Okay, let's talk about the original enemies to lovers story.
Before all of our reality TV couples, before the rom-coms, we binge,
there was Elizabeth Bennett and Mr. Darcy in pride and prejudice.
And Audible has just dropped a brand new original that will have you completely hooked, I am.
It's not just any audiobook.
This is a full cast performance.
So Marisa Abella, you might know her from industry,
brings Elizabeth Bennett to life.
And Harris Dickinson from Baby Girl and Where the Crawdads sing is Mr. Darcy.
And honestly, the chemistry, you guys, it's everything.
Plus, you've got icons like Glenn Close, Bill Nye and Will Polter in the mix.
Talk about a dream cast.
Now, what I love is how Marissa pulls you right into Lizzie's world, her stubbornness, her wit, her messy family dynamics,
and of course, her complicated feelings for Darcy.
And with a vibrant new adaptation and original score by Grammy-nominated composer, it just feels
so fresh and modern while still keeping that timeless Jane Austen charm.
So whether it's your first time experiencing Pride and Prejudice or you've read it a million times, you're going to fall absolutely in love all over again.
So go listen to Pride and Prejudice now at audible.ca slash Jane Austen.
We're on with OTV.
Podcast One Presents Off the Vine, Grace Therapy.
Caitlin Bristow's going to answer your questions.
Drink to your confessions and hear what you have to say about anything Bachelor.
Let's shake it up some more.
Here's Caitlin.
Today on the podcast, I have someone who truly does it all.
You really do.
A wife, mom, lifestyle guru, who always has the best advice on what to buy, what to cook, what to wear, and how to properly adult.
You likely know her from her Instagram at Living with Landon, YN, yes, and her website, livingwithlandin.com.
Or you might have even had the chance to visit her store right here in Nashville.
And today she's here to share her tips and tricks and tell us a little more about her.
herself and how she became the go-to source of advice.
Please welcome to the podcast, Landon, Hutchinson.
I panicked.
I panicked.
No, no panic.
Thank you for being here.
It's usually the first name gets screwed up.
So you nailed it.
Nailed it.
Landon, that was going to be my name if I was a boy.
That was my name if I was a boy.
Really?
And now I love it for a girl.
I know.
My grandmother was the one that came in after my mother had me.
And she was like, oh, a girl.
You know, in the 70s, they don't know what they're going to have.
Right.
And she was like, well, let's put a Y where that O is.
Really?
Mm-hmm.
See, I love it.
It's like, and it's really, it's, yeah, it's, well, I hated it.
Growing up.
Absolutely.
I wanted to be like, Jennifer, Michelle.
I wonder if anybody loves their name growing up.
I don't, yeah, I don't know, right?
I did.
That's good.
I actually did because I didn't think there was a, there wasn't a lot of Caitlin's in my, in my grade or like, I don't know.
Caitlin was like kind of a rare name.
growing up. Now, not so much, but it was. So I don't know. I think I liked that. Yeah, I was about
15 when I started liking it, maybe in high school, because then you want to be different.
Where did you grow up? Florida, South Florida. Okay. And when did you move to Nashville?
About six years ago. From Florida. No, actually, I'm a gypsy. Okay. We've been everywhere.
Yes. So my husband and I grew up in South Florida, and then we moved to Seattle.
Yeah, because you guys met in the eighth grade, right? Yes. Adorable. We were 14. That's adorable.
And now we're 42. So it's like he had.
no facial hair. Now he has gray hair. Oh my gosh. I love that. You see the full thing. You really have
seen it all. Yeah. Oh, I always get jealous of those situations. I'm like, I've known mine for a
year and I'm 34. I've had a lot of boyfriends. Oh, gosh. I know. And then I'm maybe more jealous of
like you having the experiences. Same thing with people wishing they had a different name.
Or hair color or something. We all just do this to ourselves all the time. Okay, so you move to Seattle,
you said? Yes, Seattle. He played in the NFL for 12 years.
no way yes so uh wait i think i did know that when i was doing my research yes i did
so he was uh he went to michigan university of michigan and then was drafted by the seahawks
in the first round so that was crazy and exciting so we went from south florida all the way to
seattle and i remember on draft day they were like we're going to seattle and i'm like where the
hell seattle i mean i literally was like i haven't gotten out of south florida like i don't
know it's all the way over on the west all the way couldn't have picked a further place so
Seattle for five years, had our daughter there, and then moved in the wonderful world of football
where you wake up and look on ESPN on the ticker tape and they tell you where you're going.
Right.
So Minnesota.
Oh my gosh.
So we're getting a little closer to Canada.
Okay.
Yeah.
And we lived there for seven years, had her son there.
And then it was like, all right, now what?
And so we got to Nashville and he took a one to two year deal depending on.
And he was like, I'm damn tired.
Yeah.
And so he retired.
And we fell in love with it here and we just kind of stayed.
Oh, that's great.
Yeah.
That must be.
It's hard to be the wife of an athlete.
And I don't like to say that that's what you were.
For sure.
I know what?
No, no, no.
I have so many other things going on.
No, but you know what?
I was.
I so much was and I own that.
And I was like, that's my job.
Like I'm going to.
Well, you've really made your own career out of, you know, you were able to do something while
being all over the place.
And you've really succeeded with that.
But it's funny because, yeah, but this is a new found.
venture for me. It's only a couple
years old and I think everything
I did, you know,
with him and being in that position
and taking care of my home. I just had to teach
myself to get domestic.
And I enjoyed those kind of things.
And then you made a career out of it. Then I, here we
are. I love that. Oh my gosh.
It's funny what life sets you up
for. It's just everything
you know, and I'm not going to take away from how hard
that must have been though, but every, it's nice
that you channel that into something.
It's how you go about it. Like there are
plenty of girls that married for the wrong reasons.
Of course.
And also we're like, oh my God, I don't get to do anything.
You know, it's always about him and things like that.
And I was never resentful of any of it.
I was like, you know what?
I'm going to run this damn house.
I'm going to have these damn kids.
Everybody's going to be clean.
I'm going to keep my ass tight.
You got to keep the girls.
I mean, they line up.
They line up.
So I was like, I'm going to do all these things.
I'm going to own this job and this time and love it.
And quite honestly, I was happy.
I was really, really content.
and I wanted to be a mom and I wanted to be a wife and do it really well.
And so I did.
And then all those things that I did leading up kind of, like I said, set me up for maybe what I'm doing now.
Yeah.
And I love that you own that because I dated a hockey player and I did not.
I had the pity party.
And I felt that I had no life.
Yeah.
When I could have, I could have.
You can get lost in the shadow because it's always like, oh, they're Steve's wife.
Yeah.
You have to be okay.
And that's what I meant when I said that when I was like,
and the wife of an athlete I was like oh that's not what you are but like you know what I mean because I've I've been there but I was in Germany so that was a little trickier sure I didn't feel like I could be domestic at all because I couldn't even read the ingredients on a bag of flour right I had the US going for me but that's about it and I was there in a time where I like I just had like a little side phone that only worked off Wi-Fi and I like it was like an iPhone three at the time so I feel like I didn't
I didn't have all the Google translate and be able to figure all that out.
