Starting point is 00:01:28 simple thing helps more than you even realize it allows me to keep growing on this podcast and making these episodes the best they can possibly be obviously for you. That's the only favorite I'm going to ever ask. Okay. It truly means the world to me. Thank you. Now let's get into it. Hey everybody. Welcome to Off the Vine. I'm your host, Caitlin Bristow. And today we have a reality TV star who's also a fitness guru and a wellness coach. Her name is Taylor Bird. Of course I had to ask about Temptation Island and where her and Tyler stand now and what that whole experience was like. But we also got into reinventing yourself, being authentic as we always do. We also talk modern dating, building a fitness empire in all things health and wellness. I feel like this
Starting point is 00:02:09 one's full of truths and inspiration, so you don't want to miss it. Where did you grow up? Born and raised here. No way. All my life. Yeah. So how in the world, because you're on obviously Netflix's Temptation Island. So, and you went on with your now ex Tyler. Yeah. Okay. So how did they find you to go on the show? Instagram. We were actually in the database because we were approached for a different Netflix show. But then when they did the whole password cracking down, sharing of account situation, they
Starting point is 00:02:39 pulled it with a handful of other shows, basically. And so they were like, we'll keep you in the database if we have anything else. And I thought that was just kind of like a formality. But lo and behold, a year later we got the call, are you guys still together? And we were like, no, damn near not. Because it was just a really unhealthy relationship. How long were you together? Two and a half years.
Starting point is 00:03:00 Okay. When did it start getting unhealthy? Because I feel like six months is the bliss. Yeah. Then after that you're like, uh-oh, starting to see some cracks. And then a year gets in and you're like, I can work with this. No, I can't. I can't.
Starting point is 00:03:12 No, I can't. And then in two years you're like, this is bad. Yeah, 100%. Did I know it? That you just described. I feel like that's every relationship. Yeah. 100%.
Starting point is 00:03:20 That's why in my life right now where I'm at, I'm like, I'm not introducing anyone to anyone, especially not to Instagram until I know somebody. I said it first one year and I'm like, two. Yeah. Right. Keep tacking on the time. Yes. Scary. Oh my gosh. Yeah. Okay. So you already knew it was probably not going to work out. Yeah. What made you realize that just because it was toxic? Were you both toxic? Was it like? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. There was a lot of unhealed trauma. So he was in a marriage for five years. Okay. And we were just friends throughout that time. And then the divorce happened. And we were kind of each other's shoulder to cry on because I had just gotten out of a relationship too. So we were kind of trauma bonded. Yep. That happens. Yes. Okay. So you had both been trauma bonding outside of a getting out
Starting point is 00:04:04 of a relationship. Yes, exactly. Okay. And if you already know that you're probably not going to make it, was this like a Hail Mary to go on the show? You took the words right out of my mouth. Absolutely. It was our last try. Let's just see. Let's test it out. And honestly, it was kind of like a we live one life opportunity. This is Netflix. Like, why not just see? What happened? Because I feel like even if, even if I'm in a relationship that I know I don't want to be in, I still want to see them with someone else. Yes.
Starting point is 00:04:32 So like no matter what it sucks and it's just going to make it on another level of toxic, but it does probably put things in perspective, maybe. Yeah. And I mean, it shows the true colors when you're pressed outside of your comfort zone. Like, are they going to show up? Are they going to make good decisions? And that's one thing I never trusted him on because he was kind of a codependent person. He was in that one marriage that was his only relationship, his whole life.
Starting point is 00:04:54 Got it. So I'm like, let's see if you can sink or swim. And he sank to the floor, unfortunately. Shoot skis. Wait. Tell me why. How? Oh, my gosh.
Starting point is 00:05:03 Well, he just jumps ship like so many two hours in. Yeah. Mm-hmm. He was like, I'm out. I'm going with this girl. Yeah, literally was saying I was, I'm falling in love with her three days in. See, that's that bliss that you're like, oh. Honeymoon.
Starting point is 00:05:18 Yeah. I love to Lulu. Yeah. So were you, were you into somebody else? I was by the. end but like it was kind of like I get to have fun too if he's gonna explore and whatever I made a connection and I was like why not let's just try it out um definitely didn't last like in the real world because I needed to heal and like be a whole person and figure that out but it played
Starting point is 00:05:41 its part yeah because it's kind of like you said sink or swim it's also curiosity there's also pressure like was what was the experience for you overall like are you glad you did it oh 1,000 I'd go back 10 times over and do it all the same. Yes. And you do it all the same? Yeah. Long. 100%.
Starting point is 00:05:58 I was very happy with myself. And one thing I love, you know, just to be myself. If I tried to put on a facade or anything like that, I feel weird. Yeah. And also it's like my little, you know, I don't know, devil and angel, they're constantly talking. And I'm like, that sounds crazy. No, it doesn't. Not to me.
Starting point is 00:06:17 Right. So it was one of those things that I was authentically myself. and yes, I had like a little minty bee in the middle of everything, but I was happy about it. It inspired a lot of people. I like when people have mentibis on TV because I do, like you just said, it's like so relatable because I just feel like that's so normal. If you're blasting your relationship, he's falling in love with somebody else, you're trying to like have a self-discovery journey.
Starting point is 00:06:45 So your mental breakdown was like full on middle of the show. Oh yeah. And people responded well to this. Extremely. I think it was, if I didn't have that, I'd probably be just like, I don't know, kind of more forgetful. But I've received a lot of messages from people saying that they've never been able to articulate their emotions in that way. And I've been through a lot of therapy. And I like to think that, you know, I can really try my best to show up and put words to the emotions.
