Podcast One presents Off the Vine, Grace Therapy.
Caitlin Bristow's going to answer your questions,
drink to your confessions,
and hear what you have to say about anything Bachelor.
Let's shake it up some more.
Here's Caitlin.
Welcome to Great Therapy. I'm your host, Caitlin Bristow, and your session is about to start. I'm excited for everyone to hear this episode because Britt and Emma, and I'm not playing favorites, but we're very similar and we bond over the same things and we're sharing a bus together. So it was so nice to just have a conversation with them. I think they're two incredible people who have a lot to say, and I feel like you're going to listen to this episode and just actually feel a little inspired.
and happy and you'll relate to a lot of things that they say, I think. And so it's amazing just to fill
everybody in on some things. I think I, I mean, I think I shared it on social media that I was having
a bit of a rough go. The bus life is a lot harder than I thought it would be only sleep wise.
I love hanging out with everybody in the little living room area, watching funny YouTube clips and
laughing and, you know, eating and having wine or tea or whatever we're doing. It's the sleeping that's
really affecting me. It's a lot harder to sleep on this bus than I thought it would be because I have
the back room with a bed and I thought like, oh, how cozy. But it's actually giving me quite
terrible sleeps and anxiety. And so I think it's affecting my mood every day. But I'm, you know,
obviously so grateful for what I'm doing. And like when I'm on stage, I'm so happy. And when I'm
hanging out with the dancers, I'm so happy. But I go to a dark place in the night. So that's my
a little update on how I'm feeling that somebody wanted to know. And a lot of people have actually asked me how I'm dealing with being away from Jason and the dogs. And the truth of that is, I'm not doing well with it. I'm really, I'm really not. I went to Target the other day and I got a couple of frames and I want to print out a photo of Jason and the dogs to put in the frame. And I can't even bring myself, oh my God, I could cry right now, actually. I'm trying not to. But I can't even really look at photos without crying.
and being really, feeling really lonely.
And, I mean, you'd think I'd be used to this from, like, going to film Bachelorette for a couple months at a time.
But I've just, I think this time around, like, really, you know, being awake through the night and just missing them.
And it's been really hard to be away from them this time specifically.
And I'm having a really hard time with it.
I'm trying to put things into perspective, of course, and just be like, this is an opportunity of a lifetime.
And like for those of you who are listening and if we're coming to a sitting near you, please come.
It is so fun.
The show is incredible and it's really what can get me through this whole two months of being gone is the fact that being on stage every night is an absolute dream come true and the crowd is incredible and the performance is incredible.
And I'm surrounded by so much talent that it's really rewarding.
It's really just the lonely nights that are getting to me.
And I miss Jason and the dogs so much.
Jason was just here, came to a show. I'm so sorry for any of the Bills fans out there listening.
My gosh, that was heartbreaking. And I just felt everybody's pain through Jason. I think Jason carried
enough the pain for everybody and all the Bills fans. Oh, it was so rough. But again, sorry about
the loss, thoughts and prayers, teas and peas to the Bills community because, oh, I really thought
you all had it in the bag there. Anyways, I also appeared on The Bachelor this week.
It was kind of a heavy conversation about body image.
Hunter mentioned changing her appearance for a past boyfriend.
Serene mentioned how she was bullied about being skinny.
And it's just like, you know, it just goes to show that, you know,
we see these people on a show like The Bachelor.
And obviously The Bachelor has grown in ways, but has a ways to go with, you know,
the shapes and sizes that we see on the show as well.
But it just goes to show that no matter.
What matter what size you are, you can feel insecure in your own body. You can get bullied for your size, no matter what. You can get bullied for your appearance by people like someone you're dating. And I just really want to show my support for these women who did come forward on such a huge show to talk about these insecurities and probably got bullied for it online. And I just want everybody to have some compassion for everyone who opened up, especially Clayton as well, about their own insecurities. And I thought it was, you know, I love when they do this beautiful date where they have.
have this circle of people coming together and, you know, I think it's a really vulnerable moment
that creates that connection for everybody and just thought we could put it out there to be
kind to everyone that shared their feelings in that episode. But anyways, a lot of people also wanted
to know how I'm navigating being busy with wedding planning. And Jason tweeted about our wedding
being quote unquote announced. But fact check on that. I mean, we're slowly but surely.
doing it. I think Jason and I should do an episode soon on maybe an update for that because I
think that would be nice. Just a little reminder to our listeners before we get into this podcast with
Emma and Brett about the OTV hotline off the Vine hotline. The phone number for that is,
I was going to say get a pen and paper, how old school of me, pull up your notes, put it in your
phone, write it down on paper, whatever. 434-696 Vino.
or that's 434-6-96-8-4-66. So I want to hear confessions, prank call ideas for your friends,
significant others, family questions you have for me about anything, even ideas for what you
want to hear on Great Therapy. I want to hear from you, but look forward to doing those episodes,
and I'm really looking forward to you just having us in your ear holes with Britt and Emma.
Hi to the two of you
Hi
Caitlin
So you can just both
Introduce yourself so that people
I mean obviously people are going to know when Emma's talking
Because you have the most lovely voice and accent
But just do a little intro
Like who you are and what we're doing
I'm Emma Slater
I'm a professional dancer and Dancing with the Stars
I'm a friend of Caitlin's which I'm really proud about
We're currently on the Dancing with the Stars tour
on the road. We're in Columbus, Ohio, being here before. This is my ninth tour. And I believe it,
I can't even count how many seasons I've done at the show, but I'm very lucky to be here and I'm a
British national, but proud American now. That's perfect. Hey, you guys, I'm Britt Stewart. I'm a
professional dancer on Dancing with the Stars as well. Like Emma said, we are here on the live
tour, friend of Caitlin. Proud friend. Here we go.
Let's see. This is my second season of being a pro on Dancing with the Stars, even though I started in 2016 on Troop. And I believe this is my third tour.
Oh, really? That surprises me. Because it feels like you've been here forever.
Yeah. It does, actually. Yeah. Yeah. Is it only your third tour? It's only my third tour.
It's strange to me.
Yeah.
So, I mean, from being on tour in the past, like, do you guys all get along with everybody?
Or do you have to take separate buses because of, like, sometimes you're like, I can't live with that person.
They're messy.
No, we hate each other.
I feel like everyone gets along so well.
No, everybody does.
Yeah.
Of course, everybody's different.
Like, I remember a few seasons ago realizing, oh, this person's pretty messy.
Yeah.
And she probably isn't now.
In fact, I know she isn't now.
