Starting point is 00:00:00 You're listening to Melissa Gorga on display with me Melissa Gorga on podcast one. I know, but there's a part of me that I'm like, damn, I kind of wanted to see her. The girls drag her and the first couple of episodes and they're on her way. Sam, right. And true tamer. It's like drag her drag her. Like a drag that bitch out by her wig. And then kick
Starting point is 00:00:25 her out. What's up everybody? We are back with a new episode today. Um, where all my housewives fans at because I have a good one for you today. But first off, um, hi, we just saw the premiere of The Real Housewives of New
Starting point is 00:00:42 Jersey. You guys are going to get a new episode of the real housewives. at because I have a good one for you today. But first off, um, hi, we just saw the premiere of the Real Housewives of New Jersey. You guys were loving it. Like, I knew you would so much drama. Um, I have to say, like, it stresses me out a little bit when I start to watch the family drama between Joe and the girls and like, when that all comes into play, it literally stresses my life. Like I hate to see the girls say anything and I hate to see Joe react to it.
Starting point is 00:01:12 It always breaks my heart because there's so much love truly in that family. And Joe has oh my god, he dies for those girls. He truly loves them. And I think he always gets you know, it's just it gets misconcrued sometimes because he really just wants them to know how much he loves them. And it's always hard with everything that went on with, you know, their dad and between their
Starting point is 00:01:36 uncle and their dad. And it gets confusing. But that part of it always stresses me out. And there's a lot more to come on next week's episode with our whole family that it's just going to like dig into it a little deeper. So stay tuned for all of that. But I hope that you're actually just loving it and so excited for this season because it really, really is a good one. I have been like losing my mind over here. I don't know if I've told everyone or not yet, but I am opening a new and larger, let's just say like double the size NV, which I am very excited about.
Starting point is 00:02:15 It's going to be in Ridgewood, New Jersey. So as you know, I'm building a house. So between building the house and actually rebuilding the new NV because I bought like an old it's like an old luggage store. So basically I have to convert this into like a very chic envy, which by the way, I am picking out some of the most gorgeous things right now for it.
Starting point is 00:02:34 So I'm just losing my mind and I'm very, very excited to have the new and bigger envy such great things with that over there. So and I know all of you love to shop there and have always supported. So I just want to say thank you so much to everyone who shops online. All of you guys out there in Texas and California and and so hot out on your girls' nights. So keep doing that. That's what makes me smile. That's why I work so hard. You guys know you can all go to envybymg.com and find all of the cute outfits that I always wear
Starting point is 00:03:14 and everything I have there. So moving on, going back into housewives a little bit here, I just, very, very, very excited for this one. She's an OG, everyone. We all know her. little bit here. I just very, very, very excited for this one. She's an OG, everyone. We all know her. She's the blonde bombshell OG. She has been doing this forever.
Starting point is 00:03:32 Now she has a podcast. Ladies and gentlemen, one of my favorites, Miss Tamra Judge. Tamra, you are here, Tamra Judge. I am so excited to be for you will forever be my favorite housewife of the OC.C. Let me just say that right here right now. How are you? I'm good. How are you? I miss you. I miss you too. You look beautiful as ever as usual. I was just, you know, don't mind me.
Starting point is 00:03:57 I had a facial and I feel like I'm red today. So you look good. You'll ignore all of that. But how are you? How is everything? You're like pod, I see it says little on air next to you. You're podcasting every day, right? Like you're not every day, but for quite a lot, it seems like. It started out like, oh, once a week. And now it's like, oh, we have somebody else who wants to come on next week, like tomorrow and the next day and the next day.
Starting point is 00:04:18 Yes. I'm interviewing Alexia from Miami, which I'm super excited about. Oh my God, I want to talk to you about Miami goods. Oh my God. Wow, we're on. Are you watching it? Yes, I'm watching it. It is amazing.
Starting point is 00:04:30 Wait, do those girls know how to bring it or what? It's like they were hungry. That's what I love. It's like they pulled them off in a while. A while? Five freaking years. Right. But they came in like ready to go, which I kind of, I respect that.
Starting point is 00:04:44 Like I love it. Yeah, right? No, I think that the show's amazing. It's so much fun. I love like the fashion and just the, everything about it. Like how about Alexia's broad car goes up? Did you see that?
Starting point is 00:05:00 Insane, insane. My name is like another level. It just our outfits, the colors, the Botox, the boobs, the fillers, like there's just so much going on. The lips. I know. Oh, my God. They definitely take the cake on like getting work done. Oh, yeah. Getting work done. We did five for one together. Did you hear that? Did you see that?
Starting point is 00:05:21 That just naturally. Wait a minute. For everyone who does not know, Tamer, what you should know, Tamer and I were together in Mexico. We actually filmed, what was that? It was like a music video promo for five or one. Yes, it was a lot of fun. I had Portia on the podcast the other day and I pulled out my fiber one jumpsuit. I'm like, you remember this? You still have your fiber one jumpsuit? I do. I don't know why. I don't know what I'm going to ever do.
Starting point is 00:05:45 Why did I get mine? I would wear that for you? No, I would wear that for like Halloween or something. I was going to say it's a great Halloween costume. I don't have mine, but that was so much fun, right? We had fun. I was like, we all got in trouble though. In trouble, I got deducted out of my bank account, by the way.
Starting point is 00:06:01 So did I. Oh, okay. And that's fair. I leave, yeah. I was glad that I was the only one. No, because they were gonna slap us off. They were gonna slap us. Yes, we all got a, we all got in trouble for that one,
Starting point is 00:06:12 but we won't, the Bravo Guads are probably listening. So, well, listen, but wait, talk to me. Is life a little different since Bravo? Like, how are you? What's going on in life? How's Eddie that hotty? Eddie is good. So when I pulled myself out of my one year
Starting point is 00:06:26 depression, because I want to know this, because listen, someone like me who's been on for a while, and I'm going to fall into a depression when it ends, talk to me. It's, you know what? How long have you been, you've been on a long time? Well, the air is 11 years. Okay. So I was on 12 years. Was it really expecting it. And when it happened, I just like burst into tears. And I'm like, Oh my God, like, yeah, I was feel that. Yeah, because it was, you know, it was a big part of my life. It was, I started when my kids were tiny. Now they're all almost I only have one left in the house now. Right. And you know what, I miss the most is just
Starting point is 00:07:02 the crew. And just like, like they're in your house first, you know, we always have pretty much the same crew, you're after your photo, you get to know them. And then all of a sudden, it's like, okay, I'm not filming my life is completely changed, you know, when you film, like you're filming, then the editing and then you're doing press, and then you're going to New York, and you're doing all these things. Then before you know, you start all over, so you're constantly busy. And then it got to a point where I'm like, fuck, what a cycle. What am I doing? What
Starting point is 00:07:28 am I going to do with my life now? And plus it just felt it just hurt. It hurt. I'm like, and then Andy called me. Lines cited by it. Like, did you have any idea that that was going to happen? None. None. Do you sometimes blame it on? So I say the OGs have to be careful all of them because The salaries are higher than the rest. Yeah, and sometimes that has a lot to do with it Right or wrong like great, but you know what if there was an issue with the salary and I was still performing like talk to me Right, you know me talk to me like we can work something out But you know, it is what it is and I've I've had You know, I obviously went through a. And I've had, you know,
Starting point is 00:08:05 I obviously went through a process and I'm there wasn't a full year, but it was really, I got knocked to my ass. And then I was sad and then I was mad. And then I was, you know, speaking out and then I was shutting up. Like I didn't know what to do. And now I'm out of place where, you know, everything happens for a reason. Life is good. Do I miss it? Yeah, I miss it. But, you know what, I have so many great things in my husband, my kids, my businesses, all these things. And life goes on. It's one of those things that you know it's going to happen.
Starting point is 00:08:34 You know it's going to happen. Right. Well, it's eventually going to do. You know, Joe has conversations with me about this all the time because he worries about it, actually. He says you are so wrapped up with exactly what you said. It's a cycle of life. It's literally your career. So yes, we are in a reality TV show, but this is our life. We get up. We know we have press. We have this. We have that.
