On today's part of my take presented by Draft Kings, NFL week two.
It was quite a day.
We had some insane upsets.
We had some injuries.
We're going to get to it all.
I'm sure the sickos and perverts are loving that this show is out right now, PFT.
Really enjoying it.
They're lining up for this.
We can't do a podcast because it's HIPAA.
Yeah.
Illegal to share this stuff with you guys.
We'll get to all of it, but the one thing that I could say that could maybe cheer us up a little bit is that both our quarterbacks got hurt.
We don't know the full extent to both their injuries and how long they'll be out.
But neither of our team's lost to the Cleveland Browns and Deshawn Watson.
It's very true.
So, Zach, like, in a weird way, that could be.
be considered worse than anything else that happened on Sunday.
There's pain all the way around.

Welcome to Part of My Take presented by Draft Kings.
The Crown is yours.
Today is Monday, September 21st, week two in the NFL.
Whip!
Some spread.
Not gonna get them.
We start in Chicago, whereas my good friend Paul Simon once said,
Slip sliding away.
The nearer the end zone, the more you slip sliding away.
As the Vikings and Bears never found paid dirt on Sunday,
The Vikings defense made a floor reservation in the Bears backfield all afternoon
as Debbie does Dallas Turner kept on fucking the Bears' offensive line to the tune of two sack lunches.
The scoring was the opposite of a Blitzkrieg as Will 3rd Reichard led the game with three field goals and nine points.
Not being able to Johnny Cash in the end zone had Bears fans saying they hurt themselves today
to see if they could still feel.
After Caleb Williams went down in the fourth and was carted off to field,
field. Sports are dumb anyway, right, Teage?
Very dumb, boom. Vikings 9, Bears 3.
We're going to Los Angeles where the Raiders are in town to play the Chargers,
and Justin Herbert Hoover had his fans in a great depression, screaming,
damn! Kirkland Signatures, cousins, get a bulk discount on tech touchdowns,
while Trey Tucker Carlson helped the Raiders move in the right direction.
Meanwhile, the Chargers are smashing the widespread panic button
because Herbert's putting the I&T in mincing,
and his old miss might be tiring about too much to want to do what he's celebrating.
And McCormey Dean said,
Good night, sleep tight, don't let the bedbugs bite.
The Raiders.
26, the Chargers 14.
We now head to a soggy Meadowlands,
where Memes was on the scene for the Jetons.
and Packers.
In soggy MetLife, Marshawn Mendez, Lloyd, can treat you better than Josh Jacobs can
as he scores the first touchdown of the game.
We skip immediately to the fourth quarter.
Jets leading 1714.
The Jets would dread, punting it to Sky Breymour as he returned it inside the 20
to set up the game-time field goal.
Frank the 3rd Wright called a shotgun run on fourth and one for Braylin Allen
and the chipmunks just to get stuffed.
Aaron Glennie Balls must have hurt himself eating too much pussy in Nashville
Bill last week because he forgot how to call timeouts and how overtime rules work.
In overtime, Luke getting the white van Ness and the Packers' defense gets a sack to get the ball back
to Jordan Hudson loves, Bill Belichick's big old titties to lead to Trey smack that all
on the floor to kick the game winning field goal to end the game.
Packers 20, Jet 17.
Thanks, Beam.
We go to Foxborough where Hank is there for Steelers Patriots.
In Foxborough, Tray Theon Grayjoy Henderson seemed to get tackled after a five-yard gain.
But what said, but said, what is dead may never die, as he broke a tackle,
bounced out right and scampered in for a 39-yard touchdown.
Fonte, Fiona, Sir Gerrins O'Connor was seen fist pumping and dry-humping in the box.
King of the Northern Lights and an Aurora Barar Boreagallis knocked in two field goals.
And Aaron, Sir Roderic Castle, dropped back.
before getting beheaded and fumbled.
Scooped up by Elijah Wood Ponda,
who ran through the fields of mortar on the way to steal the score
and steal the game.
Fuck.
House New England wins, 20 to 3.
Dikes Hank in Baltimore for the Ravens home opener
and a belief that new head coach Jesse U.S. Minter
would continue to control every quarter,
and it was going that way early as Derek Henry Kissinger
bombed his way into the end zone for an early score,
and Lamar found Rashad Taitman,
who looked like he had been working with the special needs all weekend
with how open he got.
But Baltimore forgot that it's not a matter of if,
but when everyone gets shucked over.
As the QB was in sync with Chris Kirkpatrick-Alave
in the second half as a duo continually tore up to Baltimore hearts and defense.
The game came down to the end,
but it was Biler Shuck, who came out and scored both ways,
with his arms and legs,
handing the Ravens their first L, GBTQ Plus.
The Saints go marching 24, Ravens 17.
We now go to Nashville where Glennie Balls is eating all that pussy with Max.
Hey, hey, save some pussy for the rest of us, Glennie.
God, I can't get over, Glennie.
We had over to Nashville where Cam Margera Ward said,
Hey, I'm Cam, and I feel like kicking Phil E's ass today
and gave the Titans an early lead after our third.
terrible Jalen Hertz goal line pick.
But after a Sequin injury, Frank the Tank Bigsby stepped in and scored in spite of an incompetent
offensive line.
Jeffrey Dahmer Simmons was charged with multiple counts of murder towards the Eagles O line
and caused Jalen Hertz's second interception that set up Joey Cry Eagles Cry for a
potential game-winning field goal.
But with tears in the stance for all the Eagles fans in town visiting Music City,
Darius Rucker Cooper said, it's all right.
All right
I got
It's all right
As he snuck inside the back of the end zone
To put the Eagles up for good
Eagles 24
Titans 20
Thanks Max
We now head down to Tampa
Where there was a hell of a rain delay in Zach
In Tampa
Chevy Chase McLaughlin
Goes all Sunday afternoon live
From 59 yards out
Splitting the uprights for three points
And the Tampa Bay lead
As the kicker on kicker crime continues
Andre the Giant Smyth
answers with a kick from the top rope, 50 yards out.
Oh, brother, kick is good.
To the second half, Deshawn Watson and Watson reminds the Browns fans,
he is for the people with a pass to Zinzel on a train back to Boston,
placing it right over his stellar lefty shoulder for a touchdown,
sticking it to the bucks for the first time this season.
Deshaun White Watson isn't done yet.
He double McTwist the ball to shake and Blake Whiteheart,
who shouts, help me Jesus, help me Jewish God, help me Allah,
Help me, Tom Cruise.
Tom Cruise, use your witchcraft on me to score this touchdown.
It worked.
Touchdown Browns.
Cleveland 23, Tampa Bay 19.
Thanks, Zach.
Out in mile high where the Jaguars picked up where they left off to start the game,
as Bashul Tutankhammed scored in the first half,
having Broncos fans calling for their mummy.
Bo Nick struggled early again,
throwing a terrible interception to Jordan is better than LeBron Lewis,
and the Broncos were in a dark place heading into halftime.
It looked like Sean Peyton Manning,
checked to an audible at halftime and put his nuts on the training table because Denver came out a different team in the second half with Bo. Price of the Knicks just went up, taking over the game and letting everyone in the AFC West know that Beaumar's coming. That one was bad, Teage. It was Jonah Zendaya Coleman who said, what are we doing to his Broncos teammates after scoring the go-ahead touchdown and putting an end to the drama?
Liam Cohn brothers found out there is still a country for old men like Coach Peyton, and that's Bronco Country.
Let's ride.
Broncos 20, Jaguars 13.
We finish in the Big D, where Akami sought to interrupt all the big parade plans once again.
And early on, CD Lamb Chop skipped into the end zone, leaving commanders fans singing the song that never ends.
Yes, it goes on and on, my friends.
The commies started singing it not knowing what it was.
they'll keep singing it forever because their quarters suck.
As he ain't up Mikey stand real still, yet again, early for a touchdown.
The commanders fought back behind Jaden Daniel Day Lewis, taking a 3-10 to,
You must put your elbow back in and sock it again, leaving commanders fans to scream,
look what they did to my boy, they massacred my boy!
Blake John Hall Ferguson climbed broke that mountain twice with his hands firmly grasping
Prescott's balls on the end zone.
Meanwhile, Brian shot, shot, shot, shot, shot, and Heimer turned Caleb Downs for what?
Coming with you play after play as Terry McLaren Hill got killed softly over and over again.
Everything hurts and everything sucks.
Dallas 37, commies courted.
And that was week two in the NFL.
Fastest two minutes.
I like that you use Johnny Cash as well.
Fastest two minutes football season, it's brought to you.

That was different than week one, I would say, PFT. Well, I mean, right off the bat, let's just
address the elephant in the room why people are listening to the show. The Philadelphia water
dogs are world champions and PLLL. We did it again. We did it again. Bastogers and sports. I was
locked in on lacrosse. Another ring. Me and Big Cat locked in on lacrosse today. There was
Maybe you guys can tell me what happened in the NFL
Yeah, PFT and I think I said to PFT
Hey, it's 11 to 4 water dogs with 4 minutes left in the third quarter
And then PFT like 15 minutes later was like
Hey, it's 12 to 4 water dogs with like 8 minutes left in the fourth quarter
That was and we did it well we did it
We loved it so much I announced to the cave
We are world champions
The LL is once again ours
And then like 25 minutes later, Bickette was
like, hey, the water dogs won the PLL today.
Yeah, we did it.
So we like, we celebrated it.
We got to celebrate twice today.
Double.
That's how much hit me.
Best owners in sports.
Yeah, it was great.
14 to four, suck my dick, Denver.
All right.
No, people are listening for, for two games specifically.
We'll do, we'll bookend them.
So, because we obviously go in chronological order.
So we'll start with the Vikings and Bears and then we'll end with the commanders and
cowboys.
Vikings nine, Bears three.
The big story, obviously, is Caleb Williams getting hurt.
I don't know what extent
The injury extent has gone from like
When he first went down
It was like oh my God
He just tore his Achilles
Because we were all watching it together
And at first it looked like he maybe got like swiped
And that was maybe an ankle sprain
But then when they showed the replay
It's like nope he didn't get touched
So it's non-contact
Which is obviously the two worst words you can have
When it comes from injury
So initially I was like ankle or Achilles
Now it seems like
like hamstring. The extent of the hamstring, we don't know. He was walking without a boot
in the locker room with a limp. I don't know. It's suck, but it's so weird to watch an injury
like that and be like, okay, it's just a hamstring. You know what I mean? Like because thankfully,
you just a hamstring. Yeah, you have the worst in your mind. And then when it gets, it gets
upgraded to just a hamstring, you're like, okay, we can handle a hamstring. The nice thing about
a hamstring is it's not going to, it will not affect anything outside of the self-contained season.
Yeah, I'm assuming he's going to be out for four to six weeks.
That's my mental assumption that I've braced myself with.
Anything more?
Obviously, it will suck a lot, but it also doesn't suck as bad as an Achilles,
where Achilles you're thinking like he might not be the same player again.
As for this game, the Bears were dog shit.
Absolutely.
One of the worst games, well, actually, the worst game since like the first two weeks of last
season that Ben Johnson has coached for the Bears, they were just bad all around.
penalties, offensive line miscommunication.
Caleb didn't look sharp.
The weather, obviously a factor, but you can't blame it all on the weather because it was just a, like a joke of an operation through and through.
Guys dropping balls, guys missing blocks.
Just a really, really bad game.
Fumble at the goal line.
Like there's, I actually think, and this is going to sound like people are going to be like, oh, you're coping here.
If Caleb doesn't get hurt, the bears might win that game because I do think he would have scored on that play.
but still they didn't deserve to win that game because they played awful and the viking's defense did a lot more and Brian Flores is an absolute maniac and blitz the fuck out of the Bears and kind of right now like through three games I think the Bears are one and two against Brian from Ben Johnson's one and two as a head coach against Brian Flores but Brian Flores gotten the better of of the Bears offense when he goes up against them and it was just they had the Vikings defense had two turnovers 10 QB hits seven.
pass breakups. They were everywhere. Carson Wentz did just enough. He threw, he, he, he threw one
should have been Carson Wentz, what the fuck are you doing? Pass in the first quarter that Devin Bush
just couldn't hold on to. And then after that, he played clean football. And it's like, they just,
the Vikings were the better team. And you can't like, obviously the game shifted at the end where it's
like, I hope Caleb's okay. But it shouldn't minimize the fact that the, if you were looking for
cold water for this bear season, it just got dumped on us because whatever happened last week
was incredible and it was totally different this week. So hopefully it's a motivator because I'm,
it's a week-to-week league and I'm not like, oh my God, the bears are in big trouble outside
of the injury. This was a bad game. Oh, really bad game. Really disappointing. The silver
lining is the bears are still averaging over 30 points a game. Yes, that's true. Which is pretty crazy.
That's true. You had a big three day. The Vikings, they are, they become
the first team in NFL history to win four straight games with four starting quarterbacks.
Four different starting quarterbacks.
So it goes back to Brosmer, nine, Kyler Murray, Carson Wentz.
Damn.
No team has ever done that in the history of the league.
That is like, that is maybe the best stat that KOC could ever come up for, for himself.
Yeah.
Even how he likes to do with his quarterbacks.
That's kind of cool that they were able to do this.
This had nothing to do with the quarterback, obviously, the way that they wanted.
It was more about, I would.
say it's more about the elements and more about
Brian Flores being a mad scientist.
I will say, though, like you're kind of a pervert.
Probably, if we're even honest, Brian Flores,
kind of a pervert. Yeah, he is, but we
make, we joke about Carson Wentz.
Carson Wentz played like to
the weather and the situation where it's
like, don't, don't give, like,
this is going to be a low scoring game, don't
give the other team of really bad
turnover in an inopportune time, and he
didn't. Like, he played clean
like that, like the turnover,
like the Bears had 14 plays
in the red zone. The Vikings had won and the bears lost nine to three. That's just disgusting.
Yeah, it was a gross game. It was just disgusting game to watch. It was a classic gross game.
It was not pleasant to watch. I'm glad that Caleb's not badly hurt. I can I tell you my experience
with the hamstring? Sure. So an elite athlete such as myself. Yes. I had the grade two slash grade
three back when we went down to see Belichick. I also had that injury last year, but yes.
You had the grade two? Yeah, the grade two. Okay. So I then try.
to kick a field goal about four weeks later did not work at LSU.
Mine was about eight weeks until I could jog.
With no rehab.
But mine was, you know, my rehab was kind of like, like, you got into stretching.
It's choosing.
It's Tuesday.
Adventure for like a week.
How much physical therapy did you do?
I, I Googled hamstring stretches a couple times, actually.
I did do some stretches.
I'd say three times.
Yeah, when I did it last year, I did one week of physical therapy.
And I was like, okay, I got it.
I got the gist.
Yeah, I get it.
I get it.
Now, my, I still have a, a ball of muscle that I can feel behind my, my, my left hamstring.
So you don't want that from Caleb.
You want him to actually take it serious.
He'll be fine.
I think he'll be okay long term.
It was scary more than anything.
Yeah, it was scary.
And also, it sucks because, I mean, hamstring is one of those injuries.
You don't want it to become something more where it's like, I mean, you think of like
Tyrese Halliburton or someone, you know, like where you get a hamstring injury, you
can rush back, then you get hurt more.
So I think they have to be very cautious about it.
you hope the Tyson Baygent can tread water.
But more than anything, I was just like, if Caleb doesn't get injured in this game,
I still would be like, that was just a horrendous, horrendous Bears football game.
Like one of the worst in, like I said, over a year.
And all the good vibes, they're not going away.
Like I still believe in this team.
I obviously believe in Ben Johnson.
That's not changing over one game.
But it's, it was, he's going to hopefully be able to use this to be like, hey, we
ain't we aren't we aren't shit right now could be a good thing like we're not good like that was a bad game
the eight penalties 58 yards we had a couple times we're just penalties over and over bradbury at
center is a problem like the drew dalman retiring situation is like that's starting to feel like a
oh this might not be the same exact offensive line deandre swift fumble which that just sucked
at the one yard line it just was a it was a game that you want to forget for many many reasons
and the Bears playing like crap was a big part of that.
Yeah.
How are you feeling now on the idea of building a dome?
Because I watched this game.
And if you've watched the Bears for a long time,
you probably have a different perspective
than if you have only really paid closer to the Bears recently.
Yeah.
But the Bears recently, yes, there's bear weather and in the playoffs.
Yeah.
They used the weather to their advantage.
But for the most part, it's been a bare weather city,
but they just lose a lot of ugly games.
Right. Well, it's always, yeah, it's been the defense is you can win those games with defense.
We don't have the defense this year.
Right.
I don't, listen, they, they, they've decided they need a new stadium.
I wish they wouldn't go to move out of Soldier Field.
Yeah, Dome would have fixed today.
It was, it was a gross game.
It was, it was clearly, like, you just couldn't, and I don't know where Colson Loveland is.
I love Colson Loveland.
He is not, we haven't seen him through two games.
And this is supposed to be like his breakout year where, you know, he,
builds on what he was the best position player for the Bears last year.
It's slow start last year though.
Yeah, true.
But you'd think like you'd hope you hit the ground running.
I don't know.
This game, I don't know how much you can take away from like, uh, offense.
Like the offense just wasn't ever going to get started for either team this game.
But it's still, it's, it's less about like the weather.
It's more the penalties, the, the forced errors, the bad blocking.
Like it just, it was ugly.
Look like a team that, that maybe was feeling themselves a little bit.
Yeah.
off of one week. That's what I'm saying. This might be a good thing.
Yeah. Like Ben Johnson, he is...
Oh, he's gonna fucking kill him. Coaches kind of love this shit.
Yeah. Like going out there laying an absolute egg after you look like world beaters in week one,
they secretly get off to that type of stuff. And like it was a double gut punch because
it was the Caleb injury, but then it's like the Bears had a chance to win this game with Tyson
Beijing at the end. Like in, and that was such a winnable game. And the DeAndre Swift fumble,
you should keep going back to that in my head. And like I said, Caleb getting hurt on that
play. I think he scores a touchdown there if he doesn't get hurt because that's usually right
where he would score a touchdown and be faster than everyone. But I tip my cat to Brian Flores.
He's a fucking maniac. I do have one weird, like, are these guys just secretly linked
forever situation with Alex Bregman, which I could have used for my who's back because so
Bregman, wow. So if you remember, when Bregman signed with the Cubs, it was,
in the middle of the Packers Bears
playoff game. So it happened.
I was in the stands and it's like
Caleb made that fourth and eighth row and it's like
oh shit, like we get the alert from Jeff
Pass and Bregman signs with the Cubs. So it's like
the vibes couldn't be higher. Today
Caleb gets hurt and Bregman
gets hit with a ball while in the
on deck circle. Looks like he broke.
