So Marisa Abella, you might know her from industry, brings Elizabeth Bennett to life.

Plus, you've got icons like Glenn Close, Bill Nye and Will Polter in the mix. Talk about a dream cast. Now, what I love is how Marissa pulls you right into Lizzie's world, her stubbornness, her wit, her messy family dynamics, and of course, her complicated feelings for Darcy. And with a vibrant new adaptation and original score by Grammy-nominated composer, it just feels so fresh and modern while still keeping that timeless Jane Austen charm.

Starting point is 00:01:43 So save the highlight reel for Instagram because when we're among Vino's, there's no filter. It's time to unwind. your host, Caitlin Bristow. I just got a Tesla. You did? Yeah, but I can't figure out how to charge it. Shut up. So I was parking in this garage, and I see there's an open spot.
Starting point is 00:02:04 I'm like, oh, my God, yeah. And so I'm trying to, like, do all the things. Yeah. I couldn't even figure out how to open the handle. So I feel like you could probably YouTube that. I'm hoping this one was just broken. Oh. Oh, like you've tried and it's not working.
Starting point is 00:02:18 Yeah, like I kept scanning my card, my phone, the app, everything. And then the more, so I'm like, well, hopefully the next one I go to, I figure out. Otherwise, I'm trapped in L.A. Wait, when did you get a Tesla? It came like two weeks ago. How fun. I love it. So worth it.
Starting point is 00:02:32 I drove my Mazda for like 12 years. And then I had to rent a car for like a month because the Tesla or the Teslas were like back ordered forever. Finally showed up worth every penny. Okay. That's so interesting. So in Nashville, they have like no charging stations. That is a problem, I think, depending on like where you live. Yeah, Nashville.
Starting point is 00:02:49 They have churches everywhere No electric cars anywhere We've got we've got Katie She puts the tea in Katie I love when you come on Because you literally text me You go nothing is off limits I was like that's a dream guest right there
Starting point is 00:03:03 That's a dream guest I'm an open book I love this I know you do Bring it on This is why I love you So I love that we have you in the flesh Face to face
Starting point is 00:03:12 So thank you for driving Here in your new Tesla I'm goodish bitch Tell me about everything Because you were saying, and I said, don't say that yet. Save it for the podcast. Now that you're single, you crave sex more than ever. Yeah, I don't know, like, what it is.
Starting point is 00:03:27 I'm sure there's some science behind that. Actually, I was going to say, like, I feel like my body's like, Katie, you're 31. You need to find a mate. I'm going to make you extra horny so that you feel extra motivated to match up with somebody. Have you been dating at all? Dating or going on dates. I feel like there's like a definition difference. That's true.
Starting point is 00:03:44 I have been playing the scene a little bit? Yeah. Like, I'm not really trying to. get into a relationship. I have, like, my life obviously has been chaos for the last two years. Yeah. So I need to just, like, take a beat and slow down and figure my shit out.
Starting point is 00:03:58 But obviously, like, dating is very fun. Dating is fun. Is it? Well, depends. I found it fun when I was single and dating. I actually loved it. I loved it. Um, dating 30 men at the same time.
Starting point is 00:04:12 Oh, that's just a different. Yeah. That's just, but are you enjoying it? I am. Yeah. Yeah. And it's fun because. As long as you're communicating very clearly, like, hey, I am not looking for a relationship right now.
Starting point is 00:04:23 It just kind of clears any, like, agenda or, like, expectations or pressure. And it just makes it that much better. Yeah. Don't you think it makes the guy kind of feel like, oh, you're down to fucking. Like, that's, like, it's true. Which isn't bad. I was like, well, I mean. No shame.
Starting point is 00:04:41 Yeah. No, I mean, it just means, like, look, like, we can have a great time. Yeah. Whatever that means, who knows. but just don't expect to like introduce me to your mom like I'm not trying to do that she's like I have got one foot out the door yeah don't get too comfortable you're like I just heard about that BDE and I just was BTF what was that Kim Kardashian quote you guys are not picking up what I'm putting down today big take energy well I got that part I just don't know the Kim K what Kim K what it's like it was she's so upset right now I'm going to pull this one up for you because I think you will know it um once you hear it because it's a trending sound.
Starting point is 00:05:19 From Kim Kay? Yeah. Yeah. That, her and Pete are done. That's right. Oh, God. What a big loss for the country. Devastated.
Starting point is 00:05:30 For everyone. You know, two big breakups of the years, Katie and John. I'm exhausted. And Kim and Pete. I'm just, I think I'm just, uh, Kardashian fatigue. I just can't with them anymore. Really? Oh, it's just a lot.
Starting point is 00:05:43 I'm just, I don't care anymore. Yeah. Is that terrible? But like, with the. family in general there's just so much i'm just like you know what can we just take a beat a little bit of a pause right now it's kind of like when trump was like tweeting there and it was all like heavy heavy news and i mean still is but i just need to like take i get it there a lot it's always something but that's why they're so smart no yeah i know it's all marketing and sure it's great
Starting point is 00:06:06 i'm still trying to find this in k sound do you think their relationship was marketing hmm i think that there seems to be some that's a thing oh it's a thing oh it's a thing Oh, for sure. Yeah. I have clients that have had arranged publicity relationships. Really? Oh, yeah. To promote a movie or because I have projects coming up and let's be seen together or photograph or do press together and get the rumors going. What happened to you and John? She's like, you know what? Now I'm here for the clickbaits. Okay. Now I'm just going to go there. No, I don't know what happened though. I really don't. What the hell happened with Johnny? Yeah. Well, here's what's great. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:44 It's been like over two months now. like I'm in such a good place to talk about it. Yeah. Had you asked me, like, the week of, I would have just cried. Really? And never stopped. Really? Yes.
Starting point is 00:06:54 Wait, I didn't know you were really upset about it. Oh, yeah. Oh, I'm sorry. I don't even know if you know that. I knew he dumped you. I think you told me that. But I actually thought you were kind of going to maybe dump him. So I thought, what?
Starting point is 00:07:06 No. Look, I bought this man a freaking travel van. I let this man quit his job. I was like, whatever you need me to be, I will be. Which, in hindsight, in hindsight, that's not healthy that's not good right you know no that's not but it is a little like offensive to be like damn like i gave you everything and you're still being like so how did he do it he just was over one day and like broke up so actually did you sense it
Starting point is 00:07:33 um so technically we actually broke up twice the first time no one knew about i mean obviously like our very close friends did and maybe like a week or two we kind of like worked through it and decided to get back together. So I thought we were golden. Because, you know, if you get back together after breakup, you're really, like, committing to whatever the situation is in the same place. And then it just, like, I think it was just unavoidable. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:58 We just, I don't know how it happened. Like, we just got on a conversation. And at one point, I just said to him, I was like, I know more reasons why you don't like me than why you love me. Wow. And that's a really shitty feeling. That is a shitty feeling. You know? And there's a, there's a lot of, like, give and take when it comes to a relationship.