Starting point is 00:08:54 We have to, you know, there's a whole, it's a cycle. And when that gets taken from you and and it literally takes up most of your life and half of your schedule and you're sitting there and your kids are older, you're not home with little babies anymore. Joe worries. He's like, what's going to happen? Are you going to fall into a depression when this happens? When the show ends, you know, you might, right? Yes, she said you will. You will.
Starting point is 00:09:16 Every because I've talked to so many and so many girls that have gotten let go, have reached out to me. And they're like, you know, and they're sad and we're talking about it. And it's one of those things where you let go and they let go of you and then nobody talks to you. It's just like, boom, you're in. I'm like, I, it's kind of like that. Like a marriage breaking up. And then you just, you know, you have to say goodbye to the family and everybody. And it's like, oh, so it is what it is. I've always kept a pretty strong relationship friendship with Andy Cohen.
Starting point is 00:09:47 So we still chat and talk and I did the girls trip and, I don't know, there's a lot of buzz. Oh, you're going to be back. You're going to be back, but I'm not banking on it or counting on it or worrying about it. If they asked you to come back to OC, what would you would come? You would definitely do it. Well, it would have to be a family decision at this point
Starting point is 00:10:05 because Eddie was kind of excited. What did he do? Not to have the cameraman in his house all day. Yeah, for the peace. And I think like, if it was one of the things we're like, listen, take a couple of years off, enjoy life, you'll come back. I would have been like, yes, yes, that would be great.
Starting point is 00:10:22 But you know, I don't know, who knows? There's a lot of, they did ask me to come do a couple scenes this season or, yeah, this season. Really? Did you see them? I didn't. Why? I want to see you popping.
Starting point is 00:10:34 I know. All these people that I don't know as well. Because I feel like I'm not a side bitch. Like I'm like all in or not. I can't understand that. I understand that. I understand that. I always said, at this stage in the game,
Starting point is 00:10:45 they came to me and said, okay, we're going to keep you around. We'll be a friend of. I would say, oh my gosh, thank you so much for everything. Like, just because it's so much stress to be a friend of, to be honest. It's like, you're either all in or that's how I personally feel about it.
Starting point is 00:11:00 Like I would take that as my farewell. Yeah, I mean, any career that I'm in or job that I have or business like own, like I'm 100% all in. And I just I wouldn't be able to be that person that just goes, I would, you know me, like I can't get my mouth shut. And then another thing is like you go in for, you know, an episode or whatever, a scene. And then everybody can talk crap about you. You don't have a voice after that. You're not seen again.
Starting point is 00:11:29 They can do their interviews. You're not gonna, I'm not gonna do an interview. Oh, I'm not getting paid for that. So I don't know. At first I was gonna do it. And that is like, think about that. Just think about it. You're worth more than that.
Starting point is 00:11:40 I agree. I feel like you're not a half ass kind of girl. You're not. You're like full throttle. You have passion. You're the most perfect housewife in every which way when it comes to like, like surprise them, take it left when everyone's going right. That's. Yeah, that is that truly you. I have girlfriends that will reference you sometimes when like, which I won't say any names, but we'll be talking about like other girlfriends. Yeah. And like she's totally having her Tamer Dutch moment like she's
Starting point is 00:12:10 realizing that she's being controlled and she wants out of this marriage and like my cousin will reference you. She's like, oh no, she's totally having her Tamer Dutch moment. Like it's funny because you're another one that we really watch you transition in life and go from that
Starting point is 00:12:25 marriage that was kind of falling apart in front of all of us that so many women can relate to that they're scared to get out of and you keep getting pulled back. And that to me, I, let me just tell you, those days when, and I, you know, forgive me, but when Gretchen came on and it was like, who's the hottest? And like, Tam was like, I'm the best years of my life watching reality television. I am sorry. That was to me with, with Gretchen and the hair and her big hair and like, you know,
Starting point is 00:12:54 the pageant TV outfits. Yes. And like the older, older man and like you just saying it what it was and like, hi girl, I'm still gonna be the, I died. Like that was great TV. That's when I fell in love with all of y'all. That was like amazing.
Starting point is 00:13:09 That was great TV. That's just missed that. You missed that. I don't miss those days, cause I'm not a big fan of hers, but do you talk to her? I know, you don't talk to you. No, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:13:21 I'm not so sure. I don't know. Yeah, okay. Yeah, you know, there's definitely, I get sad sometimes like right now in the podcast, we're recapping all the housewives shows and of course Orange County is on right now. So I was telling Teddy the other day, and sometimes I get a little sad, like I go down a rabbit hole, like, you know, and just be like, oh, like, oh, that was my show. Now I'm talking about it as a time I am, you know, I get that. I get that. I feel like you've always been so close with Andy.
Starting point is 00:13:52 I know that you guys had a good relationship. Did you ever just be like, just say like why? Like why does he get a good answer as to why? I haven't. Well, we had a conversation right after. And he called me or he texted me and he said, listen, call me when you want to talk and we'll talk about this. And so we talked and we shared a lot and I did say like, what's this about? And he's like, listen, he goes, they want to go in a different direction right now, see
Starting point is 00:14:18 how it works. You'll be back. He goes thinking about how, you know, excited and the viewers are going to be when you do come back. And so in my mind, I had to hold on to that for the first year. Right. I had to, you know, and he might have just been telling me that just to make me feel better. You know, I don't know. Well, look at Heather. Heather's back and it's been a while.
Starting point is 00:14:38 Right. You spend five years. Exactly. So that's, that's like a real comeback. I mean, they brought Dean a manzo, that Dean azo, back to our show after like three or four years. So they, they do. But I'm a long timer. I'm a long 12 years. She was on for like four or five years and then right, right. She was only on for two years, Dina. Yeah. But I got what you're saying. So you know, I'm saying like, you know what I'm about. I know what I have to offer. And if you want to go in a
Starting point is 00:15:01 different direction and you need, you know, younger, newer, whatever it is, then have at it. But it doesn't really seem to be working for them. Um, okay. Well, on that note, now, you know, I was going to ask you, by the way, how you're feeling about it. Do you have any favorites on the show right now? Um, well, you know, I'm friends with Heather. So, okay. I don't love how she's being portrayed. I'll just put it that way. Got it. Okay. I feel like she's a diva, but she kind of owns it. Yeah. Which I kind of appreciate. Like, she's like, yes, I want everything and I need everything. And I like, I feel like she owns her diva ways, which I appreciate. If she didn't know, she was that way, and it would be a little bit more annoying. I would feel like. How do I explain this? Like certain girls on the show could be fan favorites.
Starting point is 00:15:52 But if that fan met that girl, they'd be like, she's horrible. Right. And then there's some MBS. Right. And they can be girls on the show that, you know, people can't stand and then they meet them in real life or whatever. And they're like, oh my god, you are amazing. Right. Personable down to earth friendly. Yes, it happens all the time with this new website. This. What is that called the Des Moines? Demise? Oh, yeah, yes. Oh my god. You like they, they literally rat people out. They'll literally say like every movie make in the conversations that they have and people are disappointed when they meet their fans, right? That I'm by the way, I'm so into that Instagram page, like they give all the juice on everyone. If someone's like peeing, I also think it's very invasive because like, you could be sitting at a Dunkin' Donuts and they're telling you so and so was at Dunkin' Donuts
Starting point is 00:16:37 yesterday. There's like zero privacy. Oh, now in the world. I think I follow them. I'm not sure. Oh, I do. I love all their juice. I love all their juice. They give some good juice. And nobody knows who they are, right? I hear you talking about them. Oh, you do? Yeah. She, I hear she puts on like a fake voice. If they do any podcasts or any shows, they disguise themselves.