I mean he's got a shoe, he can't see out of his
eye. Couldn't be worse
the fact that both those guys get hurt at the
exact same time and Bregman gets
hurt seven days before the playoffs start.
It was a bad day.
It was a bad day.
It was a bad day overall.
Yeah, that's a hell of an injury.
You're, yeah, it's disgusting.
Really bad.
Can you see, like, the stitch from the baseball on that?
I don't know.
It's just like, and Breggman's the man, and he's been the, he has been the second best player for the Cubs since the All-Star break.
He's been absolutely incredible.
Also, the clips of him and the boys when they won the horse race, like all, all time.
The vibes were, all-time, all-time.
All-time.
Right.
So, yeah.
What were you going to say, Hank?
the way Caleb Williams came off the field,
it looked like he might have been like crying when he was on the cart,
the way it was no contact.
Like, your mood has changed considerably since that happened
because it seems like the way he was walking in the locker room,
it seems like he's going to be fine,
which is crazy because just the way he was, you know,
he was like blocking the tears from coming down his eyes.
He couldn't walk.
I thought he was, I thought he tore his Achilles.
Yeah.
I thought he tore his Achilles.
So yes, it has changed.
I didn't talk in the,
cave for about an hour there and then as slowly the things started trickling in where it was like
hey he's walking he's got a limp i you know also hank was rooting for the vikings yeah he was that's fine
yeah he was he had the hunger dog yeah hunger dog came close what max i didn't say anything oh you leaned
in like you're gonna talk yeah it's just deja vu it's just all over again listen what happens
in the cave happens in the cave yeah it's happens
Tepers flare in the cave.
And then you walk you step out.
It's all right.
And can I have talked, we just, we just want to bet together 30 minutes ago.
It's not personal.
Yeah.
We're back.
We're back.
I know.
I never,
I never said you weren't.
I removed it from my memory as soon as I walked out of the cave.
It is very funny how like, uh, hamstrug's not a good injury.
Like we said, he might be out a month, maybe two months.
Maybe it's only just a couple weeks.
Maybe it's a very mild one.
And he just was like caught off guard by it and it caught.
and he was afraid that it was something more serious.
But it's very weird how like an injury that, you know,
ultimately it could cost them, you know, five games this season.
Yeah.
But you're so relieved.
You're like, okay.
This could, that's actually the best thing that he could have done is like, you know,
under promise, overdeliver when it comes to his soft tissues.
Yeah.
And they are in like an Achilles injury, it does.
I know that injuries are different than they used to be
in the fact that guys can come back from pretty much every injury.
But an Achilles injury for a guy with the athleticism of Caleb would have probably zapped something from him going forward that he would never be exactly the same guy.
So that was the fear.
The fear wasn't this season.
It was next season and the future and all that shit.
So that is part of why I got relieved.
I was relieved there.
But yeah, anything.
I mean, the Vikings are a problem.
They're two and O.
They're two.
Everyone else in the NFC North is one in one.
their defense looks awesome
I don't know
what their quarterback situation is
because I know Kyler's
maybe going to come back in a couple weeks
from the limited time we saw Kyler
I don't know if that's a good or bad thing
but their defense can keep them in every single game
they were I mean the last
And they're running game too
Yeah I think their last five quarters
have given up three points
Yeah the defense is looking good
And then the running game does look efficient
Yeah it looks like it can win you
Like that's actually
what they like to do on offense is
if you had to draw it up
have a very efficient ground game
don't ask your quarterback to be awesome
that's kind of like his secret sauce is like
he doesn't he didn't ask Sam Donald
to be like the best quarterback in the entire
NFL when he was winning games for the Vikings
so don't ask him to do too much
and I think that Kyler
I don't know I'm optimistic at
what Kyler can do in that system yeah
okay anything else I mean
oh they're shown the AI
memes from the AI Kyler
no I was just looking at
I was just looking for a Kyler update
and then that showed up so it was funny.
Then you got the Eagles.
You got the birds next.
Yeah, it kind of took a little bit of the buzz out of the Monday night,
big money football matchup.
Still buzzed.
Yeah,
still buzzed.
Tyson Badgen's a good quarterback.
Secret Bejan man.
He's good.
Tyson Bejant will be able to run the offense.
Tyson Begant does not have the arm strength that Caleb has.
That's obviously no duh,
but he's limited in that respect.
But yeah, I expect them.
The thing that sucks is, like, Tyson Bejant, I think is going to work fine in Ben Johnson's offense.
We still have a bad defense.
So, like, in terms of the ceiling of what you need to do with a bad defense, you need to have explosive plays and big plays and all this stuff,
it might be a little bit harder to do with Tyson Bejit.
The thing about the Eagles offensive line right now is that it does not matter if you have a good defense or not,
you will get pressure on the way.
I know, yeah.
I just think that Tyson Bejian would pair,
perfectly with a really good defensive team, if that makes sense.
Yeah.
I don't know if he's going to be paired perfectly in a shootout.
But we'll see.
I think if he can, if he can go 500 and however long that Caleb is out, that would be
awesome and just have a chance, you know, down the stretch to play some good football.
It's not, I'm taking the optimistic route here.
Tomorrow could be different if we get different news and it's like people are talking about
Dak Prescott and how he's, you know, the tendon tore off and he had to get surgery.
was out for the season and all that shit.
I don't think it's going to be that bad.
Yeah.
I think if anything, it would probably be better than even we think.
Like, he was walking on it after the game.
Yeah.
And you wouldn't be able to walk on it like that if it was completely torn, grade three.
I hope so.
I'm also not a doctor.
I just hope that all the doctors just give us good news.
That's all.
Yeah.
Walking with, in good spirits, very light limp.
Nothing around the leg in question.
Okay, so he might be okay.
Yeah, he'll be all right.
Okay.
Next game.
Saints 24 Raven 17.
They got Shuck.
They got Shuck big time.
Shuck is a, he's the new Mr.
fourth quarter.
He's so good.
They're never out of it.
They're never out of it.
It looked like the Ravens were going to walk.
Here, here.
So we'll talk about Tyler Shuck and the Saints because I am like excited about watching
Tyler Shuck and the Saints play football.
They're very fun.
Chris Lave has been incredible.
If you're a Ravens fan
This looked all too familiar
Which has to really suck because you have Jesse Minter
You have a new system
John Harbaugh is gone
Everything's going to change
That was a John Harbaugh loss
So it was exactly like what they've been through
It was so the Ravens from 2020 to 2025
led the NFL with 14 losses when leading by 10 plus points
John Harbaugh
That was like the end of John Harbaugh was like, we just blow these leads.
Jesse Minter has coached two games in the NFL.
He's already got one.
He's already got one where he's been up by 10 plus points and lost the game.
And on top of that, we had a Harbaugh special of Derek Henry having 11 rushes for 51 yards in a touchdown in the first half and then getting five more carries in the second half for 17 total yards when the Ravens had a lead.
So I don't really understand that except for.
they got shocked.
They got chucked big time, big time.
And credit to the Saints for doing the right thing and in the fourth quarter going for
it on fourth down on the goal line.
Yes.
Because they, a lot of other teams would put the, like, especially if you have a young,
ish quarterback, you're like, let's just take the lead on the road.
Yeah.
And see if our defense can do something.
They went first twice.
He got, like, fucked up.
He got, he got absolutely hammered on those.
Maybe a gain of two inches on the second one.
And maybe a gain of two inches on the first one, we can never know because there's
too many bodies around there.
There was no clear and obvious reason to overturn it.
Butterworth weighed in on that one.
We had Mark Butterworth poke his head out of the server or whatever.
He was like, we exhausted all the angles, could not prove clear and obvious,
that he did not break the plane of the goal line.
So it was one of those things where there was too many bodies.
It looked like he got in.
But it was the right call by Kellyn Moore to do that.
I like the guts that he showed.
I like the faith that he's got in shock.
Only 252 yards, but heavy in the fourth quarter.
Heavy in the fourth quarter.
Yeah.
Chris Olavé is a stud.
He has 18 catches for 266 yards through the first two games.
It's clear that they're like, you know, as a tandem works so well together.
Also, we had Kellynne Moore.
He gave out six game balls.
Yep.
So Tyler Schock, Chase Young, Julian Blackman, Pete Warner, Chris Olave, and Carl Granderson all got game balls.
It's a nice, nice six game balls.
I think he could have given out more.
I do too.
I really do.
I think Butterworth.
I think Butterworth gets a game ball.
Butterworth could have definitely gotten a game ball.
Hand him one.
Six is actually kind of like,
that's too normal for me.
Yeah.
I think you can step it up next time,
Kellen.
This also, it felt like in Chris Oliva said this after the game.
The Saints, he said,
I feel like since I've been here,
we haven't beaten a good team.
This is huge for us.
Because remember last year,
they got some momentum at the end of the year,
but they also were playing a lot of the NFC South
and it wasn't like,
this is a Super Bowl
like you know
Super Bowl hopeful team
in the Baltimore Ravens
they went into their house
they got punched in the mouth
and they were responded and won this game
and Chuck made a little Ravens fan cry
like that's
he made a little kid cry on TV
that's when you know you got it
this poor kid he was probably like nine years old
and man he is he is crying he's crying
he's crying so hard but he got shit
listen but everyone gets shucked up eventually
it's better you find out
right now.
Yeah.
Like if you got kids in the car, maybe cover their ears or maybe it's time for them to know,
like they're going to get shucked one day.
And that's okay.
Shuck MVP odds.
Oh, man.
You're thinking crazy.
But I like it.
Juicy.
That's all I got.
I just did a little sprinkle.
You know what this is leading to, Max?
It's leading to if Shuck won the MVP, this is leading.
Everyone who listens to this podcast will hate us forever.
because if he gets into a place
where he could even be in the conversation
we will be.
He's in the conversation.
You know what?
It's true.
You're putting the conversation out there.
I can I can smell the world
where it's the Saints against the Eagles
first round of playoffs.
I can't have that.
No, you can't.
And you might get shocked.
He has the most passing yards
to start a Saints season through two games
since 2009 Drew Brees.
6669 was Drew Brees 2009.
Tyler Shuck has
662 passing yards through two games.
He's the best.
He just throws a catchable ball.
He throws a catchable ball.
And I saw that he said that Anthony Weaver,
the defensive coordinator for the Ravens,
called him poor man's Josh Allen.
Apparently everyone in the Saints facility
was just calling him poor man the whole week.
So they heard that.
And he delivered.
Like Josh Allen is rich as shit.
Poor man's Josh Allen is still like pretty wealthy.
I guess like rookie season, second year.
Josh Allen before he got paid.
That's a pretty good quarterback.
I mean, I'm looking up how much Tyler Shuck has gotten paid.
I mean, he's the greatest deal in NFL history.
He's a bargain right now, yeah.
He right now is getting paid $1.3 million this year.
Yeah, pretty good.
That's pretty damn good.
I mean, they very easily could have beaten the Lions week one.
Yes.
And we could be staring a two and O Saints team in the face.
Saints fans should be pumped because it's also like,
The NFC South, we know it's not the hardest division.
So there is no team that you're looking at,
like that team's the best in the division easily.
So Saints can, why not dream big?
So, again.
Oh, and they have the, well, I guess they have the two and oh, Raiders coming up.
And then the Falcons, I can win both those games.
You know I'm a-
Chuck's leading the league in passing right now.
I know.
Yeah.
Yeah.
He's good.
He's really good.
That's why he's probably going to play against the birds in the playoffs.
That's, we don't know that, but.
MVP
We don't know that
We don't know that either
There's a lot of things that we don't know
There's a lot of things that we don't know
We're just having a conversation
We're just speculating
We're using our imagination
This is a national sports podcast
You gotta talk about all those teams
Yeah
Big Kay you know that
In the teams that I root for
I'm a bit of a loser
Maybe one of the biggest
Hank you don't have to nod that hard
I mean I'm the one that's saying it
I'm nodding in agreement
All right that's fine
Hank are you slotted
Slotted?
Diled?
Nice
Stay dialed
What's the difference
between dialed and slotted?
Slotted is when you put your arms closer to your body?
Yeah, Slotted's position, dials a state of mind.
Got it.
Actually, they're both states of mind.
What about Max?
Is he locked in?
Never.
Okay.
I'm pretty locked in today.
He's been more locked in today, though.
Yeah, he's not having a bad day.
He's a little locked in.
Yet.
He was like watching the AI,
Kyle, Kyler Murren videos for like an hour.
Well, that wasn't an hour.
I watched the video one time.
It was funny.
They were cute, yeah.
I also made him fat, which I don't know why they made him fat.
Yeah, he's not fat.
He just...
But he did look funnier.
He looked like a fat, like a fat baby.
He looks like a little purple nurple.
Yeah, it was funny.
I was, I was actually locked in because you were talking about Kyler.
I was like, oh, yeah, let me look for a Kyler update.
Then I got a little distracted by the AI video.
Also, I got to unlock real quick because I just forgot to mention something because I mentioned
Hank's hat, PFT.
I did wear this shirt today that you got me because I was like, what if it's just a
lucky shirt?
One and one.
So I probably never retired.
Yeah, burn it.
Yeah, he gave me the, the Ben Johnson, giving the middle finger, Caleb Williams,
smoking a cigarette.
I got to run it back.
Yeah.
Gone.
Hank still has yet to wear the Stone Cold Steve Austin Patriots jersey.
I got him.
That's crazy.
Yeah.
That's crazy.
You're being a commander's giver.
What?
He took it back?
These days, he's like, yeah, you're like,
you don't give a present and then, like, demand that they wear it.
It's a nice thing to wear it.
It's a nice thing to do.
I will wear it eventually.
I don't know if you will.
I will.
I doubt it.
All right, well, you're going to say PFT.
Yeah, one of the biggest loser things that I do is I get, I get,
very, very into rooting
for guys that were on my team
that then left and I'm
happy to see them succeed other places
almost as happy as I get
when anything good happens to my team.
It's insane losers and stuff.
What? That's insane. I know.
I know. Max, listen, I'm admitting it.
It's an open space for us to share a thought.
You're just describing like the last
seven years of Kyle Schwerber for me.
Right, exactly. Yes. It's like ultimate
cuck behavior.
where it comes,
it's sports cucking.
I kind of like sitting in the chair
and being like,
it's good to see Chase Young happy.
And it's good to see him playing.
He was great.
Chase Young has been legitimately awesome for like the last,
I'd say year,
starting like halfway through last season.
He's a really fucking good defensive player right now in the league.
And the Saints did a really good job like of kind of,
especially in the second half.
Like it goes back to them not,
the Ravens not running the ball.
Like Lamar didn't.
look like he was, you know, as comfortable.
Rashaw Bateman played very well.
We should say that.
We've been asking who's going to be,
Jose Flowers heard, who's going to be the Ravens receiver?
Rashad Bateman was very good.
But yeah, that was, that was just the Saints, man.
They're good.
They're good.
Wait, wait, they're good, but are the Saints for real?
I have to.
There's a difference.
Yeah, I got to see.
I got to see.
This next week is going to be, is going to be big.
I think the Saints might be for real.
I think they're very well-coached team.
They got to beat the Raiders at home because the Raiders are 2-0.
That's what a for-real team does is they take care of business.
Right.
You got to take care of business.
You got a big win.
You're talking about the big win.
Now take care of business after that.
Yep.
Then you get to the for-real category.
Okay.
Next game.
Bengals 20 Texans 6.
The Bengals defense, that might be for real.
Because this was a game.
Remember week one we talked about, hey, if you're a Texans,
Texans fan, how are you going, how are you feeling about this loss of the bills?
And we came to the conclusion that as much as it sucks to lose, C.J. Stroud and the offense
looked a lot better. This week, back to what was happening at the end of last year, because
the Bengals defense was awesome today. They held the Texans to five for 21 on third and
fourth down. Woody Marks and David Montgomery had 14 carries for 18 yards. They had a 43.5
pressure rate. That Bengals defense, they, they, they, they, the, they, they, they, the,
there was the first time they didn't allow a touchdown in a game since week three of
2022 and you could hear it like in the post game you know talk jemar chase and then we're
talking about like we're feeding off this defense it's it's it's got to be awesome to have a defense
finally for the first time in a long time the bengals have a defense that it feels like hey
we can win games even when we don't have our best nights which joe borough even said he said
i was average he said incredibly average incredibly average incredibly average and it must be nice to
be incredibly average and then if you're the Bengals,
be able to win by more than just like the skinner your teeth.
Yeah, the Bengals only had 12 first downs this game.
They had Jamar Chase have an incredible,
that catch and the body control he made.
It was just, it's like insane to watch in real time and slow-mo.
He's just, he's so damn good.
He's out of a slump.
Yeah.
He's out of a slump.
Yeah, he had two touchdowns.
He was incredible.
I thought CJ Strad looked pretty good today.
Also, we should say no Nico Collins.
a big deal. That's a big, big deal for the Texans' offense. Right, but I think C.J. Stroud
didn't look bad today. He was not the reason why they lost. No, they're just, their offense
didn't, their offense couldn't score points. Like, that was, it's not that he was so bad. He wasn't,
you know, the, the playoff game against the Patriots bad, but they just couldn't, they couldn't
manufacture points in a game when their defense played good, good enough that you should be able to
win that. Yeah, this is the, I believe, third time out of four years that the Texans start
Owen 2 under Domeko Rines.
Made the playoffs every time.
Which they usually bounce back from that.
And so some people are saying, hey, the Texans, their own two.
I've heard that before somewhere.
And I feel like that's usually a time when Big Cat would make them as Pinky Team.
Yeah.
I think just a lot of people are saying that.
Yeah, not my Pinky Team.
I have my pinky team.
People are going to be so mad about my picky team.
But I don't care.
Because the goal is to not lose my pinky team.
I think I know.
I think people should, when I say my pinky team, people are like,
hey, you coward.
We want to see you cut off your, but no, I don't.
I'm picking a team I don't think can win the Super Bowl.
I think the Texans can still win the Super Bowl.
They have to play a lot better.
Yeah, in a world where Tank Dell comes back,
Nico Collins stays healthy, C.J. Straub plays like he played his rookie year.
They could win the Super Bowl.
Yeah.
I'm just trying to think who it's going to be.
I mean, listen, they lost their 0-2, and I get it.
O and two sucks.
They lost the two teams that I think are very good in the Bengals and the Bills.
And I think this was more about the Bengals being like,
we, that wasn't a fluke week one.
We have a good defense now.
We've finally done the things that we need for, you know,
Dexter Lawrence and Jonathan Allen, like they have a good defense.
So Al Golden is a good defense coordinator.
It feels like they've got it figured out.
And I know it's a long season.
But when you have Joe Burrow and you have a good defense,
this is what got them to the Super Bowl last time,
where it's like they can make enough plays on defense.