Starting point is 00:08:15 But for me, the big tipping point, to this day will always piss me off. Oh, no. He said, you know, I just really need someone who can enjoy my passions and who wants to watch me surf, maybe learn surfing with me, da-da-da-da. I look at him and I go, you realize I jumped out of a plane. Yeah, you did for him. Three times twice solo, skydiving, to join him in his passions, eight hours of ground school, all these things to partake in his passions.
Starting point is 00:08:42 Yeah. And somehow that was completely ignored. Yeah. And like now we're focused on surfing. At that point, I knew nothing I did was going to ever be good enough. Yeah. So it was really a blessing in disguise because I think I would have, you know, we're such nurturing people, women especially.
Starting point is 00:08:58 I think I would have stuck it out a lot longer than I should have. So like now I'm in a very good place about it. Yeah. Then I was probably the saddest I've ever been. This was just a couple months ago. Yeah. Oh, it's so really fresh. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:10 But I'm great. Like. Yeah. That's good. I cried it out. Yeah. I went to Mexico. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:16 They say the best way to get over someone is to get under someone. She said it, not me. But. Nice. So you had a little Mexican rendezvous. Look, I'm just, I'm just in a good place. Yeah. You know, I just, I realize my worth.
Starting point is 00:09:29 I realize what I want. I feel in some ways, like, so free now. Because, you know, you're always walking on eggshells trying to be someone who's always so dissatisfied. Yeah. And then finally, I'm like, the only person I could please is himself. Mm-hmm. So put it intended.
Starting point is 00:09:42 in and out of the bedroom. The self-esteem must have been low when you were in the relationship. I wonder why. Why do you think that you were trying to do anything for him to please him and kind of I feel like you are a very self-aware person and I don't picture you losing yourself in a relationship. So what happened there? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:10:01 Like I think I was just a little bit maybe in denial at first, you know, it was such a big deal to date him so quickly after ending my engagement with like, you know. So already there was like a lot of. like public opinions about that situation. But I was like, he's worth it. And to this day, it's still a little confusing because since John and I got to know each other as friends, I was like, you knew who I was before we dated. So why is it that once we started dating, you started to question like, oh, I need someone
Starting point is 00:10:31 who's this. Well, I never said I was that. Right. You know, like, it just really caught me off guard and I just really put like all my eggs in one basket with this man. And I don't want to say I regret it because I think every relationship is a lot. lesson but it was just six months crash and burn yeah and that's wait six months is that how long it was yeah give or tape yeah it's so hard to yeah i feel like the you know one of the shitty things
Starting point is 00:10:55 about having some sort of platform is people's opinions and like on your relationship but they and i always say this it's perpetuated misogyny that they always think it's the woman's fault like you must have done something wrong for him to do that and you weren't enough and why is that like women do it america specifically, but in the world that America, I feel, like, hates women. Yeah. I mean, no, I get so many comments now that are like, you're 31 and single, like, something must be wrong with you.
Starting point is 00:11:21 Yeah. Why does something have to be wrong with me? Why is it that I just, I'm not going to settle? Yeah. Why is it that I'm just, you know, staying true to myself and I haven't found someone who's going to match that energy? Like, why is that such a bad thing? The tide's turning, thankfully.
Starting point is 00:11:34 It is. But still, it's, but it's heavy in the... Oh, yeah. The guys, it's always like, what did she do wrong? Oh, even me not being married but being engaged for a long time. It's like the comments are always, oh, it's her second engagement and Jason's still dragging his feet. There must be something wrong with her. It's like, what?
Starting point is 00:11:56 Julia Roberts, runaway bride over here. Don't trust her. I was about to do a movie quote and I know I read my audience and I said, I'm not. We would have fake laugh for sure. Give me it. I want to hear it. Julia Roberts. Julia Rob.
Starting point is 00:12:12 hurts. Do you know? From. Sorry. No, I want to know it. Cynthia, dead. Jesus died for our sin. Theas. What? You've done it. I know.
Starting point is 00:12:26 Do you know? Come on, you guys. Wait, what's it from? I know you've played this clip for me before. It's from, I probably have done this on a podcast before, and I probably didn't lend, and I don't know why I've tried to. I'm going again, especially today. No, it's from 22 Jump Street. Oh, well, that's why. It's Jonah Hill, he was so funny.
Starting point is 00:12:46 It was a great movie, but, like, people see it, like, one time. Remember, he was doing slam poetry? Yeah, screw you guys. Okay. So anyways. Yeah, public relationships up. Yeah, but is what I'm getting at. It's what I'm getting at.
Starting point is 00:12:59 No, I joke that I will hard launch on my wedding day for the next person I end up seeing. That's a good call. Yeah. Because they interpret everything you do. And sometimes they're right, but. Did John care at all about? social media or like what people thought of him on the internet sorry john you're not going to like my opinions but um it i think being on tv and gaining a platform does change some people and i was very
Starting point is 00:13:26 frustrated with how our breakup was handled after the fact because i do think he cares like what these strangers think about him and us and it was a little frustrating for me yeah because i'm like who cares what they think or like how they're interpreting this right i don't know if you No, but when I came out with my quote statement, it was literally like, statement. Yes, we are. Yeah, we are not together. We are not together. I was just, I was so annoyed of like having to cater to the public asking and making a statement and coming out.
Starting point is 00:13:55 And I was literally like cornered into a wall to like essentially come out quicker than I wanted to about it. And so I said, fine. And I write that sentence and I sent it and I was like, rip the bandit off. I don't care anymore. I'm so done. Yeah. Oh my gosh. And then did you go and read it after?
Starting point is 00:14:10 Ooh, I don't actually know If I wanted to hurt myself Is that bad? Oh, it gets... Reddit, and I asked you. If you want to cry, yeah, just go to Reddit. Yeah, if you want to feel like
Starting point is 00:14:22 the biggest failure, loser, piece of shit, we'll read about yourself on Reddit. Oh, I just did like a deep dive on like, Orcas. There's a good place in Reddit somewhere, but not The Bachelor or not. No, nothing about that.
Starting point is 00:14:37 Okay. But people are now questioning where you two stand. Are you friends? Yeah, or are you kind of getting there? Well, friendship-wise. Were you guys just hanging out? So when we broke up, we did all, like, us and our friends go to a fair together. And it was very fine.