But this is one person.
And I was like, sharing a bus with how I realized, oh, she's really messy.
Or sharing a bus with, like, Gleb, for instance, you know he's going to get up really early.
Sasha is going to get up really early and he's going to go find coffee.
And we have a little coffee group, which we actually haven't started this season, this tour yet, but we're still kind of early into it.
But everybody gets along.
We all know what we have for breakfast.
We all know all the time we go to bed.
It feels like family.
It's so great.
It is.
It is.
You know, you know someone's going to cheat at cards.
Yeah.
You know, the boys are going to go gambling.
You know, the girls are going to watch a rom-com or some, like, funny things on the TV.
It's just really great.
I love this environment so much.
I definitely flourish in this kind of like family vibe.
Oh, yeah, me too.
And, I mean, I've toured before Dancing with the Stars.
And so, but this definitely has a family feel.
I feel like when you're on the road with people for as long as we are, you just, I mean, we live
with each other.
So you just know.
That's one thing that's actually really surprised me about doing this tour.
is just like how naturally friendly.
Yeah.
Like it's just been so pleasant.
And I feel like it just, I'm not like tiptoeing around or like everyone just feels like
family and friends and you're like, oh, we can have wine one night or, you know, tomorrow
I'm going to go to bed early or like, do you guys want to watch this?
Then we all laugh together and eat together.
And like I truly am a person who like thrives in my solo time.
But I find myself really wanting to be out with everyone.
and laughing and enjoying this experience with everyone because everyone's so lovely.
Yeah.
Honestly, I'm the same.
Yeah.
Because I love to be alone.
But when I'm with you guys, I get FOMO.
Yeah.
If I don't spend time with you because I love, I just love you guys so much.
But Caitlin, I also have to say that you fit in with our family so perfectly.
Emma and I were saying, we're like, we're going to keep her around for a long time.
We feel like we've known you for years.
I feel the same way.
You just fit in here like a puzzle piece.
I feel the same.
way and I don't know if it's like from growing up dancing I have this like nostalgic feeling of
being with other dancers and it feels like comforting to me but I just I was telling Jason this I'm
like I love hanging around other dancers because everyone just like has this incredible like heart
and personality and like way of thinking and everyone's creative and everyone's just like I don't know
like I just feel like oh it feels like when I was growing up around other dancers it feels like
family and I always think this way about like athletes
like on sports teams like they all just had the same kind of upbringing and like lifestyle and
they were always gone for weekends with hockey tournaments and dancers were kind of the same way
with obviously I do hockey because I'm Canadian but like dancers are the same way with
competitions going away on weekends and like you just like I don't know if we all sink up on
our periods and we have the same hormones no my boobs are killing me right now and I'm like
this isn't even my time yeah Caitlin and I looked at each other yesterday
We're like, we feel nuts.
Yeah.
Like, it's been the last few days and we'll just, like, be in the dressing room, like, getting ready, doing makeup.
And then, like, something stupid will happen.
And we'll just look at each other and be like, are we okay?
I looked at you yesterday and you spaced out.
And I was going to capture it on camera and be like, this is pretty funny to me.

So interesting, this lifestyle of like the bus and tour and doing the state.
Like, it's like Groundhog Day, but not because it's also fun, but like highs and lows.
Like I was saying hormones and everything like the like three days ago.
I can't even remember now what city we're in or what day it is.
But a few days ago, I was feeling really, really low.
And then you get on stage and you feel really, really high.
Yeah.
And it's just like I feel comfortable enough to like tell you both what I'm feeling when I'm in my lows.
like enjoy the highs but is that always like is that just something that you do as dancers like
you're like let's just be open and honest with each other because we have to live together on a
bus we have to spend our days together you have to work together to eat sleep breathe work everything
do you just like just go into it being like this is we have to be transparent with each other
and that's how we're going to bond over this i don't even think it's a conscious decision yeah
I just think that dancers have sort of less boundaries than other people because we're used to being so readily available in terms of like emotions and we're creative and we live in our fields and I'm definitely a really bad culprit of that and I'm actually trying to live less in my fields because I don't want to be on a roller coaster all the time.
That's what I feel like I'm on.
But dancers in general, you get it, you know, one minute you're up, one minute you're down.
But I feel dancers in general, our hearts are so open and we see things slightly differently.
and I'm really kind of proud of that
it's not the norm
we're readily accepting of other people
and I think that that's a quality
a lot of people have but in dancers we seem to just
be around creative people so much
that we kind of understand
everybody else's process and will allow it to happen
and not try to step on that
and so if someone comes in and they're really like
peed off we're going to respect that
and we're going to like give them what we feel like
they need in order to
in order to like serve them type thing.
Oh, yeah.
Weird to say.
No, not at all.
I think also in a tour environment, it's helpful to have that sort of transparency.
Because we spend so much time with each other, I think it's just, you know, it's nice to say,
oh, this is me today.
And so then everyone can respect that and be on the same page with you because, you know,
you're going to see everyone's highs and lows so much more in like a microscope than you would
in regular life.
Yeah.
And I also feel like to Caitlin, I don't know how many times we can say this on this podcast
today, but we naturally have this, Emma and I, this connection with you. And so I feel like that's
also why you feel open to be transparent with us in particular. I agree. You can sit
with us. Yeah. You can sit with us. I feel like it is, it's like this like almost like sisterhood
where, I don't know, once you give each other permission to be themselves and to be
be honest and open with how you're feeling it's like we just set that boundary and and that
foundation from the get go and like we I like when people can ask what do you need like and then
you can honestly tell them you know like if anyone needs space respect if you want to hang out and
talk and like I had a chat with Alexis last night told two in the morning about like deep shit
and I'm like that's what do you need like I think that's just so nice that we can all do that
And I will say, I can't do that with everybody.
Right.
Not everybody clicks on your wavelength.
It actually took me forever to understand what, like,
you know, when you say, I'm vibing with someone?
Yeah.
That vibe is like the wavelengths, like if they're on the same vibration.
And it took me forever, and I'm like, oh, wow,
I didn't actually know that it vibe meant same vibration.
Yeah.
And I feel like now I understand that so much more.
And it allows me, like, you to be able to be like,
you know, I'm not okay, but it's okay that I'm not okay.
okay and the other people see it instead of just like you know getting upset by yourself in the
corner not allowing people to see it and then just like putting on a brave face totally that's exhausting
it is and you already have to as a dancer be on when you're on stage you know you're performing
and you're entertaining and you're on and you love to do it so it's easy to do of course to turn on but
sometimes you have to be able to say I need to turn it off and everyone has to be okay with it and I
have to be okay with it sometimes I don't want to turn off because I'm like oh I want to be fun and have
fun and, like, entertain people always.
