Mommy, I got three headshots today.
Dude.
What the fuck are you on about, son?
What is you doing?
What the hell is that?
This?
What are you doing?
Where'd that even stem from?
Nice.
I get what he's saying.
What you were saying was also like, I'm glad.
I want a bees.
Welcome, welcome, welcome.
I'm just going to go ahead and say it.
I'm just going to go ahead and say it.
Welcome to episode 112 of the Optic Podcast.
Co-host today is myself, my man Zinni.
We got scumper jumper and Dan Emmett Fett ghosty.
Jesus Christ, the life that you've lived in the last couple of weeks, hey?
Yeah, it's surreal.
Yeah?
I don't even know what else to say beyond that.
Let's just put things into perspective.
How old are you?
I'm 20.
You're 20 years old.
Have you ever seen, you've seen him play called due to your, you know, for the majority of your whole life.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And then one day.
I hope so.
I mean, one day you wake up.
If he didn't watch competitive God.
One day you wake up.
The next week, you're looking to your.
left and you see them sitting right next to you. Yeah, yeah. Yep. Yeah. I don't like I don't even know how
else to explain it other than like it feels like a fever dream every day that I wake up. Yeah. Like literally
every day feels like a fever dream. It's not like it's like, you know, dying down or anything.
It's still like the same level of giddiness and excitement. Um, and I'm also very grateful. So,
you know, thank you for that. Well, I mean, you earned it. Right. It's not you didn't get here just
because someone was being kind. You want a championship. You put the effort in. You put the
the hours and the reps in to be able to become the player that you've become.
So although I appreciate your candor and saying that you're appreciative of the opportunity,
you have to take into account and have a little bit of self-appreciation, dude,
because you did this thing and you got here on your own accord.
Now you're getting dapped up by the can.
Wow, that was the best fist bump I've ever gotten.
Not going to lie to you.
Did you feel it?
Yeah, I felt it in my soul, Seth.
I felt it's fucked up because I had fist pumped about 10 minutes prior.
And you're a major one-time land champion.
I'm two for fucking 55.
Guys, two, four, 55.
I only played one tournament ever, and I won it.
That's a 3.5% win rate.
Feel that bump?
How many people have a 3% win rate in the Call of Duty League?
Not many.
It's actually...
Is that a good or bad thing?
A lot of people haven't even won.
Yeah.
Is that good or bad?
Yeah, like, you mean it in a good way, right?
I mean, not really.
I feel like a lot of people haven't won.
I bet you he knows.
For how long I was in the league?
I would have liked to win more.
I would have 11 years in the league to win.
You'd like to see a couple second places
But yeah man that was there any pros in the league that have never won a championship? There's definitely I mean and I'm not talking about rookies. I'm talking about like oh geez that
Temp's never won he's never one he's never one
Yeah, he has. Yes, he has New York
The New York Cromtsford. He beat us. Yeah, he beat us and never want to land just just the online tournament he won. Okay, let's talk about lands then, right? Because that's a
There's a few you want you want to land recently, right? The Boston one. I won one one. So you got to land just, just you got
are tied.
We're tied.
No, that don't count.
Yeah, mine doesn't really count to the same weight.
Mine was a pro major.
It's a challenge.
He won,
challenge.
Yeah, but this is,
he's playing against new school players,
which are better than the old school players.
No?
Michael Jordan's the best.
All right.
So, let's, uh,
you agree.
You're from Illinois.
Yeah.
I mean,
yeah.
We're also playing shit games.
Oh.
Low skill gap shit games.
Can't get fin anymore, can you?
Yeah.
I really enjoy MW too.
You're no longer a sub, right?
You're no longer listed as a sub.
I mean, the game's not shit, but it's...
Oh, he is still listed as a sub.
It is not optimal on the competitive side of things.
We play black ups too.
Yeah, that's a good game.
And Modern Warfare 3.
I will say that this iteration of a rank,
you guys haven't gotten a chance to play.
You've been playing it, right?
Yeah, I was gonna say,
I actually think this is the best rank system since then.
It's so rejuvenizing for the competitive scene for Cod, in my opinion.
And honestly, like, it's really good.
Like, you're getting like these,
4V4 matches of four pros versus four pros or like two content creators.
Whatever.
And like it's actually getting a lot of exposure out there for the competitive scene.
So I really like it.
Yeah.
It looks like the best one we've ever had.
Based on like, well, visually, because I think visuals are like one of the most important
things.
Like you want to see like vibrant colors, cool logos and cool gems that you get.
Yes.
You also, I'm not sure if they have it.
I haven't paid that much attention.
They need to add like super dope skins like CodMobil.
Have you seen the Cobb Mobile?
Don't get me started.
Yeah, don't even talk about it.
Sorry. That is a...
Okay. If they add like skins like that and you can earn things like that through ranked,
we're looking at like a full-on live rank play.
Because it's going to be hype for a week or two always.
We need longevity and we need people to keep playing rank play.
And then next year it needs to drop at launch.
But right now it looks...
It's not going to.
It needs to.
But right now it looks like the best we've ever had.
Historically, we've seen it's not dropping at start of game.
I think it's used as a straight marketing tool at this point.
No, it's not even a thing.
Let's discuss.
No, it's not even, it's not even, it's not even, uh, they drop it strategically around
this time every year.
Why is that?
They add an influx of multiplayer players coming back to play ranked.
Marketing.
Yeah.
But I'm going to tell you something.
I'm glad that finally after, I mean, I think that the first time that I, that I offered
this thought to, to, to Traiark and, and call it duty as a whole, when I said that,
that, although they are very protective of cross-pollinating the casual audience with the
professional audience, I think that the best way to, for them to be able to do,
something like that. This is, I'm talking about Black Ops two days, is that there are people out there that are achievement hunters, people that are out there and saying, I want to get all the weapons, I want to get all the skins. I want to go to and get all the weapons and all the master prestigious. If you were allowed to say, this kid, right, that doesn't know anything about competitive, he gets to master prestige and sees that and then he gets into a lobby with somebody who is a diamond or a plat on league play. He's going to be like, I want that too. And then he's going to be like, well, what the fuck? How did you get that? He's like, oh, it's league play. What the fuck is league play? Then the research, we're going to be like, I want that. He's going to be like, well, what the fuck is league play? Then the research, we
comes. It's not invasive. It doesn't, it doesn't interfere with the traditional and call and
call duty, you know, slower audience that that doesn't play the game as fast as you guys do.
