Welcome to Grape Therapy. I'm your host, Caitlin Bristow. You know that. Today's episode is a little
different from our regularly scheduled programming. So I am so excited to share this with you. I had a
past life regression done by Elizabeth April, who is an intuitive psychic. And if you listen to
Tuesday's episode with Gabrielle Stone, she also mentioned having a past life regression done and how
it was a huge part of her healing journey. And now you may be wondering, what in the heck is a past
life regression, Caitlin? Because I actually thought the same thing before I had one. But basically,
it's a form of hypnotherapy that takes you back through time to your previous lives. It helps
to understand some of our irrational behaviors by unlocking experiences that are hidden in the
subconscious mind. It's crazy shit, man, okay? And yes, I know this is not everyone's cup of
tea. I get it. But it is fun to try something new and step out of your comfort zone. So you know
what? Just live a little or a lot depending on how many lives you have. Get it? Anyways,
please enjoy my past life regression with Elizabeth April.
Okay, I'm not going to lie, I definitely moved into my bed to get comfortable.
Usually I'm at home and in my office and I'm home home at my dad's house right now.
And I was trying to find like, I didn't have a ring light.
I didn't have, and I mean, I'm like, you know what?
I'm just going to get comfortable and I'm just going to go lay in bed.
Your background is everything.
Thank you.
Oh my gosh.
I love that.
Definitely.
Like, is that a wallpaper?
It's actually a giant picture. Oh, really? Oh, yeah, yeah. Oh, I love it. That's beautiful. It's so nice to meet you. Thank you for being on the pod today. Yeah, for sure. Thanks so much for inviting me. Of course. I get so excited about the stuff I was scrolling through your Instagram right before this and I like live for all of the content you're putting out there. There's so much I like there's just so much I don't know about past life that I want to learn. I'm so excited to hear what you're going to say.
I just want some of my listeners to kind of get to know what that means and who you are.
So can you explain to us what a past life regression is?
Absolutely.
So a traditional past life regression is where an individual, a hypnotherapist, regressor,
would put someone into a translike state.
And unlike kind of hypnotherapy or even sometimes a dream,
you end up remembering everything that you explore and go into. And so my kind of background within
past life regression is in this lifetime, I was born with extra sensory abilities. So really just
born being an empath, feeling everything, seeing ghosts and spirits everywhere, that kind of thing.
And at 10, I just wanted to be normal. I just wanted to fit in. I didn't want to be the weird kid
with imaginary friends anymore. So I shut down my abilities. And then, you know,
I started to fit in, make friends. It was great. But I really started to struggle at around 14, 15, 16 with a lot of anxiety, a lot of depression. And I think it's because I separated myself from that soul, right? From that aspect of consciousness and also essentially from my purpose. So, you know, I was seeking for answers. I was asking these big questions, who are we? What are we doing here? What's the purpose of all of this? Like seriously. And no one, nothing could give me the.
those answers. So at 16, it was my dad actually who offered a past life regression. He's like,
hey, you know, I studied this thing when I went to university. Would you be interested in me taking
you under for about an hour, hour and a half to explore different lifetimes? And I said, absolutely,
at this point in time, I'll try anything. And I did know what to expect. I actually kind of
expected disappointment because, you know, I've been disappointed so many times before. And so
at 16, over an hour and a half, we went into roughly four to five different lifetimes.
And with every one of those lives, I was either a channeler, a shaman, you know, someone who was basically able to access information and then relay that information to humanity.
But I was also really enslaved and persecuted in some of those lifetimes for speaking up and bringing information that really went against the grain at that time on planet Earth.
And so at 16, when I came out of that regression, I was like, oh, my goodness, everything I've ever been taught as a lie.
First of all, reincarnation is real.
We have lived before, you know, and that really applies to our lives today.
And secondly, time is actually an illusion.
You know, it doesn't exactly exist in a linear fashion.
And therefore, we can tap into anything at any time, which is really cool.
So it really just opened up this huge can of worms for me.
Um, so at that time, I ended up taking, uh, my own notebook and I copied all of my dad's past life
regression notes from his notebook to my own. And two years later, I went away to university.
