That's the only favorite I'm going to ever ask, okay? It truly means the world to me. Thank you. Now, let's get into it.
Starting point is 00:02:05 Hey, everybody, welcome to Off the Vine. I'm your host, Caitlin Bristow. And today we have one of the secret lives of Mormon wives stars. Jesse Nottikara, she's a salon owner. She's an ex-Mormon. So I had a lot of questions about that transition. She's a Mama 3, a breakout star from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives on Hulu. Obviously, we all know about that show.
Starting point is 00:02:24 So from her real thoughts on the other wives to spilling the tea about all of her plastic surgery that she's had done, including some of the things that you might not expect. Jesse is giving us a little more than what we see on season one. Okay, so we're recording now, but we were just talking about how much reality TV can just give you so much anxiety. Yes. And this is all so new for you. So when, like, how long have you been in the bills now? What, like a year and a half? Yeah, a year and a half.
Starting point is 00:02:50 I auditioned for the show in 2023. Yeah. But we didn't get like the official green light for another like nine months. So I knew I was going to be a part of it, but I lived my life normally. So we started filming season one in January of last year. So a year and a half. Oh my gosh. And like how are you doing? I'm good, but hectic and crazy. And especially right now because we're like promoting season two and there's so much press. And it's wild but good. Yeah. Okay. It's up and down. I mean, it's any roller coaster that is like when you jump into the world of reality TV. It's like, Like the internet, of course, has so much to say. I'm like, ask me in three weeks when, like, the show's out. And you go from, like, hanging out with people that you love and that love you to, well, maybe not all of them, but to, like, the world being open to loving or hating you. Yes.
Starting point is 00:03:38 Yeah. It's a lot. It's a lot. And you know that, like, you're going to have some people that love you and some that hate you, but they don't see the full pictures. It's so hard because you want to, like, fight back and be like, no, like, you don't understand. But it's pointless because there's always going to be those people. It is pointless.
Starting point is 00:03:52 That's still 10 years later, I'm still like, Caitlin, it's pointless. Why are you trying to, like, be petty and clap back? Yes, but it's a human instinct. Well, it is. And I'm like such a believer in standing up for yourself. Plus, it's part of my humor for like when and how I do clap back. I'm like, sometimes I do find it funny. So I'm like, just let me have that, you know? Let me be a little petty.
Starting point is 00:04:12 They don't get to determine how you handle hate. Yeah. They already have enough friggin, it's so crazy because I always say if you walked into a room full of your haters, you would not want to be friends with them anyways. No. You wouldn't be like, I'm so disappointed. These people don't like me. You'd be like, oh, yeah, I don't like you either.
Starting point is 00:04:28 Yeah. We wouldn't vibe in the real world. But also something I've noticed is I will get hate comments from people and then see them in real life. And they're like, can I get a picture? And I'm like, behind a keyboard, everyone's brave, you know. It is a little fear of mine that I'm going to be nice to a hater. Yeah, you're like, I don't want that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:04:45 There was, I'll never forget poor Claire Crawley from Bachelor World. Somebody hated her and then they asked to take a picture with her. And in the picture, they went, you're kidding. No. Oh, that's awful. I was like, that is like next level bullying. I didn't think people were like that in real life. I thought it was all the internet.
Starting point is 00:04:59 That's sad. Sometimes I'm like, are these people real? Yeah. I would love to see their living situation. I don't mean like what kind of house they have and what kind of car they drive. Just like who they are as a person. Yeah, just like what their day looks like. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:12 It would be miserable, I'm pretty sure. Oh, my gosh. Okay, well, let's rewind and go backwards to before reality TV. I just want to know, because you wear many hats. You wear many hairs. Yeah, there you go. You're like a salon owner. You have a hair extension line?
Starting point is 00:05:26 Yeah, hair extension company and a hair school and a product. So I stay busy. Yeah. So obviously this can help that. Oh, it's been amazing. Because it builds up your audience and that's really cool. My producer told me the other day he was like, Jay-Z, which is my salon, feels like the central perk of secret life. Cool.
Starting point is 00:05:42 And I was like, okay, amazing. That's, okay. Do you watch Friends? Yeah. Okay. I'm like, do you know that reference? I could name it. I could tell you what season, what episode the quote will come from.
Starting point is 00:05:52 We play friends at my shampoo bowl. Like, we have a TV and it's on a constant loop. Oh, I love that. Such a good compliment. Oh, that is a good. compliment. I have friends trivia that I always play with my girlfriends when they come over for a line night. Yeah, I'm obsessed with it. That's how you know we're millennials, right? I know. I'm like if my skinny jeans can give it away, that does. Wait, what kind of hair extensions? Tell me everything
Starting point is 00:06:11 because I am like, hair extensions for me, I'm like the love, a love hate relationship with them. Yeah, I get that. Tell me about yours. So we have a few different methods. We have clippins, which are like semi-permanent. Love clippins. And then we have. Oh, do you have them in? Like two little pieces. Oh, okay. To fill in. Yeah. See, this is the thing. Even with short hair, you need extensions. Like everyone does. Yeah. It just adds so much volume and texture. And it like holds the curl better. Yeah. But we have wefts, two different types for sewing in. Yeah. And then we have tapins. Okay. So those are the options. We're working on other things too, but I have 30 different colors and four different lengths. So anyone can order our hair. We have a storefront and a website.
Starting point is 00:06:48 We're worldwide and clients. Worldwide? Cool. Good for you. Thanks. Yeah. It's super fun. Wait. And why did Jay-Z? Oh my gosh. Okay. So my ex-husband's name, Zach. And my name's Jesse. So when I made my hair account before my business, I was like Jay-Z and then I was obsessed with Harry Styles. So, Stiles. Oh, my God. Wait, that's kind of cool.
Starting point is 00:07:08 I know. Because now it doesn't have to, it's not like his name is attached to it. No, I mean, it's just initial. But then we got divorced and I was like, that kind of sucks. But then I named my son Jagger Zane. So now I have a Jay-Z for him. That is a sick name. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:22 Isn't it cute? Jagger Zane. Yeah. So I'm like kind of badass. And now I can say Jayzy's stand. for my son's name. So I kind of like repurposed. Dude, I just did this because I have my exes initials on my foot. No, you don't. From like when I was 24. Oh. And then I was like, well, if we break up, it'll be for my best friend, Jess Knutson, but then she got married. So her last
Starting point is 00:07:44 initial changed. Wait, what are the initials? J.K. Okay. Which, L.O.L. That is actually really funny. But JK, not with him forever. J.K., J.K., J.K., and then when I was with my last relationship, I was like, oh, perfect. It stands for Jason and Caitlin. Oh. And then we broke up and Damn it. Don't I just get the thing removed? Honestly, I'm in the process of getting tattoos removed. Are you ever done it? No.
Starting point is 00:08:04 It is like, okay, this one. You can see it's kind of faded. What is, what was it? Well, it was my son's name. It said JAG, but it looked like it said jog. Oh. It was just done badly. So I was like, no.