Starting point is 00:14:51 It was whatever. But then, you know, like, the more time apart, the more of those things that were like cute and quirky and fun, the more like, you're annoying. Yeah. I don't know if I could swear on here. Okay, good. And so we definitely had a lot of like little, I don't know, tizzy's together. You would love to stay friends. Friends is a strong word, I think, that I wouldn't use for him at this time.
Starting point is 00:15:14 It's fair. That's very fair. We're on good terms. You know, he's paying me back for the van that I bought him. So thank you. Oh, that's good. For that. That's nice.
Starting point is 00:15:22 I offer to watch Dexter, who was just injured by another dog. He was? Yeah, because John's living that van life. And I was like, Dexter does not need to be in a van recovering from this dog attack. No, sweetie. But, yeah. Well, no, I'm not. I offered.
Starting point is 00:15:37 Oh, it didn't work out. Okay. I guess the short answer is like, we're okay. We're good enough. And so now did you find a place to live in San Diego? Yeah, I'm moving this week, actually. Which is going to be so great because also, I don't know how many people realize this. So when I was engaged to Blake, John actually helped pick out the apartment that Blake and I were supposed to live in together.
Starting point is 00:15:58 So this apartment just has like bad vibes. I won't even let any guy come to that place. I was like, this place is haunted. It's bad luck. There's too many like memories, you know, Blake's been there. John's been there. I'm so done with this apartment. Get me out.
Starting point is 00:16:14 You need to do that TikTok trend. And if this doesn't fly around with you, too, I'm quitting my podcast. You know how the TikTok is going on right now? It's like, burn it. Yeah. Don't just. Did I say stand there and look stupid? No, I said burn it.
Starting point is 00:16:29 That's what you should do about your. That's actually a really good idea. Yeah. I do know what you're talking about. So you're moving out of this spot in L.A.? San Diego. Oh. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:39 And you're moving to San Diego. You're staying in San Diego. Yes. That's awesome. Yeah. Oh, you love San Diego. Well, I've only been here a year. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:47 And I feel like it's too soon to leave. And I put so much effort to make connections, you know, outside of the show. Yeah. You know, I have a volleyball team now and my favorite restaurants and different people I've met in the city. Yeah. Yeah. And I've got done things like by myself now. And I just want to give myself like at least one more year to experience.
Starting point is 00:17:04 I love San Diego. I get it. It's great. Yeah. It's a beautiful place to live. All right, Venice. Let's talk about Hyundai for a second. Everything is better electrified, and Hyundai has the widest range of electrified vehicles on market,

You don't talk to Blake at all. No, I reached out to him initially. He did not respond and I just am respecting those boundaries. Okay. Yeah. I'm like, he's off doing something hanging out with freaking Natalie from, what's that shit?
Starting point is 00:18:31 Love is Blind or? Yeah. No, not Love is Blind. Yeah. It is Love is Blind. Yeah, yeah. Okay. So we don't care. No, and I know Natalie and personally I... Oh, yeah. You guys were friends.
Starting point is 00:18:41 Yeah. Reality TV people, we all just kind of are in the same pool of... It's like sister wives. Yeah. We really are in the same pool. I was just telling Katie about Wells and Sarah's wedding at my table. It was like Chris Souls, Nick Vile, Chris Harrison, Ben Higgins. Should have just added Sean Booth to the table and it would have been a party. And see, and this is where, like, reality,
Starting point is 00:19:05 he was missing because that would have just been great television. Oh, 100%. Bachelor needs to have other spin-off shows. Yes. Like competition shows. Well, they did it for a while. They had Bachelor Pad and Winter Games. Yeah, Winter Games didn't go over so well.
Starting point is 00:19:21 Bachelor Pad was so good, though. Was that like Big Brother? It kind of. It kind of was like Big Brother. It was so long ago. And the ending, I won't spoil it. It's such a, like, shocker moment. You could spoil it. I'm fine.
Starting point is 00:19:32 I like a spoiler sometimes. Well, like you won money. and if you were in a relationship and you ended maybe okay you could basically choose to share the money with your partner or take it all yourself but you guys had to have the same answers so the girl showed her answer first and agreed to share it and if you guys didn't have the same answer like let's say they both said take it then no one won so it was like yeah so she said share it and then he flipped it and he said take it which was so risky so shocking yeah and it was like a quarter million dollars and And he took it And I felt so Bad for her To this I'm literally getting goosebumps Is her name Rachel? Was her name Rachel?
Starting point is 00:20:13 Or is it somebody else? I don't remember her name It was so long ago But she did not deserve that It was so sad I was so sad I wonder like after the camera Then if he's like
Starting point is 00:20:22 Let's share it No Okay Yeah I don't think she wanted to even Speak to him after that I don't know And I think that might have been the last Season of that
Starting point is 00:20:30 It was It was such a good show It's good to end on the high note Yeah Because that was great television. If you're a fan. If they did another show, a dating show, would you do it? Oh, hell no.
Starting point is 00:20:41 Hell no. No. No. No. What about any dating show? No. I don't think so. I mean, I think reality TV can be fun, but dating reality?
Starting point is 00:20:51 No. Do you have a non-negotiable list for your next partner? Oh, I love that question. Oh, really? Thanks. Yeah, that's great. A non-negotiable? The Bachelor franchise, I am not dipping into that pool any.
Starting point is 00:21:04 anymore why everyone i don't want to generalize that much but it's a certain type you know what i mean it's a they're all to a certain extent either there's a certain type or the show changes them a little bit and then become a certain type and obviously yeah you said it but you know i've already done twice like yeah i just i'm not interested and like there's been some that have slid to my dms and just yeah but like in talking to them it's just like it's just like it's so trendy. Yeah. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:21:38 Can you tell us who? No, I don't want to, like, I will. You don't want to out there. I will respect their boundaries and privacy. Oh, hell no. Girl, I'd be screencharing that so fast and sending it to you. Wow. Hell.
Starting point is 00:21:50 Yeah, I knew you would. No. That's, okay, that's fair enough. You have to respect their privacy, but I can't wait for you to tell me after. So no one on Bachelor or reality TV in general. Yeah, is that a non-negotiable for you? I mean, I, I wouldn't say. that i just know for sure like the bachelor
Starting point is 00:22:07 franchise is we're just we're too like interchangeable everyone i feel like is like yeah it's too close it's too close i don't know i'm explain it yeah well are there is there anything else that you're like this is a hard no for me i feel like i'm like so open yeah like i what if he doesn't like cats okay that's obviously like a hard no
Starting point is 00:22:28 and a red flag like why yeah or doesn't like animals yeah that's even harder that is a monster Well, what if there's a guy, you hit it off great, maybe he's just not comfortable with cats, very allergic, would rather you'd not have one. I just don't think it would hurt. Wow, really? I can't see that for you. Yeah, like, John was allergic, and we lived together, and it's not how it works. So it's, you know, they have to compromise.
