Starting point is 00:00:07 Come see the darker side of seven. Welcome everybody to page seven dark-sided. My name is Jackie Zabrowski. And I'm Kara Clank. And you may know us from other podcasts that we do. Yes. And one other podcast that we've done together for two years called Who's the Bitch? Yes.
Starting point is 00:00:29 Which was like an advice, an advice get to the bottom of who is a bitchy person in your life show. Show, yeah. We've morphed. We're morphing. Well, honestly, you know, just to let you know, it was originally supposed to be a live show, so things have changed. So we decided to also change. You know why? Because nobody puts baby in a corner and nobody tells Kara and Jackie when they need to stop talking. So here we are.
Starting point is 00:00:59 Here we are. On page seven dark-sided. And if you're wondering, I know that we've been like alluding to it a little bit on page seven. We talked a little bit about it on Who's the Bitch? But, you know, in our first episode, we just wanted to let you guys know what's going on over here. You know, because I have lived a whole podcast life on page 7 doing celebrity gossip and keeping it light, breezy. And making it so that it's not just talking about upsetting things. But here's a thing.
Starting point is 00:01:32 In this hour, loads, 2026. everything is upsetting. And I realized that there was so much more celebrity gossip that we couldn't even get anywhere close to on page seven because it's all upsetting out there. So we wanted to find a place where Kara and I could come together to talk real talk and to give out some hot takes.
Starting point is 00:01:57 And we are scared of that. Yeah, here we are. It's dark. Listen, the Today's Show started in 19, and they did not add the third hour till the year 2000. Okay, 48 years later, we are adding a third hour to page 7 way earlier. And this is where just like with Hoda and Kathy Lee or, but not, I don't, not the current host, just Hoda and Kathy Lee. Yes.
Starting point is 00:02:23 It gets a little bit loosey-goosey. It gets a little bit dark. And I love it. We're going to talk. I know we originally told the bitchlings this is going to be like more reality TV focus. Sure, it's going to have some reality TV. It's going to have celebrity gossip. It's going to have everything.
Starting point is 00:02:37 Oh, it's going to have it all. But it's also going to have, maybe not today's episode because we're just kicking it off. We're finding our dark-sided sea legs. Yes. But we are going to have, we will take listener voicemails and emails. We will do a little, a little, you know, bitchy, some little who's the bitch, like, who's the bitch corner, if you will. And we still want to be getting our advice at y'all because if you are curious,
Starting point is 00:03:02 we are still going to be doing live bitch-a-thon. So don't worry, you're going to get all of your information right here. And you can always hit us up. You can still hit us up at Who's the Bitch at gmail.com. But then also at the same time, you can hit us up at page 7 podcast at gmail.com. No matter what, we love hearing from you. But don't hit us up at the first one, Jackie said, because it's not our email address. It's who's the B-L-P-N at gmail.com?
Starting point is 00:03:28 Because Google does not like the B word. No, they don't. And a lot of other things don't either. but that's why we're moving right along and calling it page 7 dark-sighted inside. This podcast is dark-sighted. And for those of you that remember,
Starting point is 00:03:45 yes, it is in reference to the wife swap dark-sighted lady and I know some people out there you hear the word dark-sided and you were immediately thrust back into that time period but for other people I think it also just makes sense it's the darker side of page 7.
Starting point is 00:04:02 Yeah. We originally were like, it's like Wario page seven. Yes. Yeah. Evil twin page seven. A little bit louder. A little bit more obnoxious. Well, I don't know if that's true because Holden's not on this show.
Starting point is 00:04:16 So don't worry about that. Uh-oh, we're roasting. And it's good to be able to join our community in ways that maybe we say things that you might have something to say about it. But we're excited to hear from you guys. And thank you so much for joining us. and our new adventure. Yes, yes.
Starting point is 00:04:35 Now, I know that in our world of Dark Sided, I know that there's going to be a space where we get into Real Housewives talk because I think a lot of people out there wanted, they really, really want me to continue in the world of Real Housewives. Kara, you have watched, excuse me, you've watched all Real Housewives?
Starting point is 00:04:58 I have watched almost all of the Real Housewives, but like with OC, I used to dip in and out, but now they're too Republican for me, so I'm out. Okay. But like every other one I've watched, at least a few seasons of, and a lot of them I've watched almost all the seasons. Okay. So I, so Kara is my shepherd through the Real Housewives. So I'm going to, I want to keep bringing up.
Starting point is 00:05:23 The valley of Bravo. I'm your shepherd. Yes. Because I, you know, so many people are like, you haven't even finished New York yet. No, because there's no impotry. for me too. But now if I got Kara beaten down my door, I'm going to watch the show. New York is just like,
Starting point is 00:05:40 that's a historic document. You have to watch it. And especially because, and I'm sure we're going to be talking about this on the show as we go forward, what is it called? Like, 50 nifty bitches. Wait, what? The new Real Housewives of New York is going to be coming down the pipeline. I think it starts coming out in a month. It's like, Golden Oldies.
Starting point is 00:06:01 The one that's on E. Yes. The one that's on E. Yes. Yes. It's called, yeah, the golden life or something like that. I think it is the golden life. But you're still going to watch it even though it's on E?
Starting point is 00:06:12 Yeah. I mean, I got to figure out where to watch it because I cut the cord. I'm a cord cutter. Where do you watch E stuff? Does E stuff go to like Peacock? Where does it go? I think so. You find it.
Starting point is 00:06:24 It's Luan. It's Jill. It's Ramona Singer. It's Kelly Ben Simone. It's Sonia Morgan. I mean, it's lit. Actually, no. This is old information.
Starting point is 00:06:31 Jill was kicked off after she did something Maga, and I believe they replaced her with Durinda. Good, good. And thank God, honestly, we were screaming for Durinda. Yeah, Derinda Medley. I love her. But like I said, you don't have to worry. This is not going to be all reality conversation.
Starting point is 00:06:49 I just feel like inherently the world of reality is evil. I have been re not, I jumped back into speaking of evil. I completely swore. wore off 90-day fiance. Ooh. Like years ago because they just kept hiring convicts and just not doing any background checks. But here's a thing. Our Jack-in chat, I do jack-in with Holden McNeely every Fridays.
Starting point is 00:07:18 And our Jack-in-Chat was like, you got to get into this current season. And y'all, it's evil. It is, you know, it is, you know, one woman, she's speaking in time. and she knows that God sent her this Nigerian man that just can't seem to get here. You know, it's like there's this one guy named Shea and he's this big, big old boy that can't stop laying pipe on anything that moves. And I don't know why. I don't know how.
Starting point is 00:07:52 But now his new woman, oh, she don't like that. But it's really crazy the amount of people that get so much play. on like a 90-day fiancé. Yeah. You know? 90-day fiancé also just like seems like I just have a threshold of like how much mental illness I can watch on television shows sometimes. What?
Starting point is 00:08:13 I think that I'm almost hitting it with Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, by the way. And we... I'm almost hitting it. We are going to talk about it a little bit because I do... I feel evil in just, in and of itself, because I am consuming this new season. fast, but Taylor Frankie Paul, this is the problem with reality
Starting point is 00:08:36 and why it's inherently evil, because I'm going to watch every second of every of it, because this woman should not be on reality television. She needs to be... But one of her co-stars just said, I can no longer watch this and is leaving.
Starting point is 00:08:53 Michaela Matthews, one of the hosts, one of the stars of Secret Lives in War of Wormone's. Even though Michaela kind of have emerged. Like first season, she barely said anything. And then she was just like, I have a skin problem or I've been autoimmune flare up or whatever. And then she doesn't want to fuck her husband. Yes. But she's been very forthcoming about her trauma. She has a lot of like, you know,
Starting point is 00:09:15 essay trauma in her past and family abuse. And now she's adding in THC. And now, see, this is a thing. And I love Michaela. I love that she's adding it like, oh, I need another edible to get through this. And I was like, thank you. Yeah, she started taking THC to help her sleep because of her just all different traumas and things and things. Trauma. Trauma. Oh yeah. I know. She just announced a couple days ago she's out for now. I mean, she'll probably be back. Everybody that leaves mom talk is right back. They're going to be back. She says there's no amount of money worth going against my morals.
