Starting point is 00:00:00 And hoping I'm streaming? That's what you're just imagine? The sets keeping the sub-trane going. Yeah. Five, four, three, two. Welcome, welcome, welcome to the after podcast episode number 17. This episode is brought to you by Honey. We've got a bunch of topics here.
Starting point is 00:00:29 And this is the second time around that we're doing it. Because we were told to... What kind of honey? Honey, I'll tell you a bit more about it. Honey, it's a... it's an application that you download to your browser. Oh yeah, and you can use discount codes. Yeah, discount codes.
Starting point is 00:00:43 Oh, wait. Matt saved, like, a bunch of people saved over billions of dollars. Wow. And they've been using... Imagine if it was applicable on, like, Dordas? What's fucking serious? They've been using Code Scump? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:00:59 Well, I think, I don't know what the code is, but yeah. I've actually heard about that before. Can we get organized, too? Yeah, no, really quickly. I wanted to start off with this because I, I don't, believe it. Okay, you're good. We got the thumbnail. Thank you. I don't know how to say it's Ludwig. His name's Ludwig, right?
Starting point is 00:01:15 So we got this dude, we got this dude. You know, you know who Ludwig is? Ludwig, you know who Ludwig is? Seth. Yes, I've seen Ludwig. Ludwig, yes. Do you know who that is? Yes. Didn't fucking answer me. Pay attention. You're talking to him?
Starting point is 00:01:28 Subothan, man. This is getting ridiculous. It's, it's, these working conditions have gotten progressively worse. These young children. I feel like we're not focused because we're not on the normal podcast table. I'm just going to be straight up Wait, you don't like the desk. I love the desk, but I feel like I need to perform on this desk.
Starting point is 00:01:42 I feel like I got a troll right now. I feel like I'm about the cast. I feel like that was the opposite intention of this desk. Okay, well that's what it's giving me. How much was this worth this desk? Yeah, exactly. It's not working. Whose idea was this?
Starting point is 00:01:56 It's doing the opposite of what I was supposed to. I'm so sad now because I love the desk. Anyway, he has been streaming for. This makes me want to be unprofessional. because it's such a fancy desk. It's such a fancy desk. It makes me want to just be unprofessional. All right. Ludwig. Ludwig.
Starting point is 00:02:13 He's streaming? It's a streamer? Sub-a-thon. Heck just getting so tight. It's the streamer, right? The one that's been live forever? Do we have to restart this? Well, he actually restarted the stream. Why? I don't know why he did it, but he did restart.
Starting point is 00:02:25 How long what's he off-line for? I don't know. I mean, I haven't been following it that closely, but when I saw it one time, he was like 52 hours, and then the next time he was at like 11. So he did restart it. I don't know why. He might have got hit off. He might have got hit off.
Starting point is 00:02:37 Wait, so what happened? Ludwig's streaming, and for every donation, he extends his stream for five seconds. Every sub or 500 bits. That's genius. Why didn't I think of that four months ago? Everyone, sub-a- Sub-a-thons have been going on for a while. I'm going to be up regardless.
Starting point is 00:02:58 Oh, thanks. Media shares have been going on for a while where people, like, they charge money per second of a clip. that they want to show you. So it'll be like 33 cents a second. And it'll just play videos on your stream over and over. People just send like troll videos and show. Oh, yeah. Like media shares.
Starting point is 00:03:13 Yeah. What's it like a sellout Sunday by, what's his name? Soda Popin. So to Popin. Yeah. Anyway, so this dude's been live for apparently a week straight now. Huh? And it's the most subscribed channel on YouTube?
Starting point is 00:03:24 Twitch. He's been sleeping there, right? Don't. Anyway, it went back to sort of Justin TV where the beginning. Did you know that Justine in her, in her career, like early in her career, that's what she did. She was live 24-7. Really?
Starting point is 00:03:42 Yeah. 24-7? She's got to be a goat. She's that early on that? She was so early on that. Did it 20 years ago? She did. Anyway, so apparently the most stops on the most subscriptions on Twitch.
Starting point is 00:03:53 And I don't know, like, how long does he intend on, did he put a cap on this? 30-day cap? Oh, 30-day cap? I think is what it is, right? I don't know. But he's sleeping on stream. Would you do it? Yeah, he's sleeping.
Starting point is 00:04:02 So he could just wake up and it's all over. Is he playing one game? No, he's just live. He just, he's alive. I saw him working out. I saw a clip of him working out. Just chatting, playing games. The thing is, do you think he has...
Starting point is 00:04:14 He's literally doing, like, his whole life? Do you think he has people, like, hired to pay and donate and sub to keep the train going during times he's sleeping? Smart strategy. I don't think he needs to do that. No, I don't think... I think... Not you. No, no.
Starting point is 00:04:27 Just to make sure it doesn't end? Or is he that big? Because I've... He's the most subscribed. We're trying to find out how many subs he actually has right now. What? A hundred and two thousand subs. How many did he start it before this thing?
Starting point is 00:04:39 He started with like, 15 or 20,000 to 100. Would you do it? Yeah. What the fuck? You can watch you do whatever. Yeah, we know. Whatever.
Starting point is 00:04:54 Sub-ethons are not new. It's just usually like top streamers don't do sub-athons. Because they know that it's going to do this. Just a sub-thon. Every sub you get or donation up to a certain point you get, extend your stream. There's a timer counting down on your stream. And people will just give like hundreds of subs to keep pushing it up like, you know?