I want to be the Caitlin that people really like.
People like you exactly the way you are, you know?
Well, and that's, I'm just having this podcast, everyone that listens knows, like, I
will sometimes, like, cry on it or I'll be, talk about depression or anxiety.
And then sometimes I'm like, you're just freaking happy right now.
Like, it's, you know, that's the beautiful thing about podcasting, which I know you two
are thinking about starting a podcast.
Yes, we are.
But I think you two would just be great at a podcast because you do have that bond.
together that you're able to talk so naturally and be vulnerable and have a natural
like chemistry and connection that would really like come across on a podcast where people
would feel like they're just hanging out with you, which I think is such a nice thing about
podcasting. People just feel like they're hanging out with you, like having a conversation that you're
in their ears while they're like either driving or working out or cleaning the house or whatever
you're doing. And you're like, you just feel like you're hanging out with friends. And I feel like
you two would do a really good job at podcast. Oh, great. That's. Especially in the
Dancing with the Stars world. People always want to know behind the scenes of dancing with the
stars and like, you know, we just see little snippets of what happens in the studio and then the
live performance and little snippets and then the live performance. But there's so much more that
goes on in that show either personally or like in the relationship of the two dance partners
or outside of like, you know, you guys as friends that people would want to know. I think it
do really well. There is a lot that goes into it. And when we see the packages before,
we dance and it's like maybe a two minute long or less little snippet of what the week has been
like it is like a fraction of what happens and doesn't give it justice though it doesn't like you know
this you spend hours on a Cuban break remember the other day what's that and I was like oh it's this
one you're like oh that's right yeah you probably spent hours on that step with autumn
turning that foot out and people don't understand that but it's it's intriguing to me to see that
learning process, because you've probably had a million questions about this two-second step.
Oh, my gosh, the Rumba walks.
Why do I just want to say Rumba?
That's my vacuum.
That's my vacuum at home.
The Rumba walks.
Like, Artem made me do that for like an hour.
And I was like, okay, got it.
But I'm so glad he did.
That's the school of training for us.
That's what you start with is the Rumba Walk.
So, you know, like, ballet is like, well, you can talk more about this.
Yeah, with ballet, it's like a bar.
You start with your plie and your tondos and your degachés.
And that's what a rumba walk is.
It is the foundation of your technique.
So that's why he spent a very good teacher.
Yeah, he's a really good teacher.
One of my teachers used to say,
a walk is a walk is a walk.
And I was like, what are you saying here?
What is that?
But what she meant is if you perfect the rumba walk,
you're going to find it.
Ironically, you're going to find it in the jive.
You're going to find it in the chah, cha.
You're going to find, like, when she had a walk,
walk is a walk is a walk.
I get it now.
And you can dance.
Yeah.
I get it now.
Oh, that's amazing.
We have so many questions from listeners.
They were so excited that you two were going to be on the podcast.
Oh, hey, listen.
They're called the vinos.
The vinos.
We're also vinos.
That's what, remember somebody came in the VIP line and they're like, we're vinos,
and then we all did a V.
Yes, love it.
They're so cute.
Okay, so Holly saucy is her name.
What inspired you both to become dancers?
Go, Brooke.
Okay, well, I started when I was three years.
years old. So dance is my life. Inspired in the womb. I was inspired in the womb. And honestly,
my parents tell me that I was really inspired by music. Like when I would cry or when I would do
anything, music was always what got me out of that. And I would always move to music. So that's why
they put me into dance. And then as I was training and went on, I actually wanted to be a doctor
when I was little. Oh, right? And yeah. And then just dance took over my life. And then I don't
know if a lot of people know this, but I started working when I was 15.
And so then it just became this, oh, I have to do this.
Like the door is opening and then, of course, I became obsessed with it.
And here we are.
Yeah.
You're exactly where you're supposed to be.
You're exactly where you're supposed to be.
I remember watching a demonstration and it was of this Pasadoblet couple.
It's one of the dancers that we do in Boreham.
And she dropped into splits at this particular point in the music and I was 10 years old, mesmerized.
And she looked beautiful and I was like, that is all.
I want to do. So I beg my parents, can, can I do this? And at the time, I remember it was
five pounds for a lesson on a weeknight. Oh, sorry, on a weekend sort of night. And I started
doing it and then I begged them, I want to do more. I want to compete. And they were thinking,
gosh, this is a lot of money. Like, how are we going to keep? Because honestly, it starts turning
into like, well, 25 a night. And then, you know, and then 50. And then costumes. And then petrol to
drive around. Sorry, gas guys, gas, depending where you are. To drive.
around to these competitions so it turned into like a fully fledged commitment to them and I couldn't
have asked for better parents. They oh they sacrificed all of their time and a lot of their money and
I will never be able to repay them but one day I'm going to try. I feel the same way like I always
think about again I always for some reason I compare I think it's because I dated a hockey player for so long
but I always compared the lifestyles of like an athlete to a dancer. It's similar. I mean dancers are also
athletes but like same thing like the the families and the parents always seem to like commit to
what their child wants to do in that situation and they all the traveling and the fees and the gear
and the costumes and everything adds up and they do it because their kid is happy and they love
to do it and it's like something that they're passionate about that's love my mom um she did research
i think this was like a few years ago so it was after you know grown up all the things and she
calculated how many hours or like how many how long I spent training and the number was like
insane I don't I can't it's not on the top of my head yeah she actually does a calculation and
it is crazy like our parents I don't know I I know you guys feel the same but I feel so incredibly
blessed yeah to have had the support from my parents yeah yeah speaking of parents my mom is
definitely listening to this and she also sent her a question but it's funny because my team
picked out some questions to put on
this document and it
says one from Lester B. 33
I'm like, that's my mom.
Do they know that's your mom?
No. What's her name?
My mom's Leslie.
Leslie.
Oh, hi, Leslie. And my mom was a
professional dancer. Oh, I know.
Yeah, so she is
very excited for this podcast, but she
her question's so cute, it's about a costume.
Okay. Have you ever had a costume you said
you wouldn't wear? Like, they put it on it and you're like,
I won't wear this.
I've never been that deaverish
because, you know, I'm a little good sport.
We've worn some stuff.
I mean, were you any of Mark Ballast's number
on the show?
Like, as a troop member.
Yeah, dressed as like, he would dress people as seaweed.
No.