And Joe Burrow and Jamar Chayy.
can make enough plays on offense that you can win a game.
I'd like them to run the ball to like show that they can just get like super, super physical with the running game.
I just run out a nice day.
Nice day.
But I think that's the next step for him.
It's like if Joe Burrow can be incredibly average and the running game can like elevate the team to the next level.
Yeah.
Then I might I might believe in the Bengals to do some serious damage.
I'm buying the Bengals stock.
Hank, you worried about the Bengals?
Yeah, good team.
Yeah.
Is the team?
Is the Chargers?
I'll tell you when we get there.
When we get to the team,
when we get to the team,
I'll tell you.
They're not winning the Super Bowl, though.
I've never been more confident in my pinky sting
on my finger,
on my hand than this year.
I didn't want it.
The Texans also,
they make the playoffs every time I do the pinky bag.
Yeah.
Like, they're just,
they're going to make the playoffs this year.
They're going to find a way to make the playoffs.
They'll figure it out.
They'll figure it out.
They always do.
Who do they have coming up?
So they're, let's see,
the schedule is,
the Colts, at the Colts.
All right, so they win that game, they're back.
Then the Cowboys at the Titans,
Jaguars, Giants, Chargers,
grounds. Yeah, they'll be back.
They got to win their division games.
Texans, I think, will be okay.
I do too. Bengals, good. Good team.
Yep. That is showing
that they're different than the Bengals of last year
and what we saw last year. And like,
Joe Burrow, I love, Joe Burrow does
do a good job of, like, whenever, he just comes out
and says it. Like, I wasn't good.
I feel like that happens a lot.
Now, Joe Bro's got to say healthy,
the fact that he was already questionable this week with a back injury scares me a little.
So what was up with his back?
Was it like spasming?
Doctor said, he's a backiotomy.
Backiotomy?
Get a back replacement?
Yeah.
One of those.
Maybe start wearing shirts that have backs on him, Joe.
That would be nice.
Maybe less chain mail.
Yeah.
Okay.
Before we get to, we got three games, actually four, four games coming up with everyone in this room,
their team's being spoken about.

Okay, Packers 20, Jets 17.
Memes?
How did the Jets lose that game?
Just an extremely disappointing loss.
Extremely.
Like, I'm not mad.
I'm disappointed.
That's worse.
That is worse.
To be disappointed than...
Actually, no, that might be better
because that means that you expect it to win.
Yeah, they should have won that game.
I should be sitting here, 2 and 0.
Yeah.
on a high horse, but instead we're just one of one because we're still the Jets.
Can I make a suggestion?
Yes.
I think you should be mad.
I think you should be.
I am mad.
It's just the expression, it sounds better the other way.
Yeah, but I think you should be very mad at your coach.
Which one?
Your head coach.
Aaron Glenn.
Aaron Glennie balls eating all the pussy.
I think this is one of those.
It's across the board.
It's also on Frank Reich.
Yeah.
So I was talking more about like the time management.
at the end of the game.
And also,
like giving up.
It was a big time like,
I don't know,
you would never see a truly aggressive coach
that likes to go for the throat,
do what he did at the end of regulation,
which is just be afraid of getting pinned deep by a punt,
so not using a timeout.
True.
I think he was more concerned if they go for it on fourth and five.
Yeah.
And they get it.
But if they don't get it,
you win the game because you have time.
I don't think they were going to go for.
Or it. Either way, the OT thing is still baffling to me. I do not understand why a coach would win the coin toss and then elect to start with the ball in overtime. I don't think they knew the rules.
Yeah. He said afterwards you wanted to control the clock. But again, with both teams getting a possession, you would much rather know what you have to get versus like the Packers who got the stop and then knew all they had to do was get a field goal is such an advantage versus.
the opposite where it's like you're, you're playing, like the Packers knew going into the, when they get the ball in the overtime.
It's like, all right, we just got to get a field goal here.
We can be, we don't have to be super aggressive.
You want to know if like if the other team scores a touchdown first, you got to know that every, you now get every fourth down to go for it.
I just don't understand any coach that wouldn't want to kick in the new overtime rules.
It makes no sense to me.
No, I'm with you, especially the way they call the game, just extremely conservative.
Right.
You want to go second just because.
You get every fourth.
And you're a defensive guy.
You want to get a stop, then you get the ball back.
Right.
I just think Gino saw a tails, didn't know the rules.
And his coach is covering for him?
And his coach is covering for him.
Because the press conference sounded like a lie.
Yeah, control the clock makes no sense.
No sense.
Zero sense whatsoever.
Like, best case scenario, you get the ball and you go down the field and it's a seven
minute drive and you score it.
Best case, right?
Yeah, best case.
Then big deal.
Okay.
The drive took seven minutes.
That's still a lot of time for the Packers.
to respond.
Yeah, I think he was giving bad information on that one, and he's covering, but still,
the fourth and one play shotgun was probably what loss in the game.
Yeah.
But it was just across the board, just so, so disappointing.
The Packers, I don't, I mean, they didn't look good.
They have, they're just the most penalized team.
They just get penalties.
They have 26 penalties in two games, 14 penalties in this game.
game. The Packers are the first team on record since 1941 to win a game with less than 200
200 total yards, 100 plus penalty yards, negative turnover margin. Entering today, teams in that
spot were 0 and 44. And they found a way to win. It's pretty crazy. Yeah, no takeaways.
That's just the Jets. The Jets had more penalty or more penalty yards. Yeah, I know, but I'm just
saying the Packers through two games, had 26 penalties. Yeah, the Jets, this was a
Jets had 156 penalty.
This was as gross as the Bears Vikings game.
Oh, yeah.
Fumbles.
I think that,
what were there?
Eight fumbles,
only one loss,
but eight fumbles.
Yeah,
Jets don't know.
A million penalties.
Just gross,
gross football.
And I think we were right
about the Jets white uniforms
in the rain.
Yeah.
Too wet.
Yeah, they're too wet.
I think the Jets were wetter than the Packers.
You laughed.
They actually looked.
They looked.
They looked for them to know.
Yeah, but wet.
Mims,
you laughed at me.
He looked heavy.
I nailed that.
Too wet.
I'll get,
I'll give that to you guys.
You did nail that.
It was just simply too wet.
I don't think Hank's admitting that they were too wet.
No.
No.
Hank, they were far too wet.
They were way too wet.
Yeah.
Because he wants them to...
They look good.
They didn't look like losers.
No, they looked wet.
Until the fourth quarter.
Yeah.
Which they were.
In the fourth quarter, they were too wet.
They were too wet.
Our best unit last year, which is special teams.
Like, they couldn't cover a punt.
That's what lost in the game.
Are you taking any consolation whatsoever in the fact that you should have
beating the Packers, who in theory are a good football team.
And you should have, but you had them, even though it was like colossal mental mistakes
and some coaching stuff that led you to kind of collapse at the end.
Day one coaching stuff too, like that.
Yeah.
Overtimes got, like, when you're going into the offseason OTAs, the coaches probably meet
together.
And it's like, you know, let's just start the year by going through like general overtime practice.
Like that had to have happened.
Yeah.
I'd agree.
So win the coin flip.
Take the, like, get.
Don't take the ball.
Are you at the place where you can look at this game and be like,
okay, that's progress that we should have beaten the Packers today.
We were the better team and we had that game won and we choked it away.
Are you at the point where it's like just complete and utter like get rid of this coaching staff?
I'm like half and half.
Eric Glenn's defense is good.
He called his shot in the office saying in the offseason saying his superpower is calling defense because it's been.
You can't put this game on his defense.
Like the Skymore punt return was what kind of shifted the whole game there.
And also the Jets not being able to, because there was that moment when it was Jets, I think they were up 14-7.
The Packers fumbled on their own 14.
The Jets only got three out of that.
And they kicked it on fourth and one.
Like that's if you, if the offense is able to get six there, which you would hope your offense is able to do when you get the ball at the
14, you win the game.
So it's like Aaron Glead's defense wasn't the problem.
The offense wasn't able to like hit the kill shot.
Yeah, they were just ultra conservative.
They just need to install a play where Kenyon Sadiq goes under center and you do the
tush push and you get a first down.
I don't know how every single team doesn't have a tush push guy.
Just doesn't make any sense.
Yeah.
Did they run the 05 personnel?
They did.
They threw a tight end screen to Jeremy Rucker.
It didn't really do anything.
It looks cool.
It does look cool.
I love it when they have five tight ends on the field.
But you also aren't going to get anything out of it most of the time.
It just looks cool.
Yeah.
That's what Vernon Davis was saying.
Yeah.
The Packers also like the Jets and Packers, like I was looking at it.
So they played four times in the last 10 years, 12 years.
The Jets have blown a 213 lead, a 3520 lead, a 177 lead.
And then they won one.
of the games. So it's either they blow a lead to the Packers or they win. I did not know that.
Yeah. I did not know that. It sucks. I mean, think about it this way. You guys... I wanted to beat
the Packers. You had a double-digit lead. Yeah, we pissed down our leg to the guys who pissed
down their leg in Matt LaFleur. It's tough. They might have gotten their swagger back like, oh, we,
maybe we are a mentally tough team, which I, if that's true, I may never forgive you. Yeah, we outpissed
the Packers and might have done that. Yeah, you went punt, turn over on downs and punt after
you went up 10 points.
Just not good enough.
Especially Frank Reich and Aaron Glenn.
Like they've been coached it for a while.
At some point you've got to just go win a game.
Yeah, right.
Yeah.
That was the fourth and one where it's like, go win a game.
Go up 14 points.
Then the other fourth and one.
Yeah.
And the other fourth and one.
And too wet.
And too wet.
It was so wet.
It was so wet.
You guys were just too wet.
Did you expect to win that game?
Like a pussy in Nashville when Glennie balls comes.
When you had a 10-point lead, did you expect to win that game?
I expected it. I did. I did expect to win that game.
Yeah.
That's good, though. That's a little bit of progress.
Max, you're laughing. We're right.
No, this is the Glennie. But the Glennie ball of pussy in Nashville is going to get me every time.
That was so funny.
Man, sprained his neck.
He sprained his neck. He sprained his neck. He showed up looking like Christopher to a court date.
Vincent Mann when he was, when he went to go to court for the steroid trial.
Put that clip in right now.
Put it in so people understand.
All right.
Any last thoughts memes about this game?
Hank, this ruined your hungry dog.
You were mad at the Jets.
He said Jets going to jet.
Yeah, just going to jet.
That was just a disgusting, disgusting loss.
Any thought that they were going to be like a scrappy team this year
went out the window after that performance.
Oh.
Their head coach is a moron.
I think they're still very much in the scrappy category.
and maybe like
trending towards decently good
Mean would you
What
Hank speaking like a Jets fan right now
Because he did
Hank was texting me during the game
Rooting for the Jets
I literally texting memes
The meme memes could have been brothers
Like we would have been brothers for life
If the Jets won this game
I literally texted him
Please
Just please
I want to believe in it
And then and then the Jets like
Elected to take the ball and Mims goes
This game's over
That like
That one is where you just
That cannot happen
It makes no sense
No head coach
Should ever do that
In the NFL ever
And anytime the game goes to overtime
The team that wins the kickoff
I mean it's like the Super Bowl
But that was the first time it happened
That was the very that was
What four, five years ago
Yeah
And everyone watching that ever was like
That can never happen
And the fact that it happened again
Five years later
I think
the judges haven't been in an overtime game.
Yeah, they did get blown out a lot last year,
so they haven't been in that situation.
Okay.
But I shouldn't know the rules better than the guys coaching the game.
Right, and also Aaron Glenn was with Dan Campbell,
like one of the most aggressive coaches out there.
You would think that he would have picked up a little something from that too.
Or like maybe they watched the Lions game from last week and we're like,
all right, put the pressure on them, we'll score.
And then you dictate how it goes.
It's possible.
There was one quote that he had post game concerns me a little bit.
He said this loss is not going to define who we are and what we're about.
I feel like if that were true, you don't even think about that.
You wouldn't even think about saying like, hey, this loss isn't going to define me.
Most people lose a game and they don't worry at all about their job being defined by that game.
Yeah, it's kind of trying to get in front of it.
It's not good to find.
you guys are going to think this is going to define us, but I'm going to tell you right now,
it's not going to define us. Yeah, that's not us. I promise you. That's it. When you think of us,
you're not going to think of losing this game. Right. It's like, well, you're, you're thinking of that. Wait,
hold on, dude. Why'd you say that? Yeah. We didn't say that. You did. A lot of you guys think it's going
to define me. Well, if they would have won, it would have been a defining win. That's true.
Absolutely. Yes. It's been the first real team they beat.
Would have been extremely defining. Yeah. His resume right now is Titans, Browns.
Titans might be a good team.
Titans could be a good team.
They gave the Eagles hell.
They gave them hell like Mincy in Oxford.
He gave him hell.
Should we go to that game?
Eagles 24, Titans 20?
Titans gave you hell.
Big time.
The Eagles offensive line.
I miss Jeff Stallone.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I don't think it's just some injuries.
I think it's a big, big deal that you lost.
He was the best offensive line coach in the entire league.
It was him and Starneckia,
Skarnakia from New England.
Those are two coaches, like two line coaches
that will win you football games.
They're more than just offensive line coaches.
And so why did you, why did you let him walk?
I think he just wanted to retire, right?
Oh, no, it's because he had disagreement with Petula,
with the new offensive coordinator.
And listen, I think Mannion has,
the offense has looked better.
It has looked less boring than the,
than the Mannion offense did.
Hertz has looked better in his first two games than he did for most of last year.
So I can't say I'm upset about bringing in Mannion, but it does suck.
I wish we could have brought in Mannion and Kep Stoutland because the offensive line
is really bad and it's really coming from the same position the first two weeks.
Landon Dickerson was unplayable last week, came out after the game said he was hurt,
went on the IR, and now we moved our, we moved Cam Juergens to left guard.
who was our center and then put in the backup center at center.
And Cam Juergens just couldn't play guard.
He just couldn't play.
Yeah, that was a weird to like change two positions.
Yeah, I wish they didn't do that.
I'm curious to see if they go back to it this week.
Obviously, playing a new position and then going up against Jeffrey Simmons for an entire
game is difficult.
Jeffrey Simmons dominated the game today.
Cam Jurgens couldn't block him.
He just couldn't block him.
But he's not a guard.
I don't know.
They felt more comfortable with Drew Kendall at center than Willie Lampkin, I think, a guard because Willie Lampkin's a young guy doesn't have a lot of experience.
Kendall has played a lot in the NFL or has played some in the NFL.
But I don't know.
It's just frustrating.
But they won the game.
Yeah.
I mean, Jalen Hertz had a couple bad picks, but he also had an incredible final drive.
When you needed it the most, he was awesome on that drive.
He played fantastic for 80% of this game.
and then through one horrendous pick in the first quarter, I guess.
It set up, it was actually like perfectly right after we were talking,
we're like, how are the Titans even going to move the ball?
And then it was like two seconds later a pick to the 10-yard line.
Yeah.
And that.
Well, I guess I could do it that way.
And the Titans, I mean, hey, it was good to see the Titans fight because they looked
like the worst team in the NFL week one.
And they at least fought pretty hard in this game.
and gave the Eagles.
I mean, you were sweating it a little.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Harts had to go down the field with a minute of 56.
No time out.
No timeouts.
They were very frisky.
They were violent.
Simmons,
kind of backed up some of the shit that he talked.
Yeah,
somehow both of them came away looking okay.
That's what I was going to say.
It's like he kind of threw down the gauntlet being like,
we just got to make him play quarterback.
And then somehow he was kind of right.
And he played good enough where it wasn't like him running his mouth that
cost him to the game.
Correct.
Did you see the hot mic after the game?
No.
Who's hot mic?
Hertz was getting interviewed by Fox.
I think the game was on Fox.
For like the post game interview, Simmons came up to him during the interview.
Yeah.
It was like a game and then Hertz goes, you talk that shit, I ended it.
Ooh.
But it was like, it was like very playful.
That's fair.
Okay.
Maybe Super Bowl for you.
Fair play.
These two great teams.
It was 150 degrees on the turf.
How crazy is that?
Yeah.
Maybe that for.
the big boys up front could be difficult.
And then I did notice at the end of the game, and Max, you were screaming at the TV
that the Titans defensive players were holding down the Eagles players like the ball carrier.
So they'd get tackled.
And then in order to like slow them down a little bit, hold them down.
If those pellets are 157 degrees, you're pretty much just cooking the guys.
You're like searing.
It's a great point I didn't think about it like that.
You're on top.
Yeah, you're in a Korean barbecue.
That's got to hurt like shit.
Yeah, well, there would be a tackle
and then we had no timeouts
and they would be tackled in the middle of the field
and the Titans players would just lay on top of them
for an extra fight. Well done. Yeah.
That's bullshit. That's what that's defensive
delay of game. Yeah, no, Devante Smith
was probably like seared like a Tuna state.
He was also fucking awesome
in this game. So was Don Tavian Wicks.
Don Tavia, yeah, are you about to say
the stat? What was the stat?
I'm pretty sure Don Tantavian Wicks had
six catches today all for first
down. And I think four of them
were on third down. Yeah.
Yeah, I have five
catches for first downs, four of them on
third down and one on fourth down.
74 yards, five
conversions. And
Jailner's had a hundred forty five point eight
passer rating when targeting Dantavian
Wicks this season. He's been awesome.
He's been really good.
One man's trash, another man's treasure. And Devonte
Smith, yeah, is so sick.
He had
he had one of those catches today that didn't count, but like
they still showed three replays of it
because it was so sick
but his feet were out of bounds.
Would you say I'm being a hater
if I said that you got outplayed by the Titans
but the Eagles out-executed the Titans?
I think yes.
I think they...
Okay.
Well, you're actually not calling me a hater.
You're calling Robert Sala a hater
because that's what he said.
He said, overall, I thought we outplayed them
but they out-executed us.
Yeah, I think, I mean,
they had some turnover.
They had some turnover luck in that game for sure.
Yeah, I think if you're a Titans fan, you're still kind of optimistic.
You don't know what's going to happen with this, the new regime that's there.
But if you're a Jets fan and you've seen, like watching this from afar, you have to have PTSD
and how Sala is talking to the media because that guy must have like a motivational quote
of the day saying calendar that he just like rips off in case you lose.
Okay, I've got what I'm going to say here.
Like he does seem like the guy that's the ultimate moral victories.
guy. Right. And like, you know, this
today was actually bigger than just this loss
because tough times don't last.
Tough people do. It means
do you like just flashback
to some of the, because nobody
wins a post game lost press conference
like Robert Sawler. Oh yeah. I just
said it to Max was like Robert Saw is a big
moral victory guy. Oh, but he's actually said
no. He said no. He said no more
victories. He's doing this. He got out ahead
of it. He had one last week.