But anyways.
Yeah, but that's great that you guys were together since eighth grade.
I know.
Well, our daughter's that age now.
Wow.
Talk about full circle and a little bit of panic.
And does she have a boyfriend?
Yes.
Well, she's done with one situation.
Okay.
That's over.
And she's having a glow up.
She like wanted to get her nails done.
She's like, moving on.
So I'm like, well, I guess.
What's her name?
Lily.
Lily. Oh, that's adorable. And I know you talk about the importance of dating your husband.
and putting your relationship first over your kids.
Okay, so what does that?
You get a lot of hate mail from that.
Okay.
I wanted to give, like, you the microphone to be able to talk about that because you have a reason to say that.
And it probably makes a lot of sense.
So I would love to hear about that.
Yes.
I remember a particular moment.
I was in Seattle.
He was, you know, the star of the team.
Everything is everything.
And I always loved him since the eighth grade.
And we did break up for a short time in college.
Well, a year and a half, it's not really that short.
But I, like, sent him to the wolves.
Like, he was going to be the next thing.
Yeah.
And I was like, I'm doing this once.
I'm not going to wake up at 35 with three kids.
Yeah.
Like, we're doing this right.
And I have always held him up here.
And once we had a baby, I was really like, oh, gosh, can I love another human?
How am I going to split my heart?
Like, how?
And I remember bouncing my baby.
And, you know, I'll tell you what, motherhood's not cracked.
It's not all it's cracked up to be.
I went through a really harder time
I never bonded with my daughter
until she was probably
five, six months old
I remember leading up to it
I'm like I'm gonna get the cute blanket
in the stroller and I'm gonna
like you have this fairy tale
and then you don't think about like
the sleepless nights and you're
you know you lost your figure
and you're like what's your connection
with your husband again and like
and your hormones out of whack
Yeah who am I
Is this all I am now?
Yeah is just a you know
spit up cloth and whatever
so Steve was at work and I have
this beautiful home and I have this husband giving us a beautiful life and this beautiful healthy
baby and it's like what is there not to love right and I'm bouncing and I'm watching this episode
of Oprah because I'm like I love Oprah who doesn't love Oprah if you don't either let me put that out
in the world one day one day yeah you it's all you got to do put it out there but uh I was bouncing
my knee and she had her audience divide it in half and it was like women that love their husband
more than their children and women that love their children more than their husband in that way.
And I thought to myself, oh, my gosh, is that okay to say?
Because I love this baby, but I love him.
And from that moment on, she gave me kind of permission to be like, you know what?
It's okay.
That's healthy.
And it was interesting to hear from the husbands and how they felt put on the backburner
and how it wasn't about them anymore.
So I really do preach to my followers, my girls, these women, just that it's so important.
important to keep that foundation solid and really build on that. So yes, loving your husband,
not more than your kids, but in a different way. Because at the end of the day, they're going to
go off to college. You hope you've raised someone. They're going to go out of the nest and not need
you like that anymore. And then what? You're going to look at him and be like, where have you been
for 20 years? Yeah. So investing into that is huge. And I think so important. I think it's lost when
people have a family. I think people are probably afraid to say that out loud. Oh, I've been at a party where
you say that and they're like right because people probably don't go deep enough to think about what
that actually means they just hear it and think it sounds wrong you know what i mean instead of
actually thinking about what you have to say but as my kids get older i can see the benefits of that
they know the foundation that we have and just like how good we are together and how they feel
safe and like they come home and they know it's okay yeah no that's you are you're creating a safe
environment for them and you're showing them, you're giving them good examples of respect and love
in the house. Well, I came from a divorced family. Like it wasn't all, I mean, I lived in a trailer. Let's be
serious. Did you? Yeah. Growing up? Yeah. So it's like it's not, I mean, not my entire life,
but early on with my mom, things like that. So it's like, I just, I don't know, it's important to me to
regardless of where you live and what your demographic is and what your financial situation is. I think
it's just pouring yourself back into your spouse is really set your kids up for a good future. I actually, I'm going to
take that with me. Take it. I'm going to take it. I'm going to run it. If you learn nothing here
today. It's the one thing that I'm going to take away from this. Just kidding. And how did you
begin your journey as a blogger? Is that what I know. I know. What is it now? It's like influence
a blogger. I'm just a girl. Honestly. Your girl with some followers on Instagram who you influence
people you do. Sometimes I don't like that word or maybe for myself because I'm like I'm a pretty
big degenerate and I don't want to influence people sometimes. I'm a bit of a shit.
show but you influence people in a really great way so you can call yourself well i'm also yeah i should
show and i think it's important like i think women nowadays it's like everybody's aspiring to be like
this perfect thing i'm like perfection's not pretty at all like and it's also non-existent no nobody is
nobody is when you claim to be that's just a falsehood but um i think the authenticity and the real
is what has gotten me where i am or where i'm going kind of thing i think women relate to it now
starting out you know it was like I was looking from afar like okay I got to make my
Instagram really pretty and this website really needs to be but it wasn't until insta
stories that they really got an inside look to who I am and like my day to day
that's my favorite part about Instagram is you can have both you can have this
curated page because I love pretty things yeah of course and that's okay and that's
allowed and I think that's really good for a business and for blogs and for like
websites i think it should be sure really pretty aesthetically like you want to yes you want when they come
you want them to stay exactly and that's that's perfect and then the instagram stories is where you can
show the behind the scenes and people love behind the scenes they do yeah like how because that's the
relatable stuff yeah and i think they would look and be like oh her hair her house her this oh oh oh
and they probably like i hate her um that was me on the way here watching your instagram stories not
not that i hate her part i was like oh my gosh i want her home oh my gosh i didn't
get gifts for my banker and I didn't get like I'm do you see me doing it at the last minute people
might be think oh she already has them wrapped and they're perfect and I'm like on the way over here I'm
like oh my god I'm calling my store like wrap up these things for the girls and I'll pick it up
like it's never together that's okay but but you're doing it well well we all get it done you
you can do anything in the amount of time you have if you got six minutes you get it done you got
six days you get it done six years yeah I I am the last minute Larry of of the world but think how much
you can get done at the last minute. If people are like, oh, shit, I'm coming over in 20 minutes,
that house has never been cleaner. You're right. If you had two days, you're like, oh, I'll get to it.