Uh, but now that they have the 250 and then as you're scrolling down, you see pro player,
like that is like a perfect way to go about doing that because there's going to be a kid out there
that's like, all right, I'm achievement hunter, master prestige. Okay, I'm, um, um, I'm, um,
iridescent. Is that what it's called? Uh, it's a 10,000 plus. Iridium. Irididididididium. Irididid
Iridididid regardless.
I've always thought of it in a weird way.
Let me know what you guys think, because this could be tripping.
You know how parents put their kids in soccer at a young age or baseball?
Like, don't you think there's a world where, like,
e-sports get to the point where it's like parents when you turn 14, 15?
Yeah, me.
My first born will have video games forced upon them.
But what I'm saying is like I feel like that's a viable thought process in like keeping multiplayer always thriving.
Like adding an extra layer to where parents want their.
kids parents want their kids to play because let's talk parents all they want you to make
money they want you to have a good career i feel like there's a world where e-sports in general
parents can start getting behind it a little more with things like that like oh you can go play
this rank play instead of practice the hitting the tea for three hours go play ranked i could be
tripping but i feel like there's a world where well one that's already that's already been tested
and trying out when we did the infinite deal one of the businesses that i thought that would be a good
ancillary business or the main business was to create not the pop Warner of
esports which is essentially what you're talking about where you bring in your kids to
that but the way that I wanted to do it was different at the time we had Jack
Courage Donlop and at the time Fortyne was about to pop up what I wanted to do is
have Jack courage done love what are you he's that oh saying I look like Jack no you're not
you're not as handsome unfortunately thank you that handsome guy he is he's way too he's
looking good I don't know I like him thick I like him way thicker you know he's
Although I did just see him throw the optic merch into a garbage can, I'm going to have to have a word with him.
Did he?
Oh, yeah.
They'll be offended.
It was a joke.
It was disrespectful.
It was kind of funny.
It was funny to see the Optic Gaming logo going to the trash thing?
It just got a giggle out of me.
It's so jacked.
Oh, you were laughing?
That is so jacked unlawed.
I've been rocking the dead drop merch.
I'm a big fan of it.
Anyway, so as we were saying, so we did try that.
But the way that I wanted to do it was,
If you think about parents, parents, parents as a parent, apparently parents saying parents,
as a parent, I wanted to go and, you know, parents want to drop off their kids so they could go do their shopping in a trustworthy environment
and which they know they're going to be safe.
They're going to be getting activities.
They're going to be engaging.
They're going to be this, that, and the other.
Imagine a world in which all of these kids at the time that were like just amped on Fortnite.
And you got a chance to be educated on how to be better at Fortnite at YouTube, at social media, by a freaking super.
Superstar that you watch on a daily basis.
Mommy, I got three head shots today.
Dude.
What the fuck are you on about, son?
What is you doing?
What the hell is that?
This?
This is what?
What are you doing?
Where did that even stem from?
Nice.
Well, he's, yeah, I get what he's saying.
What you were saying was also like, I'm glad.
I want a bees.
Dan, welcome to Optic.
This is what you've been missing this whole time.
It's awesome.
This is great.
Yeah?
All right, Zane.
There's your fucking clip.
Let's talk about, uh...
Actually, it's my clip.
Kevy.
Kevy, you know where it's at.
How's your first week?
And then we'll talk about your week.
Cheers.
So this is my second ever first week in Optic, officially.
What do I mean?
That was in Optic in World War II in 2018.
It didn't last long.
Oh, that's what I remember.
Quickst didn't.
Yeah, it didn't last long.
Right. Quick stint. So as a player and as a content creator, it's different. It's been very hectic because I had to move from Boston, New Jersey.
Set up my apartment. We had the announcement. We had the watch party. So yesterday was like the first real day where I had time to just go do shit. I bought TV, a sound bar. I went to Target and got all kitchen essentials.
So it's been hectic, but it's also been insane. I mean, obviously, the green walls die hard. So when I was on Optic in 2018, I definitely, I definitely.
kept some of the Green Wall around.
Like, I feel like once Green Wall, always Green Wall, they always show love and support.
But then you put Optic in your name, and then it's just like this, it's literally just like
this, I can tweet high, and it's just, hi's in, hi's in.
Like, everyone's showing love and support.
So also the people here have made it like, like Paige, Roger, Riley, like lifesavers,
like setting up my, you've been incredibly helpful, like helping furniture get delivered.
And don't ever forget to give things.
I've been with him the past two days of him shopping around.
He's been a good friend.
Yeah.
Let me stay at his house for a few days.
He's been with me furniture shopping.
He's never gone furniture shopping with me.
Dude, he's obsessed with me.
You don't.
You don't need to go furniture shopping.
And even if you did, you got eight dogs, man.
A lot of doggies.
So you're saying that I should take my dog?
No, but that's a lot of dogs.
You got to be mindful of furniture with that many doggies.
That is true.
But yeah, it's been great.
Everyone's been incredibly helpful to the point where they made a very hectic and stressful time, a lot less hectic and stressful.
Had a great celebration dinner that you didn't want to come to, which it was a good dinner.
Good.
The celebration dinner we did at Nobu.
That's right.
I've been dying to go to Nobu too.
That was my first time having it.
We've had so many dinners.
They all just kind of.
Yeah, that's the thing.
We need to tone it down because as soon as I arrived, we drank like six days in a row.
Not like drank, drank, but cocktails, dinner.
So that was a nice first week, and now it's grind time.
We've got my setup now in my apartment,
so we're streaming some rank play today for the first time.
What time are you got starting?
As soon as we're done with content.
As soon as we get home.
Like, what, around what time?
I mean, we're here.
It's 10 a.m.
We'll probably get home at like three.
We have the ease drop.
Maybe like four-ish.
We have the ease drop,
unless you want to do tomorrow morning
to make it easier for you to go back today at three.
We'll talk about it after.
And of course I'm talking about me getting home at three,
so I can play rank play with the old men of Optic.
Because I have been carrying.
You should start streaming that.
That's quality content.
I don't know why you wouldn't stream it.
You're going to play it.
You might as well stream it.
I know,
but I just,
I do find the enjoyment of just playing video games
without having to be entertaining,
like really,
really,
like,
I feel that.
It feels good to play a game.
Like,
it reminds you back in the day
when I just to just get home
and farm my,
my Minecraft.
I feel you.
You know what I mean?
Yeah,
because I did that with Tarkov all off season.
Yeah.
And you played your,
your dinosaur game for a long time on your own.
That doesn't count.
That was on my phone.
Mostark?
Huh?
