And they were all in each other's announcements. Yeah. I like that. I think the best one's ninjas to mixer. The press room where he sat down and he played people in the crowd asking him questions. Yeah. I think that's probably the best one. Yeah.

do you think what why is kick getting uh like what mixer never got why why are people going over to kick and not what that weren't going over to mixer i think it's the 95-5 well it's the split but like yeah but why are viewers going over and i feel like viewers are going over well i think there's following because there's a decent amount of big streamers going over there and i think i mean i respect like i've i've watched their CEO talk and it seems like they're genuinely like Like, like, they added something where you can toggle off, like, hot tub and pool streams and gambling streams. So it's hidden from you. Like, that's a great feature.

That's a really good feature. Because it completely negates the entire argument that KIC is like trying to force their parent company stake down. And it's obvious that they're not. And they said, we're not going to do gambling ads. Like, we want the viewer to feel like, and I really do respect that. Like, so I think they're making waves because they're proving that they're a viewer first platform. I also think it's super easy for viewers to go to KICK because it's literally a clone of Twitch. It's literally Twitch.

If you go to like mixer, it was like kind of hard to find. And like YouTube is super hard to find live streams. Yeah. But you go to kick, it's just like you're on Twitch. It's the exact same thing. So it's so easy to like it doesn't feel like a new platform really. Yeah. So it's just easy to go to.

Yeah. We'll see how it unfolds. Because I do think at some point, I think Twitch is this, the live streaming platform. Like if you want to watch live e-sports or like Twitch is like the first thing you think of. Yep. But it's going to get to the point where if KIC keeps making waves, like Twitch is going to have to bend some of the things that they're stuck on, right?

Like, there's no way you can just let blatantly accompany just like personally outdo. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. There has to be some middle ground. But is KIC right now Michael Scott Paper Company? Or is it real? That's kind of what I always kind of wonder. Because it seemed like Mixer wanted to be real.

And I'm not taking anything away from the tons of people that have worked on. kick. But that's, I think that's what everyone's thinking. How is it possible that they give a $100 million to XQC and offer 955? Yeah, that's crazy. And, 955 is crazy. And this is not going to all go under. Yeah. And you can take away hot tub streams and gambling streams when it seems like gambling streams was their staple to begin with. Like, I just don't understand. What's the catch? The math behind the infracos is it's like you, like you talk about Twitch. They're already operating at a negative year, year over year, right? Oh,

so then now you're going to give up 955, right? So you really don't have a whole lot coming in. I don't, that's where I don't understand. They make like nothing. I think, because it's like the, the 5% or whatever just covers like the,

the transaction fees. So like they don't, what's crazy? I don't understand how they money. So they have to pay for, I mean, they have to pay for servers. Because like,

apparently. With is the big thing. They cost a lot. Yeah. Yeah. Because that's what, that's what Twitch's biggest thing is. And they've come out and set it.

Yeah. Like this is why. that's why. That's why they have said that 50-50 is due to paying for the infra costs. Right. So it's like, how the fuck are they making it work? Because you're right.

It could be kind of like this like three-year hail married paper, you know, Dunder Mifflin fucking. It could be a, dude, I'm scared. It could be six months. But I'm curious if it's going to turn into one of those things where it's like you look at the PGA and live, where, you know,

they brought up enough competition in the space that they ended up doing this like mega merger, right? what's the play if Amazon owns Twitch and they aren't seeing returns year after year after year owning it for 10 years is there a play where maybe they go do a mega merger and just fucking send it off to stake right you know I don't know that would be insane that would be fucking crazy like some succession level shit

where I want to see a documentary series of both CEOs and stuff which who knows if that's even possible by that you know it starts opening up these questions like is something like that possible right if Twitch has not been profitable ever since the Amazon merger, you know that that conversation has been had to sell Twitch. And so where do you sell it to? Elon Musk. And especially this year where in tech, in general, there's been crazy downsizing, right?

Because of the market. So it's like, geez, I mean. Mr. Stark, I don't feel so good. It's definitely a weird, weird spot. Because there's a bunch of golfers who didn't take the millions and millions and millions on live, right? Like hundreds of millions of dollars. If not some people like Tiger Woods

were rumored to get $800 million if you go and play it and live. And you're still competing for money, right? And they said no to that money and then the merge happened. So it's like, what about all the streamers right now who are on Twitch, right? Or saying no to these deals

and could get basically fucked out of all these exclusive deals that in a couple of years might not even fucking matter, right? Because everything merch. I don't know. It's a huge fucking conspiracy, but I think it's definitely... That's a thing to be interesting for sure.

We've seen that play out a couple times in other industries, and I think it's something that could have in here. And if there's anything we know, Stakes got the money. Yeah. They got that. Stakes got the money. Damn.