Starting point is 00:07:13 Yeah. I struggle with that. And I do a lot of therapy. It's awful. It is really hard. Yeah. I'm starting to like kind of learn because. of therapy, but I still, like, it's taking me 10 years. Did your ex, Tyler? Yeah. Did he do
Starting point is 00:07:27 therapy? No. Okay. No. And that was one of the things I really wanted throughout the two and a half years. I'm like, I'm in therapy. I went every single week. It was something that was really pivotal in my journey and of finding myself and what I need and what I want and honestly loving myself because I did not know the ends and outs of that. And I could see a lost soul who's just trying to figured out life is hard you need an unbiased party to be like hey maybe look at things in this perspective you don't know what you don't know right so me loving him wants him to become the best version of himself yeah but unfortunately you can lead a horse to water and you can't make him drink ain't that the truth so did you have any hope that it would be a different outcome oh one thousand
Starting point is 00:08:11 percent because you're like is there therapy on the show um there is but when i tell you it's a dollar general therapy yeah it's dollar general got it Got it. They're like, you don't even know if they're qualified. No, legitimately. Oh my gosh. What was the most shocking or unexpected thing that happened while filming? I think the biggest shock was the three days in we had our first bonfire and legitimately he looked dead in the camera and said, I think I'm falling in love with her. And I was sitting there like, we got here three days ago. Did you hear him say it? Yes. Did he have any remorse? Did he feel bad that he was saying this and feeling this way in front of you? No. And it's through a film. You watch the bonfire on a screen. So they watch clips of what we're doing. And then we watch clips of what they're doing. And legitimately, it did not seem at all that he vatted an eye on his journey. So. And that's his journey. That's his journey. We're going to respect that. Yeah. We respect that. Totally. How could it being filmed 24-7 change your perception of your relationship with yourself? Oh my gosh. Honestly, in a weird way, it made me fall. love with myself more. I love that. I felt like I did not really know myself wholeheartedly and watching that back. Yes, it's edited. A lot of things got cut out and trimmed down and whatever it may be. But genuinely, I was like, okay, I think I'm actually kind of a cool person. Oh, I like that. Watching yourself back can be very humbling. It can also be, like, I had a lot of pride
Starting point is 00:09:41 watching myself back on Bachelorette. Like there are obviously a few cringe moments or like, but I was like, you know what? I'm thinking. figuring it out. I'm doing my best. I'm handling myself really well and I like deserve to respect myself. Yeah. Like I deserve that love from me. Exactly. Yeah. It's cool to see that. Even in the cringy moments too. Because you're like everybody has this. We're human. Yeah. Like I completely relate to that. Yeah. That's, I feel like you'd probably learn so much about obviously trust about communication, about boundaries from the whole experience. And were you immediately like, you're worse than I thought. Yeah. Are you talking about in myself or him or other people? No, in him. Oh, yeah,
Starting point is 00:10:22 but at the same time, it reared its head in our relationship, but I thought it was maybe insecurity or, you know, just figuring it out identity issues or whatever. But I always kind of gaslit my own self being like, oh, justifying his actions and whatever. But at the same time, I wasn't a great human all the time. Right. You know, I raised my voice or may have said something that wasn't as nice as I could have said it. Yeah. But looking back on the show when I would speak about the relationship and hearing the other perspectives from, I know these men were trying to date me.
Starting point is 00:10:54 So yeah, they're going to probably gaslight me. But it was still nice. It was refreshing to hear, you know, both sides. Yeah, absolutely. I feel like I, God, I don't know if I could ever do that show, though. I feel like you could. Like, I can't even watch. What's the other Netflix with Nick Lachay?
Starting point is 00:11:11 Love is Vine. But the perfect match. Oh, yes. Like that stresses me out so bad. when they're like, well, let's put them on a dude's day with all these hot girls. I'm like, it makes me uncomfy. I'm like, well, of course they're going to want to do something. And of course everyone's going to want to.
Starting point is 00:11:25 Yeah. I just feel like it's not fair. I get that. But then for me, it's like I'm so strong will that like I'll, yes, I'll want to do it, but just to prove everybody wrong. I remember at the beginning of the show, I got cut out. And I'm kind of thankful it did because I ended up making a match and like kissing on the show. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:43 But I said, put money on it. I will not, you know, stray away from my relationship. When I got there, I'm like, it's Tyler or nothing. Like, I'm not going to be one of these people, you know. And I was glad I did branch out and I made a connection, but I had made sure that Tyler was fully in love with his new, like it was fully broken off before I even, you know, had any interest there. Wow.
Starting point is 00:12:08 That's crazy. So where do you and Tyler stand today? You're obviously exes. Yeah. Are we friendly? are we not. I'm going with no. Yeah. So he's been blocked since like we got home like two weeks after we got back home. Okay. And I never talked to him again. And while we had the reunion and the reunion was the only thing I kind of showed my ass on a little bit. Because imagine being locked in
Starting point is 00:12:32 a room with your ex for three and a half hours and being interrogated on. So I, my true colors weren't the best here. But after that, he tried to make small talk in the parking lot and I was like, you don't have to talk to me. Yeah. Like, we're good. So, yeah, we haven't talked since. But you both live in Nashville. Have you run into each other?
Starting point is 00:12:53 So Costco. Oh, Costco. I know. And I'm in my grubbies, like, looking like a homeless man. Nobody looks cute. Nobody looks cute going to Costco. Literally. And then imagine turning down the aisle and seeing them.
Starting point is 00:13:04 And we were both like deer in headlights. And you're like, okay, acted like each other didn't exist. It just kept it moving. And I was like, wow. Oh, my gosh. Isn't it so weird when you go for? from, like, loving each other to complete strangers and, like, don't look at me. I can't even be in the same room as you.
Starting point is 00:13:19 It's so weird. It breaks my heart, honestly. I know, it is sad. It is sad because you are so hopeful at the beginning that they're different, you know? And then when life proves you right and validates all your insecurities, you're like, that's sad. Yeah. It really is. And it's such a scary switch, I feel like in a human that, like, you can be so invested in, like, you know about my trauma and my family.
Starting point is 00:13:43 and everything that I've been through and you showed up for me and we've made love like that's huge and then you can just be like see ya I'm in love with another girl after three days I'm assuming they didn't work out no he is now engaged to a whole other person
Starting point is 00:13:58 and we just stopped filming like a year ago you're kidding me oh no what does he do in the city to be honest I don't know because he didn't have a job when we were together the last year just keeps getting better. Yeah. Okay. Um, interesting. Does he like influence? Um, to be honest, I have, yeah, yeah, blocked. So I have no idea. But I do want to set the record straight. Like, I hope he is happy in his new. Like, that's all you ever want for somebody that you've cared about.
Starting point is 00:14:30 At the end of the day, my conscience, I rest better at night knowing that I wish them well. And you leave it at that. I feel it's hard to get to that point. But when you do, it's such a relief because you're like, Wait, why am I wasting my energy? Like when Taylor Swift said that thing about her, what was it, her, like, energy being currency or something and how you, some people can't afford her energy, I was like, period. I was like, period. My whole life just changed. Yeah. You know what I've really noticed lately is as soon as the weather starts to change, so does my skin.