No, no.
Like a,
it's like a Jurassic Park fucking...
But like build your own park kind of deal?
Yeah, but it's like...
But you don't...
It's not like roller coaster tycoon.
It's like...
It's like...
Build dinosaurs, level them up,
fight them.
Yeah.
Get money.
Level them.
It's like one of those types of things.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
But it's fun.
I don't play it anymore.
Not a best of...
But they're still there.
It's still on your phone.
still growing.
Oh yeah.
Who's feeding them?
Not me.
You're going to go there and beta?
They got a new papa.
Blue.
Blue's going to be fucking starving.
Dan.
No way you remember their names.
Blue Charlie Delta Echo.
Wow.
I mean, it's literally just the Greek.
Is that Greek?
Well, blue is Bravo, but yeah, otherwise.
Well, no, Charlie isn't, no, that's not Greek.
It's like the military.
That's military.
In pre-law, I think he's fucking Einstein.
Well, no, because it's alpha, beta, beta,
All right, Edgar Allan Poe.
Whatever, Delta's in there.
But anyways, yeah, yeah.
Something like.
Sorry, I get distracted.
That's okay.
Hey, you're in good company.
I am the worst ADHD person.
I don't know how I got here in that.
I was being distracted by the, who is he?
Einstein?
And then he looks like,
Alpha,
Bravo, Greeks.
I don't know.
I get called Harry Potter a lot.
Yeah.
I got called the Walmart brand version of Timothy Shalameh.
And that's honestly the best compliment I've ever gotten.
Yeah.
Like any,
the guy from Dunes.
Yeah, I mean.
I see it.
I see it a little bit.
Very handsome man.
So I can see it.
Ben Shapiro.
Really?
Yeah.
Cool.
Why are you so red?
Huh?
Why are you so red?
Am I red?
Yeah.
Zinn, I don't really see it.
I don't really see it.
You don't see Ben Shapiro?
No.
I don't see Ben Shapiro either.
When I'm baby face, I think you'd see it more.
Like, if you look at pictures of me with no beard, you're like,
I feel like the beard's throwing me off.
So the United States.
I'm very.
But like the upper half the face.
I'm not going to get going, but.
I'm looking at a picture.
He's like, here's the thing.
This pencil right here was made by a factory and the people who were investing into it,
not you, the work.
Why the wheel of the workers should get a compensation on it.
That's actually good.
You don't look anything like it.
No, not at all.
I have Jordan Peterson.
You ever hear Jordan Peterson?
Okay, we're not, who are you gonna bring up next?
Top G?
Well, Mr. Anderson.
You gotta be a monster?
Actually?
A little bit.
No, no, the upper half of your face does.
You gotta be a monster?
Your forehead.
Your forehead area.
You have some similar eyebrows too.
I got a pretty big, big ones, yeah.
You guys are probably worth around the same, too.
I mean, no way.
I feel like he's worth a good amount.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah, he is.
He's growing.
We're looking up net worths.
Matt is.
50 million?
Yeah.
I got a ways to go.
That was some gas then.
I got a ways to go.
Yes, you do.
So can I ask you?
Obviously, we haven't had a chance to do the eaves rep,
so I haven't had a chance to ask you these in-depth questions,
but I'm going to ask you one here that I typically would.
Tell me what that week looked like after you won.
challengers, right? Because obviously, like, how did you tell your team is that, guys,
I'm being called up to the big leagues and not just the big leagues? Well, now I'm thinking
back. I got home on the Monday. None of us, like, actually had any official offers yet,
but like we had an idea that, you know, someone would probably end up hitting us up.
Excuse me. And on the Tuesday, well, I think it was Monday, actually. Monday night,
I got the opportunity to scrim with Florida and stuff like the next day. I told my teammates,
you know, we're not going to scrim this week because all.
all of us are probably going to be trialing and all that.
And then I think it was like Tuesday was when Brandon texted me.
And he texted me and I was like, well,
there's nothing else I can say other than yes, you know?
Like I was like literally out of loss of words.
Did you scrimmed Optic during those trial days?
No, we screamed with Florida.
I screamed Faze, Vegas and someone else.
That's how they actually got an optic.
I was going to say, imagine he's trialing.
He screams us and they're like, okay, kids got game.
They hit him up.
But didn't happen.
That would be typical.
That would be typical.
Yeah, that would be interesting.
What were you doing when you saw my DM that said, call me?
Actually, I was sitting there in the team speak.
Sorry to the Florida staff.
Sitting there in TeamSpeak with the Florida staff talking, you know,
about how they're gassing me up and all that.
Will it?
How they're excited to watch me play in that.
And then, you know.
I saw your DM.
Hold on.
I saw your DM and I was like, well, you know, you told me that I got to, you know,
still scrimming all that.
So I was like, well, I'm going to act like nothing happened.
And just carry out with my day.
and whenever I get, you know, more information,
more, like actual more confirming of a call,
you're coming out here.
I'm curious to know how that leak, though,
because, see, I was, I didn't leak it.
Yeah.
I didn't even tell my family,
and I put that on everything.
I didn't tell a single person.
And the only person who, like,
I talked to about it with was someone who already knew,
which was Doug, who talked to Brandon previously.
Because Brandon and Chris Parasite were talking,
and then Brandon and Doug were talking.
but like those are the only two other people that I could think of
one of them for sure yeah that's what I'm just I just want to know how
in this day and a who I mean if Parasite was involved
I heard the rumor from he's the one snitching I heard the rumor from Ben J.
Naseem I'll fucking name drop yeah so shout up Ben
Parasite but love Ben that makes sense that makes a lot of sense
and I heard it and I said how would you have felt because remember
our conversation we were sitting right here
This cannot leak.
Yeah, this cannot leak.
Because I, I would go as far as to say, you know what?
It leaked.
I can't, I don't like the announcement.
Let's pick somebody else.
Yeah, no.
I, uh, imagine if Parasite ruined your opportunity.
I can't lie.
I was thinking in the back of my head because I didn't say anything.
I was sitting there like there's no way that this leaking will cost me this opportunity.
But it wasn't even me.
Yeah.
No, I wouldn't.
Um, like, I knew like if we talked, I would have been, you know, I just, you know,
we live in an age in which we have to, like, I wanted to do you the honor of
giving you like a fucking dope-ass announcement.
It hasn't happened in a while before, you know,
I think I think a prolude was maybe like the last time
that we picked up somebody from challenges,
but this one was, you know, this one was meaningful.
