Okay, let's talk about the original enemies to lovers story.
Before all of our reality TV couples, before the rom-coms, we binge,
there was Elizabeth Bennett and Mr. Darcy in pride and prejudice.
And Audible has just dropped a brand new original that will have you completely hooked, I am.
It's not just any audiobook.
This is a full cast performance.
So Marisa Abella, you might know her from industry,
brings Elizabeth Bennett to life.
And Harris Dickinson from Baby Girl and Where the Crawdads Sing is Mr. Darcy.
And honestly, the chemistry, you guys, it's everything.
Plus, you've got icons like Glenn Close, Bill Nye and Will Poulter in the mix.
Talk about a dream cast.
Now, what I love is how Marissa pulls you right into Lizzie's world, her stubbornness, her wit, her messy family dynamics,
and of course, her complicated feelings for Darcy.
And with a vibrant new adaptation and original score by Grammy-nominated composer, it just feels
so fresh and modern while still keeping that timeless Jane Austen charm.
So whether it's your first time experiencing Pride and Prejudice or you've read it a million times, you're going to fall absolutely in love all over again.
So go listen to Pride and Prejudice now at audible.ca slash Jane Austen.

lauren lane that name sounds so um kind of cute no it's more than cute it's like powerful so
So, one said they were like, it kind of sounds like a superhero.
It does.
I'm into that.
It does sound like a superhero.
It rolls off the tongue a little better than Bushnell.
No, no, no, no, no, no hating is my maiden name.
Of course, no.
But Lauren Lane does have, it has like a charm to it and like it's also powerful.
So super power, that makes sense.
So I haven't seen you since we, no, when's the last time I saw you?
When we did the podcast?
Yeah, right.
Yes.
No, that was.
And I don't really know when that was.
I'm trying to wrap my brain.
Was it about a year ago?
It was definitely more.
definitely more a year ago no it was longer it was already season i know that okay so colton
colton okay and now we're on a new thing i don't know it's been at least two and a half jee i know it's
so crazy because i'm like i mean i know we both travel a lot and whatever but we need to be better
about living in the same city and seeing each other so we need to we need to go to dinner yes or
you were mentioning golf earlier yes loves golf oh perfect i am not very good
So maybe it would help to, like...
I feel like I've seen you swing and you're athletic, like, naturally, aren't you?
Sure.
What about top golf?
That would be a good starting point.
Yeah.
Let's do top golf.
Okay.
We'll do a top golf double date and then we'll hit the course.
And then we'll actually hit the links.
Yeah, hit the link.
Is that what they say?
Yeah, it is, right?
Yeah, it is.
That's so funny.
There's, um, the golf course.
It has sheep on it.
It's like my favorite thing in the world.
It's so cute.
There's just like a herd of sheep that'll just walk past you while you golf.
It's the best.
Yeah, I like that.
So you've,
So many exciting things have gone on in your life in the last couple years.
What did you and Chris start dating two years ago, a year ago?
No, when was it?
About a year.
Honestly, we like made it official last November.
Not so like a little over a year ago.
Which is crazy to think that so much has happened in such a short amount of time.
Because it feels like I've been dating him forever.
Yeah.
You guys have such a cute relationship.
Like every time I look forward to your guys' stories because you guys are so funny.
He laughs all the time.
He's funny.
Yeah.
He's really fun.
But you're funny too, but you're undercover funny.
Like, you are.
You like, you don't really like showcase your humor, but when he catches you, it's like, he's funny.
I just am very, I wouldn't say shy, but I'm a little more comfortable behind the scenes.
So like when camera is around, not my best moment.
I'm a little, I get camera shy.
So when it's just like him and I or me and my friends or whatever, I'm definitely let loose a little more.
That's so, I mean, it's so great that because I can totally relate to things happening so quickly over a year.
Yeah, like, same.
I think as you get older, too, it just naturally is that way.
I mean, you know what you're looking for.
You know what makes you happy.
You know you're not playing games anymore.
You're over that whole like, do I text you and do I not?
Like, what is this?
You're like, you're very just open and honest and vulnerable with each other.
And you kind of, especially coming off that damn show, you just, you're like, here's
all my feelings.
And like, is this going to work or not?
Like, I feel like you just put it all out there.
But it's true.
I mean, I think everyone that's listening knows that you're married.
your wedding did you guys always want a quick wedding no um Chris was very much wanted a fall
wedding yeah and so it just kind of led to that we could either have had a really really long
engagement because we got engaged in was it June I think yeah um so it could have either been
a long engagement or kind of a short one and we have a wedding so and his schedule is so
unpredictable that we were kind of like hey we have this time you have this time off
so let's just do it yeah i kind of am into that because one i'm not a planner i feel like you're
a planner though are you well i mean you have to be to get it done in that yeah amount of time i would say
i am to an extent but i also i don't know if you relate to this at all but i get sometimes overwhelmed
when i look too far ahead which i can't no i get very anxious so so i am a planner in that
maybe like a month out but then anything after that no i'm not a planner when my girlfriends
try and plan trips like for the summer i'm like i can't commit to to
anything yeah and i think when you have kind of a uh not like a monday through friday schedule
that may be factors into it where you're like i just don't know what our schedule is going to
look like yeah it's it sounds glorious to some people but it's actually so overwhelming i can be
overwhelming yeah i totally understand that question for you do you own or rent your home sure you do
and i bet it can be hard work you know it's really easy bundling policies with geico
geico makes it easy to bundle your homeowners or renters insurance along with your auto policy
it's a good thing too because you already have so much to do around your home go to guyco.com
get a quote and see how much you could save it's guyco easy visit guycoe.com today that's guyco
so you guys started off as friends because you were in a music video and my favorite i died laughing
you did a post where you were like we were clearly friends you were like so far away from him
making sure the best thing is at the end of that it was like a Spotify video yeah at the end it like
shows us leading in and it alludes to that we may have kissed, but we didn't even kiss.
Like, it was seriously. I mean, definitely at that point, I was newly single. Don't get me
wrong. We like flirted during the trip. And I was like, wait, he's really cute and fun. And it was
the first time I was single and hanging out with him. So I saw maybe, or I felt feelings that I hadn't
felt before for him. But yeah, leading up to that trip, we were just friends. I tried to set him up
with a number of my friends. He asked me for a number of my friends. Phone numbers. Like, it was very
platonic up until that trip. Really?
yeah oh that's so funny i well i mean i get it too like when jason i first met we were totally
bros before like i knew i was i was like he's attractive right or i knew that like we had good
banter and flirtiness but i was same thing like i was thinking of who i could set him up with
or like he sent me a picture of a girl being like do you think she's cute like we same kind
of thing and kind of like when you're not looking necessarily like i wasn't looking i was just ready
to kind of move on from my last relationship and just kind of focus on myself.
