Starting point is 00:01:29 I love that. You do. And Bibiana in the house. Kate, so you both are on Paradise this season. When does it start? I think it starts the beginning of August. August 7th. So Kendall and do you say Bibiana or Bibiana?
Starting point is 00:01:44 I feel like I had this conversation with you like months ago, but I forget. It just depends how. Like how do you say it? Bibiana. Bibiana. That's what I say to you, but I was like, maybe she, I don't know. Or recently her paradise name is Selma. Selma.
Starting point is 00:01:56 I got a little tipsy and we just like renamed everyone so everybody had an alter ego in paradise and I was Salma oh that's kind of sexy though when did you say it started August 7th August 7th yeah so right in the beginning of August it's early and I'm drinking wine with Bibiana Kendall's got coffee I'm responsible
Starting point is 00:02:16 you're being very responsible mixing coffee and wine for me would probably make my head explode you think so maybe or maybe it would be really good to counteract the craziness of the coffee with the calm of the wine. See, no, this is where it's different for us because when I came off the show, my alcohol tolerance was so insane that I would just like, and it became so normal to me to wake up and drink wine that I came off and I was at my mom's house and it was like 930 in the morning. I was like, mom, can you get me a glass of wine? She was like, what? And she was
Starting point is 00:02:46 like, number one, get it yourself, but I was so used to just asking people for things. And then she's like, and number two, it's 9.30 in the morning, but I just got so used to it. But for you guys, it's different now with the alcohol. Yeah, the restrictions. The restrictions. Which, how do you guys feel about that? Because it kind of helped the show. I think a lot of people, it wasn't more of it.
Starting point is 00:03:08 It was less of a party season, I felt, and more so of, like, people, we were actually able to make coherent conversations, I guess. That's true. I wonder what will be better TV, the party, or people actually having conversations and building relationships without. alcohol. Well, I went back and I watched not last season of Paradise, but the previous one where Nick was in and that was
Starting point is 00:03:37 scary. Like watching like Lacey, it's Lace, Lace, Lacey. Oh, yeah. Like when they would get drunk and then Chad. Yeah. Like Chad was the scariest thing. Like I, in my head, I'm like, thank God. Well, most of it's crazy. Yes. If they're, you know, we're all a little crazy. Yeah. Right? But if there's no limit and then that's the kind of it's even crazier i would be terrified can you imagine this season with alcohol like more alcohol like i feel like this season would have been really insane if there was no limit what is something you could tell us about the season that wouldn't get you in trouble like that we can look forward to i mean i think it's there's just so much that went on yeah
Starting point is 00:04:16 it was just insane the amount like we don't film that long we film probably like two weeks yeah three weeks yeah but within that time i felt like a I was there for months because so much happened. Really? Yeah. It just felt like an eternity there. Like, are you guys allowed to tell us if you're in a relationship? Oh, I don't think so.
Starting point is 00:04:35 I mean, there's definitely some love interests that happen while we're there. Is anyone engaged, or you probably can't tell me that either? I don't know if I can say if there's people that are engaged or not. Well, don't do it. I don't want to get you guys in trouble. But there's definitely love there. I will say that. And what was the difference for you guys?
Starting point is 00:04:50 What did you between Paradise and being on The Bachelor? what did you have more fun on? Paradise. Oh, my gosh, so much more fun. Really? Yeah, I just feel like the relationship for me, I felt like I had so much more time to get to know people. And it wasn't, like, my time with, you know,
Starting point is 00:05:07 the person I was interested in and wasn't controlled to, I could only hang out with them on dates and then everyone was dating one person. Yeah. I can more so be selfish in a relationship, which I really liked. Yeah, of course. And, okay, so, Bibiana, you were on winter games as well. Right. and had a little quick moment with Kevin.
Starting point is 00:05:27 Did that go into Paradise, transition into Paradise? I really can't say. Son of me. But it is, you know, for me, I really enjoyed Paradise because, one, we didn't get to go, we went into it not really being able to watch Becca season. We only watched the first episode.
Starting point is 00:05:46 So we really got to know these guys. Oh, that's cool. Not with, like, what their edit was or anything. So I really love that. And then you're more comfortable, right, because you already know the producers. You know the environment. You know the drill. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:00 You know that. You can kind of play their little game. But you can also like, I just find Paradise would be a lot more laid back. It was very laid back. Yeah. Yeah. Well, okay. Well, there's always a surprise that I think literally every day there was some crazy surprise.
Starting point is 00:06:13 Chris Harrison to come in and like freaking jumble everything up. Always. Right when you feel comfortable, it's like something's about to happen. Like, this is too good to be true. Always. There's like nothing's gone on in like four or five hours. Yeah. What's happening?
Starting point is 00:06:26 Yeah. You know. That's so funny. Okay. I know you guys have heard me talk about third love before and that's because it's the perfect fitting bra. They use thousands of real women's measurements and third love designs. It's bras with breast size and shape in mind so that they fit impeccably and feel even better. You get to skip the trip.
Starting point is 00:06:45 Find your fit in 60 seconds online. Order it. Try it at home. No more awkward fitting room experiences that I know we have all had. They have a fit finder quiz. It's actually a fun quiz. It takes less than a minute. And Third Love helps you identify your size and shape and fine styles that fit your body.
Starting point is 00:07:01 They have cups from A through H. It has most sizes of any bra brand. They have bands up to 48 each size designed specifically for a perfect fit. And 50% of women I'm in there fall in between standard cup sizes. So Third Love invented a half cup size. It's comfort, it's quality, hands down the most comfortable bra you'll ever own. lightweight, super thin, memory foam cups. Think about that.