Starting point is 00:15:02 It's like the second fall hits my face. It's like, hey, girl, hey, remember moisture? The air gets cooler. Everything gets a little drier. And then I lock it all in with their TBT cream, which is their clean retinal alternative. It's like a moisturizer and anti-aging powerhouse. So let's talk about dating after being on reality TV. Yeah. Because I know from experience, it's complicated. Uh-huh. It's really complicated. So how do you start meeting people again when the world has an opinion about you? Like, do you look for the guys that are like
Starting point is 00:18:02 never seen the show? Yeah. Like what is it like for you? To be completely honest with you, I have not really dated. So I obviously had the connection on the show. We tried it out not for me. And that's all good, fine, and dandy. Um, I did date somebody for a couple of months before the show even came out. This was in the interim time of I had gotten home from the island. Me and Tyler, like, I had just blocked him. So I'm like, got to try. I was not healed enough for that either. Um, so I actually haven't, like, dated yet. And I'm really excited to, but I still feel like I have a lot of work to do before I'm ready for that. Do you date yourself?
Starting point is 00:18:41 Do you go to movies by yourself? Do you go to dinners by yourself? And do you just feel the same way as you did watching back? I'm like, I'm so lovable. Yeah. And honestly, like, I do feel lonely. I mean, I'm a human and I love connection. And I feel like we're meant to share life and experiences together.
Starting point is 00:18:57 But at the end of the day, I need to work on my negative self-talk and stuff like that. So when I take myself out and I feel the loneliness like creeping in, I start telling myself affirmations. It sounds so cliche and like whatever, but legitimately, I want to be a whole person because, you know, searching before Tyler, that was me, like jumping from one to another. So there's nothing wrong with that. But at the end of the day, like seeing the little gaps that I have in myself that I could do better into, sometimes I sabotage this shit out of myself in relationships. I mean, I feel like we all do that to some capacity. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:33 I really believe we all do it to some capacity because it's us just trying to protect ourselves. Yes. So it's, it's just even, it's just cool to even know that you're doing that. You know, like you're like, okay, I'm aware that I'm doing this. Because now I can pinpoint it when I am sabotaging. I even do it in like my career. Yeah. I'll, I'll do that to myself. But negative self talk is so toxic even like a relationship with yourself can be toxic and negative self talk. You're like, what are you doing? I don't deserve this. Yeah. Why am I treating myself this way knowing I don't deserve it? Yes. And then putting yourself on TV for other. people's opinions to creep in. If you don't have a good sense of identity and sense of self,
Starting point is 00:20:12 it literally takes it out of the own. Which is funny because those people don't have a good identity of self. We're taking what they say personally. That's crazy. Yeah. It's hard not to. I know. Don't I know it? So did you have some people that were nasty? So I would say 97% is amazing. It was so much love. But the only thing is the reunion episode is where I kind of got dragged. And rightfully so. I mean, I did come across angry and bitter and whatever may be because I was. Why are we not allowed to be angry and bitter? Literally, I literally got cheated on left. And then you want to ask me why I'm mad. Like, okay, God forbid a girl has emotions. God forbid. You're angry. Yes. But at the end of the day, I was like, you know what? I really
Starting point is 00:21:01 don't care. It ended up the way it needed to be. And I'm stronger because of it. Well, and it probably felt good to get that out. Yeah. It probably felt good. And then you're like, people aren't going to remember that in two months. Okay, so do you have like negotiables, non-negotiables for when you start dating in? Like, what will your betting process be like? Honestly, those are still being written. But I genuinely feel like expecting a person to be perfect, like to start dating them. That's not going to happen. I just want somebody who has drive. That's like number one willingness to say like, hey, I'm not there yet, but I'm willing to get there or you know like work on themselves self awareness and humility where is that where is that
Starting point is 00:21:45 yeah so I think that's the two big things like drive and humility to have enough introspection inside to be like you know what I don't have it figured out but like I'll try to get there and we can do it together and as a team totally and I think that what was lacking the most in Tyler night's relationship we were not a team you were just on your own little islands oh yeah and then you went to your together little island and that didn't know oh my gosh yeah that's crazy how do you protect your mental health and confidence while navigating dating yeah um don't do it hypothetically speaking i was going to say don't date yeah um honestly checking in with myself and i love my alone time i'm i'm an omnivirte even though i don't think that's a real word but like i'm introverted as well as
Starting point is 00:22:31 extroverted when i'm out but i need to recharge my social battery often that's a thing that's a thing Yeah, I think just checking in with myself. And also, energy speaks loudly. So the interest that I had on the show that I tried to pursue afterwards, we would sit on the couch and like, loki, my body would shake. It was showing me signs that I was not ready for that. Yeah. Didn't feel safe. Didn't feel safe. We were just on two different pages. So I was like, you know what? I think that that's something to look forward, you know, look into. So yeah, like just the cues within myself. Because I feel like I'm, in touch with myself enough to know if I'm meant to pursue something or not. Is that crazy that if more of us did that, just sat and got quiet and understood what our body is telling us, it really has all the answers. 1,000%. So the guy that you tried to make it work with, you guys tried off camera too? Yeah, we did.
Starting point is 00:23:27 Does he live in Nashville too? No, L.A. So it was long distance. So that was hard. But also, like, I was in a position to jump into something right afterwards. I really wanted to spend some time. So we did like try right after the show and then I was like, look, I'm just not ready. And then he gave me some time.
Starting point is 00:23:44 And then we tried round two when the show actually like premiered to, you know, because then everybody was asking and it was kind of fun. But then round two, I was like, yeah, this still ain't it. Yeah, still ain't. I'm sorry. Yeah. So have you even been on one date, like post show since that? I mean, the guy that I dated in between, yes.
Starting point is 00:24:04 but after, you know, April is when we, like, really called it quits. Yeah. I have not been on a date since then. So. Wow. That's so fun, though. Yeah. I just think people are when they can spend time alone or be alone with themselves for like a long period of time, I feel like that says a lot about somebody. Untouchable.
Starting point is 00:24:24 Yeah. Because a lot of people can't, not even just like saying me jumping from like a relationship to the next. Like I still loved my alone time because I have, I've just gone through things. where I'm like, I know when I'm alone, if I'm sitting there and I can't and my intrusive thoughts take over or I'm like getting dark or I like have to numb myself in some way, like I need to work through that. Yeah. And now I'm like, intrusive thoughts, they come and they go. Yeah. They're just passengers. They're just coming through. They're meant to, you know, spark some interest and be like, have we unpacked that? Right. To do some more work. But it's forever. It's an ever-changing thing.