Starting point is 00:22:54 Yeah, I think that. Yeah, that's a line. So. Line in the sand. What would be your number one quality you're looking for in a partner? Ooh. By the way, you'd be alone, too, because that's good. I'm not saying this because you like have to find somebody.
Starting point is 00:23:06 I should say I'm actually very, very excited to be single. And I've been doing this thing where I'm like, quote, dating myself and taking myself out and going out alone. And some of the best things have happened when I have had the courage to just do something alone. And like so many fun memories. And so I really am just focusing on myself truly. Am I open to like finding someone? Sure. I hope so.
Starting point is 00:23:29 But it's just not a priority. Yeah. I love that. But they definitely have to be confident. I think that's a big, a big one, especially given, like, my background, it's really awkward to know that, like, oh, you dated 30 guys on TV and I could, like, watch that and, you know, and secure for sure. Yeah, so they definitely need to be, like, confident in whatever we have and itself, yeah. Confidences. Okay, let's say spilling the KT. I'm sure everybody always says that. I'm like, not that creative. But one of my favorite things about you is how nothing is off the table.
Starting point is 00:24:03 She's not afraid. Tell it like it is. So I'm like nervous now. Her face. Her little devil horns just popped out. She's reading there. What is the hottest tea you have right now? Ooh.
Starting point is 00:24:16 Hmm. You should have perhaps I could at least think about it. I know so much tea. Oh my gosh. Tell me. What? I don't want to be in. I don't know any tea.
Starting point is 00:24:23 No, see, the hard part is some tea is like you can share. And then some tea is like, you have to like say it without saying it. But then people who can like interpret it and then it can, you know? Well, I want to. I just want pipe and hot. Yeah, just straight up. Like fresh out of the kettle. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:38 A little bit of honey or not. Good tea. Yeah. And it could be tea about anything. Anything. Do you have tea? Oh. Yeah, I'm a bit dehydrated right now on the liquid.
Starting point is 00:24:50 You'd think I'd have some tea from this wedding I was just at, but I didn't see, because it was like, there's helicopters swirling around for paparazzi. Really? Yeah. But, I was stressful. Did you guys have to sign like an NDA? No. I think they just trusted us, but I'm the wrong one to trust when it comes to, like, leaking photos.
Starting point is 00:25:09 I, Jason was like, you can't post that. They have to wait for their Vogue to come out. Is she doing Vogue? Yeah. Oh, wow. No, I was like, we're taking a photo, and it was like all Bachelor people. And they're like, I was like, we're like, Vogue. I'm like, what fuck it, me.
Starting point is 00:25:27 Take notes. Take note. Yeah, I'm like, Vogue. Wow. Jeez. You know, I really fell in love with it. Derek F's wife. Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:25:35 Were they there? Yeah. Okay. Derek, in this weird roundabout way, is the reason I ever applied to be on the show. Why? So, I know. It's so random. Random.
Starting point is 00:25:45 I know. So I was a fan of the show just as a normal viewer. Yeah. I can't remember the first season I watched. It was a long time ago. Ashley's, Ashley Herbert at the time. Yes. And so anyway, I was also on Facebook because that was also active at the time.
Starting point is 00:25:59 Yeah. I was part of the Betches Facebook group, like the bachelor fan group and Derek used to be a moderator for it or like a group leader I don't know what they're called yeah and so I'd never really participated but one day I randomly commented and I was like hey I see they're still looking for contestants for math season doesn't that seem like a little late and he responded and he never engages with this group but he just so happened to respond to that comment and say yeah it's not it's not uncommon for it to be this late people can get picked like a week before filming da da da da da that you're wanting to apply you should and so i did and if it wasn't
Starting point is 00:26:35 if it wasn't for that because i truly thought it was like this is too late this ad is old or whatever it was that i was watching yeah that's crazy um i've never talked to him though i've always thought you should tell him like hey you should we've never met but because of you my whole life has changed yeah you should tell him that yeah they're i like those that uh him and his uh they're really awesome do you think bini t yet no Because I get so freaking hesitant Tea gets me in so much trouble And sometimes it's not worth my mental state
Starting point is 00:27:05 And I'm in a great mental state Okay, that's fair We don't want to your energy You did give some nice, I mean some tea Just talking about your relationship I mean that, yeah Those are unfiltered thoughts Yeah
Starting point is 00:27:15 Okay well let's bring back up the Nick drama for a second Did he reach out to you after that? Of course not Oh my gosh, I thought for sure Well actually that's not true What's the Nick drama? He's blocked so maybe he did But I doubt it
Starting point is 00:27:29 Tell him the next time. I'm sorry, just to catch me up. It's so dumb. It's so, it's so dumb. I was on a live on TikTok, which I thought was like a stupid little partner. And for like 60 seconds, I happened to mention that Nick is blocked for my phone. And I go, like, I kind of forget he exists. Like, which is, I think, a fair statement.
Starting point is 00:27:50 Like, there are people who are not in my life. Why would I remember that they are around, you know? Anyway, it was whatever. But it was screen recorded and then posted. And the amount of content it created from Nick's podcast, other podcasts, media outlet, Instagram account was wild. Yeah. Oh, wow.
Starting point is 00:28:08 Wild over this like literally 60 seconds. Oh, you're just saying he's blocked. Yeah. And so Nick. Oh, people were really dissecting it. What happened? Well, Nick especially. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:20 He took it to the pod. Him and his girlfriend spent, I don't know, 20 minutes I heard just. I don't really know, breaking it down, talking about it, whatever. And then here's, okay, here's tea. I found the tea that I'm happy to share. Okay. I'm happy to shit. Okay, we got some tea.
Starting point is 00:28:38 So let me give you the background. Little Miss Natalie is all up in arms over her man. Okay. Good for the girl. She decides, and Nick doesn't stop her, to read a text that I had sent in it, which was about my feelings of Greg, which was back during, like, when my season was Aaron. And he reads it or allows her to.