Starting point is 00:07:25 Memory foam cups. Third Love knows that there's a perfect bra for everyone. So right now they're offering my listeners, 15% off your first order. Starting point is 00:07:44 And you're living in Miami right now. Oh my gosh. Do you love it? Do you love it there? I love Miami. Yeah. I feel like you're very Miami. I'm very Miami.
Starting point is 00:07:52 Do you ever do topless beach days? No. Yeah. One of my best friends is trying to get into it. Yeah. And I'm like, I don't know if I can. Especially just because I can't truck. You don't know what happens.
Starting point is 00:08:03 Like, what if it's like, you just like, topless? Yeah, people in, I feel like Miami, everyone just has like beautiful bodies and they walk around topless like on beaches. I am in a thong the majority of the time. Well, I mean, it's not really a thong, but, you know. Where are you from? I'm from Dominican Republic. Okay. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:18 But all, I mean, a lot of people call them thongs, but they're not. not technically, it's just like really small Brazilian bottoms. I prefer those so. I prefer those, too, for 10 lines. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I do a lot of those in Paradise. I'll do that. Right? Yeah. There's some nice booties, though, in Paradise. But there was, okay, there's a girl in my season of The Bachelor who always wore a thong bikini,
Starting point is 00:08:37 and she had a black box over her butt the whole time. So I wonder if this is. I'm black box the entire time in Paradise. You are? Definitely. Because even I had my, they shouldn't hide that movie. My girlfriend is a swimsuit designer, so she made all of my baby suits. Oh, that's awesome. And it's just this, like, I have a, a big butt. So in my head, it's like, if I find stuff to cover it, it's just going to look wide and weird, you know, so you almost have to have
Starting point is 00:08:57 like smaller bottoms in order to just like, you know, you got to... Do you work for that butt, or is that natural? It's natural and it's work. I definitely swat. I swat a lot. I tell my trainer, I'm like, it's like my ass is on steroids. Every time I'm in the session. I want to be on the BB
Starting point is 00:09:13 booty workout. Maybe I need to come up with that. I see the difference because there's been seasons where like I've lost a lot of weight or whatever. And out i'll have it but it's like if you're not working out a lot the majority of my workouts are focused on lower body really yeah i want a bigger butt so badly i grew up dancing and doing ballet my life so i feel like i've got a good shelf i call it shelf but i feel like it needs to be bigger i'm all about the big but you put some more more room on that shelf yeah more room on the shell
Starting point is 00:09:41 i hear you though i'm the same way yeah there's one girl in miami that had that she's her butt is incredible she's really tiny she's she's just as small as you are really and and And she put up a before and after picture after, like, I mean, it's been a few years, right? Like three years ago. And, like, her butt is perky. And, like, she's little, but it's perky and it's cute. And I'm like, can you? Squats work, people.
Starting point is 00:10:04 Really? I need a squat. Okay, but, like, with heavy weights? Like, I need to squat with weights? I don't know. Because I don't, I can't say that I do heavy weights. A lot of the things that I do is, like, my own body. And then now he'll add some stuff.
Starting point is 00:10:17 Like, if I'm doing lunges or stuff, we'll, like, we'll add weights just to kind of. help yeah um because i've been working first working out with him for so long but the majority of this stuff i it's a lot of resistant bands did you guys really like prep to go on um paradise for like working out and knowing you're going to be in a bathing suit the whole time i i always told myself i would i think a month before i was like i'm going to start working out yeah and then three weeks before i was like i just got to start working out and then two weeks so i no unfortunately i wish that i did yeah for me um i put on after winter games i had to do my boobs again and surgery was like
Starting point is 00:10:53 What do you mean you had to do them again? Well, because I had them done and then I had like complications so I had to do them all over again and then I was like three months with not working out so then what do you do? You're like eating and I'm working out
Starting point is 00:11:03 and I was like great so once I got the clear like okay now you can I went hardcore but what happens? Like when you're stressing for things like it's so hard to lose that weight or like but I will say that working out with my trainer like you even if I'm not like
Starting point is 00:11:16 at my goal weight or whatever I do feel like I'm just tight Yeah, I know, you know, and it just feels comfortable. Yeah. And then, of course, you know, I leave Paradise and I drop five pounds. I'm like, are you serious? I feel like I lost it when I was on Paradise. Just from, like, sweating so much.
Starting point is 00:11:33 Well, that, and also I think the only thing I ate was shrimp tacos the entire time. Was the food really good? The food is really good, but I was just, I don't know. It was so hot. Yeah, very hot. I'm used to the humidity in Miami, but this is just like, you can't even, like, you're screaming for cold showers. I would just look like a drowned rat the whole time on the season. Like, some girls get, like, really beachy, sexy and, like, glowy.
Starting point is 00:11:56 I feel like I would look like a drowned rat. I'm looking for it. I don't look really good and glowing. I just, I looked like a wet dog. You ladies are all. Everybody is beautiful on that damn show, so you can't, you know, even the ones that look like a drowned rat are still going to look like a beautiful drowned rat. That's true.
Starting point is 00:12:14 I feel like I'm just clearly jumping all over the map because that's what I do. So you were cheerleading. I feel like this is, you were named sexiest cheerleader when you were 19. Oh, my gosh, yes. I feel like that's like a bit of a, like, I don't know about that. Getting, calling 19-year-old girls like the sexiest, I feel like does that. So, well, let me explain. So every this, when I cheered for the dolphins, I went in as a rookie, and every year they would select one girl to go to Maxim and one girl to go to F-HM, which they don't sell it here anymore.
Starting point is 00:12:49 And I got selected to go to FHM, and they did a competition between the girls from different teams that did that photo shoot. And fans voted, and I won. It was like online. I ended up winning, and then I got like a five-page spread. Wow. That's amazing. I mean, it was pretty crazy. I think that night, I always say I was like, 19 was really good to me.