Starting point is 00:25:01 And I think if you can be 100% okay by yourself, then you're unshakable. Yeah. There is nothing that anybody can tell you. And for me, it's really hard with the opinions of everybody because even growing up, I didn't have a strong sense of self or identity where I was going where I needed to be. So this is a time for me to be like, okay, this is you're in your early 30s. You're laying the foundation. And I'm just really grateful that I get to have this time.
Starting point is 00:25:30 Yeah. I like how we're all kind of feeling empowered in these ages too. Like it's not so much like I turn 40 and I think I think more or thought more people would be like, oh, aren't you shouldn't you be here? But really people are like good, nice. Yeah. Awesome. Empowering.
Starting point is 00:25:47 Yes. I feel like more and more people our age are realizing that like we don't need to have it all together by 30 or a 35. Like we can lay the foundation in our 30s. We can lay the foundation in our 40s. Literally reinvent yourself. anytime anytime yeah it's societal pressure that says we need to have stuff mapped out and honestly if you asked me 10 years ago my early 20s I would have been like okay baby by yeah 28 blah blah blah yeah now I'm like maybe at 31 hell no I'm like baby at 41 would be great beautiful baby at 41 I think
Starting point is 00:26:21 so that was your first reality show you've ever done yeah did it match your expectations or was it completely different than what you thought. I feel like it's a 50-50 because A, I didn't know what to expect, but B, I love some trash reality television. Like, I watch all of it. Yeah. It's amazing. But being on it, there's a lot of hurry up and wait. Get ready. We got to get in our spots. And then you're sitting for 35 minutes and you're like, well, I could have finished my taco. Yeah. Yeah. That is, it is, the hurry up and wait is wild. Yes. Would you think, do you think that's like one of the most stressful parts or do you think? I think being recorded because sometimes I like to think about what I'm going to say because
Starting point is 00:27:02 that has gotten me in a lot of trouble in the past because I'm a fire sign. I will say whatever and be like, oh, shit. I wasn't supposed to say that out loud. So I think like having the camera right there a lot of the time, especially when you had to ask the guys on the date and like tell them, you know, they'll give you prompts. Like, hey, why don't you guys talk about this? And you're like, I don't really want to talk about that. I know.
Starting point is 00:27:24 I'm going to say I've reached the point in life where if something looks amazing, feels amazing, and doesn't cost a small fortune. I'm in. I'm all in. That's why Quince has become my new best friend and it's like that cool friend too. Not like your regular friend, your cool friend. Who knows all the good stuff before anyone else does? So let me tell you about the piece I've been living in lately. It's the 100% leather oversized bomber jacket. It's so cool. It's effortlessly cool. A little edgy and it's made from top grain sheep leather. So it's legit quality to built to last. The oversized fit gives you that laid back model off duty vibe. I don't know. That's what I call it. The hardware and the pockets are chef's kiss just functionality wise.
Starting point is 00:27:57 It's the kind of jacket that makes you feel stylish without even trying. And of course, holiday travels coming up. So let's talk about the expandable carry-on suitcase because I love it. It's super lightweight. It has a durable shell. Smooth 360 spinner wheels. Seriously, it actually like glides and floats. Interior compression panels and even a removable laundry bag.
Starting point is 00:28:14 So your dirty clothes don't mingle with your cute outfits. Oh, I hate that. It's also got TSA approved lock and a sturdy YKK zipper. Basically, it's the best suitcase ever made, truly. And here's the part that gets me every time. Quince works directly with. ethical, top-tier factories, and skips the middlemen. So their prices are like 50% less than similar brands and the quality is next level without the markup. So step into the holiday season

We're going to think about if it's dating or like a competition reality show. Like I'm very competitive. And I want to continue, you know, spreading, you know, awareness and vulnerability and like myself and just seeing what else is out there. I don't think it's the end. And I did kind of go see a psychic. Like maybe first time
Starting point is 00:30:47 ever I've ever seen a psychic. Hey, I was in it. Two of my friends had already gone to her so and had create experiences. So I was like, you know what? We're going to do it. And she was like, you're going to have one more reality show. And I'm like, oh. Oh, my God. What if it's the perfect match? Oh, I don't know about that one. Don't they take people from Temptation Island? They, they did. Even this last one that just came out, they had two girls. I just, the perfect match doesn't seem serious to me. I mean, I know. I know none of the shows probably are, but I get that. I'm like, because I don't think any of the couples have worked out from that. That part. I mean, Ollie and AD. Oh, yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:23 But, you know. I still wanted to throat chop him a couple times. I know. That's why I am saying like, eh. I, but knowing me and how quick I am to be like, yeah, no, I would probably leave the house the first 72 hours because I would be like, yeah, I don't like what you're doing. And a lot of- That's fun too. That you still get a paycheck.
Starting point is 00:31:41 I mean, true, but I want the screen time. Oh, yeah. I'm like, I want the paycheck. No, that too. Hey, longevity and paycheck. We're here. I used to be like, give you the screen time. And I am so different now, which is so funny, because I would never, in my life, if I'm
Starting point is 00:31:59 single or not, I will never do a dating show again, competition show, absolutely. But I would be like, I'm there, like, I want to win. Yeah. And I want the paycheck. And I just like to show everybody else. Yeah. Give me the money. You're just, are you date showed out?
Starting point is 00:32:15 Like, you just don't. I just don't trust the foundation of it. I get that. Yeah. I just, I think. If somebody wants to go on a dating show, they want something else. They need a little bit of cloud. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:30 Yeah. Which is fine. I understand wanting a bit of cloud and like because that can be a career. One thousand percent. But it's how you do it. You know? Yeah. Don't be grimy about it.
Starting point is 00:32:41 It's not what you do. It's how you do it. Thank you. Yeah. Yeah. I do like that you've taken control of your story post show. Yeah. And kind of reshaped your narrative intentionally, which is cool.
Starting point is 00:32:52 Mm-hmm. I like, I like what you're doing with, with your step. So what was that process like, like deciding who you wanted to be publicly and privately? So I think it was a long time coming. So again, lots of therapy, a lot of, okay, figuring it out. But I think I've always loved health and wellness. I think if you don't have your health, you have nothing. You can't show up for people.