Starting point is 00:28:57 read it and on a podcast on a podcast a private text sent to knit as it some way to like i don't know destroy me who knows because i stand by everything i think like he read it i was like i've been saying that so like i don't know what kind of like aha moment that you thought that was or whatever but anyway the reason ironically that he is blocked is for sharing my text to somebody else and so it's just so funny just really drove the point home for you funny that he right was like well that's crazy they're like he didn't I don't think he knew the reason I don't I don't know yeah we hadn't spoke about it and he tried to like defend himself and I'm like you don't why do you care yeah yeah but um okay so there's a T that the reason he is blocked is for invading my privacy and sharing my text a year ago and then here he is doing it on like a huge platform his girlfriend sharing his texts yeah yeah oh gosh okay crazy fair yeah no no it's I'm like, well, you just, like, I feel very validated. Thank you for that.
Starting point is 00:30:02 Thank you for all the validation. I never needed. Yeah. Crazy. Yeah. And look, I'm going to say it right now. Nick's a freaking politician with a Bachelor nation and everyone knows it. That's why he doesn't like to text.
Starting point is 00:30:14 He likes to call people so that people can't do exactly what he did to me, which is share what he's saying. It's, it's true. You heard it here first. Oh, okay. He's political, like playing the game. Like, he's just a politician. You know, yeah, like, those people are just like doing whatever's best. for them and them only and doing whatever it needs to happen to that work.
Starting point is 00:30:32 Even if that means you're going to be dragged. Yeah. Like I'll probably be dragged after this. Oh, shit. Oh, I get dragged on everything. Oh, sure deal. That's because you read Reddit, though. So you, okay, I'm careful.
Starting point is 00:30:43 Okay. Like, I know when to read it and why not to do it. I like to read it when it's not about me because they're actually very funny people. There's some hilarious people. When they're happy, when they're happy and not judgmental. You just told me, it's the darkest most evil. I never, I've never even been. told Katie this. I've never read a Reddit article about me. I've never searched, but what I've
Starting point is 00:31:04 seen is screenshots people have taken and said, look how funny this is. And somebody said, like, what a shitty data have eyeballs. And I was like, I recycle that line all the time now. I'm like, that is funny. No, I, and it's so interesting because I actually think I would get along with Reddit people for the most part. Yeah. But when it's about me, I really do try to avoid it because I've worked so hard to get to this happy little mental space that I'm in. Oh, it took two years, but I'm here. Good. I'm here.
Starting point is 00:31:35 I'm thriving. Yes, I have arrived. I have arrived in my happy bubble. Oh, that's nice. Yeah, I've seen you go through some real ups and downs. Yeah. That's why I wouldn't do it again. Like, I'm, it's fair.
Starting point is 00:31:48 It took so much to get to this exact moment of this life. Well, that's nice. It only took you two years. It took me about five. Yeah. What does this mean? It said, did. Greg actually reach out to KB to ask about Katie like he's claimed.
Starting point is 00:32:02 What does that mean? You remember how you told me, because I knew it was true, that he had reached out to you to ask. Oh, yeah. Oh, he reached out, yeah, to ask if you were engaged. Oh, yeah. He did do that. Shit, I was reading this being like, I don't know what she's talking about, but I was thinking, like, recently. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:20 When the season was airing. Yeah. Yeah, Greg reached out to me and said, yeah. And said, yeah. And you know, here's the, like, That's cute. Here's the crazy part. So we're not supposed to talk to each other after the show.
Starting point is 00:32:33 No one is. Like, that's the rules, right? But I do think had Greg and I had the opportunity to have a private DM conversation, just, like, no cameras, no producers, no whatever. I feel like everything could have been very different. And I don't mean that romantically. I just mean, like, at AFR, it was very intense. there's still like this like chaos anytime i literally like burp the word gregg like the internet explodes it's insane yeah but it is really unfortunate because i just feel like i'd really believe
Starting point is 00:33:05 we had a private talk yeah slid into the dms which i will say i kind of wonder if he did i've never asked obviously him and i don't talk but you know how when you click on someone and there's a message and it says like accept the message so i happen to click the message this is a long time ago and it said accept message, but there was no message there, which meant he had sent it. Yeah. If I want to, there could be a glitch. I'll give him that. Yeah. Of course, I've never, I've never asked him. There ain't no glitch. I look. I don't know. I'm just saying it's just I, I, I hate all the negativity that continues to surround the conversation of Katie and Greg. And so like I'm done. I'm not going to say anything about him. Yeah. At the end of the day, I knew him for a very short
Starting point is 00:33:47 Yeah. Totally. You know? But I always do wonder, like, what would have happened if him and I would have just broke in the rules a little bit. Yeah. Had a little chit chat. Yeah. Right before we were then filmed and it could have just been this like very peaceful like. It would have been so different. You know?
Starting point is 00:34:02 Yeah. That's not good television. But that's really boring television. That's why they don't want you to do it, you know? Yeah. Are you watching this season? Um, I am. I'm a little bit behind. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:11 It's a little tough to watch because there's, I don't mean that as a diss to anybody. No, I know. It's just you got two women. Yeah. Multiple love stories. It's already hard to tell a whole story with one lead and 30 guys. Now you're trying to, like, do this, like, two-for-one deal. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:25 It's just, I just feel bad for everybody who is going through this does not have, like, the full real experience, especially Rachel and Babby. Yeah, I agree. Are you watching, Love? I'm not. Oh. I know. Yeah, I need to.
Starting point is 00:34:40 Catch up. No, one of my favorite things in the world was when you tried to do a Bachelor in Paradise Recap and you had a no fucking idea. Oh, you just like fake it? It was hilarious. I just called them out. I was like, you want to do something else? You want to talk about something else?
Starting point is 00:34:53 Say, have you ever heard of my podcast? Like, it's like my 50th time I've been on. It's like, you know what I do, right? Well, it was a recap episode. Yeah. So he was like trying to. Oh, no. It was basically like when I tried to make these jokes with you guys.
Starting point is 00:35:06 Yeah, it went over like a fart in church. Anyway, the follow up time that I was on, I redeemed myself a bit. I was like a historian for Bachelor. You, it was complete redemption. I had notes and everything. Yeah, he had, and he knew everybody and everything and it was. I got super into it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:22 Life Hacks. There are some great YouTube channels that will summarize it 20 minutes or less. Oh, break it down for me. Really? Yes. I didn't know that I should do. I don't want to like it. I'm watching commercials and two hours.