Starting point is 00:13:12 I was like, I just want to read like, what? That's crazy, though. I feel like that would put a lot of pressure on somebody like, 19. years old? It did. It did. Especially like, well, that's the reason why I ended up quitting a few years later, because there's all these, all this pressure on always looking good. I became real. I had, you know how you were just saying, like, taking pictures? It's like the most awkward thing. For me, I became really scared of having my picture taken. Yeah. Because now everybody's looking at you. Now you have this label on you as the sexiest person and you've, that's so, and that at 19. And back then, what, do you have my space? Like, there wasn't Instagram. Like, there wasn't. I am. Like, there wasn't any of that. You know, you had to upload your pictures into, like, what, it was, like, one website, and then you had to copy that link. Oh, yes.
Starting point is 00:13:57 So funny. This whole thing. That's... Learning code. Yeah. That's true. And now... I know.
Starting point is 00:14:04 But that's... I mean, I wish they did. I feel like now it's, like, there's a lot of pressure on anyone with... I mean, anyone with Instagram, but then let alone a platform to have this, like, do you get anxiety at all? Like, I post and I get anxiety. Oh, gosh. And I'm... I used to.
Starting point is 00:14:19 I'm forcing myself. If my followers have paid attention, I've been posting quite often because I'm like, I need to overcome this fear. Yeah. Instagram will not own me. But I think it's because you guys are kind of in the thick of it right now. Like, I definitely did when I was on the show. Now I just feel like everyone who follows me is like pretty loyal and nice.
Starting point is 00:14:37 Like what Tia posted the other day with what people were saying to her brought me right back to when people were just awful to me. And I was just like, oh, How can I help her because, I mean, now, now I'm like, that passes and she'll get through it. But people are so awful on the internet. They are. And they take these shows, like Paradise and The Bachelor, so serious. My girlfriends, I'm like, guys, like my cousins, you know, like we have this group chat.
Starting point is 00:15:09 And then they'll ask me questions. I was like, guys, you sound just like the people that, like, believe everything. I know. I'm like, what, I just think it's so weird that, like, you break up with someone and then you're posting a picture with your ex saying, like, thank you for the experience. And I was like, guys, because you do become friends with these people. Like, nobody will ever understand the world until you're in it. Yeah. But it is such a, I mean, it is a weird concept.
Starting point is 00:15:32 But I'll even find myself, like, watching the show now and being like, why would, and I'm like, oh, my God, Caitlin. Like, I'll even find myself. It's easy to get caught up. Yeah, it's so easy to get caught up and ask questions. Are you guys watching this season of Bachelorette? On and off. Well, because we were filming while most of it was airing, so it was difficult to kind of keep up with it. And then you come back and you're just like, I need a breather.
Starting point is 00:15:52 Yes. Yeah, it's a lot. It's a lot. I always wonder this too, because obviously you can't tell me if you guys are in a relationship or what's going on, but I always think, too, like, do you want to come out of Paradise with the person that you're with and then go back and watch them with another girl, and I wouldn't want to do that. That's true. It might be like a weird thing to jump back into.
Starting point is 00:16:13 It is weird seeing people that we were with on Paradise on. the bachelorette right and how they is it's just it's a kind of like a different person because Paradise brings out different elements of people yeah so when I saw how they acted on Bachelorette and saw how they acted on Paradise and like this is like so crazy to see the some use it as like their redemption yeah that's true oh 100% that's I can't wait to see just like who's on Paradise and what they're like compared to Bachelorette I you last year was the first year I started watching Paradise I hadn't watched it before but this season yeah like
Starting point is 00:16:45 I remember, like Chris on his way out of this season, everyone's like, oh, he lost it, he lost it. But I'm like, I think it's going to be his redemption on Paradise. He has a, yeah, he has a very different experience on Paradise. And I don't know, I like Chris. And that's what I've heard. That's the general consensus. Like, that's what people are saying that they really like him, that he's nice. Hey, guys, did you know that Green Chef is the first USDA certified organic meal kit delivery service

Starting point is 00:17:37 Let Green Chef do the meal planning, grocery shipping, and most of the prep for you week after week. I actually got my Green Chef. It was amazing. I had the pasta pomadoro with pesto, and it was so easy to cook and so delicious that I actually had to wonder, like, did I actually cook this most self? Good for me. For $50 off your first box from Green Chef, go to greenchef. Go to greenchef.us slash vine.
Starting point is 00:17:58 That's $50 full dollars off your first box at greenchef.us slash vine. Do you feel like you both had a good experience on The Bachelor where you were portrayed, like, pretty, like, true to who you are? Yeah, I definitely feel like I was portrayed to who I was. That's candle talking. I definitely think that, you know, you see a part of me that's very real, right? Yeah. But there's more depth to my personality that perhaps people will never really get a chance to know. Yeah, they just kind of show your feisty side. Right.
Starting point is 00:18:26 Until like you get to have a conversation with me and get until you really get to know me. Yeah. You're just going to think that I'm just going to be like this firecracker. Right. And so that's why I really love Paradise because I think everybody goes in with this idea of like who people are, right? but then you become friends with everyone. I love it because now we're just so much closer. And then the guys, it's like your friend, you just connect in a different way where it's like, okay, we know that we saw you in this way, but then actually having conversations and hanging out and, you know, having a few shots of tequila, like, yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 00:18:59 Hey, you're normal. Everyone did a good job of giving everyone a fair chance and actually genuinely getting to know them as opposed to judging them from the previous seasons. Well, I do feel like Ari had a good group of girls and I'm trying to think of, so is it a lot of Becca's guys? like the majority yeah which usually is I'm trying I feel like she had some pretty nice guys too so I feel like it will be a good season of like good people who know how to make good TV as well um but yeah that's I mean people loved your feisty side though on the bachelor like I loved it yeah it was I'm just yeah yeah I was honest you're up front you know and I think that's something that is very admirable yeah yeah yeah being more real like I really enjoy people who are very real yes and and a lot of people do that's I feel like I feel like that's I feel like that's I feel like that's I feel like I'm yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah I'm That's what people liked about both of you, actually. Okay, so usually on Great Therapy, I do Bachelor Recaps. So who's left? I'm like trying to think of what week it is, what I just watched.
