She's a kick-ass accountability coach.
I love that word.
Thank you.
Accountability is like one of my favorite words.
And you're a fitness influencer, right?
Yes.
Yes.
Amazing.
Yeah, you look great.
She's a mom, a TV star, and CEO of her company all in by Teddy.
Please welcome Teddy Millencamp.
Yay.
Thank you for having me.
Yeah, of course, cheers.
Cheers.
To, well, Tuesday.
Well, you know.
Tuesdays are, do you get the feeling?
I remember when I was on Bachelorette and every Sunday, I got Sunday scaries because
of,
the Monday night episodes. Do you get anxious for your episodes?
Next level, because we have to blog about them. Okay. So you get to see the episode right
before, so then you can write about it, which is almost cathartic, but then you know that
that blog is going out. Yep. Yeah. So it's like, you know, they're evil geniuses. Yeah,
they really are. I always wonder with that show how much, if it's the same as Bachelor,
Bachelor, with the editing, and if you watch it back and you're like, wait, what? Because that's how
I always felt. Or if you're like, no, that was pretty accurate. Well, and,
No, it's pretty accurate because they can't change something you said.
Very true.
So regardless if it's like a little bit off, you still said it.
So, you know, you kind of have to live with that.
That's true.
But I mean, it is a TV show, but truthfully, the hard part is it's actually life as well.
It bleeds over.
Right.
I mean, how often do you guys film it?
Like how...
I mean, we filmed, I think, for over six months this year.
Whoa.
Long time.
And I mean, I'm still filming confess.
Which are like the talking heads or whatever.
Okay, first of all, do you know that I do confessionals on my podcast, so you better
have something good.
I've become pretty good at it.
I mean, other than I get a lot of heat for using my hands so much.
For talking with your hands?
Yeah.
I'm like, I can't speak without it.
You know what?
I actually prefer to watch people on TV who talk with their hands.
You know what?
Then maybe you'd like me.
Well, I already do.
I already do.
But I was like on, when I ever I go on camera for TV or anything, I must.
a hand talker as well and I always try to stop and the producers actually told me that it's
better for TV if you talk with your hands. Really? Yeah. I tried to talk without using my hands and then
honestly no words came out. I was like so uncomfortable. I was like I can't I have I you know what live with
it. I get it. I'm like a baby T-Rex. It's fine. Okay. Yeah. That's funny a baby T-Rex. That's okay
because I just feel like it's I'm an animated person. Maybe you are too. I think I get very passionate
about things. Okay. So then it's like
the hands are to really
prove a point. Let me guess people shit on you
for it online. Non-stop. That's
so funny. Like man hands
what are you doing? It's just I'm like
you know what I can't help it. It's
crazy how sometimes I go through
phases where sometimes
nothing can bother me on the internet
like nothing and then
I'll have like a day where I'm like
I call her Katrina Katrina will come out
and I'm just like the sassiest little bit
clapbacks nonstop. Clapback
Katrina. I just like, oh, I'm, I get so, and I have good clapbacks. Oh, I hang. I'm going to need to text
you to you to get some better ones. Oh, you just send me a screenshot of what somebody says to you and I'll,
I will have the best one ever. That's my boyfriend right now. It always says, like, don't step in the
chirp ring with Caitlin. Like, don't step in the ring with her because she'll get you. So,
I love that. I just try to make fun of myself and then hope that it like, you know, goes awayish.
That's where my anxiety is coming from right now because I keep checking Twitter because by the time this
comes out, the Bachelorette season 15 reunion will be out. And so I'm like, what did I say? We had
wine. Oh, I've been there. Oh, see, yeah, people are. Oh, it's already happening. Yeah, it's happening as we
as we speak. Oh, we can't even look. Don't even go down the rabbit hole. You're going to have to
wait it out. I'm turning my phone over and that is the last of that. Well, I'm excited to see that.
So all the ex-bacheloretts. Yes. So we all got together except for two. I know that the two that
weren't there, we're invited.
But one, I think she has a bit of a tough relationship with the show.
And the other one already had a family vacation planned.
So all the rest of them were there, except for the seasons Hannah B, because she was out filming.
But it was, I thought it was going to be a lot.
Like, I was like, okay, going back into the mansion with that many of the bachelor's, like, we all have very big personalities.
And I was like, what is this going to be?
It was the most loving, like, there's just so much good energy in the room.
and we all just bonded and had such an amazing day.
Because there's nothing, you guys don't have anything to compete over.
That's true.
Yeah, we were all just happy to be there.
Yeah, you survived it.
That's true.
That's, yeah, very different from probably what you have to deal with.
This is my confession that I've never watched a real housewives of anything,
but everybody is so obsessed with it.
Like, it's...
Oh, I mean, people think that you, they know you.
Oh, yes.
They know, the ins, like, they have very strong opinion.
Very.
And, you know, I think it's fun.
and I don't mind that like team so and so team so but it's like some of the craziness like
it's like people will say like I hope you're you die yeah I've gotten that what I know
this should be entertainment for you have fun with it exactly pick your favorite and laugh with us
laugh at us I don't care fine like obviously we're you know a hot mess yeah as we all are I
I always find that the funniest that people you know they're sitting at home just being so crazy
on the internet and getting so angry, and I'm like, are you brave enough to put your life
on television? And like, what would we say about you? Yeah, I mean, because all of us make
mistakes. We're all, you know, have ups and downs and that's just life. And watch it, enjoy it,
escape from your own life, but like, you don't need to be angry. Could you imagine if they
went on TV and they were a hand talker and they just got like ripped apart for something so
stupid? It's so confusing because you're like, I always say you couldn't eat an apple and somebody
will have something negative to say about it. Like, it just doesn't matter. Well, I think
also like I'm in such a different like I will like somebody I don't know's picture but I've never
in my life commented never something like negative yeah anything like that on somebody's page because
to me it's like what's the point I did one time in my life and I was I was young and stupid I said I
would rather chew glass and wash it down with a bag of hair than be friends with Kim Kardashian
which is so aggressive but I was just it's aggressive I was just trying to be funny
and I don't mean it
I've actually heard she's the sweetest person
I don't know her but yeah I just
that's what I hear but I felt so stupid
because when I came up it was I was really young
like I don't know how many years ago it was like one of my
first tweets pre bachelor oh yeah
like 10 years before
and so I remember like going back
in all my tweets and being like what did I used to say
and I was like I was mortified
it could have been worse it could have been worse
that's true very true
yeah it was just a silly little chirp
but I was like
It was your alter ego.