Starting point is 00:08:12 So I'm getting it removed. It is so beautiful. I mean, it's literally boiling your skin off. Yes. So like they can numb you with lydicane, which helps, but it still sucks getting numbed. But yeah. But honestly, at that point maybe do it. Like, honestly, it's cursed.
Starting point is 00:08:25 It sounds like. It's so funny because. that X, I actually still get along with him, but I'm really close with his parents. Oh, that's funny. So they're like, well, it's a, you still like us. Yeah. So keep it, you know? But it was funny because I was like, I do, I still like him too.
Starting point is 00:08:38 Wait, did he get your initials? No. Oh, no. Okay. Was it just you? It was just drunk, Caitlin, being 23 years old thinking this is a great idea. I've done it, yeah. And then having a backup plan, like, it'll be my friend's initials.
Starting point is 00:08:50 Yeah, you're like, it works. It's great. Yeah. So, okay, so wait, where can people buy all your hair products? So it's Jay-Z. Dials.com. Super simple. Yep.
Starting point is 00:08:59 Were you kind of already posting on social media, like active and doing all that before you went on TV? Yeah. Like I built my business on social media. Cool. So I teach hair classes across the country. I have a hair school. And I built it all on YouTube and Instagram.
Starting point is 00:09:12 Oh, wow. And TikTok now. Good for you. Yeah. So I felt like I was already in the influencer space. And that's what they were looking for on the show is moms who are also influencers and business owners. So like me and Macy are the business owners of the group.
Starting point is 00:09:24 So I think that we bring a little bit of like level headness to the group because I I'm used to, I have 50 employees. So, like, I'm used to, like, herding people in. Managing people. That's a tough job. It is. So Mom Talk's nothing. I'm like, you say girls, it's fine.
Starting point is 00:09:36 Okay, wait. For people who don't know, explain what Mom Talk is. Okay, so Mom Talk is the girls on the cast. And Mom Talk has been around for a while. It's moms on TikTok. Taylor started it. Taylor Frankie Paul. And it was just moms who would get together and make content.
Starting point is 00:09:49 And it was kind of like an exclusive group. Then it blew up because of a swinging scandal. So if you watch Season 1, you'll see that. And now it's the Girls on the Cast. We are Mom Talk. So. Okay. Yeah, influencers who are moms.
Starting point is 00:09:59 So even if you don't get along, do you still do the TikToks? Yes, which is hard. Oh. Yeah. Like Whitney, for example. Yeah. Like season one, she was kind of on the outs with us. Yeah. You interviewed her, right?
Starting point is 00:10:09 Yeah. And you'll see season two. She, like, maybe reappears. But when there are real dramatic things that happen in the friend group, you still have to do your job. Like, mom talk is still a business. So, like, you just have to, like, they're a coworker, put a smile on. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:23 How long is filming? Okay. So season one, we filmed, I think it was. was eight weeks. So basically they give you like a week per episode. Okay. And it was eight episodes last time. Season two is 10 episodes that are being released. Oh my gosh. Yeah. It's a lot. That, I always just think about it because you obviously like in life want to surround yourself with people who inspire you and make you happy and like fill your cup. And so for eight to 10 weeks of your life and then doing press with them. Yes. You have to get along. But sometimes you don't.
Starting point is 00:10:53 So who's like Whitney, that whole situation. Do you guys get along? I feel like you'll see in season two that there's an evolution and like it gets better. But season one, is season two going to be crazier than season one? Uh-huh. Yeah. Like, season one felt like a like a test run. Really?
Starting point is 00:11:12 Yeah. Now season two is crazy. Season two is no matter like what show, I feel like they just get better, better. Like look at White Lotus. Oh, yeah. Season two is actually my favorite. But season three, I was like, this. Did you watch?
Starting point is 00:11:23 Yes, of course. I'm obsessed. I get like depressed when it's over. Yeah, no, me too, because it becomes such a part of your routine, like, Sunday night. Yeah. I know, watch my load as, like, what's going to happen. Yes. And even when the episodes are slow, like, you're drawn in.
Starting point is 00:11:35 Yeah. It's so good. Because you get so invested in the characters, which people obviously get invested in your guys's lives. Yes, yeah. And that's, I mean, do you know what the ratings were on, oh. I have no, on my show? Yeah. No, I have no clue.
Starting point is 00:11:48 I don't even know if I do, like, I know it was number one on Hulu for a while. Yeah, yeah. So it was like, it like beat out the Kardashians premiere I heard. That's crazy. So wild. We did not think people were going to like it. How did that show even come to be? So Taylor had a big swinging scandal.
Starting point is 00:12:02 And I think that producers and like managers like got wind of that and they were like this could make a great TV show. And then it's actually funny, they filmed a pilot. And if you watch the, you watch the first episode, like can you kind of tell like it was two different time periods because of hair changes and stuff? But I also knew that. Oh, you knew that. So you know.
Starting point is 00:12:17 Yeah. So they filmed and then Taylor got arrested. Yeah. But that's when I got hired. So I'm grateful. I always tell Taylor, I'm like, thanks for going to jail. Yeah. Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 00:12:26 That was a wild time. Yeah, it was. So they brought on me and three other girls that were kind of like in that universe of mom talk. Yeah. And then we started filming. So it was cool because I think that her scandals just like drew in a natural storyline. And then I always say like they struggled with our cast because there's always something going on. Like our friend group is so dramatic, but also amazing.
Starting point is 00:12:46 Why is it so dramatic? I don't know because people online will be like, you guys are doing all this drama for just the show and promotion. And I'm like truly no. Like we have enough promotion, live with like marketing and podcasts and people. Yeah, you could do. We don't need to do that. It's actually our real lives. And it happens when we're not even promoting the show.
Starting point is 00:13:02 Like, in the middle of the seasons it happened. So I don't know what's wrong with us. But you're happy to be a part of it. I am. Yeah. I've met some of my best friends. Like, I love it. Yeah, who are you closest with?
Starting point is 00:13:13 Macy, Michaela, Taylor. Yeah. I feel like Lela, we're all really close. But Michaela and Macy are like my best friends. Oh, really? Okay. I love them. Taylor, I feel like I've always wanted to talk to her to because I feel like she goes
Starting point is 00:13:23 through so many ups and downs. And she's also so vulnerable and real as you are. like with social media and certain things that go on in her life. Yeah, she's an open book, which is great for reality. Like, it gives us what we have. Yeah, but it's like so polarizing to people and, you know, it, again, opens the doors for love and hate. But I do feel like, don't you feel like people flip on people at the, like, yes, like that?
Starting point is 00:13:45 Like I always say, like, if you're the villain one season, you'll be like the favorite next season or vice versa. It happens on Bachelor all the time. Yeah. The villains always get the redemptions on Bachelor in Paradise. Oh, that's so true. Every single time. Yep.
Starting point is 00:13:58 And it's so interesting because I'm like, that is probably a lot of reality television. Yeah. Well, I feel like it's like the closer you fly to the sun, you're going to get burned. So like when people love you so much. Yeah. Like I always worry about like Alex Earl, for example, because she's so loved and so popular. I'm like, when are people going to turn on her? Because it's just bound to happen.