He said when you're a loser, you lose.
That was his. That's a good point. That was a
great one. He's doing the 60% shirts. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Because like you, you get 60% there's still 60%
left in you when you think that you're finished, right? You think that you've spent it all,
you got no more energy, but data actually shows that the average human has 60% left. Nope.
Which I don't. That'd be like another like 90 seconds. What kind of data is? I do not have that.
When I'm finished, I do not have another 90 seconds. Turns out you can keep going. Nope. It's already soft,
Bob.
But yeah, he does, I feel like Jets fans watch what he's saying to, like, in the postgame press conferences, they're like this fucking guy.
Yeah.
Because he does, he does kind of fire you up a little bit in a post game, like, press conference after a loss.
His head's really shiny too, too shiny.
Yeah.
He should probably get a little like de-shine.
Maybe he get, what if Robert Sala like got the mat helmet on his head instead?
Matt bald instead of shiny bald?
Yeah, that could be a little bit better.
Just like spray paint it with the stuff that Carlos Tuzer used.
Yeah, not a, no, no, not even a different color, but just, you know, the mat finish instead of the shiny finish.
Oh, powdery.
Yeah, yeah.
Like whenever a team wears Matt helmets, I'm like, that's pretty badass versus the shiny helmets.
Just a thought.
Can you go Matt bald?
I think you probably can.
You just have to powder it up.
I think you just got to powder up.
Did you guys see the, uh, did you guys see the, the Kent State coach?
So there was a tweet that's just living rent-free in my head
Someone said
The Kent State coach looks like Matt Damon
Is playing a movie about Brian Dable
And I just can't
That's the Kent State coach
Look at the PFT.
Have you seen him?
Yeah
He looks exactly like Matt Damon
He looks like Matt Damon
And singing Scotty doesn't know
Yeah
Yep
It's fucked me up
I don't know why I thought
Well I thought of it because of it
Because of bald and also
Brian Dable's the offensive coordinator
For the Titans
So that's why I thought of it
Max, is Coach Siriani okay?
Yes?
You had to get a post-game IV.
Oh.
It was 100 degrees.
It was hot.
Sounds like he gave 100%.
Sounds like Robert Saul is wrong.
I think Siriani might have had 61% left.
I thought you were...
What?
I don't know if I'm sick or if you're sick.
I thought you were asking if he was on the hot seat after winning the first two games.
Well, it was quite literally a very hot field.
But not covering either of them.
Correct.
Not even really close to covering either.
No, no. Bad team against the spread right now.
Whose lines is anyway for Monday?
Oh, that's tough.
I don't think you're going to.
You got to.
It's up.
Oh, okay.
Then it's probably Eagle.
No, no, no, no.
Dude, you're home.
Kale Williams isn't playing.
I'm going to say Bears minus one and a half.
You're insane.
I'm going to say Eagles minus three.
I think it's Eagles three and a half.
It's Eagles four and a half.
Yeah.
What do you do?
Dude, Caleb isn't playing.
Max, not locked it.
No, not locked in at all.
What are you doing, Max?
Macs.
They value the whole teams in the NFL.
Our starting quarterback is hurt.
But Tyson Bayesian is pretty good.
And we've looked like shit.
Based on how much of Tyson Bayesian have you watched?
The two teams that the Eagles have beat by two points have gotten their shit kicked in the other two games.
You played a good Titans team.
Very good.
Really good Titans team.
Like this is a team that they're going to be hanging around come January.
I'm going to bet the Bears.
I'm going to believe in Tyson Bayesian.
but like that does matter when you factor in the line max
I guess I don't think the bears would be favorite
yes actually that much
I think it's a seven point swing I think you guys would have been three point favorites
I don't think we would have been three point favorites
I think it would have been like you don't think the bears have been three point
favorites at home on that game no no I think maybe one and a half
maybe people would have gobbled up I mean you have the better defense by far
but you but is Barclay okay
I think he's going to be, they said they're not too worried about.
Max, a sneaky thing.
He's a round around around around.
Max thinks the Eagles stink.
I do kind of think that they stink.
He's not getting into it, but he does.
He thinks they stink.
I think the offensive line stinks.
And like I'm not used to having a stink.
We can't run the football.
We couldn't run the football against a fucking Titans.
Yeah, today what jumped out to me was that they, say what you want about the Eagles.
They have some dumb, dumb play calls sometimes.
But usually when they're,
executing those dumbass play calls, your offensive line is still manhandling the defense.
And just punching him in the face. And I have not seen that too much from the Eagles.
No. No, not at all. And we've played two bad defenses.
Is Dallas Goddard out for a while? He got hurt, right? Yeah, I don't know. I don't know.
It's hard, it's hard when you're watching these games on the second and third TVs because you don't get audio.
I know. I know. We need to.
It takes a while to even, like, get that information.
I was thinking about it.
It wouldn't be conducive to the stream and the watchability.
But if we were just like the UN and we all had our own headphones.
I thought about that too.
I was thinking about that while I was watching that game today.
Today I was like, I kind of want to just get an AirPods and just have one.
Just one AirPods.
That like you can put in.
There's no way you can have a conversation.
But like, but there's times where you need it.
I know.
I agree.
But like most of the time you keep it out, but it's like, okay, I need to lock in here.
Let me get these AirPods.
But I think if you just had one end
And it's like that happens at sports bars all the time
Each table can turn the audio to whatever they want
Right, maybe we got to try it
Yeah because today we had sound on one of the worst games to watch
That game sucked.
Patriots 20 Steelers 3
Trash
Uh huh
Hank
Good win
Good win
What do you mean good?
Any win is a good win
And this was one of those wins
One of those one of them wins
The Steelers are
the exact same team
maybe actually not maybe worse
that offense is so
so bad and it's not taking anything away
from the Patriots defense which is good
Christian Gonzalez is a beast
the Steelers offense is pathetic
TK. Metcalf front of the program
bad and a lot of like
oh DK. Metcalfehan Rogers are like best friends
this is going to go so well OTA is horrible
nine nine targets four catches 27 yards
for wide receiver one and that's wide receiver
three shit. It was ugly. They, there were drops, plenty. Looking back on it, the whole, like,
DK probably doesn't believe in any of the Antarctica shit. No. He's probably just like, you know,
trying to find something in common. Correct. With Aaron, be like, hey, maybe we can bond over aliens.
He's not, D.K. looks like a complete shell of himself right now. I don't know if it's just the uniform
that he's got on, if it's the offense that he's in, but, like, you didn't, you didn't see D.K.
making egregious drops like this multiple times a game.
The Pittsburgh Steelers have now gone 69 straight regular season games where they have not scored
more than seven points in an opening quarter.
Yeah.
69 straight regular season games without scoring more than seven points in opening quarter.
We're through two weeks in the NFL season.
Obviously, it's a long season.
But as of right now, is that Rafflesberger still?
No, I, no.
69 is what?
So there's 17 games?
season. Quick math. Come on.
Someone getting it. Zach. Zach, give us
the math. If we're doing 69
divide by 17, that's going to be
round up to 20. 69, that's
70. 20 goes into 70, three times
3.5. 4.5 seasons.
Okay, four and a half seasons.
That's your answer. Yeah. Yeah.
They are
through two weeks this season,
the Pittsburgh Steelers' offense
has one touchdown. T.J. Watt has
one touchdown.
It's so bad. And Aaron Rogers
is it's over.
I mean, that, that, that sack should,
he should have just questioned everything.
That was not only one of the hardest hits,
but then the fumble was one of the funniest fumbles we've seen in a long time.
Yeah.
It just kept on bouncing.
Yeah.
And both teams had their chance to pick it up.
I was hoping it would keep going.
I wanted to go out the back in the end zone.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Everybody get a touch on it.
There was also a sack.
Five players got injured on that too.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Bodies everywhere.
Yeah.
There was, one other sack that he had at the end of,
the game that I watched
and I just, I felt kind of uncomfortable
watching it because he does
look old. That was the fumble six.
And he's like, he's running away and
he like kind of tosses the ball out.
Yeah. Like, it's like, here you take it.
Like he's an old person getting robbed.
He's like, take my wallet. You know, like
just throws the ball away. Maybe they'll
stop chasing me if I don't have this anymore.
It's kind of sad to watch.
It was sad to watch. Let's do a name
that. Name who said that?
Quote. This game we play. Who said that?
Who said that?
You ready for this quote?
Offense needs to be better.
Mike McCarthy needs to be better.
Mike McCarthy.
Yes.
Yeah.
I liked that he's already doing the third person.
That's tough.
Mike McCarthy needs to be better, said Mike McCarthy.
Big Mike.
How are you feeling overall, Hank?
Because that wasn't the best.
Drake May did have, if you're going off of week one,
when he had a bunch of guys still running,
and he didn't push the ball downfield.
They did take shots today.
And it was basically that was the offense.
It was like no down-to-down continuity, but there were the big shot plays that got them down the field.
Yeah, there was one bad interception where he hit, like he had like checkdowns and guys open.
People still running that he probably could have hit and just under through bad interception.
He hates Matt Collins.
The knock on Drake May last year was he didn't beat playoff teams.
They beat a playoff team today.
Didn't convert on third and six.
Oh, that's true.
Had a huge third and six conversion today.
So that's like how I'm taking away
It's like the two main things that we focused on
On this show last year was like the schedule
Didn't beat any playoff teams
And third and six
And he he showed today that he can do both those things
Without A.J. Brown
Obviously the offensive line injury is bad
He's gonna be out for the year but
Yeah the
Aminawayo
Like sideways
Yeah he's broke his ankle
Yeah it's pretty bad
Yeah no you're right
I like that you had to remind us
that the Steelers were technically a playoff team.
Yeah, I did a double check in my playing.
But you're right.
I was like, oh, yeah, they are.
You're right.
It's a correct stat.
And the third and six is great.
It was awesome.
Great completion across the middle, tough throw, driving the ball downfield.
Remandre had a great run.
Or just sorry, sorry, no, Trevion.
Trevian.
Remodre.
Doghouse.
Dog house.
It was, it was, that was like a deja vu moment where it was playing the Steelers,
fumble early in the game.
Doghouse.
Doghouse.
Doghouse.
Yeah, you guys basically just have to kind of hope the defense can step up a little bit
because the offense is going to look a lot different when AJ gets back.
Yeah, Romeo Dobbs had some good plays, had some flashes.
That was kind of what I was looking for going in this game.
And now we got the Jags.
Jags, it's going to be a battle, going to be a war.
Yeah, Jaggs' awful loss, motivated.
Yeah.
A lot of people were upset that Max ruined that he's still running in the moment.
Yeah, I don't know.
Why are you giving, just saying that?
that that was me.
You kept pushing her.
Big Cat is the one who said it.
You texted me. Well, I figured out right away that it was someone's voice.
You texted it.
Correct. But you kept saying to turn the voice off.
So I texted you and said this is PFT's voice.
Right, but you texted me in the middle of the show.
Correct.
And I would have said it out loud.
I texted you for not to be said.
And PFT keeps saying, Max ruined it.
I'm willing to take blame.
I also think it's better than we...
Both of us.
It is Big Cat and Max ruined it.
Why do you keep saying Max?
If you just let...
Max said nothing.
He said nothing about it.
No, but he kept saying,
he kept saying turn the audio off.
It's true.
But I also,
Hank would still be running.
Wait,
but hold on.
I do think it was better than we found out on the show.
I also agree with that too.
There's a million people would have texted,
tweeted Hank being like,
that's clearly there's 10 guys on the field and it's.
There were a lot of people that didn't understand the bit that did say there's 10 players
on the field.
Yeah, like people would have been tagging Hank nonstop.
I just,
and then we wouldn't have,
he would have found out by himself.
Yeah.
And then he would have come back.
being like, that was stupid.
It just would have been so good to move on right when Hank said,
11 guys on the field.
I don't know what to look at it.
That would have been the perfect.
That line was so funny.
It was awesome.
But yeah, I mean, Max really throwing me under the bus.
Well, PFC keeps throwing me under the bus.
Yeah.
Deservously so.
I knew the.
You still have not admitted that you can't.
Well, you text me on the air.
You did say it.
You texted me and I read it out loud.
If it wasn't for Max, I would not have figured out.
Yes.
Yeah.
Actually, I wouldn't have either.
I would have just said
that voice is really annoying
That's true
I would have just said the voice is annoying
If you're on your
If you're on your honeymoon
I would have just been like
That voice is really annoying
And then PFT would have told me
After the show
Hey that was me
And I'd be like oh
Lighthouse formation also
Was watching watching it back
Was was
That was funny
Yeah a little Easter egg there
We'll have to figure out
Something new
New wrinkle to it
That's what makes football season fun
Yeah.
I...
He's still wrong.
What?
What?
No, you can't...
No, we're gonna get to it.
I was ready to, like, you know, do something, do some...
But now it's not, you kind of ruined it.
I...
I...
Jane Daniels ruined it.
Ruin what?
I was gonna, like, try and do my own film breakdown this week, but now I can't.
But you have one that we'll get to.
I still want to do film breakdowns.
I said I was doing film breakdowns before that came out last week.
Yeah.
So I'm...
You also said you're going to play the harmonica.
That's...
No, I'm not doing film to breakdowns.
I bought the Patriots.
I was talking about the command.
Yeah, yeah.
You can do a film break, do a, do a Jaden film breakdown.
But it's going to be like elbow breakdown.
Oh, it's broken.
It's actually not broken.
That's it. It's not broken.
It's dislocated.
Yeah, no fracture.
It turns out the All 22 doesn't come out right away.
I went, I sat down ready to get in the lab.
Yeah.
Well, couldn't get in the lab.
If you're Glenn, if you're Glenn tape watch, you got people at the league that send you still run.
You got it, you got early, you got early film?
They sent Glenn some individual plays.
is almost right pretty much before they even happen.
I would buy a shirt that just said he's still running.
I don't hate it.
There were so many times that I was watching football this weekend.
I was just like he's still running.
Yeah.
Same. Would drink me through the interception?
Yeah.
You were out of the room, but I was like, if he gives a little air on that, he's still running.
It's a great catchphrase.
Yeah, force gum.
I'm done with the Steelers, by the way.
I just, I can't watch this team.
This team, it's just brutal.
I feel bad. They're in like, Steelers fans are in football purgatory right now. They're not in hell. Hell would be just losing all their games and then like getting on the other side and getting a draft. They're just in purgatory where they're, they have good players, but they're either a combination of old or they're all on the defense and it's just brutal to watch. And like what would inspire you to want to watch the Steelers play football? I don't know.
they're in such purgatory that they have they do have like brief glimpses of what it would be like if they weren't in purgatory where they'll go to like a backup quarterback like you'll have your mason rudolph game and people get excited about it and you're like oh no this is hell yeah like they step out of purgatory every now and again and they get to experience hell so they're almost more than happy to go back to purgatory right and if you're going like data points the falcons could be one of the worst teams in the league yep and that was their win in week one and it's not like they blew them out of
out.
Yeah.
So.
My only note on this game was
JJ Watt did a really good job in the booth,
HOTT, Tony Romo borderline.
Well,
I don't think it's borderline.
I think his seat is scalding hot.
I would have been so mad if the Steelers,
like if the game was closer and the Steelers were winning.
Like,
it was bothering me.
Like,
that should be illegal.
What for him to talk about his games?
Yeah.
Like,
it didn't matter because the Patriots won that game handily.
and it would have been completely like
it would have just been like
fan anger but I would have been mad if like
the game was close and T.J. Watt did something and then it was
like J.J. Watt like gassing up his brother. That would have bothered me.
Big cap. What about if Tom Brady
calls a Patriots game?
It's not family. Yeah. Yeah. He doesn't have a dog
in the fight. And I would
love that. He did say shit. He all said piss missile.
I don't want to talk about this. Which is awesome.
I got shit and pissed on by Tom.
But I would love it if he called the Patriots game.
But yeah, it's not the same because he like kind of doesn't like Drake May.
Now Raiders on the other hand.
Not to talk about it.
Yeah, Raiders, fuck that.
You wouldn't, you wouldn't not.
I like that, Hank.
You're all about fair and balanced.
What did he say?
Yeah, it's not even, it's not fair and balanced.
It's not fair and balanced.
No, it's just like.
No, he did a good job not talking about him like he was his brother.
Hank just saying if they lost, he would have then got retroactively mad at J.J. Watt.
For nothing that he did, just the fact that he was there.
It happened early on when like he, yeah, he dig it bad early.
But the game was close early.
And I was like, if, this should be illegal.
Yes.
If the game had gotten closer and like T.J.
Wap probably would have had a huge impact at the end.
Like, I would have been upset and I would have probably taken it.
Last out on JJ.
Yes.
Yeah.
But not for any reason.
He, J.J. did a good job.
He didn't make it feel like this is my brother I'm talking about.
Correct.
You just would have been irrationally angry.
and been like JJ.
Yes.
And so for the sake of other NFL fans.
You're trying to just save JJ from JJ.
Yes.
Okay.
You want him to have this job.
And also at this point,
like I don't think the Steelers should be getting any more marquee A-team games.
I agree with that.
Yeah.
I think there should be some teams that we should come together about and say no,
no A-team, no standalone.
Oh.
And speaking of.
Yeah.
We have a real problem, America.
We have a real problem.
The Panthers 34 Falcons 3.
The Atlanta Falcons,
I'm not going to say they're the worst team in the NFL
because the Miami Dolphins are,
but they're the second worst,
and they're going to be on the next three weeks in primetime.
Thursday night football coming up.
Who do they have after that?
They have Monday night or Sunday night football, I believe.
I think it's Monday and then Sunday.
Yes, yeah, Thursday's Monday, Sunday.
Is it a double Monday maybe?
Oh, good question.
No, I don't think we, I think they got rid of double Monday.
What?
I know.
Yeah, double Monday's gone
Double Monday's playing in that game
We should
We should bring back double Monday night
A massive shuck ladder game
If the Falcons are playing
Bring back double Monday night games please
We're gonna try to steal the moon
Like the minions
We're gonna take the moon
Because the shuck ladders
But yes
Panthers 34 Falcons 3
The Falcons are
I don't know what
Kevin Stefansky did
In his past life to deserve this
I think he might like it.
It's, there's no way he likes what's going on now.
So last year, he got to his fourth quarterback in 11 weeks.
Bad, still bad, because you don't want to be on your fourth quarterback.
This year he got to his fourth quarterback in the second week.
We saw Jack Strand because Hank's favorite quarterback Cooper Rush was basically like the worst quarterback ever.
He got in the game.
He, two of his first five snaps were turnovers, 10 for 17, 18, 18.
86 yards, two interceptions.
The Falcons are so bad.
They're so, so bad.
They're just a brutal watch.