Starting point is 00:05:14 So what if like you don't get any subs to your stream out for like five minutes? Yeah, you need to get closer to your mic. See, I'm never doing that again. I mean, yeah, you could do that. But like top streamers don't do subathons because they know that it's going to do this. And he like went into it knowing that it was going to do this. You know what's crazy about that is that there are people out there who are willing to do that. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:05:35 Like imagine if we brought somebody. to the hex quarters to stay here live for that long, sleep on the couch? I would do it. What happens to go to the bathroom and stuff? I mean, what does he do? You just leave the stream on, you just go to the bathroom. Oh. Okay. No, but I saw him, I saw
Starting point is 00:05:50 a clip of him working out or something. Okay. What? I don't know. Why would you fucking work out when you're like pretty much up for a week? No, he's not. He's sleeping. Yeah, how much is he? He's sleeping on camera. Like a normal person. Like he's sleeping.
Starting point is 00:06:06 Not up for three days. He's sleeping for 12 hours. Like a normal person. That's stupid. He's basically like vlogging his whole life, but live streaming it. Yeah. That's, I don't know. I would do that.
Starting point is 00:06:17 Does he not have any business calls? I would do it too, but I don't know what people are like. I guess you can mute your mic and put like music. That's just crazy though. I don't know, but 109,000. What's the equivalent of that? How much is that? It's a lot.
Starting point is 00:06:30 350,000. $350,000. That's on top of donors. That's on top of, wow. Brand deals. I guess like an energy company would have been like super smart to hit hit him with that. Like that's, he's still going.
Starting point is 00:06:45 Like it's going to keep going higher and higher. Is he live right now? He is live right now. How many people are watching him? I mean, I'm not even like that impressed, to be honest. Like knowing he's an impressive thing. It's just kind of a cool idea.
Starting point is 00:06:55 Knowing he's sleeping. He streams his whole life? Like he can just go wake up, eat, shower. But like he just has a sub train going. Is he sleeping right now? Actually. It's the life actually. You look, he's living his normal life.
Starting point is 00:07:09 He's sleeping right now. Is he on his own subject? Yeah, he's sleeping. He's got the Logan Paul apology video running. I don't know. I like the idea. I like the idea. I like the idea, but I thought that that was illegal for some reason.
Starting point is 00:07:25 I thought that you weren't allowed to do that. As long as you're not awake for the whole time, I think. Okay. Because someone died, I think, doing that. Damn. I'm pretty sure someone was live for like six years. I'm going to live. I'm going to live stream myself.
Starting point is 00:07:36 self-sleeping. What if you only had a sleeping stream? You didn't stream anything else. What's up, guys? All right, good night. Well, it actually probably be smart. A lot of people would probably use that to go to bed themselves. Talk about making money while you're sleep.
Starting point is 00:07:49 Just watching someone else. You have like a rainforest in the background? Yeah. Well, people pay people to eat with them. Like, there are live streams where I'll sit here and eat and have like a casual conversation or ask questions. Yeah, or if like you tip them like a lot of gold coins, you can get whatever you want. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:05 A lot. Yeah You know what I'm talking about No I don't I know what he saw it But yeah That's pretty cool for London That is so cool for Ludwig
Starting point is 00:08:12 That you say Would to do that I personally don't have any I don't know Would I do it? Yes If I was starting out Like at the beginning
Starting point is 00:08:21 Like if we could have Like we thought about it before Right Having like 24 hours 24 seven camera I do it right now I mean I wouldn't do it right now After I'm done competing
Starting point is 00:08:29 I would do it The thing that I always It's not like It's not that It's not like It's not You're not doing anything crazy.
Starting point is 00:08:36 You have to stream on all times. You have to watch what you say. You can't like imagine if you're announcing a sponsor and you can't talk about that. You're announcing a player. I mean, I guess if you're an individual, like he is, like I guess that minimizes that risk. But having the risk of doing that, like, man, think about this, right? Like at one point I wanted to have a 24-7 camera going at all times here, but with no audio. But at that point, you're not a fly on the wall.
Starting point is 00:09:00 You're like, you know, you're sort of not doing that. Like, imagine if this was live right. now people would be looking at us they would have said like you know formal was like 10 minutes late came in smell like showered and all that you know what I mean they they would be like oh here he is again you know what I would be scared of like the only thing I think that could be bad is if you wake up and you forget your streaming you know if you're just like out of it and you just don't realize like wait I'm fucking streaming for a week yeah and then you go do something stupid yeah what do you mean like what do you mean you go do something stupid what do you think would
Starting point is 00:09:31 be something stupid they'll say it um We know what you mean. You're a sick fucker. What do you think of me? You wake up and just instantly just want to do that. Imagine the picture in Seth's head right now. Instantly. Just you butt-ass naked.
Starting point is 00:09:45 Just beating off. And hoping I'm streaming? That's what you just imagine? Seth's keeping the subterine going. Yeah. You just see Scump donated 500 bits. No, I do it on a ringer for sure. Not scumpy.
Starting point is 00:10:04 That's just. That's just silly Scrum It's like not It's simpler than that It's not Optic Scumpy How did this turn on me?