And that's literally how I made friends in university. It was kind of like my party trick. Like,
yeah, hey, do you believe that you've lived before? Do you want to see something cool? And I would take
people who were really logical, analytical, skeptical, you know, science majors and lawyers and, you know,
future lawyers or whatever. And I would take them into this really incredible experience. Now,
I started to realize that not everyone was able to be regressed. And this is a really important
point. Now, what that means, if you're not able to be regress, everyone has the capacity to tap
into all of this. I truly believe that. But what I was starting to find is that in certain
individuals who were unable to let go of their current predicament, their current reality, their
current attachments, this is who I am in this moment, their conscious mind would not allow them
to get into that subconscious state. So it would just kind of be a blank screen for them.
So at 18, 19 years old, I asked myself, is it possible for me to get myself into a translike state
and tap into their lifetimes, tap into my own lifetimes, and explore different timelines in ancient
human history. So instead of needing to take an hour to put you into a relaxed state where you can
see things, I take a couple of seconds these days to put myself into a deep meditative state
and I open up your Akashik records and I say, you know, this is the intention, this is where we want
to explore, you know, let's see what comes up. And the visual representation of opening up the
Akashic records, I always see it as like a file cabinet.
And you open up the drawer to the file cabinet and every single file is one of your lifetimes.
So it's like I move through all of these lifetimes in your Akashik records and the one that needs to pop up based on the intention, but also based on what you really need right now at this time, it will pop up.
And then I kind of dive into it.
And for me, as a clairvoyant, I can see very visually that entire lifetime and the lessons that you learned and the challenges that you had and the triumphs that you experienced.
And I can see how that directly relates to your lifetime today.
So in my mind, you know, and that was what, 10, 11 years ago, I'm 29 now.
So it's been a lot of years of unpacking this and exploring this and helping other people with this.
And I truly believe that our injuries, our blocks, even our birth marks in this lifetime are all related to past lives.
And by uncovering and exploring and unpacking these old lifetimes and lessons that maybe we're learned, maybe we're not, we can actually clear a lot of karma, a lot of pain, a lot of repeated patterns in this present moment.
So essentially what I do is kind of like an upgraded version of a traditional past life regression.
Wow. You are very just like skilled, magical human being, I feel like.
I like, I want to be you. Does everybody have a past life or past lives?
Yeah. So at this point, I've had sessions with thousands of people from all over the world. Now,
I do want to mention for those listening, I don't do one-on-one sessions anymore. Only special cases
because I don't want to get a flurry of emails on that. But I do offer a lot of other things
in connecting with people and helping them. But I've never before had a client who has never
had a past life now i will say maybe just to blow your mind a little bit further uh there have been a
couple of clients and people in the past that i've read that have never before had a lifetime on
planet earth but have had many lifetimes off planet wow like like as like what we would call aliens
yes cool oh my god you're going to do like an energy reading on me is that right before we get into that
do want to know, do reoccurring dreams have anything to do with past lives?
Yeah, absolutely. I mean, reoccurring dreams can be a message that you're just not picking up on.
And it depends on what it is. It can also be absolutely a past life that you need to explore.
So, you know, that's kind of what I need from you is if you didn't have an intention or you didn't
have a direction, that's totally fine because, you know, I'll be guided to where you need to go at
this time. But yeah, if you have a reoccurring.
dream that you want maybe an explanation on we can explore that an intention that you want to get
into we can explore that i was trying to think of like because i i said intentions a lot for like
a lot of different things so for this one i was trying to think of what i would want and i'm like
i just want to be so open and like vulnerable during this to be able to like kind of put my like
conscious mind on the back burner and like really just like listen and like really try and feel
everything like I already feel so much craziness in my body just sitting here and I'm like like do
you already feel things from me? Uh, I try and keep my third eye closed as much as possible
because it can get there's some sticky situations that I've gotten into by being a little
bit too open. So only, I basically put the parameters on myself that the second I close my
physical eyes, I open my third eye, and then I just kind of unpack and unravel and open things up.
So I'll just kind of tell you the process a little bit, like I mentioned with the, you know,
the filing cabinet. I just have you say your full name three times over out loud. That gives me
permission to tap into your information. And then I'll just open up all of your caution.
records. Like I said, it'll look like files. And then I'll ask your spirit guides, your higher self,
to take me to the one or the many that you need to explore and understand and get into. Usually,
my greatest intention for these is to give you exactly what you need to take you to the next vibrational
level. Sometimes that means clearing out old baggage and sometimes that means unpacking and
experiencing something brand new. And you're like, wow, I've never done that before, but I'd love to
try it. And I will say that sometimes the past lives are exactly like aligned to this
lifetime. And sometimes you're like, wow, I just can't picture that. So there really is a scale
as far as how you might resonate with that when it comes through. And I have no idea what comes
through until I'm right there. Right. Okay. Because I also wanted to know if in this lifetime,
like, I don't know how to really even word this. Does the universe kind of already know what my path
and plan is and do I have to just like like my intention would almost be to like surrender to what
my life is just like letting it go on the path it's supposed to go on. Yeah, that's a great question.