Yeah, it was Katrina.
It was Katrina that came out.
All right.
So I have an exciting new sponsor that's doing something totally revolutionary with birth control access in the U.S.
And, well, it's about damn time someone did.
They're called Simple Health and they're here to make your health care, you guessed it, simple.
They're starting out by simplifying birth control access with online prescriptions and home delivery.
Did you know that over 20 million women in America lack reasonable access to something as basic and fundamental as contraception?
The existing health care system can prevent women from getting the care that they need,
whether it's insurance barriers, income, or physical location.
So Simple Health thought of a better way.
With Simple Health, you can get your birth control prescribed online and delivered to your door for free.
It's affordable, convenient, and safe.
Whether you're already on birth control, looking to get back on, or want to try it for the first time,
simple health will take care of you.
And here's how it works.
You fill out a comprehensive online health profile, answer some questions formulated to get the best
birth control for you, your body, your preference, your insurance situation, they take it all
into account. A medical doctor will review your profile, figure out if you're a good candidate
for birth control, recommend a product, and write a prescription. Then your birth control ships
to your door on a reoccurring schedule, no interruptions, and just to be clear, simple health
isn't making their own birth control. They only prescribe trusted and vetted brands of birth control,
including pills as well as the patch in the ring. Best of all, simple health offers affordable
care regardless of insurance. They do accept insurance and luckily birth control is free with
most insurance plans so you can pay absolutely nothing to use the service every month. And for those
of you without insurance, pills start at $15 per month. So it's still super affordable and delivery
is free for everyone. The prescription is usually $20, but my listeners can try Simple Health
for free. Just go to simplehealth.com slash vine or enter the code Vine at checkout. And I do
want to mention that this isn't a replacement for routine evaluations by your primary care
physician or gynecologist. You should still get health checkups as needed, but it is the most
convenient and comfortable way to get your birth control. Again, don't miss your chance to try
simple health for free. Go to simplehealth.com slash vine or just enter code vine at checkout.
So, okay, not only do you start on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but you also run
your own accountability coaching business. All in by Teddy, what inspired you to start helping people
reach their health and wellness goals? Really, it started about my own journey. So, you know, I kind of
fluctuated with weight my entire life and didn't really have any accountability about it. I would
eat hard or I would not eat enough. It was just constant like I would do fad diets. There's nothing
healthy about it. Right. And then once I had kids and I wasn't comfortable in my own skin and I was
very like alone about what I was struggling with. Like it got to the point where like I would be in a
picture and I wouldn't want my husband to see the picture yet he sees me all of the time. Right.
Like I was so uncomfortable in my own skin. So I started an Instagram account to hold
my self accountable. And I just posted a picture like, I'm changing my life today. Wow. Follow along
if you're interested. And then I started posting my transformation. Yeah. Through working out,
through changing food. And, you know, as people started seeing it, I started growing a following.
You know, it started with like my 30 best friends. Yeah. And then like, you have 30 best friends.
Well, you know, high school. We could, we could, we could, you know, pull back my sister.
That's crazy. I have like four best friends and I find it. That's a lot.
Yeah. 30. Go on.
30. And then, you know, it's just kind of grew. But then I started working with a couple of friends, like just not even thinking of it as a business. And I was like, listen, I know you guys have wanted to change this. Can I, can I just do you as like a test? And they had insane transformations as well. And I was like, there's really something to this accountability. Because, you know, to one of your friends or your family, they'll listen to you vent or complain or whatever. But they're not going to hold you accountable.
Yeah.
And what else is holding you accountable?
Money.
Mm-hmm.
So the second you pay somebody to help you change your life.
That's so true.
So if you have to send proof of your breakfast, lunch, dinner, your workout, and if you don't, you're out of the program.
So you just lost your money.
That's actually genius.
So no matter how much money you have, who wants to throw money away when it comes to changing your life?
Yeah, no one.
No one.
No one.
That's amazing.
Good for you.
And I think it means a lot to people that you've been through it, too.
you know you you weren't just you know this fitness guru your whole life who has it you've kind of
been there and you've struggled with the same things that they are struggling with so you can
be relatable and hold them accountable yeah and I understand I have empathy but I'm also strong and
I can say like listen I feel you I've been there but remember this email you sent to me you know
two weeks ago right you still feel that way right remember those feelings like you just hold
you just constantly remind them and every single coach that I have I have I have
over 40 coaches now graduated from the program cool so it's just such like over 40 coaches it's crazy
i mean that's it's so amazing so it's like even on the days that you know housewives is chaos and
things feel like i'm going to explode yeah i'm like you know what look at all of these people's lives
who have changed yes that because more people are seeing it on the show more it you know you always
got to remind yourself about what's really important at the end of the day what's really important yeah that's
I mean, and that's probably, I mean, the show, is that how you started everything?
Like, well, I already, you know, I had a small business.
I ran about 40 clients.
And in my mind, I was like, that's really all I need.
You know, I never have to ask my husband for money.
I'm like in that place.
I'm comfortable.
I'm enjoying it.
I'm changing lives.
And then, I mean, the day the show aired, they didn't even, I mean, they may have shown my business one time last year.
I got like 15,000 email.
Holy.
I mean, it's like, unbelievable.
Because it's, I mean, that's everybody who doesn't want a few.
better about themselves. Everybody in the world wants to feel better about themselves. And everybody
in the world has some sort of insecurity or, you know, I always, I was thinking about this when I was
reading about your program and everything. I was like, is there anyone out there who can say they're like
100% happy with themselves and their body and doesn't have like, you know, any insecurities? We all have
them. We all have insecurities. And also when you're feeling good about yourself, everything else in
your life changes. Everything. You, you know, you ask your boss for that raise. Yeah. You tell that
cheating boyfriend goodbye you know whatever it is yeah and your life that's stopping you from making
those changes when you're feeling good you walk in and you confront them yeah and you make the changes
you need to make yeah there's not one downfall to feeling good to feeling good about yourself there really
isn't that's so great and i love the term accountability coach i just think i get so much flack for it
people are like what does that mean and i'm like to me i just love it because if you're if you can't be
accountable to yourself that's so true you have to show up for yourself every day you have to show up for
yourself every day that's that to me is what accountability means what does accountability mean to you
well to me people always say where's your motivation how do you have motivation I'm like I'm not motivated
I'm committed yeah and I'm accountable to this lifestyle it's not a diet yeah it's a lifestyle
and now that I've committed to it there's no changing yeah that's I always get frustrated with
people when they do want to do you know take a magic pill and do a quick diet oh yeah
I'll have people like friends or see people online like I'm going to try this and I just want to go no just commit to like a lifestyle and it may take a year but what's one year of your life and and people are also scared to say no yeah you know you could be out with your girlfriends and you're having a big night or whatever and somebody's like all right let's have drinks and then let's have dessert and let's have this it's okay to choose one or the other right and if your friend says oh live a little what's wrong with you you go you just you just laugh at it and know that that's something
going on with them. Damn it, I might be that friend. But like what? Like, you know what I mean?