Starting point is 00:14:15 I know. And she won't even do do anything. It'll just happen. I do think about that often with a lot of people because she seems like such a real. And she seems very sweet. She does. And I've heard she's lovely. I have heard.
Starting point is 00:14:26 Yeah. I've heard that she's just genuine. Yes. And I don't know why genuine people intimidate others so much. Like they love to build people up. I think it's jealousy. Yeah. Like, oh, you're being your authentic self and people love you.
Starting point is 00:14:37 That's not fair, you know. Which, this is why people love her, but it'll also be the reason for something. Downfall or people will try. I don't think she'll ever get canceled. But like, it's the same with Taylor Swift. People love her so much right now in the era's tour. But like, are people going to turn on her again? Like, it's actually scary that like the more success you have,
Starting point is 00:14:53 you're opening yourself up to like a bigger downfall. and especially in reality. Well, especially when you are at the hands of editors and producers and all of that stuff. Like, I, my, my goal in life is just to be always a host. Yeah. Always a host. You're so smart. I don't want, I've done the contestant thing.
Starting point is 00:15:09 It worked out well for me. Yeah. And I feel like I got, like, I always say this that people are one dimensional on TV shows. You always see this one side of them. Especially a dating show. You're not seeing their real lives as much. Yes. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:20 If you're considering people's edits, what do you think about your edit? Is it fair, true to yourself? Yeah. I actually tell everyone that. season one, I feel like it was accurate to every single person. Like, I don't think. Like, I know Whitney got a bad at it. That was our experience with Whitney. So, like, actually, no, she didn't. So when you listen to, like, her on these interviews and explaining herself, are you like... Yeah, I was, like, listening to yours, too, and I'm like, oh, interesting.
Starting point is 00:15:41 Was she lying? No, no. Whitney has her own narrative and everyone is totally valid in their opinions, their thoughts, their experience, right? But I think that she was just, like, really confused why we had an issue, but then when we would explain it, she still, like, didn't get it and wouldn't take accountability. Got it. So it was a little bit of, like, victim for me. But we do hash that out. You guys will see it. But no, I actually feel like season one, it was very accurate. And I think I got a good at it. And maybe that means next season I'll get a bad one. But I was just, I'm like a fun, lighthearted. Like, I'm the one that's like ex-Mormit Mormon in the group. And so I'm just like, I'll drink. I'll have a good time. I got plastic surgery on season one. Like, I'm just an
Starting point is 00:16:17 open book. I, okay. I have so much to say about that because I love that you're an open book. I think as much as, you know, people will shit on you for talking about plastic surgery. People are also, it's very refreshing when people are just open and honest about it. Because everyone does it. And I hate when people gate keep because I'm like. No, that's worse. It's, like, I think there was like an article a few years ago where J-Lo's like, I don't get Botox. I just used J-Lo Beauty.
Starting point is 00:16:40 And I'm like, no, you don't. Great marketing. You know, honestly genius. But like, we know it's not true. Yeah. You know? I, even people that I know in the influencer space will be like, no, I've never had my lips done. And I'm like, girl, you did not have a lip.
Starting point is 00:16:53 Yes. Five years ago. There are pictures. Yeah. Yeah. It's so, it's just, it is really, really refreshing. Yeah. You did say that you're the only one on the show who openly identifies an ex-Mormon.
Starting point is 00:17:11 Yeah. So when did you become an ex-Mormon? Oh, gosh. So I grew up in the church. Yeah. My dad wasn't active. My mom was, so I always say I was like a mutt. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:18 Yeah. And half out. Yeah. But I got married in the temple. the first marriage. And that's like the Mormon religious building. And he was Mormon? Uh-huh. Okay. His family was super Mormon. When you get married in the temple, you're sealed for like time and all eternity. You have to get a temple like cancellation to your ceiling if you get divorced. Like it's a big deal. So I did that. But when I was in my first marriage, we both kind of started falling away from the church. Yeah. And then when I met
Starting point is 00:17:41 Jordan, my current husband, he had family that was Mormon. So did I, but we both like weren't really going. Right. So I was still kind of dabbling in it. But I would say I like officially left probably like three or four years ago. Okay. So it's been a minute. But I was kind of living like half in, half out anyway. Yeah. Because it was probably confusing because you felt like you were supposed to be living a certain way. Yeah. But you being you, wanting to live an authentic true to yourself life, you're probably like what, what do I do? It's so hard. When you grew up in a certain culture and it's expected of you to do X, Y, and Z. When you leave, you feel like you're a bad person when you're just being normal. Yeah. Oh, I just want to have a glass of wine at dinner and that's like X, like you're bad.
Starting point is 00:18:18 And why is that? Because it's temptations. Yeah, like anything that's bad for your body that can put you in bad situations, like no sex before marriage, no alcohol, no drugs, no tattoos even, like it's crazy. They've kind of loosened up on the tattoo thing. I think they're realizing. What defines these rules? The prophet. He gets like revelation from Jesus. Oh. Yeah. So the prophet is who? Oh my God. That's so bad. I don't even know who the current prophet is. Is it down on age Oaks? I could be totally wrong. I think that's an apostle. It's an old man. Okay. So it is a specific person. It's not like, the god that we don't see. No, it's like a prophet who was like ordained. Like he's a person.
Starting point is 00:18:54 Okay. And he makes the rules and like whatever. But the rules have been around forever. Like Mormons have had these rules forever. So that's why like now like I feel like it needs to change at the time. Because doesn't it cause people to want to rebel even more? Yes. That's what happens. And like you see on the show like Zach and Jen go through a little thing and they're the most Mormon, most devout. And it's because I think they're so like tightly wound and so strict in their religion that like her going to a Chippendale show was like the end of the world to him like we have to get divorced. Oh my gosh. So that just shows a little bit of the Mormon culture that like you can't veer outside of like the lane because if you do you're like so criticized. Oh gosh. Do you
Starting point is 00:19:31 think there's anyone on the show that wants to be an ex-Mormon that pretends that they're not? Ooh, that's a good question. I would say Taylor only because she has like the sketchiest past. Like she's done things that wouldn't be Mormon-like. But she she's very open that she believes and she'll go because it makes her feel better, but she, like, doesn't really live, like, perfectly. Right. So I wouldn't say I think she wants to be one, but she would probably be the one I would guess is the most, like me. That makes sense. That makes sense.
Starting point is 00:19:56 How do you think that shaped being, like, having your experience on and off camera to be an ex-Mormon part of the Mormon wives? It was interesting. I loved it because I feel like a show needs to have all different dynamics within a religion or else it can feel like we're trying to convert everyone. Yeah. So, you know, I'm an ex-Morman and we have some people who, like, weren't really active their whole lives and then became active. some that were from birth, Macy's from California, and we always say, like, California Mormons are so much chiller than Utah Mormons. So I loved that I could represent someone who
Starting point is 00:20:24 grew up in the church, got married in the temple. My whole life and culture was in the church, and then I chose to leave. And I think a lot of people will resonate with that, even with other religions, you know? Do people ever tell you sound like Gabby Wendy? No, but that's a compliment. Well, she's, you sound like a toned down version. Like, you have the same tone of voice as her. I could see that. Yeah, you have like the same tone of voice. I just like, I almost like close my eyes and I was like, that's crazy. Gabby? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:47 I talk so fast and she's like really good at being like slow. So hopefully that means I can get there because I know I'm like, oh, I talk so fast as well. Okay, good. Do you think on camera like it's hard to open up about your first marriage and divorce and being an ex- Mormon when you're in this Mormon community where you're scared of the judgment from that? Yeah, because even getting divorced in the church is like found upon. Totally.