That is the question of free will versus destiny. And I have unpacked this for many years.
To kind of summarize it, essentially what I believe is that in between incarnations, we are the
ones our souls choose what kind of lessons and challenges and situations that we have to go through
in our next incarnation in order to learn the lessons or clear the karma that we need to learn
or we didn't learn from past lifetimes. So I would always spite the universe and say, well,
screw you for choosing my path for me. I'm going to do something off my path just to feel
empowered. And then I kind of chuckled to think, I'm the one who created my path. So I'm just
spiting my higher self, which is ridiculous, and I'm just going to surrender, just like you're doing.
So surrendering is a really great practice, absolutely.
Okay, everyone, so one thing that I'm always striving to do is improve my health.

Okay, so what do you need from me?
Perfect.
Okay, so you're pretty open.
We'll just kind of see what comes through.
And all I need from you to get started
is your full name.
So first, middle, and last,
or whatever name resonates most with you,
that just gives me permission to tie.
in. I'll close my eyes, open my third eye, and, uh, see what comes through. And I say it three times?
Yes. Okay. Caitlin Don Bristow. Caitlin Don Bristow. Katelyn Don Bristow.
Hmm. Interesting. Okay. All right. Very interesting. So because it's a, you know,
every lifetime is quite, quite a large amount of information. Um,
I'll have to go back in to kind of unpack some more things.
But I got the general overview of one of your lifetimes.
And then, of course, you have many others.
So you're definitely an old soul.
This is one of your most recent lifetimes.
I want to say that it's around like mid-16th century.
And this really feels like it's in England.
Now, before I even got into that lifetime, immediately I was drawn to just kind of scanning
your chakras.
So I can see chakras and oras and all of that as well.
And immediately, I was really drawn to your throat chakra.
And actually right at the back of your neck, there's just a lot of old energy there.
There was a lot of like past life energy there.
And then also a lot of this life energy stored in your throat chakra.
Now, for those of you who don't know, throat chakra is all about communication, right?
And speaking your truth and speaking your mind.
And I'm not surprised that there's a lot of stuff going on there because that's what you do.
for a living is you speak your truth, which is great. But it took you an extremely long time to get
to this point now of feeling open and comfortable and speaking that truth. So this lifetime directly
relates to that. You were a woman in this era in the 16th century. Like I see like long gowns,
bonnets. Like I said, I want to say it's England because it feels a little bit more like
industrialized cobblestone, like city centers. And then there's all these visualizing.
villages kind of on the outside, but it seemed a little bit dreary as well, like very rainy,
so also very lush with like a lot of green kind of hills, but also just kind of always dreary.
I don't know how else to say it. It's just kind of the vibe. And it was also like a dreary time
in human history as well, like just a lot of infections and things, but also population booms.
And so you were originally born and raised on a small farm property outside of the city.
and you had tons of siblings.
Like, I want to say you were one of the oldest.
Like, it feels like there was two brothers older than you,
and then you were the oldest female.
And in total, I think there was about six or seven of you, okay, of kids.
But that was very normal at the time as well.
And you were kind of the second mom to all of your younger brothers and sisters,
and then the two older boys worked on the farm, and that was the kind of dynamic.
Now, as the older sibling, like, it felt like there was a lot of pressure put on you
of the expectation of how to kind of lead the family or lead your siblings into being a good
woman, all right? And this is kind of the essence of that time. And so to be a good woman,
it was to get married off, which also kind of felt like getting sold because there was a dowry
involved and there was, you know, and it was a little bit more arranged than free. And at that time,
it was like, if you were past 16, I mean, you were pretty old, right, to get married. So you
were expected to get married at a young age, and you did, you got married at, I think, like,
like 14 and a half, 15 years old. Now, also think about it that 14, 15 year olds weren't children,
right, at that time. Like, I mean, in perspective, obviously they were. But as far as what the
responsibilities were and what was put on you, you know, you were, you've everyone aged much
faster back then. So you got married off. He seemed like a really good guy, actually, at first,
and you were very happy to be married to this man in particular.