Starting point is 00:09:47 And I think you'd be hard pressed to find anybody over at 90 day that is saying there's no amount of money that's worth going against my morals. And yet, though, Michaela, you certainly did many seasons of this show so far and you know, that she was arrested already. You knew that she wasn't good. Yeah, I think she's just kind of like, I was willing to let her heal and get better, but now it's just she's not. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:13 Because I think that Taylor, Frankie Paul, there's something about her that is very, I've said this before on other podcasts, on our other podcasts too, I said, like, there's something about her, like if a video of hers comes across my Instagram, I watch it.
Starting point is 00:10:24 Like, there's just something magnetic about her. I know. But she is, ironically, I think somebody who is, not served well by being in the spotlight. She should just be the hottest girl in her small hometown. Yes. And that should be the level of her fame.
Starting point is 00:10:38 Unfortunately, taking her to a national, national stage has only made her sicker. And when the Bachelorette comes out, will I watch it? 100%. Of course. I feel, listen, this is bad. It's bad. But I gotta see her date all these guys. But now it's almost like, why do I even care about the Bachelorette?
Starting point is 00:10:57 Because now I've watched The Secret Lives. I know who she ends up with and I know that it does or doesn't last. And this is also part of it too because you know that she jumps right back into the arms of Dakota. But it is, it's just like, I can't stop watching it though because last season they brought in dad talk and I was like, I refuse to watch any more dad talk. And now, but now they got rid of the men. Thank you. Get them out of here. I don't want to look at any of them, especially Zach Affleck.
Starting point is 00:11:25 And I just, so they are listening and this is the problem because it. It makes me want to watch it even more. It makes you want to just jump right in. So I'm part of the problem. And you'll hear it here first, and you're probably going to hear it here last. Now, I did bring up the real housewives because, you know, we're going to jump into one of the harder stories
Starting point is 00:11:49 and for the first time, for me. And I'm talking about kill Kim Zolciak. Oh, God, one of the darkest things. You really want to kick off a show called Darksided. This is what we're doing with the darkest story. Yeah, I gave us 13 minutes to get into the show. Yeah, yeah, you get it. It was a ramp.
Starting point is 00:12:09 It's just like such a dark. It's like one of those stories where I started reading it and I go, I don't know. I could maybe just not. Yeah. But, okay, so essentially. Give us, give us. Okay, so this is a woman from the real housewives of Atlanta. So she's from the original, original real housewives of Atlanta.
Starting point is 00:12:27 OG. It's not on it anymore. But Housewives of Atlanta is almost always a predominantly African-American cast, and Kim is a white woman. Okay. And she's always been the only white woman on the show, and it was because she was good friends with Nini. I think, like, sort of Nini, queen of reality television, truly one of our legends. Nini, I think almost at the beginning, co-signed her and was like, oh, this is my best friend. Kim, we get along so well, blah, blah, blah.
Starting point is 00:12:54 Like, you know, I wear a wig, she wears a wig. And then, and then, you know, obviously their friendship dissipates and becomes like the source of many, many, you know, huge drag out brawls on that show. But on the show, Kim, when she starts out the show, she is dating a man named Big Papa. That is the only way he has ever described. He is her sugar daddy. How big we talking? He is married. We don't see him.
Starting point is 00:13:20 He is married and he pays for her life. Okay. So that's what we know about her when we first meet, Kim. Okay. So she's with Big Papa. Only in name, we never see Big Papa. That's not fair. There's parts of the show maybe where he pulls up in like a white escalator or whatever,
Starting point is 00:13:34 but he doesn't. You don't see him. I just, I need to see how big. Yeah. I don't know. Yeah. I don't know if it's his wallet. She's referring to it.
Starting point is 00:13:41 If it's his body, if it's his anatomy. He's just Big Papa. Sorry, Kim Zosciak is the one that did tardy for the party. Yes. Oh, wow. You're really putting it together now. Oh. So then she marries this guy through the course of the show.
Starting point is 00:13:55 She meets this guy. Croy Bierman, who is a football player. He's an NFL football player. Okay. I don't know how good he is, but he's an NFL football player, and he plays on various teams or whatever. He's still on a team, so I guess he's good enough. Not anymore, but he was, yes, at the time. And then they, she had two daughters from a previous relationship, Ariana and, oh my God, why am I going to.
Starting point is 00:14:17 Grande. No, Ariana and Briel Bierman. Okay. And so those are her two kids from, and I think Ariana Bierman is on, she's on the, she's on another reality show maybe called the city or next gen maybe. Oh, the one with the kids of them. A lot of them are on the kid ones or whatever.
Starting point is 00:14:34 Honestly, have you watched any of that? I have no desire to watch the kids of the house. I was like, give me them when they're in their 50s. I don't want them young. That's the thing. Some of us come to Bravo for women of a certain age. And that's like, I do not like it when Bravo has a 35 year old housewife or a 40 year old housewife. Like, I want them in their 50s or 60s or above.
Starting point is 00:14:55 Like, that's it. like I want it like you're truly your marriage is about to crumble and this is like you're jumping off point because you're about to find out the real you and that you were the star of the relationship the whole time honestly like a Bronwyn yeah Ronwin's really young she's a little young but she's good but she's good because there's drama yeah like she's old husband now that's what I'm talking about also for some reason it's all like I allow the ages to be younger but like if there's a bunch of women that are all in their 50s and 60s and then they bring in a 30 year old woman and then the other women hate her. It's like, yes, she's 25 years younger than them. Like, it doesn't make
Starting point is 00:15:29 sense to me. And they started doing that with like Tinsley Mortimer and the, the pop of color girl on New York and stuff. So anyway, but we will get to more of this right after we hear from our sponsor. Okay, we're back. So essentially, just to give you the quick history, she marries Croy Berman. Okay. And they have four children together. Okay. They have Croy Bierman Jr., KJ. They have cash. and they are one year apart from each other. And then a year later, they have Kaya and Kane twins. So they got four kids that are like two, three and under.
Starting point is 00:16:07 All Kays. Yeah, all case. Okay. Man, that is all, it's always. I mean, Kim's a cheeseball. Like, this makes actually perfect sense. And in my mind, like, she starts this show, Don't Be Tarty for the party.
Starting point is 00:16:20 I, of course, watch every second of that, which is based on a single that she released. and she has a famously horrendous singing voice and I really like was like oh her and Croix seemed like a great couple like they really found love and and like he you know so you were happy for her. I was like into their family
Starting point is 00:16:37 and also she had like a bad relationship with her parents like growing up and I was like okay so now it was a good for her at the time where I was like okay she's creating a family that she's always wanted and like they had a funny nanny on the show that I liked and like the kids all were like crazy and
Starting point is 00:16:53 I just liked, and I like, like, the Croy, the husband, like, immediately took in her two daughters as, as his own. But you're like, you're watching. So, so Kim Zolciak has then six children altogether. And then you're watching. So you watch these kids like be born. Like, you watch the whole. I watch them all like come into the world. I've seen these kids like their whole lives. Which is what makes this story I feel even crazier. Yeah. So then shit obviously goes south for them. You can't ride the. the reality wave forever, unless you're Luandala steps, I guess. I mean, like, just some people can't. Well, she's a DJ now. I mean, Kara. She's a singer, though.
Starting point is 00:17:34 A cabaret star. She's a cabaret star. So eventually, Kim and Croix start having this wild breakup where they keep breaking up, getting back together. Their cars are getting repossessed. The house is getting, you know, foreclosed on. They're, like, they're missing all their money. Like, everything seems like crazy, right?
Starting point is 00:17:52 So then I haven't really heard much about them for a little while. And then... And then... These stories start coming out about their oldest... Croix Jr. K.J. Maybe his problem is that his name is Croix Jr. And maybe that, like, put him in life in the slow lane. I don't know because I will say he has just been released on a, I think, $200,000 bond on seven.
Starting point is 00:18:22 felony charges of sexual assault. And he's 15 years old. Yeah. Now, this is coming out. This is, these charges are being held against him about an experience that may have happened with a 14-year-old girl in a gym. There are multiple counts from what, I know he's a child, from what this sick little shit.