And like military with like the toy soldiers.
I never, I never had to do that.
Yeah, there was one dance where people were seaweed.
There was another dance where people was legit bushes.
And he was, I mean, his dances are freaking cool.
So creative.
I love what that goes on in his head and the way he puts it down onto the dance floor.
But he would always utilise the troupe,
which are the dancers that don't have the celebrities on dancing with the stars.
And so they would always be in these numbers to kind of fill them out and make them sort of even more explosive.
But they would be dressed as like shrubbery.
I remember that one specifically.
Edwards has a hand.
But I never did that.
I'm just not a fan.
Like I've got kind of a curvy figure and then I'm not.
a fan of um i'm not a fan of the color purple or lilac and i'm not a fan of big puffy dresses so i do remember
wearing a purple puffy dress and sort of kind of keeping it in there how hideous i felt
i don't think i have anything specifically to be honest i have to say i do not i also agree
with the puffy dresses i'm not a puffy dress kind of girl but daniela who is our costume woman
on dance with stars both emma and i absolutely love her
and she knows, I come in and I'm like,
what do you want to put on me today?
Yeah, you're sort of roll with the punches in that situation
because, like, you're obviously not going to love every costume,
but then there's ones where you're like,
I am a bad bitch in this bus.
I have to tell you, the best costumes, in my opinion,
on Dancing with the Stars is when we go into the,
it's maybe like a salser or a tribally type dance.
And Daniela, a wardrobe and costume designer
and our head of wardrobe, will put necklaces on the skirt and make the skirt.
So it's basically like a boy short and she'll attach all this tribal, like sometimes wood,
sometimes like blue color, sometimes like a brown color, like brassy necklaces on the skirt.
And it looks sensational.
And she'll do the same with a bra too.
Like I've had a bra with earrings on it.
That's so bad.
And it looks sick.
You know, that reminds me of your samba with Rashad.
It was like in my, it was like my.
Miami vibe. And she had, it was one of more your simple costumes, but it was really beautiful. And I think it was like, it was like a chain skirt. And maybe it was necklaces. I don't know.
There was a chain. That one was like a silver, silver necklace for my belt. But she's great. That's like why she's really, when she can be creative, Daniela, she really gets it right. I mean, the tour costumes are just next level incredible.
Yeah. Yeah. It's just, it's so cool. I have to say because Michael A from Bachelor World came to the show last night. And he can't stop talking about it. And neither can his five-year-old son. And they were just, he was like, I really didn't know what to expect. And he sent me another message this morning being like, I hope everybody is so proud of what they're doing. Like that was, he was like, that was just wildly entertaining and so impressive. He goes, everything about it from start to finish. Like, he was really impressed. And he even said something about the costumes. Like, really? Oh my gosh. Well, I think.
I mean, the girl's pretty hot, but
but yeah, he was just so
impressed by everything.
Okay, Brandy B wants to know
Dream Partner if you can pick anyone
to dance with as a celebrity on the show.
I have dedicated many hours
in extensive research to this
and my definitive answer is
Andy Thamberg.
Oh, God.
I love him. I love him.
If, like, I'm sorry, but
like, is it, is it, you know,
What's that?
Reno 911.
Now, I have not watched that, really,
except for a few episodes,
but I've watched enough of his movies to know.
I'm a big fan of his.
The movie Hot Rod.
Also, Palm Springs on Hulu is Bonafed my favorite film ever.
And he has a little dance sequence in that,
and it's funny, we have a friend or a couple of friends
that are in that sequence.
And you pointed that out to me, Brett.
No way.
But yes, so I was watching a sequence.
And his personality, I'm,
I, like, absolutely adore him.
And I feel like he'd be, like, a really fun partner to have.
Yeah.
Actually, you might know, his name is Dominic Chattowong.
He's on the music department at Dancing with the Stars.
Yeah, you know him.
Yeah, Dom, him and his husband, Scott Hislop, they're in the dance scene in Palm Springs.
Yes.
Yes, but it is so short, but it is such an amazing and, like, comedic dance scene, and it's fantastic.
Oh, I'm going to have to go watch that.
The other day we turned on the TV and it was Mama Mia.
And I was like, well, I'm in this part.
I'm in the dancing of this part.
Yes, you literally, we flicked it on.
You literally just missed me.
And I was one of the ones that noticed, oh my God, the boys are coming up the hill.
That was like me.
18 year old me with pig tails.
That's so funny.
Who's your dream part of?
Okay.
Oh, geez.
I would have to say that, I don't know, anyone from high school musical, maybe because
it's super nostalgic for me.
It would be really fun.
Because you danced in high school.
Because I danced in high school.
And I know Corbyn Blue was already on with Karina.
You need to dance with Zach Everon.
I would love to dance with Zach.
Yeah.
That would be a real treat for everybody.
That would be amazing.
That would be a massive treat for everyone.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Did you guys see his documentary on Netflix?
Yes.
It's amazing.
Yeah.
I think, aren't they filming another season as well?
Are they?
They should.
I bingeed watch that.
Yeah.
Yeah.
The bread and the two.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's a good one.
That's a really good one.

Alana Morris 84 says what has been the most rewarding part of your career thus far?
I feel like I know Alana Morris. Hi.
I feel like I've seen her on Instagram.
Oh, that's cute.
Maybe, maybe not.
I'm not sure.
But I feel like I know her.
What was the question?
The most rewarding part of your career thus far.
I mean, for me, I've got to say it's cliche, but it is probably when I won Dancing with the Stars.
Of course.
I'm sure a lot of people feel like this, or maybe they don't.
But for me, I guess that I had suppressed the feeling that I would never get there.
And I always think of myself.
I never think of myself as a leading role because growing up, I'm a twin, I was always the clown, not even, and this isn't for any kind of like reaction or anything, but definitely not even the most developed, she's beautiful, that we're not identical. What do you call that in America? Fraternal. So she was always the one that was like just everyone would be like, she's so beautiful and she is. And I was never really thought about that, but I was definitely more the comedic relief, the braces, the like making jokes, letting people draw on them, that type of person.
So I never grew up thinking really that I was the lead in any kind of story.
So when I came on to Dancing with the Stars, I was given a type of partner that was always a little bit more senior, a little bit more personality.
They liked the fact that I had more of a personality in terms of I was able to sort of maybe help the people that weren't great dancers sort of like come out and do some funny stuff.
And so I never thought that I was the serious competitor contender
that could take someone all the way to win.
And then when I won, I'm sorry, this is a long wind announcement.