Right. Then there you go. And then, of course, you probably have the internet saying,
it was too fast because I know I did. Oh, gosh. Yes. You're like, totally.
Way too fast to be happy. You're like, she can't be alone.
Yes, I can. Yeah, because I saw another thing. You're like, I've literally just had three
boyfriends like in my life. Like, it's like, wow, she really goes through men. I'm like, I've
literally dated three people, but okay. I'm 30. It's fun. It's so funny. I've dated like 30.
well I mean not just on The Bachelor
Like I'm talking like in real life
Like I've dated so many people
Yeah
But of course once you open your world up to everybody you know
But you guys have so much love too
People love you guys
Oh it's actually very refreshing
Because as you know
There are times
Especially when you put yourself out there on a TV show
Yeah
That there are times where it's rough
Like people can be really judgmental and hard
And it's actually been really nice to have
To feel supported
Yes I don't know
I never really felt that
tell this and maybe it is true maybe people can tell that I'm just genuinely happy and I
genuinely appreciate that too I think you're right I think people can just tell and I know it's
social media and everybody looks happy but you really there's something that comes through when
people are genuinely happy and I feel like that way too like I think I thought people were going
to be like you are a horrible person from moving on to another bachelor person like how dare you do
this to him and like all this stuff and everyone was like you look really happy yeah and so supportive
And I was like, holy shit, I did not see that coming.
Like, I was, like, bracing myself for the wrath of, yeah, of the internet and, like, trolls.
I was like, here we go.
Come at me.
Yeah.
And then everyone was so supportive.
And I think you're right.
I think people can just tell when you are being yourself.
Like, you seem yourself in this relationship, which is very much.
Yeah.
Very much myself.
It's seriously the best.
And I think that's kind of when you know is when you just feel so comfortable with someone.
Yeah.
Where you're, like, best friends.
It sounds so cliche, but you're best friends.
But then you're also, like, madly attracted to them.
Yeah.
And you just love them so much.
But, yes, we definitely don't have a shortage of fun in the lane household.
Yeah, no, it looks like, I want to come hang out.
Fun place.
Come on over.
I'll bring the dogs.
Yes, dog play date.
Does your dog play with other dogs?
Oh, he's obsessed.
Okay, good.
Like, he likes dogs more than he likes humans.
I think ours do, too.
Yeah.
I mean, he likes humans, but he definitely just loves other dogs.
Yeah.
Okay, we need to definitely have a play date with the dogs.
Yes.
I always wanted to know, too, when he, I mean,
obviously he wrote that song for you with the engagement and everything and that's like his
tour now but did you know that was coming so I had a feeling yes um like three days before
he was like do you want to go get manicures like wait that's weird yeah um so yes I had a feeling
it was coming soon and we had talked about it we had gone ring shopping months before so it wasn't
something that I was completely surprised by but the way in which he did it um I knew he had been
working on a song.
I didn't know it was something that he was going to propose to.
I actually, when he was working on the song, he didn't even know he was going to use it
to propose.
It just kind of like evolved into that.
So, no, I didn't know what was going to happen.
And even though we had gone ring shopping together and all this stuff, I thought kind of
beforehand that maybe it would take a certain excitement out of it a little bit because
I already knew it was coming.
We had talked about it so much.
But it was like still the best day ever.
And I was still so surprised, so emotional.
I mean, it didn't take away from it at all.
I love that you had, you know, you have footage of it and that song, you know, that's, oh my gosh, everyone cried.
I cried.
It was just like the cutest thing.
And every time still when I hear the song, I just get mad goosebumps and just be like, that is so romantic.
It's very.
Sometimes I forget because I hear it so much on tour.
And then sometimes I stop and I really listen.
I'm like, wow, this is really special.
In fact, I looked at him the other day and I was like, how cool is it that when we have kids, this song will be in existence and we can have them listen to it and show them the video.
Yeah. That's very cool.
It really is.
And then I'm like, I used to think that way about The Bachelor.
I'd be like, how cool we can show these?
And now I'm like, yikes.
How do you remove the history on the internet?
I'm like, oh, my God.
And then I'm like, well, at least I have my podcast with Jason.
There's that.
There's that.
That's so funny.
But, yeah, so you guys go on, are you, do go on tour with him, like, for the most part?
Because that must be fun to travel all these different cities together.
Because I know that you must have the full.
flexibility with, you know, you get to do so many things online and through website and
Instagram and all that, that you can have that flexibility to go with him, which is so nice
because a lot of people, you know, don't have that.
And I just think, like, you get to see the world together.
I know he's so busy and I'm sure you are too, but you guys were just in Europe.
Yeah.
Like, is that fun?
Do you like being on tour?
No, it's so much fun.
There are times where it's exhausting.
Of course.
I don't particularly sleep very well on the bus.
Yeah.
And I don't do well when I don't sleep.
I hear you.
But I've kind of developed a system where, like, I have my little things I put in my ear and noise.
I put a fan in my bunk.
So it all works out.
But, yes, it is really cool to be able to have those memories together.
And he just went to a second bus.
So it was me and 11 guys on one bus.
Oh, my gosh.
So now it's like we have a little more room.
But I'm glad that I was able to experience, you know, like it just makes me appreciate every step of the way a little more.
11 guys on one bus.
And you.
Yeah.
Yeah.
No other girlfriends or wives or anything?
No.
I mean, there's, so there's only 12 bunks and there were 12 people.
So literally, like, you couldn't even physically fit another human being on that bus.
And how long were you on it for?
So typically in country music, it's Wednesday night the bus takes out and departs out of Nashville to wherever it's going, drives throughout the night and then shows Thursday, Friday, Saturday night, and then back Sunday morning.
And then you do it all again on Wednesday?
Yeah.
Well, I didn't know that.
Yeah.