Starting point is 00:21:08 Yeah. So yes, like opening up about that and also knowing like my ex-husband could see that and like his family and would they be upset about what I share. But no, like I've always. always been an open book. So even when I go through hard things and trials, I share it all. My life can be messy. And so I'm like, you know what? Someone can learn from this. Someone can relate. So I know I'll get hate or criticism or maybe backlash from the people in the church, but like I just have to be me. Like I don't know how not to share.
Starting point is 00:21:31 It's a great quality. Yeah. But it's hard. It is hard, which you would think it would be easy. Yeah. But it's actually so hard to be because you know you're going to ruffle feathers. Yeah. And knowing that your intention versus. your impact like it might like really hurt somebody's feelings or make them judge you but your intention is to just be who you are and live a life that's true to you that makes you happy and you know you are helping other people too yeah yeah oh my gosh there's probably so many people stuck if i could just live my life on camera share the good and the bad and then not have social media yeah like 20 years ago when people did reality TV it was probably so much easier because you don't hear the noise
Starting point is 00:22:07 but that's harder now but then it's on then the gossip magazines are ruthless on that I feel like the tabloids have lightened up a bit with like body shabloids Now it's TikTok and certain, which is so much, well, I think worse, but I didn't experience that back then. But what does your ex and family say about you doing this show and it being? I don't talk to my ex anymore. So like I don't know what his opinion is. I'm sure he's seen that I'm doing it.
Starting point is 00:22:31 Yeah, of course. My family has always been so supportive. So my dad's my business partner. My mom and sisters work for me full time. So we're together 24-7. So they're fully supportive of. And they knew. And they were like, you were made for reality TV.
Starting point is 00:22:41 We would always joke I would get a show one day. So they're like not surprised. Like they're like, of course. That's how my family was. Really? Of course you went on The Bachelor. Yeah. Like, it's so expected.
Starting point is 00:22:49 It is true when you like see something in someone that you're like, you're good TV. Yes, totally. Yep. Some people just have it. Yeah, yeah. That's interesting. So you don't talk to your ex, but you share kids? No.
Starting point is 00:23:00 You have full custody. Luckily, yeah, no, so I don't even have kids with him. Oh, you don't? Luckily, yeah, I got divorced and then I married like Jordan immediately and had kids. So does he have kids from the past? Yes. Because you guys have a blended family. Yes.
Starting point is 00:23:12 So he has a daughter. He's almost 13. Okay. He got his girlfriend pregnant in high school. So like 17 years old had her. And he's not Mormon, obviously. No. I mean, his family is. He went to church growing up, but he's kind of fallen away. And in the Mormon religion, boys go on a mission at like 18, 19 years old. And he couldn't because he had a kid. Got it. So he kind of fell exiled. But yeah, he has a daughter and then we had two kids together. Okay. And then has been on reality TV changed your parenting style at all? Oh, that's a good question. No, I don't think so. Yeah. I mean, my kids weren't really on the first season.
Starting point is 00:23:43 I think as the seasons go on and maybe, like, I filmed with them in the second season, so maybe they'll be on, I don't know. But maybe, like, as people start to recognize them, I do worry about, like, school. Like, if people know where they go to school and stuff, the older they get. That does, that scares the shit out of me for my unborn children. Yes. Does that scare you? Yes.
Starting point is 00:24:01 Yeah, being so known. Yeah, because, like, Kristen Cavaleri is one of my best friends in Nashville, and she protected her kids at all costs. She would not put their face on social media until they were old enough to be like, okay, and now they're all on social media. and she's, like, finally sharing them. Oh, she is? As of, like, a week ago.
Starting point is 00:24:16 Oh, wow. Because they have been old enough now to be, but I see the other side of it where you're like, this is my family. And, like, it's hard. You're proud of it. You're proud of it. Yeah. But when they're young, you don't think about it as much.
Starting point is 00:24:27 But when they start going to school and having opinions of their own, you're like, oh. So I feel like I might just phase out of it the older they get. Well, and that's your call and your decision. You're their mother. Yeah. So you get to choose that. But my daughter's already a ham. Really?
Starting point is 00:24:39 She gets Hannah Montana energy. like she's going to want to be in the spotlight. I already know. Assessed. Well, I mean, see it, and that could be okay too because whatever they want. You enjoy it. Yeah. Could be genetic. Like how many, it could be genetic. How long are your days, like, when you're filming? It could be from sunup to sundown some days. Or it could be like, oh, you only have one scene today. You really don't know until like the day before, which is crazy. So for 10 weeks, you kind of have to put your life on hold. I actually don't mind that because I, like, I don't even know what time my flight is tomorrow. Yeah. Yeah. You thought you flew out today. I thought I flew out today.
Starting point is 00:25:09 I like being like a last minute. Yeah. Like I read my schedule the day of and. Yes. That's nice. So are you a type B person? No, I'm type A. Really?
Starting point is 00:25:18 But I think my business has made me that way. Yeah. I am organized, efficient on time. I always say I'm like the mom of the group like, okay, guys, let's get going. Yeah. Okay, that makes sense. Yeah. I wish I had a little more type A in me because I am just chaotic.
Starting point is 00:25:31 But we need the B people too, you know? Oh, yeah. For sure. I mean, and then you hire A people to help the B people. Yes, exactly. And I have a lot of B employees. Yes. Which is hard to manage. It is. Yeah. But as long as you know how to work with someone and, like, work with their personality type, it's easier. Speaking of work. Let's talk about plastic surgery. No, what were you going to say? Yes. Oh, I was just going to say, like, human design is so helpful. Because I feel like I get to know, like, how people like appropriate. I just had a woman who specializes in that on my podcast. Oh, wait, really? I'm a generator. Is it out yet?
Starting point is 00:26:01 Mm-hmm. Okay. It just came out. It just came out. And I'm a generator. I can see that. And my life's purpose is to learn how to let go, which I can't. Yeah, you're like, no, sorry, not going to happen. I am the little engine that literally cannot even. Yeah, I can't let go with things. You know what? It's hard. It's really hard. Oh, my gosh.
Starting point is 00:26:22 And in Utah. And, like, look at how. Is it really? Yes. Why? Because Mormons are so, like, focused on perfection and, like, we're really vain. So it's, like, perfection in the home and the outer appearance. You have to look perfect and put together.