Starting point is 00:19:54 Okay, so it was the overnights. Oh, yeah, the overnights. So the overnights, it was Jason, Garrett, and Blake. Now, here's the tricky part when it gets down to three, because I'm like, usually they give somebody a Bachelor edit. Usually they give somebody an edit like they're the most. amazing guy ever and oh are they going to pick and then they give the guy that they're going to pick so it's so tricky for becca at this point to watch back because she's already so happy with somebody she now has to go back and watch these other relationships and this is where
Starting point is 00:20:29 I feel like it gets really hard because also they really um just show like your magical moments And I always said, like, when they do the editing, like when they would interview me with my final two guys, they'd say, okay, what do you, like, love about this person? What makes you feel safe with this person? All these, like, great, amazing things. And then they ask, what scares you? What are your fears? So then with the people that you have left, they can show, like, these are, I feel this way with this person. And then you can say your fears about the other.
Starting point is 00:21:03 And it looks like you just feel so much more towards. this other person. So I don't know. No, I do know who she picks, but I don't, I'm obviously not going to say anything. Yes. But who are you guys really enjoying in this final three for Becca? Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:21:20 Who do you think right now? Like, I see Blake being so committed to her. I love Blake. Outstandingly committed. People really love Blake. I really love Blake. Like, he was the one where I was just like, I saw them in the intro video and I was like, does this guy end up on Paradise?
Starting point is 00:21:36 Oh, right, yeah, yeah. Oh, yeah. Originally, because, like, you just see, like, his little interviewer was so cute. Everybody's was, I think that's such a good spin that they did the, I don't know if you know what I'm talking about, like, on the website. That was cute. Instead of, like, having a bio, it was a guy's, like, it was a little snippet of guys showing a little bit of their personality. So, like, Will's was like, my eyes change color depending on my mood. Pay attention.
Starting point is 00:22:03 And I was like, what a smooth operator. I know. Like, wait, is that true? Yeah. Oh, these eyes are beautiful. Oh, really? Nice eyes. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:12 So I feel like that allowed us to, even if we didn't get a chance to watch the season because we were in paradise, like, to kind of see their sense of humor. And it showed them in like a nice light. And I was like, we just got these bios that they put the most embarrassing questions. Oh, mine was terrible. Oh, my God. They were like, what would an ex-boyfriend say about you? And I put, I was, like, writing all these, like, I'm tired. You're drinking wine.
Starting point is 00:22:36 We answer a lot of questions. It's like 100 questions. No, there's more than 100 questions. Mine was like, probably that I bite my nails and leave hair extensions laying around. And then they put that out there. And then it was like, if you could be anyone, who would you be? And I said April O'Neill because she gets to hang with the Ninja Turtles. And they like put that in my bio.
Starting point is 00:22:55 I was like, oh, my God. I think mine was just like I said pimple popping. Oh, yeah. So you enjoy pimple popping? That's like a guilty pleasure. No, I can't either. I mean, I haven't done it. But, like, I definitely watched Dr. Pimple Popper.
Starting point is 00:23:11 That's the thing? I've seen those videos. Dr. Pimple Popper? I don't even know what that is. No, I can't do it. You showed me that. Dr. Pimble Popper. I mean, some of this stuff is really crazy.
Starting point is 00:23:18 I only like, like, small extractions, like, fuckheads. But everything else is really gross. So sometimes I have to. Yeah, no, I can't. It's really gross. I can't even think about it. No. Sorry, guys.
Starting point is 00:23:28 No, that's okay. But I was like, oh, you know, like, what's your, I don't know what the question was, but I was like, oh, what's your guilty pleasure? And I was like, I guess pimple-popping? And then that's what they broke. I was like, really, guys? I was the craziest ones. I know.
Starting point is 00:23:44 I remember talking to you, Kendall, when I called you for the podcast. And I was like, I thought for sure they really played up the taxidermy thing. Yeah. Like, I was like, there's no way you are actually into it, which you are. Yeah. No, I love taxonomy. Yeah, yeah. But I was like, I know the producers, and I'm like, this is for sure, Alon Gale.
Starting point is 00:24:01 just like giving you a story but I really wanted to know because I'm like what I mean I was a dance instructor that's what they put as my job title which I wasn't really so I was like it come on Kendall but you do you enjoy it
Starting point is 00:24:15 I do enjoy it and I collect it I don't have a huge warehouse full tax to me which on my hometowns was like this huge warehouse and everyone's like she has so many animals I was like I have like you know five or six like mounts like I don't know I'm not like a huge but you actually did something
Starting point is 00:24:31 I mean, like, what did you go to school for, art? Yeah, multimedia communications. And you did, didn't you do, like, set design for, like, the Kardashians? Yeah, so while I was set dressing for the Kardashians, and then for the 10-year anniversary, and then now I'm a production designer. So I do, like, I work behind the camera, which is... Yeah, interesting. Did you get to meet the Kardashians?
Starting point is 00:24:52 No, I was, like, around them, but I was never formally introduced. Right. It's funny because everyone's always, like, Kendall and Kylie. Like, my sister's name is Kelly. Oh, right, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So whenever they would yell Kendall, I'd always think they were talking about me. Because, like, you hear them talking in your ear, like, they need me, they need me. And they're like, so it was kind of confusing.
