We're supposed to go take them. We were going to announce that week. And she was like, I can't do it. I feel awful. Yeah, we just got to believe them, right, when they say that they're, yeah. I mean, what am I going to say? So, and.

But, I mean, dude, it was, it was, it was legacy week. It was our last day of legacy week. Yeah. So it was like, I kind of. after that one got pushed, I kind of planned on it being during Legacy Week, and I didn't realize that it was their birthday the day that we were going to announce. But it was the last day of Legacy Week. It was like the perfect time to announce.

Yeah. Everyone's excited for the last day. I was like, here's some money for some pamper's. He didn't know what that was. Ah? Yeah, we don't got any diapers yet. They're pamper's, dude. That's what Mexicans call them.

Obviously, we got a very, very, very, like, condensed version of what the maps are going to look like. but they looked like good-styled maps. Like, you can tell.

What is highlighted there under maps? I personally, I like the map names. I like the way some of them look so far. Yeah, like the art just looks like good. Like, it looks like B-O-4 and B-O-2 had a fucking absolute love child. And there's wall bouncing and shit. Listen, number one thing.

Raid? Yeah. And then they're staging other maps. Hardpoint, CTF. Hardpoint CTF. It is fucking dope for everything. Control is, well, they play control and CW. This is the map where I went to go pick up a flag and Jericho's like.

Oh, you saw that shit though? It actually looked in a fly. It did. It didn't look too crazy. Like they just re-skinned it. It looked like the colors look good. It literally looks like B-O-4 colors, but like obviously more modern and better, better technology. You know how like Monor for 3?

like two years ago was just a way better version of monoreau for two 2020 i hope that that's what's happening here is like black up seven is just going to be a better black up six because black up six i think it had the bones of a good game it just wasn't it didn't have that final touch to exactly well it had the bones maps weren't great right maps were bad obviously cheating was awful yeah and my biggest thing that people i was talking about yesterday was they released rank so early on because everybody was always calling for it, me included. I'm like, yo, release ranked earlier. Like, we want ranked earlier in the game.

But actually, it ended up working the opposite way. Ranked was a fucking shit show this past year. So I hope they release it like they normally do. I think ranked shouldn't be so tied down to what the CDL plays, in my opinion. Like, I think there should be like either a deeper

pool or they should change up the map set every season. Like they use rank to test maps. Right, yeah. I shook my head and then I was Actually, you're right. Like every season there should be, like, obviously you have the base, the base ones, but they should also put in other stuff. Like, right now, I think fringe Heartpoint is in, is in the ranked.

You can vlog. I haven't play ranked in a minute. But I agree. Yeah. I would love to see. It should be like that. Or even for just like, all year. For like a week.

Throw in a couple new maps for a week and see how they play. Like, but I hope they go back to their old style. I want them, I'd rather rank to be polished and then. take care of the cheaters and all that shit, than them try to rush it out. Yeah. It's just, it's crazy because we were all screaming, like, give us ranked early.

They gave us ranked early. It was like the worst year of ranked. But they also announced ranked where it worked. They also announced ranked early, and they announced that you couldn't play console only. So, like, and console only is like the only way to counter cheaters. And by the way, console on this game feels amazing. Yeah.

I play it all the time. Yeah. Sometimes I'll just get on and everyone will be PC and I'll be Really? It's fun. Isn't there like input delay on console a little bit? And I, yeah, and I use the remote play program, so I play with a PS4 controller through my PC.

For somebody to get their big break. That stars aligning. Yeah. Yeah, that's how you know it's meant to be. But we've also been kind of bottlenecked with competitive cod the past couple years because we've only been streaming on YouTube. And YouTube is great for people that already know that competitive cod's going to be on. You're going to come to the watch party.

You're going to go to the mainstream. You're going to come wherever you're going to go to watch cod. But the discoverability isn't that good. Hopefully this year we're back on. Twitch and YouTube, I hope we're on both. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because then you get the discoverability from Twitch, but then you also get the viewing experience for people on YouTube.

And it's definitely my own cod bubble brain, but like, part of me thinks that if you watch a 240 to 250 hard point in like a grand finals, it doesn't matter if you're a cod kid or not. That's got to be. Oh, it's insane. It's got to be fun to watch. Or round 11, like around 11 game 5, it's one of the best things in e-sports, in my opinion. Like, it's not like, I remember. I remember watching like Halo 5 and it was weird.