Starting point is 00:26:36 That feels southern, like a southern belt, too. It is. It is. Oh, totally. But it is crazy because I do feel like this, I mean this in a nice way. People from Utah and like Mormons are freaks of nature. Like, they're talented. They're beautiful. A lot of people on reality come from it. Like the dancing and like a lot of like entrepreneurs. Yeah. Utah breeds it. And that's another Mormon thing. Like we're just focusing on like craps and like gaining skills at such a young age that you become like really creative, which is great. Yeah. But I think
Starting point is 00:27:02 it breeds that. I mean, a lot of religions can feel a little brainwashy. For sure. Yeah. So I guess it just depends. It is a little culty. I'm not going to lie. Yeah. I mean, it's so interesting because I grew up so differently where my parents just like allowed me to be completely who I was. I love that. Honestly, I loved them so much for it. Like, were you religious? Like, we went to church on Sundays. Like Christian? Yes. Okay. I got baptized, but I never got my first communion. Okay. But I went to Catholic school growing up. Okay. But it was very just like, I don't know if it was a Canadian thing, but everyone just kind of was who they were. I love that. And like celebrated for them. Yeah, that's not Utah. I'm sure there's people that weren't like that. But
Starting point is 00:27:39 But for me growing up, like I always felt celebrated for just me being me. So then when you started getting hate, you're like, wait, what? I was so, yes. You're like, I'm amazing. I literally remember getting so much hate after my season of Bachelorette. And I was so confused because I'm like, but I'm just being myself. Yeah. The world wasn't ready at that time.
Starting point is 00:27:59 Oh, my goodness. It was, well, especially, I don't think the world, the world is still not ready for certain things. Like even talking about plastic surgery is so interesting because it feels taboo, but like it shouldn't be. No. And we all celebrated Lindsay Lohens glow up. Right.
Starting point is 00:28:13 But then if other people do it, they're like, shame on you. Yeah. And I'm like, what? Where is the, you'll never make sense. I know. It sucks. It really, but I'm still going to share it. Well, yeah, but I love that.
Starting point is 00:28:22 So what gives you the confidence to share that? I think just knowing that I am an open book and I just love like word vomiting and like sharing my life. And again, that like someone else may be interested in this and I'm helping share it and show the process. Yeah. That's what I wanted. Like I got a CO2 laser recently.
Starting point is 00:28:38 I looked like a raiser. for like 10 days, but I felt like I didn't have a ton of, like, videos of it to reference. Like, there were a few creators who had made, like, their, like, recovery videos, but I was like, I want to share every single day. Yeah. The process that break down. So if someone gets it, they can reference my videos. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:54 And so they can, because I would, like, if I saw somebody's bluff journey, I would have followed. Actually, Shannon Ford, I followed along the whole blef journey because I was like, I want to know what to expect if this is normal and, like, feel less alone. Yes. And all that. So, yeah, if somebody was going to, like, get a, well, what is the worst surgery you've got? And I mean pain-wise. Pain-wise.
Starting point is 00:29:15 Yeah. Okay, so the labiaplasty that I got on season one. Yes, I can't wait to talk about this. Yes. So, yeah, like, cut my vagina open for the cameras. They filmed the whole surgery. Like, poor camera guy. The camera crew?
Starting point is 00:29:26 Yes, they were in the whole surgery. After I was like, I'm so sorry. Oh, my God. You've seen a lot of me. But that one, I would say coming out of, like, anesthesia was so painful because I didn't get my painkillers. I thought I was going to get him and there was a mix-up at the pharmacy. So for like an hour or two, I was painkiller-free. I felt like there was a blowtorch up there.
Starting point is 00:29:45 It was so painful. Like my whole vagina just clenched for you. Oh, my God. Like worse than childbirth, like awful. Oh, my God. So then I got my painkillers and I was fine. But if I tried to do that without painkillers, that would have been the worst one by far. Oh.
Starting point is 00:29:58 So what do they do? They just like cut it open and put it back. They cut the meat off. Like, you know how you have little things inside the flaps? They just like cut it off. And then just make it look like. a little paper cut. Yeah, I'm like, I look like my daughter.
Starting point is 00:30:09 Like, I'm like brand new again. Oh my gosh. That is so crazy. Yeah. Was it expensive? Yeah. Well, no, it was only, no, it wasn't. It was like six grand.
Starting point is 00:30:18 Oh, not too bad. No, that's not bad. But like after pregnancy, like your lips just get looser. Everything hangs. Yeah. You just look weird. And so I'm like, okay. And like in yoga pants, I could tell.
Starting point is 00:30:27 So like it was really affecting me like just day to day. So it was the best decision. But that was definitely the most painful. And I was on painkillers for like a week because I was like there's no way. I had to go to Vegas for the show through. days later. So I was like, yeah. It's so sad. All vaginas should be celebrated. Thank you. Yes. No matter what, if, you know, they look like that in yoga pants. And if you want to tighten it up. Either way, it's your preference, you know. But it was also to the point where, like, I could feel
Starting point is 00:30:52 on my thighs. So I was like, I'm uncomfortable. My damn children did this to me. Yes. And so I was like, it's time. Oh, my gosh. Wait, have you got a tummy tuck? No. Okay. I don't know if I need one. Maybe you're going to convince me. No. I'm just kidding. You're like, have you? No, I was thinking because you're so tiny. No, I haven't. Luckily, I feel like since I'm so small, I didn't get stretched. Like, I got stretched out, but like it wasn't like crazy. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:17 But Layla on our cast just got one because she's had two kids. And did she openly talk about it? Yeah. Yeah, she shared it online too. So, yeah, we're all just open books. Do people, do you find that people tend more to like, thank you for sharing or they do? They do. But like my CO2 laser video, it got like 25 million views.
Starting point is 00:31:33 So it started bringing in the trolls. Like when a video goes viral, it's all the hate. I can't believe the hate when things go viral. Like, it's not even worth it. I'm like, I'd rather not have it go viral. Oh, I know. I think about that all the time. Like, I just posted something that got like 12 comments and I'm like, humbling.
Starting point is 00:31:49 But also a lot of love in there. Yeah. No, it's true. Like my audience, it was great comments. But then when it got viral, it was like, who is this bitch? She like looks insane. And so, yeah. But I feel like overall, my audience that chooses to follow me, they're always pretty supportive.
Starting point is 00:32:02 Yeah. Okay. Well, that's nice. Yeah. Do you find that your audience is mostly Mormon people or no? No. It's weird because before the show, my audience was hairdressers. Like, I cater to, like, teaching hair classes.
Starting point is 00:32:13 And now it's, like, not hairdressers anymore, but it's just the average person watching the show. Right. I would say there's probably Mormons in there, but I feel like it's a lot of people who are either ex-Mormon for me specifically or, like, different religions. Oh, that makes sense. Yeah. That makes sense. It is crazy to have that big of a platform in, like, audience.
Starting point is 00:32:30 And overnight. And overnight. Like, I think on TikTok, I gained, like, 700,000 in, like, a week. It was crazy. Whoa. Yeah. I'm not expecting that at all. Like, we were like, what?