Because you have to think, if somebody's really pushing you to do something, you've said,
yeah, I'm good, I'm just going to drink tonight or I don't need dessert or whatever it is.
Yeah. That's something going on with them. Yeah. That's what I do with Jason, who's my boyfriend.
We'd always, it feels so weird to say boyfriend. We always hold each other accountable with certain
things. We'll be like, okay, we're going to eat really healthy, not drink, and work out five out of the seven days a week.
If you don't, you have to rub my feet for 25 minutes.
Oh, that's such a good way to do it.
Yeah, or you have to cook me, like, cook a dinner for us.
Like, we set little goals for each other each week.
That's so fun.
I think as a couple, the biggest thing is you have to, like, push one another in the positive way and make it fun.
And that's what you guys are doing.
And we're both very competitive, so it works well.
So my husband and I are the same.
Are you?
Like, we love to do the workout classes together, so then I can be like, how many steps do you get?
Yeah.
About 4,200.
You know, whatever.
Totally.
Because he's into fitness as well, right?
Yeah, he is, definitely.
And how did you two meet?
Well, we met at a club.
Yeah.
I was walking in, and he was walking out, and he, like, did a little turnaround.
I had maybe been overserved prior to arriving the club.
Of course.
You're at a club.
We all get overserved to clubs.
And the rest is history.
It should have been one night, but it lasted forever.
That's amazing.
How long have you guys been together?
Ten years.
Wow.
Ten years.
Yeah.
It's craziness.
Well, what's the secret?
I think the secret is there's no games
Yeah
Like in my mind
You know I was divorced before
I was married before
And that it ended
Because you know
Just time happened
And I was young when I got married
And then as I started going into the dating world after
As like being an adult
I was like
Playing games
And I was like
What am I doing?
Yeah
And I finally just said to myself
Like be who you are
And whoever you end up with
Is going to love you regardless
list so true and if they're not that into you they're not going to be that into you because you
played some games no so that's i love that because i always people always ask me what's your advice
for the next bachelorette and i'm like as cliche as it sounds just you have to be yourself and
you're not going to find the love of your life if you're going on that show to find the love of your
life you're not going to find it by just trying to be the cookie cutter bachelorette that everybody wants
to see yeah for sure not because it's not going to last because then all of a sudden you know
the veil's going to be lifted
and they're going to realize
who you really are
and if that's not the person
they fell in love with
there's a problem
yeah and I think
people could say
oh Caitlin your relationship
didn't you know work from
but I'm like yeah
but it was three and a half years
of a successful relationship
like he still knew who I was
I wasn't hiding anything
right and it still weren't
you know we weren't meant to be
yeah but at least
you know you know that you did everything
with the right intention
you're authentically you
and that's what you have to focus on.
Yes, I agree.
And that comes with age.
For sure.
Because I was never, you know, it took into my 30s to start.
Well, yeah, no, I was, I think I was 28 when I met my husband.
And I remember that, like, first text message.
And I was like, I'm in a way today.
Yeah.
And then I was like, what do you just respond?
Yeah.
What does it matter?
I know.
Like, if he likes who, he's not going to care that you respond to within 10 minutes.
No.
Because if I like somebody, like a friend or whomever, I respond to them.
when I get their text message.
Of course.
Yeah.
That's, why do we do that?
It's craziness.
Is it because typically in life men like a chase?
And that's what we think.
But in the, you know, as time happens, they either like you or they don't.
The chase is only going to keep somebody for so long.
Yeah.
And then you're just going to get your heartbroken anyways.
Yeah.
So might as well just figure it out in the table and realize what you're dealing with.
That's so true.
If you're a guy that's only into you because he likes the chase, it's going to be done anyway.
that's you know what I will say this a million trillion billion times I love the girls who listen to this podcast they are all just like they have the best personalities they're all super accepting they have this little group on Facebook and they all connect and they've become friends and like a family and they all love to hear stuff like this because it's just the real truth they're like games just like mess everything up and then they're like who is this person and then by the time you get to the real deal then you figure it out my old
Why not just figure it out right away?
And if you're texting, if you text a guy and he's waiting a day to text you back, he's not that into you.
Right.
Sorry.
He's just not.
That's fair.
And I always say if he doesn't ask a question.
Oh, that's a good point, too.
Because if he doesn't ask a question, he doesn't want, he doesn't care if you respond.
Yeah.
Mm-mm.
Yeah.
So there's another little.
It's pretty clear.
You got to just trust your, trust your gut.

So you hold people accountable.
You hold yourself accountable.
Do you think, is your husband like your best friend, does he hold you accountable as well?
Like who in your life holds you accountable?
Oh, for sure.
Well, one, like my husband and I nonstop.
Like, we are constant.
Like, we wake up together and we journal and read.
And the morning one of us is, like, tired.
Yeah.
The other one's like, hey, you're going to get up?
It's five.
You know, like we're...
You get up at five?
Well, yeah, my kids get up at six.
So I have to be up before them.
Oh, yeah, right, right.
I've got all the clients texting.
So, like, I have to spend a little me time or us time prior to...
That's like your only time to get it in really is.
Yeah.
So I have, you know, and I'm tired of it.
night yeah I hear that so it's like I've got to do it in the morning and you know we're both so good
about it we just made it a ritual yeah and made it a routine yeah and you know we push each other
also in like the fact of we used to love to like go and do dates when we were exhausted that was our
favorite thing not to even think about it we'd be like all right Friday night at eight let's go to
dinner and then we'd go to a date and we'd be like just exhausted I'm like not talking so now we hold
each other accountable to like day dates yeah I love that we're like let's figure
out something we're going to do during the day. We get a babysitter for a couple of hours,
go do something active, go to our favorite boozy brunch after, whatever it is, but we're
more excited to be together. Yeah, that makes sense. So it's like those types of things. And then also,
I've built a business that holds me accountable now because I'm having to post my workouts. I have,
you know, over 40 women that work with me that, you mean, we're all. That's, that is a lot,
40 women who work with you. Yeah. I mean, it's insane. I mean, and it's so great. It's like,
I'm on, you know, when you think about it, I'm on housewise fighting with women all the time,
but yet I've got like a really close net of over 40 women that there's like no drama.