Starting point is 00:18:52 did to another person because this is not only, this is not the only time this 15 year old has done this because on his phone, there's also video proof apparently of him having sexual relations with a relative of his that was also a minor. Under the age of 12, not even just minor, under the age of 12, a child. So. And looking at the pictures of this kid and I know we like if it was just,
Starting point is 00:19:28 are your average 15 year old, I wouldn't say this. But this kid, get him away. Put him away. Put him somewhere else. I know. It's like I like watch this girl. I remember being like, oh, these kids are going to be nightmares. Like these kids are going to be nightmares. I mean, they were nightmares on the show. Like they were always like banging things and Kim and Kim was like, oh my God, aren't they so cute? And then I mean, she would like, but then you felt like, Troy, the football player, you almost felt like he was the voice of reason. You sort of felt like, well, the mom is nuts, but the dad is going to be okay and make sure these kids are okay.
Starting point is 00:20:00 Like, the boys would definitely do whatever the hell they wanted, but they were little kids. I haven't seen hide nor hair of any of these little kids as they were like five or six. So it's like, I can't like, you know, and so I really haven't watched them on television for like, yeah, I would say don't be tardy for the party I was watching when I first moved to L.A. about 10 years ago. 9 or 10 years ago. Okay. So it's been that long.
Starting point is 00:20:19 So it's been that long. And then after the don't be tardy for the party, that went on for a couple seasons. But then like after that sort of dissipates, you know, they're accustomed to a certain lifestyle. They're not getting it. They're having this horribly messy divorce that the kids are all in the middle of.
Starting point is 00:20:32 I'm not making excuses for this child. But is anybody like parenting him? It's like, but he needs like serious therapeutic help. He's like obviously not even just a one-time thing. And I just feel like, Like, I, you know, I think that I am going to bring up the movie. We need to talk about Kevin probably a lot on the show. Okay. Do you mean the movie that me and Jared went on one of our first dates to?
Starting point is 00:21:01 Oh, my God. Oh, yeah, boink, boing, boy, boy, yeah. Wow, how sexual. Yeah, we went to one of our first dates to we need to talk about Kevin. And we stepped out of the theater together afterwards. We were like, okay. For those that are unaware, TLDR, Tilda Swinton, and John C. Riley have, I mean, also ended up making sense for Ezra Miller.
Starting point is 00:21:25 Ezra Miller played the kid and the kid, he was no good. And I remember specifically watching that movie and always being like, I don't, because there's one part where the kid, he's jerking off, and then the mom walks in, and you'd expect, you know, a son to probably put it away. And instead, he just stares at her and just keeps going. And so it's like, and that's not even the creepiest part of the movie. Yeah. I just, what do you do with a child like this?
Starting point is 00:22:02 We need to talk about Kevin where like Tilda Swinton, by all accounts in that movie is like trying her best and doing the best she can. And poor John C. Riley is just not seeing it. Yeah. And they're just kind of like, yeah, they're missing it or they're kind of like, well, he'll grow out of it, blah, blah, blah. This to me is a little bit different. Like I think that what we're seeing with this kid, like,
Starting point is 00:22:19 I don't know that he's necessarily a psycho from birth, which is what, you know, there's a lot of, there's a lot of literature out there about psychopath, sociopath at birth, and there's tests you can take. But like, it's still hard to determine that because it's very hard to separate nature versus nurture. There's people that have grown up saying, I'm a psychopath. I pass all the criteria on the test for psychopath. But because I grew up in a loving home and I never really had any triggers, I've never murdered anything or one. Right. You know, like, so I, so I'm okay.
Starting point is 00:22:49 like I can live my life as a psychopath. But I don't think this one, this kid, if he had any, like, propensity towards, you know, aberent behavior, it was definitely exacerbated by his mom and dad being these crazy reality stars and being, like, in this massive, messy divorce that's been going on for years, by the way.
Starting point is 00:23:12 Like this, I thought they were already divorced. When the story came out, I was like, oh, wow, I wonder, like, which one of them has custody. They're still getting divorced. still in the midst of it. Whoa. Yes. And it's just, I feel like more details keep coming out.
Starting point is 00:23:27 And part of me, even though it is the like the sicko side of me, like I just keep, I'm just like, what else did he do? What did he do? And I just, I know that I don't have children. And I just can't imagine looking at something that I created. just not feeling like you're actually evil and I'd like to do away with you and you just can't.
Starting point is 00:23:57 You can't just, you know, I feel like I wish I could like, you know, like I wish I could exercise it out of them. You know, like I wish there was a way to get the demon out. And I know that this is not the way. I just can't. I'm confused in this story on the timeline.
Starting point is 00:24:12 Like is the thing you did to the girl at school before? No. That's the most current thing. That's the most current thing. They have found in the past. They found the video. Oh my God. And like, can you imagine like the family and you think it's like a family member and like it's so.
Starting point is 00:24:28 That's what I'm talking about. Kara. How do you continue to have that 15 year old in your home? I don't know. Where there are other and there are other kids. And there's a little sister. And like you hear about the duggers. You know, the little sister could be the one on the video, I guess.
Starting point is 00:24:43 We don't know. It could be because we don't know. And I'm glad because those are not the. details that I'm looking for. I don't need that. You know, it's just something has to be done for this person, like this young man. He needs to be like, but what? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:25:02 Do you chemically gastrate him? Is there a way to like, what do you do? Not at 15. I don't think they would do that at 15, but I don't know at 18. I don't know. This is really kind of one of the most dark. I see no. bright side out of this.
Starting point is 00:25:19 Like, I don't know. Like, I don't, you know. Welcome to page seven, dark side. It's just really, really. I mean, like, you know, I have a Law and Order SVU podcast. I'm reading crazy stories about this every single week. But this is just like so fucked because it's also just somebody who like, who's to say that this kid would have not had a totally different life if he just was never exposed to
Starting point is 00:25:40 being on television or being part of this like pseudo famous family or whatever. Maybe he was tardy for the party, but the party has. Party for the party that is personal development. Yeah. Normal personal development. But he's very late for that party. But anyway, I will be, I mean, worse. He's probably only going to go get juvenile.
Starting point is 00:26:02 He's 15. Yeah. Oh, my gosh. This is the thing because we're living in an upset, like, hill over here. And we about to roll down it because Kara and I this week, we did watch death of a pastor. Oh my God. And it was like the number one on Netflix and everybody was talking about it. And so I was like, I got to watch it.
Starting point is 00:26:24 Sure, sure. Here's the thing that's like so weird to me about these documentaries now. Because you watch a lot of these kind of true crime. I watch a bunch of true crimes. I wouldn't say I watch every single thing the minute it comes out. Like normally I wait for something to be told to me like, oh, this one's good. Because there is a lot of slop out there. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:26:43 There's a lot of slop. The weird thing, and I will say, just a quick shot. Shout out, ref. There is a H, there's an HBO docu series out that's going week to week. It's not a dump. It's going new episodes every Thursday. What is it? That's called a killer story. A killer story? It's, I've only seen the first one. It's so freaking interesting. It's giving me like serial vibes, or it's giving me S-town vibes, like just like the people that are involved are interesting. The reporter who got, who caught the story first is interesting. Like everybody, I'm like, what is this case and where is this going to go? It's really, really interesting. And there's all kinds of themes
Starting point is 00:27:22 of like parental alienation and all these different things that are involved. And I'm really into this one. So that's just a wreck. Okay. So I will watch the ones that people say are good. Have you watched like the Netflix one American murder, the family next door, like where the guy murdered his wife and kids? But then he like calls the cops and goes, I can't find them. And everything is like ring cams, cell phone messages, video. This thing, this one with the pastor's wife is so spooky because we just have so much fucking footage of people. We have so much footage.
Starting point is 00:27:56 And there's so many people that knew what was going on. It really is. And can we, and I am going to make fun of this pastor murderer because he had the most annoying. Oh, he had a really bad cry. a really bad cry voice. The sound he made when he cried, I was like, I'm going to murder you.
Starting point is 00:28:22 I'm going to throw you off the side of a mountain, okay? Because the sounds that man made were inhuman, just like the acts that he was committing. It is, I, you know, I'm not going to say that I inherently usually don't trust a pastor. I feel like it is one of those things that it is, and that is especially a priest. I know that those things are not the same thing,
Starting point is 00:28:49 but as someone that grew up Catholic, I think that it's just something that has put into you of like, whatever it is that you're about, I don't want nothing to do with it. And I felt like this show, because while I also don't watch a lot of them, and everyone's like, oh, you got to watch death of a pastor's wife. And it was good.