Starting point is 00:32:40 What's happening? Oh my gosh. Yeah. That is crazy. So crazy. How do you, like, what is something that you do for yourself if you need to, like, ground yourself or, like, feel normal again? I'm kind of a hippie.
Starting point is 00:32:51 Like, I do energy healing. I have an energy worker therapy, like, things like that. And so I do sessions with her. She's amazing. I, like, once every two weeks, I'm doing NLP right now with her. It's like brain trauma therapy. Oh. But she also channels.
Starting point is 00:33:03 So it's like energy as well. And she has really helped me, like, navigate. this world and that's something I've like made sure to take time to do because it's helped me yeah yeah I'm all into that are you okay I'm like I sound like kind of weird when I say I'm like it sounds like witchcraft but it works no I well I believe in witchcraft yeah I'm just I'm all about energy and okay good and everything like that like I have this girl that does energy work with me all the time who we do it over Zoom because she's in Canada oh I love that and she is she literally will take me from like a crazy 10 like level 10 like anxiety to a one in like 30 minutes yeah
Starting point is 00:33:37 Yeah. It's so crazy. It can do wonders because your energy is what creates anxiety and depression and like all those thoughts. Yes. It's crazy. I love that you believe in that too. I'm like I sound weird, but no, no, no. I actually love it and believe in it so much. And sometimes I do get some people in the dams that'll be like, it's not the moon, honey. It's Jesus working. And I'm like, it's whatever you want to believe. Exactly. That's why there are different religions. Yeah, you don't know. None of us actually know. That's the crazy thing. No. Yeah. And like whatever brings you joy. Like if me praying to a moon bothers you, I'm worried about you. Yeah, you got bigger problems. Like, come on. I'm worried about you. Same. Well, that's the problem I have the Mormon religion is
Starting point is 00:34:14 they're always like, we're the one true religion. And they kind of brainwash you into thinking we're the only true church. And then you get away from it and you're like, oh, that's kind of damaging to say, because we actually don't know. Are there any other shows out there that expose the Mormon life? That's a good question. I feel like it's... Or like documentaries or something? I think there's a few documentaries that have gone into it, but I don't know if there's any other reality shows. I definitely no reality shows. Yeah, we're the first to dive into that culture. Let's take a minute to talk about Australia and how it's given us some pretty amazing things. First and foremost, the Hemsworth brothers, Margo Robbie, Uggs. Let's not forget the crocodile hunter, but
Starting point is 00:34:48 my new favorite Aussie export is finally available in the U.S., and that's the Koala sofa bed. Now, I didn't know that I could be obsessed with a sofa bed, but here we are. It's actually comfortable, like real mattress inside comfortable. Koala used their legit, mattress tech in their sofa beds so your guests don't wake up cranky and creaky the next day. And let's talk about the look. Okay, the colors are so good, like earthy, cozy, like desert vibe chic. I know you know what I mean by that too. No sad beige or basic gray. You can actually find one that fits your aesthetic instead of just settling for something because it folds out. Also, my favorite, no tools. No tools. No Allen wrench, no yelling, no tears. Everything just slides or clicks
Starting point is 00:35:32 together and you're done. Perfect if you don't have a guest room, but still want to host in style. So I put mine upstairs in the loft and it looks actually so good. Plus eco-friendly, Kuala is a certified B-Corp and part of 1% for the planet. So they're actually doing good while making cute furniture. We always love that. They also offer fast shipping and free returns and a 120 night trial. Like what are their companies going to do that? Upgrade your space with the most stylish, customizable and elevated sofa bed available to get $100 off your new sofa plus fast shipping, go to us.cawala.com slash vine. That's us.com slash vine to get $100 off your new sofa. Koala, comfy, easy, sustainable. I'm like, I'm so happy with where
Starting point is 00:36:22 everything's at right now. You look great. Thanks. Thank you. All the surgeries did us well. Yeah, we're happy about it. Yeah. And you don't have. That's all the matters. Yeah. You're don't have to be. We are. Is there any, like, next thing, like next plastic surgery that you want? Ooh, good question. You know what's so funny? So I've gotten my boobs done like three times.
Starting point is 00:36:40 What? Yeah, because I got a reduction when I was 18 because my boobs were like 32 triple these and I'm 5'2. Yeah. So naturally I had big ones. So I got a reduction. But then after kids, they like deflated. So I got implants.
Starting point is 00:36:50 Yeah. But my implants were way too big. I got 440 Cs. So I basically went back to what I had. Yeah. So then after that I got smaller ones. And I did that at the same time as my labioplasty. Okay.
Starting point is 00:37:01 So those are good. Yeah. But so I feel like, but I just found out one of my implants is like out of the pocket. Like I think it slid out. And so I think I need to get that fix. So I think that's my next one, but that's like not by choice. How does that happen? I don't know. But he's like you need to come in. I thought it ruptured because it's kind of like moved. Yeah. So I need to like figure that out out. But yeah. Is that from like not proper after care or it just happens. I think it's, you know what it could be my fault. Like maybe I was like laying on them weird because I sleep on my stomach. Oh. So I feel like that was probably what it was. Probably my fault, honestly. I, this is my glam from last night. What? I swear. I. I swear. radio and everything. I sleep like this. No. And you stay? I don't move. How? Like maybe once in a I have a really bad lower back and once in a while I'll like kind of turn a little bit in my sleep to like curl it almost like round my back out. But otherwise I honestly last night I went, I don't do that very often because I'm such a freak about my skincare routine. Totally. And last night I was like, you know what? I wonder if I can save this for my day tomorrow and have a little sleep in. Oh my gosh. I woke up and I looked in the mirror. I was like,
Starting point is 00:38:02 My lip liner is even still good. That's insane. Good makeup artist. Oh, Emma Willis is the best of the best. I love her. She is, oh, yes. She is just a gem and she's just so good. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:13 She's so. That's how you know. That's good in the pudding. Yes. That's insane. Did you have to touch up at all? All I did was put some powder under my eyes and lip gloss. So this is your makeup from the event last year.
Starting point is 00:38:21 Yes. Oh my gosh. I should have done that. Dang. Well, not if you sleep on your stomach. No, I would have been all over my pillows. I'm a mess. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:29 Oh, no. I just, I don't move. I don't move. What do you think something is about plastic surgery that women don't know that they're judging about? I think that the most like common comment I get is that like you must really hate yourself. You must like not love yourself. I feel sad for you. And I'm like, I can have insecurities and still like be confident and still love myself.
Starting point is 00:38:48 Yeah. But I think people are like, this is just really sad. And I'm like, no, it's actually not. Yeah. Plastic surgery is like a billion dollar business. Like there is a reason for it. Yeah. And if it makes you feel better, great. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:58 And I'm way more confident with the things I've done. Well, and as if you would judge somebody for, like, imagine going on their page and being like, whoa, you should get a nose job. Right. You wouldn't do that because that's mean. But then they're doing that being like, it's sad. And it's probably the same people who said that to me that then criticize me for getting it, you know? It's so contradicting. Yeah, it's really sad.