And, you know, as you're.
career kind of moves as you mature in your career you typically play less dates so you know when
you're first starting out it's like a grind it's a lot of being on the road yeah for sure and chris
thankfully i didn't he always says well if you think this is like a crazy schedule two years ago
you should have seen you know how much i was on the road because is that how you build it in the country
world like you just go on tour yeah yeah i think it's just you know how you get yeah absolutely like
city that's so crazy i i feel like i wouldn't sleep well on a bus but i want to experience like i want
a tour bus so bad for my live podcast tour like i'm really working towards it wait yes and i'm like
god how do you pack for that life i mean you don't you just kind of it's kind of nice that you got to
come back home and then go out again yes for sure the europe trip i was going to say in europe you couldn't
that was like more than two weeks and yeah so no we i just wore the same thing yeah it was
which is fine oh my gosh do you just love listening to him sing yeah yeah yeah like i love
listening to listening and watching him do what he loves like he's just so passionate about it
totally so cool because i don't even know if i've necessarily found that thing that i'm super
passionate about so i'm somewhat i just admire people who do and when i watch it it's just so
evident that he just loves what he does isn't that i mean it's it's so hard to find that thing
so i feel like athletes and singers and stuff you know i feel like they
are lucky to have experienced us their whole lives and be able to do what they love to do.
But that's so rare.
Yeah, for sure.
It's so rare to just figure out what it is you love and then be able to succeed in it.
And make it a career.
Yeah, but he probably did like grind so hard to get there, of course, because the country,
music world is cutthroat.
Yeah.
The music world in general is.
I think entertainment.
Yeah, for sure.
I mean, yeah, he just, it definitely is evident in watching him.
And it's so cool to watch like the people who come out to support him at the show.
Yeah, he's got some loyal fans.
He's got some loyal fans.
There's like the regulars now who go like show to show and it's actually been fun.
I've gotten to know them.
Really?
Yeah.
Oh, that's cool.
I know.
Oh, that's really sweet actually.
I know.
Yeah, I just love when people are like so dedicated to somebody through music.
I don't know.
I just think that's really, really cool.
I wanted to know, do you guys do like, because I saw you put out some videos of the wedding, but have you talked to it?
Like, are you going to put out like a more?
Because I think people love to see it.
You know, so I've gotten like the little teaser, but I haven't.
gotten the full wedding video you guys did it in Nashville right we did it in Nashville um so I'm excited
to see the whole thing because it's such a blur I mean I know I know people talk about it all the
time but I think until you live it it's like honestly I don't even remember most of the night and
it's just because you're being pulled in so many directions there's so many emotions yeah um
so many people to see and say hello too and plus trying to be in the moment with your person like
that's I I don't even remember being on the show I don't know if you do but I feel like it's the
same thing like so many emotions being pulled in so many different directions you're doing so many
crazy things that your brain can't even comprehend there's like a solid two years of my life that i just
don't remember same same in that era i always i'm like it freaks me out i'm like oh my gosh i don't
remember like the craziest time of my life okay cool i think when you're emotionally overwhelmed that's
like a very normal thing which is probably why weddings go by like that they go by so fast that's
do you have any like behind the scenes wedding like funny things that happened that day or any
um i mean i think i i i confessions yeah i
No, I think I posted it the other day because our wedding photographer or a videographer posted it.
But have you met Emily and Haley Ferguson?
Yeah.
They were on my season of the show.
They're amazing.
It's so funny.
They were there at the wedding and Emily's in a relationship.
And I know, I mean, like having kids and getting married is like she's just made for it.
She's just so excited for that chapter of her life.
And she caught the bouquet.
And I've legitimately never seen someone so utterly excited.
In fact, there are photos that I'm going to dig up that have just caught her reaction.
But there's a video of her, like, tackling me to the ground just with sheer excitement.
Oh, my gosh, cutie.
She's so funny.
The funniest.
Well, they're both funny.
But I follow Emily, because she got, she rescued a dog from Bunny's Buddies.
So we've chatted about that.
But yeah.
So they were, that was entertaining.
I mean, other, it was just, no, it was honestly just such a great day.
Like, did you find yourself to be a calm bride?
Yeah.
Yeah.
I think so.
I mean, it like rained, which wasn't ideal for photos.
Like, we had all these, like, romantic locations.
planned for photos and it rained which is fine yeah um yeah i wasn't really nervous or anything no
and you had a shake shack truck we had a shake shack truck genius it was amazing yeah i bet that was a
hit we ended our i didn't get to eat it at the wedding so my mom was smart enough to like bring them
back to the hotel that we were staying at so nice so i literally chris and i ended our night
in bed with shake shack that was the best see that is ideal i mean i could get down with a
Nashville wedding with a shake shack at the end.
Yeah.
It was perfect.
All right.

And your family is in Oregon. Are still there? Yeah. Yeah. Parents are in Portland.
I have two brothers in Portland and then my sister's in L.A.
So everyone's kind of west coast.
Yeah.
Oh my gosh.
So they all obviously came out.
Imagine they didn't.
Yeah.
Sorry, I can't make it.
You know what?
It's a kind of a far trip.
I'm going to sit this one out.
Yeah, because your family's really close, right?
Yeah.
We are.
So my sister's actually getting married this summer.
Oh, exciting.
Where is she going to get married?
In Oregon.
There's a vineyard, like five minutes down the road from where I grew up.
No way.
They're getting married there.
You grew up five minutes from a vineyard?
I know.
I kind of take, I like, forget that I did.
And I forget that Oregon has such amazing wine
Because you think of like California
I know
Oregon has a really good wine
Yeah that's I actually went to Portland for my first time
On my podcast tour and fell in love with it
It's a cool city
It's a really cool city
Did you go in the summer?
Was the weather decent?
It was decent yeah
Actually when I was there it was decent
I can't remember what
It was the fall crawl
So it was sometime in the fall
But it's beautiful
Yeah it was really beautiful
I really liked that city
And you guys chose to not go on a honeymoon
You did a little staycation, right?
We did a staycation and hung out with our dog
We are going to take a honeymoon
In fact, we're kind of working on planning that right now
Where are you going to go?
You don't know yet?
We don't know for sure
But thinking somewhere maybe in the Caribbean
I don't know
TBD.
All I want in a honeymoon is a hut
Like a hut on the water
Yeah
That's all I want to be on a boat for like a day
Chris loves being on a boat
That's like his favorite thing.
So one day we'll involve a boat.
But yeah, we just want to get away for at least a few days.
And do you guys want, do you see yourself staying in Nashville because of, you know, obviously with his career?
What's he from again?
He's from North Carolina.
So like, it's like a six and a half hour drive from here.
I mean, we talk about that a lot.
Definitely in the immediate future, yes.
Yeah.
In terms of long term.
I don't know.
I actually really do like Nashville though.
Yeah.
I didn't know how I would feel about it.
I remember you texting me and being like, is Nashville?
I was like, yes, you're going to love it.
I do really like it.
So, yeah, I could see us being here long term.