Starting point is 00:29:08 But also it's just like, yeah, I could have told you that guy was evil. Look at that guy. Yeah. I think it's like, again, people are very intrigued by like the old ways we used to watch docs of true crime is we'd go, oh, I wonder what that lady was thinking when this was all going on. Do we need that now? No, because she's got a thought where she's talking directly to camera and they, they clean it up so much that it literally looks like she's speaking directly to you. It looks like she made the video yesterday. Also, she did only die like two years ago.
Starting point is 00:29:38 It's such a recent thing. It's a new one. They made a talk about it like a licking. split and then she's like she's like you know she's explaining her feelings her complicated feelings about god but also marriage and feeling disappointed and so also this this doc gives it's like throw another piece of evidence on the pile of four you lose them like you found them or whatever yeah this these people met when they were both married to other people yes and he's the pastor yes so then they get divorced they both get divorced and it's a huge public divorce and that's hugely
Starting point is 00:30:11 crazy in their religion and then they get together but then they're so beautiful and young and like cool and everybody loves them that everybody sort of over time looks past that. He's sitting on the back of the chair he's been like, hey God, you know, he's definitely one of those
Starting point is 00:30:24 until they hear him cry. And then they're like, shut that pastor up. But then it quickly, this is spoilers but the show's been out for like over a month, I think. So sorry if you're getting spoiled. The thing is, is that this guy is like a full, like, I don't want to kink shame anyone, but his kink was humiliating his wife,
Starting point is 00:30:46 like in a way that she did not like. Here's the thing, you can kink shame that way of doing it because you can have a humiliation kink all you want. As long as both people are consenting, the issue and why we are shaming this person is it was one-sided. And it was, it was not consensual. You would have literally been able to bring in
Starting point is 00:31:06 other consensual, sexually free people into the relationship. But instead, this man would hire on how, people to do unspeakable things to his wife, to humiliate her. Yep. And it, that was the part where I was like, okay, well, there's a twist. Yeah. Like, I was like, that's, you know.
Starting point is 00:31:25 Finishing on her, like getting a homeless dude, finish on your wife. Getting a homeless guy to just honk her boobs, like, just stuff that's stupid, too. Like, and then, and then, like, just, oh, saying things, I'm going to go ahead and say, if your pastor husband goes up to the pulpit and says, A man never wants to be rejected more than once. His heart gets hard. I'm going to say I'm going to leave that guy.
Starting point is 00:31:53 I know. It's like kind of hard to even get on board with like any of it because the entire basis of it is like make your husband happy. Make your husband happy. And honor him and blah, blah, blah. And then she was like, hey, would it be okay if you stopped hiring on house people to jerk off on me? Would that be okay? Could you honor me? And, like, there were times where she asked him a few times, like, you got to do all these things where I'm leaving.
Starting point is 00:32:16 And he would, like, do them for a minute and then be done. But, of course, that's what abusers do. Yeah. You know, it's ways to keep someone on the hook. It's ways. And, like, this poor woman felt, even though she's doing these vlogs, and she's, and she's, she is reaching out to people. But she felt trapped because he is a man of power in her small community. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:37 And it's just people look up to the pastor. It's not even like, yeah, it's like his power, but I think it's also their image together because she loves the church so much and she loves singing with people and she's got a great voice. And God came out through votes. There's so much footage of her singing
Starting point is 00:32:51 and they change the words to real songs. They change the words to all these songs to be like, you know, I can't really improvise one right now, but, you know, it's like just really, really. All we are saying is give God a chance. Yeah. A chance. Yeah, I feel like there's a lot of that.
Starting point is 00:33:12 And they're like, like, you can tell they're just like rocking out. And like the guys that are playing music are like, this song rocks, except we changed the parts to have Jesus's name. Were you ever, did you ever go to? I used to go to like youth group. Did you ever do any of that? Well, I did like, not really. I know Foley because you, I know that you were Jewish.
Starting point is 00:33:32 I did like a Jewish, like, I feel like I did like some kind of little Jewish youth group thing at my temple for two seconds and was like, this isn't for me. but then I would get looped into wildlife, which is the younger version of young life. It's like for middle school. Like young life, I think is high school. And then wildlife, it's Christian. But it was at my school.
Starting point is 00:33:52 You just show up at school. It was at our school. It was like they obviously rented out our school after hours. And it would be in the like cafeteria and we would do dizzy lizzie contest with the bat where you spin around. We'd do chubby bunny. It was like, crap we do at my summer camp.
Starting point is 00:34:04 Okay. And then at the end they would sit us down and read gospel. And I would be like, oh, I got to get out. I remember sneaking out of the room and calling my mom on the pay phone and going, you need to come pick me up like this isn't what I thought it was. Because my friends just told me it's so fun, you got to come. No one told me it had anything to do with Jesus. Well, you don't have to worry about hearing anything about Jesus when we take this pause
Starting point is 00:34:26 to hear from our ad sponsors. Because I make sure there's no Jesus in them. And I make sure that, guys, and that's how I protect us here on page seven. You know, because we can't. I can't all be out here because I'll throw it out there. Usually religious things. I'm not big person to do ads for. Another thing that I am vehemently against is online gambling ads.
Starting point is 00:34:52 Now, I know who's not vehemently against them. That would be Sidney. So I saved this story to talk with you, Kara, on page seven darksided. Because, you know, if you listen to Who's the Bitch, you saw and heard that Kara and I were trying to be 26% more of a bitch. But I feel like it's stories like this that help get more, like more of the bitchiness out of us, you know? I think that it's good to be able to talk about these things.
Starting point is 00:35:25 I feel like Sidney Sweeney is trying to be like our first rage bait movie star or something. Everything she does is just feels like it's to rage bait people on purpose. It's just that it's so, what makes me so upset is that it's perfect. PR. It really is. Like this is so for it's she's currently doing a modeling campaign for
Starting point is 00:35:47 Novig which is an online gambling site and I'm not here to judge y'all if you spend your money on online gambling. I am here to judge anyone that is losing their minds over Sidney's Sweeney being naked with some balls
Starting point is 00:36:03 and I'm not talking about she added the balls testicle wise honestly I love that Please, no. The whole thing with Novig is that it's just sports. So she did a whole adline of, it's just sports. And what does that mean? She's nude and she's holding like a basketball over her nipple.
Starting point is 00:36:24 Now, the issue, of course, big problems is how many female athletes that have come out that have said, hey, we've really tried for many generations to not have people only. talk about our bodies when we're athletes, when we are here because we're skilled, we're here for many other reasons. And while Sidney-Sweeney is not pretending to be an athlete, so of course she can be like, nah-da-ha-ha-ma-me, I'm just with Scooter Braun.
Starting point is 00:36:58 It's just, it's so, it just reeks. It reeks of perfect PR, is what it does, because here we are talking about it. And every time she does want to think, like with Searn, which is Siren, her lingerie ad. She's like, I make like the bras for every person. No, you fucking don't. There's no extended sizes for your line.
Starting point is 00:37:23 You're making, you're just making stuff for other people that look just like you, which that's fine. But don't pretend to be anything else. And Sidney, I hate that all of this is working for you. It makes me absolutely. furious because every single thing she does we all talk about. Yeah. It's brilliant. And it makes me want to never see her face ever again. Like I don't want to see
Starting point is 00:37:59 like even I know housemaid was supposed to be really good. I didn't even want to see it. And people are like, but she's good in it. I hate to say it is making me less interested in her in her work. Like yeah. Just also, I mean, immediately how she She acted after the American Eagle campaign where she did that interview where she was like, it's just genes. It's just like you, are you not? Are you truly that dumb?