Starting point is 00:10:17 He tried to put that on me He gets turned to him He'll ask you like Who are we playing today? I mean Who are y'all playing today? How did this turn on me? I don't know
Starting point is 00:10:26 It's so bullshit Yo I wanted to ask you He's the one that thought of jerking Right when he woke up Yeah both of you All right let's move out From the jerks Move on you got roast
Starting point is 00:10:35 He's still trying to flip it. This is so bullshit. Yeah, that's the rebuttal. Yo, really quickly, what's the kid's name that got pulled up from the, has that happened yet? Venom? Yeah, Venom?
Starting point is 00:10:49 I was going to say poison, because we were talking about a little poison. Venom and Standy. Two roster changes. Who? Minnesota, they dropped Major. Yeah, dropped Major for Standy. Oh, wow.
Starting point is 00:11:00 That happened the same day. I saw that one coming. Somebody said, oh, Hitch was saying something along the lines of You know these young kids are cracked because you've never heard of them, but they're, like, being called up to the majors. I mean, we've all heard of them. We've played these kids, like, a lot. So they're not rookies, right?
Starting point is 00:11:14 Like, you guys have played against? They've been playing for a while. Yeah. So Hitch was wrong? They just played for a while. They just never made it, basically. Oh, they're one of those. I can sound kind of mean, but, you know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:11:24 It's not like they just picked it up last week and they're just God, like, yeah. What's his name? It's not like they found him in pubs. Oh, shit. It's running Newktown. Yeah. Yo, Zuma on his podcast or the flank said that old heads or veterans for some reason hate on young up-and-coming talent. Is that true?
Starting point is 00:11:45 I don't think that's true. They just don't want to get replaced. That's all it is. I feel like every old head is looking for that young player to fucking save them. I mean, yeah. I mean, save them or replace them? You want it to be a safe. You run.
Starting point is 00:12:02 Yeah, you're always nervous and replace them. So you just start d-riding. Yeah, hard. Real hard. It's like us. We've been deriding. But I know, I know, like, my career, I always wanted, like, the young. Who have you guys been deriding?
Starting point is 00:12:16 Bruce and Dylan. Shit's raw. You so good. How old's Dylan? 21. Dash is 21. Just turned 21. I play Dylan, like, three.
Starting point is 00:12:26 He's been playing for so long. Dylan's, like, been trying to make it for, like, eight years. Yeah. He's been playing for so long. He's burned every bridge along the way. He's something made to us. If we get rid of him, he's knocking a victim again. Yeah, right.
Starting point is 00:12:38 So he used to cheat. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Let's harp on this. Remember, uh, let's go in on this. You remember jock and PJ? Yeah. That's still.
Starting point is 00:12:48 That would be fucking nuts. Jock and PJ was like this, like, he just didos, dude. It was this as one guy? Jock and PJ? Jock and PJ. Jock and, like, jocke. Like riding. Oh, I thought it was Jock and PJ.
Starting point is 00:13:03 I thought there was like a d-d-d-J. He was this dude in Havo, who just didn't give a fuck. He's shocking snakebite? And he just turned off people's internet. He'd just match you. Turned off, like, didn't give a fucking talk shit. You'd be streaming, talking to your chat. You'd look at the fucking line. I'd be like, oh my God, it's him.
Starting point is 00:13:16 Yeah. And you just get it offline right away. Really? Right away. Wait, did Dylan ever DDoff? No. Or did he just, like, keyboard and probably just. That's a federal fence.
Starting point is 00:13:26 Keyboring. Yeah, it is. It is. It should be. He doesn't seem like he'd be a scumbback. The thing is, you get over that. That's the problem. I guess I don't know him that well. The worst type.
Starting point is 00:13:41 He's got a lot of skeletons. It is in his closet. Dude. Too many. Too many to count. Really? With all the S&E kids. We'll be playing like league play.
Starting point is 00:13:51 And he'll just, we'll match from random kid. He's like, dude, I fucking know this guy from World War II pool play fucking Am bracket. We're like, what? Okay, here's a story. Dylan got someone banned at an event live at the station because he said that he was playing some kid, I forget his name, but he was playing some kid,
Starting point is 00:14:08 and he realized that the kid was, like, getting pro points or something, like without playing or something? No, he bought a GB account. Yeah, yeah, yeah. This kid bought some guy's GB account, which had pro points on it, so they had a different seed for the event.
Starting point is 00:14:19 Dylan knew that. He waited until he was playing at the event, went up to, like, Spencer, and was like, dude, this kid's, like, brought up his phone and, like, told on him, and the guy got banned at the event and kicked out, and they had to play with the coach. And Dill said they still lost.
Starting point is 00:14:30 Imagine they still lose. Imagine saving a, up money flying to an event it's like your first match you're hella hyped and Spencer comes up to you and tells you your band and get out and Dylan's the if you bought an account and he wants he wants to he wants to throw hands with Dylan oh my who that dude wants to oh yeah probably he hates him imagine you got we were at the casino you should be cheating dude we were at the casino in london yeah fuck him remember we were in london last yeah I'm playing blackjack with dill yeah randomly some guy comes up
Starting point is 00:15:01 taps him on the shoulder and goes yo where's my fucking 10 pounds and he's like What are you talking about? And he's like, you scumbagged me back in AW, where's my money? He asked for 10 pounds. And Dylan was like, what the fuck are you talking about? Get out of my face and like the guy was just like pressing him about 10 pounds. Was it a real press or was he like No, he was pissed. I mean he was like kind of pissed but like
Starting point is 00:15:18 he wasn't really. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But then like what time was this at? Had I had already gone home? This was after we won. Because me and me and former were like this. Damn, Dylan scummy. Yeah, I don't think you were there. He was late. It was after we won. Yeah, Dylan just has random demons and like skeletons in his closet. Well, I think we should invite him on and just be like, yo, just tell us about all of your skeletons. I don't think he can legally just talk about them.