But when I won, I got mad at myself
because it was literally the most fun, most fulfilling season,
the easiest in many ways.
I absolutely adored my partner, Richard Jennings,
and we're still really close to this day.
But I was mad at myself because I really had believed
that I was never going to win.
and I told myself I was never going to sing that way again
and I wasn't going to box myself into a corner
and brand myself as a second or third in place
I was going to take myself seriously.
So that for me.
I love that and I like a long-winded answer
because that's what podcasts are for.
Oh, thanks. Listeners, if you're still there.
That's like the like, you know, ET or E-News.
They always want the quick answers.
And I'm trained to do that.
Yes. So this is great because podcasts,
like, oh, I want to hear your story and I want to hear the long minute answer. Yes. I would have to say
just being on Dancing with the Stars. I end specifically becoming a pro on Dancing with the Stars.
I think a lot of people on the show, it was maybe not you, Emma, but it was a dream of theirs to be
on the show. And I didn't realize it was a dream until I was here. And, you know, I spent
so many years behind the scenes as a backup dancer.
or a dancer in, you know, a commercial or all of these things and which I'm so grateful for and so blessed.
Yeah, that's already an accomplishment itself.
You know, this extensive dance career.
But when I got to Dancing with the Stars, I was like, oh, my gosh, this is really beautiful.
And for me, it kind of brings in all my worlds into one.
It's dance and it's choreography.
And at the end of the day, it's also human connection.
Yeah, yeah.
Because you are really, you know, going on a journey with.
someone that is so vulnerable, so special, and so unique to anything else that you can ever
experience in life. I mean, you gained such a beautiful friendship with Johnny Weir from your season.
He's my bestie. Yeah. It's so funny because he doesn't easily connect with people. And we met
each other and we were like, oh my God, we love each other. Yeah. Like what's actually happening
right now. And I'm also so grateful that that was my first experience. Yeah. As a pro.
on the show, too, because it really showed me the depths that this can go. And so just this.
I mean, the show really is a very unique experience that I don't like, and I speak about this all the
time. And when I had Cody Rigsby on, we were talking about it like that people just don't really
understand. Like, it's such a feel good show that they don't even realize the like depths of
relationships that happen on the show or the ups and downs of partnerships and like the connections or the
you know, highs and lows, it's like there's so much more to that show that people don't realize
that's why a podcast would be great for the shows because then you could talk about those
things. And it would be good, I feel like to have the individual people like, like you said,
like Cody Rigsby to come on and people that have experienced the show and to ask them about
their specific partnerships. Yeah, exactly. Because everybody's partnership is so uniquely different.
And when you get to the ballroom, you can see the dynamic of, oh, that's the fun couple or that's
a couple that maybe doesn't get on as much.
Yeah.
This is a couple that has a little bit of, you know, sparks and, you know, frustration.
Yeah.
And it's really interesting to see the vibe and the experience that other people have.
Yeah.
That's what I was always, I mean, my season was so funny because it was COVID.
So we all couldn't connect the way that we can now on a tour bus.
But like, I would be, I would see Brits' relationship with Johnny and I'd be like,
oh my God, does Artem hate me?
Like, we don't hang out outside.
I'm like I would never go for coffee with Artem and like we just didn't have we were like
such dance partners that we were like so focused on only dance we came in we did our job and
we worked hard at it yes and then we went home and you know did our own thing and then we came in
and it was just work work work yeah which is again I think part of the reason why we were
able to win is like we didn't focus on anything else but the dancing like that was our one
that's very autumn too yeah he's gold like he's like he's like right
we're going to achieve this today and he's goal driven and then and then after that he can
maybe have some fun and let his guard down but like before that it's like no no jokes just
dance yeah it was interesting because i'm like i didn't get to spend time with the other like
partners and relationships on the show to like know so i would see certain things i'd be like
oh is it supposed to be this way or are we doing things weird or like he's just awesome it's just
i love that okay m burdus asks what is something that you both have
learned about me while on tour.
I'm not fishing. This is a real question, and you don't have to answer it like,
oh, you're just so nice.
I can do it.
Love that laugh.
Oh, my gosh. What have we learned about you?
Well, you're exactly the same way that, and I hope that this is a compliment, because,
well, it is meant for it as a compliment, so it is.
You're exactly the same way that I watched you on TV five or six years ago.
I love that I literally fell in love with in the whole,
country world fell in love with you're exactly that same way uh off camera off screen and i feel like
that that's the best compliment oh well it's meant it like honestly you're just such a freaking
genuine person and so present it's a real gift probably lots of well i know that you that you're
a very very smart person and and you have a lot of feelings and i know you you you think and feel a lot
but you're still able to remain very present and really care about the people that around you and very
observant and that's like that's something i'm really i really admire about you i really admire about you and
you're a fantastic host oh thank you honestly i have to concur it's just like you're just so authentically
yourself and you and unapologetically and that is inspiring and i feel like you know emma and i are
quite the same as well.
And so I think that's also why we connect and bond.
And then just to see you, you're a bossker.
You're a bossker. Oh, yes.
You are a boss.
I always feel weird asking questions about myself because I'm like, I swear you're not,
I'm not like fishing here for like, any.
No, you're not fishing, but you should know.
That's the other thing. Enterprising.
I love that word right now.
Enterprising.
That's my word of the month.
But you are very enterprising because you will see potential and have ideas.
Like Britt has her own ideas notebook, which I really love about you, Britt.
It's called the book of ideas.
Oh, I love that.
It's perfect.
I want to see it.
Yeah, I'm like, oh, show me your book of ideas.
But I feel like you're very similar in the sense that you have a lot of dreams and aspirations
and you'll see potential in places and be like, oh, that would be a great company or that
would be a great theme for a podcast.
And that's such a great way to live is to see and be excited by things every day.
So you're very enterprising and you're a boss woman and you really can have.
handle lots of things whether you know it or not you can handle a lot that's so nice I do feel like that's
why we all connect those I feel like we are present people where I find that in the world that
I'm in I don't find a lot of people that are like able to be fully present and have like
authentic conversation yeah when I podcast with them I do which is why I love it because I'm like
oh my gosh you can sit here and have this great and I always end up loving people more than I
think I would yeah from the like bachelor world yeah I'll interview them and I'll have an idea
and then I'll actually talk to them.
I'm like, I fucking love them.
I'm sure that when they're in the environment of other people
and potentially maybe just like, you know,
the competition and they're wrapped up in the staying up all night
and looking glamorous in the dress and the TVs and cameras,
I'm sure people get changed in some ways
and they find it hard to be themselves.