I think the only thing that I just wish was closer was my family or his family, even one of them.
So then it's like, if we do have kids, I have health and all that stuff.
That's the thing.
I talk about this all the time because girl ain't getting any younger over here.
And I like see myself having a family in the next couple years.
And I'm like, what the hell are we going to live?
because I am going to need help.
Everybody needs help when you have a baby.
It takes a village.
It really does.
And, like, I mean, I'm not above getting help or a nanny, but I would rather it be somebody,
you know, like, I would love it to be my family or his family.
And his family is in North Carolina right now, actually, because his parents, his dad took a job,
because obviously they're from Buffalo, but his dad took a job.
So, they're in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Oh, okay.
So, I mean, it's like, yeah, it's a six and a half hour drive.
That's not exactly close.
No, it's like just too far where the drive is brutal, you know?
If it was like three and a half, four, like it'd be more doable.
Yeah, it is.
I know it's so hard.
You were in L.A. when you met Chris, right?
I was living, I mean, full disclosure, when I met Chris, it was like right after the Bachelor.
And I think I was living in L.A. maybe about to move to Denver.
Oh, really?
Yes.
Like, we met at, like, a function that was right after the Bachelor that I wouldn't have been at had I not been on the show.
So it's, like, kind of weird to look back.
Sometimes I'm like, is that way I had went.
through all that. But yeah, we met then and then just very like briefly stayed in touch.
I was in Nashville with friends. And so I think I was living in L.A., yes. But when we went to that
trip about a year and a half ago to the Bahamas, I was living in L.A. Yeah. And newly single and
just like didn't want to date anyone. Yeah. And then, of course, that's usually how it works.
It really is. It really is. I just, it's so funny. And like you said, like, oh, is that why I went through
all that. I think about that stuff all the time. I'm like, oh, that, like, you know, you get,
you get all upset and bitter about certain things. And I'm like, why did I go through that? And then
you're like, oh, because this wouldn't have happened otherwise. And then it, and then it makes
you kind of appreciate the show when you had bitter feelings towards it maybe for, well, I know, I did
for a little while. And then you start to be like, okay, that's, you know, like, that was a really
cool experience. And that's how I got to do this and be where I'm at now. And you start to just have
a different appreciation for what you went through. It is weird because there's, you're, you
is a certain level of just like weird feelings towards it, but then also like so many great
things come from it. So it's like this constant, like, wait, I don't really know how I feel
about it. But then also I'm really grateful. It's just a weird situation. The weirdest. I
battle those feelings all the time. Because again, yeah, so grateful, but also like I was
depressed. Yes. So it's like you want to be grateful for that, but you know what I mean.
Yeah. You know what I mean. And then your house. Oh my gosh. Okay. So you guys were living,
I'm not going to say where, obviously, but like in an apartment and it looked beautiful.
Yeah.
But now you have this home and you get to just decorate it together as a couple and make it your own.
Is that just, is it stressful and fun?
It's exactly.
Yeah.
I think sometimes it's a little overwhelming because we went from living in a smaller place to now we have more room.
So we have like all this empty space that I get to play with.
But also it can be overwhelming because I want to finish it and get a done.
Are you doing it?
For our living room, yes.
But then everything else, I was kind of like, oh, I kind of want to try to do it on my own because I do enjoy it.
So we'll see.
Maybe I'll become too overwhelmed and I will work with a decorator for the whole house.
Yeah.
We'll see.
Give Jessica McCarley back on it.
She's so good.
I am working with a cool company for our master that I'll be sharing soon.
But it's been very collaborative, which is fun.
That was my thing.
Like, no matter who I work with, I wanted to be collaborative.
Because I know what I like.
You do have a good eye.
Like, you know, I mean, even when it comes to like, I feel like if you.
You have a good eye for, like, fashion and that kind of thing.
It kind of comes with, you know, decor and I feel he'd be really good at decorating your house.
So you're doing your upstairs.
Yeah.
I've lived in this house for three years, and I still have not done the upstairs.
Like, it's embarrassing.
What's upstairs?
Guest room?
There's a bonus room.
Okay.
And then you go up a little, a few more stairs, and then there's another bonus room.
My house is very weirdly set up.
Like, you walk in, and it's the living room and dining room.
Then I have my podcast room.
in a guest room and then our main bedroom
is on the main floor, then you go up
the stairs and it's just this huge
bonus room, which is empty, which
is, I have a couple weights up there that I
pretend I'm going to use sometimes. Two weights.
Yes, actually.
Two 12-pounders, okay?
For them squats. And then
you go up another set of stairs. There's
a bathroom. Then you go up
another set of stairs and there's
a guest room office,
then down the hallway, another little bonus
room, and then down some more stairs into
another guest bedroom it's the weirdest setup there's a lot of sets of stairs there's so many
random stairs that don't need to be there but sounds kind of cool well it makes it sound like i live in
a huge house yeah but like also like it's very unnecessary like it just goes in one big like half
circle and then you're like wait i have to go all the way back down the other way just to get
downstairs again like why can't it yeah it's just a weird setup but but i love it i don't go upstairs
ever i just live on the bottom floor that's how we are right now that's i mean eventually one day one day
I just said that for three years.
Like, how do you live in a house for three years and not even?
Like, it's so embarrassing.
I have company over and they're like, let's see the rest of the house.
I'm like, nah.
Let's stay in this really cute downstairs.
You could just pretend that that first level of stairs is like, and then it ends.
Yeah, that's gone.
Yeah.
They're like, well, from the outside, I'm like, optical illusion.
It's an optical illusion, I swear.
Yeah, because I always just want, just seen from Instagram, I just always like,
I want to come see your house and just what you do to it because you did some organizing
that I got very inspired.
fired from.
Yes.
Organization is truly like life changing, I feel like.
Yes, it is.
I have a friend who does it, so I had a professional coming into it.
But really, like, I just feel like it can change your entire day if you just simplify, like,
the little things in your control, I guess.
Cleo, my girlfriend was over helping me organize my closet.
And I was like, I didn't realize I wasn't getting great sleep until I organized my closet
and I sleep like a baby, just like feeling a little more organized in life.
It makes, like, little things like picking out an outfit for the day easier.
It really does.
Because you can see your clothes.
That's so true.
I'm like, I have so much crap.
And then now I'm like, not only do I feel good about giving so many clothes to goodwill and getting rid of clutter.
But now I'm like, wow, I can actually see my outfits in my closet.
And not buy things that you like already have.
I was so guilty of, like, buying things.