Starting point is 00:15:41 Hey, the production team wrote the new Cod leak. Was there a Codal Duty leak that happened? Yeah, World War II Vanguard. Wait, is that really a thing? Like, we're going back to World War II? Wait, is that what the leak was? Yes. And it's all signs point towards World War II next year.
Starting point is 00:16:00 By who? Sledgehammer? Yeah. The people that did. The first one? Huh? So the same people that did the first one are doing the second one. He said it's been a good run.
Starting point is 00:16:12 Yo, I, so it was not there yet. Let's focus on the rest of the season. Just go ahead. I mean, we're good. We'll just fucking. Sounds fun. We'll have a good time. Excited.
Starting point is 00:16:23 All right, let's, I'm excited for the future. Let's get this back on track. All right? We're going to take a quick break. Say hello to the sponsors. Then we'll come back with some questions and comments from the people in the comment section. Part of the interruption, but I wanted to tell you guys a little bit about honey. What is honey? Well, we all shop online. And every single time that we shop online, there are
Starting point is 00:16:41 millions of coupons across the internet that you don't have access to knowledge of. So then what do you do? I'll tell you what you do. You download Honey because instead of manually searching for a coupon code, that is no longer a thing. That's a thing of the past. Honey is a free shopping tool that scours the internet for promo codes, as I just mentioned, and applies the best of coupons that you can to your cart, right? Honey supports over 30,000 stores online. They range from sites that have tech gaming products to popular fashion brands and even food delivery. How does it work? Well, imagine you're shopping at one of your favorite stores. Call it Best Buy or call it Target. Call it whatever it is that you want to go. What you do is that you add all of your items
Starting point is 00:17:25 for your shopping cart. Then when you click apply coupons or when you hit the Honey button, guess what? It scours the internet, I said. If Honey finds a working coupon, then you'll watch your prices drop right in front of you immediately. All you have to do is wait a couple of seconds for Honey to search the coupons to find for that site. We use it here at the hex quarters, Matt more specifically because, like even for Pizza Hut, for example, it'll get the coupons for Pizza Hut so we can order as many at a reasonable discount. You know, it's one of those things were even, what do you call it, B&H photo, right? We obviously buy a bunch of cameras, lights, etc.
Starting point is 00:18:03 That is applicable there as well. Honey has found over 17 million members, over $2 billion with a B, dollars in savings. If you don't already have honey, what are you waiting for? It is time for you to do that because you could straight up be missing on free savings, literally free and starts in seconds by entering the link listed in the description down below. All you have to do is visit Join Honey. com slash optic. That is J-O-I-N-H-O-N-E-Y dot com, O-P-T-I-C. I never recommend something that I don't use.
Starting point is 00:18:37 You guys know that. You know me for close to 10 years. More than that, some of you, shout out to you. But yeah, get Honey for free at joinhoney.com slash optic. That's joinhoney.com slash optic. Back to me over there. And so thank you to Honey for the sponsor. Appreciate that.
Starting point is 00:18:54 If you guys want to sponsor the podcast, let me know. You know the question? You don't want to read it? What's up? Do I pick the topic? Yeah, sure. I have a good one. No, the question's on below.
Starting point is 00:19:04 What do you have? We're doing questions. I was going to pick a good topic. Oh, because they didn't do a good job picking good topic? Questions from comments. We got Cody Jones. What does formal think about his time when he played against the green wall in the effect that had on him competing at the time on stage? I don't think you had it.
Starting point is 00:19:25 I don't think you had it as bad. As Crim has it Answer the question I was shitting on them I'm just going like this to the crowd That was it Miami Did you do that?
Starting point is 00:19:35 Yeah No I didn't That was at the very end of me Imagine I was actually like Like Pat I was kind of like Proud of you
Starting point is 00:19:44 I'm pretty sure I said GG Seth In front of my life Yeah I just didn't even fucking Look at him I was like gee You fucking
Starting point is 00:19:51 Wait so you shit on there Dude that was the worst Because they beat us in Miami I go back stage? I'm like, how the fuck did we just lose that? And I'm like, yo, who do we play next to like 100 thieves? I was like, I might as well just go fucking pack my shit. Why? You were tilted?
Starting point is 00:20:05 Because we just lost to them, and we were about to play 100 thieves. Who we couldn't beat? Who was Matt's team? You want to hear this? Yeah. Listen to the hit squad compared to mine. Hey, he has Crimsex, Karma, Dashie, and T. Wow. God squad. With Seth? Who'd you have? I'm with.
Starting point is 00:20:22 Brack. Skies. Who? Slacked. And John. And I beat him in 30 minutes. minutes. Wow. That's how Cod is, though. That quick, huh? That's, for you.