Starting point is 00:39:17 It really is messed up. I just think do what makes you feel better. Obviously, don't go overboard. We could all get there. But like, just if it makes you happy, go ahead. Like, why not have more confidence? I don't get it. I'm right there with you.
Starting point is 00:39:28 Last night, Hulu event. What was your favorite part? Oh, my God. Meeting Chloe Kardashian and Scott Disick. Did you meet them? Yes. Because they talked about your show up on... I know.
Starting point is 00:39:36 He was like, the Mormon wives. And I was like, what? But our producers did their show on E. So like, we've always had like a tie to them. So like they introduced us and stuff. But I was walking by them and I was just like, hey, I heard you love our show. And we like took a selfie. And then later on we also like filmed with them a little bit.
Starting point is 00:39:50 So it was great. That's so... I wanted to go up and say something so bad. Right. Because I know they've watched the Bachelor franchise. Like I know they know who you are. Everyone at the event. they knew. And I want, but I can't do it. It's scary. It's so scary. Because I'm like, I've been the only,
Starting point is 00:40:06 I got really bummed once because I try to not be like, can I take a photo with you? Yeah. If the moment feels right, then I'll do it and what. But anyways, I am obsessed with Paul Rudd. Oh, yes. I love him. I love him so much. And he walked into the breakfast buffet at my hotel once when I was at Super Bowl. Were you expecting that? No. And I was like, oh God. Did you? Yeah. I had to, I was like, this is the one guy. I would go up and take a picture with. And he was like, I get it. Like, I made it so weird.
Starting point is 00:40:35 Yeah. I mean, I literally told him he's my hall pass. I'm dead. So I made it weird. Okay. And he was like literally had on just trying to like get some breakfast. So I do get it. Well, sometimes it opens up more people recognizing him.
Starting point is 00:40:47 So it's probably like, oh shit. Totally. And it was hard when you like meet your heroes. And it's like not what you want. Well, because I, I just wanted like, he just was like this. So he didn't even like talk? No. I just said a bunch of embarrassing shit and he literally just smiled and nodded.
Starting point is 00:41:04 At least you were true to yourself. That would have been so not Caitlin if you were just like, hey. Yeah, like some, like, yeah, I just, I geeked out. I totally geeked out and he was gracious enough to take a photo. At least you got the photo. Yeah, he didn't say no, which was nice. Yeah. I'll get that to like, imposter syndrome where like I'm at this event with these people. I'm on TV too, but like I feel weird.
Starting point is 00:41:24 I know. Like, do you know who Jake Shane is? Yes. Okay, I saw him at the airport. Yes. Yeah. He's the only person I've ever been. and like star struck.
Starting point is 00:41:30 I got so many celebrities. And he was the one where I was like, I can't, I can't, I can't go up to him. I don't know why. But I was just like, I love him. And so like I didn't go up to him. But he was on my flight like two feet away from me the whole time. Oh my gosh. And I regret it to this day.
Starting point is 00:41:43 So when I saw Chloe and Scott before I actually like was formally introduced, I was like, I'm going to regret it if I don't do this. Yeah. I regret not talking to Chloe because I love her so much. Oh, I feel like you and Chloe are like the same vibe. Well, she is just also very just true to herself. Yes. In a world of that level of fame.
Starting point is 00:41:58 To still be genuine. and is crazy. Like, that's impressive. I think their whole family is, but she just specifically is like, she always has been a little more, you know, her calling out, Scott, like, Scott did not want to be there. She's like, he's a little out of it. I was like, what is that guy on? But it was their dynamic that you see on the show. So it was like, that's real. It was, it was perfect, but I was like, I was uncomfortable. Exactly. But like they were, it was so them, but I was so them. I'm like, oh my God, Scott. Like, he was just fighting like siblings. Yeah. He was a little out of it. And he was really like playing into the, like, he's obsessed with her role.
Starting point is 00:42:29 Yes. Which, like, is a schick and it works. Yeah, yeah. It was actually so funny. It was hilarious. When did you leave? I stayed to like 7.30 maybe, but we have three pregnant girls on our cast and they were like in the car. Like, let's go. So, like, I was still kind of mingling and like I was in the Kardashian Gifting Suite and they were like, let's go. So I was like, okay. I didn't even go into the Kardashian Gifting Suite. Did you get the bag? No. It was amazing. I wonder if they could get on for me. It was beautiful. They probably could. There was like tequila in there. It was all of their. Yeah, probably. Oh, that's cool. It was amazing. Like you got all of their products. It was great.
Starting point is 00:42:59 I honestly I was outside working on my golf swing with Alfonso the whole okay well that's amazing it was hilarious and I was he felt so he came out to me he's like go stand by a heater I was it was so cold it was so cold that's why we went in because it was like freezing out there eventually I made it inside and then at that point I was like five glasses of wine in and I was like I need to go like where am I what time did you leave the lights came on oh they're like get out yeah they were like guys we got to wrap it up I was like but I'm having so much fun You're like, I'm going to stay forever. It was a fun event.
Starting point is 00:43:30 It was, at the beginning, I was like, as always, events are it starts off slow and a little awkward. And then people get comfortable. And then it just got so, I had so much fun. It was the best. It was a good group of people, too. It was a really good group of people. Lulu has the best people. Yeah, I was actually surprised at how many, like, there's not really anyone in the
Starting point is 00:43:47 Bachelor world I don't get along with. Yeah, I would assume. But the people that were there, I'm like, I love you guys. Yeah. You probably know everyone, right? Like, pretty much. I didn't watch. surprisingly I did not watch Joey's season what and that was the most iconic one recently I know I watched like the first five episodes okay and I kept meaning to go back and watch and then I like feel like I became friends with Joey and then I just didn't I like what's the point like yeah and then I just adore them him and Kelsey are like I love Kelsey they honestly another just open book funny oh yeah I sat across from her at a dinner party like a month ago yeah and she was just so real so normal oh at the Lottner's right yeah I saw that yeah it was amazing
Starting point is 00:44:26 to meet her. She was just great. She's, she's one of the coolest. Yeah. She's just such a genuine, funny, quirky soul. I love them together, too. I do too. I want to talk a little bit about behind the show, like, real life dynamics. What is something about filming the show that would surprise people, like, anything that, like, behind the scenes, that filming people would be like, holy shit, that happened? Oh, like a real story? Yeah. Okay, let me try to think. I don't know. Anything that people, like, it would be different from what aired where you're like, I don't know. Yeah. I would say just how much gets cut out. Like, especially when you have a show that has eight episodes.
Starting point is 00:45:00 Like, we film constantly, but they can't put everything in. So, like, I was surprised because I hosted this huge party for my business, and I got wasted and fell on my ass on stage. And I'm like, that was great reality television. Oh, they make it. Yeah. So it's so funny, like, things like that that, like, I thought would, like, be funny or good for reality TV, like, don't make it.
Starting point is 00:45:19 And I think that's something you wouldn't expect is like even a moment like that, which you're like, this is gold. Totally. Like, no, it's cut. Who do you think has the strongest personality in the group? Because there's a lot of strong personalities. There's a lot of strong ones. Probably to me.