Starting point is 00:25:10 And you've heard that your whole life. That's same thing. I'm a Big Brother fan. Like, I love watching the show Big Brother. And right now there's, my sister's name is Haley, so always growing up Haley and Caitlin. And Haley and Caitlin are on the block right now. Oh, gosh. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:22 That's a stupid story, but you know what I mean. No, you know how it is. Like the people always comment about it. They're like, oh, yeah, I like them, but yeah. No, I get what you're saying. So Wells Fargo is a company with a storied past and a big part of the past was built around building trust. So back in the day when the country headed Westford Gold, Wells Fargo was the bank trusted to bring it back east. But somewhere along the way, Wells Fargo lost their way.
Starting point is 00:25:45 So now they're working hard to earn your trust again. They're making things right by ending product sales goals for branch bankers. They're refocusing on customer satisfaction, making it a top priority. They're working with more transparency and accountability and fixing problems proactively. Yes, this is what I like to hear. It's a new day at Wells Fargo, but it's a lot like their first day. See what's new at Wells Fargo.com slash renew, established 1852 and reestablished 2018. We'll be right back with more off the vine, grape therapy.

Starting point is 00:26:42 As if he's not going to be the next Bachelor. Oh, he's so cute. I feel like people really, first of all, it took him a long time to get to where he opened up and everything. But I'm like, man, people love Jason. And if Blake doesn't get picked, he could be the Bachelor because he's getting a really good Bachelor edit. But I really feel like Jason or Ben Higgins. Oh, Ben. Of course I would love to.
Starting point is 00:27:07 You think he'd put himself through that again? He would be stupid to do that, to put himself through that again. I feel like everybody's kind of curious to see if he would do it, but I don't know if he would. I'm just curious what they would offer him to be it, like what kind of paycheck they would offer him to do Bachelor again. Because I don't know how anyone could do that twice. I really don't. But, I mean, it would be interesting because I think people would like that. But I could see Jason being the Bachelor right now.
Starting point is 00:27:34 He's got like a good personality. He's well-spoken. He seems honest. He seems like he got to a place where he's like ready for that. His family's great. Like, everything just seemed like. Well, I met him on the spa date earlier. Oh, right.
Starting point is 00:27:46 And then Becca were just so cute. She forgot his name. He was like, I know. But he handled it so well. And he was like dipping her and dancing with her on the. date and I just thought he's just so comfortable in his own skin yeah and that and that really um is good for carrying a show as a lead as well to be comfortable on your own skin like I feel like you kind of need that to carry a show so he would be really great for that I'm like pumping my
Starting point is 00:28:08 own tires for saying that I'm like I feel like you have to have a lot of self-confidence to carry a full show but you don't understand it until you're going through it yeah yeah I remember getting voted off and people like oh you would be great bachelor and I was like uh no I would not Like, are you kidding? Like, when you actually are in that experience and you got to get your, you have to, the mentality, you have to be able to lead. Yeah. You have to know that people. You have to be extremely vulnerable.
Starting point is 00:28:38 And then understanding, because these people have, like, put everything on the line. You know, I mean, you literally put your life on pause to go out there. And then you're having these weird conversations and, like, I have these facial expressions that I just, like, can't help out. And it's just like, it would be the worst. Like it would be so tough Well people want to see different now People want to see like different leads now I feel like they've always went with the cookie cutter
Starting point is 00:29:01 And now they are kind of going outside the box With people and their personality So I do feel like both of you would have been good bachelorette Kendall would have been really interesting She would have been great I was really into that I was really into you being the bachelorette Because well you went like far enough for them to consider
Starting point is 00:29:18 And then you as well as Jason are very well spoken and I feel like you're interesting and smart and obviously beautiful. I personally think the taxidermy thing and how weird I was, I don't know. I think it would have been such a, like a different spin on it. I was so weird on The Bachelor. Oh, I loved you as a Bachelorette. Thank you. You had like all those fun, crazy dates.
Starting point is 00:29:42 Yeah. You were hilarious. I had a really great time. I had a way better time on The Bachelor than Bachelorette. But I feel like I was the same way. Like I was like, I'm too weird to be the Bachelorette. Can I just ask your question? Did you ever have to kiss someone that, like, you were just like,
Starting point is 00:29:53 please don't kiss me, please don't kiss me. Yeah, of course. Yeah, a lot. Yeah, a lot. That's what I mean. Like, what if somebody makes a move? It was really terrible. There was one guy I actually was just like, I can't.
Starting point is 00:30:06 Like, I was being honest. I know. It sucks because there's so many people you have to be open to. Like, even night one cupcake who came in my cupcake. Like, even I was like, I'm not sure if I wanted to kiss him night one. Like, not anything I was attracted. to him. He's a great guy. And I was like, yeah, he's cute. But I was, like, not sure if I
Starting point is 00:30:25 wanted to just go in for that right away. But he actually, like, there's a couple guys that I was like, well, no, and then we kissed and I was like, eh, that wasn't bad. Yeah. Yeah. Okay, I would do that again. You learn a lot about someone by kissing them. You really do. And I got for it all the time, for making out with everybody. And I'm like, you have to kind of... Do you want to know how I know that I like someone? Yeah. If they, if they, well,
Starting point is 00:30:43 when they kiss me, if I, like... Yeah. If I, like, you kind of feel like... Have to catch your breath. Yeah. And it won't even be, like, a long kiss, but then, like your heart, like, skips a beat. I'll never forget that when Sean and I kissed this one time, he wrote me like a secret letter and snuck it to me, and he said, I couldn't breathe when I kissed you. And that's never happened to me before. Yeah, but that dies.