I'm a pro- I put it off. Oh, me too. Me too. So you get to, when did Instagram stories become
a thing? It was like two years ago in August. Why do I know that date? You're like, I don't know. It was like
two years ago in August. I think the 11th at 2 p.m. For me. No, but I remember that,
that coming up on the app, like, try our new video concept. Da-da-da-da-da. And I was like,
oh here goes nothing but i think the day i did that i literally had no makeup on i don't think i had a bra on and
i think i said that i was like well guess what i'm doing today i'm going to try this here we go and it
it just was like i love it they loved it yes because it was you you're just being you and and and
we like to see the everything that you have created and done but like i said the behind the scenes
and the messy of it and the explanations like you being able to say like this is last minute this is
what I'm doing because then people are like okay so she does have this all together but she was
a mess doing it and that's that's me yeah yeah yeah oh always last minute geez that no me too
I'm the worst yeah but I take pride in it yeah because I somehow I get it figured out and get it
done and it ends up always working out I do stress myself out of like oh my god now I'm going to do it
but you know I have a sweet girl that really helps me yeah you need a team a team I know it's
funny because you can't you really can't do it all you think about people at work you know you've
always got this well-oiled machine going people know what they're doing when you're um an entrepreneur
and doing things on your own you need to have some sort of team behind you that can help and i'm also
yes and and with that i've had to learn like i'm really bad at letting people help me i think i'm really
good at that are you help yeah well i think i i definitely need i think i'm like now i'm like
crying for help right like i'll just like be hell bent like i'm going to do it no it's fine but i am
trying to just be like, okay, I'm better if someone helps me in that. Like, I'm not good at
everything. And, like, the things that don't bring me joy. I'm like, how can I pass? How can I
hire someone to help me do those things? Just so I'm better at the things that I really enjoy.
That's true. And I feel like it's so hard nowadays to stand out and set yourself apart on
Instagram or through a blog. So why do you feel like you've been able to do that so successfully?
Do you think that is part of being raw and real and the and showing the behind the scenes?
Yes. Yeah. I think so through and through. Like, that is what,
set me apart. I think, you know, a lot of women say to me, you're the best friend I never knew
I needed, you know, and I think they call it like me FaceTiming them. They feel like it's
FaceTiming their best friend. Like, what are you wearing today? What are you going to make for dinner?
You know, the day-to-day stuff that's just like we all have to get done. And so it's like,
oh, she's making chicken with like ham stuffed in the middle of Swiss cheese and she's going to put
some panko on it and bake it for 20 minutes. I can do that. And so it's like, oh, I got an
idea for tomorrow. And at the end of the day, I started this just because I think I got away from
question, but it's like I love women and I love helping women. And I just, that's something that
fulfills me. I'm a gift giver. I'm a giver in so many ways that it's like, how can I help this girl
get the under eye concealer or the tank top from Old Navy or make a dinner her kids will actually
eat? Like how can I just help her live? Yeah. And you're doing it. I'm trying. You are a
giver. All right. Well, take a quick second. If you guys have been listening to my podcast, you've
definitely heard me talk about Raycon's wireless earbuds and how much I love mine.
And the best part about these earbuds is they're half the price of any other premium wireless
earbuds I've used. And they sound just as amazing. So you didn't know it yet, but today is
actually your lucky day because Raycon just released their best model yet, the E25s. They have
six hours of playtime, seamless Bluetooth pairing, more bass, and a more compact design that gives you
a nice, noise-isolating fit.
Raycon's wireless earbuds are so comfortable, perfect for on-the-go listening, and for taking
phone calls.
I pretty much wear mine wherever I go, because one, they look good, two, they feel good,
and three, and most importantly, they sound good.
I use them to listen to podcasts, music, take calls, and just go about whatever it is I'm doing.
And unlike some of your other wireless options, Raycon earbuds are both stylish and discreet
with no dangling wires or stems.
You've heard me talk about how the company was co-founded by Raycon.
Jay, and celebrities like Brandy and Snoop Dog are obsessed with Raycons, so pick up a pair
and see what all the hype is about.

Speaking of gift giving, I am the worst gift giver of all times.
So that's why I'm like, I'm going to learn so much from you.
I am just not I don't know why I I don't want to say I'm not thoughtful because I am I just can't think of thoughtful gifts to give ever yeah I think it goes I think a thoughtful gift is kind of like paying attention leading up to the gift giving time so it's like all right what are her interest or what is something she mentioned in passing or like how could I help her give her something like a life hack or something and I like to kind of round it into that not that you needed any of the things in the past
What's that open?
Well, number one, if you don't have the Target pajamas.
Oh, my gosh.
Are these the pajamas you're wearing on your Instagram?
They're gone.
I am so.
I ordered.
I wish I said something before you said that because I, in my, the back of my head, this whole time,
I've been like, I can't wait to ask her where she got her Christmas pajamas from.
Okay, those are the target red and white.
Literally, they're the best.
And it's funny.
Like, see things like that.
I know.
You're really, tonight I want to see them on you.
I'm not joking.
This is the best thing that's happening a long time.
They're the best.
like the best thin flannel they're just the best i mean i picked them up at target and that's a funny thing
about like this becoming like a business uh for me in a sense it's like i bought pajamas on my target run
i put them on and they're like where'd you get pajamas and then i'm like here's the pajamas and then
thousands and thousands of pairs sell and it's crazy and i'm over here like target yeah you're like
you're welcome target yeah hey target anybody from target listening yeah but give me a percentage
yeah it's crazy town so the target pajamas i mean okay people are probably sick of them my
The answer stories, what you grows are funny.
We'll be right back with more Austin Vine, Grape Therapy.
This is Austin Vine, Grape Therapy.
What is this?
Okay, now that.
This is break-through body contouring lotion for firmer, more toned-looking skin.
Your ass is probably real tight, but...
No.
I feel like...
I mean, yeah.
I'm just kidding.
Okay, so this is revision is one of my favorite skincare lines.
I've been using for like 10 years.
And so they came out with a few years back, like this neck to firm, right?
Where like you don't are going to get the chicken neck when you're older.
And now with all of us on our phone, that's like a real thing.
Like tech neck.
I have tech neck so bad.
Like I get Botox in my neck.
Yeah.
Because I got it in my veins too recently.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Because I honestly looked in the mirror the other day and I was like, my neck is, I see four creases.
And I'm not putting my head down.
Like I'm like stretching it out.
We must need to get something where you.
I guess this is helping me with the Insta story.
like up yeah do the up angle but so recently they just came out with body firm i've been using it
for a couple months i don't know if i i think it's going to take a minute to see but you know
the word on the street is all the celebrities were taking the neck to firm and literally slathering it
all over their bodies their butts their knees their boobs everywhere men were using it on their
on their junk junk really yeah just to keep everything you know tight and right the balls
yeah the balls oh okay it's a real it's a real thing okay so now they develop this
this lotion that goes all over
your whole body. So literally out of the shower, just
slather your whole body with it.
You know what's on my. I'm going to show you my
to do list. And on that to do list
said pick up new body lotion. So
well, go ahead. Just use that.
That's just a ball.
It's just an ornament.
It's a fuzzy one. Sometimes
people could see the podcast because I'm like, I just
picked up this ball out of that. But it's, I'm like
this is perfect because I just like little trinkets.
Okay, well then just put it in a bowl.
Yeah. I just like little trinkets, especially
Christmasy ones.
can also be like, yeah, I like it.
That's it.
And then that's just a little fragrance that I, that I like.
And also, it says Pino, which is your puppy.
Stop it.