I don't know what else to say.
Very much a bummer.
The only good thing I'll say is if you are a,
what do we call it the Strand Boys?
I think we've been working on like we're going to get stranded.
We're getting stranded.
I saw Strand wagons also go.
Ooh, Strand wagons is good.
All aboard.
The Strandered is the stranded.
The Strandered.
The Stranded.
If you're trying to get a strand job.
The East Street Strand?
Yeah.
If you're all...
Kevin Savansky and the East Street Strand.
If you're all about Jack Strand, which I think we are, suffice to say.
We'll never hear from him again, by the way.
Yeah, we are.
No.
Big Cat, you haven't heard this stat.
No, I just know Michael Penix has...
I think Kevin Savansky can be like, for America's sake, we have to do something before this Thursday night.
Let me tell you this.
Jack Strand.
If you're a non-believer before, listen.
first pass pick six
he becomes the fourth quarterback
in the history of the NFL
where their first pass is pick six
the other three quarterbacks
Sam Donald
Brett Favreff
James Winston
Wait I thought Brett Farr's first pass
in the NFL was a completion to himself
His first pass?
Yeah I'm pretty sure
I'm pretty sure his first pass
was famously a completion to himself
but yeah yeah either way
The set that I saw was those three
Okay.
Were the only three others in the history of the NFL, which would be...
Oh, no, it was.
All right.
So I guess it wasn't a past to himself.
Which would be...
For some reason, I thought it was a past to himself.
An amazing company for Jack Strand to belong to.
Yes.
So let's not give up on Jack Strand just yet.
I might give up on Jack Strand.
I'm not willing to do it.
I'm willing to delude myself.
You guys need to talk me off the ledge.
You need to give me at least one prime time games.
I'm stranding all alone at the edge of the earth right now.
That pick wasn't his fault.
The pick was not his fault.
You're right.
Correct.
That's a fact.
That's all I got.
We should talk about the Panthers.
It's because the Panthers played really, really well.
And Bryce Young is awesome right now.
He had 287 yards, three touchdowns.
He also has, like, real weapons.
Tet was sick.
Like the deep balls to Tet.
Jalen Koker's awesome.
Liggett.
Darren, I feel like, has retired like seven times.
And every time he'll just come back and catch two touchdowns out of nowhere.
It just keeps head.
happening where it's like oh yeah Darren Waller isn't retired two touchdowns that's a same face
new place that last week against the bears I was shocked yeah when they said that he was on the on
panthers are the panthers are the panthers sneaky good or did they play the falcons
offensive juggernauts yeah I mean they played against two bad yeah although the falcons defense
no they played the Steelers offense so they look good because of the Steelers offense
What?
Steelers might have the worst offense in the league.
Yeah, no, they do.
They absolutely do.
I just know that Bryce Young looks good.
And the Panthers, for the first time since September 23rd, 2021, that's almost five years, closed as a favorite and won the game and covered.
Well, they'd have to win and cover it.
You get it.
Yeah.
Their own 12 straight up and against spread over that time period.
They did it.
They won as a favor.
They finally managed expectations.
Yes.
Yeah.
I mean, they kicked the shit out of them, which it's like what you were saying last week
memes with the levels games.
Levels games are important.
Like the Panthers might not be a world beater, but they're a lot better than the Atlanta
Falcons, as currently stated.
I don't know.
I do think the Falcons, if they get just any other quarterback, they'll definitely look
a lot better because they have all the weapons, but man, is it a tough watch?
So the Falcons fans were booing their offense in the first quarter, like halfway through the first quarter.
Rightfully so.
Very much rightfully so.
I just don't remember the last time that Falcons fans have booed their own team.
They don't strike me as like a boo your own team crowd.
Yeah.
But I like it.
Yeah.
I mean, they're a bad team, man.
Because they've had some stinkers.
They're a bad team.
Really, really bad.
I feel bad for Kevin Svansky.
it's it's a it's a it's a tough go they're a tough watch i'm concerned why it took stifansky
three quarters to bench cooper rush uh is he just hoping that things that yeah that cooper rush got
better i don't know they the falcons are the first team since 2008 rams to have no red zone
plays in first two games of the season that's that's really hard to do it's so tough to not even
get like just stumble into the red zone once that's that's that's a
incredible. I hope that Michael
Pinnix is healthy because if
he's not, they're going to be putting so much pressure
on him to say that he's healthy. Yes.
Oh yeah, he's going to have to play.
And it's going to be, yeah. Stafansky's like
knocking on his door a few times
a day at the facility and just being like, hey, how are you
feeling? Yeah. Can I get you anything? Yeah.
It's, it's, it's, oh,
they have five turnovers
through two games,
pick six for two straight
weeks, not a single play in the red zone.
Next two games on the road, next three
games in prime time.
Yikes.
Yikes, yikes.
That is your Atlanta Falcons.
Oh, Colts.
Gonna maybe...
Oh, my God.
I think he was down.
I think he was down.
Oh, my God.
I think he was down.
This is crazy.
Body language, he's acting like that was a fumble.
I think he was...
That was a...
How?
Touched.
Touched.
All right.
All right.
not touch. Wait, was he touched before
I think he may have been touched before. That's a
fumble. Somebody might have grazed him. But did he
have the ball?
He's touched. No, but he didn't have
possession. He didn't have the ball.
Possession up.
This is great. This is great podcasting.
Somebody gives us a breakdown. Mike Pereira. Go.
Let's get Butterworth on the line.
Oh, man. That is
the Chiefs, man. This is what they do.
I don't know. Maybe.
All right. Do you have, they're touched?
Does he have possession?
He's being touched.
He has possession.
He's being touched.
Kind of.
PFT, do a couple.
Do a couple ads.
The kind of was not.
Oh, man.
Oh, man.
Do a couple ads, PFT while we wait for the call here.
I'm doing a couple ads while we wait for the call on Sunday night football.
And this is part of my take.
And it's brought to you by some of our very, very good friends.
What, Hank?
I don't know.
I don't know.
Sorry.
It's brought to you by BetterHelp.

Hank, maybe you can answer this.
If you could wake up tomorrow and be better at one thing,
what would that be and why?
Golf.
Yeah, it's golf.
I was trying to think of something like deeper,
but it's golf.
No, it's golf.
And, you know, there's a lot of people that are in sports, athletics.
Golf is a big sport for going to therapy,

Okay, we're back.
We still have a review.
I don't know what.
I don't know what's going to happen.
What do you guys think?
I think, unfortunately, that's going to be Chiefs ball game.
I think that's going to be game over.
Lequon Trev will still in the league.
Yeah.
Yeah, good for him.
Yeah, good point, memes.
Positive.
I'm going to go with down.
Yeah?
Was it Don?
Don?
How Don?
Although.
How down is done?
Who's Don?
I think...
He could have been done.
I think if this was a Chiefs player, he'd be down, but it is the Chiefs.
Oh.
The Chiefs is the Chiefs.
The Chiefs are the Chiefs.
Damn.
I think that they might...
If it was the Chiefs, they would break out some rule we have never heard of before.
The player was...
They were announcing it.
Down by contact, please?
Oh.
It looks like...
they're not celebrating.
Call reversed.
Call reversed.
Colts still live.
First Don.
First Don.
Don.
Okay.
And we play on.
And we play on.
Okay.
Where are we?
Oh, Browns $29 bucks 19,
or 26 bucks 19.
Zach.
You go into a game like this.
You just think, hey,
season or home opener,
Browns, things are going to go great
and then things just don't go good
and they continue to not go good
and then when you get beat by
Deshaun Watson and the Browns.
Yeah. Yeah. First
in the Todd Bowl, it's the first
matchup of two teams whose head coaches are
both named Todd in NFL history
and they're both Todd Roberts.
Oh. Both have the same middle name.
Yeah, I said it at the start of the show
Zach and it was like half tongue in cheek
you know, my quarterback got injured,
PFT's quarterback got injured,
but neither of us lost to Deshawn Watson in the Browns.
I, you know, it didn't look good.
It didn't look good at all.
It felt like a lot of the passes were behind the line of scrimmage
and the passes that were above the line of scrimmage
were just way out of reach for guys to catch.
Yeah.
There's one silver lining, you know,
Bucky Irvin did his thing.
He's a dog.
Bucking Irving was really good.
But they also, this also was a crazy game
because it took five hours and 15 minutes
to play the whole game because there was a two-hour delay
and it just was brutal.
If you're a Bucks fan to have to wait all that time,
then to come back and lose.
And I thought, like, the live line had the Bucks' favorites.
They were in the better position.
They had second and four on the 26 with two minutes left.
You should be able to score from there.
How do you come out of that ring delay,
not a single duck in a row?
You just come out sloppy.
It made no sense.
Yeah, they were in disarray.
And I think that, yeah, it is tough because you go into that rain delay
and you're already feeling like you kind of, you're losing the game.
Yeah.
So, like, you spend that two hours, like, reading stats about the game,
thinking about what's gone wrong so far.
So it's like you almost deal with one loss,
and then you come back out, and then you get another loss on top of that.
So that's a tough way to lose, especially considering it's against the Browns.
It sounded like Todd Munkin had the better plan in the rain delay.
He said afterwards about the two-hour lightning delay,
we fueled, we hydrated, we played music, we kept the vibe up,
we said we were in the driver's seat.
And then after the game, he said the Browns are going to Browns F that.
Wait, did you say F that or fuck that?
I don't know if he said.
I think he said F that.
All right.
All right, Todd.
Todd's feeling him, Todd.
I see you, Todd.
Todd's feeling it.
I mean, listen, first win for Todd, Todd Monkin in the NFL as a head coach.
He said everyone gets a game ball.
I don't care what it costs.
Kellan Moore, you've been put on notice.
That's pretty cool.
Everyone gets a game ball.
Also, maybe the Browns found something.
Have the entire media.
Cleveland Media and everyone in the NFL leaked that Deshawn Watson is about to lose his job,
and then you get a decent Deshawn Watson because he wasn't that bad today.
Well, I mean, he had about half of what the expectation is for Deshaun Watson.
He had 238 yards passing and two touchdowns.
Correct.
But they put his job on the hot seat.
Like all these reports came out before, like they're going to evaluate after these games.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So, yeah, good game for Deshaun, maybe like a five-dimensional chess move by Todd Munga.
There was one point in the game.
I still need to try to find the footage of this,
but the announcer said,
Todd Munkin has dropped to his knees on the sidelines
in despair about something.
It was the fourth quarter.
They only had two time I was left,
and they called one of them with like eight minutes to go.
And they were either down a little bit or up a little bit,
but they had to call the timeout.
I need to see Todd Munkin dropping to his knees in despair on the sidelines.
Todd Munkin has fallen.
He has fallen, sir.
Do you think, did the Browns make the right decision?
trading for Deshaun, getting rid of Baker?
So far in this game, yes.
Week two of the 2026 season, yes.
Yeah, it's time to ask the question.
Yeah.
Should they extend Deshawn?
Imagine.
Be the funniest thing ever.
What are the boys laughing about in the booth?
Meme just screamed.
It smells like pussy in here when the Colts decided to not go for it on fourth down.
Oh.
All right.
So that's what we were laughing at.
We're podcast over here.
Tell him.
You should turn on your mic when you have to say it.
All right, we're going to maybe have a tie.
Three minutes left for the cheese.
We deserve a tie.
That'd be fun.
Chees are going to win with Harrison Bucker field goal.
Todd Bowles said after the game, nobody is coming to save us.
Okay.
Not really that motivational of a message, I think, to send to your team.
Sounds like he's stranded.
Yeah.
Sounds like he's looking for a new quarter.
He might be looking to get stranded.
Yes, yes.
Strain.
No one's coming to save us.
Like, that's not a, if you're a buck and that's, that's Todd's message to you after the game.
Yeah.
You're not looking forward to come to work on Monday.
Incredibly uninspirational.
Yeah.
It was, yeah, no, Sean out played Baker today.
Baker had a bad day.
I don't know.
The offensive line for the Bucks was supposed to be the strength and it doesn't look that way.
I don't also, I mean, this is why I said when we finished last season is like, how do you bring Todd Bowles back?
It feels like you're back.
The Bucks have, since week eight of last season,
when I think they started like six and one or something like that,
they've gone three in ten.
Three and ten since week eight of last season,
the only teams with the worst record are the Titans,
commanders, and Cardinals.
So they've also lost 11 straight against the spread.
That's hard to do.
They make the spread.
So it's like, you know,
it should be,
you should be about 500 against the spread.
11 straight against the spread.
I was shocked when I saw that 3 and 10 stat,
but it does also kind of remind you
how hot the bucks were at the start of last year.
Yeah.
They were really,
it may be like a really good team
in terms of closing out tough games.
But if a coach goes 3 and 8 to end a season
and it's this third year and, like,
you have the best roster in the NFC South,
do you think you wouldn't bring him back?
They brought it back and now you start 0 and 2.
Seems like we're just doing it again.
Because we are.
Right.
Like, it's literally what they're doing.
And, Zach, this is a tough one to get over, I think, for you.
Yeah, it wasn't a fun watch whatsoever.
I know, like, on paper, it looks like Deshaun, like, cut us up a little bit.
But, like, a lot of those yards are just, like, after the catch
and we're just, like, missing routine tackles.
And they're getting by, like, two, three guys that, like, should have...
I don't know.
It was a lot of yards out there that shouldn't happen because the defense is playing sloppy as well.
At one point, the Baker left to huddle, he's holding his lower back.
That made me a little nervous.
I'm not sure what that is, but...
Yeah, we go from here.
I'm not going to...
It's week two, so Tobol's is the coach.
I want him to do as good as he possibly can, you know what I mean?
But it just feels like Groundhog's Day a little bit.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Doesn't feel good.
Also, Dom, I didn't see Don for six hours, and then he just turns the corner.
He was pretty loud.
With a dog bone necklace on.
Yeah, what are we?
He keeps talking about his lucky dogbone necklace.
You can't have any lucky anything if you're a Browns fan.
There can't be like, oh, every time I bring out the lucky dog bone, that doesn't make any sense.
Yeah, the only, I guess.
What would it?
What would the-
Were it when you beat the Steelers in the playoffs at one time?
Yeah, but then where's it been?
He's worn it many weeks.
If you have anything that's lucky, it's long since crossed over and become unlucky from the times that you've had to wear it.
Yeah.
You look at the expiration date on that lucky, and it's long since it's gone.
It would have to been buried in the backyard several, several years ago and dug up today.
Yeah.
then it might be lucky if it was a new thing.
But yeah, the lucky dog bone.
I don't understand that.
But good for the Browns.
I'm at, listen,
Browns fans are diehards and they deserve a win and something nice,
especially this early in the season.
You're one in one now.
Who do you got?
Oh, this.
Now I'm actually nervous about this.
So dude wipes did a promo where next week,
if they beat the Panthers by 22 or more,
they're giving out,
or do they not play the Panthers next week?
They do.
They do.
The Browns,
Max. You're not locked in.
They do. Max just looked up the, the Buccaneers. High noon on Fox.
If they beat him by 22 or more, Dude Wipes is giving someone, uh, $50,000.
And I said to PFT, should we match?
Mm-hmm.
Browns might be good. I think we should match. I think we should match. And I'm going to
throw in a new toilet as well. Okay. I'll buy a Browns fan of toilet.
Let's go 23 or more. So that way we can, we're not just totally taking their.
It's like a Brown's ladder.
Yeah, yeah. Yeah.
23 or more,
Browns beat,
if the Browns beat the Panthers
by 23 or more,
PFT and I will find one lucky
Browns AWL
and give them $50,000 total.
And a toilet.
And a toilet.
Yeah.
Two toilets.
Do you're going to match?
Yeah, I'll match your toilet.
That's huge.
Yep.
I don't think anyone's ever...
Well, I have to make,
Shane, make a graphic for it.
It's going to be a big game.
There's no way.
There's no way.
This is going to be a hell of a gambling game if they're up like 17 late.
I mean, Deshaun didn't look bad today.
No.
No.
And there were even some drops that got left on the field.
Yeah.
Denzel Boston, did you see his quote about his big catch and run?
He said, wait, I got to find it.
It was a very funny.
He said, after I spun out, I see green grass.
I'm to the house.
I'm to the Baja.
I don't know the Baja, okay
But that's what he was thinking when he was running
The bottom?
I'm to the Baja
I'm to the bottom
I don't know
To the Baja
Okay, the Chiefs and Colts by the way
are in
Overtime with two minutes left
Tied 30 to 30
It feels like the chiefs need like 15 more yards
Harrison Bucker is going to kick a 50
Tie would be sick
Four yarder for the win
Tie would be sick
I've seen this game
So many times
By the way,
hand up on this show. Remember last week, did we not do who's going to win a game first?
The Dolphins of the Browns? Yeah, we were very wrong. Very, very wrong. Browns?
Not the worst team in the NFL. They're not even bottom two. I think they're...
I mean, power rankings-wise, the bucks have to be worse. Yeah, oh and two. Yeah. The dolphins are worse. The Titans are worse. Chargers are worse.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Worse.
Zach, are you, is season over or are you?
I was there a little bit ago.
I was thinking that, like, hey, let's just move on, you know.
You guys can still win the South, though.
That's the only, that's the thing that's like, our division is so bad that every year you think somebody's got to win it, why not us?
Right.
No one's two and oh.
No, it just, I think Panthers have a win, Saints have a win, and it's completely open still.
So I'm not, I'm not out of it whatsoever.
We go to Vikings next week.
Football starts week three, and we go from there.
Okay.
Football search week three.
You're still going to go to war with Todd Bowles, though.
Have to.
Who do you want to play with the Vikings?
Do you want to play against Kyler?
Or do you want to try your luck with Wins?
Wins of Soda.
I would like to play Kyler.
Kenneth Walker is so fucking good, dude.
Chiefs is the Chiefs.
The Chiefs is the Chiefs.
Colts going to cover, though.
Well, I guess, yeah, I shouldn't have said that.
Maybe.
That was famous last words.
It was famous last words.
had enough. We'll talk college football on Wednesday, but I was on the wrong side of NC State,
and I was paralyzed for about an hour.
Shocking. Just sitting and just silence. And then I had UNC Clemson right after, and I said,
what am I doing? Why am I doing this? It was quite something. Just sitting there on my couch,
not speaking. Okay. Afternoon games. Broncos 20, Jaguars 13. Broncos.
are back, that looked in the first half like the Broncos season was going to be over
because we had the Jaguars come out, looked good, looked like they hadn't changed anything
from last week and the way they ended last season.
Then, and we also had a really bad Bo Nix interception at the end of the second quarter,
really bad.
But the Broncos defense showed up in the second half.
Bo Nicks started finding Jalen Waddle.
He found him in the first half as well.
And I see the vision.