No drama.
Yeah.
But that's not good TV.
So it's, you know, it's definitely complete opposites.
But it's, this has been the only thing that's ever worked for me, you know, long term.
Normally I would have been up and down five times by now, but I'm almost at four years of just maintaining.
Well, I think that goes to show that when you do something you're passionate about and you're helping other people,
that's, it leads to success.
Yeah, exactly.
It fills up your tank.
Yeah, and it doesn't feel like work.
Yeah, that's what I feel about podcasting.
I'm like, this does not feel like work to me at all.
And I just get to have like nice, honest, open conversation with people, no phones and just like get to know somebody and connect.
Yeah.
And I get paid.
What?
Hello.
Okay.
And drink wine.
I mean, it's, things could be worse.
I have a wine label actually launching this month.
I'm so excited.
excited, yes. Yeah, we're going to launch it. I'm not going to say the exact date because
it's a surprise right now, but this month. So I'm going to have to try it. I'll send you
all of the wine. Perfect. Yeah, I got a rosé, a cabsab, and a pino grigio.
Ooh. Come in your way. I'm going to need it. Yeah. Yeah, we all do. Okay, so since you do
confessionals, now is your time.
Okay, so I just confess anything.
Anything that you want to just get off your chest, we'll wash away your sins with our wine.
Okay.
Well, in the third grade, I had super jacked up teeth.
Oh, me too.
Really bad, next level teeth, and I was very embarrassed about them.
Okay.
They were like bucked and like people would tease me about it.
Yeah.
And I was like begging my parents.
I'm like, give me braces.
Give me braces.
They're like, you're too young.
You're too young.
And I was like, no.
And they're like, and it gives you character.
I'm like, please.
I guess you cared.
So I decided to just take matters into my own hands.
And I took an old school TV antenna, made it in the shape of a headgear, wore it to school, and then just told everybody, I'd gotten headgear and was working on the problem.
What?
You might be the only kid in the world.
That faked headgear.
I was like, I want them to know I'm being proactive.
that is incredible wow that's a great confession and it just like came to you too usually people
like oh gosh what am i going to say that's amazing i've been actually thinking about it because i've been
talking with like my like i'm on like a group text with my sister my friends from growing up and
we've just been like laughing at stories about you know yeah yeah our childhood and they're like
remember the headgear i'm like stop it do you have pictures i've got i've got to i've got to do a deep
dive please do a deep dive and find that photo because that is i mean could you imagine
Imagine my mom had to, like, keep a straight face as I was going to school with it on.
I love that she, like, embraced it.
She's like, okay, Teddy.
And I was like, just, you know, Mom, I got it.
I got to do this.
As if the teasing stopped with that.
I'm like, what did the kids at school say?
It wasn't my best laid plan.
They're like, well, it looks like a TV antenna.
You're like, no it is, but proactive.
I'm working on the issue.
That is so funny.
So you eventually got braces.
I eventually got braces and then, you know, right after I got my braces off, I tripped over a railroad track and broke all my teeth out.
So it's like, oh my God. I have a teeth issue, obviously. That's, well, your parents are so pissed. They spend that much money on braces. I know. Finally got the braces. I'm not kidding. It was probably about three weeks after. They were like so irritated. They're like, you're going to put candle wax on those for days. That's crazy. That's really funny. I too had really, I used to call my teeth dinner plates. They were just like two.
round like jacked-up circles in my mouth that look like dinner plates yeah mine were like this
i'm an i was like a walrus oh they were like out out oh i can already tell my daughter's getting them
oh yeah that well it's genetics i'm like it's coming that's they're coming in hot somehow my parents
have both have great teeth and no braces but my sister and i both had jacked-up teeth did she have
dinner plates as well yeah they're like the exact same ones well yours look really good now well
They're half fake.
I got like the bonding done on the bottom because I had really, I used to think this was so cool.
I had like vampire teeth.
And you remember when the vampire was like the trend was so in?
I was like, I'm such a vampire.
I had like really pointy teeth.
And then after I was like, and then I go on TV and everyone makes fun of my teeth.
They noticed the vampires?
Yeah.
They were, there was like a, I think there was an Instagram account.
I checked.
It's not there anymore.
But there was like an Instagram account dedicated to my like weird teeth.
Just so you know I never noticed.
Well, thank you.
And I watched.
Oh, you did.
Okay.
I was like, what I thought you meant right now.
I'm like, yeah, that's because they're half fake.
But yeah, I don't know why, you know, when you go on TV, people will point out anything.
And it made me self-conscious.
And now I love my teeth, though, because one of the guys, so do you remember Cupcake from my season?
He came in on the Cupcake.
Oh, yes, yes.
And he was a dentist.
He actually is still my dentist.
Oh, really?
Yeah.
And he did my teeth.
And I'm so happy with them.
That is so funny.
Yeah.
I have one other little confession.
Oh, yes.
I'm also on a group text.
Yeah.
And it's labeled batch girls.
Oh, yes.
Because we watch the Bachelorette.
Oh, I love that.
Oh, my gosh.
Are you excited about Hannaby or how do we feel about her?
Be honest.
It's confession time.
I feel like I'm going to have to see her as the bachelorette before I can really make that decision.
Yes.
Because it was a little rough.
It was a little rough for me with Colton.
She didn't get the Bachelorette edit on Colton's.
No, she didn't.
Didn't get the good at it.
No.
So I really feel like I need to go in fresh.
Yeah.
Yes.
You do.
And just take it in then because I'm like, you know.
Well, people felt that way about Colton.
They were not excited about him being The Bachelor and he won quite a bit of people over.
So I don't.
You're like, not me, but.
Well, that's nice.
You never know.
I mean, no, I think he's a good guy.
But everyone, I mean, everyone is allowed to have their opinion.
I feel the same way.
I want to see Hannah.
I think she's going to be very, like, I think she's going to be very entertaining.
And that's what it's about.