Starting point is 00:31:06 Romance dies. Yeah, I'm like, I can't even imagine. If he said that to me now, I'd die. But, yeah, but like that's, I remember, I still have that note, actually. Do you know, I just thought of this. We have a memory jar. We keep, like, everything in it, and there's notes. Tucker, our dog, got hold of some of it,
Starting point is 00:31:20 and ate some of the notes. Yeah. I'm like, you're 10, Tucker. Act your age. You're not a puppy anymore. He just wanted some love for himself. So do you guys want to see Jason as Bachelor? I would definitely love to see Jason's Bachelor.
Starting point is 00:31:32 I actually helped out with him. We did recently. Yeah. He's so funny. Yeah. So, you know, just really good times. I would love to see him. He got a haircut.
Starting point is 00:31:42 Yes. I mean, I like his shorter hair. I like the shorter hair. I saw that. I felt bad because I'm like, who am I to just call out a dude for his hair? hair like if a guy did that to a girl I'd be so offended but it is funny because I'm like he just always gave me Andrew Keegan vibes like from the 90s like he seems like a 90s heartthrob to me yeah oh definitely but yeah I'm I saw that he got a haircut uh I feel like he doesn't like me because
Starting point is 00:32:05 I said something like well this is me just being like insecure but I said something on my Instagram story and I was I like quoted back I was like the world doesn't need more jasons and Sean really likes Jason and I tagged him in it and he saw it and he didn't respond and I was like big time in me okay okay really yeah did he see it yeah it's okay I understand phones are blowing up at this time okay so Blake and Garrett I will say that if she picks Garrett she's gonna get exactly what Rachel got for um Brian and Peter yeah because but I think that's just like you know and if and if she picks Blake Blake clearly has a hard time with her and other relationships as well
Starting point is 00:32:53 exactly so it's going to be very interesting to see what happens because she looks she just seems like such a good human too with like a good heart and she really is just like she really is just doing a really great job at letting herself be in each relationship and going as far as she possibly can to explore that and know what she she's very present yeah and I think she's doing a really great job and so that also it makes it more clear she'll have more clarity when she picks who she wants
Starting point is 00:33:21 but it'll also make it like really difficult to watch back and go through that so but I mean that's any season it's going to be hard it's just nobody wants to see that. It's hard to look back and remember all the good times you already already remember all the good times in relationship having to visually see it and live it
Starting point is 00:33:37 right right and Blake has been very clear about his heartbreak Garrett's been very clear about his heartbreak so I'm like no matter which way it goes it's going to be so hard on that person but I mean just seeing her wake up with both guys they started the whole wake up camera thing on my season I was like why are you coming in here with cameras in the morning this is the most awkward thing in the world yeah and you see them together afterwards when they meet for the roast ceremony yeah it's so weird like the whole I mean the whole show is weird if you think
Starting point is 00:34:06 about it but I mean that just having the cameras there when you wake up and seeing but the way she looked at both of them in the morning yeah I was like, much love and much love for both of them. Yes. And she's very like, and they're both so invested. They are so invested. Oh, all the way in. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:22 And she's an amazing girl. I don't blame them. Yeah, she really is. Can a man look at me that way? Like what in the world? Sean and I were just watching on Monday and I was like, remember when you were that in love with me? Like, it's such a like the honeymoon phase in relationships are already so great, but they're
Starting point is 00:34:39 magnified on the show because you are really in this like fabricated situation. And you're allowed to feel these things. You're allowed and you're supposed to. Because you don't have to worry about him texting back or, like, is it too much? Like, you're just allowed to be this person. As a woman, being a bachelor, it has to feel really comfortable where you can just express your feelings knowing that, like, you can be completely vulnerable. You have to put it all out there. You are encouraging someone away.
Starting point is 00:35:01 You don't have to worry about scaring someone away. Right. Because that's what you're there for. Exactly. They have to worry. Yeah. You know, like, they really want you to open up because they need to know how you're feeling to feel confident and comfortable in the situation and be able to give you that back. and that's it's so it's I actually find that really tricky is to be on a show like that to be so like you are encouraged to just be so vulnerable and open and honest and actually just go there with your feelings that after you're like that's not normal like yeah it's not normal to be that vulnerable so then after it's hard to navigate coming out of the show and being in a relationship where you're like it's really hard to do that in in everyday life and to be like that and then you don't but you have these expectations from somebody to still be that way and and
Starting point is 00:35:44 And that's not real life. I found that I overshare now. Yeah. Like, even with my friends or family or people I would, maybe we'd go on a date or two with, I'd overshare and over tell them how I felt. And I'm like. I do the same thing. You know?
Starting point is 00:35:55 I do the same thing. That show really opened me up in ways that, like, now when I go to dinner with friends, like I have the deepest conversations about feelings and like who we are and what we want and like, which is great. But I'm like, okay, Caitlin, I'm like, reel it in sometimes. Well, I just realized my romper's inside out. No. is it really
Starting point is 00:36:14 I was looking at my shoulder and I was like why is that part inside interrupt I just have to point that out I thought it was just like a frilly little oh that's hilarious
Starting point is 00:36:24 Kendall's having one of those mornings okay guys I had a really hard morning now this just makes me think you don't you don't have to say anything but that just makes me think something you know you're with somebody
Starting point is 00:36:36 and something was happening this morning I will not disclose anything but my romper's inside out That's all we need to know Is that your romper is inside out She's living her best life You are, you are Guys, this is, yeah
Starting point is 00:36:48 That's But the button is everything How did you I have no idea how I did that Well, it's impressive And I think like walking around All confident today I think your job
Starting point is 00:36:59 That's hilarious Oh my gosh Wow, okay You know what People have told way more embarrassing things On my podcast before So if you guys Want to confess something to me
Starting point is 00:37:09 That's what this podcast is all about I'll just say that, well, I think it's just, I was just rushing this morning. And my, you know, my roommate blocked my car in and I was, that was all, of course, after I was dressed. But my head was all over the place. That's what Paradise does you. That's a good thing. Your roommate blocked your car. That's what the kids are calling it these days.