Starting point is 00:33:14 You can't go to work. You can't be a contributing member of society or even feel good about yourself. Yeah. So for me, I don't have. problems with people that are just influencers just to influence whether that's like product or even like only fans or whatever it may be get your bags yes but for me i want to provide value i want to it sounds so cliche and i wish there was another way to say it but leave the earth one percent better than i came in if i can provide value on you know how to make someone live more optimally or
Starting point is 00:33:46 whatever that's what i want to do so i have my background in health and wellness i have my masters and all this so I was like okay let's turn that into a business and so I really thought long and hard about what I wanted that to be and so that came sore wow so then how do you choose what brands you're going to work with because I know when you have to align yourself and live authentically online too it is hard you have to turn down a lot of money yes yeah and that's the biggest thing is you know selling your body online golly you can make some good ass money these girls are raking it in and honestly if i couldn't keep a roof over my head or whatever i'd be doing the same thing you know catch me on only fans if i get canceled period yes but at the same time i'm like why don't i
Starting point is 00:34:34 try the way that that i value and aligns with my morals and whatever the most and then if that doesn't go then maybe we'll reevaluate but at the end of the day like i want something that i can be proud of yeah and to be a model for other people that you know don't necessarily want to do that. Yeah. Have you turned down some brands because you're like this doesn't work for me? Yeah. And not even just like the selling your body stuff. Even athletic brands wanting to partner and they have like a lot of ingredients that I would never put in my body or I want to be a trusted source for individuals to come and they know that I'm not doing it for a paycheck. Now my manager has had a lot of, you know, conversations with me letting me know like, hey, you know, that is a lot of money.
Starting point is 00:35:18 are you and at the end of the day I can go back to bartending I don't want to but like I would rather keep something that I trust and like that name yeah I know that may sound stupid no I respect the hell out of that I think that's yeah I understand it and I respect it because I do think that's long term the best decision for you yeah you know like of course your manager wants you to take the money I know and I do too because I'm seeing all the other people from the show just really killing it and you know great but at the end of the day I'm like I don't know I think I'm I'm holding out for something yeah I don't know what that is but I felt like I was holding out for something working two jobs for seven years before the the Netflix thing came along hey you've
Starting point is 00:36:04 realized that you can listen to your body and if you feel and you know that this is like what works for you and longevity wise is going to bring on something bigger later that was the biggest piece of advice best piece of advice I got for my career was when I first came off the show. Yeah. That was, yes, I had to turn down so much money. But I'm so glad I did. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:36:25 Because it's all about building trust. Yeah. You are building trust with your audience right now, and that is worth more than anything. Yeah. And I love how relatable you are on your socials and how you just like pop on and you say whatever and you're authentically yourself. And then I'm gone. Hey, but that.
Starting point is 00:36:42 But that's what I want to work to be. Yeah. I still feel like, oh, I'm breaking out. Like I can't get on and talk shit. my stories. I'm like, I'm a story from the toilet sometimes. Oh my gosh. Goals. I'm too, I'm like too close with my audience now. I'm just like, I keep saying like, what don't they know about me? It's crazy. Yeah. But I like that. What would your advice be for people trying to build a personal brand while staying true to themselves? Check in with your compass and make sure it just aligns with you.
Starting point is 00:37:09 And if you don't know if it aligns with you or your compass, your meters off, then sit with yourself and think about future you and manifest that's envision that what does it look like does it align with that future person yeah and if it does awesome if it doesn't and if you're still unsure pros and cons give me a piece of paper flip a coin oh my gosh I love a pro and con list girls love a pro and con list I love it too much like I've I've thought about this where I'm like I should have kept a book and like made it a funny coffee table book honestly of my like pros and cons negotiables, non-negotiables. And how many times I've gone back and scratched them out and be like,
Starting point is 00:37:47 literally, we can do, you know, we can let that one go. It kicks me in the ass later. But always, that's so, that's a good point. Just like writing down, yeah, not making any like emotional decisions or like quick decisions and just like thinking something through makes a big difference. Yeah, 100%. It is really all about alignment of what works with you. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:07 Let's talk, let's talk about your fitness platform. Okay. Strength overcomes all resistance. Is that what it is? Yes. I nailed it. You nailed it. Okay.
Starting point is 00:38:16 How did this come about? So honestly, searching for that, what's my next step? Like, what do I want this to come to fruition? And I think the name, honestly, it applies to so much because strength mentally, physically, emotionally, anything that life throws at you, you need to navigate and you need to have the tools to do so. So what I really want for this platform is to be a whole body approach. So we're not just saying you need to eat this to, you know, be healthy or you need to move your body.
Starting point is 00:38:47 Because you could be doing one without the other and it cancels each other out a lot of the time. So honestly, that whole body approach and when women come to me, we take a look at the barriers and the gaps in their life. Okay, environmental factors, living factors. Like are you in a stressful relationship? Talking about cortisol and managing stress and how to show up for them and what that looks like. Are they a nurse? Do they work three, 12s in a row? how can we still get movement in in that time?
Starting point is 00:39:14 So it's really individualistic. And I think that's the way health should be approached. That's so important because there's so many, again, just fitness people, they're trying to make a quick buck where it's like, buy my program. Yeah, buy my program. And it's all the same thing for everybody. Do you know who James Middleton is? Yes.
Starting point is 00:39:31 I think he does such a good job. Love. Yeah. He does such a good job. Just so real and honest. And so his humor. So him. And it's not what people want to hear.
Starting point is 00:39:41 But it's real. Yes. I respect how he does it. But that sounds kind of similar to what you're doing where it's like taking in a woman's environment is so important for what she needs. Like let's do a hormonal blood panel. Thank you. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:54 Like let's look at your thyroid. Where are you at in your cycle? Where are you at in like premenopause? Menopause. Like so many factors. Yes. Oh, that's awesome. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:40:04 And I think the biggest game changer in my own fitness journey was to get a blood test to show what foods are most inflammatory for my body. Yeah. I was consuming dairy forever. Like I grow up in the South. Come on now. Oh my gosh. Yeah. So I got that blood test back and it was like, oh, you were really allergic. And I was like, oh, what blood did? What blood test did you take? I did ever really well. And so there's some mixed data about that, but you can also just go to a primary care doctor or others and get a more in depth. But I was having so many problems that I just did the elimination diet after that. And it cleared right on up. So. that's yeah well because i'm like okay i have a question doing hit classes all the time why is that bad
Starting point is 00:40:48 hormones so it's so put so much stress on your body and on your joints to really perform at a high level all the time and your body just doesn't need to function like that and have that amount of stress placed on it back to back yes but once or twice a week okay 100% okay great yeah i'll tell i'm gonna tell you what i do okay i'm like such a teacher's pet with this shit so Please tell me, give me a cookie. Yes. I do Pilates three times a week. Amazing.