That's good TV.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So it was an interesting choice just because she, usually they get the Bachelor at edit.
They're sent home third.
They're like, it's usually, you know.
Oh, so it's super formulaic.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And the last couple seasons, they've been just kind of.
Doing a little wild cards?
Yeah.
Doing the wild cards.
I know.
But I don't think it's working because like Ari's season, he was from so long ago that people
weren't connected to him so that when he became a bachelor.
I don't watch that season.
Yeah.
See, because you didn't have any reason to root for him.
Yeah, I feel like I remember being irritated about like things that he did in his sass and I was like, oh, whatever.
Exactly. So then I'm like, well, what do you do? You know, I don't know. And I think maybe that's why they had the 15th anniversary and they got us all the coming. They're like, let's reel them with all the bachelorets. And then we'll get them because they'll get you at the end with the premiere for the season. Oh. Oh, yeah. They always do. That Chris Harrison will get me. He gets everybody. There's nobody in the world like Chris Harrison. He's just. He's amazing. He is amazing. He's just the host.
of our generation. I love to quote Chris Harrison. Yeah, like the final rose. I asked him on my
pod. I had him on the podcast and I asked him like, do you feel stupid when you have to come in and be like,
ladies, gentlemen, this is the final rose. Like, we know it's the final rose. And he goes,
Caitlin, that's like an iconic line. He was like, I'm taking this very seriously. And then I was
like, that's fair. That's very fair. We all know you are coming in to say that line. And it's like become
funny, but it's also like, if that went away, I'd be like, where are you? We have to know it's
the final rule. You're like, hold on.
This can't be a pickup.
Yeah.
People always get like, oh, we know.
And then I'm like, yeah, but you guys would all be upset if it was gone.
We need it.
That show, that's, I mean, it's lasted for how long.
It's because they stick to the same format and they've tried changing a couple times and it doesn't work.
Even though it's 2019 and people like, you know, are like, how are we still doing this and this?
But it doesn't work any other way.
But I have to say I'm really obsessed with Bachelor in Paradise.
Oh, that is, you know what?
I would have to agree with you.
I used to never feel that way.
And then I watched, I think, last.
No, the season before last was my first time ever watching.
And I was like, this is gold.
I mean, it is.
It's good.
It's good.
It's good stuff.
And it's a complete escape from all reality involving anything having to do with my life.
And I'm like, wow.
I know.
I agree.
And you know what's crazy, too, is I think they have a better success rate than Bachelor or Bachelorette
because you actually spend all your time with these people on Bachelor and Paradise.
We're on Bachelor and Bachelorette.
you get like a two-hour date with them and then you don't see them again and you're having
to like compartmentalize all these other relationships and then by the end it's like they don't
give you any off-camera time we're on paradise you can just spend the whole day with somebody
I know that's huge you can sleep in the same room if you sign the papers they call it the
boom boom room for a reason they don't really show the boom boom room that much I don't think
they can I think but they show the fantasy suite well not really well ABC's version of the fantasy
Right. Yeah. But the boom boom room, I think, like, there's cameras in there just to make sure that it's like nothing illegal happening. But I don't think they can actually show. I think it's just to make sure everybody's safe to some extent.
That feels safe. Cameras and bed. Comfy. Swoon. Super romantic. Everybody's very sweaty and there's lots of bugs.

I had a lot of questions from Twitter as well.
I'm probably going to lose them in all of the stuff
that's, I'm not looking at my tweets right now.
It's not happening. I'm going right to the questions
and then we're going to play a game.
Okay. Katie Luggenheim
says, Sir's question, how much
does her program cost?
And she said, how does one night stand
end up with a hunk of a husband like hers?
But we kind of already talked about that.
So, yeah, tell us about your program
and how people can sign up and what it looks like.
So if you go online to all-inbytedy.com
and you fill out the questionnaire,
somebody will get back to you and kind of give you
more specifics for the two-week jumpstart at 600 or it's 599 yes sounds way better and then if you finish
the two-week jump start then you can continue on to the monthly or however long i like that that makes
sense you got to be accountable for the two weeks and show that you're serious the two weeks is to
really yeah that's that's like the major like there's a lot more things that you kind of have to
detox at the beginning yeah i mean there are people that have like 15 diet dr peppers a day you know
like you don't even like do people really do that oh yes like so they have to like diet soda is like
it is an addiction thing for people so it's just like the beginning is like you really have to hunker down
and be ready and i and i tell everybody don't sign up if you're just thinking about it yeah you have to
really want to change your life so true i don't want to just take people's money i want people that
actually are really ready and if they're signing up for me don't do it it has to be for them yes oh that's
i like that because i think a lot of people would you know sign up to oh it's you
I watch you on TV.
And also, a lot of people think it's going to be easier than it is.
A lot of people don't have that self-discipline.
And a lot of people want, they think they want accountability.
But when it comes down to it and somebody's saying, you know, you signed up for this,
this is something you want to do.
Yes, you have to go out there and at least go for a walk today.
You know, they don't want to hear it.
Yeah, you're right.
They want to go back to their old ways.
So, you know, but most people, when they're ready, the success is huge.
That's true.
And I like what you said about people don't want to throw their money away.
Like, if you're going to sign up and spend that money, like, do it for yourself, you know.
Okay, so Michelle says you're her favorite housewife.
Oh, thank you.
Catherine N. Grend.
One, who is her favorite member of the cast?
Well, I don't like the word favorite.
Is that like picking your favorite child?
Yeah, that feels weird.
But Kyle and I are very close.
We spend time whether we're filming or not.
We talk every day.
Oh, that's amazing.
She's my person.
I like that.
And two, how did Lisa originally approach her about the dog stuff with Dorrit?
Oh, with Doreet.
Doreet.
I love it.
See, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, Dorett.
You're like my dad.
He's like, Dorese.
I'm like, it's not Dorese.
It's Doreet.
I got a phone call from somebody that works with Lisa and he said, hey, Lisa wants us to come out on the show,
but she doesn't want to do it because she's close with Doreet.
so okay that's how it happened I really need to watch
do it I'm gonna call I'm gonna call it forever forever that's so funny
oh so Jacqueline wanted to hear your opinion on body dysmorphia and how to deal with
it now this is something I I remember reading this and I was like I'm curious to hear this
because I think I have a bit of body dysmorphia from growing up in a world of ballet
and dancing and I've worked so hard on it and I've come so far
with working on my own self and all of that.