So I wanted to do you the honor of getting you
to do the good announcement, you know, luckily you didn't ruin it like this.
The future's green.
Great.
I thought that was a good play of words.
No, it was.
Because I was on Boston, green.
Everyone's going to assume optic anyway.
The future is green.
My final farewell to the course.
crowd. It's been real. Parents in the crowd. But wouldn't you have wanted us to do it the way that
we do things? Dude, I think as soon as I retired on that stage, people knew. Everybody knew where
everyone assumed where I was going. Most people assumed there was like the one off. Why would he
want to join Optic? L.O.L. He could just be solo. And it's just like, I knew everyone's like joining
Optic before you actually announced you retired. Everybody knew. Cool. So how did, so going back to what
we were talking about, how did you break it to your team once it was like, you know,
Yeah, once I was allowed to, which was basically like 30 minutes before is what Page told me,
like before the announcement. So I was like, okay, basically when I told them, like, they already
had ideas and they were asking me about it, but every time I would just ignore the message.
Yeah.
Which I don't know the best way to handle that because I feel like ignoring is also telling in itself.
But anyhow, I mean, they, you know, they were excited for me.
They were also excited for themselves because I wouldn't say like through my opportunity that
they got opportunities, but they definitely got more looks than we anticipated, like all of us.
Did anybody else get called up?
Yeah.
I guess a sub spot or?
Yeah, well, Fellow went to Florida and then Two Real took Byron's spot on Vegas.
And then I'm surprised Yule didn't get picked up, like as a sub or anything yet.
He's the only one, right?
Yeah.
And I actually, I hope he does get a sub spot because he is very good.
He is very good.
Who do you think, where would he fit in your opinion if you were GM of somewhere?
I mean, he's like a subploid.
I mean, London can take my grandpa.
You think London right now needs as much help as they can get?
I mean, London, yeah, like London could use a Uly.
But it might be too much.
No disrespect, but I think you work well.
Now that I'm on the outside, I can sort of call it how I see it.
There are some teams that are not going to make champs, and right now London is one of them.
It sucks because Scraps, Asam, love those guys, but as a team, they just don't work well.
Then it's like if you're Yulee, it's weird because of the challenger, it's like you kind of feel like you have to take the opportunity when it comes.
but also is like sometimes is it worth it right like if yulee goes out and wins in challengers again
or let's say he joins in London I don't think he's coming in and making them a top 16 yeah
so it's weird how you have to kind of think because now I think in the beginning of the league
you kind of had to take the opportunity but now we've seen so many players who have looked worse
because of it and it's like do you sort of bet on yourself and maybe keep winning in challengers and
keep performing or do you take the pro pro pro spot as soon as you get it and risk maybe
not having longevity. So it's a weird way to think about it. I'm not sure what I do, but I think for you
there has been other, there's been other instances in which a player that got called up didn't
chose not to go up, yeah? Yeah. I mean, Colts one of them for sure on multiple occasions with,
which was Florida as a sub at the beginning of the year and then not taking the New York spot either.
I feel like there's other people that I'm missing. It takes balls. At least for me, because of my
scenario, I wasn't going to take any starting spot for,
a minimum that wasn't worth it in my head that included me to move.
Because I didn't see me switching from full-time school to part-time school worth it
if I'm only getting paid a minimum on a bottom-14.
Because I would end up making more money in challengers winning,
because I would have probably continued to do so,
and been able to go to school full-time and still gotten better looks
maybe at the beginning of next year towards the end of this one.
Versus taking a bottom-four starting spot where I either have to drop out of school
or switched on line and then be chopped liver at the end of the year.
So that's kind of how I saw.
I mean, I told you last time, this is almost unheard of.
Like, this is the biggest challengers pick up in the history of Call of Duty.
Usually, a challenger player gets a spot on a struggling team,
a team that needs help or is trying to make up for points.
You are the poster child for every challenge.
Every challenger is rooting for you because your success makes an argument for every single
challenger player to not only be looked at.
for the bottom teams, but middle of the pack and even some top teams. I mean, you're joining
a top four team based on the last major. So everybody's rooting for you down there in Challenger
and like, I mean, I can't even imagine your thought process. I mean, I can't, you did not
expect to join Optic. When it was said to me, because I was on Boston still, I was already
retired and I was doing my goodbyes in the facility. They were like, is Dan Gosey joining Optic? Because
they knew I was going Optic. And I was like, I genuinely have no idea. Like I genuinely, I was like,
In my head, I was like, I generally have no idea.
Were you like, no.
I genuinely have no idea.
Well, no, well, I actually didn't know.
Like, I actually didn't.
And then I texted Aunt.
Nobody knew.
We found out here.
Yeah.
And then Hector texted me saying, how the fuck did you hear?
Nope.
No way, no leaks he's back.
Yeah.
Well, no.
Well, he told us.
We didn't say anything.
Ant didn't really confirm it.
He was like, I'll talk to you when you're here about it.
So he was, I was like, I can't get out of aunt?
Yeah, you weren't here yet.
He told me like, here.
And then I was like, you texted me saying, how did you hear?
because obviously we wanted to stop the leak as soon as it started.
Yeah.
Anyways, you are the biggest pickup in Challenger's history,
and you guys starting off, we want to know.
Here Seth's going to say don't add pressure to him.
He already has enough pressure on him where anything I say is not adding.
He's about to play in front of the green wall.
He's got 30,000 more followers.
And you're welcoming it.
Yeah.
Well, I welcome the pressure.
I mean, I saw you standing up in Challenders.
Na, nah, nah, nah.
I was like, if that happened to me, I'd fucking spear you.
If I lost to you and I, you started singing that, I mean, Ray Mysterio.
But you're doing the thing so far, man.
Matt, are we, are we filming an intro?
Thank you.
With them?
Like an intro for our major?
Okay, so it's, it's a-
I don't have a jersey yet.
And I got to get my, uh...
Your hair done?
My hair, no, mostly, it's actually more some of my eyebrows.
Two-row, baby.
I got to get them cleaned up.
To you?
Yeah.
What is it?
Two-row had me looking right.
Two-ro is the man.
If you know people, please, please let me know.
Yeah, two rows the person to go to.
Does you do like hair, eyebrows, all the goodies?
All the goodies, you'll hook you up.
Absolutely. I'm in.
You're in.
Taper, skin, fill.
Obviously with the impending rumors of the CDL impending, I don't know if those are, the impending...
It makes sense.
There's a rumor that this is going to end up on YouTube.
How are you guys approaching the show now that this is happening?