I see the vision with Jalen Waddle.
He was explosive.
It was cool to see.
The Broncos defense played really well, especially in the second half.
That Riley Moss interception kind of changed the whole flow of the game.
Then they were pinning their ears back.
They were getting to Trevor Lawrence.
Broncos, not as bad as they looked, week one.
That was a dog shit interception that Trevor Lawrence.
Oh, yeah.
Third and six, tough down to throw on.
We all know that.
But it was just a terrible decision.
It was like very clearly that Riley Moss had had the inside position.
and don't know why through that.
He described it as a very bad interception.
And it was kind of like a little bit of the Broncos
that we saw last year.
It's nice to be like,
okay, maybe that wasn't a complete mirage from last season.
Yeah.
To me going into,
I said this on Friday's show,
but it did feel like the Jaguars,
like they could not be any higher than they were.
And then the Broncos,
public Monday night football in front of the entire world,
ugly lost,
looked like the worst possible team,
that possible iteration themselves,
that they have been for the last two seasons.
So it was nice to see that the Broncos
still have some of that shit in them from last year.
Yes, yes, I'd agree.
And their defense, especially in the second half,
look like that, where they were harassing Trevor Lawrence,
getting him off his spot.
We did have a couple of funny things happen in this game.
Liam Cohen got an unsportsman-like penalty,
which after a Travis Hunter passed interference,
that was funny.
I watched the replay.
I think he just said,
what the fuck is going on?
on here. I don't know why that would be a flag, but that kind of suck for Liam Cohen.
And we also had, I was thinking about it. The Davis Webb offensive coordinator thing was
Sean Payton. Sean Payton is actually a genius because you can move Davis Webb upstairs.
I forgot about that. He's downstairs right now. Sean Payton actually did give him an add-a-boy
and was like good job at the end of the game. They showed that. But there was a moment, Chiefs win,
3.30. We'll get to that game at the end. So Davis Webb in the first half, I noticed it. They were cutting to him a lot and like the frustration. It feels like that was a, I'm not saying that Sean Peyton told him that, but when you have your offensive coordinator front and center like that being like this is the guy. This is the problem. This is the problem. This is the problem. He was on the hot seat. It felt like in the first half, even though the interception was Bonix, not Davis Webb. Then second half, they found their rhythm and Jalen Wado looked great.
So Davis Webb, he's okay.
And Sean Payton, again, smart move to give the actual buffer that you can always move
them upstairs as your next course of action, not just fire him and take control.
And then you can move him back.
You can move him back.
You can move him right back down.
And that might solve some things.
Yes.
Yeah, I don't know what to make of the Broncos, just like I didn't know too much what to make
of them last season.
I think there are going to be a team that if they get the breaks go their way, they will be
involved in the playoffs.
but I don't think that they're, I don't know, I still haven't seen any, like,
improvement from them from last year.
I'll say this, Bo Nix, winner, like fifth career win when trailing by double digits.
He's been in the NFL for three years.
That's, I mean, you're never out of it with Bo Nix.
Sometimes he'll put you in that double digit hole, but it'll also be a part of the reason why
you can get out of it.
And he threw the ball nicely, like, deep.
I just, Sean Payton's wife, you had a good fantasy day.
Yeah, good job.
Yeah, I mean, a lot of the, a lot of the, a lot of,
of the mistakes that have been made, I don't necessarily think that you can point to Davis Webb
and say this is his fault. No. I think that it's going to be very convenient that if their offense
doesn't have a good game, of course, one of the first things people are going to say is like,
well, you have a Hall of Fame play caller and he's not calling plays. Correct. Why? Correct. But in
reality, sometimes, like, players do stupid shit. Yeah. The Trevor Lawrence had a 19.8 passer rating
in the second half. So that tells you what the Broncos defense was able to do.
dial up. Do you guys want to do a real quick idiot jazz because I don't know why this popped in
my head, but it did. I think it was because I was just looking back through this game and I was
like, you know, I know what changed the game. It was the Riley Moss Interception.
Riley Moss might be the one one name in the NFL for could be a hot porn star. Do you guys agree?
There's not a lot of guy names
That could be girl names
Right
Riley Moss
So then I looked at it
The Broncos might be the 1-1
Team right now
In the NFL
For Hot Porn Stars
Because Bo Nix could be a hot porn star too
Riley Moss
I think you'd have to change it to Nicky Bonito
But Nicky Bonito would be
Like if it was N-IKK-I
And then Tyler Baddy
might just be a hot guy porn star.
Tyler Batty's good.
They might lead the league in porn star names.
What you're saying, like bone?
No.
Bone X.
I think Bone X could be a chick's name too.
Packers got a couple.
Packers got, so I looked it up.
What about?
I went through a couple.
Yeah, Jordan Love is a good one.
Skymore.
Skymore, Jordan Love.
Bacial Tootin.
No, I don't think that's, no.
Facial Tootin.
Yeah, but it's like actual porn star names.
Yeah.
The, uh, the Viking sneaky.
have a decent porn star team because they had,
I was looking through it, DJ Dallas.
Like this could be guy or girl porn star.
DJ Dallas.
Cameron Danzler could be a chick.
Jordan Addison could be a chick.
Dallas Turner could be, I think, both.
And then Bo Richter is like a dude with like a 16-inch cock.
Yeah.
Bo Richter.
Bo Richter's pretty good.
And then I went even deeper.
Again, I'm sorry, this is really stupid that this spent,
I spent 15 minutes of my time prepping for games and I went through this.
I think the winner, though, would be the 2024 Miami Dolphins.
Because the 2024 Miami Dolphins had Skyler Thompson.
That is a hot chick porn star name.
Kendall Fuller.
Yeah.
Also hot chick porn star name.
Kendall Lamb.
Storm Duck, which I don't even know what that would be.
River Craigcraft.
Strum Duck is a producer.
Yeah.
And then David Long would be a dude.
But David Long would work.
Yeah.
I'm trying to think what else we got.
If I had more time, I think I could go historically.
Right now, Ladd-McConkie sounds like a dude porn star.
Bears had a few, yeah.
Devin Bush.
Yeah.
Kyle Monongay.
Sky Thomas.
Any sky.
Sky works.
Colston Loveland, there's something there.
Yes, that is big time.
We should do the all, maybe we do that like Gruden Grinders, but we just do the all porn star team.
We should do that.
We should actually do that.
Yeah, the one that I think also part of why I, uh,
was thinking this with Riley Moss
is that the Broncos did have a classic
could be a hot porn star in Ashley Lilly.
Remember him?
Yep.
Ashley Lilly was a hot,
that's a hot girl name.
Every time I saw Ashley Lily,
I was like, that should be a hot chick.
Yeah, maybe we'll do this.
Is he the only Ashley to play?
I think he might be.
We should do this, though.
We should do the all-porn team for names.
Bam Knight would be another good one.
Yeah, that's good.
that's good Max Strong would be a good guy porn star name like you can do both he doesn't have to just be chicks
Colson Loveland is good you're right but yeah I think you have to have what were your other
Sky Cam Lewis is another one you you need to have a it needs to be DJ Dallas yeah it needs to be
I said that for the Vikings you need to have uh equal like guy and girl you can't just be like all guys
they gotta be fucking each other yeah right exactly the Skyler Thompson Kendall Fuller Dolphins
though, come on.
Anyone name Kareem?
Kareem, yeah.
Either way, it's something we should maybe do
at some point. We just do the all 22
of Porn Star names.
Schuyler Thompson has to be starting quarterback.
Skylar Thompson, yeah. 100%.
I think so. Skyers, God, Skyler's
a stripper name. It just is.
Jordan Love is
pretty damn good. You're right.
You're right. You're right.
Frankie Louvo.
Yeah?
Frankie. Yeah. Frankie.
yeah.
Frankie for a chick.
Frankie.
Yeah, yeah.
Frankie for a chick.
Yeah, yeah.
That absolutely could play.
Okay, that was all I had there.
Broncos win, though.
Broncos are back.
It looks a lot like it did last year.
Yeah.
I'd agree.
I'd agree.
I'd agree.
And there's something about Bo Necks that you just can't quit him.
That interception he threw in the second quarter was so, so bad.
It was so, so bad.
It was awful, just like chucked it up in the end.
And again, that's not something that Davis Webb
had on the play sheet.
Yeah.
But it was just,
Bo being Bo.
It was, it was,
it was one of those situations.
I was like,
I think I'm done with the Broncos.
And then,
and then he was back.
It was like,
all right,
he's fine.
So I,
I don't know.
There's,
there's,
I,
I can't quit Bo Nix,
even though sometimes
I really,
really,
really, really want to.
All right.
Let's take a break for two more ads.

Okay.
Shane, get in here, sit.
He's got his Chargers poncho.
Are you bolted, Shane?
Raiders 26.
Always bolted.
Chargers 14.
Shane, I told you before, but the Los Angeles Chargers will be my pinky team.
They're so bad.
They're not going to win the Super Bowl.
It's a great choice.
It's the only time I've ever felt like fully, fully safe.
And I looked it up because I know people are going to get upset.
the Chargers before the season
had on Draft King's
sports, they had
hold on, I'm going to pull it up, I believe they had
15 to 1 odds.
So what?
That's it probably. I think they're around there.
15 to 1 odds.
So for people like, oh, they'd never
had a chance to win the Super Bowl.
Or they were 17 to 1.
They were 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7th,
8th team.
They were ahead of the Texans.
They were head of the Niners, the Lions,
the Broncos, the Bengals, the Bears.
the Cowboys.
That's a team that was in the conversation.
You know, Super Bowl aspirations.
They are dog shit, shame.
Yeah, it's not good.
And their schedule right now,
these were the two games that you had to win.
Had to.
And we lost both of them.
The schedule from this point on is the second hardest in the entire NFL.
I think it's someone did the,
like went through all the analytics.
And in the last 10 years,
it's like the third hardest schedule any teams had since like 2017.
Yeah, you guys are getting fucked now.
Yeah.
Where do we who's
Let's do the blame game
Let's start the blame game
You want to get the pie out
Yeah let's get the blame pie out
We're gonna talk about the Raiders
Because Raiders do need some love
Starting 2 and O
For the first time
It feels like forever
And you know
Kirk Cousins was awesome today
Let's cut the pie though
Who
Okay
How much do you deserve
I think
You look ridiculous
Yeah you invited me on the couch
Ridiculous
Ridiculous
I look like I look normal
I would never
Wear something that ridiculous
I didn't wear any charges
gear today so you asked me to come on the couch
I have to come bolt it up. No, no, no. It's like a
punishment that like we made you wear this.
And I just punishment. Yeah, I want
I want it on the record. You were
wearing that before I asked you to come on the show.
That's not true. Yes, it is. He was
walking around in that all afternoon.
Yeah, you were. Yeah, I mean,
literally memes. I said you're going to have to
come on tonight. I said it to him while
he was wearing this.
I'm still bolted up. Like,
Max, it was true.
I don't think that's
That's an insane thing to make up.
You did tell me that you wanted me on the show after, so I put it on.
I thought you were wearing that.
Yeah.
So, okay.
All right, fine.
You were wearing it at some point, yeah?
Yeah, after.
Okay, my bad.
But I needed, like, I need to pump myself up.
My bad.
I apologize, Max.
I don't know.
Jim Harbaugh is a big one.
Okay.
I think they're just a lot of dumb decisions.
They've been like platooning guards.
So every other drive, they're just swapping out of guard.
That's really smart.
Yeah, really smart.
I've never heard of that.
really consistent, really helps with the offense.
Do they have a reason? I don't know. I blame Mike McDaniel to an extent. I just think
the offense, the Greg Roman offense they're running. That's like kindergarten.
That's like the most basic offense there's. And now Mike McDaniel's coming in. He's throwing
in all these motions and everything. They just, however long training camp was, it just wasn't
long enough for them to like get in tune with everything. And everything's so timing based.
Like they're just one person makes a mistake, it throws off the whole play. So I could see,
I could see a possibility where in these next few games,
like they get momentum going and like offense starts to click and like.
Okay.
But it's not looking good right now.
These two games,
I said before the Cardinals game like both these are must wins.
This is like the loss of both.
I, yeah.
If you lose back to back must wins, that's that's tough.
Yeah.
Really tough.
We're going to have to make up.
I mean,
what if you're just not,
what if we look back and you're like actually,
yeah,
the Raiders and Cardinals were better than the Chargers.
You could.
I mean, you could make the case that the Cardinals, like, I think Cardinals pretty underrated.
No, I think the Cardinals are bad.
They got absolutely so much.
Well, yeah, but I mean, like the Raiders might not be bad.
Even before the game, I was telling Colton, like, I could see a path where the Cardinals win.
But.
Okay.
The Chargers defense is a big problem.
It's like Staley level bad.
It was a little better today, but what about, well, I mean, Kirk Cousins, like, he was lighting you guys up.
Three touchdown.
I mean.
He was throwing it deep, too.
That was my big thing.
when I said he played goodish week one.
It's because he couldn't throw the deep ball.
Today he did.
It was like two broken plays, though.
It was like miscommunication with safeties.
I don't know.
Obviously, I'm not.
What about when you snap the ball
while Trey Harris was in motion and it hit him?
Yeah, that's what I was talking about before.
They need to practice more is what I'm hearing.
Yeah.
Herbert said after that it was just like time was running out.
He was trying to rush it.
But it might have been a couple days where Harbaugh was like,
hey, I know that we don't have practice.
And I can't make you guys come in.
But it would be really good.
Maybe come in your day off.
Yeah. What about
Herbert? Does he get any blame?
Of course. Yeah? How much?
Greatest full of time.
The last game, a lot more blame than he should get this game.
There was some really bad receiver plays.
Did you see first drive?
Did you see the Arronday Gadsden just like bat the ball away from from Brent Johnson?
He threw a good ball to receiver.
And yeah.
A tight end was playing defense.
And then did the Njoku interception, like just a,
a bunch of crazy plays.
There's a whole shot to Quinn Johnson.
He just didn't catch.
There's just like a bunch of mistakes everywhere.
We're driving down the field to tie the game,
and Amarian Hampton fumbles the ball.
It's like, yeah.
That was a great, I'm watching this play right now.
This is a great breakup by Gadsden.
It was crazy.
Yeah.
You didn't like Hank making those noises.
No, he just, ummed me.
Yeah, I mean, he oombs you.
The way you said that, no, I felt bad.
I felt, I felt your pain.
And the way you said he fumbled the ball.
Just that's just like, um.
yeah remandes the worst
Stevenson does it fucking five times a game yeah
okay
get it off your chest hang
yeah get it off your chest I don't know
I've been pretty open about like
I just how bad it is yeah
can I give you a
a stat which I know you've probably seen
have you seen the stat I'm about to say
is it Andrew Luxap
no
oh
no no
how much of the blame pie does
miss beer get
hmm
I think she gets a small piece of the pie
But definitely, I think definitely a piece of the pie.
Yeah, you gotta have to.
Yeah.
No, those, that pie's for you, is what you say.
Yeah.
What's the set?
Let's hear.
All right.
Team Saluz, back to back home games by double digits against teams with a sub 200 winning
percentage the previous season.
The last one was like the, it was like the Akron Wizards or some.
No, close.
It's the 2026 Los Angeles Chargers and the 1926 Racine tornadoes.
Now here's the problem, Shane.
Racine Tornadoes, they did this in 1926.
They then played one more game.
Then they dissolved as a franchise.
They never played another game.
They just ceased to exist.
So you're on franchise dissolution watch.
If history had told us anything,
you are going to play one more game and then just never be a franchise again.
Also, fun fact, Mitt Romney's dad was the quarterback for them in 1922.
That's a very,
or 24, I believe, the Racine tornadoes.
That's a crazy sad.
One more game and then they quit.
They also were led by a fullback slash kicker, Hank Gillow.
And the two games, these two games, same score.
And it's the same score, 2614.
You guys want to guess the size of their fullback?
I think he was probably 511 and 2005 pounds.
Close.
510, 195 pounds.
Wow.
Yeah.
That's her fullback.
He's probably a beast.
He probably also, like, built a railroad.
And, like, in the offseason was, like, an incredible plumber or something like.
Yeah, probably was, like, a World War I veteran.
Yeah, yeah.
Can I share a stat with you?
This isn't really, please.
It's pretty random stab, but I just had it in the pocket.
Sorry.
Pitta said no.
Yeah.
Oh, not interested.
It's a charger stat.
It's a Justin Herbert stat.
Yeah, not.
All right.
Hey, what do you think?
You want the Justin Herbert's stat?
Yeah.
Okay.
Andrew Luck in 94 games was sacked 185 times
Justin Herbert in 99 games
This was before this last game
How many times was he sacked?
Andrew Luck, how many games again?
94 games 185 times
Justin Herbert 99 games
And it was this that was from before this today's game
I'm going to guess
It was 241 times
I would say 375
PF5
T south of stat.
Do you get it?
Yeah, it's written on the dot.
241?
I did have this written up.
That's that's right down for today.
Okay.
So he's been sacked 241 times?
99 games.
2.3, 2.43 sacks per game.
Now, isn't a sack partially a quarterback stat?
It is.
It is.
So that's what I was saying when you're, I saw all those clips of last week where you had
like three guys blocking one dude.
And some of that is on the offensive line.
Yes, but I think some of it's also on the quarterback.
Yeah, that one play from last week.
I mean, I don't know if Harbaugh is just like throwing the Trey Harris under the bus.
He was like, he was saying that basically in the Shanahan offense or whatever.
They have like these outs for when a lot of pressures come to the quarterback because when a lot of the guys come, there's space behind him.
And Trey Harris was supposed to run an out route and he ran in instead.
So there's nobody behind those guys.
So Herbert kind of had to eat the sack.
At least that's what he said.
Maybe he was just like taking blame away from Herbert.
How's the, did you listen to the Bolt Up podcast?
How did he boys do it?
I didn't. It's hard to click on the podcast when the vibes are this low right now.
Yeah. Yeah. I think I will eventually.
Thanks. Making the noises again.
I agree. It is funny to just think about you like you're too upset to click the link for the podcast.
I mean, I might at some other point, but I just, I don't really want to hear right now about how bad everything is. I know how bad everything is.