It says Pino?
Yeah.
How?
I don't know.
It's just the name of it.
I was like, oh, that's for you.
Oh, my gosh.
So anyway, well.
I have to tell you, I've had quite the 24 hours and I, well, my eyes are so swollen
right now, can even put my makeup on them because I was crying all day yesterday.
So this is so random because I wasn't going to talk about it, but I'm like,
I might as well.
Let's here.
Because it just, you.
you brought up Pino and it reminded me of the story.
So yesterday, Raman, our other dog, is totally fine.
Goes out to the bathroom, comes back in.
I watched him the whole time.
He didn't get into anything.
And I'm sitting there.
Jason's gone to the gym.
And I hear Raman doing the, oh, God.
And I'm like, oh, he's going to throw up.
He's going to throw up.
And so he's on my white couch.
So I'm like, oh, God.
So I just picked him off and I went, it's okay.
It's okay.
I tried to grab paper towels in time, but it was too late.
He threw up so much and I was like, okay, just all of his food.
Okay, all right.
All of his food.
And it was like, basically his whole amount of food just came back up in like one lump.
And not even chewed.
Isn't that crazy?
It's like in its little.
He's like, it's like a mushy food anyways.
You're a better parent.
Well, I'm like obsessed.
I'm obsessed with farmer's dog.
I'm, I've heard of that.
It's the best.
See, I love Jack with all my heart.
I have a yellow lab.
And I really should probably.
No, do it for a jack.
So then ramen falls over.
Yeah.
And poops himself and pees himself.
And I'm like, that's not right.
Oh, no.
And so he couldn't get up.
And I was freaking out.
And I was just started hyperventilating crying.
I am not one that goes into like a strong mode when something bad happens.
Like so many people I know is like, something just comes over me and I know what to do.
I'm like, not me.
I break down.
I called Jason hyperventilating.
I was like, I got to take him into emergency.
seat so I pick him up and I just leave Pino at home because I'm in a panic and I put
ramen in the back seat um start the car I just go leave the garage door open and your motherly
instincts was it because I feel like I was like not okay and rush him to the vet and I'm like he's
not going to be able to get out of the car well he pops up jumps out seems totally fine I'm like okay
so I bring him in you're like they're never going to believe me well that's the thing and they
I was like, I have an emergency.
They're like, he seems fine.
But anyways, they went and looked at him and they were like, I think he had a seizure.
Oh, wow.
And I was like, oh, my gosh, is this, you know, is he going to be an epileptic dog?
Or like, I was so concerned.
I just started crying again.
And I'm like, they're like, go home, monitor him.
Like, don't leave his side today.
I'm like, okay.
So we go home and he starts throwing up again, like four times in a row.
And I'm trying to get him water.
He won't take any water.
He won't take a treat.
And I'm like, something's wrong.
So I took him in again to this vet that I love
And they're looking at him
And every two minutes he's getting more lethargic and not okay
And his gums are turning gray instead of pink
And all around his eyes start going red
Oh my Lord
His ears start turning bright red
He's breaking out in a rash
And his like penis was all swollen and like bubbly
And I'm like oh my God
And then I start hyperventilating again
They take him in
They let me come back with him
they're doing x-rays and blood work immediately and then put him on an IV and he is like like going he
I did not think he was going to make it I called Jason I'm like you need to get in here now he's he's not okay
and the vets are hugging me and the other vets are like I don't like this I don't like this but we're going to do this and we're moving as fast as we can and I'm like holy shit I'm losing my like favorite thing in the world and so they get him on this bed and he's so
comfortable and he's, well, he's cold. And so we have blankets on him and IVs in him. And he is just
like not all there. And Raman and Pino and Jason show up and he's just not moving. And, and, and I'm like,
sobbing just being like, you're okay and you're going to be okay. And then he just started coming back
and his gum started going pink again. And so what did they say? Did you get any lab work back?
So what's crazy is this is actually the second time this has happened. So, so.
the first time and I so I figured it out I feel so guilty like a shitty dog mom because I gave him
simperica which is a um tea and tea flick a flick and tea medication that now I'm doing research on
and there has been so many cases of like this is poison for your dogs um dogs have seized
from this like it's I'm like oh my gosh simperica it's it's
or Symparka, I don't know how to say it, but I'm never, I'm burning it.
So it's not something you got from your vet, just like a more of like a, it is.
Oh, wow.
So I'm like, it's just one of those things where it's just like, I don't think it's going to be on, like, I don't think you're going to be able to get it for long because the vet also said to me that. So Roman's been overnight. So he's still there. And just. I would feel more comfortable. I'd like, yeah. He's being. He's being watched. He's on like his, he's got IVs. He's getting fluids. And he's called every three hours in the night. Yeah.
because he's oh my gosh it was just so sad i can't believe we're sitting here right now i well because i was
i know i was this he's in the safest place and i called every three hours and they're like he's thriving
he's like appetite he's like it's ferocious and they're using all these words i'm like okay he's good
yeah um and pina was awake all night crying so i'm just like a mess today well i would have never
but i've known it's just knowing that he's okay but anyways that was my day yesterday and i the the other
time that happened is right after I gave him that medication as well. So I figured, you get it
monthly. Yeah, but it's like and sometimes I guess, you know, I'm just never going to. I'm not doing that. Yeah,
but he's so dehydrated. I rather have like a flea and a tick. Yeah. Totally. Oh my gosh. So sorry for that
detour, but that just came up and I'm like, I've, those are your babies. I know. It's just so heartbreaking.
But yeah, get your dog, um, farmer's dog. It's the best thing I've ever done for the dogs.
And I'm not just saying that because I do ads for them. I really mean it. All right. Here's a question

your first purchase. Exclusions apply. Okay, let's get back to you. Tell me about your store in
Nashville. Yeah, so that was one of, like, let me back up a minute. I had a store when I was little
when I was seven, you know, not really. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I had a doll hospital in my crawl space.
Well, that's what I'm saying. It's kitties and apples. And I was like, I had a Fisher
Price Register and I used to wrap up stuff and sell it to my mom for like a quarter. So,
you know, I was like, I'm going to open a store. And literally I did say,
say that like on a whim yeah but i am one of those people like well this is what i want to do i'm
going to do it like go after it i'm a big big on just like go get it girls like you want to do
something let's do it and uh so i had always had this online presence and girls were you know like
where do i get this where to get that and i wish i could do my house like you and i and i love
home goods and like t j max and all that so i was like i love a price point like that but could
i ever create a space where i could have everything under one roof like kitchen home jewelry
makeup. Like, how could I do that? And I'm like, well, I'm just going to do it myself. I don't know
anything really like that that encompasses everything. It's either a clothing store and then you
got to go to this place. And so in the shower, I kid you not, I came up with like this thing. I'm like,
oh my gosh, I'm going to have like a living room area and like a kitchen and an island and like a fake
sink and like a refrigerator and cabinets for all that stuff. I'm going to display like pretty pie
cutters and like bowls. And then over here, maybe I'll have pillows and a coffee table and
how to style that and give you all the parts to do that.