Starting point is 00:38:21 Or are you, because like, even if you're like, I don't really think that this campaign really is saying what you guys think it's saying, then I, but I think you need to acknowledge, I could see how some people thought that, but like here's where I'm coming from,
Starting point is 00:38:32 blah, blah, blah. Instead, she just goes, I don't know, guys. I don't know. Is it these? Like, you know, she's just like tits out and I don't know. But, you know, I want everyone to be tits. out if they want to be tits out. Because that's the thing. My issue with her when people are like,
Starting point is 00:38:47 how dare you say anything against the female? I don't, she looks great. That's not the issue. It's not like, I'm not talking. You haven't heard me say that bitch is too ugly to be doing it. It's like, I'm not, that's not what we're saying. It's just, this is the kind of thing that is playing towards the youth and especially with the epidemic of, I feel like a lot of like young males. And I want to give shoutouts to those out there like you, Kara, that are like raising good males or and like, and I, you know, doing my best. I'm looking at you, babe. You know, I know, I know that you guys are out there. It is just so scary when you watch like the, um, The Manosphere.
Starting point is 00:39:37 Did you watch the Manosphere documentary? I haven't watched it, but I want to watch it. I'm like scared to watch it, honestly. I listened to a daily episode about the Tate brothers recently, and that just got me so creeped that I was like, I don't know, the Manosphere Doc might be too much. But, you know, now I'm hosting this, so I got to start watching what I want to, what I don't want to watch.
Starting point is 00:39:55 Getting into these kinds of things, and I feel like the kind of Sydney-Sweeney ad, this isn't, like, that ad is to rage bait millennials, for sure, but it's also for young men. It is to get younger, I mean, right? I'm assuming, and, you know, we understand, if you watch the Manosphere documentary,
Starting point is 00:40:17 you understand that like it is becoming a really big problem because of the, like, of the amount of people that, like, young men follow that are essentially being, like going back in time with their sensibilities of how, especially they treat and talk about women. Well, let me ask a question because what is people's issue
Starting point is 00:40:41 with this specifically? Is it that because it's gambling which can go on to ruin many people's lives? That? Because like, so does alcohol. Sure. And we don't care when like a celebrity woman is like drinking out of a like a gray goose bottle or something, right? I'm just wondering like where is it's, is it the nudity? Is it like what is bothering people about this? I think what's bothering people about this. People are like,
Starting point is 00:41:04 It's vulgar, it's inappropriate, and I'm kind of like, you know, I'm like a pro-nudity person. I think it's one of the things, too, where if you're going to do something about sports, and you want to have badass women looking fucking badass and doing their thing and trying to, like, use that kind of PR, you'd bring in female athletes. Yeah. She's not one. She has nothing to do with sports. And especially when the whole thing is, it's just sports, which, then why are you here? because again
Starting point is 00:41:34 it's right it's like it's brilliant PR and I think that a lot of people are like why are you here this is just you being nude on here this is so like it's just reeking of we just got to get the young we just got it young and old horny
Starting point is 00:41:49 men to give their money to this gambling site they're simply not going to pay attention if it's like Caitlin Clark they're not going to pay attention so they're obviously going to use somebody So I think what's making people annoyed about the ad is that we're kind of going back to the days of like the Carl's Jr. Burger with Paris Hilton or whoever like, like we used to be like, oh my God, can you believe those commercials we're on where we sexualized women constantly all the time? And I think what is making people annoyed is that Sydney Sweeney's like, I have no problem with that. Sign me up over and over again. That is what. And it's also like in in again, 2026 when you could when you have that kind of platform, you could do almost anything with it. You know, we think about like we just.
Starting point is 00:42:31 lost Dolly Parton. Think about her platform and how much she did to help people in so many different ways that so many people didn't even know about. Yeah. You know? I love her. It's going, I think it's also it's another example of going further away from the people like that
Starting point is 00:42:51 who we used to support. Uh-huh. You know? And I think it's like Sidney-Sweeney, for me at least, gets wrapped up in the idea of she's everything that I dislike about what is currently happening in the world of celebrities in the world of,
Starting point is 00:43:12 of ad spaces. She's like Maga Barbie. And the other thing is, is like, you know, I think you and I stand on the liberal side pretty firmly and she... Oh, you can hear that here. Yeah, you hear a big seven-dard side of...
Starting point is 00:43:26 She, most liberals... Surprise. Most liberals will apologize for something. And she never apologizes. She never apologizes and goes, I'm sorry that you thought my ad was like a dog whistle for the Aryan nation people. Like, I'm sorry that you thought
Starting point is 00:43:42 that me holding a couple footballs naked was annoying. Like, I'm sorry. She just isn't going to give it to us. Which, you know, she does, I will say she doesn't. She doesn't have to. She doesn't have to. But I don't like her. That's exactly it.
Starting point is 00:43:56 And that's fine. Exactly. She doesn't have. used to. When she was on Handmaid's Tale, when she was on all these things, I was like, she's very talented. And now I'm like, like, the choices you've made, the choices you've made outside of being an actress have made it so that I'm not going to enjoy your work as an actress. Exactly. I'm going to put you in my Tom Cruise file. I don't go see his movies. Really? Uh-uh. Not going to go see Digger. No, what is that? No. It's the new one that he's doing, like,
Starting point is 00:44:21 uh, like, this is the, see, this is my always my problem with Tom Cruise, is that when he makes a fun, weird choice, he leans in. So Digger does seem like fun and very weird. And this is the first time he's done something like that in a minute. I'll let people tell me that I have to see it. I know. But I don't normally go and spend money on his movies. I understand.
Starting point is 00:44:45 Like, and that's, you know, but you know who else is sexualizing, uh, sexualizing things that don't need to be sexualized? SeaWorld. Wow. Okay, guys. Thank you. Thank you, Kara. That perfect transition.
Starting point is 00:44:59 Segway, baby. It is, and you know, some people might be like, why is this on dark side? It was just because I didn't get to it on page seven and I'm excited to bring it up. I think it's dark as hell. You're right. You're also right.
Starting point is 00:45:12 It's dark as hell. SeaWorld, clearly, because of their history of mistreating animals, is like, we need to make some cash, and we need to make it fast. We got to get somebody in here. And it's Halloween. What do people love?
Starting point is 00:45:25 Scares, haunted houses. and thrills and chills. And, uh, smart. Yeah, you were wondering, is SeaWorld, is the Hallow scream going to have a romantic see scare zone? You'd be 100% correct. And I think that's very weird.
Starting point is 00:45:45 Now, wait, go and go say what, what is the Hollow Scream? I don't even know what this is until you told me. So Howlose Scream is, it's like a Halloween horror nights, you know. But at SeaWorld. But at SeaWorld. know how here they have the zoo boom? Is there only a sea world in San Diego or are there multiple sea worlds across the country? No, sea world in Orlando. This is the one. Oh, Orlando and there's another one in San Diego. Okay, got it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And obviously it's got
Starting point is 00:46:08 to be in warm places. I don't know if those are the only two. Let us know. Let us know if there's more. This makes a lot more sense that they're trying to attract the people of Florida. But go on. Right. And also to attract because especially, again, I see where their PR brains were at because they were like, okay, everybody loves romanticcy, okay, scary stuff, well, that brings in boys, so we need to bring them girls. Hallow scream is also like the doing too much. Like, it's like a play on Halloween,
Starting point is 00:46:35 and it's like, instead of like Howlohen, it's like Howlose Scream, it's just doing too much. But it's also Howl, H-O-S-S-E-R-E-R-E-R-E-K-E-E-E-K-M. We got it. It's too much. So they are doing some acat-tart-tart. Like, they can't use any of the, real stuff because it's all licensed and they're Seaworld and they don't have the money,
Starting point is 00:46:58 I guess, anymore. So it's all just general romantasy. But even in their like PR, like on their website, it says toxic obsession, masked men and the most twisted love stories. I just feel like those are not the ones I want hunting me at howlostream. Because at the end of it, like even if it's in enemies to lovers, you don't get the fuck side of it. You don't have any of that because you're still at sea world. So at first I was like, oh, is it filled with the world of the mirror? You know, it's like, are these mur people? Is this going to be?
Starting point is 00:47:36 No. It's not. I was like, okay, did they make it scary and something? No, it's just like just a money grab for like the women to be like maybe the people that are coming to this probably like scary smut and maybe we'll just like, it's called just one more chapter. One more chapter. I'm obsessed with the idea that there's like masked men, toxic obsession, all this stuff.