Starting point is 00:17:01 So yeah, I heard that it's a publicist. So which would make sense because I do see a lot of promotion going on there. Yes, but I'm very, very into it. Starting point is 00:19:20 We call. Oh my God. You guys are the plots. I always wanted to be a part of my sign up there. You see, twats. Oh my God. I love it. Oh my god. You guys are the plots. I always wanted to be a part of my sign up there. You see it? Tots. Oh my god. I love it. Wait a second. I love Teddy. By the way, I've always loved her. He's the sweetest. She really is. She's so great. I've had dinner with her and her husband with Joe and stuff a couple times. She's awesome. Down to earth. For me, she's a real one. Yeah. Love her. How did you end up meeting her? Because you do live near her? Do you guys even live here?
Starting point is 00:19:45 Yeah, well, she's got well, she has a house in Orange County. So she, um, I actually ran into her. I want to say four or five years ago at church. Which is crazy in Orange County. And and my daughter goes, is that the girl from Beverly Hills? And I'm like, oh my god, Teddy. And I had it was when I broke my foot on the show. So it had to been like four or five. And I went up to her and I'm like, Teddy and I'm like, oh my god, you know, we talked. And then of course, you know, just at Bravo events and Brawokon and then we went to dinner in Orange County when she was out and she's invited me
Starting point is 00:20:17 to a few parties at her house. And so, I mean, it just was weird how we kept running into each other. And then I was getting here and make it done. And I get a text from Teddy and she's like, can you talk? And I'm like, what did I do? What did I do? Like, did I say something about her?
Starting point is 00:20:34 You know, because I'm, you know, my mouth. And she called me and she's like, hey, would you be interested in being my co-host on my podcast? I have two podcasts. I had to put one on hold, which was called Teddy's T-Pod. And I'm like, oh, okay, because I've been asked to do, I'm sure you as well, to do a podcast for quite a few years. And I just don't know enough about the industry.
Starting point is 00:20:56 And I don't know who to go with, interview with a lot of different people. And I'm like, oh, this doesn't feel right. And so of course, I heart, huge company. And she's like, well, somebody from I Heart is going to reach out to you. They reached out to me, talked me through it, and literally within less than a month, a couple weeks, we were recording. Wow. Wow. So she, so I feel like she definitely reached out. She probably wanted you along with I heart, wanting you, which is awesome. I think you guys are a great duo, by the way. I really do. Like you're a great little duo together. I think I'm coming on the podcast soon. So I'll be there to talk to you guys. I heard I have so much in common. And you know, like you have you had,
Starting point is 00:21:38 you've had your husband on with you, like, yes, you know, I mean, like you, when you have that good chemistry, like people like to to they like to listen to listen Of course, we have good Kim. We have a lot in common. So you know, it seems to be working Right, and she's great too. I mean she's another one that wasn't asked to come back and so I don't think her hard feelings would be as strong as yours Just because you've been doing it for so many years, but we had that's another thing We bonded over too because she had a hard time with it too because she really hurt true friends are on that show No, Kyle are like best friends best friends So that's got to be really hard like for me like I had a falling out with Shannon and then you know
Starting point is 00:22:15 Then I told and they go really Andy you bring Heather back I've been asking for Heather to come back for I can't tell you how long Andy would call me like what do you think about casting like do you think we did it and I go bring Heather back and then I'm like you you let me go and then bring her back that's like a smack in my face. Yeah I'm like call did you make that call did you say that? Yeah I told them that. I'm like that's just what do you say? What do you mean? I go I've been asking you forever to bring her back. So, I don't know. I would like to go back just to be a feather
Starting point is 00:22:48 because we used to be like travel partners and buddies. I would love to see the two of you, but you never know. Never say never. Bravo always mixes it up. I predict them all. They truly truly are. Whoever you think, like the top of the top of the star is, the next year, they'll be like, yeah, she's gone.
Starting point is 00:23:04 Yeah, it's crazy. It's crazy. It's just how I was like, did I piss somebody off? I thought, you know, at first, I was trying to go over my head, all these things. I'm like, I didn't even have like a slow season. Like, you know, sometimes like, I'm doing fitness competitions. I'm getting baptized. I'm doing this. Like, my last season, I'm like, I'm making out with Bronwyn. I'm like, I'm going with the flow. I'm, you're like, I am in it. I am full. I'm totally in it. And I look at some of the other cast members that, where I'm like, how are they still on the show?
Starting point is 00:23:32 I get what you're saying, because it is baffling sometimes. And you can never really figure out, like obviously there's some big formula out there for reasoning, right? They have some type of thing going on there. And it's like, if we could just dig into their heads sometimes, sometimes the fans, I mean, you know more than anyone probably, the fans are so intense too with Bravo. It's like next level. So I feel like everyone's constantly
Starting point is 00:23:55 trying to figure out like the Bravo formula and like how they pick why they picked why they fire, why they put someone next to Andy at the reunion. Like that's like why, and I just say like it's, they're unpredictable. You will never know when you think they're going to turn left. They turn right. It's just the way they roll. It really is. It's, and it's always been that way. Yeah. And then, you know, I'm so thankful for my time on the show. I mean, such a huge platform and so much has come from it. Like people don't understand like once you leave the show or you're fired or whatever the case is,
Starting point is 00:24:29 like, there's so many other opportunities that come your way. And you can just keep, you know, writing on the podcast. There's so much. We're going to get into all the stuff that you're working on and doing. But before we switch switch topics, you filmed the ultimate girls trip as well. Season two. Oh my God, the cast on that, Tamara, I'm scared. First of all, I'm nervous. I cannot wait to see. I mean, I was on the first season, which was on an island,
Starting point is 00:24:56 but you guys go to like Dorenda's. Yeah, your trip, and I loved it. It was great. I felt like that was a little bit more of a relaxing fun, you know, great time to know the behind the scenes type thing. ours was not like that. wait give me some juice give me anything what? I mean, there was explosive fights almost every single day. like every day. lockdown dragged at like crazy. oh yeah, I got into one I got into one fight with Dorenda that was Oh, yeah, I got into one I got into one fight with Duranda that was bad. Really bad. Yeah, and like, okay, we made that but it was it was bad. It was pretty bad. When does this come out?
Starting point is 00:25:34 Are we allowed to say when this come? No, I did an interview yesterday. I did my second interview. And I asked because I keep hearing March. And so producer was like, I don't know March April, May, June. I'm like, yeah, that's how they did it with ours too. I think they know, but they're just not telling us yet. No, they don't trust you. They don't trust you. They don't trust you.
Starting point is 00:25:53 As they shouldn't. As they shouldn't. So it was explosive. It was crazy. It was explosive. It was fun. It was fun. One week for you guys as well.
Starting point is 00:26:02 One week. I was gone a total of 10 days from the house. Okay. And so I think that we were, we had one travel day, then eight days at Dorendas, and we went to New York to do a photo shoot. And then we, so a total of 10 days. 10 days.
Starting point is 00:26:16 I was, I was happy to have been asked because it was at a time where I'm like, you know, they brought me in later. They didn't ask me in the very beginning. So Vicki got asked and I'm like, you know, they brought me in later. They didn't ask me in the very beginning. So Vicki got asked and I was like, hmm, wow, wow, wow, wow, sitting on my ass still, right? And this, I love you.
Starting point is 00:26:34 And then Vicki, I'm like, and then Vicki got COVID. Oh, she did. So she couldn't go. Yeah, COVID. So they thought that she wasn't able to go. So I think I'm not positive because I asked, and I go, because Andy called me on my birthday.
Starting point is 00:26:48 He's like, Hey, I have someone of a birthday present for you. I'm like, what? He's like, how would you like to do ultimate girls trip? And I'm like, what? Really? And I go, but you're to pick the cast. And he goes, I go, when does it start? And he's like a week and a half or two weeks.