And then, oh, I love clothes and then jewelry.
And then it just was like, so living with Landon.
And then the other day, well, not the other day about two months ago.
Oh, you opened in October.
Yeah.
Someone was like, what's the name your store?
And I was like, uh, living with Landon?
I never named it.
I literally just like opened it.
Hey, you might as well put it all under one name.
People know where to find you.
Well, like my brand is Living with Landon.
Like, I can't ever narrow it down.
Like, what do you like to talk about recipes and this and that?
And so I was like, well, come and live with Landon.
it's perfect so that's it and it's awesome um really it's off of a 39th in Charlotte it's at the
L&L marketplace okay which was funny it's another one of those like is it a sign because living with
land in the building ended up being named L&L when I'm like how in the world and wait that's crazy
I love those kind of crazy things I've had a lot of that that's you know why you've had a lot of
that because you believe in it and you see it and you look for it because the universe the universe I'm a
freak about that kind of stuff yeah it's pretty magical
really i'm i'm so proud of it and then just like you know it was an claire and i um doing everything
off my dining room table and and then just like going forward with the store and then like hiring
people that's a whole thing and like where are we going to get women that believe in my messaging and
want to give them this experience and so i've got now 15 girls which is crazy oh god but it's so fun
and everyone loves it and it's kind of a destination that's 15 girls that's you know that's the thing
i'm most proud of though yeah they didn't know each other two months ago
go and now they're like hanging out yeah it's pretty it's neat I think they're a little their own little
community one of my proudest moments in 2019 oh I was gonna ask you what your proudest moment was
community I think yeah and also the women that follow me like they get together they they're army wives
they help each other in new cities like it's crazy and that is what the internet should be all
about oh it's awesome that gets a lot it gets a bad rap why the internet does I feel like this space but
I think if you can do good with it then I feel good about it I try and
and talk about that on the podcast
because I sometimes pay attention
too much to negative and then
talking about the positive and what there
is out there and how important it is to
acknowledge the good going on.
Well, you know, one troll will take you down.
Why do they have so much
power? I'm like
Landon, you're stronger than this. You don't believe
this. That's not who you are. Yet you read
one awful comment
and you're like, oh, in my whole world.
Like it sent me in a tailspin this
summer, honestly. Because it
it's doubt and you don't nobody ever wants to be doubted because especially when you believe in yourself and you're doing something that you love and you're being doubted for that and you know you're a good person I have to like go back to that but you know you can't let someone else's opinion like you can't take that into play but I do have to remind myself I am human and I think people are like oh stand above it rise above it you don't you know whatever and I'm like no hurt my feelings same I'm crying currently and had the worst day ever so thanks I I totally understand that
where you're coming from because people tell me that all the time to rise above it and that they're
just trolls and whatever but I'm like yeah but my feelings are hurt big times and I know I don't
believe it and I know I should ignore it but my feelings are hurt why can't we acknowledge that and you hit
the nail on the head I think it really is doubt because I don't it's not that I don't care if people
like me yeah I just want to be well thought of yeah because that's it I just want someone to be like
you know what she's a good person her heart is good she you know is trying to
put others above her and those kinds of things and learn I'm not perfect I've never claimed to
be so I always when they hit me with one of those I'm like what yeah then I'm like did I what did I say
oh my gosh and then I and then you tear myself apart and doubt is the worst when it's and like you said
you're you're a good person you have good heart and you're doing good things so when somebody
has doubt and like good intention you know I'm like that's that this is what I meant yeah I totally
I guess it's going to happen it happens I guess maybe you know as you rise up well what's hard for me is
I could ignore it so much in the beginning, but now four years in, I'm like,
but now you guys really know me and you still hate me?
Yeah.
Why are you here?
Or like taking any of our flaws, right?
Yeah.
And like just digging.
Yeah.
I know.
I know.
Let's stop talking about it.
I call her Peggy.
Oh, I call her either Karen or Patty.
Okay.
Yeah.
Peggy.
Peggy's good.
And then all the Karen's and Peggy's and Patty's.
Oh, she's like, well, my name is.
name's Peggy. I'm like, listen, Peggy, you're being a Peggy. You are. You're being a Peggy now.
Being a Peggy. Let's come on now. It's just a joke. So when this episode comes out, listeners
won't really have much time for holiday shopping. But do you have any ideas for last minute gifts
or recommendations for future gifts for holidays or birthdays? Because I need that more than
anything. 100%. Okay. Like I, again, like what I did for you. I didn't, I don't really, I mean,
I listen and I know, but I don't really, really know you. But I was like, you know what? I love those pajamas.
I'm like I wanted happy I was I think just thinking and I love a gift basket like I love a presentation that's something I'm big on like throwing it in a bag I'm like eh that's for bags are for not for losers are losers
no but I'm like you can do better than tissue in a bag so I love like a little basket like that one's from Target just something small and I love a theme so I always pick three colors or two colors and a theme so I'm like oh is is her favorite color purple and blue or you know those are colors and she loves butterflies and then I just go away.
wild. Okay. So I just kind of build on that. Like I like to do that. I like to just think about their
life and things that they enjoy. Are they like big at the gym or they love like beauty so much? And
I just try to put a little more thought in and let them know that I really did take the time to
think about it for a hot minute. But there's no bigger joy for me than like getting a card at Target
and like going through and like collecting and making or home goods and things like that. So that's what
I enjoy is putting a basket. You really need to deal with Target. Hello. You really. You really
do you're very passionate about it you do well for them i live there it's your joy in life my dream
my goal i'm gonna put it out there i'm just gonna say it yeah well i'd love to i love Oprah and target yeah
yeah i'd love to i love Oprah but um target for me my dream would be an aisle at target yeah i would
love the entertaining space so i know joanna gains owns the home space which i love yes i would
love like paper plates like disposable joy yep entertaining like like i'm tired of looking at the paper plates
they've had for two and a half years. The unicorn straws, I'm over it. Over it. I want something
pretty. Like, you're going to get together with your girlfriends. I want, like, cute napkins,
like, good price point. Just get in, get out. We're all there anyway. Yeah. So let me help you.
Wait, help me. I'm having a couple couples over tonight for a game night. Okay. So what do I do?
Okay, do you need an app? Like, what do you need? Yep. I need it all. Okay, you need all of it.