He was a little bit, his family was a little bit of a higher ranking.
He was able to, you know, get his own farm.
At a certain point in time, I want to say probably two or three years into it,
you weren't able to have kids.
Now, at that time, it's like, oh, my goodness, the world is falling apart.
The only thing that's expected of you as a woman is to have kids.
And I don't know if it was his problem or your problem, but it just wasn't happening.
So you felt so much like a failure, but you also.
felt like stuck. You felt so stuck in that relationship and that dynamic of I don't necessarily
just want to be a wife. What if I wanted to go out in the workforce? What if I wanted to do
something else? And that was so frowned upon. And at the same time, your husband at the time was
drinking more and became a bit of an alcoholic and became quite abusive and quite violent,
maybe not necessarily like abuse towards you, but more so like manipulation and control and
putting you down and those kind of things, more like verbal than anything, but also very
aggressive and angry, especially when he drank. So you're like, screw this. I don't have to hang around
for this. You ended up leaving, I think about four or five years into the marriage. So you were,
you know, early 20s at this point. And you went to the big city and you're like, I'm going to make
my way in the big city. And you tried a variety of jobs. And you kind of met the same thing every
single time. It's just you were homeless for a while. No one would give you work. And when they did,
you were abused because there was always men in high-ranking positions. So you went through
quite a long period of just feeling put down and feeling very insignificant as a woman. And then
what happened? There was kind of a period where you went away from the big city for a while. It was just
too much for you. I'm going to get a little bit more detail on that. And then I see what happened
when you came back and it was really significant. So yeah, just one second. I just have to tap back in.
Okay. So when you went away, you went, it seems like you went quite far away. Like, you went on a ship,
you traveled quite a distance, and you just kind of wanted to get away from that society. So you
went east. And you actually ended up at a crazy enough, like some sort of temple.
and there was all these Buddhist monks who were practicing there
and I don't think that you were once again allowed to even practice there as a woman
so what you ended up doing was you volunteered and you basically listened in on all of the
teachings and you would practice meditation like deep states of meditation and other things
like that on the side and that you were there for probably a good like eight to 10 years
you went back and you wanted to go back with this knowledge and this empowerment
and this other way of thinking.
Now, of course, England and, like, Europe at the time was so Catholic.
Like, it was so just rooted in religion.
And so when you went back, you actually became a preacher.
I don't know how else to say that, but, like, basically you would be on the street corner
and you would preach.
And instead of preaching gospel and religious texts, you would preach more of the Eastern
traditions and the understandings.
And you started to actually gain quite a bit of a following with your teachings, which
was really cool. Now, a lot of women started to get drawn to you and started to feel very empowered by you, because here you are, this woman who's not married, who doesn't have kids, who is just speaking the truth, and you're speaking against religion, which was the power at that time. So you were doing a lot of really brave things as a woman. I would. You would, yeah. I would. So that went on for a number of years. And you also did some, like,
healing and you worked with alchemy like I don't know how else to say that but like tinctures like you would
put together herbal remedies which was also very eastern you know they didn't have medicines in the
east they had remedies they had herbals you know and and essential oils and things like that
so that's kind of what you brought forth as well and so you're a bit of like this healer and
alchemist and teacher and all of that you were about three years into coming back and
and living that life and being very free and very abundant and very empowered and just like it just
felt so um fulfilling for you and that's when you were targeted as a threat you became a threat
and because you were targeted as a threat to the institution to society at that time they put a
label on you of which she's a witch um because you just didn't fit in and you weren't necessarily
burned at the stake, but you did go through trials, and you were sentenced to death,
unfortunately, and it was through hanging. And this is where some of the trauma is in your throat
chakra. And, you know, I don't know much about who you are in this life or your career even,
but what I kind of picked up on when just taking a look at your energy is that you've experienced
a lot of your own kind of trials and tribulation, but especially around speaking your truth. And
I don't know what your kind of past dynamic is with males especially, but I wouldn't be surprised
if you've really just encountered men who were like, I don't know, like, thinking that they're
superior just because they're men. And you had to re-experience all of that energy. And then it feels
like there's a lot of like trepidation when you wanted to speak your truth and maybe start your own
podcast or really just get yourself out there. There's a lot of fear of like, but what if,
what if I'm persecuted, right?