Starting point is 00:47:56 And then in the background, you hear like, agagagga, aga, aga, aga. Like a little dolphin, like having a little boner or whatever. I, and especially the masked men are just coming at you in your, which is like, not really what you go to romanticcy for. It's not, I mean, everybody's got a romanticcy for them. I just, I'm very, very surprised at the choice of doing this. It feels like it's akin. I don't know if you've been hearing about Halloween horror nights. So this year they have a bunch of Nickies running around because of obsession.
Starting point is 00:48:29 Oh, I heard. I heard. So they have the Nicky's in the park. People don't like it. Why? It's because it's women covered in blood that are coming up screaming at you and your boyfriend. Like she's pretending like she's got one wish willow with like whatever man you're with. And so then she like flips us like, I don't want that.
Starting point is 00:48:49 No, I'm okay. I'm good with that. It's so funny because even the like the zombie masked men, they have, they're like, they have books. They're just zombies, but with books. Hello Scream, it's a bit of a stretch for me, dog. I think that is so, duh. It's like C-World. There's, like, one activation away from, like, closing.
Starting point is 00:49:16 I do like the, and forgive me if this is not the intimation. but in my brain, the intimation of naming it just one more chapter is the scariest part of all of this is just the fact that women read. I think it's like that's what we have to keep close to the chest. I can't go to bed yet. I'm just, I'm like, I just see one more chapter. And they're like, and all men are just like, oh, we got to put those back to hell, you know? That is so freaking crazy to me. And also, SeaWorld, just go.
Starting point is 00:49:49 You know, you gotta go. I think, right? I'm pretty sure, I guess I'd have to talk to Ed about these things, but I'm pretty sure SeaWorld hasn't like reinvented their, their ethics when it comes to, I'm assuming, I don't know. I don't know. Since Blackfish. Right?
Starting point is 00:50:09 Yeah, I don't know. And I've never been to a SeaWorld, no interest. I have been when I was young, but I also, I never, even when I was young, I remember not liking that the whales were in such a small space. And even being young, it may be upset that the whales were in a small space. But would that upset you if you were getting like sort of horny by a man chasing you? Ooh, just one more chapter. Makes me forget all about the orca.
Starting point is 00:50:36 Yeah, coming out my blowhole. I guess maybe it has something to do with blowholes that makes romantic sea scary. Like is that what it's just like a oh and sea world? I think it's kind of like the way. way that like, you know, you and Jeff, like, when I first met Jeff, he was at drag con. You know, like, it's like the way that they're like, oh, people that like drag also like horror a lot of the time. And they're like, oh, people that like horror also like romanticcy, throw it on the truck. Like, you know, let's go. Yes. And, you know, I would be interested
Starting point is 00:51:08 to see the financials if the cash grab worked for them. Now, I was over here too busy talking, and I forgot that I wanted to do a dark list. Who's? on the list. It's dark. Gotta have a list. Celebrities who faced intense backlash for controversial moments. Now, because this is all about cancel culture. Now, the first one was about...
Starting point is 00:51:33 Is this coming up in the wake of the Jasmine Crockett? Chris Brown? Surprisingly not. But, God, we didn't even get into Jasmine Crockett giving a congressional medal of honor to Chris Brown and Usher. I mean, has Usher done anything wrong? I don't think so, but Usher is on tour with Chris Brown.
Starting point is 00:51:54 And in my brain, I don't like this. I think you're giving him a platform he doesn't deserve. First up on this list, no matter what it is, I agree with it. Ellen, you're evil. You deserve the backlash, Ellen. I'm not even going into it. Not only were you horrible to your staff members, you also really is crazy. I never watched Ellen, but she really terrorized a lot of people that
Starting point is 00:52:18 came on as guest host because she liked to, like, scare and surprise them. But, like, now knowing so much more about her practices, really just, it's a no for me, dog. That's a no for me, dog. But how do you feel, how do you feel about Chrissy Tegan? Technically, the last name is pronounced Tygin, but everybody says Tegan. Huh. I have only just learned of her sort of, like, bullying ways. I will say back in the days of y'or when I was on ye old Twitter.
Starting point is 00:52:52 Yes. I think I enjoyed her tweets here and there. Because I'd never seen a supermodel be funny. And so I was like, oh, interesting. And then like her little cute family with John Legend and then she was like very open about losing a child. And I thought that was very. But like, obviously don't, you know. She faced immense backlash in 2021 after tweets from 2011.
Starting point is 00:53:13 So this is 2011 of her bullying TV personality, Courtney's, uh, Stodin on social media. She'd allegedly sent Stodden messages on X, urging them to take their own life. At the time, Stodden was 16 years old and became known after getting married to actor Doug Hutchinson, who was 50 years old at the time of their wedding. In light of the backlash, Tegan felt ashamed and completely embarrassed by her actions and apologized to Stadden. Stadden, who came out as non-binary in 2021, accepted the apology, but believed it was just to save her brand an image in her apology, Tegan said, I've apologized publicly to one person,
Starting point is 00:53:49 but there are others and more than just a few who I need to say I'm sorry to. I remember the Courtney Stod and stuff. Like they were a punchline everywhere. That was like every single person, but then to privately DM someone and encourage, you know, life-taking is, there's never, ever an excuse for it.
Starting point is 00:54:08 I wouldn't say that to even like the most racist, horrible person. I would not write them a message like that. That's just like not me. But has she shown screenshots of that? I believe so. Like there was a lot. And so because if she did, if she did that, that's terrible.
Starting point is 00:54:26 Chrissyigan is 40. And so that was in 2011. So it was like 15 years ago. It was 15 years ago and everybody was making this. And it's like in when we look back on it, the way that people treated Courtney Stodden at that time was absolutely. The warrant. Yeah. But like their parents released.
Starting point is 00:54:44 them into this relationship. They were going on talk shows. They were going on stuff being like we're happy. We're so happy together that I think everyone was like, okay, then do we have license to just make fun of you too? Even though they are, they were a 16 year old girl. Yes. It's like bizarre. It's, and like
Starting point is 00:55:00 so it's like, it's things like this on this list, which I think it is good to talk about, you know, someone that has apologized and how do you feel? But then next up on the list, which I'm, I'm out the gate. I'm saying, I've forgiven her. It's crazy that anyone would still bring up the Winona Ryder stealing the designer merchandise.
Starting point is 00:55:18 Come on. She didn't do it from a mom and pop. She wasn't licking donuts. I even say licking, I dare say licking donuts at, Ariana Licking the donuts at the small mom and pop donut store. Makes me more upset than Winona Ryder stealing $5,000 worth of designer clothes. I don't care. Winona Ryder fine by me.
Starting point is 00:55:38 I think she's beautiful. I forgive her and I think it's fine. Yes. And I am Jackie Sack. I honestly forgive everybody's shoplifting. Everybody, if you're out there watching this and you've shoplifted, I absolved you. I simply barely care about shoplifting. You've been dark-sided absolved.
Starting point is 00:55:55 I used to shoplift like a mother. What was your favorite thing to shoplift? Oh, I would just shoplift a little sweater from the gap. Just like here and there. Where did you put it? Backpack. In a bag that I brought. I would bring in a shopping bag.
Starting point is 00:56:09 I would have like a shopping bag from another store. It was always because all of my friends, when they would steal clothes, I'm never stolen ever. And they would steal. But I'm not saying this as like a good for me. I say it because it's sad and pathetic because I just was like, I'm just going to get caught. Like I just have the face of someone just being like,
Starting point is 00:56:27 oh, me, me. That's the thing. I kind of learned when I used to shoplift that like the confidence was 100% of it. Yes. I would walk out, walk into the store. I would pick a bunch of things up, fold them back. People thought I worked there because I did work in retail. And then I would just walk out with like a little $30 sweater or something.
Starting point is 00:56:43 in my bag. I know it's not good. It's not good. I don't shoplift anymore. No. Like I would, I would, and I would just walk out confidently like, you know, bye. After checking and make sure it didn't have a security thing. Oh, you got to check that. Honestly, we were just talking about this last night because Jeff used to work at the circle, he used to work at Circle K for three years when he was young. And he would talk about like the way, I was like, did people steal all the time? He's like, oh yeah, they call it beer run. And I was like, they just would run out of the store. He's like, Oh, yeah. Happened almost every day.