I need an idea for a snack. Oh, what about the cheese girl in Nashville? Oh, the Nashville
cheese gal yeah yes she's awesome okay she's so so awesome is that too it's probably two last minute why don't
you no no no you can tell listen if you i think if you go to her instagram and just like look we follow
each other yeah so go on there Courtney's awesome yeah and just look and like recreate it like pick like
four cheeses and then start building with like nuts and fruit and okay she's good she's got some good
inspiration she does okay and the other thing you should do yeah i'm gonna do this for a little
get together i have coming up this weekend um i'm gonna do like a sweet board yeah and so
going to do like kind of a holiday theme so I'm going to do like gingerbreadmen and like peppermints
and like you know so I'm going to kind of build on something like a sweet treat little board
and what do you where do you get this board living with landon
see how I teed you up there no but um I think like a cutting board is a great thing to build on
okay or a fun platter something just like I think home goods has the best selection of just white
no living with landin living clinic come over we got all kinds of stuff bowls I do need to come
there I'm sure that sounds like a place I would enjoy like it would be my target
Yeah. Come on in. It's all neutral, no color. I don't know if you're into that. I'm very into that. There's not a speck of nothing in there. It's white and like natural wood and like cream and gray. Yep. That's, you should see my living room. That's what it is. That's me too. Okay. And then what about like for plates? What? I mean, who wants to do dishes? Not you. No, not me. I think just getting a solid, always build on a solid color. Like when you try to get all matchy, matchy, like figure out like what's your theme going to be. Do you want it to be just like really neutral?
and pretty and white Christmassy?
Yes.
Okay, then do that.
So I would say, like, some pretty white plates or, like, a gold plate with, like, a pretty white
napkin.
There's some with, like, a little detail on them.
Yeah.
And then I would get some just little tea light votives and, like, maybe some little, like, Michael's
right now has really great little natural-looking Christmas trees, and so did Target.
Like, honestly, I'm not saying this because I do love Target, but literally you could go
there and get everything you need.
Okay.
And then my other question was.
And then maybe keep your, like, cheeseboard very neutral.
Okay.
Oh, okay.
And, like, some rosemary dipped with, like, a little.
like sugar on it so it looks like snow
what the hell like how do you think of that this is just my brain
well that's call me you're in the right space
party planning is like I want every like if we're gonna have tacos
yeah I want to like be a whole party
even like the four of us at the dinner table
so my theme is going to be like a little white winter
wonderland yeah get little votative oh okay okay
kosher salt are you ready okay so this is when I get like
okay so get ice cream salt by Martin's
okay it's in a red and blue box
It's like a really chunky,
crystally-looking salt.
It looks like snow.
It glistens.
It's beautiful.
Put that on your table.
Yeah.
And then put your little tea lights down it
and then put some little natural trees
or get some fresh greens.
And then put your little board
and your pretty little golden white plates
and it'll be like,
Wow.
Caitlin killed it.
Wow.
And should I do little gifts for everybody?
A hundred percent.
Okay.
You have to.
Oh, the target pajamas are gone.
They're gone.
Let's think.
What if I find little other cute pajamas for everybody?
Is it all worth?
that'd be cute yes you could do that okay you could do that or like a cute like little hat or something
you could all like put on and look cheesy together you know i'm into i'm into cheesy that's fun okay
so i so you're going to target when you leave yes i absolutely am all right so there are shows and films
that you like there are shows and films that you love and then there are the truly special ones you
cannot get enough of the ones that come around once every so often they take up huge chunks of your time
and energy, and you find yourself making like pretty much every conversation about it.
Okay, well, I'm Obsessed with This is a podcast about those shows.
So I'm Obsessed with This is hosted by writer and co-host of Who, weekly Bobby Finger,
and it isn't just about the biggest titles on Netflix.
It's about their top-tier favorites.
Every episode features a special guest who has been chosen, a title of their choice,
as their current obsession, from reality shows to soap operas, to move,
movies, literally anything that they're loving right now.
The conversations often move beyond the Netflix title and onto the guests larger,
more existential obsessions like the episode about Tall Girl, Chosen by Writer,
and Call Your Girlfriend, Co-host, Anne Friedman, who spent the conversation discussing
what it was like to be obsessed with her height throughout high school.
In December, they'll be talking about the wonderful world of Netflix holiday content as well
as a look back at 2019.
And I don't know about you guys, but I'm always having this.
conversation with people about new shows to watch. So this will be a great podcast. New episodes of
I'm obsessed with this are released every Tuesday. Subscribe now on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, PocketCass,
or wherever you listen to podcasts. For ideas for guests, you think just thinking about what people
love their favorite colors and then just build off that, a basket, no tissue paper. Yeah, no bag,
no tissue. And it doesn't have to be big, you know. What about under the tree? Do you wrap?
Yeah, I rap and I also am also a Nazi with that. So, yeah, yeah, yeah.
all neutral and my mother-in-law knows me well now over the year she's like okay what's our theme because lord knows if she bought brought like some blue and green yeah you damn santa face all over i'd be like that's going in the back garbage yeah okay oh sorry sandy i love a theme so she knows me now she's like a golden white ribbon and white paper and yeah oh she even knows to bring okay she knows that's great i ever she'll be in the back of the tree and nobody wants to be in the back of the tree
okay well that's and i mean everybody that's listening can also follow you and probably your website
no people love this stuff i mean look i don't have the same mind as you when it comes to this kind of thing
and it excites the hell out of me to hear you talk about it oh i get excited i'm like in my chair like
i love i love learning i kind of want to come over and just like set your table okay
is that a thing honestly i was like is that a bit like i would do that in a hot minute there's this
girl i know her name's uh keaton and she keaton claus yeah i know her okay she she decorated my house
and did, and she was like, she set my table, but I, please come over and do everything for me.
I need the help.
I love that kind of stuff, but I feel like my mind isn't as creative with, like, home decor.
Yeah.
But once I see it, I know what I love.
So you're better at other things than I, like, everybody has their thing.
Everybody's got their thing.
We'll be right back with more off the vine.
Great Therapy.
Hey, everyone.

Now back to Off the Vine Grape Therapy.
Okay, let's talk 2020 in resolutions or goals.
I like to say goals instead of resolutions.
What is your goal?
well besides having to deal with target yeah that would be amazing um and how do you go about about setting your goals for 2020 do you write them out do you just manifest how do you do it
I just man, I think I just really, I need to start writing them down because I hear so much about that.
Yeah.
I just, I kind of just, I just believe it and I think it.
And so far, so far, I've done well, I've done good.
I think I've kind of really.
Yes, you've done great.
I've checked some boxes.
But I love it.
And I think I, I just keep my head down.
I don't, I just, I'm just excited about like what's coming and what I, what I hope for and dream for.
and I, you're capable of.
Yeah, I think so.
I kind of feel like I'm getting to know like my power in that way of just like believing
and like making it happen.
Yes, because that's what you do.
Well, I tell you what, fear really got in the way for me.
Yeah.
And now my fear is the fear of things happening.
What do you mean?
Almost like when they happen.
I know.
You're like, here we go.
Like here we go a little bit.
Like I've seen things that I'm like, oh my God, if I could ever do that and then I did it.
Like the store, right?