Starting point is 00:45:30 Whose side are you on regarding the swinging scandal? Oh, I'm always Team Taylor. Yeah, you are. She's been one of my good friends for a long time. Yeah. And she's an open book. Like, she hasn't lied about anything in the beginning. So, yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:40 What is the vibe like, like last night at Hulu? Yeah. You all have to be up there on stage and doing these things. What is the vibe like at promo events and stuff like that? I would say it's usually like high energy. Like, it's fun to be at these things that we're talking about the show and everyone's excited. So I would say, like, we usually try to put the drama to the side and just enjoy it. Especially at an event, like, last night, like, no one's going to throw a drink or fight.
Starting point is 00:46:01 Like, this is a professional event. Could you imagine? Like, yes. They're like, get these crazy Mormons out of here. That would be wild if that actually happened. You never know. Well, that's what I feel like people, it's kind of the same thing as seeing Paul Rudd. Like, I expect him to be like this hilarious.
Starting point is 00:46:16 Yeah, like a character from the show. Yes. So I feel like people, when they see you, like so many people ask me last night, oh, you were in the, were the Mormon wives like all like. Really? Yeah, they were wondering, like, what the dynamic was and, like, Gleb in the same room as Brooke. Yes. I forgot about that. Yeah. Like when she went up to announce the show, I'm like looking like, went to the bathroom. Smart. Because their thing was recent. I was wondering that too, but nothing really happened. I'm very curious about what, because I've heard it's not true that he did not cheat on her. I have too. But then like there's other narratives that are happening. But I'm like, I need, then I'm going to need some receipts.
Starting point is 00:46:51 Or maybe her reality show that she announced. But then I'm like, is she. just doing that for the buzz for the reality show? Okay, I will say, because I don't ever want to gaslight a woman. Totally. I'd be like, no, he didn't. Yeah, but you never know. But you never know.
Starting point is 00:47:02 I will say so many people accuse us of that. Like, you're just doing this for the show. Literally for us, no. So like, I would hate to accuse her of that. Totally. But also, it is good marketing. So who knows? Well, I'm, either way, I'm like, I see everybody's point here.
Starting point is 00:47:15 No, I'm the same way. I'm always like, I see both. I just want to know the truth. Yes. That's all we care about. That's my main thing. Yes. So we had Whitney on the show a couple months ago, and we've seen her and Demi budding up.
Starting point is 00:47:25 Yeah. Are you still cool with Demi then? You'll have to see season two and find out. Oh, my God, because I feel like something probably shifts. Yeah. I think that it's so natural in reality TV to see friendships come and go because you're in such a weird environment. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:40 So I think you're going to see a lot of that season two. So every podcast that I do, I have somebody share a confession with me. Okay. I'm going to share one with you because last night, I don't know what happened by I immediately had to run to the bathroom. Okay. At the event? Yeah. Okay. I was like, oh, oh, God. And I was with my girlfriend. And she was like, what? I'm like, I'm going to throw up out of that end. And I got to go to the bathroom now. And I had to, like, water. And the wine shits are the worst. Were you drunk already? Yes. Or did you have wine? Yes. Yep. And I run to the bathroom. And there were like no
Starting point is 00:48:10 bathrooms in that house. They were like single bathrooms spread out. It was one single bathroom. Yes. And I was behind the door, crouched down, like, like, squeezing me like, don't, Caitlin, don't. Not here. The cramping. The cramping was cramping. And so then the girl comes out and I go in the bathroom and I, everything happened that needed to happen. Were you okay after? Totally fine. Oh, God, we're fine.
Starting point is 00:48:31 Oh, I felt like a new person. I was like, okay, she's back. She back. But when I came out of the bathroom, a girl was like, Kate, like, Kate, I'm such a big fan. And it's one bathroom. And I looked at her and I went, look, you do not want to go in there. If you want to stay a fan. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:48:46 I went, I just blew that up. Kate, at least you're honest. So I had to be, she would have known. And she was like, this is why I love you. You're just so honest. And I was like, I could have easily blamed that on someone else. And I went just, and she goes, I'll hold my breath. And I went, no, no, you cannot go in there.
Starting point is 00:49:02 And my girlfriend, Bailey, like, sprayed it with perfume. And we gave it a couple seconds. And then she went in. And she's like, it's fine. Wait, I love that. The fact that you're so open about that is incredible. That is amazing. I was like, what else can you do?
Starting point is 00:49:13 I walked out and she was, no matter who she was if she was a fan or didn't know who I was at all, I was going to tell that person. For sure. Like, be careful. I want to, I hope I get a DM from her being like, oh, especially after that's like, that was me. Yeah, that was me. Oh, I love that so much. And I was like, I'm so sorry. So now it's your time. Mine's poop related as well. So I love you on the same page. So last season, season one when we were filming, we were supposed to go get pedicures. And on the way I'm driving, I shit my pants. Not even getting all through my jeans. I got the flu and I didn't know. I had like felt weird. But it came out that end. And so I texted my producers and I was like, my car got a flat tire. And I can't make it. And they were like, oh, Okay. And then, like, later on, I confessed. I'm like, no, I shit my pants. I had to pull over to a gas station, find, like, a sweatshirt in my car to wrap around. And I couldn't put my pants back on. So I had to, like, just have the sweatshirt and run back out to my car. It was a nightmare. Okay, good. Because that just, I need to find this video. Oh, no, it's a video. Well, the video is, look at my shit. The video is of me coming out of my car and waddling to my house. No. Because this last night. This is actually so crazy. I'll have to.
Starting point is 00:50:19 bring my best friend Kat on to tell the full story of why I got sick to my stomach. My girlfriend called it the short walk of shame. Oh my gosh, that's amazing. I have. Is that a sweatshirt? Yeah. Oh, my gosh. Your waddle.
Starting point is 00:50:32 It was like, ah. That was me out of the gas station. But I had never shit my pants. No, I know. Same. Like, it just happened. I've always heard of people. I was getting into my car after lunch and she had told me something that made me sick
Starting point is 00:50:45 to my stomach. Okay. And my body reacts to like, yes. It was anxiety. Yeah. And I got in, and that happened, and I went, Kat, I blame you for this. And I was just, like, mortified. Luckily, I didn't have anywhere to be, and it wasn't, like, in a public situation.
Starting point is 00:50:58 Yeah. But, oh, my gosh. Could you imagine if it was. Also, I'm like, my poor G-Wagon. Yeah, no, like, that's what I was thinking about, actually. Like, are your seats okay? What color is your leather? The seat, it happened all my way into the car, so I sat on that sweater.
Starting point is 00:51:09 Oh, okay, good. And then did the charred walk of thing. Did it go through the jeans? Oh, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's bad. It's really bad. Anyone else? Anyone else want to share with the class out there?
Starting point is 00:51:19 But we're both open books, so this like works. Well, and my favorite is after all the confessions, like people always online are like, Me too. No way. Okay, so opens up a community, it's fine. So, yeah, it really does. It's tease and peace, thoughts, and pairs to the shitting your pants community, the shark community. We're with you.
