Go ahead Luke Go ahead explain yourself Explain where our thinking was And where it went wrong And how Joe Flacko of all people sewered us. What happened?

Seward us. You know, the two things happened, and we were jammed early. I mentioned it on the thing. I'm like, the turnover margin is going to be big for a spread. The first pick, D.K. stops running. I'm like, D.K., you've got, and if you watch the end of the game,

you've got the guy who might have the strongest arm in the NFL still. Might at least be in the top five. And it's like, you can never stop running with Aaron Rogers. You can't do it. So we throw a pick there. Yet one ripped out of DK's arm. And I still thought at one point we're being in good shape.

I mean, Aaron threw for 4 TDs. They scored 31 points or whatever was. And instead, we give up 300, was it 349, 342 to Joe Flacco? Like, on a Thursday where the guy hasn't even been here for two weeks, we get to the point out, I watch the thing after. You want to go with frustration with his pick, Parsi. The zone read where Flacco took off on his post-game presser, he said, And, yeah, I was actually supposed to motion in the receiver,

but the guys were off the ball. It was on the ball. So I said, screw it. I'll just run its own read. Joe Flav was running zone reads now. Michael Vick. I can't even. And now we're in a hole.

We're in a whole part. We can get out of it. A lot of time. We've got a big weekend ahead. So, Luke, where are you at with Aaron Rogers getting tackled by his own player? I mean, are you fine with that? I mean, the look at it. No, it's a stupidest thing on planet Earth.

It's so dumb. also like it'd be one thing if Aaron saw it coming like hey man I'm coming for this big bear hug and you know you kind of land on the guy's back and like and I still think that would be ridiculous but the idea that you have Aaron Rogers who's what two years removed from a non-contact Achilles oh by the way

this guy's old is dirt relatively speaking in NFL terms he also looks a bit brittle if I'm going to be honest to you maybe it's too many ayahuasca trips I mean the arm's great You guys know I love Aaron, but he's not built like, you know, a middle linebacker here. You're going to come up from behind and jump on him and tackle him to the ground. Oh, and just to make matters potentially even worse, if he gets hurt, your entire season is imploded because Mason Rudolph is your backup. Like, every week in this league, it blows my mind just some of the stupidity that occurs. And we got treated to a lot of stupidity last night on Thursday night.

So it was, you know, it's always enjoyable to watch. Well, and maybe the most significant stupidity was with a team that wasn't even playing, and that's the Cleveland Browns, because, again, you look at it, and I was watching clips from shows in Cleveland going nuts today. How do you trade Flacco? Like, how do you trade them? And if you trade them, how do you trade them to the Bengals? Fair point.

Like, how do you trade – The crazier is that, like, yes, if there's anything yesterday said, it's that the ASC North is wide open. Right. You know, the Steelers are only one game up in the wind column. I think it's one and a half because they had to buy. But they're one game up now in the win column on the Bengals. The Bengals, I believe, are three and four, and the Steelers are four and two.

So, like, this AFC North at this moment with the injuries, with the way the Ravens have played, 10 wins could, I'm not saying it will, but 10 wins could win you the division if everyone keeps beating each other. how do you give up this early in the year if Joe Flacko's got the ability to do what he did last night it's pretty shocking and like you said to make matters worse you trade him in the division to a team now that again

I still think they have issues on defense but to a team that is in the thick of being able to win this division because they are they're game and a half out of the lead now So we'll get to our picks in a moment. Alice Brother, we'll join us in a minute. You're in Winnipeg for Friday Night Football, which will be hosting the Great Cup, of course, this year.

I mean, it's in noodles, you'll appreciate this. It's very unlikely, but I am full steam ahead personally on Edmonton running the table. Now, today's the big one. They're in the other Friday night game. They've got to beat B.C., but Edmonton's got a way to backdoor this thing. And I think that team can get nasty if they get into the dance. But they basically, from here and out, they got to win all the way through. So I'm pulling for Edmonton.