I mean, there's like this deep-rooted fear of if I speak my truth, I might die because of it.
So you had to get over that deep-rooted fear in order to stand in your power and say what you want to say.
And I think that through what you're doing, although I don't know much about it, I think you are really empowering women to also speak their truth and also say it and also just say whatever's on their mind and just and fucking own it, you know?
And I love that. So what you weren't able to complete, and this gives me chills, what you weren't able to complete in that past lifetime, you are back around in this lifetime completing. And you had to go through the challenge in order to get here. And I just want to mention that there still was some residual energy in the throat chakra based on you don't necessarily have the hesitation to speak your truth these days. But what you do have, which is the opposite of that, is this essence.
of I've got to prove that I can speak my truth. And there's more of that emphasis on needing to
prove that you can speak your truth rather than just being relaxed about it. And you're getting
to that point. And so I always say that just by exploring a past lifetime, especially one that
was that traumatic, instantly clears that energy because you're ready to hear it. So you clear it.
So just be aware that if you get a sore throat in the next couple of days, it's actually an
indication of clearing that energy or pains in the back of your neck or even headaches starting
from the back of your neck, all a part of just clearing the residual energy that was still stuck
there. Wow. And so in those past lives, like in that one specifically, that totally does have to
do with who I am today and why and like that same. I have that same like still soul, I guess. Do I still
have that same soul and energy. Was I the same, like, person on the inside? Yeah, exactly. Exactly. So
everything that we've lived before, we take with us, right? These little small pieces of ourselves.
And that's why I believe that we are all these amalgamations of all of these lifetimes. We have so many
skills, so many lessons that we've learned that we take with us. So absolutely, you were the same
powerhouse that you were in that lifetime as you are in this one. Huh. And do you know, like,
you were able to see that I was hung in a past life. Now, I know you can't like go into all of my
past lives, but are you able to tell people how they died in every other past life? Or are you able
to like, no, probably not, but like reassure someone that like, I feel like this is my last life.
Do you know that? Yes, absolutely. Yeah, yeah, yeah, for sure. So I can tap into that. And to answer
your other question, I can if I wanted to tap into every one of your lifetimes, just this.
see how you died. And this answers a lot of the questions of, I have a fear of drowning. I have,
I have claustrophobia. I mean, all of these big fears that are not related to this life at all
are typically related to past lives. So I'll definitely tap back in, see if this is your last
life. Were there any, like, specific other lifetimes or questions or other things that you wanted
to explore? Well, the only thing is the reoccurring dream, there's two reoccurring.
recurring dreams that I have. And one is that I am going to get shot or that I do get shot. And
whenever I, like, I always have this gut feeling that I'm going to be involved in like someone's
going to either shoot me. I know this is so morbid, but like someone's either going to shoot me or that
I'm going to be somewhere where there's a shooting. And obviously that could be just a fear from
everything that's going on in the world and me being Canadian. But like, that's always just
been a reoccurring dream and a fear. And that's actually probably my main one.
Yeah. Okay. Let's take a look at that. Okay. One second. This is really interesting. And same thing. This is one of your more recent past lives. You were a male in this past life. And I literally, even when you said shooting, I immediately got this flash to like the wild west of America. And so if you could imagine like, you know, a lot of trauma happening with the indigenous at that time. I mean, it's like, you know, it's like, you know,
the settlers coming in. You were a white man at that time. And, okay, how do I say this? So sometimes when I go
into past lifetimes, I immediately go to the very end of that lifetime because it's the most traumatic
moment of that life. So it has the loudest frequency, if that makes sense. So I have to go to the very
end, the most trauma, and then I have to backtrack. So you were this man. I don't really know how
the beginning of your life started, but I'll just kind of get to the kind of core of how it
ended, which as you could imagine, the intention was shooting. That is how it ended, but it ended
in a very traumatic way. But I want to mention a couple more things about who you were in that
life. He's so cool. So you're this young man. And same thing. Like it feels like there's this
theme in your lifetimes of being like this leader, being very outspoken. You have a tendency to question
what's happening at any time in humanity's history
and saying, you know, is there a different way?
Is there a different path?
Is there a different way that we could be living, you know, this life?