Starting point is 00:27:02 Or something like, oh, great. Okay. So now I got to eat no carbs for the next two weeks because yeah, and you know you're going to the other side of the country. I mean, you're in New York over there. Right. Right. And then, and then so I go, wait, am I taking Vicki's place? And he's like, not that I know of. So then I'm like, okay, and then Vicki did end up going. So she got a
Starting point is 00:27:22 clear COVID test and she ended up going. And thank God she did, because, you know, we're like sisters, we shared a bedroom, we had so much fun. She's a lot, I have to take care of her all the time. Oh, I know, I know she is. She's so funny. I have done so many shoots and stuff with her too.
Starting point is 00:27:37 And she just like, she has this little, I don't know if she just has this thing. Yeah, like she just needs everything her way. And she does, and she's not even like she's trying. Like she's her. It's her. It's like Ramona the same. It's like they're not even trying to be. I know. They just naturally have this way. And that's what they are. Isn't it funny? Like those two, both of those, they've been on the show for so long, right? Yeah. But then they always film each season. Like they've never done it before. I'm like, Nikki, you, you know, that's
Starting point is 00:28:07 how it works. I know. You know what, you are so right, you are so right, even when I filmed with Ramona for the girl strip, I was blown away by her, her, her ways just with the cameraman and like her, well, can we go now? And I'm like, how long have you been you know, we can't go now? Yeah, right? We cannot get up and take a break. What are you go now? And I'm like, how long have you been doing? You know, we can't go now. Right. We cannot get up and take a break. What are you talking about?
Starting point is 00:28:28 Like it was like, so for the ultimate girls trip, Vicki and I would share a room. And it was like eight o'clock in the morning. It'd be like at our front door, you know, at our bedroom door. And Vicki's like, what do you want? Go away. I'm all Vicki, we're filming a show.
Starting point is 00:28:43 We have to get up. We have to get ready. We have to do. I just went to bed. Like, well, I'm all thinking we're filming the show. We have to get up. We have to get ready. We have to go. I just went to bed. Well, I'm not gonna lie. I'm the one like that. I'm the one like that for the girl strip. Kyle was like in shock because she couldn't believe how they were like 24, 7 and Kyle was like,
Starting point is 00:28:58 we don't work like this. Like I need to eat. I need to drink my coffee and go to the bathroom. Like what is happening here? Like we were, it was crazy. I mean, the girl's trip is definitely another level from regular filming. It's, it's, it's totally different. We didn't even breathe. I don't think I even took a breath without them hearing the breath. Like it was saying literally, like cameras everywhere. So people in our sound like they're on the walls. They're in the kitchen and they rotate. They rotate. I jumped in the pool. They gave us. I swear to you a 30 minute time because we were in the most gorgeous
Starting point is 00:29:32 villas, whatever it was. I was like, can we just swim for like, can we just like have, they were here. You guys off 30 minutes, like do what you want, right, without cameras. Huh. I jump in the pool in the front of the house, by myself. I'm like, I'm in Turks and Kaka. All of a sudden, this freaking camera on the wall is like, eh, yeah, following my swim. I was like, you like, I was like, what's happening? Like, you don't even get 30, 30 minutes without the cameras on the girl. I'm afraid of one scene because Vicki and I were drunk three o'clock in the morning. Oh, I love drunk Vicki and in the kitchen, in the kitchen, like calling productions,
Starting point is 00:30:09 there are any food and some productions bringing us like pizza from, you know, cold pizza from production office. We're eating pizza and I'm like, Vicki, there's a camera right there. Like the camera's like, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, I'm like, I knew you guys didn't even realize it.
Starting point is 00:30:23 It didn't even realize it. And I'm like, I don't know what I look like. I, you know, do you want it in these kind of decent? Yeah, but not on that trip. It doesn't work. It's like, it's forget it, forget it, forget it. So I will tell you that's going to be explosive. Like that is something that I cannot wait to watch.
Starting point is 00:30:41 They have Brandy too, right? Yeah, we have Brandy, which Brandy and I were not in a good place at all when we started. Wow. We had about three days of fighting. Oh my God. Okay so quick fun fact about Brandy. The first time I met her I will never forget I was at I went to Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant. I think it was one of them. And I met Lisa and Ken. I was with Joe and we went to had dinner. This had to be 10 years ago. And we're there. She and she was friends with Brandy at the time. She invited her to come. Brandy was this tall. I mean, she's so tall. So tall. She towered over Joe and I like, we literally look like, you know, the tiniest humans, her legs, each leg, I think from my head, yes, like it to my toe, each one of her
Starting point is 00:31:31 beautiful. But so she thought Joe was sexy. And I swear, and I didn't know how to handle it, but we were sitting at the dinner table and she literally licked the side of Joe's face. Like we were just sitting there talking and she just decided to like take a big, like literally took the tongue from one end to his face to the top of his face and he just froze
Starting point is 00:31:53 because he knows I'm a crazy bitch. And he just like froze and I was like, Oh, that's cute. Like what's happening? Like I we didn't make it awkward. We laughed and it was funny. And Lisa Vanderpump was kind of just like, Oh, this is how you know, this is brandy. I was like, did you just lick my husband's face? Yeah, I did.
Starting point is 00:32:10 And then I was like, okay, she's like, he's so cute. So I was like, all right, do it again. She did it again. I took a picture. So I have a picture of her licking my husband's face. But that was like my first ink and she got very wasted that night. And we kind of like took her home. We had a place her in a car and it was a whole thing. So she sounds like Randy. Like I just saw
Starting point is 00:32:30 her yesterday at the Greensframe because she was doing her interview right after me. Yeah. So exciting. Oh, okay, I don't hear it. Okay, good. Yes, so we still have cut fitness going on 10 years now. Which you look incredible. You really do. Yeah. No, you're you're really good for that. Like you've always put dedication. I've seen your
Starting point is 00:34:27 Instagram when you're up at 5 a.m. and you're working out. And now I appreciate that because I'm a workout. Yeah. I, I don't feel good unless I'm working out. Like if I miss a week or two weeks, my, my stomach hurts. Like, yeah, no, really, it's in my head. Like, I go, I start, I get inside my head and I start feeling like I'm gonna go crazy. Like I just, I have to. You have to. Constantly move. So yeah, so love it.
Starting point is 00:34:52 10 years on, nine years? 10 years, I can't remember. Is the gym, so it's an actual like gym that you own a gym. Yeah, so it's about, it's about 7,000 square feet. It's in a commercial building. So like with the roll up doors, you know, so it's not. Yeah, the whole thing. Anything fancy, But yeah, so we have personal trainers. It's more of a boutique. It's not like one of those gyms you're going to go into. It's crowded with people, especially with
Starting point is 00:35:14 COVID. We only allow so many people in out of time. And then we have a chiropractor and a massage girl and a sports trainer that trains kids and college athletes and professional athletes. And yeah, so Eddie basically, he's 100% hands on. I go, drop my daughter off at school, I go work out, I'm there for a couple hours, I leave. I don't see any of these. I don't see any of these projects. That's Eddie's deal.
Starting point is 00:35:37 Yeah, I got it. Right, so then we have a CBD company, Vena CBD. We started that three years ago, and we decided like, oh, we don't want another brick and mortar business. We're just going to do this all online. Well, we have another office. So you do take CBD.
Starting point is 00:35:52 They're starting to change. You do. So one of my absolute favorites, I'll send you some too, is the full spectrum nighttime. Okay. It's got THC in it, but it's not a lot where it's going to knock you on your ass. It's just going to work.
Starting point is 00:36:04 Like you can wake up in the morning. You can wake up in the morning and know THC hang it, but it's not a lot where it's going to knock you on your ass. It's just like you can wake up in the morning. You can wake up in the morning, you know, like, you know, T H C hang over or anything like that. So that's one of our best healers. Like we have a hell of a time keeping it in stock. That's really. Yeah. So we have a THC line, which is our dark label and our white label has zero THC. There's a lot of people that are in like government jobs and things like that. They cannot have any THC because they'll get drug tested and it will show up.
Starting point is 00:36:27 Got it. And even that, like that's going to calm you down. It's going to put your body like in chill zone. It's called homeostasis and it just, it helps with everything from anxiety to stress to aches and pains. We have topicals. We have skin care. Like we have probably about 20 different skews at this point.