Starting point is 00:20:32 It can happen. It can happen sometimes. I was so happy for you. I'm like, yeah, I'm a man to succeed and still. I like that. You were not happy. No, of course I wasn't happy. We got bounced out, 6-0ed map count.
Starting point is 00:20:42 You were happy after we just did an autograph signing the day before. We were like, yeah, we got this shit. Yeah. Six-o. I still took you guys to dinner. Yeah, and we got a fucking Kraft Mac. No, we didn't. It was a good mac and cheese.
Starting point is 00:20:56 obviously we didn't get craft mac and cheese it was not a good not a good weekend but we bounced back at champs yeah we did somewhat somewhat and it ultimately was it was it different plane
Starting point is 00:21:10 obviously it is different but like did the crowd have anything in London for example was like what do we think of LG shit what do we think of shit LG oh that was a
Starting point is 00:21:24 that was a chance Yeah. Loud. Loud. Loud, bro. And you were on LG? Yes. What do we think of formal? Because they cheated.
Starting point is 00:21:35 Didn't they cheat or something? No. They're just chanting that matches. Wait, you guys cheated? I don't even want to explain this. Did you guys cheat? Oh, because Jerry, Jerry... Had nothing to do with me.
Starting point is 00:21:46 This was on the grab slam, wasn't it? Yeah, he just slammed them and the game ended. Yeah, and it said that they lost, but the game... Or it said the game said they won, right? But everyone else was saying they lost. I don't know. It wasn't our fault. It was one of the two.
Starting point is 00:22:00 They either won and the game's... It wasn't like we scumbagged or anything. It was just the game's fault. Yeah. The game just decided who won. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And it wasn't proper. It wasn't how it was supposed to be.
Starting point is 00:22:08 I lost the same exact way at champs. Yeah, yeah, yeah. We fucking died and like the point of cap. I didn't tweet about it. Yeah. I was like, yeah, it just moved on. Yeah. It happens.
Starting point is 00:22:16 I don't know what that was. Yeah. But then after the game ended, like, I was just sitting on my setup, just like, dude, this is fucking lack. Because they were figuring out what the ruling was And Slack was back there Like talking to like scraps and stuff
Starting point is 00:22:26 And it was a big thing So then like I think the fans took it as us saying like No like fuck you guys Like something or something I don't know but then they hated us And then we almost lost We won game five And then I was like alright well whatever
Starting point is 00:22:37 Shit You haven't heard that stuff? It's a video out there's really really good They were really loud They were really loud When I tell you one thing Okay when it's time for us to hold a homestand I'm gonna fly in
Starting point is 00:22:49 At least like I don't know call it 10 people from the UK to come teach these dudes how to fucking chant that real chance shit that'd be crazy you're gonna teach really nothing else to do over there bring in 10 UK people yeah make a gang of them 20 do you think 20 would be more to teach how much is how much is that this 20 could carry on their own in the ground yeah you're right yeah we'll bring in 20 where are they going to stay i don't know put them in a big house or something UK fans i always liked more have you been to the UK first of all Yeah.
Starting point is 00:23:21 When? Oh, yeah. London. I know, but for what? To compete? I've been twice. No. One, yeah, twice.
Starting point is 00:23:29 One must to coach a Halo team. Yeah. And then the other one is the ESports Award. Oh, what happened there? I just did my thing. Thanks, by the way. Oh, that's when you accepted the trophy for formal. Did my thing.
Starting point is 00:23:45 Pauai Dui Fahua. You're absolutely blacked out. You know what's crazy is that he didn't see blacked out in person. Like he was sitting right next to me No Was I missed because I didn't I went there not knowing I'm accepting This shit
Starting point is 00:23:57 I didn't make you I said you should go While we're sitting at the table And like I think Hitch went up Accepted his or something But he's like yeah you're accepting For him and I'm like huh Like this is like my biggest fucking like fear
Starting point is 00:24:09 Like I gotta go up because I see like Everyone's going up there Giving like a speech kind of just like And then the person before you I'm like what the fuck? And I'm like wait I'm accepting it for like what the fuck do I even say?
Starting point is 00:24:23 drank away. So yeah, I just drank a lot. But he's better now. We're all very proud of Nick. I'm doing great. How long has he been? Since I've drank twice. No, no, no, the bad shit.
Starting point is 00:24:42 Spentos. Almost like 90 days. Yeah? It's good. Grats, Ben. Thank you. Thank you. Do you feel like the support here is, is good?
Starting point is 00:24:51 Good? Yeah. Yeah, right? Of course. Yeah. Right? It's good, right? She has a gun under the table.
Starting point is 00:24:59 So you just went on your first date since coming out, how that will go? Good. First. That's about all I'll say for that. Does she know who you are, like, that you do this? Yeah, but I don't think she, like, watches anything. What the hell are you doing? You know what's great?
Starting point is 00:25:15 Having a real life thing with someone and not something. What do you mean? Not some E-girl. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's different. I know. Seth knows. Imagine thinking like that.
Starting point is 00:25:29 Wait, what did? I don't know what I just fist-bumped. I don't know what I just fist-pumped. I don't know what he just said. What did you say? I don't even remember. Okay, but anyway, so what do you mean by a real thing, though? Fuck.