Starting point is 00:35:34 It's a two-hour show. Then you got like 20 plus minutes of commercials and a lot of just like miscellaneous animals. I like to live tweet journey. I mean, no, I get it from from you and me. Like I get it. But like someone who has to recap it but didn't watch it. That's fair. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:35:48 I'll be doing that. Yeah, now you know. This episode of Off the Vine is brought to you by Progressive. insurance. Lodi have progressive insurance? I don't, but you should now. You're going to want to after you hear this. So do you like to multitask? Love it. Okay, great. It's overwhelming, though. Okay. Starting point is 00:37:07 Prices vary based on how you buy. It's hard to follow these love stories. Like I just watched the hometown date. And I was like, so. invested in this one and then it swapped and then it was um gabby's turn and then i was like oh right okay now i got get invested in this relationship like i was just so into that one and now i have to flip and then they go back to her and it's just it's a lot yeah i it's hard i don't think people are like as invested because they're like i just got to know him and we are at hometowns now it's tough to get
Starting point is 00:37:42 invested yeah and in it because it's so flippy floppy um do you think they'll do a two bachelor i mean i don't i just feel like they should just To make it fair. Don't you think Mike Johnson and Peter Krause would be perfect? Okay. I definitely would vote yes for that. Yeah. I really do.
Starting point is 00:38:01 Or a Tyler Cameron. Yeah, he'll never do it though. Hashtag Hey, Tyler Cameron. Tyler Cameron would be the perfect bachelor. The girls would do anything for him for the producer. Like, that's what, it's a producer dream. These girls will literally be like, I will stout a bitch. If I need to.
Starting point is 00:38:23 Yeah. If that means I get the one-on-one, I will do it. Oh, cut a bitch. The power. Yeah. Tyler Cameron. Yeah. He's out in demand.
Starting point is 00:38:29 Oh, yeah. I mean. All right. He's freaking six four. He's a giant. Beautiful. I've seen him. So kind.
Starting point is 00:38:39 Do you think he's a 10? I guess, like, textbook, like, sure. He's a 10, but he's from Jupiter, Florida. I'm good. He's a four. Sorry. It's just not, I like a little bit more spice. I think he's just like,
Starting point is 00:38:52 a beautiful white dude. Yeah. I mean, that's Bachelor. Exactly. He's a really good looking. He looks like an Abercrombie model. I'm sure he was at some point.
Starting point is 00:39:01 So does Mike Johnson. I think he's really beautiful. Mike would be great. People have been wanting that for a while. People have been wanting Mike Johnson for a long time. Yeah. I just feel like they did the whole thing where they're like, look,
Starting point is 00:39:12 we did what society is telling us to do, but now we're going to go back to the old ways again. Yeah. Yeah. Which, because that's, well, rumor has it. It could be named. Oh, yeah, Nate.
Starting point is 00:39:24 Oh, yeah, I love Nate. Yeah. He's a little bit of a scandal following him around, though. So it depends. What's the scandal? He was dating two girls at the same time. He was a boy. And he dated one girl for a year and a half and never told her about his daughter.
Starting point is 00:39:36 Now, I don't know if this is true. This is coming from a girl who... Allegedly. It's all allegedly, but I don't want to not believe her. Yeah. No, I believe her. Yeah. I just don't know, like, the story.
Starting point is 00:39:48 Like, why? Or, like, you know, and I don't know. I think I'm just so, like, unforemed. by boys. I'm like, of course he's a boy. They all are. Like, I don't know. That's fair. It sucks because, like, I obviously am always going to be like, yes, another Black Bachelor. Let's make it happen. And it's just really unfortunate that this story is kind of following him around now. And I don't know how they're going to handle it. If, again, rumors, I don't know. Yeah. When I saw Mike Fly standing up for him on Twitter, I was like, oh, they probably want him to be The Bachelor. Yeah. Well, and, you know, they were looking for, you know, single moms, whether it was like for Michael or for Nate. I don't know. But maybe. the dad so have you seen any of the san diego boys out and about there uh because logan i heard was a big boy in san diego oh i've talked to logan actually really i just i just reached out to him
Starting point is 00:40:32 when i saw one of his posts talking about like mental health yeah i think i just always will have a soft spot no matter what your edit was no matter you're the villain if you talk about mental health i'm going to reach out and be like are you okay yeah like if you like just know that what you're feeling is very normal we all go through it he did a post about mental health yeah it was a pretty lengthy one but he seems okay yeah but i don't know him to know him to Like, is this his normal way of talking or is he still a little, like, scarred or whatever? Yeah, he just got a tough edit, but I still, when I broke it down, I talked to Charlene and when we broke it down, we were like, is he a villain? Like, not really. Oh, he wanted both women. Shame on him. Sue him. It's a hard, yeah, it's a hard thing for everyone to navigate, which is why I just hope they never do this double bachelor ever again.
Starting point is 00:41:17 Yeah. I don't think they will. I don't think they will. Have they ever had a bachelor or bachelor that had children? children? Yes. Oh, they have? Jason. Jason Mezzanick. Oh, cool. Okay. And he was successful in his, well, dumping his final choice and then going with his runner up Molly, but they are now married. They're actually in Washington.
Starting point is 00:41:37 Yeah. They've been together forever. They have a daughter together. Oh, and so he had kids previously. He had a boy, a little boy, who's now like seven feet tall. It's crazy. Yeah. People's children aging makes me feel old.
Starting point is 00:41:49 Same. Like, what? No, I saw a little girl that. is not little um a girl i used to teach dance to and she was like three and now she like is drunk at a bar hot right hot and drunk at a bar it's so weird i want to do okay if you can make a mount rushmore of past bachelor contestants would it be that's cool how many okay like five people are about to judge me how many faces are out of four four faces yeah every time i say something so uneducated i get so same zies um but i also only know because i went there once twice i'm thinking now rush more toys
Starting point is 00:42:28 it's so weird it's okay men women anyone oh okay your favorite four of all time my favorite yeah okay katelyn obviously and i no i have dms to prove that okay i was i was like cute little speaker fan yeah she was it's actually really sweet yeah yeah okay so that's one katie um matt james yeah he deserves the platform yeah um okay so now Oh, you know what? I love Claire. Claire deserves the platform as well. Really?
Starting point is 00:42:54 Okay. Yep, yep. And then let's put them. This isn't like, okay, let's just be close. These aren't like favorite, but I'm just, who's face is deserving of this? I like that. Okay. Rachel Lindsay.
Starting point is 00:43:09 Oh, that's a good one. Yeah. I fucking love me some Rachel Lindsay. I don't want to spice it up. They're like Colton Underwood in there. I saw him today. Oh, you did. Not on purpose.
Starting point is 00:43:19 Oh. Yeah, and absolutely not. Yeah, thank you. I feel like he's just probably like a little out of the like loop, but yeah, absolutely not. And like chrysal's. Yeah. Okay. Now you're just wrong.
Starting point is 00:43:31 Oh, okay. How much wine have you had? He's like for Mount Rushmore crystals, Colton Underwood. So white boy, white boy, it looks the same and no. Jesse Palmer. Oh, yeah, Jesse Palmer. Oh, and then who's one that everyone hated? Who was the guy?