Starting point is 00:41:15 I do heavy weight lifting two or three times a week. And then on like a Saturday, I'll do a hit class in the morning. And then I do a sauna in my backyard. And then sometimes on my days off, I'll just do a little swim, but I walk every day. Everybody take notes right now. Legitimately, strength training, you have it all in there. And especially as we get older, and I'm literally figuring this out now, the lower. the lower impact stuff is going to be so much better for our joints because I used to
Starting point is 00:41:44 straight train four and five times a week. Yeah. My back hurts. Oh, I was getting so fooked out. Yeah. Yeah. My whole back was, yeah. My lower right.
Starting point is 00:41:53 Oh my God. It's like I'm still damaged from it. So I'm like, I'm going to mix it some Pilates or yoga. Yes. It's a great. That's okay. And even sauna, the detoxification, everything. You have a great.
Starting point is 00:42:04 And I eat very healthy. But I'm the, the, here's the tough part. I'm rarely home. This is only. when I'm home yeah so then you put me on an airplane I'm drinking the wine I am eating the airplane food I am eating the hotel food but I'm still trying but just of course yeah yeah airplane food is probably bad it is lots of ingredients but I eat the damn snacks too yeah oh not the snacks give me the like freaking oh the actual yeah oh give me with the roll and the freaking
Starting point is 00:42:33 mashed potatoes with gravy and the red wine yes and the red wine yes I love Love it. I do too. So hard. Okay. So what is your, what is your take on alcohol? Okay, moderation. I loved to let, not loved, I currently love to let loose every once in a while. And sometimes, like, if I have friends in town, we're probably drinking two or three days in a row. Yeah. But for me, a hard reset is always what gets me back in the groove. Like we fall off the routine. Don't get me wrong, but we get right back on it once it's time to lock in. That is a same. That is, I must. Otherwise, I can keep going but like if i wake up and i'm like i'm hung over i'm just going to keep sleeping and then i'm the next day i'm like well uh like if i if i just start and go get your ass out of bed
Starting point is 00:43:21 go to a workout class and drink water and then i'm like oh i'm back exactly and that's what it is so it's about that that balance because you can lock in and you can let loose and sometimes you're human it's not about the destination of like oh i finally achieved the perfect body and i'm going to maintain this. No, it's about the journey of falling in and out of love with it. And, you know, for instance, two weeks ago, I didn't work out for almost three weeks. I'm like, but I'm this guru who preaches all this stuff. But no, I got on my stories and was like, you know what? I'm tired of my own shit. And so I'm going to get back on it now. And now I am. I'm so tired of my own shit a lot of the times. That's so funny. But I feel, yeah, I feel like there's so many things out there
Starting point is 00:44:07 with TikTok and Instagram that go viral for like, don't do this. And then I saw one guy talking the other day about how Pilates is like, he's like, it's not, it's not doing it. And I'm like, shut up. I'd like to see him in a Pilates class. Me too. Men in Pilates class is so funny. That's like sometimes what I do when I'm in a bad mood, just look up men in Pilates classes and then laugh. Just crying. I'm so mean. I just look up men and Pilates. I laugh at them. But what about coffee first thing in the morning? Oh my gosh. So for your hormones as a woman, not a great thing to do yeah i always say at least you know 24 32 ounces of water minimum and a meal but if you can't get the meal in at least do the water is it bad to just chug as much
Starting point is 00:44:50 water as you possibly can to get that down like should it be over right after yeah because then i'm like fine oh like you know water's like coffee i'm mixing you know to get to that coffee hey i feel you but your body will thank you your adrenals everything will thank you if you just give it. I feel very happy with where I'm at physically because of how hard I work. Yes. But I cannot lose the tummy. This right here. And then I go, is this just being a woman? Like, no matter what, even if I'm the best shape of my life, I still have like a little belly there. Yeah. It's, I mean, everybody's, it's kind of controversial. I know people would roll their eyes at me and be like, shut the hell up. But it's true. I have dysmorphia to the max. And I've had like severe problems with my mind and body.
Starting point is 00:45:34 That's everybody, especially. women we carry a lot of it there we could be so ripped and so toned we'll still have a little bit of the fupa or whatever so not drinking coffee in the first thing might help me that not that might not do the trick but i mean it'll be better on your hormones anyways yeah you know that's something as women will always carry we have a uterus we're meant to have babies i know and i do i always want to like tell everybody to like as much as i'm hard on myself yeah i realize what i'm doing in the moment and then I'll go stand in the mirror and be like, I love you. You were one day carry a baby.
Starting point is 00:46:10 And I'm like, so I'm mixed in the positive. Yes. So I'm not that hard on myself anymore because I really reroute and say some nice things to myself. Yes. This episode of Off the Vine is brought to you by Progressive Insurance. Are you out here making smart money moves? Real question. Like savings for vacations.

Starting point is 00:47:06 How do you plan on like differentiating your fitness brand? I don't know why I said it like that. Differentiating your fitness brand in a space that feels like so oversaturated. So honestly that whole body approach. I feel like more people are being aware of this alternate approach and the more holistic side of things. So I'm really happy about that. Yeah. But I really want to focus on women because men's hormones, they're able to do whatever and literally look at incredible.
Starting point is 00:47:35 and I don't want to be specialized in men's anything. So I'm going to focus on women. I'm going to focus on the whole body approach. And also that mental health portion because you can eat incredible workout. You can have all the things. But if you're going home and you're rotting and the talk is negative, it really does bleed over into how you present yourself to people, how you feel about yourself. Well, it's why people say like when people are happy, they're glowing.
Starting point is 00:48:02 Like that's a real thing. And like sleep, I'm sure is such a big thing because beauty rest, that's a real thing. Because if you're stressed out, you're not sleeping well. Your heart rate is elevated. Like all this stuff is contributing to a shitty sleep. And then I feel like how you do anything is how you do everything. If you're sleeping shitty, you're going to show up shitty the next day. 1,000%.