Starting point is 00:25:41 Like, just for, like, the past 10 years, it's like kind of all you, for one, all of us gamer nerds are always just, like, scared to talk to girls and we're life besides you of course so just going from like it seemed like the only girls i would talk to would be like fucking just gamer girls and then i think uh i don't know it's just it's nice having a girl that like or she's not my girl she'll probably watch if she ever heard that she would get like freaked out but this is so cute um i'm a messenger to this fucking podcast talking to someone and that like wakes up every day, goes to work and fucking... Real life shit.
Starting point is 00:26:22 Yeah. Just regular shit. And we say real life. We're not saying that this is a real life, but this is a dream. It's like a dream that we get to live. Like, you're normal? Like, you do stuff? So fucking hot. Wait, you pay bills?
Starting point is 00:26:33 Wait. Your travel isn't paid for? That's so hot. Anyway, well, congrats, man. Thanks. I'm happy for you. We improve daily. Is that a saying that you guys do?
Starting point is 00:26:46 I think I still. it from Seth. You used to always tweet that. I don't think I... You used to always tweet that. Today we improve or something like that. Is there a good day to improve? It's a good day to improve.
Starting point is 00:26:58 Yeah, it's a good day to improve. Are you guys nervous about playing the young guns or do you think that they're going to... Nah? Well, let's not go too deep into it. Yeah, actually, never mind. He needs a beast. He's a beast, isn't he? We've got to play good.
Starting point is 00:27:13 Wait, who do you apply? Minnesota and Florida this week, Thursday, Sunday. easy dubs. How do you guys feel about this, like, such a big gap. They could jump in hot. What? Do you guys like playing, like, with such a big gap in between your matches? Like, Thursday and, like, it's like a sandwich.
Starting point is 00:27:27 No, that's the worst schedule you could possibly get. So they open with us to get the viewers to pin. They opened with us and end with us. So we play Thursday. It's back in the MLG days. Yeah, it's better than the MLG days. We don't have it, and we don't have any day off. That's also another thing.
Starting point is 00:27:40 We play one at, like, fucking three o'clock. We don't play it until 10. Yeah. We don't have, like, Sunday we got to take off this past week because we only played one match. Yeah. This next week, we don't get a day off. Like, this whole week, we don't get a day off.
Starting point is 00:27:51 We have to play every single day. Yeah. Yeah, they'll be good. Daniel will be good. Yeah. Hopefully. It's only his debut. Every pro will be watching.
Starting point is 00:28:04 Every pro is going to be watching. It would suck if you didn't play up to his expectations. Yeah. It would. It would. It would be bad for his career, probably. Yeah, I think he will, though. I don't think he's going to be nervous.
Starting point is 00:28:14 Like, the amount of people that are going to be watching him. I'm like 100. Against the green wall. It's not that hard. Yeah. They only get tweeted like a thousand times for you get shit on. Good luck though. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:25 If he underperforms his debut match against the green wall, just verbally annihilated on Twitter. That'd suck. Honestly, they have it easy nowadays because they don't got to play us in person. The good thing about the green wall is that every single member of the green wall is an upright standing, good society member of the society. And they are respectful at all times.
Starting point is 00:28:44 Unless they get shit on really bad. Well, we'll. I don't support that and they know that and they're very well behaved. I don't see why anyone would say. Anyway, Ben Brown asks, what is the skill gap difference between CDL and challengers? For instance, London is 0 and 6 in the CDL, 1 in 6 now, sorry. If they hypothetically went down to challengers, would they steamroll the competition? Ah, you'd like top four, probably?
Starting point is 00:29:10 So you'd think that even if London right now went down to challengers? I don't think they'd be dominating. They could definitely. They'd be up there for sure. be up there. NYSEL's a really good team. The other team that just played is a really good team. Western. Fantastic four. Like decimates team.
Starting point is 00:29:25 Yeah, NYSEL is like that Hydra kid. That kid's supposed to be pretty good. And they have sane. Like that team's good. And then the team that beat them. Yeah. Which is like decimates team. Fucking forget who's on his team. So the skill gap isn't necessarily like way outrageous to win.
Starting point is 00:29:38 They have to be ready to go to the majors. Cod is so day to day. Like you could play a thousand series in a row and you just don't even know how you're going to win. It's just how caught is. bro. That's the truth. So nowadays, I mean, phase is not a very good job at keeping that consistent.
Starting point is 00:29:53 The thing for them is they just win every single LSD usually. So like that helps a lot. If they just win the first one, they shouldn't go up to over series. Yeah. Well, we took them to a map five and it was really close both of the matches that we should have that. Yeah, we should have won that. I don't want to, you know, mess with that fire. It's a state of day, bro. Who knows what would have to be played him the next day? And then the next day
Starting point is 00:30:13 and then a thousand times in a row. Yeah, we're going to beat them probably a lot and they're going to beat us a lot. That's how God is, bro. Whoever's playing better for 45 minutes. That's how it is. And you hope that everyone on your team is on the same page as you and they're not just have some outside thing
Starting point is 00:30:27 that's like throwing them off mentally to make them just not be into it, you know, like they're just thinking about something else. Yeah. And you try to minimize all those things. You get them food, you get them, you know, good vibe. You know what I'm saying? I'm being serious.
Starting point is 00:30:40 Food and good vibes. That's foremost life in that show. You're trying to like make sure everyone's just vibing on the same page and shit. for 45 minutes all you need. Do you think that the vibes on this team currently are the best vibes you've had in any team, like any old optic team? Yeah, probably.