I thought that Khalil Mack had a good quote in the post game. They asked him what the message from coach Harbaal was.
and he goes honestly I just blanked out the whole time I don't really know
that's exactly what you want to hear yeah yeah I think I never
I think Cleo Max allowed to say this he goes my mind was on the game
but I feel like it had something to do with picking up the pieces and getting this thing right
yeah just kind of like doing the word salad that might be what Harbaugh said after the game
yeah it's such a shame like every time we get like maximum hope for a season like
we got Kell and Moore and the on
offense was like the team was shit we have Greg Roman team's fine and then we get Mike
McDaniel and then it's like shit again and it's like yeah blow it up is what guilty is charged
has it that's what they're saying yeah blow it all I was uh it went from crossroads to blow it up
I I would be lying if I didn't say that Jeremiah Smith had crossed my mind at some point today
wait go keep scroll over I want to see what the all right it went from uh L-A-D-D-D
P. P. P. P. P. P.m. P. T.m. Paltor-Dash, crossroads, blow it up. That's a pretty good stretch there for
Guilty as charge. Shout out those guys. Those guys are awesome. So what does blow it up mean? Because when I
hear blow it up, I'll tell you what I think. Toilet. No. I was just going to say everybody,
everybody's gone. Yeah. No, like fire Harbaugh. I'm not saying this. I'm saying
Herbert. Blow it up means Harbaugh. Fired.
Herbert.
God.
Herbert.
Fired.
Fired.
Fired.
Herbert fanboys will never, never turn on Herbert.
That's what I'm comfortable conversations about Herbert.
There's a lot of Vikings fans who are trying to get something going.
Oh, that would be, that Vikings would be good.
So the Chargers, their 0-1-2 with losses of teams that picked first and third.
Yep.
In last year's draft.
That's probably the first time that's ever happened.
Yeah.
What?
They can't make a noises.
Oh, yeah, sorry.
I mean,
teams can turn around.
You saw a Patriots last year?
Like,
maybe that's just me being hopeful, but...
Okay, all right, yeah, let's turn out.
But my pinky's on the line now.
I can't be...
Your schedule is the second hardest.
Can you say in the history of the NFL?
Third hardest, yeah.
Like...
Patriot didn't have that schedule.
What do you mean?
No, they did not.
That's a turn around week two.
Yeah.
What do you mean they didn't have that?
They did lose the Raiders.
Yeah, but then they...
Those we won, that we won a week two.
Yeah
The one in our fucking roll
No, I know
But mentally
I just can't be
I can't be out on the season
Yeah
I can't
I agree with you
You can't
You want to
No no
You still want to believe
We choose too early
Yes
Yes
I agree with that
I agree with that
Like I don't know
Hey
You didn't lose to the Browns
They can click
We didn't lose the Browns
Yeah
Right
That's
You lost to the Cardinals
At home
And then
And then you lost to the radio
Yeah
They didn't lose to
John Watson and the Browns
Yes, memes.
Mimes is a question for...
I don't know why Max is...
When are you ready to call the season?
When am I ready to call the season?
Good question.
We've got the Bills next week.
Yeah, Bill's not going to be fun.
I don't know the exact...
I know it's like Bills, Rams, Niner's.
Bill's defense...
At Seahawks, home against Broncos, at Chiefs, at Rams.
If there's a team that you could maybe get right, though,
in terms of offensively, the Bills might be it.
Bill's not Max Crosby?
Yeah.
I get...
It was perfect.
there was the game ended on a safety from a holding in the end zone.
I know.
Joe Alt has not been good.
I mean, he was good last week.
This is,
today he was not.
He had,
he had four.
He had three,
three penalties today.
Rishon Slater had four.
He had four himself.
Yeah,
it was the whole offensive lines that fucking,
we had a hundred million dollars in caps space.
Yes, Max.
Okay.
Best case scenario,
where do you see your record after week seven?
Good question.
At bills,
at Seahawks,
home against the Broncos,
at Chiefs at Rams
Best?
That sounds like
What is how many weeks is that?
Seven weeks.
Best?
I think three and four.
I think three and four
but you beat the Broncos and the Chiefs.
I think we split with them this year.
That's what I thought going into it.
If you could beat them,
you're in it.
But like that's still not three and four.
No, no.
Win one other game too.
Yeah.
And then you win one of that
Phil's at Seahawks at Rams.
Yeah.
Sam Donald's not playing like that.
Rams isn't even an away game, dude.
Punta four gets to go right across the locker room.
Seriously. We'll take them.
Well, no, you can't take him. He's on the other team.
No, but I would take him in a heartbeat.
Well, yeah, obviously.
Like, there's trades that happen in the NFL.
Yeah, true.
They got him back. They don't need Puno.
He's mansplaining the NFL to you.
PFT, go ahead.
He told me something couldn't happen that could have.
Yeah.
True.
Boy, Shane.
He got you there.
50.
What do you think about Harbaugh not even being able to talk to the media after the game
because the Raiders' chants in their own city
were too loud.
I mean, that's, that's been the,
that's been the story of so-fi for years.
I mean, the only way to fix us to win games.
And we can't be, or you can leave.
That's another way to fix it.
I would love for them to be in San Diego.
Yeah, that wasn't even a joke.
No, I know.
I agree.
He has no allegiance to L.A.
Like, you know, it's Lakers.
I would love for him to be in San Diego.
Yeah.
That'd get a lot of, like,
there'd actually be like a home field advantage
like, I don't know.
Maybe Pooning can come back.
Thank you, Shane. Sorry.
Maybe Puna will come back.
That sucked. That was a really brutal game to watch.
Yeah, it was really sad.
We need to, the only way I can see us making play.
We have to get like 10 wins, and that's, so I'll be out on the, if we start 0 and 6,
0 and 7, like, then it's.
Still have hope.
No return.
That would be tough.
Stranger things have happened.
Yeah.
And also, here's some good thing is my picky.
team, I think like two years in a row has made the playoffs.
Yeah.
Starting O and two.
They always have to start O and two.
Yeah.
So what if this is the year?
Honestly.
Yeah.
Like next game, the offense could look great and things turn around.
I'm just hoping that's the case.
Yeah.
Memes, you have one last question?
For the Pinky team, has anyone ever started Owen three and made a run?
I think the Texans the first year did.
Did they not?
That Texans year with Arian and JJ W.
They were Owen.
I know they're
obviously their own too
But I think they might have lost
The third game
Have you ever picked anyone's team
That's from the podcast?
No
Would I be involved in the
Yes you can cut it off
Absolutely
You can absolutely cut it off
Perfect
Or nod off
You want a nod off
Like eat it?
Yeah
Let's let's work
Let's win a game first
Yeah
No
No no
Can I like fucking hope
Yeah
No no no
What the fuck is up
You're done
You're done
You're done
Let him hope
Max is...
Let him dream about biting Big Cat's pinky off.
Yeah.
It's mean what you're doing right now.
Come on, Max.
Max loves to just...
Yeah, he does.
Kick me long down.
Yeah, Hank's making the noises.
He fucking hates the charges.
Yeah.
I picked the charges.
I picked the Chargers to go to the Super Bowl.
You do hate the Chargers, Max.
But why?
I guess I did.
Well, I'm just being realistic.
Herbert was my MVP.
You hate the Chargers.
Same.
Has anybody...
Has anybody...
I don't know.
Wait, no, you said he was your least valuable player.
You weren't listening, Max.
I am.
I'm looking at the charger schedule.
I'm trying to figure out how they get back in this,
and I just don't see it.
The 2018 Texans, I believe, were my picky team.
They started 0 and 3.
So there you go.
So it's happened.
Shane is Herbert, is he hurt?
That's the next step in the Herbert Apologist Tour.
Is he hurt right now?
The other reason is,
I've been pretty upfront with like Herbert when he sucks or not.
Yeah.
But this game, I don't think.
goes necessarily his.
Okay.
All right.
Thank you, Shane.
Thank you, guys.
All right.
Bolt up.
Bolt up.
Yeah.
We always stay bolted.
Raiders.
Congrats.
Two and O.
This is awesome for Raiders fans.
And Kirk Cousins looked good.
Like I said, he looked better than good than last week.
Max Crosby continues to be an absolute beast.
Also, Kirk Cousins didn't have a run game today.
And Brock Power still hasn't played.
And he's coming back?
Yeah.
They're adding him back in a little bit, like a couple weeks, I think.
The Raiders, man.
I don't know.
Two and O is, it could end nowhere,
but like Raiders fans should cherish this moment.
And two and O is such an awesome feeling to be like,
oh, we're two and a,
like that's such a cool feeling.
You got to start looking at the odds,
like what percentage of two and O teams make the playoffs.
Yeah.
Start thinking about all that stuff.
And it seems like you have a very, very smart head coach.
Kirk Cousins looks like he's taken.
He looks like a 37-year-old out there.
Yeah, it looks great.
So good for the Raiders.
Good for the Raiders.
I mean, they have a tough schedule as well coming up, but it doesn't matter because
your 2-0.
2-0 buys you till at least like mid-October because like, oh, what, you're 2 and 3?
You're still alive, you know?
It gives you a nice wiggle room for the whole thing.
Okay.
A couple more games.
And we'll get to these quick.
And then we'll get to Cowboys Commanders.
Seahawks 31 Cardinal 7.
Jackson Smith and Jigba is awesome.
no, duh.
Nine, nine for 155 and three touchdowns.
The offense basically was like, get into a situation where we need JSN, find JSA.
And they did that.
And the Seahawks defense, the Cardinals were so overmatched.
So they actually had one good, they had a classic Jacoby Berset, like good drive to start.
After that drive for the final three quarters of the game, the Cardinals got had,
75 total yards.
And if you take out the garbage time,
they had 24 yards in garbage time.
So even actually had less.
They had 51 total yards
from the second quarter on
excluding garbage time.
The Seahawks defense suffocated them.
They allowed 39 yards on 14 carries
and they had 18 QB pressures.
They just dominated.
That was not a fair fight.
They're a very, very good team still.
Drew Locke is, I love Drew Locke.
I don't know what it is about him.
He might be my favorite backup quarterback.
in the NFL right now.
Dude, because he's not a backup quarterback, but he's not.
There's some guys that are backup quarterbacks.
Right.
And the fact that Drew Locke has stuck around being essentially a starter in a backup role.
Correct.
He does not have that same mentality that most of the backups have.
It's a testament to just how good he can be at his highs.
And now there will be lows.
Oh, yes.
There will be lows with Drew Locke.
But he is never going to doubt confidence in himself.
He's going to go out there, keep slinging it.
And when you have JSN, he can do it.
He can push the ball down field like that.
I think until the last minute of this game,
JASN had all of the Seahawks touchdowns this year.
And then I think they scored one rushing touchdown with a minute left in the game today.
But just as dominant as he's ever been.
And yeah, I fucking love watching Drew Lach sling the pill.
Yeah, it's very fun.
Seahawks have won 12 straight games.
So 12 straight games, they're just really, really good.
And they can wait until they're good enough that,
Sam Darnold doesn't have to rush back
because their defense can beat
just about anyone.
So we had talked about these Cardinals
jerseys when we first saw them this offseason.
I actually thought they looked pretty good.
They did.
And it's mainly because you couldn't like zoom in
and see the like splatter
on them. But it was a good cream
colored helmet. Yeah. Good logo.
I agree. Seahawks good.
Cardinals, not good.
Yep.
Cardinals, good vibes from week one.
Turns out Chargers might be really bad.
I mean, there's just a different.
and skill level and everything between the C.
Like, this is why Jacoby Percette, he's,
Jacob Percette did the classic Jacoby percent by winning the first game
and having everyone think, oh, this is actually going to be a functional offense.
Oh, this is going to be good.
And it's not.
All right.
Second last game.
I'm going to do this one real quick unless you have something else.
Niners 35, Dolphins 13.
The 49ers first five possessions.
12 plays 59 yards touchdown.
Eight plays 71 yards touchdown.
four plays 65 yards touchdown eight plays 71 yards touchdown two years two plays 28 yards touchdown first five possessions five touchdowns game over thank you for coming out dolphins yeah i just have one fun fact from this game um the dolphins completed a quarterback sneak up the middle in this game that was the first time that the dolphins did that since week two of 2022 oh that's the two a stat yeah so it's been uh it has to be four years since the dolphins had run
on a successful quarterback sneak.
Is that when, is it, do you, like, can finally move on when you get rid of all the bad
two of stats?
I think that might be the last one.
That's like, hey, we can finally walk away from this.
The dolphins are the worst team in the NFL, in my opinion.
Yeah.
The fact that, that they were given as the get right game for the, the Niners getting back from
Australia.
Yeah, no jet lag.
Got the shit kicked out of them.
No, if the Rams lose this game on Monday night football, Sean McVeigh is going to look like
the biggest dummy when it comes to the trying to time travel because the Niners did not look back
like no no jet lag I thought that they would I mean I didn't think that they'd lose the dolphins but
they came out and played perfect they played Brock Pretty was 20 for 22 yeah I was shocked I was
shocked at how good they look considering how much time they had just spent overseas yeah and
and by the way George Kittle back beast and the last that I had was uh Christian McCaffrey is now
only the third player all time to have 50 plus touchdowns
with two different teams.
That's a pretty cool stat.
That's very cool.
So it's him, Marshall Falk, Randy Moss.
I thought Jerome Bettis would be on there.
People forget he played for the Rams.
He was a ram.
He was a rookie season.
Yeah.
I think he was also rookie the year.
Yeah.
Well, people forget that.
People forget that.
Well, young people forget that.
Okay.
Last game.
Not that young.
Cowboys 37 commanders 20.
Yep.
PFT?
Yeah, it happened again.
Yeah.
The elbow thing happened again.
Before the injury happened, I'll just talk about the first half real quick.
Two really bad defenses going at it with each other.
Commander's probably worse than the Cowboys.
But I thought Jaden looked pretty good using the wheels, throwing the ball downfield pretty effectively.
I was feeling good about things.
I was like, at least this is going to be an exciting game.
At least we're going to get to see probably a shootout.
Jaden looks like he's back to his old self
and I didn't know how right I was
that Jaden looked like he was back to his old self
because then at the end of the first half
commanders are going in
we decide to go for it at the end of the first half
instead of kicking a fuel goal
and Jaden gets stepped on
on the play puts his arm down to brace himself
left hand elbow bent back
and then they just showed that replay
over and over and over and over
and over again.
I don't know how many times.
It felt like you showed it 10 times in the afternoon slate.
So at that point, mentally, I kind of checked out on this game because, yeah, we were still
in it, still had a chance to win or at least make it competitive.
But if we're being completely honest, at that point, that was kind of the season flashing
before my eyes.
I think Jaden is probably, I don't know, they're going to do MRIs and stuff.
But it's probably going to keep happening.
his elbow is probably going to keep
falling off
every time he goes to the ground
or tries to brace himself from falling
unless he gets the surgery
and then he wears a brace afterwards
because this wasn't even that hard
and he just put his arm down to kind of prop himself up
and it snapped back
and yeah it was
it was bad
what do they say how long it's going to be
so probably if it's like it was last year
he heard it against the Seahawks
in the game that he was
should not have been in.
And then he was all good to go four weeks after that, probably rushed it back and immediately
re-injured it against the Vikings.
Is he going to have to get surgery this time?
That's what I'm saying is like he might try to play through it.
And if he does play through it, he better wear the brace the entire time.
And even if that happens, I'm just convinced that every time he gets tackled his elbow.
And there's a lot of bad tape of me specifically before the draft talking about how his elbow
looked great.
Oh.
Like before he even became.
Because remember that one picture of it like.
It was like his right elbow that looked weird.
But yeah, it was it was gruesome to watch.
It sucked.
I'm thinking that I don't want to, no, I don't want to say that.
What?
Say it.
I'm just worried that the guy's body isn't made for tackle football.
For the NFL.
College football, maybe.
And he was so good in the first half.
Like, he was back to his old self.
He was having a great game.
And the defense was letting him down.
but at some point you have to be able to get tackled
and not have your elbow
look like it's completely disjointed from the human body.
Yeah.
So I hope that he gets the surgery.
I hope it gets fixed.
And then if you has to wear a brace,
then I'll be okay with that.
Because you can't call it a freak injury anymore.
Right.
A freak injury doesn't happen three times
in the span of like seven months.
Now, Drew Breeze apparently had the same thing happen to him.
I forgot about this.
Drew Breeze dislocated his elbow at the point.
Roble.
Ooh.
Yeah.
And then that was like 2008 and he came back, had a really good career after that.
So that kind of thing can't happen.
But he didn't dislocate his elbow three times because at that point it's just, you know,
with Jaden, it's going to keep happening unless he gets the surgery.
So I'm thinking get the surgery, get back 100%.
And some people are met at Dan Quinn for putting him in danger by like having him go out there
and run that play.
If you truly think that, you are a loser.
and like that's that's ridiculous right to be like oh well dan quinn shouldn't have been going for it at the
end of the half no that he put his quarterback in danger no he put his quarter he was going for to try to
try to score touchdown he fell down like he got stepped on and fell down you can't say and even if he wasn't
a step on and fall down you're playing football you're trying to win the game you can't start yeah
you can't start like coaching being like well he could get injured on this play yeah you can't do that
you can't do that so that's that's a terrible like some people i think are just trying to like be the
first to have that take.
Right.
That's a ridiculous thing.
I'd agree with that.
Tom Brady hit me with a shit.
Oh, shit, when he saw it.
Yep.
And then he hit me with a piss.
When you talked about a piss missile later.
Yep.
Tom with a vulgar potty mouth on the air.
Didn't really appreciate that for the kids out there.
It was, it sucked.
It sucked.
It sucked seeing Jane get hurt again.
And I was saying this on the stream.
There's only like six.
I'll put it, put this way.
there's like eight teams in the NFL that you should that their their fans are are sane to root for
and outside of those eight teams you're going to get shit on you're going to have a little bit
of hope at the start of every year and you're going to be like oh well we finally found a reason
why we can turn this around we can become one of those eight teams that has a chance and then
it never works out for those eight teams it just it just crashes down you will never break in
to that club that's at the top
where unless you're a fan of those eight teams
being a football fan
and an NFL fan
is a miserable experience
marked by periods of joy and hope
that just exists so that they can crush you again
they make you think you're going to get to the top
and then you get something really, really cool
and a great player that could turn everything around
and then it just gets taken away from you
and you never get there.
But if you're fan of those eight teams, football is great.
But if you're not, you just think,
oh, I'm up next.
I'm going to be in that group eight.
It'll be me.
My suffering's over.
Yeah, it's...
And it's never going to happen.
It sucks.
That's the thing about football.
It's never going to happen.
No, you look at the Chiefs tonight.
It's like, Mahomes is out for a year and then he's just back.
Being a Chiefs fan's awesome.
He's just all the way back.
And then I got Jade and I was like, I'm going to be the Chiefs.
I'm not going to be the Chiefs.
It'll never happen.
Yeah.
But I thought I was almost the Chiefs.
Maybe he's...
maybe he's going to be, I mean, it's not, it's not a throwing shoulder elbow.
What are you guys saying comes back first?
It seems like Caleb.
I don't, I'm also under the impression, like, everything I've said on this podcast
today could just be completely irrelevant and like washed away if tomorrow I wake up
and they're like, Caleb, Torres, hamstring, he's out for the season.