And then being like, wait, I have something almost the exact same.
Listen to this.
Cleo is for a year not buying one item of clothing or getting any.
anything like she's yeah she's going to try and just everything she has she's going to try and
work with it purpose yeah yeah so she's not going to purchase one item of clothing i love that
go cleo yeah go cleo i don't know how she's going to do it but i'm like inspired i'm like okay
well try to not get something every week as much where do you shop in nashville like clothing i mean
there's a vici dolls now or vichy or whatever i did see that um it's weird i'm not much of a shopper
Like, I just, I like shopping for, like, house stuff or not going to get antiques, like that kind of shopping.
I mean, Nordstrom's always a go-to if I need something.
Yeah.
But I've been trying, like Cleo, I mean, not to that extreme.
Like, I don't know if I could do that.
That's amazing.
Yeah.
But I just don't know if I could do it.
But I've been trying to not just buy as much stuff, to be honest.
But, yeah, I kind of, I like, like, high and low.
Like, I'll buy something that's maybe, like, a little more.
but then I also love, like, a good bargain.
I'm the same way.
And I'm the same way.
I don't actually love shopping.
I'm actually a really terrible shopper because I just, I don't put things together.
I like when I can go online and be like, ooh, this together, sure, yep, pick it up.
Or like, obviously, we're lucky enough to have some people that would send us some clothing.
So obviously working with Revolved, they'll just say, and then I'm like, oh, well, I would
have never picked that out.
But now I have it.
So I pair it with something like.
Yes.
Look at me.
And I feel like you and I are similar in that.
Like, I have to be comfortable.
Like, even it could be the cutest thing in the world.
but if I'm not comfortable in it, like, I just won't wear it.
Oh, absolutely.
I need to be comfortable.
Yeah.
Those boots don't look comfortable, but they're freaking cute.
They are.
And these are just fab.
So these are, I did like a little collaboration with them.
Yeah, I saw that.
Because they're not too high.
I actually swiped up on a couple of your things.
Thanks, Caitlin.
I did.
It was like the white boots or like some other.
Honestly, okay, perfect example of like being able to get cute things that won't fall apart after one wear, but that aren't like going to break the bank.
Yeah.
So I like kind of like a good bargain too.
I got one of my favorite jackets.
It's from just Fab.
It was a black, like, long winter coat that just ties up.
It's so cute.
And everyone's like, oh, is that like Eritzia, like a $400?
Totally.
No, it was like $50.
Eritzia is my favorite story on the planet.
In fact, this is Eritzia.
I have it.
I'm actually inspired by your office today.
How did we not talk about that at the beginning of this conversation?
Eritzia.
Eritzia is everything.
That started in Vancouver.
It is.
I did know it was a Canadian company.
Gosh.
I remember it was so funny because living in Vancouver,
Vancouver is actually really small and everybody knows everybody.
And I lived there for 11 years.
And it was like dumb because everyone just wore Eritzia.
Like you walked down the street and every girl looks the same.
Is that Lulu Lemon also Canadian?
Yes.
Is that Vancouver?
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah.
There's some good companies.
I know.
From that.
Like your neck of the woods.
Yeah.
Lulu and Eritzia like my two favorites.
Yeah.
Can we talk about my latest obsession?
It's that time that I bring up Ciesta Key again.
And we had another doozy of an episode last week.
I don't know if you guys tuned in with.
me but remember how Madison is dating her 46 year old ex-producer well she decided that it was
time to introduce him to her father and guys he did not take it well it was so awkward her dad
fully stated that he did not approve of their relationship and our sweet Madison was in tears
honestly I tipped my hat to her because she's one brave toaster Kara and Garrett discussed
their rocky relationship and Garrett does his best to keep them together but to no avail
Kara says she thinks they should take a break and hook up with other people.
Oh, poor Garrett.
Okay, guys, so Kelsey and Juliet throw a rosé all day party at their place.
Everyone's having a great time getting drunk while wearing pink.
But drama always comes to crash the party, whether she's invited or not.
Chloe and Juliet decide to step outside for a chat about their friendship that turns into Juliet's screaming and attacking Chloe and pulling out her beautiful extensions.
Guys, this is the second time Chloe has been attacked in the show.
Guys, do not miss the new episode of Siesta Key tonight at 8.7 Central on MTV.
I have a game for you.
Oh, okay.
It's called hypotheticals.
Okay.
So I'm scared.
I'm going to ask you questions.
Caitlin has a really evil look at her.
No, they should.
They're fun.
They're fun.
If you could make a rule or a law for one day and everyone had to follow it, what would it be?
A law for one day and everyone had to follow it.
follow yeah or a rule just something that everyone had to follow for one day what would
um not texting while driving oh gosh Nashville drivers I don't know if it's it's like on the freeway
texting and driving yes I can't it's and I say that and don't get me wrong like I'm guilty of it
I'm not saying I'm like perfect yeah but I do try to put my phone down when I drive same I have um
like a little holder on my like beside my steering wheel so I'll keep the phone there for like directions
and stuff but then like you're stuck in Nashville traffic and then I'm like all of a sudden
on my Instagram and then I'm slamming on my brakes being like okay Caitlin that's like you're
an idiot yeah yeah no I do that too but but I do get mad when people are just cruising and I see
them like swerving in and out of lanes and they're on their phone yeah yes ridiculous okay I like
if you could eat one thing for life without any consequences what would it be um probably
candy really yes oh mine would be just like any kind of pasta I have a bet I love pasta
too but like candy is my my weakness really what kind of candy like sour candy yeah but i have found
a good like candy alternative as of late what is it um smart sweet oh yeah obsessed also a canadian
company yes Vancouver yes everything is this what is life wait that's true i forgot it was a canadian
but there are good steps too i have a lot in my house so i've been trying to in the new year my brother
actually not to get like all serious but he is type one diabetes so as a family we've all tried to like
rally and support him and not like devour as much sugar or carbs so well that's yeah that's a way to do
it oh my gosh does that is that recent um no it was like when he was in high school so maybe six years
yeah that's smart sweet um i have like a huge huge bowl yeah just full of those bags for when people
come over like give them ways like good of bags and i'm obsessed they're good the peach rings
they're good or everything the peach rings are my favorite so good oh candies your weakness okay
If you could switch bodies with one male and one female, who would you choose?
Oh, my gosh.
I picked Lizzo.
I want to live in Lizzo's just like being in general.
Yes.
Oh, my gosh.
I mean, I feel like Beyonce has such a good figure.
Strong.
Totally.
She's just perfect.
Totally.