Yeah, for sure.
And like I think a lot of people,
and I'm guilty of doing this too,
where you want to like be in the moment,
but also it's a funny moment for social media.
And like, yes, yes, yes, yes.
that's i think everyone here has such a good balance of that where like like last night
recording allan and brandon rap oh yes that would have been a missed opportunity if you didn't get that
i know but that's the thing as i will never post that anyway but the sheer fact that it exists and i
have it is going to give me endless pleasure especially that the whoop the little like
you have to pose a little something oh there is one there was one section they were like we
give you permission to post that. And I was like, it's only because you guys look fly.
Yeah, yeah. They're like flitting. Well, how convenient. Yeah, yeah. That's so funny.
Aaron Maimer wants to know if you've ever had a really bad wardrobe malfunction.
Have you? Oh my gosh. Yeah. It wasn't on dancing with the stars, but I was on set for no strings
attached. Yeah. The movie with Ashley Cook. Do you? Yeah. Yeah. It was this. It was like a couple
scenes in there and I was dancing in it. And thank goodness it wasn't actually on.
camera, but I was in jeans and I was doing this like cheerleading scene next. And the director
wanted to see it in rehearsal before we actually shot it. And I had to do this big toe touch and
my pants split like all the way. My butt was out. And, um, and then he was like, okay, again. And I was
like, he would put my butt out. My butt is air. And I had to do it. And you did it. Nice. It's a good
butt. Yeah. It's one of the best butts. Yeah.
So there's that.
That's so funny.
I had one the other day on tour.
Thank God, remember?
Yes.
When I didn't have stage.
Oh, my gosh, yes.
But right after I came off stage from Born this Way dance,
literally my strap snapped and my titties were exposed.
So she has a halterneck on, right?
And she walks off stage and she goes, look!
And it's just, bing.
Two working men at the venue that we were at, fully saw my boobs,
because it snapped and the dress just dropped down.
Oh, no!
Which is funny because that's usually we're supposed to have those nipple pasties on,
which is what we were talking about yesterday.
Somebody had a Q&A for the tour.
One of the VIPs said, like, what's something behind the scenes that we wouldn't know?
And Brett, you were like, we have to wear nipple pasties and cover-ups.
And there's a literal tent designated to check that you have nipple covers on
before you go on live television to make sure that if something like that does happen,
there's not a nip slip.
And you know what's funny
is we used to stream live
the red room
which is basically
the backstage room
so you could see
and we had to have
almost like a little meaning
about it
because it was like
do not show
the producer
your nipples
in the red room
because it's being recorded
you're always
so used to show them
like here
I have them on
make sure
double check
let's go
and she'd come around
with like a clipboard
with a checklist
and her headset
and she would be looking at people's groups.
That's so funny.
Oh my gosh.
I love that.
I think people just love those little moments, too, of, like, hearing those things.
Yeah.
It's so funny.
I always have a struggle bus with reading people's names sometimes, but Vivalte Vega.
Nice.
Vivalte Vega.
I actually, I'm curious to know this because I need advice, but how do you keep your energy up while on tour?
Because it's really, like, you're not getting proper sleep.
you're up and down
and adrenaline up and then your energy's
like all over the place. I'm already
struggling with that and I don't even dance
a quarter of what
you guys do. I mean
a lot. Yeah. We choose
to drink Celsius, refreshing drink
that lives in. This is an
advert for, no, but
Celsius is really good.
It does. Yesterday I was on one. I was
like, like
peep-poo-poo-poo-poo-poo! And then I was like
what's wrong with me? And then Sophia was
like you had Celsius. I was like,
oh, that is what it is.
Have you seen Sophia on Celsius?
The best.
She's brilliant.
And she's got this really like dry sort of like, like in the best possible way,
just like F you attitude.
Totally.
It's the best thing.
Yes.
And when she has Celsius, it's like brilliant.
I just could watch her all day.
Yeah.
That's so funny.
I don't know about the energy.
For me, I think it's just, I just thrive on.
I still love performing.
And I know you're going to say the same.
Yeah.
Yeah.
performing i mean also you guys know me i have like vitamins and crystals meditation and you're grounding
yeah but also i feel like it's it's performing it's the adrenaline and there's moments before the
show where i'm like wow i am exhausted and i don't know how i'm how i'm about to do this and then
halfway through the opening number i'm like here i am totally yeah i know it feels great it's the
music it's that like people looking at you with smiles and they're cheering and
And it's so nice they came to see us.
Yeah.
And we still get to do what we love to do.
But people are actually noticing and people want to be there.
And it just feels amazing.
Yeah, the crowd is amazing.
And I always say this because I didn't get a crowd on Dance with the Stars because of the pandemic.
So now being able to dance and perform and host and have this crowd of Dance with the Stars fans
where you guys have crazy fans, like in a good way, like loyal, committed, energetic fans who love what you're doing.
And it's just cool to be able to be able to.
like now witness that and see it and be like
having a crowd makes a big
different. And you're right, it's the adrenaline
where you're like, how am I going to do this?
And you get out there, you're like, oh, I can do this for hours.
Yes. Yes. So true.
Kendra Hand, 33, wants to know
how do you practice self-compassion?
It's hard. I think some days it's easier
to love yourself than others.
I know at this point in my life, sometimes I look in the mirror
and I think, I would change that about myself.
I would change that about myself and it's gotten worse which it shouldn't really I felt like
that shouldn't really happen you should get to a point where you kind of give less Fs but I'm
giving more and so some days it's harder than others but on those days I decide to do something
a day that is just for me whatever it feels like I need during that day whether that's I love
tea taking myself off and having a tea and journaling journaling really helps me having a conversation
with a loved one, like friends, family that really connects me, even listening to British music.
I know that sounds crazy.
No, you did yesterday and you're like, wow, you feel safe when you listen to like music that
brings you back home.
I thought that was really nice.
And I just found that out yesterday.
I was like, oh, man, this is who I am.
And it's because I'm listening to music that is what I grew up on.
And it just transported me back.
Sometimes I need those grounding moments.
And so it is hard to show myself self-compassion.
but at the same time you you have to find the ways to do it and really put in that time to
to make yourself happy because it starts with you and that's what I've figured out yeah I agree
I think literally giving yourself grace every single day and I think that compassion also comes
from okay today I'm feeling like I really like I've got a hold on self-love and then other days
oh this is not the day but also give yourself grace for that because every day is not going to be
the same and we're not going to always be completely 100% you know at peace with ourselves and at peace
with the world and so I think that helps a lot and um and like what emma said it's finding what's
unique to you and what makes you what brings you joy and then you know if i'm having those
days where i'm looking at myself in the mirror and i'm like oh you know you're just like oh
yeah i try to sometimes turn it into a positive so if there's something like i'm like oh
I have a squinty eye.
