting point is 00:59:54 they're like oh yeah have you seen you don't have to get into it have you watched this season yeah oh nice did you know that
Starting point is 01:00:02 did you know Marshall is Justin's cousin and now that I know that they make the same exact face makes so much sense Same mannerisms. Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 01:00:11 Same sense of humor. They're both so artsy and, like, creative. Yes. Yeah. Every time I see Marshall now, I just see Justin. And he's very, like, in tune with like, yes. Okay, so how are you feeling? I'm like, wow.
Starting point is 01:00:20 It's like that is, it's Justin. I love Justin. Oh, you had a thing with Justin. Sorry. Sorry, sorry. I'm like, but you guys are still friends. Yeah, everything's good with us. And he just moved to L.A.
Starting point is 01:00:33 Did he? I heard. Okay, what's the late? I heard. This is the last thing before I wrap this up. what is the like latest gossip in like bachelor franchise of like um like are people starting to talk about who's going on paradise are people starting to link up are people moving to L.A. and hanging out like am I missing out on any hotgoss? I feel like we're too
Starting point is 01:00:54 removed in the way of old like in the way of old of age of like in franchise as I'm asking like 38 paradise not even age it's like we're too far out we're too far that's not what I mean. Do you want anything? I'm joking. I love you. I just like, it feels like very, like my season. Yeah. And then Zach's season is maybe where that's all happening.
Starting point is 01:01:20 And we are like not included in that. Like last year, we wouldn't know every like, who's going. I need everything about, you know, who would probably be there. And now I'm like, I don't know. Yeah. I feel like that's kind of great. Like look at Danielle and Michael.
Starting point is 01:01:34 I feel like they, Michael is like, he got a little into it but like Daniel was like I would never go back on but that's when the true love stories happen it's when you're not there
Starting point is 01:01:45 to freaking Becca Thomas that's so true oh yeah and they're still going strong they're in Germany right now I was like they were in Germany
Starting point is 01:01:54 and they're in Italy I'm like they're actually so sweet they live here they're amazing I'm obsessed with both of them and I hated Thomas on really yeah I was hosting that season
Starting point is 01:02:04 and I was like that's right yeah you can stand And now I'm like, he's my favorite. He's the best. They both are amazing. They really are. But that's what I'm saying is it's good to be in the like, you know, the relevancy and
Starting point is 01:02:17 getting it all in and you did it and you've been there and you've done that. And then you grow. And then you come back and you're like, I'm here for the real deal. And then you fall in love and you have you're happy ever after. That's what's going to happen to Rachel this season. Yep. Hopefully. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:32 I know. I do. I'm Caitlin Bristow. Your session is now ending. And if I'm being honest, I wouldn't mind a rating in a movie.