And so a couple of things that you didn't agree with at that time,
like Wild West sort of America.
One thing that you didn't agree with was how the indigenous were being treated.
And the second thing that you didn't agree with was the fact that there wasn't really like
government or like a law.
There wasn't really a structure to these towns and these communities.
Like, yeah.
And so the gangs ran the show, basically.
And so everyone was scared of these gangs.
And so you were like an outlaw, okay?
I literally see you on the back of a horse, a bandana, you know, and you are usually flying solo.
Like, you were usually very solo, not just in that lifetime, but in all of your lifetimes where you've been very outspoken.
Like, yes, you've kind of amassed, you know, maybe a friends or a community or, you're
a group or a following, but it's usually just you at the front of the pack, if that makes
sense. And in that lifetime in particular, what you were doing was so risky that you didn't
really want to get close to people. You didn't want to really want to bring people in because
you had a fear of losing them or them losing you and having that codependence. So you were very
standoffish in that way. You did have a brother, like a blood brother in that life. And he was
very apprehensive to get into what you were into, which was really fighting the gangs, like is what
you were doing. And so, you know, there's a bit of like push and pull. Eventually you were able to
kind of pull him in and you guys were these like rogue, you know, horseback riding warriors. And so
it felt like a little bit of like a Robin Hood vibe of like stealing from the gangs, giving to the
poor. You also did a lot of like trade negotiations with the indigenous. A lot of the, the
colonizers in these like towns in the middle of these like desertist, you know, kind of places, they
wouldn't want to do any trade with the indigenous because they were scared of them.
They called them savages at that time. So, you know, it's like the, you know, whatever. It's like
the Wild West, you know. And so, so yes, you do trade negotiations. You learned so much from
them. And there was a really beautiful respect there between the two of you. So that was
fantastic. And you would fight for their rights and their land rights and all of that as well.
So that was really cool. And you were very alone in that kind of thinking. So there was a lot
of like gun battles and like other things that went on now at the very end of your life what i saw
it literally looked like a scene right out of like a wild west movie like a small strip of i guess
like pubs and houses and and different things like a small uh village or whatever in the
middle of the desert and there was like a gun battle that broke out and it was part of your
people your guys and then part of this gang who was just ruling over these people um
for quite a while so you wanted to take that power back and so you were kind of like hiding out like
it felt like you were hiding behind something and then the gun gun battle ended and you so it all
ended up getting shot in the back and if I were to specifically like point out the place it would
be like almost the back of the heart chakra on the right hand side like almost like right shoulder
blade. And the most devastating part of this is that you were shot by your own brother. And so what this
other gang said is that to your brother is, if you end up killing him, you're in our gang for life,
and we will always take care of you. And because he really questioned your practices and the way that
you did things and didn't agree with that, he basically went against you. So in the very last moment
of your life, you were betrayed by the only person that you ever actually brought in to your
inner circle. So what does that mean? Trust issues, okay, especially to the people that you love
the most. It's almost like, I don't know if you have that in this lifetime, but it's almost like
this, I'm the most skeptical about you because I actually trust you and love you the most and
you've been hurt by those people the most in this lifetime. You've literally been shot.
in the back, in the back, by your brother, by your own brother.
And so just realizing, too, that some of these things do play out in this lifetime, but not in the same way.
So I want to validate for you so that you never have to be scared of this, that you are not, it's not in your contracts to be shot in this lifetime.
It's not even in your contracts to be around guns in this lifetime.
Most likely after this understanding or reading of that past lifetime in particular,
you probably will never have that dream again because you've actually brought closure to it.
And that's a really good indication that you've brought closure to it.
What I will say that you probably will have more so as a point of awareness rather than an injury is pains in your heart chakra or pains in your middle of your back.
Okay.