Like, wow, this eye is real squinty today.
I'm like, oh, but it looks like my dad.
And that reminds me of it.
So I try to turn it into a positive and not change it, but just say, let me bring something that's positive about it.
Wait, I love that you said, I too have a squinty eye that I noticed comes from my dad.
Of course.
We have so many similarities.
So weird, like, little things.
Like, that's exact same thing.
And I now think of my dad and go, oh, I got it from him.
That's so sweet.
And that's, I try to do that too.
I mean, I have been open about, I really struggled.
I think so many people do obviously with like body dysmorphia.
And I, you know, grew up at a dance studio where I was constantly comparing my body to other girls.
And they were at different phases of developing the mean.
It was always like, why don't I have that and why do I have this and why do I not have that?
And I had to do therapy to work on that and like be more.
And obviously that comes with age too.
But now I have to be very aware of that with being in.
mirror with all of you ladies because in my opinion i'm like oh my god their bodies are so perfect
and i would do anything for that and that i'm like in the mirror again and i like go back to my
childlike self where i see myself in the mirror doing that looking around and being like why i want
that and i'm like nope and you got to like stop it in the moment and like you said turn it into a positive
and i'm like i get to be naked with these girls on dancing yes you find the positive and i'm just
like it's so and part of that comes with age and part of that comes with working
on yourself and part of that does come with, you know, giving yourself grace of some days
being like, oh, it's just not there today.
Like, and some days you, I'm like, hell yeah, I'm like 36 and I eat and drink whatever I want.
I look freaking good.
Yes, I know.
I'm so different every day.
I look at your body all the time and I think that is a freaking killer body.
Same.
Honestly.
Your likes.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's so funny and I feel the same way.
It's just so, isn't it funny how we always, you know?
compare and then obviously we could get into a whole other hour of conversation about comparing
on social media but like it's just more being aware of that you're doing it and then appreciate
like I used to look at girls bodies and get so jealous where now in my life I look at girls
bodies I'm like what a beautiful body all shapes all sizes all colors I'm always like that is a
beautiful body especially from having so many friends that have had babies and I'm just like
after freezing my eggs I remember being like oh my god you got to celebrate a body for what it can do
instead of what it looks like because women's bodies are amazing yeah i it's like sometimes i think
i'm high when i talk about a woman's body because i just go so deep and i'm like it can create like
fingernails and fingers like a light inside of your heartbeat like wow yeah i literally we are creators
yeah it's really cool it's powerful now onto something a little less powerful i'm just gonna i'm
literally just looking at the dancing with stars cast and i just want you to say one word when i say
somebody's name. Okay, this is great.
Like, anything that comes to mind
when I say, Pasha.
Oh, Buddha.
Buddha.
Buddha, sorry.
He is a little Buddha.
He is the most Zen person you'll ever meet.
Nothing will phase that man.
Nothing faces him. I see him doing
balance exercise backstage. He'll just, like,
have his eyes close and be on one foot and, like,
have his arms out. And I'm like,
but who is this? He's also really sensitive.
He's so sensitive. Well, we were saying this
yesterday. He's, like, on his 100th.
Like, he's lived many lives for this one.
I was going to say controlled.
Like, he seems to have just, like, control over his body, his help, his relationship, his
emotion, like, he's just in a good way, in a great way.
Yeah, I feel that.
Okay.
Um, Sophia.
Oh, I want to say feisty, but not even more like, I'm going to say cat, feline.
Oh, yeah, that is good.
Yeah, she's just like
She's a lioness
But she's the lioness that's in the shade
Waiting for the, you know, she's like there
But she's just in the shade
Yeah, and she's like she's always ready to pounce
But she never does.
She never does.
Yeah.
She's one of my favorite people on tour.
Me too.
She's really surprised me like I just her
She has a motto.
She has a motto and I mean
I've said this so many times
I can't eff it.
That's her motto.
That's her motto. And I couldn't think of anything that is more spot on. She literally is like not going to care about stuff. I'm not going to care about. And as a result, she doesn't carry the weight of the world. And it is so refreshing. I watch her. And I go, I've learned the most from her. I want to be more like that. She's like a duck in the sense that she will let things roll off at back. Yeah. Yeah. That's admiring. I care too much sometimes. I know that sounds weird, but I care too much.
Oh, see. 100%. Yeah. And I like to give off like the no F's given vibes. And sometimes.
I really don't care, but other times I care too much.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And we need to all be a little more like Sophia.
Yes, that lady.
Okay, Gleb.
Pretty.
Pretty. He is pretty. He is pretty.
He's pure. He's pure. People don't think that.
I think people would be really surprised about that, which is funny because he does give off
that, like, you know, because he knows he's beautiful.
He gives off that saucy vibe.
And he's saucy, but he really, like, I'll never forget Artem telling me a,
word that he would use to describe glove and it was harmless. Oh, that's beautiful. Yeah,
that's exactly right. He is so sensitive in a way that I remember a couple of days ago I was having
a day and there's a number in the Dance of the Stars tour that really brings it out of me because
it's kind of like something that I wrote and I end up dancing slightly to these words that I wrote
and it's about being vulnerable. And I was having a day so the waterworks were flying and he sent
me this message and i could cry just thinking about it yeah and it was basically along the lines of
emma i hate seeing you cry you are so and then he went on a on a whole page you are so
successful beautiful young you have so much potential you have so much and you inspire so many
people he went on this whole it was beautiful oh he he he really is a sweetie and he feels like no other
but he he it's not always seen by people no and they'll say things that surprise you and
like take your breath away almost and it's so simple and it'll be so quick but he says it and you're
and then you can tell he means it like he means he's not just saying that to make you feel better
he means it and i think what's cool too is i i've only known glove for a very short period of time but i just
feel like he's in a place in his life too now where he's like appreciated for his sensitive soul
and trusted and he can be more himself yes yes than ever and he's appreciative to like if you ever
if you're ever going to give a compliment to someone and it's, and there's going to be someone
who it means the most to in that moment, it's going to be glad at the moment.
Yeah.
Yep.
I love that.
Okay.
Alan.
Loud.
So loud.
Like, actually loud is it really, it's a great word for him.
Yeah.
Because it could be, it's also positive to like everything he does is just kind of on his
sleeve.