Starting point is 00:36:49 Wow. So when you say that you're like just sitting around, you do, you have stuff going on. But is it what you do? I mean, you have businesses, but I get the fact that you're saying, like the show really does take up all of the time. Like these things you can work on a little bit in the morning, a little bit at night, but I get what you're saying, because you are busy. You have stuff working on, you know? Yeah, I got it after this. I got to pick my daughter, drop her off. Then I got to go to the office to CBD and have a meeting. So I am busy, but no, I get it. I get what you're saying that I want to be. But oh, stop. You're doing good. And we're going to watch you on this girl's trip. And that's going to be good. And I feel like they're going to ask you back, but that's just a fact. I feel like they are. There's no way you're
Starting point is 00:37:22 not coming back. There's a way. We're already there first. That's what I say. But let me ask you this while we're talking about this whole, you know, with your gym and the CBD, you really do look phenomenal. You do. You can stay in shape, like give some of my listeners some advice. Like what do you suggest as far as like eating and working out how many days a week? Like do you do more weights? Are you more Pilates? Are you more cardio? What do you do? I have been doing way more weights than cardio lately. I usually like to do a mix.
Starting point is 00:37:52 I'll do maybe 30 minutes of cardio, then I'll go and I'll do an hour, hour and a half of weights. And then some days, which I have been doing too much lately, is I'll just do one hour of cardio, which is, you know, I'll have my days where I just do cardio. Just cardio. But I haven't been doing that. I got COVID and then it's just kind of,
Starting point is 00:38:10 still a little bit like feeling it like exhausted. But I, I just, Do you feel like it lingers by the way? Like I, I don't know about you, but COVID for me once I had it. I don't know if it's winter and New Jersey,
Starting point is 00:38:21 because let me just tell you, winter and New Jersey is cold as a son of a bitch. So you have no idea. It gets dark. And so by like six o'clock, I want to put my pajamas on every night. But I do wonder sometimes if that's like, you know, I feel like ever since I had it,
Starting point is 00:38:35 I'm not the same as far as energy level goes. Yeah, no, I feel it too. My daughter's the same way. She's having a lot of problems, a lot of stomach issues, a lot of just being exhausted, long spill heavy, and I'm like, oh, so scary. I know, it's exhausting. But you do. So how many days a week do you work out? Five. I'd like to work out at least five. And then plus we're super active, like on Saturday or Sunday,
Starting point is 00:38:58 like, well, just we have, we live right by these hills. So we'll go hiking up the hills and or go bike riding or doing things like that. But I think for me, it's just kind of like a lifestyle. The one thing, like, you know, as you get older, heavy weights are your friend. Like that's what you want to do. You want to do the heavy weights. Agreed. I get people ask me all the time. And I think they get in shock over how heavy I lift because nothing. So I feel like the cardio and everything else kind of keeps and maintains. Yeah. My body, it doesn't change until I pick up like 30 pound weight. It's not going to. It's so it doesn't it won't. So cardio, I mean, it's good to keep your weight, you know,
Starting point is 00:39:34 right, burn calories. But you're going to sculpt your body, doing weights. You're not going to sculpt your body, doing cardio. So people that all, you know, constantly doing cardio, yeah, that might be thin, but they don't have any muscle tone. Right. Or they have no shape, which to me is more important. I don't mind if you're a little thicker. I prefer for myself. I'd rather be thicker, but have the most gorgeous shaped leg or have that indent or have, which you can't get that
Starting point is 00:40:01 in less your lifting weights. And I always try to tell everyone that when they ask, there's something about doing the lunges with the weight. You can't just do lunges. You have to have heavy weight to the point where you're at exhaustion by the last one that you can barely stand back up. Yeah, Eddie trains me.
Starting point is 00:40:17 So he trained me today and we did shoulders and back. And I just had the heaviest weight and I had it hold one up and he tells me doing all these weird things, you know, five years and five there. I'm just like, I can't do it anymore. It's too heavy. And he's like, you could do it.
Starting point is 00:40:33 But that's how you change your body. That's why you look the way you do. That's the only way you can do it. That's what about diet. Yeah, diet, diet is huge. Like you can work out all you want. But if your diet's bad, you're not going to do much change to your body. But do you diet so to speak or like what
Starting point is 00:40:51 what did you what did you eat for breakfast this morning? I'm curious. I have the same thing on this every single day. I have oatmeal and then I put like fresh blueberries and then I put like traitor Joe's I get these like shaved almonds. Okay. Like weird when they get into the heat. They're kind of crunchy because I like the crunch. And I have that. I'll go work out. I'll come home. Sometimes I'll make like a smoothie.
Starting point is 00:41:13 Sometimes, you know, I'm there for a few hours. Eddie and I will go to lunch. I'll do a like a salad and chicken. And then go wrap or something. Yeah. I'll snack on nuts, have an apple. Like I'm pretty good about what I eat. Like do I go wrap or something. Yeah, I'll snack on nuts, have an apple. Like I'm pretty good about what I eat. Like do I go off my normal diet?
Starting point is 00:41:31 Yeah, last week I was not feeling it because of coming off of COVID and I felt like my body just needed stuff and I feel like if you listen to your body in a situation like that, like I just felt like I needed to eat and I was eating and then we went camping and then when we camp, it's like, there's no rules there.
Starting point is 00:41:48 Like I'm eating like hot tamales and junior mints and potato chips and then I got back. But you know what I felt so sick after that. It took me probably about four days to just detox all that shit out of my body got back on and I just felt you feel so much better. Like I would say, are when I overeat, it's so true. When I overeat, it affects me.
Starting point is 00:42:13 It affects my brain. I just feel lazier. It doesn't work. I get lazy. It's just depressed. It's all those things, but you know, you don't have to starve yourself at all. All you have to do is you can eat, just eat the right stuff, all the languages. No reason to be hungry.
Starting point is 00:42:29 And that's another thing a lot of girls, especially in Orange County, I don't know if they're like this, we're at, they don't eat. They don't eat. They just, they just choose like the rat of not eating at all. Not, well that's the worst you can do because then when you do eat,
Starting point is 00:42:41 you're gonna blow up and you're gonna be bloated and it's not gonna work. Like you have to stay consistent. Well, if you don't eat, what happens is your body holds onto your fat. So you don't want to. That's not the route. That's not the way to go. No, you want to get an expert. And I would even say that that doesn't sound like the route to go. I mean, listen, last night for snack on the couch, like that's like, you know, late night, I have issues because I'm good all day. I do the same. I'll eat like, you know, late night, I have issues because I'm good all day. I do the same. I'll eat like oatmeal in the morning or have a shake after the
Starting point is 00:43:09 gym. Like I eat the salad or the wrap during lunch. And dinner for me is always just like a piece of meat, a chicken, like a protein with like a vegetable. Yeah. And like I always make a potato or a rice, but it's more for the kids. And I'll take a bite. Like I don't make myself a full potato unless I do the same thing. I do the exact same thing. I just take off everyone's carbs. I do. I pick off all the carbs
Starting point is 00:43:31 but I don't put a full carb in my plate. And we need carbs. We absolutely need carbs. Like for breakfast, do I like an English muffin? By the way, is that good? I eat an English muffin sometimes for breakfast. I like an English muffin. Yeah, I do too.
Starting point is 00:43:44 A little bit of peanut butter. I've done it. Yeah. Last night I ate on the couch an ice cream cone. It was literally this side. It was an inch. It was an inch big. It was a little tiny ice cream cone. I think it was amazing. It like hit the spot for me. That's all I need. Okay. So that's what I was going to say. Like, I'm a big trader, Joe shopper. So they have these tiny little tiny little ice creams. They are, I think they're made out of oat milk or something. They're not even there's no dairy in it. Okay. And it's like 50 calories. And it's like a little tiny chocolate ice cream in the top and then a little cone on the bottom. And I'm like, you know what? That's all I
Starting point is 00:44:22 need to fulfill that, you know, if I want something sweet, or I get like those little tiny peanut butter cups, their nut butter cups from Trader Joe's. I'll eat one of those. And I'm like, okay, I'm good. So good. All of these things, by the way, I do the same.