Starting point is 00:30:54 Were there good ones in the past, too, where it was just like vibe? Because, you know, having been with you guys every single day for the past almost decade, every single time you guys competed, I was there, every single time that you guys were backstage, I was there. Like, this is the only time where I've seen that many laughs happening like all at once. And it's probably the line's who's ever been. Yeah, we vibe pretty well. Be honest.
Starting point is 00:31:15 What's that? What's the left eyebrow raised? Just my fucking allergies hurt my eyes. Huh? My allergies are hurting my eyes. What do you think about living here now? Yeah. Like, were you...
Starting point is 00:31:26 It was like the opposite of what I expected. I thought I was going to hate it. Yeah. I love it. I told him he'd love it. Yeah. No, Seth made it enough to seem like I was going to hate it. Is this?
Starting point is 00:31:33 Seth was counting down for me. He was like, you got to come to Texas soon. When you moved to the content days. I wanted someone to come to content with me. You had Dylan going with you. Yeah, I needed someone else. When you moved to the Scuff House, where you like,
Starting point is 00:31:45 this is going to, while you were living there, where you like, God, I hate this shit. Waiting up at 7 a.m. to ping pong being played. Going out there and Mike and Bose are just like, you want to play? I'm like, no. Can you guys keep it down? Sometimes. It's 7 a.m.
Starting point is 00:31:59 They're just like, ha, ha, ha, ha. To be fair, your hours are super weird. It was 7 a.m. Yeah. I had scrimmed at like 3. They were up. I was up, 7 a.m. That's a normal.
Starting point is 00:32:09 They had been up, though. That is a normal hour. Like, we take it for granted. That would be fucking annoying. Say it in our live streams, but I'm like, oh, I have to wake up at 11 today. Yeah. Which is usually pretty early for me.
Starting point is 00:32:20 I'm not going to, it's like everyone has different schedules. It wasn't the time. It was the fact that they were playing ping pong when I was trying to sleep. That's like such an annoying thing to hear. It's such an annoying sound. Yeah. So annoying. Everyone has different schedules.
Starting point is 00:32:34 Yeah, I'm trying to get Pomaz to visit. I'm trying to get Pomaz to visit for a week. Just because he's been down. He's been tweeting like, oh, this. the COVID thing did a number. Pam tweeted out that COVID did a number
Starting point is 00:32:50 on them mentally and I was like nothing a week in Frisco can't fix. You know what I mean? I just want to well no I'd love to see Pam again
Starting point is 00:32:57 but like What do you mean COVID? What are you gonna do here? Go get Hutchins? Wait why don't you after this? No,
Starting point is 00:33:06 kidding. Let's pretend that he was texting me that he didn't want to come but he's not texting me at all. You don't know what I was texting? What? This is what just happened. Dylan texted the degree.
Starting point is 00:33:15 What should I get for lunch? My response, get yourself something special. You deserve it. That was my text. He's got to get Chick-fil-A. Every day. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:21 Without, without missing. Anyway, so, yeah, so Pam was like, yeah. What do you mean? COVID did a number on you. You're inside all day, every day regardless. Yeah, exactly. That fucks up people's mental health. Like, COVID didn't do shit.
Starting point is 00:33:35 No, but he was already doing that. Yeah. COVID didn't do shit to me. Like, because I do the same shit regardless. You haven't gone out less? been outside the house list? Not really. Not really. Think about it. I mean, if I do, you just have to wear a mask for like three seconds
Starting point is 00:33:51 and then you get to the table or bar or whatever the hell you're doing. None of us really do anything. To be fair, and Pam doesn't do anything. My point was that. Pam doesn't do anything. It doesn't do shit, so COVID did nothing. Yeah. I get it. Yeah. Thank God we're
Starting point is 00:34:07 gamers because like our job can be done inside. Yeah. Like it would suck if we had to go out for it. Bro, imagine being in high school and you have to not go to high school. That'd be so weird. That would be so weird. That would be great. I love high school too.
Starting point is 00:34:20 I hate in high school. I mean, I loved high school, but like having three months school days and you could still go hang out with. A snow day in high school was like the best shit ever to just completely have all for. Yeah, but you're still hanging out with your friends. You got like basically two summers. Yeah, but you're still hanging out with your friends. Yeah, you can hang out with them after your two hours Zoom class. You think the teachers are, do you think they're in school for nine hours and home?
Starting point is 00:34:41 But I know a lot of people didn't get together. because of COVID. Are they in school for nine hours every day at home? Like, do they have to sit in study halls? Zoom is like somebody sends you a link. No, I know what it is, but like how does it work with school? Same way. The teacher's just like on camera teaching and I think you have to sign in.
Starting point is 00:34:58 You have to have your camera on as well. And then someone comes in and there's just a cock flailing around. Bro, the amount of fails that I've seen. Like some lady was teaching like a third grade class and she was talking. and she was talking and she's like, eh, like she let one lose. And then there was this, bro, the whole class started laughing, but this one kid specifically was just fucking dying laughing. So I just kept on watching that shit.