You know, and I, the tiebreaker gets really weird in this league, haze when it becomes like the crossover, but then there's weird tiebreakers. So I think if you're a bombers fan right now, you want to see them like get the ship righted. And what I mean by that is there's been moments this year where Winnipeg has looked like they're going to contend for another great cup. And then there's been moments where Winnipeg looks like they're slightly better than Ottawa, you know, and that's Ottawa's looked pretty bad at most times this year. So, you know, Saskatchewan's got not much to play for. To me, you're at home right now. It's a bit of a dreary day out there. True fall, Winnipeg night.

Come out here, handle your business. Kind of change this snare, especially coming off last week if you're Winnipeg. But it'll be interesting, man. This CFL is a different beast. I don't think there's a clear-cut front-runner right now. No, I'm not sure there is either. And, yeah, with the crossover happening, there could be two teams from the West meeting in the Great Cup.

and that is very possible because I think that would be awesome, man. Yeah, that would be kind of cool. Like if it was Winnipeg at home playing like the Rough Riders or something like that, that would be a insane. I mean, that's the iconic. That's the iconic one.

Again, me personally, I'm hoping Cody Fajardo finds a way to beat Nathan Rourke today. And then this last week, the season's going to get nuts. But, man, that would be fun. Okay. But if it ends up doing one day, it would have been,

That stack kind of perplexes me. that is just tremendous information that like that is the definition of tremendous information kind of is it really is that's why we're getting calls from people all around the world saying we got to fly you in we need hayes and boat to take over the whole operation

and we just say no right else brother we're not doing it we're not we're not leaving it just you and i pal just you and i just you and i rock it's all right we're off first london game jaggs rams actually this is a lot better than what they suffered last week with the Jets over there. Rams laying three against the Jags. Al's brother, where do you lean on this one? Yeah, no Pooka, though, which sucks for the Rams. No puka in this one.

But they still got Devante Adams, and I think they could still get the run game going. They got the number one run-blocking offensive line. Luke's besties over at PFF would tell you that. The Jags ranking 27th in run-stop and win rate. So I think that Karen Williams will still be able to kind of carve them up on the ground. you know, Maddie Stafford, he can still get it done. I think by a field goal, I think the Jags showed their true colors last week when they lost there.

They're too reliant on takeaways, and if Stafford protects the football, they won't get those extra possessions. I like the Rams by field goal here. Yeah, I think I'm feeling that too, man. The Jags, they burned us last time. I have no interest in them anymore. They had a good start. It's not going to continue.

And they lost to the Giants on Thursday night, extra time to repair or prepare for this game. I can reason with the Eagles laying points here. All right, this is on a buy, though. I like that a lot. Colts at Chargers. Is it Chargers laying one and a half, doogie? Yes, the Chargers are laying one and a half at home against Indianapolis. I mean, I'm biased for this one. You know that. Like, my Colts. And the way that they've been playing football this year, Part C,

they look like they could possibly want a Super Bowl here. So I'm getting points with the Colts. It's the number one offense in the NFL, and the number four defense, scoring defense in the NFL. He is a team that's putting up 30 points each and every single game. Jonathan Taylor is putting up 100 yards every game, leads the NFL in rushing, and this is a team that can't stop the run. They're 28th in giving up five yards per carry. So you just keep hitting the rock to Jonathan Taylor, opens up the play action.

Danny Dimes eventually will take his shot down to Pittman, Tyler Warren, you know, Alec Pierce with a deep ball. I think they'll start putting up some points here. So you're giving me points with the potential Super Bowl champion cults? Yeah. I got to take my Colts, but this is biased. It's a tough one. I got to hear your gut feeling.

This is a tough one, man. You got the final say on that. My gut instinct says Justin Herbert's a little bit distracted out there, right? Like the Victoria's Secret fashion shows been going on. And Herbert's in a different place, man. He's in a different head. He's got a rocket for an arm, though. You've got to be careful of that guy.

The fact that Fred Warner's out, you know and bejean is humming right now the run game is humming panics is a little inconsistent but i i really think the falcons are going to figure out a way to win this game i just i got to go that way but if you want the niners you can take them no i like the call i like the call after what they did the buff why not jump on board totally kind of not at home