And the reason why this would still come up is anytime you are not trusting someone or anytime you show you.
wouldn't trust someone, you're going to get that pain in the chest, like almost feeling like
an acid reflux or like a heart pain, or it could be like a sharp pain right in the middle
of your back around your shoulder blades. And once again, it's no longer because there's an
injury that's still there at a residual energy level. It's more so, hey, you've gone through this
experience, allow this to be your warning sign of, hey, something's not quite right here.
my body is telling me that maybe I should second guess or question, or maybe it comes up and you
need to just discern, do I trust this person or do I not? And I do want to say one more thing is
just by hearing this lifetime and clearing the energy of it, you should actually be able to
bring people in a little bit closer and trust a little bit deeper and allow, you know, the energy
flow a little bit more rather than keeping people on the outside. And how funny.
is it that you're actually at your parents' house right now, you know, in that family energy
clearing this lifetime in this moment. Okay, now I don't know about you guys, but I am very excited
to trade in my flippity flops and sandals for boots. Okay, I love summer, but I'm ready to feel
the cozy vibes. I know you're all with me. And while summer is phasing out, it's time for
something fresh during the season of change. Whether you're cozy enough for cuffing season or
getting ready to spend time with friends, maybe a football Sunday, you could always pass the vibe
check with a case of bold, delicious Vizzi hard seltzer.
Okay, I think my favorite, and always my go-to from Vizzi, is actually their Vizzi Mimosa.
It has the refreshing taste of real orange juice.
It's perfect for some daytime sipping.
It comes in strawberry orange, pineapple orange, peach orange, and pomegranate orange.
All of them are freaking amazing.
And if you like to shake things up or just keep your options open, try a Vizzi variety pack.
Each one comes with four amazing flavors.
I would highly recommend grabbing a pack and trying everything they have to offer.

I wish I could ask you like a billion, million, deillion questions, but I'm going to like try and ask the ones that I really want to ask the most.
Do you know anything about like past soulmates or twin flames, like even non-romantic soulmates?
Like I, what is a twin flame? Is that something that you talk about?
Yeah. So, you know, I really try and stay away from that terminology.
And the reason why is because there's so much attachment and there's so much expectation around,
oh, my goodness, you're the other half of my soul.
Like, you know, that's a lot of pressure to put on someone.
And it's also a very rare, a rare dynamic to have.
Now, what I truly believe is that we are multi-dimensional beings.
So in this moment, as I am Elizabeth April, I am also, you know, a 10th dimensional being.
I'm also maybe a plant on a different plant.
it. I'm also many things. So to say that we only have one half of our soul would be a huge
understatement to our multidimensionality. So in that way, I don't believe in twin flames that
there's only one half of us. I believe that there are many parts of us. And I believe that, you know,
we meet and coalesce with those parts many times throughout many incarnations. But I do believe
in soulmates, you know. I do believe that who we spent time with, we've most
likely have had past lifetimes with. And at the point where I started reading my own past
lives, it would be me smiling at a stranger on the street and getting a flashback to a past life
that we had together. You know, it's actually that common that everyone that's kind of in that
circle has something to do with you in other lifetimes, both on and off planet. But, you know,
your romantic partner in particular, I typically find that they're either karmic or they are kind
of that one energy, you know, is that that person that you're meant to really kind of be with.
And I do believe that there is that one person that is contracted to be in our lives, you know,
which is really incredible. And it's usually not who we expect because who we expect is actually
not who we need, you know, which is really incredible. And then I'll just mention what a
carmic relationship feels like it's really intense it's uh you know maybe high highs super low lows
all over the place it's a whirlwind and then it usually ends within a year okay and that typically is
is a carmic relationship so when you get through the two three year mark and you're like oh my god
how do i love this person more every single day you know that you're in a pretty good solid lifelong
dynamic and relationship. So it's really difficult to say, you know, these symptoms are the one and
these symptoms or experiences are just karma. But yeah, you know, it's for you especially, it's about
really surrendering and trusting the process rather than trying to figure them out before you get
disappointed or hurt. That's totally what I do. Oh my gosh. Thank you. I just like love this shit so much.
everything you said, like, I wish podcast could be like five hours and do like, I'm like,
tell me all of them. But we have to wrap up in some way. But you do past life regressions.
I do confessions. You have done yours. So now we have to do mine. I'll confess to you first because
it's very quick. I will talk to the moon very often and like speak to the universe and like,
that is my God. Like, that's what I believe in.
and I feel like I, like, have been asking for signs for certain things, or I've just been listening to this book called, it's my second time listening to it, light is the new black, and it's all about paying attention to signs in the universe. And I wasn't getting the signs that I wanted. And I actually got pissed off at the moon the other night. Like, I opened my door to let out my dogs and I saw it and I like gave it a look like, no, you're not on my team right. And I genuinely got mad.
at the moon.
Oh my God.
I love that so much.
So that's embarrassing.
Now you're turning.