But I still feel like there's so many women out there who struggle with dysmorphia
that see things in like the mirror that nobody else sees.
I think the biggest thing, we all have flaws, but it's to acknowledge them and then focus on
the positive.
Like a question is shifting your mindset and just saying, this is who I am.
If you're doing all the things that you know you need to do that make you feel good, that's what's important.
And then all the other stuff, people always comment and ask me a million questions about like loose skin since you lost the weight and blah, blah, blah.
And I'm like, of course I have loose skin.
Yeah. I wear my pants, you know, I wear high-wasted pants for a reason.
Yeah.
I know it's there, but I can't focus on it.
And I can't make it a bigger deal than it is.
Because it's out of your control.
It's out of my control.
Yeah.
And so it's allowing your mind to actually process what's going on.
And we live in a crazy world now where everybody's in filters.
It's a whole thing.
So you just really have to focus on like, what am I doing?
Am I being healthy?
Am I taking care of myself?
That's really all you can do.
That's what Jason always says to me if I ever start complaining about anything.
He's like, look, you're working out.
You eat healthy.
You're happy.
You're doing what you love.
And he says if there's something out of your control, like you just got to let it go.
You got to let it go.
Say it if you need to.
Yeah.
Like I'm a person that all acknowledge it.
I'll write it down.
And then I kind of just like check it off the list.
Like, yes, you've processed it.
You know it's there.
Or maybe it's not.
You're just having an insecurity right now.
Yeah.
And just be vulnerable with yourself.
Yeah.
Instead of hiding.
So true.
I like that.
Okay.
And some of these are really deep.
Then I'm like, we would be here for an hour talking about it if I got into it.
Nina says, she wants all the diet deets on how you lost the weight, which I think
we talked about was just a lifestyle change and how she maintains it while still going out the way
that I do it is I eat very clean 90% of the time and when I'm not eating 100% clean like if I'm
filming housewives we drink a lot like it's kind of like yeah but I make sure that any time that
I'm not drinking on camera yeah I'm really on it yeah so it's like if you know that you're
going to have a big dinner out, make sure that your breakfast is on point. You're having a healthy
snack. You have a healthy lunch. And then you can be a little bit crazier at dinner. That's what I do.
But what people try to do is they try to skip breakfast because they're going to have a big night
out and then they're hungry at dinner and then they overeat. And you know, you've got to watch your
portions. Yeah. And you've got to have balance. Yeah. You know, there's not balance with a ton of things
in your life, but there should be a balance with your food. That's, balance is such an interesting concept
to me because every
like to me balance is
I will go on like a weak bender
and then I'll go like a week healthy
and work out every day and I'm like balance
guys
that's my definition of balance
right but I think I mean I think the biggest thing
is just knowing that
yeah if you have a big night out
the next day you should still be able to get up and go for a walk
or do something active and if you can't
that means you probably went too big the night before
and you got to take that into
consideration. And if I'm being honest, I feel like if I get up and I'm not feeling the greatest
and I don't feel like I have it in me to do a workout, if I sweat, it changes my whole day.
Immediately. But people always end up quitting because they say I have to do it. Like in their mind,
they're like, I've got to go out and run six miles. Yeah. No, you don't. No. Go for a walk. Go for a bike
right. Do something active on the days you don't want to do anything. And nine times out of 10,
you're going to end up pushing yourself. Right. How bad is alcohol for weight? When you're a
originally trying to lose like if you're trying to shed weight it's not it's not good like the
i'm not trying to shed weight so thank you yeah no not for you but i'm just saying in general um
like during the two-week jump start there's no alcohol yeah and then while you're trying to get to a place
you know there should be only be alcohol one time a week yeah um but i mean i think that if you're
if you're occasionally having a glass of wine or vodka soda or whatever it is that you enjoy people
where you're like, what's your lowest calorie drink?
I don't drink because of the calorie you take.
I'm going to drink a drink that I actually enjoy or I'm not going to drink.
But I'm also not going to have dessert if I have a drink.
Yeah, that's your dessert.
That's my kind of dessert.
That's, I do the same thing.
I'm never like, what's the lowest calorie.
Is wine just really high in sugar?
Is that what it is?
It's high in sugar.
I mean, here's the thing.
Like, you could have a glass of wine or you could have a candy bar.
You know, like it.
Yeah.
The other day, I ate three candy bars in a row.
three and I'm not what kind they were they minis kit cat no they were not minis full blown chocolate bars
and last night I was laying in bed and I was like okay I'm gonna get up and work out in the morning
bowl and then I saw the peanut M&Ms in my hotel and I was like well I'm or I could just crush
peanut M&Ms and enjoy myself and I did and I don't regret it see but that's you you that's how
you want to do it and that's fine and I think that's a big thing I think you you believe in this too
is that you can't make yourself miserable.
You can't make yourself miserable,
but you also have to commit to what kind of life you want to live.
Yes, yeah, exactly.
And be okay with that, whatever it may be.
Yeah, you can't complain about it if you're going to make decisions.
Yeah, if you're going to make those decisions, you had to live with them.
Yeah, so true.
Okay, we're going to play a game.
Okay.
I always play games on my show.
This is so funny using a mouse and on this, like, computer I'm so not used to it.
I'm like trying to scroll down and I don't get it.
Okay, so the game is called.
Why can't I scroll down?
The game, where is it?
Oh, there we go.
Okay, the game, self-help.
Okay.
This is just going to be a segment where you're going to be giving advice to your younger self.
Okay.
So what item of clothing would you tell your younger self to burn?
I used to always wear these Bella doll jeans that were like super, you know the ones that were like pale around the butt and then on the
Oh, it was like a...
Wait, I do.
Like, almost, like a...
Like a...
What is this term for your?
Like a stone wash around, like...
I just...
I have honestly probably 100 photos of myself in these jeans.
I thought they were like my look when I first moved to L.
They probably were.
And they are terrible.
Burn them.
Burn them.
Okay.
Which guy crush would you tell your 20-something-year-old self to ditch?
Which guy crush?
Yeah.
20-year-old self.
Who was I...
I got to go back to the time frame.
What year was this?
I don't know.
Any 20s.
Any 20s guy crush.
I mean, Paul Walker, I can't ditch him, but he was my, like, he was always my crush.
Yeah.
He was my crush, too.
But why would you ditch him?
I wouldn't, but he's the only crush that comes to mine.
Oh, okay, okay.