Starting point is 00:57:13 And I was like, that's crazy. And, like, apparently they would always tell them, don't run after anybody that's stolen anything. Because if you did and you got hurt like his friend did, you have no recourse. And isn't that crazy? Well, like, at the big box stores, they tell you don't even approach people that you could be walking out
Starting point is 00:57:32 with the flat screen. I don't think they can stop you. But then would James Corden stop them? Do you remember him treating the staff at Balthazar? I remember hearing about that because the press actually called my husband when that happened. What? Because Jared worked on that show. Oh, because I thought he was, because he's the creator of egg yolk omelets.
Starting point is 00:57:51 Jared is the, Jared is Balthazar. That is, he is the man behind Balthasar. Why didn't you tell me before? He just, like, worked at the show. I'm sure they just Googled a bunch of people that used to, like, work on the show. And they hit him up on Instagram. And they were like, well, you talked to us about this. And he was like, he never even responded.
Starting point is 00:58:08 Yeah. Yeah. But I do recall of this. because of that. And I specifically remember the James Corden. This is when he was yelling at the, in a New York, in the New York restaurant, because he received an incorrectly prepared omelet. Now, here's the thing. And I still feel the clinchman of this story is the fact that his wife asked for an egg yolk omelet. Right? She said egg yolk omelet. And he said that he could tell that there was an egg white in it.
Starting point is 00:58:41 How? Who asked for an egg yolk omelet? You usually go whites only, right? You say egg whites, right? I've heard of an egg white omelet. Or just an omelet. Or an omelet. But I just think it's so white.
Starting point is 00:58:55 I guess I've never really heard of one where you take out the whites and you just have the yolk. And you just have the yolk. I never heard of that. I like it with extra glitch around in it. I never heard of that. I'm sure it's delicious. Yeah. I just,
Starting point is 00:59:05 I think it's fascinating that Corden knew that there was an egg white in there. But I just think there's never an excuse to talk to service people ever, like, rudely. I mean, unless they're being super rude themselves, but like I've definitely had a back and forth with a rude service person. But like if something's not prepared correctly. Can you imagine? I mean, I don't know. I've like never sent anything back in my entire life. No, if I can, I think the only time and I still think about it was because I went to this place known for its fried chicken.
Starting point is 00:59:38 and when I cut into the chicken, it was literally raw on the inside. And I remember thinking, would it make me that sick? I know. I don't want to cause a problem. I don't want to cause a problem. I'll eat the raw chicken. I'll try you got to up your bitch and go, excuse me. I didn't order salmonella.
Starting point is 00:59:54 And that's why we're here on page seven dark side. And that's your evil list for you. The list is so spooky. It is. You know, I guess it wasn't that spooky. But, you know, oftentimes I do have other lists that MJ used to lament that Sometimes it was all about like, oh, the puppies from Milo and Otis dying. So, you know, it's great.
Starting point is 01:00:13 I got all the upsetting ones and I'll be bringing them to you week to week. And speaking of upsetting, I'll be reading some blinds because I guess there's plenty of blinds that MJ has to skip over because they're too dark. Every week. I'm there. And if you hear of any, if you hear of any dark-ass blinds, please email them to page seven podcast. Page 7.com at gmail.com. which is page seven, the number seven. But right in the subject line, blind item four.
Starting point is 01:00:42 You can say blind item for page seven, which will be a fun one. You say blind item for dark-sighted, which will be a mean one. But make sure you put it in the subject line or else I will read it. And that will ruin the fun. Yeah. But now I'm intrigued because I was a little worried about this, Kara, because of course I'm going to try to guess. But I'm worried that what if we don't know the same people?
Starting point is 01:01:05 you and me? Yeah. I think I mostly picked ones that I think you're going to know. Okay. Yeah. Hit me, Kara. Here we go.
Starting point is 01:01:12 And by the way, I want you to do this next week and I do something else because I love guessing these. It's like my favorite thing. I feel like I'm on a game show. I'm just so bad at doing the guess part of it. Well, then next week, maybe I do a list and you do a blind. Okay.
Starting point is 01:01:26 Well, next week we're also going to do who's the B corner where we do some advice. But this week we just needed to get into the new darkness. You want to get into it. All right. Okay. Okay. This one I just thought was worded in a hilarious way, so I'm going to do this one first. Okay. The latest girlfriend of the almost died actor is being used by him to recruit threesome partners. The latest girlfriend of the almost died actor. Why would you call someone an almost died actor? Jeremy Renner? Yes, you got it. Wow. Ding, ding, ding. First with gas. I was literally like, who went through an accident that gets brought up all the time? And it is also, I feel, and dark-sighted, I can say it.
Starting point is 01:02:09 I think Jeremy Renner is so boring that they have to be like, the one that shoots the arrows? No. The one that almost died. You know, I think that that's the most. And the one with the alt-rock album, no. I, this is, so his wife, obviously, after what I just said about Jeremy Renner,
Starting point is 01:02:30 I guess his wife feels the same. and she's looking to switch it up, baby. Wow. Okay. All right. Yeah. All right. Okay.
Starting point is 01:02:43 This one is not that dark, but it is about the Emmys and I wanted to do one Emmy one. Okay, okay, okay. This three named actress didn't think things through when she agreed to present. She's still suffering from the breast lift slash enlargement she recently got and was in a ton of pain. Breastlift? Do we know that this happened or is this like under? Ah, the blinds. They're blinds.
Starting point is 01:03:07 Oh, no, no. I meant, do we as the public know that the breast augmentation happened. Oh, okay. So if it was recent, I don't know. And it was, and it's a three named person. Actress who presented last night. Millie Bobby Brown. No.
Starting point is 01:03:24 Three named actress. That you're going to, you should know this person. I know this person. Intimately. Whoa. Intimately, but you specifically know this person. And it's not, okay. My problem is I'm getting lost in three names.
Starting point is 01:03:38 So give me a little bit more. Because I've got, in my head, I know it's not Bryce Dallas Howard. Hit me with, uh, it's not Jonathan Taylor Thomas. I know who it's not. Well, it's a woman. Yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm just thinking of three names, Kara.
Starting point is 01:03:54 Give me more from what she's from. Billy Bob Thornton. No, um, what she's from, if I say it's a huge thing. Oh, that it's a huge thing. Give away. I will say at the Emmys, it was like a celebration of 25 years of their show. 25 years of the show. Oh, Buffy!
Starting point is 01:04:15 Oh, wait. Oh, is there Michelle Gallard? Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's why I was like, you know this person. And when I said intimately, I don't mean you've hooked up with this person. I would. Give me a call.
Starting point is 01:04:28 But you do know her work extremely well. Freddie Prince, Jr., any day of the week, dude. Wait, so can you read to me the rest of it so I can put Sarah Michelle Geller in this? This three-named actress didn't think things through when she agreed to present at the Emmy. She's still suffering from the breastlift slash enlargement she recently got and was in a ton of pain. So, bro. But this is also blind. But it makes sense because MJ and I talked about on second helpings how weird she and Angel were, David Boreannis,
Starting point is 01:05:01 while they were presenting the Emmys. But doesn't he also have a reputation for being a dick with a capital D? I don't know, but all I know is that he had a lot of fill with a capital F, like his whole... So I thought it was more on him, but it would make more sense that she was uncomfortable because she's perfect.
Starting point is 01:05:19 Yeah, come at me. She's absolutely perfect, according to me. And so I... It wasn't on her. Guys, it was on David Boreana. news. That's what called. Okay, this one's really dark.
Starting point is 01:05:35 Okay, how dark? Get us low. This one's Jet Black. Okay. It is almost like the boyfriend knew exactly what pill to give to the now dead actress. How come his pill wasn't laced?
Starting point is 01:05:46 Oh. Hayden Panetteerre. Yes. I can't believe I even had to do it. It's just I knew it had to be dark. It hasn't, but this is where we're bringing it. Is it? I didn't know.
Starting point is 01:06:00 That's why. That's why she passed from maybe fentanyl. Is that what they're thinking? Well, it's, I know that it was definitely, I can't say it. I'm fairly sure the autopsy that it was a drug overdose. Yeah. And that she was with other people. Fentanyl bit on it.