I will mention on that point, I have made full videos about yelling at your spirit guides
because I've yelled at my spirit guides.
Like, come on.
Like, this is ridiculous.
Like, do something about this, you know?
And that's actually when shit happens.
So I am totally for yelling at the moon or the spirit guides and all of that because it
amplifies your frequency. And it actually, you know, turns things around faster. So can you
pick up on other people's spirit guides? Like, do you know, like, how many people have and how they are there
to help you? Yeah, absolutely. On average, people have around 10 spirit guides. I saw that you have about
12. What? Yeah. I have 12 spirit guides. That's awesome. Oh, my gosh. How do I talk to them?
Do I just talk to them? That's it. Yeah.
just, I mean, I feel the same way about, you know, spirits or family members who have crossed
on. All you have to do is really think about their presence and they are there with you.
Okay. Okay. Yeah. Sorry. I see. I could spend another hour on that. Okay.
So I guess a confession or an embarrassing moment, like, you know, the thing that pops up into my
mind immediately is when I was like 18, 19, and I started to step back into my, uh, my psychic abilities
again, I really wanted to practice telepathy. And so I opened up my mind and I was, you know, just kind of
listening to everything. And, uh, and so I was on this bus ride from my university town back to my
hometown. And I like sitting right at the front of the bus because it has these huge windows and you get to
kind of see the scenery and I had these like over the ear headphones on blasting edm music and whatever
and so all of a sudden I start hearing these thoughts and I'm like what what am I hearing and so like take
my headphones off I can still hear it put the headphones on still hear it I'm like what is this
I started to realize that it was the thoughts of the bus driver and it was no young guy yeah and he was
probably like early 20s or something and he just went I mean the bus ride was too
and a half hours and he just went on and on and on about his girlfriend and how she mistreats him
and how you know they got into a fight the night before and then his mom he's having issues with his
mom but he lives with his mom so it's like all this stuff and then he started getting bored
halfway through and kind of making this like game out of driving this bus I'm like dude you're driving a bus
like don't make a game out of it and so and like I was just like turning up my music turning up my
I mean it just would not go away and oh my I was exhausted by the end of it and so he like
lets everyone out. He's like at the door, you know, letting people out. And I so, I was like fighting
myself. I'm like, should I go up to him and like tell him? Like I so desperately wanted to say,
leave your girlfriend and move out of your mom's place and your problems are solved. Like,
what are you doing with your life? And I decided not to say anything because I'm like, I shouldn't
have even been like listening to his thoughts, let alone giving him unsolicited advice.
So after that point in time, I realized it's not great to have your third eye open all the time and
just listen to everything that's going on, because that can be very overwhelming to listen
to other people's ramblings. But that was a really personally, very embarrassing moment to just
figure out this guy's whole life. And, uh, and, uh, and, uh, oh, I wish you would have said something
to him. Oh, my goodness. I, I should have. But, uh, yeah, I was just, I was too in shock and too
too, too exhausted, to be honest, getting into it. Yeah, no kidding. Gosh, that would be
exhausting for me because I'd want to pay attention to everybody's inside voice. I'd be like, tell
me everything. And that would be very overwhelming. Oh my gosh. Thank you so much. Okay. So on all of the
podcast, we wrap it up on all of them. I've like just done this for the last three. We wrap it up with
homework for our listeners. So what is something, one piece of homework that you would give to our
listeners for what they should take away from our podcast today? Yeah. Awesome. Okay. So I'm like full
of homework and like, you know, accountability steps and all of that. The number one thing,
especially related to past lifetimes, is really, truly pay attention, like really listen to your
reality, listen to the repeated people that you attract in your life or repeated situations,
listen to your body, listen to the different injuries or pains or even fears that you have that don't
really come from anywhere. The more that we kind of stop and we pay attention and we ask questions
and we listen, the deeper we can go with actually receiving the answers because you can't
receive an answer if you don't ask the question.
Okay, that was perfect. That's exactly what I needed to wrap up the podcast. Thank you so much and tell
everybody where they can find you. Yeah, for sure. Just Google Elizabeth April. I have a book out there.
I have courses. I have my own membership platform. I have a YouTube channel. All of that great
stuff. So tons and tons of free information and then a deeper dive into more paid information as well that's
out there. That's awesome. Well, you are amazing. Thank you so much for taking the time today. And I just
enjoyed every single second of this.
Thank you so much, Kaven.