Yeah.
And I admire that too because I don't do that.
I almost think about everything that I do before I do it.
it sometimes it depends but he just has an ability to just be loud about everything yeah yeah
that's a good that's good yeah okay brandon oh god he's so many things to me now brandon he is
like le but in a completely different way yeah i think people that don't know brandon would be
very surprised about who he is i know this is not one word but about who he actually is yeah like
on the inside, you know?
I would say transforming, I would say playful.
But I would use playful to describe my dynamic with him.
Like when we see each other now, we know he almost falls into a realm of play
because we take the piss out of each other all the time.
But transforming, I think he is in a period of his life where he's really developing
into a different version of himself and it's really a bit more compassionate.
Yeah. He always describes himself. It's funny, he will tell you that he doesn't feel emotions as
deep as others and he can see and witness people feel it and he can acknowledge that.
Well, he doesn't quite get there himself. But I actually think he's, because he's aware of it now,
he's starting to drop him to. I would have never known that. He said that because I would disagree with
that. He, right. Yeah. Now I'm starting to disagree with him now because I can feel him dropping
into a more emotional, much more aware state. Whereas before he had, he probably would
have been described as quite non-emotional.
Yeah.
I really feel like I have a like big sister,
little brother, um, dynamic with him in every way.
Like I feel like he can, you know, he's protective.
He's protected.
That's, that's his word.
That's his word.
It's protected.
I love that.
It's protection.
Sometimes a word can just pop up.
You have to get there.
Yeah.
And that was for sure.
Yeah.
Um, okay, Sasha.
Sasha, I would say,
this is funny we might do the same thing with Brandon
yeah I know I feel like
oh my God obviously I know
Sasha inside out
for me I think it's
I think it's unconditional love
because he will give that to everybody
until
until if he doesn't respect you
yeah
Sasha's the best person in the world because if he doesn't
respect you he can cut you off
and will not respect you
yeah but if he until that point
he will unconditionally love you he's loyal
he's loyal i think that's one of his great words is loyal
he will be a complete champion for you and he will stand by you
and he'll be just a a complete love bug and make you laugh
like he's the comedic relief for sure he is
sasha likes to push my buttons
oh he does really yeah it's funny he has a butt
yes he's mischievous that's another good word for him
mischievous is good he likes to test how far he can go
And even with me, sometimes I'm like, you just know your audience.
Like, he will push it, push it and push it.
And I'm like, wait, are you aware of what I need right now?
Yeah, that's so true.
That's funny.
Okay, Danny, Daniela.
She's a silent thunder.
She is a silent thunder.
The thing about Danny is she, like Sophia, she kind of has a carefree attitude.
But when she really, like, her relationship with Pasha, it's the most, like, she is so certain of,
of certain things in her life
and it's really, I love it.
It's fascinating and it's inspiring.
I think it's determined.
It's determined.
She's different.
To me, she's different on stage or on screen than she is off.
Because she's a bit of a dits off stage.
Yeah, she said, well, because we were speaking of how we were saying how, like,
Pasha's on his 100th life.
Janney was like, I'm on my first.
She goes, I'm just sometimes I'm dumb.
I'm on my first.
life, which is so funny, but she doesn't give her herself enough credit, but she is.
She does say that. Yeah, it's so funny. And it's, yeah, she is. It's nothing to do with, I think
she's very, very smart, but, like, clumsy. Like, there's something about her personality that is, like,
she'll laugh at herself because she's just done something totally silly. Yeah. And she does that
more often than not. And it's really funny that I'll catch her in those situations. And then
she'll go on stage, and she will literally take no prisoners, no mercy. Yeah. She is the most, like,
like crack the whip insane incredible dancer yeah and then you come off stage and she go oh
whoopsie yeah i love that dichotomy though i think that is so fun that we get to witness that
other side of her totally yeah that's yeah that's good okay last but not least artem oh
autumn um oh he's uh he's deep waters he is deep waters i like that he really is because he's so
sensitive yeah he doesn't let too many people in but when you get in there you get in there
then it's very special when you earn his kind of respect and attention because I feel like
he's a lone wolf yeah and he processes his feelings very it seems to us like he processes
his feelings very slowly because he's he's very reliable when he talks about like farming and
and DIY and
food and carpentry
and his son
like mostly his son and his family
he lights up and it's like wow
I didn't know you had so many words after
I'm like you'll talk oh my gosh
because he's like a ball of knowledge
and he's so smart
and he has so many thoughts and feelings
and opinions about everything but you're right
it takes a lot of trust and respect
to get in there with it
and it doesn't surprise me
that at one point you would you would feel like oh what is our dynamic does he like me yeah because
you could probably think that when he's really thinking oh shit we have to get this tango frame
you know what I mean he's not thinking that sometimes it's not that deep yeah yeah so true okay
that's amazing well thank you so much for doing this with me oh we should like sometimes we should
do this every couple weeks to do like a little recap what's going on oh yeah where we're at the
tour how we're all feeling I would love that yeah we'll sit there
have a glass of wine, be like, guys, you never
guess what happened this week? Yes, this
morning, it's coffee, and next time we podcast,
we should do it with wine. Yes, I think
so. I think that's amazing. And tell
everybody where they can find you to
follow you, and because you
both post a lot about Dancing with the Stars.
You're so good about, like, post about, like,
stuff you manifest and
you're like a deep, and Emma, you're
so, and I don't want you to ever discredit
this about yourself, because I know you,
to have a twin, it's like,
you're constantly being compared because it's a twin.
but that's your comedic timing and your sense of humor and your personality is like the most
special thing I've ever witnessed and I love like not just being your friend but like following along
on your social media and stuff too because there's so much to you oh thank you that's a really big
that's the best compliment also thank you I mean it but yeah tell me well you can find Brit at
Oh, thanks, I'm on Instagram at Brett Benet, B-R-I-T-T-B-E-N-A-E, and same for T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T.
Yeah, we're really, we're really working on our day here, so do that.
Just, FYI, a few days ago, I kind of rekindled my love of TikTok, and I was like, oh, TikTok
rewarded me, gave me like, boom, here's a viral post, and I was like, damn it, I'm hooked.
So you can see three a day on TikTok, and I can't remember.
I think it might be, Emma,
Slater official on TikTok. And on my Instagram, it is the Emma Slater spelt like it says.
Yeah. Yeah. That's amazing. Thank you both so much. And let's do it again.
Let's do it again. Yes. Thank you, Caitlin. Next week over wine. I was going to say same place,