Now, you can't ditch him.
No, I can't ditch him.
But he was, like, my crush of my, like, early 20s.
That was, Paul Walker, who was my other one,
Um, oh no, that was more teens.
Um, Andrew Keegan.
Oh, back when like teen bop.
Teen bop.
Yeah, that was really young though.
Uh, what, like from How to Lose a Guy in two days?
Yes, which is so funny because look, um, my current, did you watch Becca season of The Bachelor?
I did.
Okay, you know, Jason from, he came in third.
Yes.
That's who I'm dating.
Oh, I like him.
He's so nice.
The nicest human you've ever met in your life.
So nice.
He is the most happiest go lucky, just gem, gem of a guy.
Yeah, and he looks like Andrew Keegan. Do you, do you not think so? He does kind of look. Yeah. So you have a
type. No, you know what? I thought I did. My type was blondes. I thought my type was blondes as well.
Yeah. Every guy had ever dated before my husband was blonde. Yeah, same. I've dated all,
and now I'm like, oh, I guess I don't have a type. Yeah. My type is nice guys, and I'm not mad at that.
What piece of career advice would you give your younger self straight out of college?
Well, I didn't go to college.
Oh, me either.
that. Straight out of any school.
Yeah. Straight out of high school, I would give myself to trust my gut.
Which always seems like such a simple thing, but it's really not.
When I was younger, I constantly questioned myself. I would have an intuition about something,
and then I wouldn't actually follow it.
Yeah, I think women need to realize their potential with intuition, like what that can do for them.
If you feel something, I mean, very rarely has my intuition led me to the wrong place.
Me too.
And also just one foot in front of the other.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You know, like just get up, keep going, do it, and trust your gut.
Right.
And I, whenever I hear things like that, I always want to dig deeper because I'm like, that just sounds so simple.
But really, that can be so challenging to do for anyone, really.
But like your younger self, when you don't know where you're going or what direction you're going in.
I just did an event with this thing called She Factor, which is this woman, her name's Heidi Gannel.
And she started this book and an app.
called She Factor, where girls who just come out of college, or even if they don't go to college
at all, can have a community where they, like, have these passions and ideas, and they come together
and find other people. It's amazing. And I was like, that is, I wish there was something like that when
I was younger. So I'm like, I'm going to talk about that on the podcast or just put it out there just
because I really believe in what she's doing. No, I think that's huge to have a peer group that
it's not actually your close-knit group of friends, that, like, you can talk about those things.
Exactly.
And share your ideas and know that there's other people out there who also don't know what they're doing and don't have a plan.
And knowing that it's also okay.
Yeah, exactly.
You don't have to know everything.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So people can get that book on Amazon.
She's not even paying me to say that.
I mean it.
I really believe in it.
What would you tell yourself as a brand new mom?
I was so obsessive about schedules.
I'm very type A.
Okay.
Next level type A.
I would have told myself, it's okay.
Just let it be a little bit.
They're going to turn out great.
Yeah.
You know, like, I was so, like, in my mind, like, here's a sleep schedule.
I don't do this.
I've got to do that.
And if anything kind of messed with the schedule, I would, like, in my mind, I wouldn't
let anybody see it, but I'd come unhinged and my anxiety would, like, flare.
Right.
That's, well, that, I mean, type A is not a bad thing.
And I wish I had a little more type A in me because I am just a little too much on the other
My husband's a complete opposite, and I'm like, I wish I had a little of his and I wish he
had a little of mine. Right. There's no, that's, I mean, that would be balanced, but it's
impossible. It feels like it's impossible. You're either, you know, that's just who you are. So I'm,
it's good that you recognize it, though. Which, which bad habit would you tell your 30-something self
to ditch? Which bad habit? Um, I am, I over,
think things. Yeah. What's your sign? I don't know anything. I'm cancer. See, I was like, I say that
and I'm like, don't know what that means. I don't either, but people are always like, oh, that makes
sense. But I was, I was going to ask, is that something that people say is in your, I think it's
truthfully just like how I grew up. Yeah. I've always kind of been that way. Ever since I was a kid,
like I was that kid that, and I'm one of those people that goes into a room and I feel out how
everybody's feeling and I let it affect me. Oh, so you're very empathetic. Like, it's like a problem
because it's not my problem.
And then I'm like in my head like, is she okay?
Is everything fine?
I wonder if everything's fine.
It's like constantly processing how other people are feeling, which is a little bit too much.
I wish I could like just let people just live their life.
But it's nice to be able to read a room.
It is nice to be able to read a room, but also, you know, for me it causes extra stress.
Yeah, of course.
Sometimes it's just not my problem.
You know, it's so weird as I grew out of overthinking.
I want to grow out of overthinking.
I really did. I was I was the weirdest child. Like you wouldn't even believe some of the stories. And then I can remember in, I don't know what you guys call it. We call it junior high in Canada. Yeah. Junior high in high school. Oh, is that normal? Yeah. Oh, okay. I remember I was so self-conscious that I wouldn't even go get something out of the vending machine because I thought people were looking at me. And I would overthink everything that you could and I don't know what switched in me, but it was.
around the 10th, 11th grade that I just dropped it.
I was like, screw this.
I'm not caring anymore.
And I like grew out of it.
And I just, my mind was so strong in high school that I just would tell myself things that
if a guy broke up with me, I'd be like, well, I'm not going to listen to sad music and
I'm not going to care.
I'm just going to move forward.
Like I just had this.
That's an amazing mindset to have.
And I agree.
I mean, I'm not so much like that now.
But I just grew, I just dropped it.
Like there's one day where I was just like, why am I caring if I go to?
the vending machine like I would get embarrassed about the color pencil case I had like certain I was
crazy I don't understand it I know we all we all have our things but you're lucky you grew out of it
mine is always a person based okay like it'll be or about about myself something I did but not
not like a physical action but it'll be like I hope what I said to her resonated the right way
You know, like, I never, I'm just, you know, I think because I don't like conflict.
Yeah, which is crazy because you're on the real housewives.
Where I thrive in it.
I want to come on that show one time.
You should.
Or even just let me sit like on the sidelines and watch.
Like, I would just love to see what's happening.
I mean, it's probably completely different from the bachelor.
How long have you done it?
This is, I've done two seasons.
Two seasons.
And how long do you see yourself doing it as long as?
Well, we don't know until after the reunion who comes back every year.
It's not like...
Wait, they can just axe you?