Starting point is 00:43:44 Juan Pablo. I want a scandalous Mount Rushmore. It was so weird. Jason and I were. driving back from the winery today and we're like driving through somewhere to get here and I was like, fucking Colton's right there. He was just like walking down the. On the highway. He was like walking down a mountain that we were driving through. Oh. And I was like, no, because have you met? Yeah. Yeah. So he was and Jason and him were like, we're tight and then
Starting point is 00:44:14 kind of went through some drama. But we were like driving and he was walking and I just was like, It took me a second for my brain to process And I was like, let's Holton And then Jason was like, oh shit And then he's like, well, we should turn around and say hi And I was like, nah Nah He's fine
Starting point is 00:44:28 We just kept driving That's because I was already late though today Because my Time zones If you were asked to go on family feud You needed two men and two women To play with you From Bachelor World
Starting point is 00:44:38 Would you choose Two men and two women Okay, so I'm trying to think of really smart people Which is hard because There's not a lot that You know, shows that when we're filming No. I'm like on the spot.
Starting point is 00:44:51 Quick wit, too, for family feud. Okay, yeah, Michael A for sure. Yeah. Like, that was my first, like, that was just Michael A. Yeah. I'm trying to think, like, who in the show, like, the franchise known for being just so smart. I like that one. Oh, that's actually a good one, too.
Starting point is 00:45:06 Yeah. Okay. So my two guys are gone. Okay. Two really smart women. I would pick Rachel Lindsay again. I was just about to say Rachel Lindsay. Okay.
Starting point is 00:45:14 Yeah. Great. I like that. No offense, but I'm not to thank Caitlin Brist. No. No, no, you don't. I'm like, who's smart? I'm looking at Caitlin.
Starting point is 00:45:20 Keelan, you know what they said? Anyone in the image? Anyone at all. I'm like, pick someone. They could be standing right in front of you. I don't know. No, I actually have played family feud twice, and I'm really good at it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:32 Yeah. Our team won both times. Who's on your team? Andy Dorfman, me, Jade. Oh, Ashley I. I got my fourth one. It's from the archives. little bit.
Starting point is 00:45:48 Ashley Spivey. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. She reads a lot of books. She'd be great. I feel like people who read a lot of books are smart. Yeah, but Family Feud isn't about smart. It's about, knowing the masses. It's kindergarten answers.
Starting point is 00:46:04 Kindergarten, it's about how fast you can answer. Well, you know, I'm sick of the answers. Well, I did, he must be a millionaire, and I did pretty good. You did? She's still not going to pick you. I'm just shocked that she did that. You're trying to sell it so hard. You need someone that has like a podcast.
Starting point is 00:46:23 Wait. Entrepreneur. Who's been on. Who wants to be a millionaire? Wait, okay. I will first say, I don't have a college degree. Me either. I was going to ask.
Starting point is 00:46:32 I don't either. I don't. I lied on my application and said I did. Really? Yeah. Wait, on your bachelor application? I think so. Why?
Starting point is 00:46:40 I don't give shit about that. I don't, I was just really upselling myself as a contestant. So I don't know Then there was me I was like the honest Canadian I was answering everything so honestly They're like have you ever Had feelings for another woman
Starting point is 00:46:54 And I was like Still do Yeah They love that Yeah And the therapist at the time I think they fired her Because she was like
Starting point is 00:47:02 It was so legit But she was like Don't tell them Oh She like protected From something That's true I mean
Starting point is 00:47:10 We won't go there But yeah There are certain things You have to keep close to your heart Yeah. For your own personal way. Oh, because they don't want to risk. You just want to be taking advantage of or like, yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:20 No, but producers wouldn't want that because they don't want Kately. They would want that, but the therapist was trying to protect. Imagine bringing this past lover to crash a date, like, great television, like, not great for my mental health. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, bringing like your lesbian lover. Yeah. Oh. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:37 What advice would you give to people that are listening right now on how to get into their happy bubble place where you're at right now? What kind of things did you do to take care of your. yourself. So whatever is causing you pain, whether that's following something, like strangers or friends, you have to be okay, blocking it, deleting it, blocking it, remove it. Like, I know that sounds so obvious, but like, if you're having, like, issues with how you feel about your body and then you're following all these, like, accounts that are making you feel that way, why are you following that? Yeah. You know, so. Did you go on a muting spree? Blocking spree? I've deleted. I've blocked. I've muted. I think there was a time where I unfollowed a lot of Bachelor accounts. And then
Starting point is 00:48:15 the ones that I do enjoy, I like let them, like, hey, I'm unfollowing you, but don't take it personally. And actually, Michelle just did that. Yeah. That was shared recently. Yeah. So it's really unfortunate, but there's a lot of, I think, mental recovery after being on the show that you really have to remove yourself from just actual content, you know?
Starting point is 00:48:33 And then I think the biggest thing that I've accepted, especially being introduced to, like, so many strangers is if someone doesn't like me, I cannot take it personally because there's a pretty solid chance if you don't like me i bet i probably wouldn't have liked you either so it's actually a mutual benefit to just cut the connection of whatever that it's whether you're hate follow me like please unfollow you know and just not to take it personally yeah so now i'm just really embracing me and like what i want to do what i believe in what i want to say and i'm not trying to like overthink what stranger you're saying or the internet was it mostly mostly to do with uh social media your mental health oh social media is huge
Starting point is 00:49:13 Yeah, because everything you do, it's like 10 people love it and then 10 people hate it. And then you're so focused on the 10 people that hate it. Not even 10. It can be one. It can be one freaking person that could kill your vibe despite the hundreds of compliments about the same thing. Yeah. It's hard. But I think I've definitely gotten better.
Starting point is 00:49:32 Yeah. Reddit helps. It numbs. It makes me less sensitive. It really does so because they're just exposure therapy. That's actually. Yeah. perfectly described what I'm doing.
Starting point is 00:49:45 Yeah. Yeah. Thank you to the Reddit community. I appreciate you. Yeah. Ripping me to shreds. Yeah. Hey, you know what?
Starting point is 00:49:53 They ripped me to shreds too, and I would also like to thank them. Thank you. It made me stronger. Yeah. They're their own little community. Good for them. That's nice. What is next for you?
Starting point is 00:50:04 What's... Hmm. Well, how do I say this? What I would like to do next? Yes. I would love to start my YouTube channel. Yes. I would love to start a podcast.
Starting point is 00:50:13 Yes. Well, you had a podcast, didn't you? So before I was ever on the show, I did, like, TikTok stuff. The title was that I built this great little, and that's really what I'm trying to do. Yeah. Regardless of what direction I can go and, you know, there's certain processes in place to, like, do what I can do. I'm ready to find my people. Yeah. I was handed, you know, a million people from the show.