Okay.
Man.
I'm weird.
This is where my brain goes when I come up with questions for you.
I mean, I don't know.
I know.
Well, it's like a man's, maybe like the rock.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking.
So, like, tall and strong.
Like, I wonder what that would be like.
Yeah, he could do anything.
That's a weird question.
Okay, moving on.
If you could only wear one outfit for the rest of your life, what would you wear?
I mean, 100% like a hoodie and yoga fans.
Same.
Same zies.
Or like a onesie.
Yeah.
But it's got to have, like, a butt clap.
Because it's got to be convenient, too.
If you had to replace your hands with objects, what objects would you choose?
Really deep stuff over here today.
Oh, my gosh.
If my hands had to be objects?
Like if your fingers had to be objects.
I don't know.
I'm legitimately trying to think.
I don't know.
That's a, well, I don't.
That is a very, like, what would your answer to that question be?
Candy.
I don't know.
Peat rings.
I don't know.
Somebody had a really good answer to that one time, and I'm blanking on what it was.
It was like, like spoons and forks.
Oh, okay.
Yeah.
But then I'm like, well, how do you like your fun?
Practical, yeah.
That's not going to be good.
If one song played every time you entered a room, what song would it be?
I mean, I feel like I have to say big, big plans.
Yeah.
It's kind of your anthem song.
Yeah, it really is.
Especially this time of our life.
That's true.
That, yeah, or maybe like a Lizzo song.
I mean, if like nothing gets me like feeling powerful, like a Lizzo song.
I agree with that.
Lizzo for all of these answers.
Or Beyonce, honestly.
Who would you want his fingers?
Lizzo.
If you could travel into either the past or the future, which would you choose?
Oh, that's a hard question.
I know.
Probably the future, I guess.
I would say that too.
I don't want to like do high school again.
No.
Oh my gosh, who does?
No. Actually, I thrived in high school.
Actually, I was really popular.
I was just trying to be cocky.
I actually, I struggled in junior high. Do you guys call it junior high? Where are you from?
Yeah, middle school. I didn't feel like they're interchangeable.
7-8-9, I struggled with confidence and everything. It was so funny. Like, if I look back on it, I didn't even want, like, I wouldn't eat my lunch because I thought people were looking at me.
Oh, my gosh, that.
Yeah. I went through like a really weird, insecure.
phase like I was just always embarrassed about everything kids though I guess so like you just feel
awkward all the time I don't know if my niece would want me to say the story so I'll ask her and then
I'll edit this out if she doesn't want me to say it but she's she just turned 12 and she called
me the other day it broke my heart she got on face time and she was like so I have to tell you
something I'm like what she's like I'm gonna get my eyebrows waxed and I was like what
she's like the most beautiful perfect eyebrows yeah and I was like what why and she was like well
all the girls at school make fun of my face and like
like say that I have like bushy eyebrows and I was like don't they know that that's like
in I know and then I'm like how do I say this without being like well I microblade mine and
wax mine and like do all these things to mine to make them look good but don't touch yours do it yet okay
wait till you're older to change your face like how do you you know but I'm that's what I said I'm like
I'm like you know what said I'm like I actually put makeup on mine to try and get my bigger and
everybody just wants what they don't have and I was like just wait till you're a little bit
older to make any sort of, you know, changes because you don't know what you want right now.
You're just listening to the kids in your school.
And I said, oh, this is really good.
I said, did you know today and today alone I got told that I was too skinny, that I look better with darker hair, that I look younger?
And I said, what if I listen to these people every day and changed the way I looked?
Would you like, would you like me to do that?
She goes, I never thought about it that way.
Yeah.
So I was like, okay.
That's cute.
That she, like, called you.
Yeah.
You know?
So cute.
Oh, my gosh.
Yeah, she's actually, like, such a sweet little angel.
But, and she's just so, she's so vulnerable.
Yeah.
She'll talk about her feelings and, like, yeah, it's really sweet.
That's a good thing, though, long term, for sure.
Yeah.
But it made me so sad.
But yeah, don't watch your eyebrows.
Oh, if I could go back to do anything, I would not have plucked my eyebrows when I was like.
Oh, my gosh.
Wait, and then she said something.
She's also hilarious.
And I said, Sid, if you start waxing your eyebrows now, when you're older, that skin starts to droop from pulling it from wax all these years.
And she goes,
Well, I guess that's why my nanny and Papa
Maybe they have waxed her eyebrows for a long time
Oh my gosh
Wait, is that a true? Is that a thing?
Yeah.
Well, I don't know.
I mean, I don't wax my eyebrows, but like, I never thought about that.
Yeah, I don't know. I used to, but I stopped after that.
Yeah, it kind of makes sense.
I know.
You're just pulling out skin all the time.
Yeah.
Oh, my gosh.
Eyebrows are important, Sydney, but not until you're older, okay?
True.

a concession for me you know I've been thinking about it I mean you know coming on that you
know I know I feel like this is like what the one of the big air parts of your podcast yeah you know
you know I feel like this morning it was a rough morning in fact I walked in a little late I was just a
little frazzled um you don't look frazzled I told you that we need to put it in a fence because our dog is
just, like, crazy when it comes to squirrels.
Yes. I mean, I don't really have a confession, but my morning just didn't necessarily start
off on the right foot. And it led to me being outside barefoot, towel on my head in a robe.
And, like, when I say robe, like, I don't wear, like, the cute, like, Victoria's Secret robes.
Oh, yeah. I wear, like, the comfy, like, oversized. Terry towel. Yeah. That, like, isn't
very cute. So I ended up in my neighbor's yard, like, barefoot. And they literally were, like, looking out the window
looking at me like I was a psychopath.
So Cooper jumped through the electric fence.
Yes. He just is squirrel crazy.
Yeah. So needless to say, yes.
I mean, it's just, it was just very embarrassing.
Because we just moved in and I'm like, sorry.
And I'm like, screaming. And I'm like, Cooper.
Like on my hands and knees. And they were like, this lady is nuts.
That same thing happened to me. We just don't have a fence put up yet.
Yeah. But we're the same thing. My neighbor thinks I'm insane.
Oh.
Because I ran into her yard. Same thing. Barefoot. But I had like pretty cute clothes on.
but I was barefoot and I ran in
because Pino must have saw something
and he just jolted right into the bushes and pass
usually they'll just go and come back in and he jolted
and I was freaking out and I stepped in poop
just like the tiniest bit I thought I was like
Did you say you're a barefoot too?