Like here's a.
dream. Yeah. And then like I did it, I'm like, oh gosh, the time it pulls me away from my family
and the effort and the thought. And I enjoy it so, so much. But I'm like, one girl can only do
so much in a day. Yes. So it's like trying to figure that out. But I would, I had started a book
and kind of put that on the back burner because I opened the store. And so I think kind of
getting my timeline in order would be a little bit. Target things huge. I'm also going to do a podcast
in the beginning of the year coming up here pretty soon. And so I'm excited about that. That's great.
so yeah i don't know you yeah i was gonna podcasting will be great for you because
thank you i mean instagram stories are like 10 quick clip uh second clips or whatever they are
podcast you can like you could sit down and give advice for like 30 to 45 minutes and i like i'm
kind of thinking more like a pocket podcast like i'll have guests on and things but i think
like we all have just about 20 minutes 20 minutes is great i'm like i talk for hours on
oh i can't too believe me but but i think for pocket podcast is that kind of
Well, I don't know.
That's what I'm going to call it.
Oh, I like it.
But I think like, okay, I can do that.
Like, we're in the car.
We're moving from A to B, you know, busy mom, you know, kind of my demographic.
But it's funny because mine's like 25 to 55 and then 16 to 16.
I mean, it's like crazy the amount of women that you reach.
But I feel like something like that, maybe what we're going to cook for dinner that night, maybe just, I don't know, good conversation.
Just real conversation.
Maybe my girlfriend from high school, my mom, my daughter, like those kinds of things.
That's perfect.
And are you going to call it living with Landon?
I know.
I can't come up with it.
But I don't.
I just think it's so perfect, and I like when everything's under one name.
Yeah, it's like, I don't know what else to call it.
It's like you're, that's who you are.
It's what people know you for, so why not do that?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
It makes it easy to find you.
So we'll see what happens.
I want to know, we're going to do like rapid fire of your favorite things.
Okay.
Favorite item of clothing.
Oh.
Target pajamas.
Just a, probably a good pair of jeans.
Yeah.
Where do I get a good pair of jeans?
I am not a jeans gal.
Okay.
Because I feel like they don't fit me well.
I've got, like, tiny frames, but I've got hips.
Okay.
And I feel like...
So you're perfect.
No, because I feel like I have no boobs and hips.
Okay.
So no.
That's okay.
I'm digging on the Madewell jeans.
I like pistola.
I love AG.
It's kind of always been the one that fits my body type.
So I just...
And have you been to Vici yet?
I love Vici.
Oh, great.
Girl. I've been shopping there forever. Yeah, Vigi dolls. Oh, I'm obsessed. I have two packages coming to my house. Do you have my code? No. Okay, it's 25% off at all times anytime on sale. It's always live.
What? Yeah, it's not really a secret to all your friends. I should have used that. Sometimes they gift me stuff and I'm like so grateful. They're so sweet. But sometimes I don't like, sometimes I feel guilty. I would never want to reach out and be like, can you send me this? So I just go and shop on there, but I'll use your code. LWL 25.
W. L. 25. That's it. Tell all your friends. Well, now they know. Well, I just did.
No, but I love they have a store here in Nashville, but they have these. They have a store in Nashville?
Are you kidding me right now? Vichy has a store in Nashville. Where, what rock have you been under? Yes. This is why I need you.
Oh, my God. Yes. So they just opened, gosh, maybe a month ago. Maybe. Oh, okay. So I'm not that. It's new. It's new. It's new. But yeah, it's right down like just near the gulch.
Okay. Wow. It's badass. You got to go in there.
Game change. But the problem. But the problem.
problem is you can't use my code there so you have to like try on and then go home and order okay
i don't know that's what the girls tell me they're doing that's just let them use a damn code in
this store yeah you should anyway that's wow that's really good to know yeah okay cool anyway but
you love that so yeah so but they have a pair of jeans back to we get so off track i think it's like
con or khan whatever they have one called the gwendolen okay it's my favorite gene right now it's
like $25 this is saving me okay favorite day of the week
oh gosh
crazy enough maybe Monday
I know
because I don't usually like
wash my hair doing anything
I got my workout in
I go into the store
I have like a meeting with my girls
figure out what the week's gonna look like
kind of get a plan
yeah so I feel better when I'm like
knowing what's coming
yeah so it kind of like
that's kind of something we implemented
and I feel like that's gonna be a good day
I feel like that's gonna okay
now I know what I'm gonna do
and Monday is just such a state of mind
yeah
think so it's all it's all on your head um okay favorite feel good movie oh god well i love a good cry
oh me too and i love a good southern movie so steel magnolia is just any kind of that southern
i just my sister it's my favorite we love that movie love yes it's a really great movie like fried
green tomatoes that the help like give me a southern like yeah i don't know that's my movie and that does
make you cry uh favorite meal to cook for your family uh my my kids love my
turkey baked ziti which has become a follower favorite also super easy it's just bake seed i mean i don't
think it's rocket science but it's easy you can make it ahead it feeds family for two days at least
and throw some garlic bread and a steam in the bag green beans and girl you got a meal oh so that's just
easy dang a chicken cordon blue i really like it's like panko chicken and a thing yeah i don't know okay
do you ever do any um vegetarian meals are you vegetarian right i'm pescatarian i love fish oh see now that i could
do. Okay. I want a good fish recipe. Oh, okay. Go on my salmon recipe. It's literally, it's like a stick of butter. I know that's crazy, but it's like a stick of butter, cilantro, lime juice, like crazy amounts of that. It's like a margarita salmon kind of thing. And then it goes in this, you just line your little baking pan with tin foil and put it down and like roast it. And it's, it makes this like sauce. I don't know what's to die for. Okay, I'm in. It's very keto. I'm definitely going to do that. It's a good one. Okay. Favorite date night with your husband?
oh gosh there's so many great restaurants in nashville so many i know it's hard it's like we could eat
out every night and never hit them all i know we kind of get stuck in our rut like we get our favorite
we go um but yeah that or a movie or sometimes i'm like want to go to target
i mean people are probably like damn she's really pushing the target but i really do love it
like i don't know just like go down every aisle yeah i get it like grocery shopping whole food
who doesn't love a good target shop i don't know just maybe not for a
date night
I know it's not really sexy is it no going up for dinner that's my favorite thing to do
with Jason I love just going to find a good bottle of wine yep a new restaurant in Nashville
good bottle of wine and putting our phones down yeah yeah that's it favorite piece of
advice oh gosh um I would say um just just remembering that everything happens for a reason
yeah and I think sometimes when you're in it you're like damn it
this is hard but on the other side of it you can get through anything nothing's going to last
forever and i think there's a reason it happened there's a lesson to be taught and looking for the
lesson instead of yeah yeah and i've been i've done a really good job this year of finding the
lessons and growing and if you're uncomfortable you have to be uncomfortable to grow and so if
messing up or you know yeah i like that because you always i mean it's good they happen to everybody
and if you can look at it with a lesson instead of feeling just like like why yeah I mean you can be I'd say sit in that for a second though yeah yeah get that cry out and then figure out why I agree feel the feels favorite Instagram follow at the moment I love Heather McMahon really yeah yeah follow her no but she I really want to do each other's podcast because oh she's so damn funny yeah she makes me like piss my pants getting my coffee at 5 a.m like she's just oh well then I'm gonna
follow her right now. She's real funny. Heather McMahon, okay, good to know. Favorite place to go in
Nashville? Oh, goodness. Um, besides Target. Yeah, honestly. Gosh, favorite place to go in Nashville. Oh, man.