Starting point is 00:44:36 And sometimes I'm lately, I've been, so I need something that takes a minute. I've been making chamomile because it just makes me like, and it's cold here in New Jersey right now. So like, I'll sit there with it with it with a cup of tea. Like a little lady. And I'm happy like because it takes me a minute to drink it. I just need to be like holding something at night when I'm watching my shows. Like I need something in my hand. Yeah, nothing wrong with that. I feel like everyone always struggles with the late night things. I used to freeze grapes. I love to freeze a little baby. I used to too. I haven't done that. And then you like suck on them at night. I
Starting point is 00:45:07 always forget to do that. But that's always good to do too. But I feel like so many women have always looked up to you when it comes to body and shape and just looking good for your age. You really, really do. You do. You look excellent. And they can just figure out somehow to like pull your skin up. I know. We just like the eight walk into a machine and our skin just goes up. And then that would be amazing. I'm going to put like one of those like, twister things in my back. So it's just going to twist every year. Twist whoever invented is going to be like the next Amazon guy.
Starting point is 00:45:38 I hope you're a millionaire. That's the one thing that you can't really do much about is, you know, as you age, I'm sure your skin starts to sag a little bit. Not to one thing that I'm like fighting right now. I'm like, damn it, damn it. Like all you can do is like build your muscle bigger. Well, that's the thing. It's like we can build muscle, but once your skin, that's, the skin is big.
Starting point is 00:45:58 Skin is big. And that's always like, I'm a big moisturizer, but I always say you can't fight the skin. Like that's the hardest thing. Fight the skin. I know. It's uncanny. always like I'm a big moisturizer. But I always said you can't fight the skin. Like that's the hardest thing. The skin. No, it's on. It is what it is, though, right? Yeah, it's fine. I've listened.
Starting point is 00:46:13 You have to gracefully accept it. As first of all, I think the 50 is the new 40 and 40 is the new 30 for real. Everyone looks did you see, by the way, I don't know if you're watching like the new sex in the city. I haven't seen it. You haven't seen it yet. Okay. So there's something on Instagram where they
Starting point is 00:46:29 compare the three of them who are to the golden girls. Okay. Who the golden girls in the promo shoot were like in their late 40s and they're all in their early 50s. The Golden Girls look like, like, like, grandmother's, yeah, compared to, you know, Sarajesica and everyone, it's insane, like, how the world changes. Like, that used to be the late 40s. I know. Isn't that crazy? They're younger than that. They're short little hair with little curls. Yes. Like, I was baffled when I saw that, because it just goes to show you, like, it truly is the new 40s the new 30 I'm gonna keep with that right now because I think I think Jelo changed it all for us. I mean, she really did she's like, you know, she's definitely inspiration her I always say, Hallie Barry too like, oh, I die for her. I die for her. We can all be a little more productive with the time we spend on our business.

So listen to and follow CopyCumbers now at Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Podcast One, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Starting point is 00:49:04 So anyway, you have a lot going on. So what's next for you? Like what else, what else is like going on with you? Are we just podcasting all the time? What can we look for from you? Um, that's really it. Like I just, you know, I got my podcast, I got my businesses, I got my family here. My, uh, daughter has one more year of high school. So it's really nice and I'm able to be home pretty much full time with her picker, school taker because she hasn't got a driver's license. These kids nowadays. I don't know what it is. What do they get in California? Is it 16 or 17? She's 16. She put my daughter just turned 16. We just threw a big sweet 16 for her. I'm actually going to be on the show, but she has her permit. So she gets her driver's license at 17 so she passed her test.
Starting point is 00:49:48 Oh, okay. My daughter. She did. She took it was so I we got to go back again. And now she's like, I don't know if I can do it. Like she's like scared. I'm like, you can do it. I paid for three tests. So you can do it. Don't worry. You can do it. You can do it. You can do it. You can do it. You can do it. How's your mom doing? Your mom, I loved your mom. Okay, so my mom lives with us now. So we have a Cassia connected to our house, and we added it on a kitchen. So she's got her own little apartment here. Really? But I hardly ever see her. It's so funny. Like, I'll be like, I always thought your mother was in my house. She's
Starting point is 00:50:19 too much. Round that woman. She's funny. She reminds me of my mother. Do you know, my mother text me the other day and told me that I need to get an only fans because Larsa Pippin, um, Larsa Pippin makes $10,000 a week on it. I get a random text at 6 a.m. for my mother hilarious. You need to start an only fans because Larsa Pipp, by the way, she called her Larda. So Larsa Pippin makes $10,000 a week showing her feet. I think it's a day. Didn't she say a day? Is it a day?
Starting point is 00:50:50 Something crazy. I'm like, what? Oh my God, it is great. That is crazy. I'm like, trust me. We've had this conversation. It's like, okay, there's Larsa. She's just like the epitome of like sex bomb.
Starting point is 00:51:02 You know what I mean? Like she's the ass. The ass. The ass. And everything. I'm like, I wouldn't? Oh, yeah. The ass, the hair and everything. I'm like, I wouldn't be the biggest, like, oh, these are my feet. You want to see my feet? Like, do you want to watch me throw on these little, you're going to be showing me what do you want to see? I'll be falling on my ass. Like I would,
Starting point is 00:51:18 I'm like, nobody's papacy. The shit. Well, she's definitely like a sexy little sex kitten. And she owns it though. She owns it, which I can appreciate. I mean, she's not trying to hide that I mean, she came out and said, listen, I bet you're her only fans, by the way, and you and I both know this probably blew up these last couple weeks because she's gonna say 20,000 a day. No, no, she's probably making 45,000 a day right now because the smartest thing you can do, like the one thing that does come out of these reality shows is that little stepping stone for all of the other things.
Starting point is 00:51:48 Absolutely. She's pretty, she's smarter than we all think, isn't she? I would love to know her updated price of only fans right now. And so would my mother, by the way, tell my mother would tell your mom she needs to go on only fans. I'm like mom, my mother's single right now. She's widowed for the second time in her life. I'm trying to like find her a companion.
Starting point is 00:52:05 I want her to have someone to like go to dinner with. Yeah. But yeah, I would tell my mother to get only fans and see how that goes. There's got to be ones for like the seven year olds out there. No, I've even watched in Salt Lake City. Um, so I watch it spotty. So I feel terrible to like comment on it
Starting point is 00:52:23 because I feel like I don't know much about it. I'm very spotty with it. But I know a lot of my listeners do. So just give me a real recap real quick on your thoughts on it. Tell me who you love who you don't love. Okay. So I think it's great. I really think like they don't even need any internal drama because they all have something going on crazy in their life. And the Gen Gen Shaw at first I'm like, Oh my gosh, like, but she's so good. She's like, meant for reality TV. There's no doubt about it. That I I've seen and that I agree with you. And then Mary, who I mean, I didn't know what to think of her at the beginning, but the the eye rolls and the the wigs that are all on sideways. I mean
Starting point is 00:53:02 they're comical. And And it's not like these girls are in like these big, giant houses and have these big, fancy lives. I think maybe Lisa does, which I really love Lisa. But it's just like kind of just every day type of girls, you know what I'm saying? I mean, they're not broke houses or anything like that. But it's just kind of like more of like,
Starting point is 00:53:21 just like they're not walking into the Heather DuBrow house. No, no, no. It's good. Now you more of like just they're not like into the Heather do bro house. No, no, no It's good now you heard the stuff about Jenny Yes, yes, well no see like I feel like you always have a really good read on people So that's why I need to ask you like you Jenny She something about her didn't sit right with me. I don't know why and I like bravo. I've never seen bravo put out a with me. I don't know why. And I like. Bravo. I've never seen Bravo put out a whole statement like that. Have you? I don't think I've ever seen them do that. No, and they took a lot of responsibility for it too.