I was barefoot and I was like
I usually pick up like right after they go
but I knew that that time because they got into bananas
they ate five bananas with the peel
and they're pooping like mad men
like just pooping banana peals every hour
and so I knew
knew there was poop around the yard.
So I was, like, trying to delicately, like, run through to find him.
And when I came back in, I looked, and it was, like, the tiniest bit.
I was like, I knew it.
I could miss that.
But, yeah, so at least you didn't.
I feel like anything with my dog, though, is just an embarrassing story in itself.
Like, the way I talk to him is embarrassing.
Like, if people saw me at home with my dog, they would just be like, this.
She's nuts.
Relatable.
I am legit an insane person with it.
I think that dog owners get it, though.
Yeah.
Yeah.
There's some dog owners.
When you don't have kids, like, it really is your child.
So, like, I talk to Cooper, like, he's my child.
Oh, same.
And you should have seen when we brought Pino in, I talked around and be like,
you're still, like, my baby, okay?
Like, don't, you know, you're still the king of the house.
No, Chris.
I guess this is kind of embarrassing, but Chris always laughs.
He, like, dies laughing about it because I'll, like, get really close to Cooper's ear
and I whisper and I have, like, this voice that I do.
And I go, Mama loves you.
Like, what?
Why?
No, I get it.
But I think he knows what I'm saying.
Yeah, of course he does.
He, like, looks really calm.
You know what you need to do?
You need to call Sally.
She's a dog medium, and she will talk to your dog and talk to you.
And you, like, it sounds crazy, but then once you experience it, you're like, holy shit, she actually talks to them.
And when I was doing it, Rahman, like, his ears perked up and he, like, stayed calm and quiet.
And she doesn't talk, like, you can't hear her.
And she's somehow communicating anyways.
Is she in Nashville?
No, she does it over the phone.
She's, I don't know where she is. I think she's in California somewhere.
Okay.
But she's like, like, well, I'm judging by her voice.
I think she's an older lady.
Like, I don't think she, like, looks up you and, like, tries to get all this information.
Like, I talked to her right when I got ramen.
And she, like, said things where now I'm like, oh, my gosh, she was right.
Really?
Yeah.
Because I would love to know.
Yeah.
I want to know what he's thinking.
I'll text you Sally's number.
Okay.
Okay.
I want to ask you some Twitter questions.
Oh, okay.
question for Lauren what was her first impression of Chris
my first impression was
gosh it was so long ago that I met him but I just thought he was really nice
and he was by himself at like this big event so I felt kind of bad for him
so that's why I was like you can come hang out with us but he seemed really sweet and like
just kind of shy yeah but really yeah when I I feel like Chris is one of those people that
gets up on stage in front of like thousands of people but he's
kind of like shy in smaller groups like he's not the person to like lead the room or like
take over the room whereas i feel like i'm opposite i do better in like smaller places with
less people yeah and like i'm way more shy in front of thousands of people right that's so it's
so funny how different we all are you know morgan gressel says uh what's your favorite and least
favorite part about being on tour with chris favorite part is getting to see different
places and meet, like, tons of different people and then also just, like, do that with my husband's
least favorite part is getting ready on the bus.
I know that sounds like really just, I don't know, kind of shallow, but the lighting is so
bad.
I was telling Chris, I was like, whoever designs these buses definitely is a guy and is not doing
makeup because they're very dark and just like, you need like a little vanity in there.
There's vanity and then there's no, like, the lights are like above the vanity.
And, like, it literally defeats the purpose of advantage.
Yeah.
So that's, like, my least favorite part, which is, which is small.
So, well, that's, overall, it's a great time.
That's pretty good then.
This is from Kiera Lang.
She says, what goals do you guys have in 2020?
Oh, that's a good question.
I think overall honeymoon is one of our goals.
I know that sounds kind of silly because I guess it makes a lot of sense.
No, that is.
Planning a honeymoon is a goal.
Okay.
Plan a honeymoon.
Finish.
most of our house up in terms of like just settling in and getting furniture and then just
like making time for each other I feel like we've been go go go for so long we're both trying
to just set boundaries and like when we're together and we're home like put away our phones
and just be more present that's probably my number one argument with Jason yeah it's just like
and we both do it it's not like just one or the other it's like but that's my biggest problem
I'm like, God, we are so not in, like, we're not present with each other when we're home.
Mm-hmm.
And it's, and it's easy to, like, fall into that.
So easy.
You just have to, like, you almost have to think about it.
Yeah.
I feel like we always say it to, like, okay, let's put down our phones at this time.
Yeah.
Never.
And then we're both like, and let it go.
Isn't that weird how, like, I feel like I can't even watch a TV show now and focus on that?
Whereas that used to be, like, my way of, like, distracting myself.
Yeah.
Now it's, like, not even a distraction.
I have to have a distraction for the distraction.
Same.
It takes me like at least two hours to get through one episode of Grey's Anatomy because I'm like, well, what's on my phone?
I know. I know it's bad.
And it's bad.
We're all like that, though.
I know.
This question is from me, okay?
Your husband gets kidnapped in a foreign country.
You stay out till 2 a.m. searching with authorities, but eventually you have to call it and return to your hotel.
Do you still do your skincare routine?
Yes or no?
Oh my gosh.
I mean.
Yes?
I agree.
I mean, you already called it a night either way.
Yeah.
It's 2 a.m.
Yeah.
You know, if you want to feel refreshing.
You probably cried a lot.
Yeah.
You just want to mascara running down the face.
Yeah.
Oh my gosh, sad.
I just imagine Chris getting kidnapped.
It's a very hypothetical question.
It's not going to happen.
My answer would be yes, too.
Okay.
Haley 1029 says, how did she know that Chris was the one?
Oh, she also says.
She said, I love, love, love, love her and Chris.
When I watched their music video for big, for big plans, I cried.
My questions are, how did she know Chris was the one?
And were you hesitant to fall in love again after being so public in your last relationship?
How did I know Chris is the one?
I mean, I think it was just, I didn't necessarily know if I knew it at the time.
But I think looking back at the beginning of our relationship, it was so easy and natural.
and it just, like, progressed very slowly, I guess, but then very quickly at the same time.
Yeah.
And I think I, I guess it kind of answered the second part of the question, but I was very hesitant to date or fall in love.
But it just kept progressing naturally, even as hard as I fought it.
So at that point, I was like, well, he's obviously like, this is just supposed to happen.
And then the minute I let go, things started just progressing very quickly.
and we just had the same values, same sense of humor, had so much fun together.
Like, I think I realized that I wanted to be around him at every moment of the day.