Don't know yet.
gonna have to figure that out whenever
Are they, have they, well, obviously
because it's only a leak, so probably
not, but have they said anything about
being able to still like co-stream and stuff like that
without having to outright switch to YouTube
streaming? Not yet. I mean,
gotcha. It's all rumors right now.
I mean, it's gonna be how it was
before. Yeah, but the viewership
100% goes down in that case.
There's just less people able to showcase it
because they're only allowing, you know, one channel
to show it versus, you know, we have
tens and 20s of watch parties.
on the surface, here will be your two options
from what we know right now.
Either you go to,
either the same product goes to YouTube,
which you're looking at less viewership,
or you do like a full cam
react type thing on Twitch.
Twitch is the live streaming platform.
This one actually really pisses me off,
and I don't want to say anything I shouldn't say
because call duty has changed our lives,
but we're talking like,
they didn't even give us a chance.
They gave us the taste.
It's growing.
good things are coming from it,
the watch party, other watch parties.
It's growing for the first time and forever.
And if they pull the rug now,
it is a blatant...
It's a blatant fuck you.
It's a big fuck.
To every...
To average the most viewers.
Like more than the...
No, I mean, literally more than the Cod League channel.
And it's not just like for the major,
for like the optic match.
It's every single match.
Seth has, you know, more people watching
than the actual stream.
And that would be a...
And, you know, just as a...
player that would be a really big hindrance and viewership and you know i i want people to watch what we do
you know i want call to watch the end of the day people to watch i worry that that is how business
works we need people to i worry i i hope not but i worry that if we do go to youtube and it is a longer
exclusive deal we're looking at like three years we're looking at an actual serious problem that could
turn into legitimately a snowball that could i don't want to say it but like can ruin us and and and
And that's what it is.
And I'm not,
none of us,
you are.
I don't know what goes on
at that high level.
I'm sure big money
and all this.
But the way I've always thought about it
is why don't we bet on ourselves
short term and get more money
if that's the route we want to go
a little later.
Like we're seeing growth.
Everybody's happy.
You know what?
You know what surprises me the most?
And this is obviously,
like you're obviously an intelligent man.
How,
how somebody who,
who isn't in the room having these conversations with the decision makers can see something so clearly,
something that makes so much sense that you who have not, you are not on the day to day working
on this operation and you have the common sense to say, guys, why move? Why not take a little
bit of a of a hit? And it's not a big hit monetarily to continue to work on a product that's actually
working right now, especially when we have league play that is working finally right now.
We have a tornado of viewership.
Good things.
Picture a wobbly four-legged table, right?
You remove that you remove one of his support systems, scump, right?
He retires from the league, which means that, you know, there's going to be a little bit
of a fallout in viewership, but luckily there wasn't.
He opens up his own show.
He brings more attention to the league as ever than.
ever before and you know continues to do good beyond his years of service but then on top of that
to remove the another leg which is twitch and the and the ability for people to just congregate and
be there now you have something that's not even you can't even you can't even operate at that point
because and i and i understand that youtube and google is a great partnership for activation i get
that i'll absolutely get it but if they don't care because esports call of duty is such a small
spec of business in the grand scheme of their business, then why, if it doesn't matter to you,
why not allow us to care for it because it matters all to us? I mean, if YouTube, if YouTube
streaming service was the same as their VOD service right now, sorry, I can't talk.
You want to water? Maddie, do we have water back there? If you don't mind. You got a frog in your
throat? YouTube kills the Vod game. They are not there streaming. I think they will be a player
at some point. Their discoverability, their UI, it's not there yet live streaming. Twitch is the
live streaming platform. If you want to watch live
e-sports or shows, you go to Twitch.
My thing is, from
where I'm sitting, tell me if I'm wrong,
more viewership means
a bigger deal in the near
future and also more brand
deals, more sponsors. That's
like the only thing that matters is viewership. We don't want a deal.
We want to stay on Twitch. Yes, what I'm
saying, like, the league will get more sponsors
based on more viewers on Twitch.
A YouTube deal or
whatever platform deal will be bigger
once the league continues growing.
on Twitch because then it's like, well, instead of this many concurrence during our first
negotiation, we now have this. So we've grown this many times. So we can get, I think,
I mean, whatever we say is not going to change anything. It doesn't change anything.
But you're looking at just something that was growing and it's not confirmed. I'm praying it doesn't
happen. We've had multiple stints on Twitch. Every single time it's been on Twitch, it's been great.
It's just disheartened. Every time it's been on Twitch. If you're a cold,
Duty fan, player, owner, it's just like, what the fuck? Literally, what the fuck? What the fuck?
It's right. I think a queen of someone by Pepsi, man. You can just pass them through.
Yeah, I don't know. You know, it's deflating. It's like they only get you get but far enough before they just like take it away.
And it's unfortunate because of everything. Let's take a quick commercial break. We're right back.

Thank you so much, DoorDash. Let's get back to the pot. And we are back. Obviously, Sin, Seth, you guys are going to start playing your streams today on. So you guys haven't even played at all. So there's
a group of fucking bronzes out there, some old men of optic out there that are just expecting
to go in there having a good time. And we have a 30 time champion. And, uh, two time champion.
Two time. And his teammate, two time champion, Mr. Zinney. Have you, what rank are you right now?
I am like, I think I'm top 60 whenever I got off. I was number 56, I think. Jesus Christ.
How many hours have you played? A lot. Yeah, have you? I put in probably like 24 to 30 hours on
stream and then probably like 10 off stream.
So probably a good 40 hours so far in it.
Jesus.
I played a lot.
We will not be top 250.
In time, maybe.
At 40 hours?
Really?
You're used to put in those hours when you practice anyway.
I don't play anymore.
Yeah, but now it's like my goal is to get
my goal is to get three to five hours of ranked in a day because we're still
called duty guys, but also make time for other shit.
Just chat.
I don't know.
Maybe.
I heard the new warzone's good, so I'm not opposed to trying it.
The smaller map is good.
The first iteration of Warzone, I thought was miserable this year.
Like the first product they dropped, I played it, and I'm like, I feel like I'm in Quicksand.
Verdantz pisses on this, but now apparently the updates are...
You can play it while spreading and stuff.
Apparently they made some game-changing updates that really didn't prove it.
Of course, we'll try it, but I want to do like, I don't know, man.
A lot of content creation is essentially content stealing where you just watch party and react,
and that's part of the game.
I want to make like actual exclusive content,
cooking streams and other type of shows
and actual like creation
because I feel like content creation has kind of just like
took a turn to a lot of just react stuff.