Starting point is 01:06:18 And which is no good, which is why we're not there doing those things. And it's just such a sad, the whole Hayden Panetteer. I just, I feel so, I feel sad. I just feel so sad. I just feel so sad. Every time I think about it, it just... That's why I brought it up. Thank you.
Starting point is 01:06:34 I appreciate you. I appreciate it. Honestly, speaking of sad, that's part of the reason with the Buffy conversation that we were talking about that, like, they didn't even say the names of the three cast members
Starting point is 01:06:45 that died this year. And it's just, they were like, and of course we've had a rough year for our... And you even said, oh, they were there for the, you know, the anniversary of Buffy. Wait, who are the three people? Michelle tracked him.
Starting point is 01:06:59 My kids just watched Harriet the Spy the other day. And I was like, oh my God, look at this cutie. And then who else? Anthony Michael Head, who played Giles. I've never seen Buffy. Okay, so Giles is like the watcher, like the father figure of the whole show. And then Nicholas Brendan, who played Xander, who is like her best friend in it. And Michelle Trackenberg plays her sister in it.
Starting point is 01:07:27 So three major characters from the show died in one year. And they didn't even see their names. It's like the Home Alone 2 prophecy or the Home Alone. This is exactly what we were comparing it to. It's like, which she, does she deserve? Catherine O'Hara had the like the Emmy section that was so sad and dedicated to her and what she's given to our media. And it's just three different people.
Starting point is 01:07:53 We could have seen her names. A little shout out to them. Even like, Eddie Michael Head was recently on Ted Lassow too. It wasn't even like, oh, but we haven't even heard from them. Right. So, you know, it was the breasts, everybody. It wasn't Sarah Michelle. It was the breast in lodgeman.
Starting point is 01:08:12 Thank you. All right. Okay. I don't understand this one. Okay. I'll just say it to you. Wait, is this the last one? Yeah, sure.
Starting point is 01:08:22 I got two more, but I'll just do this one. Yeah, give us one more. Okay. It's like it's like it's the 90s again, but it isn't because this married permanent A-list actor who sometimes directs is an idiot. What? I don't even understand what that sentence means. That's the blinds for you. Because of who his wife is, he has a honeypot.
Starting point is 01:08:46 What do you think that means a honeypot? That she's rich. Oh, okay. Or that she's rich, but it's not her money. Because a honey pot is usually like a... Brooklyn back. A decoy or a trap. Oh.
Starting point is 01:08:59 You set a honeypot for someone. I'm assuming as someone that... But maybe the people who write the blinds on the sketchy site where we find them are not like using perfect. Or maybe it is a trap. Wait, can you read? Let me use these context. No, it's really not. Because of who his wife is, he has a honeypot.
Starting point is 01:09:14 Oh, he thinks it is true love, of course. So when she wanted to orally service him in a waymo, he said yes. Guess who is using the tape to keep him in line and why he has been so politically quiet it as of late. Isn't the Beckhams? Not that he's ever politically, but no, it's somebody who's usually more politically loud, I guess, and isn't
Starting point is 01:09:33 as politically. And isn't... A permanent A-list actor. A permanent list and it's because... No, I would never get this because none of these clues like work for me. Oh, because I was... And the English of it makes no sense. Timitay, Shamelama Pinglo?
Starting point is 01:09:49 No, no. Older. Older. Okay, so he's got a honeypot. And he is a... said a director. Which is nothing I've ever heard. I don't think. I, I'm assuming that's what they mean by the blind item, but I understand. You know, like that's the context is like he's got a honeypot and he thinks that their love is real, but then she wanted to give him a BJ and a Waymo and then this person got video of it. And first of all, Waymos are watching you.
Starting point is 01:10:16 Yeah, they have. Waymos are watching. If you're getting a BJ and a Waymo, they're going to pull it over and stop you. But. Adias. I'm so okay. They're definitely stupid, whoever they are. I'm gonna just tell you who it is.
Starting point is 01:10:27 This is so weird, this one. Tell us. George Clooney. I don't think of Amal Clooney as coming from a ton of money. Also, she does, but... Can I just say, there's no way that a mall Clooney was going to give a blowy in a way, Mo. But to bribe him with it? But why?
Starting point is 01:10:47 Because she wants him to be more politically quiet. What? That does it mean. This blind is terrible. Should we just scrap it? Should I do the other one? This one sucks. No, I think it's good.
Starting point is 01:10:56 Now I'm angry about it. This one sucks. I just don't think Amal Clutie would ever try to give him a blow. Eat away, Mo. I mean, to bribe him for something, to be quiet politically, you guys, you guys are crazy. The mother's children, you wait until you get home. What are you talking about? All right, hit me with one more.
Starting point is 01:11:17 Give me one more. Okay, here's the last one. And then we're getting on out of you. Okay. This son says, speaking of blowing through all your money, this early aughts singer who hooked up with Paris and probably half of Danity Kane is still out here performing. He is also spending all the money he makes each night on Coke. It's not Clay Aiken, but man, it would be funny if it was.
Starting point is 01:11:37 MJ's going to see a Clay Aiken perform, like a small performance. MJ loves Clay Aiken. And it is, if I were invisible, I would definitely be there watching. I was just trying to think, what is the Clay Aiken big song? If I were invisible. Yeah, about watching you. And I could just watch you in your room. Oh my God.
Starting point is 01:12:04 Okay, I'm back to it. Say, give me another. Okay, this early ought singer who looked up with Paris. Okay, hooked up with Paris. And probably half of Danity Kane is still out here performing. He is also spending all the money he makes each night on Coke. Okay. So it's a one, I'm assuming like a one hit wonder kind of thing.
Starting point is 01:12:23 No. No. But maybe not the kind of, perhaps not the kind of music maybe that is like your favorite. Okay. So we're talking to country star. No. Talking to hip hopist. No.
Starting point is 01:12:40 I mean, it could be music that you actually really like. No, I'm, no, I'm. Andrew Lloyd Weber. Walk that back. We all remember when Andrew Lloyd Weber and Paris Hilton had a sizzling romance. She was coming out of Kitsen with Andrew Lloyd Weber. What a matter. They were at the Ivy Brunching.
Starting point is 01:12:57 I'm proud of them. Okay, that age group, it's not Justin Timberlake, what tour the world tour. I'm trying to think of... That's what I'm saying it's like not poppy. So not a poppy guy. Oh, not pop. Okay.
Starting point is 01:13:12 Santana. That's literally the only person. I was like, Santana? Billy Joel. Yeah, Billy Joel. to you're talking to a yacht rockist you know I don't know
Starting point is 01:13:28 in the early aughts I need more clues he did it all for the something Fred Durst I'm like now I'm like I don't know did you like that kind of did you like that music okay I was like because I was thinking
Starting point is 01:13:49 you like so much pop I was like don't go the Nick Carter don't go the like I was a new metal You know, new metal, new metal. Oh, Kara. Yeah. I was a new metal. A new metal, girly pop.
Starting point is 01:14:01 Unfortunately, oh yeah. I'll get into a Lincoln Park now. Yeah, Lincoln Park, I actually didn't dislike. Papa Roach? Mm. Cut my life into pieces. Yeah. They're big hits I could always get down with.
Starting point is 01:14:18 Right? And get down with the sickness. Uh-oh. Lincoln Park. And, uh-oh. It's the end of our show. back to being able to see, right, Kara? Oh, God, yeah, I became, I, yeah, you know what?
Starting point is 01:14:29 Maybe I don't even go blind during blinds. Oh my God. I read them because I don't care. Whoa. I don't even care. We're just going to read these sick blinds that have no basis in reality. I love this. No sources.
Starting point is 01:14:41 Yes, we can see them. We're just going absolutely insane. All eyes. I need the George Clooney one. I'm sorry. When I first read it, I go, this one makes kind of sense. And then as I read it to you, I was like, this makes no sense. I just, it's straight up, I, I imagine.
Starting point is 01:14:55 Imagine George would receive a blowy in a way, Mo. I don't think Amal would give it. And I don't think she'd offer it. And I don't think he'd ask for it. But again, I don't know their relationship. But what I do know is that this was our first episode of page seven dark side. Darksided. And we hope that you guys enjoyed our first episode.