Starting point is 00:37:31 That's amazing. I want to, okay, give us like a little, okay, know what I think, I think Wells needs to retire and they need to make me the bartender. Yes. Oh, you've been so fun as a bartender. I feel like I give great advice. I feel like I'd be like a little bartender guru. Like, I feel like I wouldn't water down your drinks. No, I, yeah, well, he did water down the drinks.
Starting point is 00:37:52 I don't know. They weren't as strong. That's, I love Wells. He was great. Well, I'm sure it wasn't Wells idea to water down the drinks. No, no, of course not. But that's, yeah, that's, on The Bachelor, was it the same thing? Were they limit how much you drank?
Starting point is 00:38:05 I feel like they said that our season was very mellow. Chill. Understandably, though, because we were probably the first season after the... Are you guys going to go to their wedding? Who, oh, Lauren. Yeah. Are you invited? I feel like it would be really weird if I was invited.
Starting point is 00:38:22 Right. Oh, I guess so. They have invited a few of the girls. Yeah. A handful of them. I guess it's not a TV wedding, right? No. No.
Starting point is 00:38:31 Okay, that's what I was just asking, thinking, assuming it was like a TV wedding because... They're so happy. They are. You can see it. They're adorable. They're freaking adorable. And it worked out the best for everybody, you know? I knew it was going to be Lauren, and I was only there three weeks.
Starting point is 00:38:44 Well, that's what I thought it was Becca for sure. When I left. And when I was leaving, when he had sent me home, I was in my head. I told him, I was like, I know who you're feeling it for. And I was like, I'm really excited for you. She's an amazing woman. And I for sure thought it was Becca. Oh, so I was going to ask because to me, I'm like, was that such a, like, produced move that they're, like, convincing him to pick Becca so that it could be good TV to go back and pick Lauren when he knew.
Starting point is 00:39:08 it was Lauren the whole time, but they had like convinced but it's interesting to hear you say that you actually thought it was Becca. But watching it back, I can understand how, after Lauren said she was falling for Ari and his reaction, I was, like, everything just clicked. I think it's just because Lauren is so much more private and Becca
Starting point is 00:39:24 was just so open. Right, right. Yeah, that makes sense. That makes sense. And for the trailers and previews coming out for the season of Paradise, Babyana, you look like you're having some tears. Girl. Is that, like, are you the new Ashley I?
Starting point is 00:39:40 Oh, I've gotten so many tweets about that. Oh, you have? I wouldn't say you're crying. Am I allowed to say why I was crying? Yeah. They cut me off. They cut you off. Tequila?
Starting point is 00:39:49 Cut me off tequila. I would cry too. You don't cut Selma off. You don't cut Selma off. Is Selma like your ultra ego? Yes. She's like crazy. She loves it.
Starting point is 00:39:59 Did she come out on Paradise? A little bit. Oh, that accent. Yeah, that is. I don't know if she was on camera, though, because I don't remember. It was probably the sign me. They're, like, time to cut her off. So they did let you get to a point where you had to be cut off.
Starting point is 00:40:13 I don't, yeah. There were strategies. They were, we figured out a little strategy, like, well, you know, it's still early. Thing hasn't happened yet. And as if they're not going to play up the taxidermy thing with, like, the animals on Paradise with. There were definitely a lot of crabs around. I saw the promo with the crabs. I didn't even, I haven't even seen the promo yet.
Starting point is 00:40:30 There's this one promo from the last episode they showed a promo with crabs, and all the crabs were saying they were afraid of me. Really? Yeah, and I haven't seen that one. I was, the crabs were, I was actually very literally, like, obsessed with the crabs because the babies look like little tiny spiders, and they're everywhere. And they're everywhere.
Starting point is 00:40:47 And then at night, they just go into a little hole. They just take this huge hole. Oh, at least you're not crawling around you at night. They were so cute. You just see them everywhere. But they would, wait. In the showers. In the showers.
Starting point is 00:40:59 Everywhere, everywhere. And they put their little claws up, and they would never, their eyes would be focused on you, and they'd back away slowly. Yeah. Oh, my gosh. And you're like, I'm not. about to do anything, you know, but they like little sidestep and stare at you. They're so scared of you
Starting point is 00:41:09 and then they just walk side of you. Well, at least they're scared of you and they don't like attack you. Do the guys and girls sleep separately? Like there's a guy's... Well, sometimes I mean, they have the boom boom rooms. Right. Okay, the boom boom room started on Bachelor Pad in the Bachelor Mansion.
Starting point is 00:41:27 Because they used to film Bachelor Pad in the mansion. And I remember what rooms the boom boom room. And it's given that name because of what people have sex in there? Is that what it is? I mean, the idea, but I think people just cheated the system and tried to get AC. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:43 Like, you like me? You like me? Do you want to sleep in AC tonight? Yeah, and their own bathroom? Really? So there's like a specific boom boom room that you can spend the night with a guy. It's basically a sweet with AC and your own bathroom and everything. Why wouldn't you go do that? Well, you have to find, you know, a partner to be like, you know.
Starting point is 00:42:00 And those were just the rooms I had consent. That was like the main idea of this season is consent was a very important. thing. Yeah, of course. They have to do that. But once you were in a relationship and it was confirmed, like, you and I are dating, then you, like, it was okay all the time.