And like that's great and there's a place for that
and I'm going to do it of course.
But I also want to like add a layer
where it's like now that I'm doing this full time,
like I'm not going to like I'm actually going to do things
that I wanted to do forever.
And like the cooking thing is something I really want to do
because like I love food.
like I got the head to chef Tony gimmick.
But yeah, we're still going to be grinding ranked,
but it's not going to be like I'm scrimming eight hours a day.
It's going to be like intense rank play for a bit.
Let's chill and read Reddit and let's.
When you say intense.
We're going to go hard as rank play.
I mean, I don't want to lose it.
I'm not,
I don't want to lose at all.
I mean, I'm still competitive, but.
The worst is when people on ranked are like,
this is a team of sweats.
Yeah, I'm fucking sweating.
Yeah, duh.
You came to the right fucking place for sweats.
Yeah.
If you're not sweating,
get out and go play the top 250 you're playing pros all the time yeah you're either
pros or have you ran into any cheaters in the top you have blatant yeah some blatant some not so
much where you're like i don't know if it's a sound setting like i don't know if they're just
cranking their headset yeah but some people like um i remember i think brandon was playing with
like kiler and two other people and i came like back and looked over and this guy has like 22 kills
in the s and d he's instillocking to people's heads like his like you know the teammates on the
other team, they would like, you know, cook a eight off spawn and die, and the guy would just instill
1B4, not missing. Four pros, doesn't matter. So like, it's, there's some people like that,
but I would say like maybe 25%, which is still too much, my opinion. Because we have the ban
hammer. We have a contact where if we, if we're getting hacked on and we submit their name,
there's been like a 10 minute turnaround time to get them banned in real time. Oh yeah.
How do you prove it though? That's too, that's too much power for one man to all.
Do as pros is report them and then send them clips to someone in Activision.
I won't say who, obviously.
Well, surely from their end.
And then look at back end.
Well, this guy has a 99% headshot rate.
So we should get a, not everyone's going to be blamed like that.
But I don't think Activision has a staff similar to like how, you know, like Valorant has a staff that's outright only looking for cheating things.
I mean, that's what they have in those games.
They have staff that are only dedicated to just looking for cheaters.
And that's it because they know it's a PC game and it's bound to get hacked.
Regardless of the anti-cheat.
it's that's just what's going to happen so on their end they decided to have staff that are going to
only look for cheaters crazy headshot percentages crazy movement you know and valent obviously
moving while shooting and getting headshots is really unrealistic so but i don't think
activision has that um which i would love to see especially with the rank mode coming out i have not
run into any of them because i am still uh i just made it to gold i don't play as much though but i've
been going off i will say give me five hours a day you having fun on it yeah because you're you
never been like an actual I've been playing every single day with friends without friends every
single day that's good yesterday I got up super early took a shower uh and then I didn't have to leave
the house for two hours so I just sat there and played well Jack tweeted a courage tweeted too he's like
me doc Tim and Z lane are having the time of our lives like none of us ever saw us playing
MW2 multiplayer again and now you give us a good robust ranks play system and now you have
people who genuinely just want to get on and play and get better
Well, it's worrying, though, because they're just going to get hacked on and then they're going to lose full.
Once they hit a certain rank, they're going to start being hacked on it.
And then they're going to lose full, they're gone.
So it needs to be addressed soon.
Do you think that they're going to have the same reaction for somebody cheating and hacking on them,
then somebody that's good and actually like shitting on it?
Yeah, it'll be worse.
I feel like they're going to recognize who soon.
And they'll have more eyes on them.
Yeah.
And that will make it worse for everybody because then those people are going to see ranked has cheaters in it and they're not going to want to play ranked.
What I'll never understand.
And if you're one of the people watching, like when you are either streamwatch
or cheating.
The G.G.
At the end of the game,
like you're not,
like,
you can't,
I don't understand
how people can take,
like,
joy in,
it accomplishes something
by cheating.
That's just like,
I picture,
like imagine they go into school
the next day.
They sit down the cafeteria table.
They're all talking about last night.
Last night we were shooting hoops,
we were playing war zone.
What did you do,
Henry?
I hacked against scum.
They're not going to say they hacked them.
Yeah.
They're going to show the picture.
Yeah, in the back of,
of his head, you cheating sack of shit.
I'll never, I will never understand it.
I used to cheat in like GTA,
have the, I'd write down the, uh,
who you're a cheater?
Yeah, but that's unlimited money or something like that.
Yeah, like I'd write down the, the button mesh.
That was a good time.
I mean, my white piece of paper, it's square, triangle, select,
so I'd unlock different cars and stuff.
That's one thing.
But to like, being a rank play system,
cheating your ass off, what do you,
there is no, like, fulfillment.
There is no sense of, apparently there is.
Their fulfillment is you losing fool.
Well, like, that is sick.
I don't think so, though.
That is sick.
That might be some of it, but I do.
That's definitely it.
That's sick.
I do believe, like, they do actually, like, when they say G.G, though, it's like, it rubs me such the wrong way, man.
It just, it just doesn't feel.
Yesterday, we played against a team of the teal green guys.
And it was, we ended up winning, right?
S&D.
There you go.
They were diamond.
No, platinum.
They were platinum.
Holy shit.
Erodescent is sick.
I'd rather.
And then there's top top 250.
But I mean, I'd rather say.
What are the odds?
Let's just be honest.
Seth, you've known me for the longest.
What are the odds that I get to top 250?
If you play with the good people, you could.
No, no, I'm just with the element of optic.
You'll probably sit in like crimson, maybe iridescent, maybe,
but you guys will probably sit around like crimson, I would say.
Maybe diamond crimson.
I'd rather stay in iridescent in the top 250 with that little logo.
What would you say?
G.B kids are probably sitting at like crimson.
Crimson?
Like good GB kids are probably like crimson.
like maybe low iridescence.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Crimson, like high crimson, low iridescent.
If you're a pro player,
or like GBC kids.
If you're a pro player
that doesn't have enough time
to allocate to play this thing,
which you should, right,
because you're still playing
Call Duty by the rules,
there's no shot that
it wouldn't be noticed
that you're not top 250, right?
Yeah.
Like if you're on a team,
the top 48 should be,
I mean, obviously like time spent on it also, right?
But like you have to be the top.
There should be all 48 pros
in the top 250.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
Absolutely.
And there's,
subs. Yeah, agreed. I mean, to be honest, we, I think we almost have everyone an optic now.