Starting point is 00:48:24 And recovery is key, especially when you're traveling and you're weightlifting and you have so much going on. You're working a job. You may have a family. That recovery is key. to everything. It's key to keeping your hormones balanced. Also, that cortisol is, it's really big. The stress hormone is one of the largest causes of, you know, holding inflammation, you know, not being able to show up brain fog, you know, being lethargic, so many things. All the things. Yeah. So what is your workout? I was like, that's not in my notes, but then I was like, wait, I want to know what
Starting point is 00:48:57 you do. Honestly, so as soon as I turned 30, things that started to go downhill. And I'm like, okay, we got to reevaluate. And that's something really spectacular about being a woman being able to reinvent yourself. I used to train hard. I could push so much weight and feel great about myself and my body is snatched. Turn 30 and I'm like, where is the back problems coming? So I'm honestly doing at least yoga and Pilates twice a week. Still straight training three times a week because I think progressive overload, especially when you want a body recomp and, you know, have nice ass and everything like that you need to be pushing that way yeah and then honestly outdoor walks has been huge for my mental health it's obsessed with walking yes and especially outdoor in nature you know Chinese medicine they
Starting point is 00:49:42 literally prescribe time in nature to individuals that have mental health issues yes because it's a frequency I'm so woo-woo I'm going to be categorized as this crazy like no woo-woo person but like legitimately you have the right audience I love it yeah but being outdoors in the elements being connected that that's where we're supposed to be. Yeah. I'm like addicted to walking right now. Good. It's a great thing to be addicted to. I actually love it. Okay. I work so hard to get a butt and I grew up as a dancer so I already had a good butt because ballet and everything. Yeah. But I work so hard to get my booty and I got a good one. Yeah. But there is this one dimple that you could eat a bowl of cereal out of. I have a good one. You do? Okay. So that's just genetics part of being a woman. Literally. And I like the little.
Starting point is 00:50:30 Dimple. Give it some character. I've tried to start saying that. I'm lying to myself, but I say it because I'm like, I have cellulite. It's genetic. Every person has, and I'll never forget this one lady, I will not say her name, but she was something to do with the cheerleading team that I was on. And before I went into a photo shoot, she was telling me I need to eat boiled chicken
Starting point is 00:50:52 and mustard, and that's it. And I was like, that sounds like that's going to trigger my disordered eating, but okay. Yeah. But I remember her saying, I don't care who you are. You all have cellulite. And I was like, rude. And I was like, I actually don't. And then I turned a certain age and I was like, oh. And then I was like, cellular is just a thing. So do we need to stop telling ourselves to get rid of cellulite? Because I hate how hard we are on ourselves, including myself about it. Yes. And especially the people that you see on Instagram and social media that don't have cellulite, that's FaceTune. That's AI. Or they just start out a different angle or like, and I'm guilty of it. I've done. shoots where I'm like, I have a spray tan and you can't see my cellulite here. That doesn't mean I don't have it. I think that's a good point. Social media, if they don't have it, it's because they don't, they aren't showing it.
Starting point is 00:51:41 Yes, 100%. It's a smoothing filter. I'm guilty of it. I'm sorry. Hey, me too. I love some face tune. Don't get me wrong. But at the end of the day, comparing yourself like it's never great.
Starting point is 00:51:50 We're all human cellulite, natural, just like freckles on your body or you may have like a birth mark somewhere, whatever. It's just one of the things that comes with just being human, and I think we should accept that. Do you have like one wellness hack where you're like, I stick to this hack and I swear by it? Honestly, hot tea. It's great for digestion. So I have a lot of- I love dandelion tea.
Starting point is 00:52:12 Yes. Great. Anything. Spearmint, if you have acne. Dandelion for inflammation. Hybiscous in the morning. Ginger. I love ginger.
Starting point is 00:52:22 I love tea. I literally have a cabinet that has like seven tea bags, like different. Why can't I just get into tea instead of coffee in the morning? It's like there's something addicting about the coffee. Yes, it's the smell. I'm the exact same way, but I am really, so I've had a problem like balancing my hormones. And I think one of the things I was doing was drinking coffee right out the gate. So for me, well, it manifested itself in acne.
Starting point is 00:52:47 So that was the big thing, like the hard cystic acne, even like on my back. And I'm like, okay, yeah, we got to stop that. But tea, especially in the morning when you first wake up, because it's kind of, have like Drano. Like it just, you've been lying for, you know, hopefully eight hours, seven to eight hours. Ten for me.
Starting point is 00:53:04 You know, oops. I love it. Is that too much? Yes? No, no. But then you wake up and you think warm, you know, a lot of, again, Chinese medicine,
Starting point is 00:53:13 it's about warm things, bone broth, you know, that gets the blood circulating first thing in the morning. So, and then at the end of the night, I always do like a bedtime tea. So again,
Starting point is 00:53:22 I do love a sleepy tea. And anything warm before you go to bed. And isn't it's just like, I love anything. I like warm morning, noon, and night. I'm just such a warm beverage, girly. Same. Same.
Starting point is 00:53:32 I really love it. Okay, so obviously nutrition is huge in wellness. Do you meal plan? Yes. Okay. Tell me about meal planning and then tell me what you're indulging in. Oh, my gosh. Okay, meal planning, I always, are you talking about meal prepping or planning or is that
Starting point is 00:53:47 the same in your book? That's the same in my book. Okay, perfect. Some people, it's different. Like, planning is like writing out the grocery store, like what I'm going to. And then prepping is like what I'm going to. Yeah. So usually two proteins.
Starting point is 00:53:59 I prep every four days. Two proteins, handful of veggies, and then a carb. So you can mix and match. Like with the proteins, you can do two carbs so you can do potatoes and rice. So whole ingredient foods is best, obviously. But at the end of the day, like if you can, if you need something frozen and something quick and stuff like that, you can still get that too. Frozen veggies are great.
Starting point is 00:54:20 I love my air fryer. Costco, they have like the chicken breast stuff. You can just throw in and you can have it ready. Crockpots also very underrated. Oh, I love a crock pot. I remember my dad bought me one and I was like, oh, and I love a crock pot now. But that's, okay, is it true that when you steam veggies or cook veggies, it takes the nutrients out of it? Not always.
Starting point is 00:54:41 I mean, it does lessen some of them, but it's not too much to write home. If you're literally going to just not eat veggies at all or, you know, have the lesser amount, definitely still do it. Because it's the fiber and, yeah. What about juicing? Because I feel like you're getting rid of all the fiber and then you're just taking the sugar. Yeah, I mean, pretty much. So smoothies are better because obviously you may have some peals in there, like blueberries or whatever, like juicing, it does just take kind of the juice out. But, you know, whatever works for you. I do believe in like celery juice first thing in the morning.