Like...
Oh, yeah.
Oh, what?
Yes, you never know until after the reunion.
You're either invited back or you're axed or you quit.
That's so crazy.
Yeah.
Oh, that's...
Do you worry that they wouldn't, like, because that would hurt my feelings if they didn't want me back?
I'd be like, oh.
No, I feel like if they don't, you know, if that happens, it's kind of meant to be and there'll be something else.
You're like, well, I have my business going for me, so I'm good.
That's true.
That's true.
There will be something else for you.
Okay.
Okay, last question is, what haircut would you go back in time and stop in its tracks?
Bangs.
Bangs are always a bad idea.
Always a mistake.
Like, something must be going on with me.
If I decide I'm going to cut bangs, like somebody in my life needs to tell me, stop.
Yeah.
Bangs, and then one time I dyed my hair, like, very bright red.
Oh.
And I looked like Ariel.
One of my good friends was getting married, and she had us wear teal bridesmaid's dresses.
Oh, shoot.
She was like, you ruined all of my wedding.
I was going to say being an aerial.
I want to dye my hair red sometimes, but when you put it with a teal dress, not so much.
It was not a good look.
Yeah.
There's her whole photo album.
I'm like, sorry about that.
Oh, my gosh.
That's so funny.
How old were you when you did bright red hair?
After I had my daughter.
I don't know why.
I was like, wow, must have been going through something.
Yeah.
Did you cut bangs, too?
I might as well have.
Could you imagine dying your red and cutting bangs?
And I'd be worried about you.
A real doozy.
That's so funny.
I learned my lesson so many times with cutting bangs.
but I do color my hair bright pink once in a while because I love it.
I think that's pretty.
Yeah, I do too.
And it kind of washes out pretty quick.
Yeah, it does.
I've got this shampoo.
I don't know what it's called.
Everyone's going to be asking me.
I'm like, damn it, I don't know what it is.
I'll tweet it.
So what's your Instagram and tell us the website again and where people can find you?
Okay, so my Instagram is at Teddy Mellencamp.

Wait, I have questions about eating.
What is your take on carbs?
Because I...
I eat carbs at breakfast and lunch.
Me too.
Okay, and then I do it.
Okay, yeah.
My lightest meal the day is always dinner.
Yeah.
For breakfast, I have something like oatmeal
or egg whites with a slice
of Dave's Killer Bread,
you know, like...
Oh, I love Dave's Killer Bread.
Yeah.
And then that lunch, I'll have like
arugula with quinoar, brown rice, and veggie.
You know, like I don't eat a ton of meat.
Meat? Me either. I don't eat meat. Like I will if I go out to a nice restaurant and I want a piece
of steak, but it's not, I'm not like preparing meat at home. For me, it's a little, yeah, so I have
carbs at breakfast and lunch. And then dinner is always my lightest meal. So what do you typically
have at dinner and when? I always find it so hard because, and this is, I think, for a lot of people,
that I find nighttime where I get the snackiest. Well, the biggest thing for me, I have a lot of soup for
dinner. I know it sounds crazy, but it's so filling and it makes you feel like you don't go to bed like
to the point where you feel sickly full. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I love soup. But like you feel fulfilled and I have
all these different flavors. I keep them in my freezer and then so I'll be like, do I want a veggie
puree tonight or do I want the white bean? You know, like whatever it is. What soup do you? Gracefully
fed. I'm not being paid. Wait, I'm writing this down. She is a game changer and I order like weeks
worth of frozen soups.
Gracefully fed?
Mm-hmm.
Wait, that's so, I always look for good soups because everything at the grocery store, I feel like
is so jam-packed with sodium.
No, she makes amazing.
She actually, she has Lyme disease, and so she's created all of these things that don't
have sugar, don't have high, so, like all things that work within the things that she's
allowed to eat.
Yeah.
And it's delicious.
It's all fresh from the farmer's market.
Oh, I'm so, and can you order it online?
Yeah, she ships nationwide nationwide.
Yes.
Yes.
Okay.
Hey, soup it is.
Soup it is like, and it's so easy.
And what would you say is something, like if you're having those sweet or salty cravings
at night and you just want something healthy, what do you do?
I brush my teeth.
Interesting.
I tell myself, I'm done.
Brushing your teeth, that's, yeah, because nobody wants to eat after they brush your teeth.
Yeah, I brush my teeth.
And truthfully, if it's like a terrible night where I'm like, really, I'll do like hot water
with lemon or a tea, like a chamomel tea.
Yeah, yeah.
And I'll get in the bath.
I'll do something to distract myself.
Most of the time cravings happen when you're bored.
That is my biggest thing because I'm always so go, go, go, and then I get home and I'll have five days of, you know, and I'll, and I'll work out and I'll, and then at night, I'm like, well, there's that chocolate sitting in my counter.
But that's also, if you don't have it, you can't eat it.
That's a good point.
People send me stuff.
I'm sure they do to you too.
I know, but I get pissed when I like, except if it's baked by Melissa because she has these cupcakes.
I'm like, I'm like, I die for them and they're just a little bite size, so I get excited.
But anyways, other than that, I'm like, if people send me all this junk, I'm like, no.
Yeah, the only sweets that I accept are atomic fireballs.
What's that?
Have you seen them?
They're like the red fireballs?
No.
It's my favorite candy.
You've got to try one.
Is it like cinnamon candy?
It's like a cinnamon candy.
But it's like, it lasts for a very long time.
Okay.
But I mean, I don't promote having those on my program.
I'm just saying.
I don't turn them away when they're sent.
Okay.
Well, that's awesome.
And I just thank you so much for coming here and being on the podcast.
Thank you for having me.
Yeah, I'm, I might go.
I can't wait to watch.
No, I might go watch your stuff.
And I will say I did see some stuff on Instagram.
You look really pretty when you cry.
Thanks.
You do.
You're a pretty crier.
Well, Carrie Underwood says you can't cry pretty, but you do.
I don't love, I don't love watching myself cry.
Well, it's sad.
The worst part is you know in your mind, like when it's happening, you're like, don't, don't cry.
Yeah.
And then you're like, well,
It already happened.
Yeah, it's...
And then all it takes is one person to say,
Are you okay?
Yeah.
Don't get upset.
I'm the same way.
I'm the same way when I'm trying to hold it in.
Someone goes, are you okay?
I'm like, game over.
Game over.
That's amazing.
Thank you so much.
Thank you.