It was just me at first. And then it was, I think it was Brandon and then it was Kyler.
And now, now Brandon's like top 10. So now you're waiting for Seth. You're waiting for
Zinn. I think we're still waiting on Ant, but I think he's crimson. We'll be there at some point.
Give us. We'll be there. We'll be there. I mean, that's the problem though. What if it never
resets and it's like you get time gated? Because we're not, we're not going to be playing.
The kids in the top 250 are probably playing at nine. Right now. As like their main.
game. Well, you think it's like a season reset, like, like other. That's what I'm saying like top
250 like what's what's 250 going to look like? I worry the top right now it's already like 12,000
plus. It used to be like as soon as you hit 10,000, which is normally the iridescent, you were just
into top 250. But now it's like you have to get 12,000. I worry. So it's like we might get just
straight time gated because if we're only playing like three maybe four hours a day and that
might not even be every day like. And it's not enough. Maybe those kids are probably playing
just six hours. Three hours of your three days of your. Three days of your.
week are now on the live stream. So you're not going to be putting in the time that these people
are putting in the time. Because they're watching your show and playing this thing. I also worry that we
talk a big game and that once we actually start playing, like, right now we're like, we'll play
three, four hours. I worry that once we actually start playing and we get like competitive again,
we're going to not knock it off. Like I would, like, I think there's a good, I think there's a good
chance that as soon as we get going, we're just going to want to keep, because dude, it's addicting.
Like you want to keep, that's why rank plays because you want to keep earning. We're
Whereas scrolling Reddit is not going to scratch that itch.
Yeah.
And also looking at that, I think I'd rather stay in iridescent than the top 250 because that thing looks sick.
They need to make iridescent the main one.
Yeah, but the one thing that's cool about the top 250 is like it, you have your own unique number.
So like in the match, like in the scoreboard when you pull it up, it'll have that skull,
but it'll put one or six or, you know, 72, whatever it might be.
That is cool.
So it'll add.
So it's like it.
It's like apex.
It's like apex.
It's like you know that you're playing the number one ranked player in the world.
Like you know it.
Cool.
even though he's probably cheating
They did well, man
It's actually Haggy right now
Oh is it?
Wait, Haggis what?
Haggy's number one
He grinded like nine hours straight last night
Did he? Yeah
I was playing with him at like 7 p.m.
I woke up this morning
So I'll tweet from him at 7 a.m.
Saying that he was number one.
I wonder if that helps get him like exposure
Like I wonder because
He's already exposed.
Yeah.
Or he's already have the exposure.
Yeah, but like there's got to be some
more so maybe not casuals.
If you're bronze,
if you're bronze silver,
you can look at the top 250 list, right?
You press something that you can look at it.
Yeah, they're probably seeing, oh, Parisite's number one.
There's got to be some people searching Parasite want to know,
wanting to know who this guy who's number one in the world is, surely.
So let me ask you this.
Seth, when you get up there, will your picture appear and will your picture appear?
Because you guys were pro this Shirley.
Well, we're not, we're technically not subs anymore, or at least we shouldn't be.
So I don't know if we will.
I think we should be grandfathered in.
I think they should make us a nice little emblem.
We were saying that for Bose.
For the players should get one two when he hits top 250.
Like, I feel like any old pro, like I feel like they can just be like,
Like, yo, grab a picture of them throwing in there.
Is those top 250?
He's almost top 250.
Wait, you know, it would be sick.
Imagine they have, like, me and him in it, and it's like, it's like retired or like a legendary, or like, a little bit of a different look.
Hollow.
That would be cool.
They won't do that.
I mean, that would be super cool.
I mean, hold on.
They won't do that.
Look how cool they have this.
They have every team's name and the colors and the pictures.
Sick.
There's, I don't think it's far fetch for them to do like a little like legendary status or retired.
Is there?
They also have to.
They would have to give us the.
the option to turn off your verification badge
if you do bad.
If they put retired and then made it like a hollow card,
that'd be.
That would be sick.
That would be dope.
That would be so dope.
I feel like they could though,
because with,
like with ranked coming out,
there were a couple things
that were outright G8 or banding competitive
that were still in it.
And they fixed it within like six hours.
And there will,
well,
there's a dedicated team for ranks.
There's a dedicated group of people
on rank play and this type of stuff.
Like this is not,
like rank play is a good operate.
Like they've done incredibly well.
We haven't even played it yet.
So hats off to the rank play team and everybody who built it because...
Scroll down a little bit, Matt?
While I disagree with the timing and I would have preferred it earlier, the product is very good.
Yeah, it looks good.
I mean, the fact that pros are playing pros at the top, I mean...
That's what we've always wanted.
It's fun.
You were saying something about four stacking.
What does that mean?
Like, you know, for example, I don't know who I was playing with yesterday.
It was like, at first it was like me, Donnie, Hagi, and Exceed.
and then like we had to switch exceed out but regardless like we ran into a match where we were playing
like draza envoy kenny and like someone else like kismet and like that's what you'll be playing
like you'll be playing straight four stacks of pros and it's fun it's really fun actually yeah i think
i think that that's the way that it should be because if there is a team out there right that's a
challenger's team or whatever like these are the moments that they are going to have an
opportunity and yes granted it's not land and there is ping and there is all this other shit
i do think that this is like a good opportunity this is how it should have been this entire time
And I can guarantee you that they had access to this the entire time.
And the fact that they're not releasing it,
it just,
it's mind-boggling to me why we're going out of our way to do bad for the league,
when we should have been doing good the whole time.
Well, it should be like duos only after Crimson.
I do.
Shouldn't be for sex.
I do think that that would be a really good addition.
The diva duo takes over rank.
Because that's how it is in like other ranked games.
Once you hit one of like the pinnacle ranks, so to speak,
they only let you do okay.
Like in Valorin, it's like, I think it's either diamond or,
or diamond or ascended.
It's the one after ascendant now.
It's, um, well,
send it's,
ascendance,
oh, it's immortal.
Yeah,
it's immortal where you can only do OQ.
Okay.
Well,
that is an added layer of like,
up and coming players trying to make a name for themselves,
playing against me,
you and envoy and whoever forth,
like,
but my worry is they need to solve the hacking because the ego in me,
if I'm getting pissed on,
I'm going to just,
I'm not going to give the,
I'm,
my mind is most likely going to go to,
this kid's probably cheating.
Mm-hmm.
than I'm getting shit on.
Yeah, you don't know.
And that's just a reality.
So they need to fix that.