Starting point is 00:53:52 Like, is it if it was their fault, which I thought, why are they doing this? They must be getting a lot of hate or hate or whatever you want to call it, because I never really thought it was like, how would they know she had that? Did they not, they did they not fire her soon enough and people were sending messages about that because I had posted that there was a statement from Bravo and people would send me messages like well it was about time they did and I go they probably had to do some internal investigation. It's not like they can just be like okay you know they don't know what she can't just you have to kind of dig into it a little bit and make sure it's legit. And yeah, I mean, it's a huge network, obviously.
Starting point is 00:54:28 I think I've never seen them do that before though. Have you seen them posts like that? No, never. But did you see, I don't know if you saw her posts, they were pretty bad. They were really bad. No, so I have not read them yet, but I do want to go read them just because I,
Starting point is 00:54:43 I just want to know. Yes, at a curiosity. I'm like, where they bad, where they terrible. They're bad. They're bad. It's like, and then she lied about it and came out and did apology and then after she did apology, she lied and said, it was something it was deleted, you know, two years ago and people are like, no, I was on your Facebook today.
Starting point is 00:55:03 So she made matters worse. And now, so then she needs to go Facebook today. So she made matters worse. And now- So then she needs to go. Today, she needs to go. Yeah, today she's coming out with a statement. Like she's going live, I heard. And I'm like, girl, sit down, shut up, go. Yeah, she needs to just walk away at this point.
Starting point is 00:55:15 Walk away. She's not way and go back to wherever you came from because you don't want to keep messing with it when she did something like that. And if those are her true feelings, we'll shame on her. I know, but there's a part of me that I'm like, damn, I kind of wanted to see her, the girls drag her and the first couple episodes, you send her on her way. Sam, Sam and true Tamro, bitch, like drag her, drag her out like a drag that bitch up by her wig and then kick her out. Then send her back to Long Beach because I don't think Long Beach is going to want her anymore either. No. Oh, well definitely not. Listen, I have seen like people,
Starting point is 00:55:50 you have to be careful. You really do. And I've seen people get fired from other networks and other shows and other things for for saying even less, you know, so I know it's it's it's it's serious. It's a really I think it's I think it's worse than we know because we get for Bravo to do that. Oh yeah I've never I was in shock it actually shocked me into it because we've been I've been super busy so I haven't been keeping up with everything but when I saw that I was like wait what is going on I've never seen Bravo do something like this before. That was that was crazy. And the irony of it all is that she's complaining about, you know, somebody another cast member being racist all season long. So there you go. There you go. It's
Starting point is 00:56:31 always like the pot called a kettle. Like it's one of those things. That's how I mean, that goes on just in our show just with, you know, without racism with different topics, just with like cheating husbands. It's the one who's always pointing their finger and saying that they're perfect. No, no, no, no, no, no, you actually have a lot going on behind closed doors. So like, why did you even open your mouth?
Starting point is 00:56:51 I will never understand that. I don't get that right. Like if you know that this is going to pertain to you and that if this, if someone flips the switch on you, you're going to be in the hot sea and back into a corner. How about?
Starting point is 00:57:04 How about don't talk about that subject? How about say to yourself, let me shut the fuck up over here about this. Yeah, because like, you know, they can really flip the switch on me and like flip the script on me here. And then they don't have those ones who push the hardest on that subject, which always baffles me, which always baffles me. That's going to happen this year. You're going to see that happen this year. Oh, really? I'm super excited about your season. You air pretty soon, right? Yes. Yes. Well, when this we had just we just air the first episode. So when this comes out, so, um, but yes, yes. So it's, it's an awesome season. It's a good, do you watch Jersey? I haven't, well, I didn't watch any housewives last year because I was too anti. I would, well, no, I was just, it was painful. It was hard. No, it's like watching your ex boyfriend or husband on social media.
Starting point is 00:57:51 You know what I mean? Like, why am I making a show with these new girlfriend? Yeah, it's like, who wants to do that? So I just kind of, you know, I didn't watch. I tried to concentrate on other things. I muted, I muted you. You did a lot. I muted every housewife.
Starting point is 00:58:03 You muted me on Instagram. Every housewife I muted, but I didn't want to, some of them I just unfollowed, because I'm like, I'm going. You did a lot. I muted every house. You muted me on Instagram. Every housewife I muted, but I did a one on some of them. I just unfollowed because I'm like, I'm in a wine pong. You're just like, I don't care anymore. I can't do that. You didn't do that. Yeah, I had to. I had to mute like the people that I like,
Starting point is 00:58:15 but I still wanted on my Instagram because I just, I didn't want to see any housewife stuff. I couldn't. I couldn't. It was, I get it. Heather DeBro taught me that when she left, she's like, I had to mute everybody or unfollow. I think she unfollowed. They don't think they had mute back then. So she unfollowed everybody. And she's like, that's what helped me get through it because it's like, you have to do to keep it off your mind, it's like when someone breaks up with their boyfriend, you take everything down, you on follow, follow their family, their sister, brothers, fire pit, you might it on fire.
Starting point is 00:58:52 Right. Because you know what? You don't want to open your Instagram every day and just get reminded of something that you're not part of anymore. And I understand that. Like, I didn't know you muted me. Did you unmute me? Yes.
Starting point is 00:59:02 Okay. Yeah. And I unmuted it. It took me a hot second, but I unmuted people and now I'm fine now. You're good now. Wait, when did you decide, like, okay, I'm ready. I'm going to unmute. I think it was such a weird year because that happened and then the pandemic happened and everything got weird. So I think it was probably a good six months or so. I'm just like, I have to like just not engage or look at any housewife stuff because it's just too painful. Yeah, I don't blame you. And so let me ask you this, what would be your advice to like new housewives,
Starting point is 00:59:36 like joining all the franchises, not just the OC, but to them as well. Like, what do you say to them, coming from a real OG like yourself? What is like the couple? What is your strong point that you would say, listen, just follow my lead on this? Yeah, I think what it is, like just be yourself. Like, don't be what you think the viewers want you to be. Don't try to impress to make yourself look rich or whatever it is.
Starting point is 01:00:02 Just be yourself and to be open. I think the best housewives out there, they don't care about poking fun of themselves, they don't care about making themselves look bad or going after or starting a conversation that most people don't want to have, don't be fake, don't watch the shows and go, well, like right now we have that noelle at girl or item we don't, but Orange County has noelle at. And she's like doing everything possible to try to be entertaining. Because she's a super fan. She's a super fan.
Starting point is 01:00:30 So she knows like, I'm gonna cause drama and I'm going to fight with somebody just for no reason and all these things. And I'm like, that doesn't work. That just unfortunately, that's what happens when we're in like the 12th and 13th season. Anyone who is casted is basically a fan because everyone has seen the show. And anyone who is auditioning for the show knows the show. So it's very, very hard to cast these shows like nowadays because a lot of times you're casting fans.
Starting point is 01:00:57 There's just no way around. I know you got to be careful though. Like this one's like a super fan. Like, super. We have a couple on our show that I feel like they come on. Yeah, they're the worst. They, they, they feel like they know, oh, well, I know I'm supposed to do this.
Starting point is 01:01:12 So I'm like, I'm gonna act this way right now, right? Because we're doing this. So and I'm like, it doesn't work like that. No, actually, and then they'll like put the cameras down and then she'll just start talking to me regular. I'm like, no, no, no, no, I actually hate you. Like this is not a joke. Do you think this is a joke? This is not a no, no, no, I actually hate you. Like, this is not a joke. Do you think this is a joke?
Starting point is 01:01:26 This is not a joke. No, whatever you just said to me, I'm annoyed at. Like, this is not fake. Back off, bitch. Right. Like, this is real true feelings. And then they like act up and they think that's what they're supposed to do. And then they like, the cameras go down and I'm like, wait, why are you looking?