Starting point is 00:55:11 I know. That makes me shit my pants. Oh, yeah, but it's meant to, okay, clean it all out. Yeah, but it gets to a point. And again, I've said this on a podcast before, but I've gotten to a point where I'm like, I can't do celery juice anymore because I can't even get to the gym because I'm like, I don't know when I'm going to shit my pants. I love it. That's crazy. Okay. Then what are you like to indulge in? Anything sweet. Yeah. It literally talks to me. Yeah. I can't buy it because I'll eat it all in one saying. I know what I do is those, um, the Justin dark peanut butter minis. Yes, the cups. Yeah. Oh, the little mini ones. And I just have two of those after dinner and it's all I need. The thing about me is like I love
Starting point is 00:55:50 to relax and, you know, maybe indulge in other ways like some nowadays. or something like that. It's kind of like a THC dream. Yeah. Oh, I've had those. Yes, they're so good. I think I have one in it. Is it like beautiful can,
Starting point is 00:56:05 like a white, tall can with like pink writing? Yeah. Yeah. Well, there's some different versions. I think I know the one that you're talking about, but legitimately I will have a little sip
Starting point is 00:56:13 in my little nowadays and relax and then the munchies start creeping in. So I can't stop it too. I am the worst. When I have THC in my system, there is no stopping me. None. I will eat everything in sight.
Starting point is 00:56:26 All of a sudden, like, ice cubes even taste good. Like, I don't care whatever it is. Just like, get it in my mouth. I will eat everything in sight. Yeah. Same sister. And to the point where I'll make myself sick. Like, I do not have an off switch.
Starting point is 00:56:41 Yeah. That's why I need to watch when I take a gummy or something because I'm like, I'm a psycho. Okay, so beyond physical transformation, obviously, what do you hope people take away from sore? The empowerment or self-efficacy that they can do whatever they set their mind to. I think, you know, once you show yourself that you can do one small thing, whether that show up for yourself to do a 10 minute walk every day for a week or like a very small goal that's achievable, it makes you feel like, oh shit. You can prove it to yourself. And I think for me, that was my big thing in my journey is I never really had a lot of confidence. Like growing up, I didn't really know which way to go. And there was a lot of opinions. And like, I didn't come from a family of doctors and lawyers and super successful people. It was. all like do whatever makes you happy and I'm like I love that but also like what yeah so for my journey it was very much so focused on that same thing of just like finding things that empower me to show me that I can do it and then I could just keep moving moving the bar yeah so okay so let's get
Starting point is 00:57:44 to the good stuff okay every guess that comes on I've been kind of slacking lately but I have them tell me an embarrassing story yeah it's called the confession segment of the podcast so now is your time. Okay. I'm ready for it. Yes. Okay. Oh my gosh. Okay. So it's about the gym, of course. I'm like, I need probably a different story. But honestly, crazy things happen to me all the time. But one of the most recent ones, you know how you see a cute boy at the gym? Yeah. And you start to have this fantasy of like, oh, he probably has a dog named Boomer and like he's, you know, he goes home. And you just create this fantasy life. Okay. So I have a little gym crush. And, And I don't think he knows he's my gym crush.
Starting point is 00:58:27 But anyways, you know, you lock eyes and you're like, okay, you're on that machine. I'm going to go over there. Yeah. So he was doing dead hang ab crunches. Yep, hot. And I was like, oh, perfect. So I'm going to go on this machine. I'm going to do my abs because we're a match made in heaven, right?
Starting point is 00:58:41 Yeah. I'll go meet boomer after this. Yeah. So I was sitting there. I do my first set and I get up and I'm like, yeah. You know, I'm feeling all hot and stuff. And then I go back down to do my second set and the damn cable snaps. literally snapped. Yes. And I have a closed grip attachment and it hits me in the head. Because
Starting point is 00:59:02 mind you, it's a lot of momentum going down all the way to the ground. So it snaps. I plop on the floor. It hits me in the head. Broken nail. And now I have this big red spot right here. And my friends come over there like, Taylor, Taylor, are you good? And I'm like, yeah. And I'm like discombobulated. And then I look over and I was thinking he would be like, oh my God. Like are you okay, night and shining armor? He's still doing his... Ab crunches. No, he's not. Yes, he is.
Starting point is 00:59:28 Did you even notice or is he self-absorbed looking in the mirror doing his? He literally looked at me and then went right back, locked in. And I'm like, okay. He doesn't have a dog at home. He's an asshole. And I'm like, I thought you were going to be my night. Hey, I mean, we're in Nashville. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:42 Is there gay is in Nashville? Yeah, I mean, Joe. You know. Hey, love you, Joe. Love him so much. Oh my gosh. Yeah. That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:59:51 Yeah. Embarrassing because literally like I was thinking I was just hot. shit and I was doing my thing and then that is being humbled and like when you're feeling hot is awful yeah it's really I'm like okay that's the last time I ever try and be hot I I feel like that happens to me anytime I'm just like I'm I don't I find it hard to be sexy like I'm how well oh my god I feel sexy when I'm actually I feel sexy when I'm butt naked hey um or I feel sexy in sweatpants and like a hat that's so funny that's I feel like that would be me I just can't be sexy unless So I'm like, I feel sexy alone.
Starting point is 01:00:25 Yeah. When I'm with a guy, I'm like, giggly. I'm like weird. I like don't know what to do with myself. And then I'm like, I just want to be in sweats. Yeah. I love you. Be comfy.
Starting point is 01:00:33 Don't look at me. Yeah. Well, thank you so much for coming on the pod. I love that you live here because then maybe we could have like go to a workout and then maybe get like a glass of wine or something. Yeah. By Joe and Craig. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:46 Oh my God. Yeah. We'll go to double date with them. I love it. Yes. I'm here. I love them so much. Oh, that's awesome.

Well, as you should, don't jump into apps. It's, you got to build. Yeah. So I'm just doing one-on-one right now.
Starting point is 01:01:08 And then once we build enough community, hopefully we'll get an app going. That's awesome. Yeah. That's, I love the SOAR. I love the acronym and I love what you're doing with it. Thank you. Yeah, it's really cool. Thank you for having me.
Starting point is 01:01:19 I really appreciate you. And what is your Instagram? So everybody can follow you as well. Oh, it's at Christina Taylor. At Christina with a C and Taylor with an E, not an O. Yeah. That's it. I was like, I like the different spelling.