So I know if a kid is playing good against me
and he's frying and he has a couple
sketch kills, which is going to happen
even if you're not shooting.
I mean, this game, no deady.
Like, you're going to get sound hard.
Fix that so people do get the credit they deserve
and don't just immediately get,
because think about it, dude,
you're an up-and-coming player.
You're playing against us with a bunch of viewers.
They could ruin kids' careers.
Exactly.
I mean, if you, I mean...
That's why we need to be careful with saying it,
but at the same time, it's like,
if they're running rampant,
it's not a bad guess
to say this kid's cheating
and then people in chat think he's cheating
and then he gets a reputation for cheating
it's like but how would we know
that's right it's like
which makes it kind of
it makes it kind of lose its luster
a little bit
well said yeah
well said
I think for the last thing that we want to talk about
we have the Optic Major Festival Passes
are still available festival passes
is where Seth Zinney
are going to have the
the watch party
and then you guys decided not to do the
balcony or are you guys still doing
the balcony area? We have
three different. We have one up top
one backstage and then
one in the festival room
I think we said no to the balcony.
I think it's just two now. I think we
chose the back pro lounge, the
festival. No, we never said no to the balcony.
I think we did so... I did not.
I might have.
Why? Because
well it'll be overlooking the state.
No, you kind of said no, too.
There wouldn't be a, it would be like in the mezzanine.
There wouldn't be a view of the stage and you were like the sound.
We wouldn't be able to hear in there.
No, Corey said that we'd be fine.
A thousand pound meteorite hits Texas.
Click on that, Matt, because I did see and heard about it.
Now, this is coming, of course, off of the back of a bunch of air balloons
and there's a bunch of UFO sightings and there's obviously the Ohio oil spill that still nobody has
a plan for, apparently.
And there are chickens dying.
there are cattle dying.
There's a whole bunch of people just suffering.
There's water bubbling.
Those are a reporter talking saying this reporter grabbed the rock.
It throws it.
Yeah.
What are you guys on one?
It's only two feet wide, but it's a thousand pounds.
Yeah, but it also reached,
it also reached terminal velocity.
Fucking Thanos just fucking threw a fastball.
Oh, reach terminal velocity in our atmosphere?
Yeah.
They usually just burn up.
That's what they, well, yeah, that's whenever, you know,
they set on fire, which means that it was probably much bigger when it was entering
her atmosphere.
Yeah, probably burned up quite a bit.
But anyway, whoever found it apparently found a small baby in it.
He, who should be named Cal?
Is this his name again?
Can I something like that?
Cal.
Click on that man.
I want to see this?
This is just a sound, right?
I'm going to be honest.
I think I heard it.
I felt it.
What do you think that is if you're just sitting there on your couch?
A plane or something.
A crash.
Optumption.
Yeah, like a helicopter or something.
Yeah, I'm thinking something is crashing if I'm hearing like that.
I wonder, did they find it?
Like, do people go out and look for it?
Like, I would.
Oh, I feel like I would.
If I heard something that loud,
like I would want to know what the noise was for sure.
Yeah.
If it hit in this city and you heard it,
would we be actively getting on bikes?
It's a fucking,
yeah,
I'm done.
It's a space rock.
Like the stranger thing,
where all four kids are just, like,
biking towards whatever.
Who owns it?
Whoever finds it?
This is my meteor.
If it lands on your land,
is that yours or is a possession?
I feel like NASA probably has some, like,
ownership over all things that enter
in our atmosphere. Like anything that enters through our atmosphere is probably like our government's
property. Like I feel like there's probably some clause or documents. But what if it entered over
Australia and I'm standing in front of it? I'm just, you know, theoretic. Yeah. Let's say it entered
in Canada space, in Canadian airspace or Mexican airspace and it lands on that. What if it enters
in international waters? Yeah. I mean, you make a good point. I don't know. That's a good point.
Thank you. Thank you. That's a good point. Anyway, let us know what you guys think. I don't know what the
hell's happening in Ohio, but I surely hope. The world's getting scary. Yeah. There's a lot of
shit that's going on. UFO sightings, balloons, meteorites, natural disasters. There's a
video called the fourth turning by Van Nystad who is Casey Nystad's older brother, who explains
how everything happens in 20, in 80 year increments. And we are on a cusp of something.
You ever read about sunspots before? Sunspots, no. Do tell. In my game theory class and
college, my professor, basically, like, how he got the job as a professor was talking about sunspots.
So every seven years, there's a, like, really big, like, increase in crime and, like, violent crime
in certain places of the world that have the sun spots facing them, like, from the sun.
And, like, every seven years, every 20 years, 80 years, and, like, I think 300 years or something,
there's, like, these fluctuations in how the sun gives off waves, and it causes changes.
and you can't say like it's direct causation,
but the data supports it, so to speak.
And like my professor showed me his whole, like,
you know, he has a book on it,
showed him the recording of the lecture.
He's got his own book?
Yeah.
What's the name of the book?
Dude, this is your chance to give your professor some...
His name is Robert J. Carroll.
Okay.
His thesis, he's working on another one, actually.
Something with like international affairs, but either way.
Robert J. Carroll at U.I.C.,
he's a very good professor, very good man.
but he talked about sunspots, and then I did my own research about sunspots,
and there's actually a lot of scientific evidence suggesting that things change every seven years
in terms of how we react, how violent the crimes get.
It's not direct causation, but, you know.
You also have the moon, and people think the moon changes how they act and werewolves?
Like, this could not werewolves.
This could be it, you know?
This could be that seven-year cycle.
Robert Carroll's about to walk out of class with a kid, see a kid in an optic cat asking for a picture.
Are you Robert Carroll?
Sorry, Rob, I apologize if you get swarmed.
Go check out the book, man.
I actually, wait, I want to see it now.
That's weird, man.
There's so much that we don't actually know about the world.
Isn't that crazy?
Oh, yeah.
Like the fact that sun waves could be causing changes in behavior.
Got him?
Oh, yeah, baby.
I stand corrected.
It's a 57-page academic journal entry.
Oh.
So it's not a book.
It's pretty...
It's a girthy.
Yeah.
Real girthy.
And people can find it?
Guirthy.
I don't know if you,
I don't know if people will have access to it because it's like academic research.
So you need like an actual database to access it.
Gotcha.
All right.
Well, thanks so much for tuning in everybody.
Thank you to the sponsors factor in DoorDash.
We appreciate it.
Go see.
Welcome to Optic.
Zini, welcome.
Yeah, welcome.
Yeah, welcome.
Yeah.
We'll see you guys next week.