Starting point is 00:42:17 Just like, we're going to go take a nap in the boo-boo room or whatever. Oh, that's so interesting. And then they do fantasy sweets for Paradise, right? Yeah, they do fantasy suites. Okay, this is, again, last season was my first time watching, and I'm still, like, trying to grasp the concept, which is funny because I should know what it's all about. But, um,
Starting point is 00:42:33 okay, so, we have to wrap up, but sadly. I know I could keep talking to you ladies all day. First of all, I had written in my notes that you love Ricky Martin, which is just... No, I don't. Oh. I mean, well, I mean, who doesn't? But I just my dad used to say to me that
Starting point is 00:42:49 I'm, you know, he has a song, Vida la Vida Loca. Of course. Which is, you know, live your crazy life. And so when I would talk to my dad, he's like, you just think that you're living the Ricky Martin life of like, Viviena La Vida Loca of Ricky Martin. That's what he would tell me all the time. So now it's like my whole
Starting point is 00:43:06 thing. I'm like, I'm just living Ricky Martin's life. Dad, just leave me alone. Oh, I love that. Okay. Well, that's cute. That's, I'm just, like, grazing through my notes and that just caught my eye that you love Ricky Martin. And I'm glad we cleared that up. Because my dad thinks I live a crazy life. Oh, that, you do. That's true. You know, for most people, you do live a crazy life. I feel like my whole life I've lived a crazy life. Like, everything I've done my friends, as soon as I went on The Bachelor, they're like, of course you did. Like, this is so something that you would do. Right. I guess we should do the general. Okay. we didn't really do like that much of a recap. But overall, what are your thoughts on the final two? I love them both. I think they make sense. Yeah. The final two definitely makes sense to me.
Starting point is 00:43:48 Mm-hmm. I hear you on that. They're invested. You can tell they're really into her. I can see why she's really into them. I mean, I would be in the same position. Yeah. I'm curious if she has more of an understanding with Ari at the end of her season.
Starting point is 00:44:02 Absolutely. She does. And she probably has a lot more clarity as opposed to, like wow you actually can fall in love with two people it isn't that easy it's i'm sure everyone who goes into that role becomes empathetic for the person that that sent them home because i was the same way like being on christ's season like i was like how could he send me home and then i was like you get into that role and you completely understand the situation and how different it is from what you think it could be um and okay i just have to laugh about this jason on his way out when he he's
Starting point is 00:44:33 like oh you i'm just going to make you the scrapbook which obviously he didn't. I don't think he made that. Did he? There's an art department for that. There was some help. Exactly. There was a help with that.
Starting point is 00:44:43 He made the scrapbook the same way that Chris Harrison writes the fantasy suite cards. It's the art department. But I loved on his way out when he goes, all right, keep in touch. Talk to you soon. Yes. It just was so funny to me because I'm like, keep in touch. He says that one. They're like getting.
Starting point is 00:45:01 T.T. T.T.Y.L. Talk to you. T. Yeah. T. B.R.B. That's what, imagine he said that It's such a yearbook
Starting point is 00:45:07 Yes, that you should have written that in the scrapbook Right before the summer hits, right? Yes, when you're in middle school And you just put keep in touch And you put your house phone number Because back then you don't have cell phones It's like he, yes, you know what he should have done Is when she sent him home like before fantasy suites
Starting point is 00:45:24 He should have been like, okay, BRB And then he makes a comeback And then he's like, okay, TTIYL There you go Maybe you've been back again I'm really excited to see okay so you guys have like spent time with um jason and he's filmed men tell all did he say how it went at all no no yeah i don't know how it i would you guys were we we you guys were obviously
Starting point is 00:45:49 there because they always do the they always do the preview for um paradise at the men tell all so um was it interesting um was it juicy or was it like what you would expect i heard it i heard yeah a lot went down a lot went down okay amazing. Okay, so we have that to look forward to. Okay, yeah, because this comes out tomorrow on Thursday, and then Bachelor, no, Bachelor at Mentala will come out Monday. So, okay, that's what we have to look forward to. Oh, yeah. And there's some, the preview they showed at Menthal All. For Paradise. Oh, it's always, like, way crazier than it is. Well, it was just hard to watch. Really?
Starting point is 00:46:28 Yeah, yeah, yeah. I will say something about Paradise is that, you know, as anxious as all of us are to see how this you know season plays out on Paradise it's at least you can laugh at a lot yeah Paradise brings in a good sense of humor yes and you laugh at yourself a little bit more yeah you're crying but it's just like
Starting point is 00:46:47 you get it you know and people watching feel the same way right yeah it's like it's a lighter it's a lighter feel it's like okay this is ridiculous but we're probably going to really laugh about this later yeah I mean I wasn't laughing during that preview I know oh no I was just like No, I think a lot of them are looking at each other. We were like, oh, dang, this is real.
Starting point is 00:47:07 This is going to be. But whenever they show the preview, it doesn't always come out that way. I remember the preview for when I went on The Bachelor. They made me look like I was going to be the villain. And I was sitting there going, oh, dear God, what did I do? And I was like, I'm going to be the villain. I'm going to be so hated. And I really thought that they were going to play me like that because that's what the preview
Starting point is 00:47:26 looked like. And then it turns out like nothing was what it seemed. So everybody needs to have an open mind when they see previews for stuff. like that. But anyways, thank you both so much for coming on and doing this. Anytime I'm back in L.A., I'll have you on again because then we can talk about when it's actually airing and what's going on. And then I can know what relationships you guys are in or what's going on and we can talk
Starting point is 00:47:47 about it instead of... Right. We can actually like spill the tea, even though we'll obviously talk about it as soon as these microphones are off. Yeah, there's a podcast behind the podcast. Yeah, exactly. That should be a whole other show. Yes.
Starting point is 00:47:59 But yeah, thank you both so much and excited to see you. both on Paradise, and I was always big fans of both of you from the get-go. Thank you. Thanks for having us.