You, I don't know why you just stump me there. I can't think of a... I'm sorry, but that ring is the best thing I've ever
seen. This little thing? Holy shit. Um, you're...
I actually cleaned it for you today.
Well, not for you.
It was probably because it had lotion and everything else in it.
But, yes, you know, when you're with someone since you're 14, you train them.
Yep.
And I earned this thing.
You definitely did earn that.
That is...
We've been married 18 years.
That is the nicest ring I've ever seen.
Thank you.
I love it.
And I never take it off.
I do things with it that you probably shouldn't do, like, do yard work.
Really?
Oh, yeah.
Never.
Work out.
I mean, I don't know.
I mean, I wouldn't take that off either.
No.
Holy shit. Okay.
Sightract. Favorite guilty pleasure?
Peppermint Jojo's from Trader Joe's.
Oh, what is that?
What?
I am under a rock.
No, no, you're not.
These are things better that you didn't know.
These are things that you shouldn't have known.
They are like an or I love an Oreo.
Yeah.
It's probably my favorite cookie.
And they are like an Oreo except they have the filling as peppermint with crushed candy canes.
Oh, yeah.
Just don't.
Like I've eaten like two boxes myself already.
holiday season. I'm going to pick those up for the party tonight. You really should. And they have
them like in chocolate dipped in like don't. I'm going to Trader Joe's and Target after this.
Honestly, you can get all your cheeseboard stuff. They have the best cheeseboard stuff. You can get
fresh greens. Perfect. You can get, no, you then you need to go get your rock salt and your things, but
where do I get that from? Target right next door. Go to the one on, there's a new Trader Joe's on
White Bridge and you can hit it all in one shopping center. And get Chipoli. Oh, you're vegan. Yeah,
but I love a good rice bowl. Okay. Well, there you go. I love a vegetarian burrito. Done and done and done.
Yeah. Okay. Boom. Oh, that was all my, your favorite stuff. So we're going to end it. End it with a confession.
Oh, gosh. Because I know I can feel it in my bones that you have a good confession for me.
Well, I have like two weird ones. Okay. I used to eat raw meat as a kid.
Pardon? Like raw hamburger. Like my mom would be making a meat loaf and I'd reach my paw in there and just like go for it.
I know. Did you get sick? No, I don't know how. I must have a stomach steel made stomach. That's crazy. And nowadays, like I would never. That makes me like gag a little bit. Oh, I know. I'm so sorry. It's like what is something like crazy? I used to love that. And I love like the smell of gas. Oh, I do too. I don't know. I don't know. But I loved it when she was like making the meatloaf because I had like garlic powder in it and like salt and pepper and she'd be like forming it. And I'm like, I don't know why she let me do that. Yeah. And I don't even like beef tartar now necessarily. I don't know. And I don't know. And I don't know. And I don't know.
You know what's funny is I remember my mom cooking, like, if we had taco night, I remember her mixing the ground beef.
And it was all, but she wouldn't even let me take a little spoonful when it was like, almost cooked.
I would never like let my kids come.
Like, I'm freak about washing my hand.
Like, I don't, how did I live?
I don't know, but I lived it.
God needed me here.
That's like your special power.
You can eat raw meat.
That's, that's impressive.
Oh, and then I shit my pants recently.
Oh, tell me about it.
I can't believe I just said that.
Okay, so I have these things called these oxygen pills that I've been taking forever.
So they're...
What do they do?
Well, they just clean you out, clearly.
But they're...
Literally.
They're magnesium powder, which I would take calm to sleep really well and everything.
So I got, like, turned on through a girlfriend of like, oh, you got to take these and, like, clean you all out.
And it's like the thing.
And I'm like, okay, so I've been taking them for about, I don't know, four or five, six months.
Now Steve takes them.
I pop four before I go to bed and whatever.
it's one of those things though when your body's getting adjusted to like something like that
it's like you can't trust a to it's like no no and I'm like oh my god just did I just you did
it happens to the best of us well that's why I'm here I'm a real girl telling you these are real things
yeah it now is that something you would put on your Instagram story 100% and let me also tell you
that I have so many women that take these pills and they all like have crap their pants it's like
funny I mean now it's not funny but I got to leave you with one one one funny
story on that note we're probably so over time no that's okay that we're in perfect time so um a girl that
does all my merch and like prints and stuff for me was at the Alabama game and they're waiting in
the bathroom we know a college football game the bathroom line is like insane and this girl's like
I gotta go the bathroom she like runs in and the girls are like well bitch I'm waiting to go
the bathroom too so get in line she's like no I'm gonna I'm gonna shit my pants and they're like
oh my god go so they let her in and she's like and she's laughing and she's like I took these pills
and this other girl in line was like what and she's like oh my god do you follow living with land
And she's like, I do.
And then all these girls were like, I take those too.
And they were laughing about shitting their pants in the bathroom at a college football game.
So you're welcome, America.
Wait, no, I want the oxygen pills.
You know what?
It's so funny.
I was going to throw them in your basket.
And I was like, damn it, I don't have another bottle.
Oh, that's okay.
I'll go get some.
But they're amazing.
Oxygen.
They just are like flat tummy.
Everything.
You sleep like a baby in the morning.
Everything's like goodbye.
Really?
It's good.
What, is there any?
It's just magnesium.
And, oh.
it's easy it's just like a powder capsule con here would be shitting your pants yeah but you won't in the beginning if you don't know that's why i put like a whole PSA warning out like girls don't trust the to yeah and we laugh so hard i get so many messages from these women like i was at the office and i mean you gotta oh that's great go easy okay don't jump into like four pills every day like you gotta ease yourself in yeah like maybe start with two okay see how you're gonna take it okay i'm not a doctor i'm not a dietitian please don't sue me for crapping yourself at work
I will follow up with you after I take them and we'll see where I'm at.
Okay. It's amazing.
Okay, well, tell, I think we all know where to find you.
Oh, God.
People are going to be like, I'm not either.
You're going to love me after that story.
You're going to be like, okay, and that's enough.
No, but those are people's favorite.
Okay, well, I hope so.
Just a real girl over here, guys.
Look, I don't know how many podcasts I've done, but 90% of them people talk about
shitting their pants.
Really?
Yes.
Well, are you either saying that or you're making me feel.
No.
Okay, good.
Because it's, think of how many people.
Shitty pants unite.
Yes, exactly.
It's like our own little club.
It's, think of how many people have told you.
God, please tell me you have now.
Of course I have.
Okay, thank you.
Oh, of course.
The producer's probably like, I have to.
Yeah, of course he has.
We all have.
That happens to everyone.
It's just about talking about it.
I was really nervous about that one.
I'm like, here I am.
No, it's so, it's so funny that the pooping of the pants stories don't even phase me anymore.
Like, I'm like, of course you did.
That should be, you should put that in my intro.
She also should sheds her pants.
She also, please welcome to the pants.