Starting point is 00:50:35 And thank you to the show for that. Thank you to the followers. Like, you guys are great. Mm-hmm. But then they are like, you're not the batch of that. anymore you're not like fiance and suddenly it shifts and it's like these people liked me for a moment
Starting point is 00:50:50 of time for the wrong reason and it was because I was a bachelor on TV you know and I and that was fun that's great I'm ready to find my yeah I'm tired of of being myself and getting the state because they don't believe in like political opinions my moral
Starting point is 00:51:05 whatever it is and I'm just ready to find my people and I think the only way I'm going to be able to do that is kind of starting fresh yeah with podcasts and just start from zero and just people who want to join that can and if you don't then don't i think that's the nice thing about podcasting and youtubeing is that's a lot of time that people would have to spend with you if they didn't like you so then either way it's like a win-win because you're like you just subscribed for an hour to me um thank you yeah but like the people who want to be in your community
Starting point is 00:51:34 that's where they're going to show up like i can't even describe the community of binos like i'm sure your face like lit up second you said it like it's like They are. They are. That little community is, I feel like my family. They're nothing little about that community. It's a big old community for a bunch of my little weirdos. And I just, yeah. And that's what I want. I just want to find my people now and really move on from the last two years of the show. Yeah. You will. So what would we see under you? Well, I don't know. Like, it would just be kind of like literally like me talking. Yeah. You know, but in a more like deeper, like, here's my opinion. I used to do lives for about 90s. hour and people would stay on them all night and we would just chat I don't know people just enjoy hanging out I think that's maybe that's what it is I think I really enjoy catering to to a
Starting point is 00:52:24 community like right now people's mental health is so impacted by what's happening people are feeling lonely and I would just like I don't want to be some elite person that they view is like not obtainable I want to be viewed as like their online friends you are good at that I tune in to those lives. Oh, do you? Yeah. A little secret stalker she never tells me. Sometimes I do.
Starting point is 00:52:48 Well, I love when people go live. And I think that's kind of part of it. Like, you just feel so, like, close. Like, you're hanging out with them. And you're like, oh, this, like, it's not forced. It's like, they didn't try and put on this story where it was like this and practice and redone it. You're like, just what you see is what you get. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:53:04 I love that. My editor is raw. Raw. Raw. Real reality. I don't know if anyone. for this, but do you have a confession for us before we go? I'm going on a date.
Starting point is 00:53:21 When I leave here. You are? Yeah. With who? And how are you finding these guys? Dating apps? Oh, this one was in person. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:53:28 The dating apps. So I am on Raya. Yeah. Trash. Really? Sorry. Yeah. I was like a sponsor or anything.
Starting point is 00:53:34 No. They can be if they won't. But the one thing I like is that you can't, like, screenshot, like, our conversation or the app. or whatever for Don, which appears feeling bad for the man. But he was on, I think, Bumble and his profile ended up on Reddit.
Starting point is 00:53:49 And I was like, I would die. I do not want people dissecting my profile. I don't want people sharing my secrets. So it was a bonus about Raya, but Raya's track. Okay. So just someone I met in person. Not that's nice. Wait, where did you meet this person?
Starting point is 00:54:02 Yeah. Like Trader Joe's? It was actually on one of the nights that I went out by myself. I'll just say that. I love that. Yeah. Yeah, so it was really cool because I went there, like, by myself,
Starting point is 00:54:12 I ended up hanging out lots of girls, like, just like, literally, here's my advice, anyone who's thinking of going out alone. Own it. Go out, and then you see a group that you want to, like, talk to, just be so honest and be like, hey, I came here alone tonight. Do you mind if I stand with you? Do you mind if I sit with you? You know, if I talk to you.
Starting point is 00:54:27 And more often than not, people are going to be like, oh, yeah, come on over, you know? I rejected somebody the other day who did that. Well, okay. But he was like a creepy man. He was like a creepy. I said absolutely not much. Yeah. You can't.
Starting point is 00:54:43 Well, it's creepy dude. You was a creepy dude, though. Okay. Well, you know, I said more times than not. Yeah. We can't win them all. Yeah. But that's so sweet.
Starting point is 00:54:52 Yeah. And that's what you know. But as I mentioned, no one take this out of context. I am not trying to be in our relationship. No. I am going on date. I am not dating. And where are you guys going?
Starting point is 00:55:05 L.A., San Diego. I don't want to give too much details. Okay, fine, fine, fine. Because, listen, the internet is so smart. They will start dissecting. They are smart. They'll be like, oh, she tagged herself at Alafonte. Who else tag themselves?
Starting point is 00:55:16 You know, whatever. They will go down a deep dive. They'll find them. Yeah, they will. Like I said, I'm hard launching on my wedding day. Yeah, but this guy, he's not even like a public figure of any sort. I'm not answering any questions. I need specific.
Starting point is 00:55:29 Is he Latino? I cannot disclose anything for this time. His name is Miguel Gutierrez. Okay. Can we get off this podcast so you can tell me. Who the guys are that slitting your DMs and who you're going on a date with. Oh, there's a one big DM, though, that I was like about after. Okay.
Starting point is 00:55:45 Like, really. But I. Oh, that's cool. Yeah. Privacy. Yeah. You don't want to Nick Bile. Okay.
Starting point is 00:55:55 Well, thank you for driving out here. I'm being on the pod. I'm excited for YouTube and podcasts for you. I feel like that will be you're going to find your little community. Yes. And you're just going to be. their little queen. Well, I don't want to be
Starting point is 00:56:10 anyone's queen. I just want to be their friend. Oh. That's so nice. I was like, I want to be. I want to be their leader. I want to be their queen and their leader. And their friend.
Starting point is 00:56:23 Yeah. And their friend. Yeah. It is. It turns into like a little family. It's quite nice. It's quite nice. But thank you. And where are people going to be able to find
Starting point is 00:56:31 YouTube podcast? YouTube is already available to subscribe to. Oh, what is it? It is YouTube.com slash Katie Thursday show. Okay. There's nothing there at this time. But be the first, because then you'll see. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:56:43 Yeah. Well, I'm following my processes and procedures, see what I can and cannot do, hoping for the best. So they extended your contract. I did not say that. I did. But what I'm saying is, you know, you've got to respect the rules of, you know. Yeah, I do know. Of life.
Starting point is 00:57:04 I do know. Oh, network. We'll wait and see. We almost didn't get to do this. I know. I'm so glad we did. I'm so glad we did. Okay, let's turn this off so we can. Okay.