Starting point is 01:01:39 Why are we talking? Like, is, no, we, we stay consistent. Yeah. Whatever's going on over there is what's going on over here. And I feel like the newer girls don't get that. And I'm like, I'm not into that nonauthentic, like turn it on for the cameras because then I just disengage.
Starting point is 01:01:53 I'm like, I don't even want to talk to her. I don't want to do anything with her. I have nothing to say to her. She's not being authentic. She's just like turning it on for the cameras. And I have no time for that. You can't just do what you think is going to get you airtime or, you know,
Starting point is 01:02:06 and also be nice to the crew. Like I've seen people like to treat the crew like shit. And I'm like, what are you doing? That's the worst. That's just their job. You don't have to talk to people like that. So there's a couple, the New York Housewives. Woof, they are.
Starting point is 01:02:23 Oh my God, they are like crazy with the crew. I was like, oh my God. Like we, we, if you ever, we treat the crew like family. They, I've seen a couple of things that I was like in shock over. Yeah. I couldn't even believe it. It's, and I'm not naming any names, but I was just like, it was mold. It wasn't just one. It was like crazy. I was like, what's happening? You know, but like they have a different relationship with their crew than we do. I think it's just a different, it starts off different or whatever it is.
Starting point is 01:02:50 You have the same crew almost every year. We do. We have a lot of the same people every year. There's always like new PAs in there and like a couple of new people. But our solids like are our solids. So we do. They do become, yes, they do.
Starting point is 01:03:03 They become family and I would totally miss them when this is When this is all over, you know, and like their lives and I feel like they know me better than I know myself. They like watch they think about it Like they're just watching screens of you and your your mannerisms all day long. I feel like they know me better than I know myself 100% But anyway, I always always love talking to you. But before I let you go, we have to do grilled with gorgah. I do it with every guest. Oh gosh. It's kind of me some rapid fire questions. You just answer them for me and we'll keep it moving. Okay. This is a shit that gets me in trouble. I know. Here we go. Grilled with gorgah. Who was your first celebrity crush?
Starting point is 01:03:42 Who was your first celebrity crush? God, Sean Cassidy. Oh my God, Sean Cassidy. Okay. Do you even know who he is? No. No. Who the hell is Sean Cassidy? I don't know.
Starting point is 01:03:53 He's probably dead by now. I don't know. By the way, I know his name. I do, but I can't think of what he looks like. He had like, he was like more of a 70s guy with a long, sheggie hair and the no shirt, surfer dude. Oh, okay. So a little California guy.ie hair and the no shirt. Surfer dude. Oh, okay. So California guy.
Starting point is 01:04:06 Yeah, he was very cute. Got it. That was my first Pupster on my wall. Oh, love it. What's your favorite 80s song? Oh, God. I'm the worst with music. I really am.
Starting point is 01:04:17 Really? There's nothing that comes to your head. Oh, my God. All right, I'm going to skip it. Don't worry. What's your biggest regret? I don't live with regrets What are you regret doing in life?
Starting point is 01:04:29 What do I regret? Marrying my first husband? Fair, okay, the best decision you've ever made in your life. You have to know that Well, I have so many like like my kids, my getting married to Eddie, like life is just like this is life. You know what I mean? This is the best decision. I've ever made. Eddie was definitely a good decision. Yeah. What's your pet peeve? What's your pet peeve? What's your driving crazy? Oh, that one's easy. The hearing people eat with the mouth open. Oh, I can't. I agree. I will punch a person in the throat.
Starting point is 01:05:05 But you literally have to get up and leave the table. I have to leave. And it's a constant battle. Like I'm like that. My son is the same way. Like I'm like, I get it. I have to walk out to have to turn the TV on. Like you get skived your skived. Yeah. I get your worst date you've ever been on. Worst date. I mean, would this be in between the husbands or not? I'm wondering. Where is it? Where is it?
Starting point is 01:05:30 Date. God, I, you know how long has been since I've dated? Where I, Do you ever have a moment that you were like, this was terrible? I went on, I slept with a guy with a teeny tiny weeny. Oh my God, well that would be a bad date. I can, for anyone that can't see Sam, right now,
Starting point is 01:05:49 she's putting her fingers are very tiny, very, very, but we're talking like a half an inch here. Oh my God, I die. Okay, the first concert you've ever been to. I think that was Janet Jackson. Oh, so good. So, so good. Okay, that's fair.. Oh, so good. So, so good. Okay, that's fair.
Starting point is 01:06:07 Years ago. So good. All right, tell me something about you that would surprise us that we don't know. I think you know it all. I know. I'm a homebody. Just that I'm a homebody.
Starting point is 01:06:19 I'm a complete homebody that just wants to stay home with no makeup sweats on. Just put your sweats on. Just put your sweat on. I don't think people know that. I like to chill. What was your first job you ever had? Burger King. Oh, really?
Starting point is 01:06:34 My dad told me, yeah, I worked with the king. My dad told me, I said, well, where's my car? I was a spoiled little brat. Where when do I get a car? I was 16. He's like, when you get a job and I said, okay, I'll be right back. Can I road my bike over to Burger King? And I'm like, I need a spoiled little brat. Where, when do I get a car or a 16? He's like, when you get a job and I said, okay, I'll be right back. Can I road my bike over to Burger King and I'm like,
Starting point is 01:06:48 I need a job and they're like, okay, so I came back, I got a job and he's like, where's my car? Where's my car? So he owned a car a lot. So he just, okay, go pick one. Oh my God, genius move right there. See, you've always been a business woman.
Starting point is 01:07:02 Since you were a little. I love it. What's your favorite late night snack when you're watching TV popcorn fair and healthier? Well, yeah, yeah, I put it in his assaults. No, I put to heat on it. Ah, and then I squeeze lime on my popcorn. Oh, my God. That sounds amazing. It's so good. Okay, that I'm going to try tonight, actually, that sounds really good. Okay, that I'm gonna try tonight, actually. That sounds really good.
Starting point is 01:07:26 Okay, what do you binge watching right now? What's your favorite TV show? Ozark. You and Joe, Joe's upstairs with Ozark. Well, but then I got freaked out because they had seven episodes and you know, the last season and the seventh episode came and I'm like, that's how it ends.
Starting point is 01:07:42 Are you freaking kidding me? This is a horrible ending. And I went on a rant and talked about it on social media and somebody wrote, that's how it ends. Are you freaking kidding me? This is a horrible ending. And I went on a rant and talked about it on social media and somebody wrote, there's a part two. There's seven more episodes. I'm like, oh, I knew that. Oh, okay. Yeah, Joe's obsessed.
Starting point is 01:07:54 Joe loves it too. I love it. I absolutely love it. All right, and I always end with, tell me how do you treat yourself? So if the day is all about you, it's your day. You get to do what you want, how you want, when you want, how does Tamara treat herself? Oh my gosh. I would probably work out. Come get a massage, lay around, do nothing, watch
Starting point is 01:08:16 TV, have a glass of wine, just probably be on social media. Tweet, tweet away. We don't tweet anymore, really, right? I don't. We used to tweet. Like when the first, when the first starter, we were tweeters. I feel like we don't tweet anymore, right? Yeah. Yeah. Just be alone. Yeah. Well, Tamara, I love you. This has been great. Thank you for always keeping it real and being true. I cannot wait to watch that girl's trip. I know it's gonna be like incredible. And good luck with the gym and the CBD and your podcast. Listen, you have a lot going on, girlfriend.
Starting point is 01:08:51 So I'm a fan, I'll always be a fan. Thank you. I hope to see you soon. You will, you will. Okay, good. And Eddie says hello to both of you. I know, tell Eddie we said hi. Love it.
Starting point is 01:09:03 We've had good dinners together. Joe and I and you and Eddie. We've had fun dinners. We need to come visit. You should. Let me know when you're going to be in New Orchard, New Jersey for real. Yes. Absolutely. Okay. All right. It was so good talking to you. We'll talk to you soon. All right. Bye. Bye, Melissa. Bye. Bye. Let's do it! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh!