Starting point is 00:35:22 I just started laughing too. That dude had a contagious laugh. That was so funny. But the amount of fails that that have happened because of that. And then you also think about like what that's going to do to like all the corporations out there. Like what that's going to do to the commercial real estate market is like insane because now as an owner of an owner of a business,
Starting point is 00:35:40 If I don't have to spend $25,000 a month on an office space to house people when they're doing the same amount of work, if not even being more productive, I'm going to let go on that. I'm not going to fucking continue to pay something when I can, you know, send everyone to their homes. Like, you think this is changing the world as we know it? A hundred percent. If I see that the people who work, if I see that the people who work for me are being more productive in, in shorter times because obviously. They want to get their shit done. Yeah. They want to get off and watch Netflix.
Starting point is 00:36:10 Yeah. Or do you work while you're watching Netflix? Like this changed a lot of things for the better, I think. For the better. I mean that. Like, yeah, like this uncovered a slew of different opportunities that are going to happen because of it. Like the way that we do business nowadays is crazy. You don't have to live in the United States to continue to talk to brands for one of you guys.
Starting point is 00:36:34 You know what I mean? Like if Bill Kenny, for example, wanted to go to Spain for the, for the season, he could. He can take those phone calls from over there. Easy. You literally, in-person meetings still don't have to happen to have a face-to-face meeting anymore. You can do whatever you like. Literally whatever you want.
Starting point is 00:36:53 You don't have to put on your dressy pants. Like you literally could just go to the put on a dress shirt, a tie, and that's it. Naked underneath. No one will know, no better. I don't know. Me and our matches. I think we, we know. We're all bottomless.
Starting point is 00:37:08 We're doing funny. That's why we turned the cams off last time Because we were all about to stand up Yeah Yeah Whitey tides Yo did you guys Not even undies
Starting point is 00:37:19 Just butt ass naked Could you guys hear the assless outfit chaps Yo could you guys hear the alarm going off Dix are just chained together Okay Dixie chain It's like a wallet Instead of Daisy chain
Starting point is 00:37:32 They're dixie chain I thought Seth wasn't calling out that much He had a gag in I'm like What the fuck? He just Help me That she's got the mask and shit
Starting point is 00:37:45 Like from dodge With the zipper It's like from Dodgeball It's like from Dodgeball That team Yeah Yeah That's exactly what you're basing it off of
Starting point is 00:37:56 They're the Dominatrix You got new jerseys? Who's big daddy? I'm gonna assume it's you And it's the old guy He's just got fucking He's got spikes on Could you guys hear the alarm
Starting point is 00:38:09 Going off as you guys were playing? No. People were like, you guys were too easy going on getting out of the building. I'm like, look, we stay cool, calm, and collect it out here. We're not going to panic and throw shit to the first of all. Roger, get the camera. Everybody ready? Let's get out.
Starting point is 00:38:26 People thought that we shut off the cameras because of the incident that happened with that. Which is an understandably reasonable thing to assume, right? That happens after we complain about them listening and stuff. So I don't have beef with that. That would have been crazy. Yeah. I'm okay with them reporting it that way. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:38:43 I didn't mind. But anyway, that's it. That's going to do it for this episode. Anything close in comments? What are you still playing? I got nothing. I'm playing Minecraft. What's with the server?
Starting point is 00:38:55 How many people? I just started like a BTH purge Minecraft server. Yeah. Or like you just have to be subbed on my channel and like a bunch of people are just in their playing. It's actually like I just, how do you white list them? Um, if you're sub. Well, what if I'm not sub.
Starting point is 00:39:11 Can I go on? No. You have to be subbed and then you get the disc, then you get some like Discord link, and then you click it and they'll figure out some way to. Who's verifying all this for you? Fucking sticks, this dude fash. I know you know them. Y'all go way back.
Starting point is 00:39:27 Yeah, way back. But yeah, they're doing everything. Yeah. I do shit. Like when you spawn in, it's just a huge BTH logo and like a village with, um, just like a waterfall that'll take you down. Like you see me on a B.H throne. Get the fuck.
Starting point is 00:39:42 I swear. Does it look like you? Like your character? Well, it has armor on, but. No wonder you love this thing. Yeah. But yeah, it's going to be fun. That's what I'm doing.
Starting point is 00:39:55 So you gave up on Lonely Island because you died too many times? He's a shrine. Kind of sort of. I am going to finish that island. I'm going to fight. I'm going to finish the island. It's going to be the first time I finish it. I've decided that at the age of 41 years old, I'm going to beat Minecraft.
Starting point is 00:40:08 Minecraft. And I'm also going to beat Okrena of time finally. I think I've decided that it's time. Ocarina. Ocarina? I think. Is it Okarina? Ocarina?
Starting point is 00:40:17 Ocarina? Well, Minecraft, it's not even like beating the game. It's like beat the game. It's still so much more to do. Yeah, beat the dragon. The dragon is like the beating the game. Yeah, but it doesn't end the game. No, but like if people consider that beating the game.
Starting point is 00:40:31 Yeah. Well, you wouldn't know because you just started playing. Oh, no, I know. After 10 years. Yeah, thanks for playing for two days. two days. We got you jump started. What else do you want?
Starting point is 00:40:42 Some friends. I'm fucking all alone every time I play now. I'm all alone every time I play now. I have no problem with that. Literally my alone time. Anyway, thanks a lot for tuning in. Thanks to everybody. Please remember to not leave without leaving a like.
Starting point is 00:40:56 Thank you to Honey and I appreciate the sponsorship. We'll see you guys next time. Goodbye.