But then I think when it all turned, I was like, wait, I also like never want to be without him,
which sounds very cliche.
But I would like start to imagine my life without him.
I was like, I actually can't.
Yeah.
Life would be so.
It's dull.
It's funny how easy it becomes, right?
Those simple things where you're like, oh, like, I think people.
want this crazy story and these fairy tales and it's like it kind of is in your own way but
it's all these the simple things where you just actually don't want or can't see your life without
them and your best friends who are in love with each other like that's just that's what it is I think
also when you've been through like really you know rough relationships or ones that didn't
work out or ones that were very public and kind of traumatizing I think it um in a way
makes it more obvious when you do find the person in a way and it makes you a pre-year
them so much more and I don't know just more in tune with how you're feeling when you've been through kind of some rough times it's true that's true I mean I think that's why so many people like you know there you hear about so many of those stories where you think you're with the one and you go through this hard time and then you don't think you're ever going to find love again and that's when it happens like how many times do you hear those stories because all the time it's when you're not looking and it's all the cliche things are always the truth yeah it's true yeah Laura Blitz says oh that's so
funny in April. Can we get Lauren B
back on the pod now that she's in Nashville?
Oh, that's so great. Okay, so she said
how did you get your wedding together
so quickly? And how do you manage
home life and tour life?
Wedding, getting it together quickly
was all due to my wedding planner.
Yeah, got to have one of those. Definitely hired
a wedding planner and it was well worth it.
He was amazing. Anyone in Nashville, or actually
he does weddings all over, but his name's Josiah Carr.
He owns a company called
9th and Everett, and he's a
amazing. He just took like all the stress out of it. I mean, there's still a lot of
decision making that goes into it. But he like lays it out in front of you and you can just
say yes, yes. That's what I will need? Yeah. He's great. And then what was the second part?
The second part was, oh, how do you manage? Oh, life and tour life? Like, what do you do to
zen or to relax or? Our Sundays like really help us start the week again because we're
usually home on Sunday. Sunday's kind of like our day where neither of us work. Um,
even though it's tempting to, like, get on and do a few things here and there.
We just try not to.
We spend time outside.
We usually go to church.
So it kind of just like helps us re-center for the upcoming week.
And I feel like that's been really helpful for us.
Yeah.
Sundays are the day to do that too.
I love Sundays so much.
Me too.
People let's talk about Sunday scleries and I'm like, is this because I don't have to go to work on Monday morning?
That actually maybe is part of it.
People probably hate me for saying that.
But I really, I'm like, I don't understand.
Sundays to me are like the most like stress-free days.
I think they were, like, supposed to be that.
Like, in history, they've kind of been historically, like...
They're supposed to be, like, a little recharge and relax before you start the week again.
Totally.
Like, Monday scleries I get.
Yeah.
Like, that would be more.
The Sunday, I'm like, not so much.
Would you have anything you wanted to...
I mean, no.
Any breaking news?
Any...
Breaking news?
No, I'm honestly so out of the loop when it comes to everything.
Are you watching this season of The Bachelor?
No.
Yeah, I get it.
No.
And it's not...
I think it'd be different.
I was never a...
avid viewer of the show, like even before
I went on it. So it's not like I watched
the show religiously, and then I went on and then I stopped
watching it. It was just like, I never really watched it
and then I never really watch it now. So it's something
like personal. It's just, I've never
really gotten into it. And then I think being, living it for
so long, I tried to like
distance a little bit from it. And watching it
was kind of reliving it a little bit
in a weird way. I totally understand that. It did
take me a little while to. Are you watching?
Yeah, I'm watching. I like to talk about it on
like my recaps on Thursdays
and stuff. So I do try and
I'm going to have to listen to your recap.
Yeah.
Because I honestly like, yeah, it is interesting and like I totally get how it's entertaining and why people watch it.
I just.
I don't know how the season's good to go, but I say that every season.
Yeah.
Every season for the first two episodes, I'm like, eh.
And then it gets good.
And then I'm sucked in.
Every single time.
Every single time.
Okay.
Well, thank you so much for coming.
Of course.
And I have a, so I do Instagramies.
Okay.
Where I give out.
I try and find people who have.
Like a really good Instagram account that everybody can just add to their, you know, the scroll when you, you know, we scroll a lot of things that piss us off.
And this is to give away an Instagram for people.
So today it's going to Amy Poller's Smart Girls Instagram.
Have you heard of this?
No.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Yes.
It's at Amy Polar Smart Girls.
Okay.
And the IG bio pretty much explains it all.
But it says, best friends, Amy Polar and Meredith Walker created smart girls to celebrate your truest self.
why because you change the world by being yourself and the feet is just filled with women and girls around the world doing amazing things and to be themselves so I love adding like you know I'm following yes yes love that I know I love the like there's one that I stumbled upon the other day it was like good news or it was basically like a news thing that's only like positive yeah did you see that because you went to the Duchess of Sussex and they're only following one person and it's a good news no that's how I found them really yeah no I think they I don't even know I think maybe someone just like
posted something on their story from that, and then I clicked on it.
And I was like, wait, this is such a good idea, because the news can be kind of depressing.
Yeah, that's, I follow that too, because same thing.
Like, not even news, like, I mean, news is always depressing, but even just scrolling sometimes
I get depressed.
And so when I start talking about all these lovely accounts to follow and start doing that, I'm
like, oh, it's so nice.
Like, it almost gives you a little boost when you scroll instead of doing the opposite.
So, well, I'm so happy for you.
Thank you.
I'm happy for you.
Thanks.
I know, things have changed so drastically from.
from last time we podcasted, so.
It's crazy.
And that's, and I say it all the time to people.
I'm like, you just never know what's around the corner.
Like, you're going through a hard time or going through shit for a reason.
Like, you're going to, it's going to all work out and you're going to figure it out.
A hundred percent.
I'm sure you'll be super happy.
Then you go through a hard time again, and then it'll make sense later.
Like, it's just life.
It's just how it happens.
So, yeah.
We'll have to set up a double date.
Top golf.
Top golf and then real golf.
And then you can come over.
And then I'm going to come over.
Dog to play date.
Yes.
And I'm going to come over in a robe with a towel on my head.
And we'll be barefoot and chase our dogs in the backyard together.
Crazy old lady.
Yeah.
So then your neighbors will be like, okay, it's not just her.
It's her friends too.
Weird dogs.
Thank you so much.
I mean, you just, you look great.
Thanks, Caitlin.
You do too.
Because we're happy.
So annoying.