I'm more, I'm in a different spot than PFT in the fact that I thought it was Achilles.
So anything less than Achilles, I was like, okay, we could deal.
with this. PFT knows what
this is. It happened. And it's
happened before where it's like I had
the reverse where it's like I thought of the
absolute worse and then a minute they said that it's not
the absolute worse. It's like oh my God, we're fine.
Jaden is, my guess
is he's going to push to come back in like
four or five weeks. Let's see what the schedule is and how that shakes out.
But hey, to answer your question, I
without knowing because tomorrow again could be
I am, I will be disappointed if, I'll be very, very upset if Caleb misses, I'm expecting right now for him to miss four to six weeks.
If he misses more than four to six weeks, I'm going to be like, well, that's the season.
Four to six weeks, I've put in my head, I've done the calculations, I think the Bears could still make the playoffs if he misses four to six weeks and Tyson Bayesian treads water.
Max.
Do you want him to come back in five weeks?
You're talking about Jaden?
it depends
on
it depends on if his elbow is going to dislocate again
correct yeah
it seems like he needs to get this surgery
it seems like he needs to get this taken care of
will surgery fix it forever
it should yeah so what happens is
like do you think that the commanders are going to be contenders
no
like I feel like the only way that they would be contenders
is if he was their starting quarterback and healthy
that's what I'm saying
and the fact that he won't be for the next
five weeks, no.
It seems like he should just get the surgery
on this year. But it's so early
for me to give up mentally on a season.
Shane isn't, hasn't he?
I know, I'm just trying to help you guys.
No, I mean, the fact that the matter is
maybe I shouldn't ever have any expectations
for my team. I think I'm just going to go back
to just being a hater.
But no, I don't think it's, maybe
that should be my lane. He gets the surgery,
he gets it fully healed.
Yeah. It's not his throwing shoulder
or throwing elbow.
He comes back next year at actually 100%.
Because he hasn't been at 100%
these past
this past year in a hole.
I'll say this.
He was 100% to start the game today.
He played really well in the first half.
He looked great.
He looked like his old self.
And it was so much fun to watch.
But that's the only way, given that how bad this defense is,
that's the only way that we're going to be able to win any games.
Mariotta is a good backup quarterback.
But we're not going to win.
win any games because of them. We might be able to beat maybe the Titans with Marriota. But yeah,
if this team was going to win games with that defense, it was going to be because Jaden Daniels was out
there being special. And I don't think that that's going to happen. And so yeah, I think what needs
to happen with the guy is somebody needs to send him down and be like, you have to get the surgery
as much for you as for everybody that's at home watching these games because I don't want to watch
Jaden's elbow dislocate 10 times on a Sunday every time that he plays.
That seems like a pretty miserable experience for him too.
I got a question.
Yeah.
Roeback question.
R-H-B-A-C-K.com promo code take 20% off your first purchase, Q-Zips, Polos, hoodies,

com promo code take.
What was that?
I also have a rowback.
Oh, no.
I just, you just popped that in.
Oh, no.
What?
Why?
This is messed up.
I had no. Wait, hold on.
Hold on. Max. Hold on.
This isn't me, honestly.
PFT. Max, I had. Jerry, back me up. I had nothing to do with this.
This is messed up. What?
Who said you? Who texted you?
Jerry texted us five times and we didn't answer him until we got in a hiser.
Who texted it?
You're disgusting. Who do he text?
Me Max and memes.
I'll tell you who texted them. Mr. Bingbon texted them.
That's who texted them. It's disgusting, Jerry.
Hey guys, it's only fair.
You always text me and say you got Mr. Bing Bong needs to talk to Hank.
Mr. Bing Bong needs to talk to Max.
The man's injured.
Oh, Jerry.
Jerry, Jerry, you're responsible.
You're just as much at fault as anybody.
Jerry, was that your dog in the background?
Did you go a full day without losing your dogs?
I lost my dogs.
What Big Cat is talking about is my dog's one of them got out and the cops.
Yeah.
The cops brought him back.
Come here. Come on.
Be quiet or else I have to put you away.
Seriously, because daddy's working.
He lost one of his dogs yesterday.
Do you have an electric shock call around that thing?
No, I don't do that.
I got one once.
Jerry's shocking his dogs right now.
Yeah.
No, that's not true.
That's not true.
No, but Mr. Bingbong just wanted to talk to you guys.
Hey, fellas, how was your Sunday?
What'd you get up to this Sunday, boys?
How was it?
Mr. Bingham wants to know.
It wasn't great, Jerry.
It was bad, Jerry.
It was a bad Sunday, Jerry.
It was a bad Sunday.
Yeah, well, you know, Mr. Bingbong just had a couple of questions and some statements that he maybe wanted to say to a big cat and PFT if that's okay.
I mean, Mr. Bingbong is always around for Max and Maxi and especially Hank and Hanky.
I just don't think injuries are something to laugh about Mr. Bing Bong.
Mr. Bingbong was a basketball guy.
Yeah, well, Mr. Bingbong is everywhere.
I mean, a couple questions.
You know, it's funny.
I was watching my one quarter of football today.
I was sat down and I got my one quarter and I'm flipping around.
And I flip over to PFT's game and I see Marcus Marriota through with the football.
Marcus Mariotta.
And then I flip over the Big Cats game and I see that.
Timelines are.
Bejenta is throwing the football.
Time lines not adding up.
No, it's not.
PFTia? Hey, what do we call? Is it Begenta? How do we pronounce it there?
Tyson Baygent. It's Tyson Bayesian and your timeline doesn't make any sense.
Kilb Williams got hurt like three hours before Jaden Daniels.
No, I'm just saying it like Trico, you know, Terrico. Yeah, I love that accent. He's good.
He's a professional. Hey, PFT, PFT, Mr. Bing Bong here. It's really sad. It's really sad about your, uh, no, it's
I wrote some notes.
I had to.
It's really, I had so much fun
doing it.
I had so much fun doing it.
Hey, yeah, PFP, it's so sad
about your quarterback, and it's
crazy, too. I mean, you know,
looking at that elbow injury, I would have
thought his elbow was a lot stronger,
carrying his mother around on his back
all off-season. Bing-Bong!
On his back, we would be using his elbow.
Yeah.
That's too bad.
And also, hey, Big Ketka,
it's sad.
sad about the Caleb you know it's sad he's gonna have a lot of time on his hands you
maybe not jerry oh your your dogs on your dogs on the table jerry maybe uh maybe uh maybe uh maybe
maybe he'll give him a lot of time to uh paint his fingies in his tutsies he likes to paint
his fingernails it's a little weird i'm just saying it's what little girls do paint his
tutsies oh you know uh hey fellas you know uh calip and jaden they were gonna have rehab you know it's gonna be a lot
of work, you know? It's going to be a lot of work. Unlike the work you all didn't do when you
wrote your book. Everybody else wrote your book. Bing Bang! It didn't know work for it. Even the
audio book. You didn't read nothing. Mr. Big Bang, dude. That's not true. It's for free. It's for free on
Spotify Premium. But please buy it. Um, hey, but you know what, Big Cat, um,
Caleb will be back. You know, Caleb will be back before you know it. Caleb will definitely be back
by opening day in Indiana.
Bingba!
Yeah, that was pretty good.
That was pretty good, yeah.
You know what's crazy?
You know what's crazy?
I was watching it when I was flipping through,
and I saw Caleb just hit the deck.
He just hit the deck harder than Zach does
for one of his five prayers every day
because he's full on Islam, Big Bang!
Zach is full on Islam.
Ashalam al-A-Qum, Zach.
We see you.
We'll keep it.
hands on you. Hey,
um, hey, by the way, Max, I got to
say, uh, you, you were almost in
trouble too, Max. Jalen Hertz
saved your bacon today, right at the
last minute there, that was something. He saved your
bacon. Hey, speaking of bacon, Zach can't
have it anymore because he's full of Islam.
Big Bang!
You don't eat the swine.
Don't think I'm no swine. Bingbang.
Alam al-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-ha-ha.
Hey, um,
the bears and the pauses.
The bosses are great.
The Bears and the Commanders,
it was crazy today.
Just watching both those teams, your teams.
They just got the rug pulled out from right under them.
Just like the rug that's because the prey on fire tongues of the day,
but he hears the war.
Sleepy, Zach, sleep a cell.
Bing-bang.
Those are good.
Those are money.
Zach, Zach, Zach, I got to say, Zach, Zach,
Zach, you also, you also had a rough day, too.
The bucks lost to the Browns.
That was crazy.
I took the points.
So I was okay.
But yeah, that was a crazy loss for you.
Also, Zach, the straight of hormone still isn't open.
Big Bang!
Open it up, Zach.
Open the street.
There's no way he knows what that is.
Do you know what that is?
A lot of wheel going through there.
Oh, okay, you got it.
You got it.
My bad.
Jerry.
Where did you get a Jane and Daniels jersey?
Why are you, yeah.
That was from last year, remember?
When he drafted Jaden?
Yeah, and you cursed him.
It's been bad since then.
It's true.
Everything.
Everything, Jerry.
Not, no, I was about to say there hasn't been a single good game.
There's basically been no good game since you, you went on this podcast and you said he's going to break all records.
All records.
Jerry, how did the Jets do you do today?
Jets sort of shit the bed, but guys, we're used to that.
We have no hope.
You have hope from the last couple years.
We have no hope.
So it doesn't matter.
Memes tell them.
We don't even care.
We knew we were using that.
No, memes cared.
He said he was disappointed.
We should have won.
He said he wasn't even mad.
He was disappointed.
We should have won.
Hey, guys,
guys,
this is Mr. Bingbong.
Mr. Bingbons here again.
Big Ketta.
Big Ketta.
The Vikings had incredible.
Mariotta started with Mario.
Big Ketta.
Yeah.
The Vikings had incredible coverage on the Bears today.
You got to admit, that was good coverage.
They did.
And on the Bayer side, Devin Keeney had incredible coverage.
Look her up.
Bingham!
We love Kevin!
Yeah, Max, you blew it.
The city of Philadelphia blew it.
We got Devin, Bing Bong.
Say hello.
Look her up.
Hey, guys.
Devin's great.
Devin's great.
Hey, guys.
Shane also had a tough.
Yeah, he did.
That was crazy.
Shane, that was
that was crazy, Shane.
Oh, and two.
I don't even know what's going on.
It was crazy.
And Herbert, Herbert dropped like six bulls,
which is still not as many as Hank dropped the ball,
but he blew it with Tiffany got off my spree,
you blew it.
He dropped a lot of balls.
Just had to get one in.
Yep, had to get one in.
Never let you forget.
Hey, Hank, this is Jerry here.
more Mr. Bing Bong. How about fucking Trayvion
today? Yes, man. I texted you right away. Did we win Jerry? Oh,
we fucking won, guys. We're own two. No,
two and oh. What, Jerry? What? Come on.
Sorry, sorry, we are two and oh. We're two and oh. Yeah. Why'd you say it that way?
Because I'm just, I really thought we were going to be owned two guys. We are not,
we are exceeding. We are exceeding our projected outcomes. I don't even know how we're winning.
Tonight we won with Kelsey and C.D. Lamb. We did not win. We have Lamar who sort of shit the bed today. I don't even know how we're winning this. And we got to talk about scary Terry and what we're going to do with that because while AJ Brown sits in our IR, we're in big trouble. Hold on a second. I got a couple more of these. Hey, Shane. Oh, no, I already did that joke.
A, PFT and
PFT and Big Cat,
you know, maybe you guys need to
be doing some shopping around, you know?
Maybe you guys should be looking at,
I don't know, Zach Wilson or JJ,
JJ, maybe nine, you know what I'm talking about?
Nine is out there?
Because we all know that Zach wants you to get
Collin'allie Cap'n.
Bingbang!
We know why I'd that.
We know why you want him.
Bingbang.
Yeah.
That's it, guys.
That was great.
We love you.
Now you're going to have to
You have to stay on.
Because you're the worst Wi-Fi of all time.
You have the worst Wi-Fi.
Jerry, we love you.
Before we stop recording, we love you, Jerry.
Great to see you.
And then stay on.
And look after those dogs.
I think one of them got out of here.
Sorry about this Sunday, guys.
Hey, guys, if we can be two and no in fantasy,
you guys can come back from this.
Yeah.
I'm telling you.
Chin up fellas.
Early in the season.
I love that.
Week two is a little bro.
Week two ain't shit.
Yeah.
We two ain't shit.
He's got a little brood.
He's shit.
Yeah.
I love you,
Jerry.
You got a bright future in this league.
Love you guys.
Love you,
Jerry.
That was nice.
That was nice.
That was very nice to Jerry.
Jerry puts a smile on my face.
I appreciate him.
I thought he was coming just to Roach you because he had the Jaden Daniels.
Yeah.
I got to say one last thing.
Florio is on the hot seat for me because he did part of the reason why my mood
change is he went on some of football night in America and said they,
Caleb Williams only has a grade one string.
He's like he thinks it's a grade one strain
So that's a lot of my mood is based on Florio
So Flores on my fucking Nazi PFT
Yeah
I'm sorry, that sucked
Yeah, it sucked
It's bad
I'm reminded of the Washington D.C.
Sports Triangle that I came up with about like
Seven years ago for
Anything nice that we have
In the nation's capital
And it's a superstar and it's a triangle
And you can only pick two of the sides
And the sides are generational talent
healthy and doesn't support a Russian dictator.
And so you can take any two of those, but you can't take all three.
Can't take all three.
And so this is just falling in line, RG4.
So Jane Daniels supports Vladimir Putin?
No, I'm saying he can only pick two.
Right.
So he's not healthy.
He doesn't support Vladimir Putin.
That's one of the legs.
Oh, got it, got it.
He's a generational talent.
And he, as far as I know, he's not in favor of Vladimir Putin and the war in Ukraine.
Right.
I could be wrong.
I have a question for you, PFT.
Yes.
Did you see some of the mean things that Hank was tweeting?
No.
No, I don't follow Hank.
Hank.
I didn't tweet anything mean for the record.
Hank, you immediately started talking about Jaden Daniels.
offensive line saying, is this AI making sure you signal boosted this?
Well, listen.
Listen, listen, listen, listen.
That's a fake clip.
That's a fake clip.
PFT last week introduced me to this world of like editing videos of NFL.
What are you talking about?
Of NF, introduced me of this world of someone online editing videos of NFL footage and making it look really real.
In this case, it was the Patriots.
It looked like it was their full defense.
In fact, it was 10 players.
This one, the video is all of the commander's offensive line,
basically sprinting away from Jane Daniels, screaming, crying, throwing up,
and couldn't give a care in the entire world that he's down and out.
And I just asked the question, is this AI?
Because again, like, I did not catch the Glenn Tapewatch.
I did not notice that.
So my brain is not trained as well to AI.
So I was trying to ask my followers to confirm that this was AI.
And I want to say, I haven't confirmed that yet.
Okay, anyways, so is it?
Is it?
Is it?
Glenn tape watch.
What, is this AI?
Is the video of the Commanders' Offensive Line running away from Jane Daniels on the ground fake?
If you watch the game, which I don't know if you did, you were looking at your phone a lot.
So I don't know if you were actually watching the game when it happened.
But when Jane got hurt, then everybody at that time, Jaden stood up for a second with his team.
then he went back and sat down as his teammates were all going to the locker room because it's
half sign and then at that point the trainers come out got it if there's because if there's one
thing about the team like everybody on the team mariotta looks like he's he's he's he's he's
he's he's sitting there with everybody on the team likes jaden i don't think that there's any problem
at all with the offensive line not liking him they were walking off the field together and then jaden
sat down because he was hurt the rest of the team proceeded to go to the
Lock Group for halftime.
But not Marriota.
It's pretty normal stuff.
Why didn't Marriota?
Kind of sad that you're...
Why didn't Mariotto?
Concerned about this.
I just was curious.
Because Marriota's probably like it
until I have to...
I'm just trying to get better at spotting AI.
That's literally...
It was not...
It was not mean in any way.
I'm just trying to get better at spotting AI.
It seems like...
Mystery solved?
Seems like you were kind of happy.
Yeah.
Listen, Hank...
Look at this...
We like to have fun...
Is this mean?
I would never root for an injury.
How is this mean?
I would never root for an injury.
Me?
look at my reaction to the injury.
I was disgusted.
Horrified.
Then you said people want a early
part of my take drop.
You seem like you were happy.
Yeah, you were happy.
Read my tweet and tell me how that's mean.
Hank Words for Andrews.
Read my tweet.
Read it.
You know what?
Read it.
No, not that one.
Read the part of my take one.
Because again, like, this is where it's like you guys are gas-lighting, trolling,
putting words in my mouth saying that I mean when I am literally on your guys side.
I didn't say that you mean.
I think that there's a part of.
Hank that likes injuries.
That means that I think you were rooting for early release.
Would be the joke there.
No, I was going through my mentions.
And I had so many people being like, oh my God, can't wait for tomorrow's PMT.
Tomorrow's PMT is going to be amazing.
Hank, please push the button.
Hank, please tell Max, push the button.
And I was merely tweeting on your guy's side that you guys, the people that are asking
for that are sick individuals.
And somehow that gets twisted into me being mean.
Well, the AI video.
Like, do you not understand how
you guys are just gaslighted?
No, no, hold on.
The, the AI video was...
Is this AI?
I got fooled by AI on Friday.
Well, no, that wasn't AI.
That wasn't AI. I don't know what it was.
Yeah.
I don't know what this was.
Clearly.
Quiggs is not AI.
Yeah, he's just a guy.
He is a guy.
He is.
No, he's...
He loves an AI robot.
But I didn't see this clip until Hank tweeted.
It's kind of sad that, like, I try to do something funny for the show,
make a new little bit, new little character that breaks down film.
and then that triggers Hank so much
that he has to then retaliate by celebrating injuries.
Show me a celebration, please.
It's kind of sad.
Please.
Oh, that first reply is actually funny.
What is it sir?
They're still running away from Jaden.
Oh, that is funny.
It's actually he's still running.
He's still running guy.
PFT must edit out the teammates willing to stay by him.
Yeah, it's a good bit.
It's good.
It sucks.
It sucks beyond belief.
And I do, I,
sucks.
Not of enjoying it.
Hank,
you,
you,
you were not a lot to talk anymore.
No,
he can't talk.
You can't talk.
Don't pout.
You can talk.
Before the game started.
Before the game started.
Pouting so.
Hank,
stop pouting.
Whatever.
I'll never have your back again,
I guess.
Like, sorry.
That is not having his back.
Telling people that,
telling people,
that is not having,
that is,
that's a troll.
Which I,
we troll.
We hire trolls too.
We know what a troll is.
Saying, quote, treating, that's like quote treating and saying,
everyone please delete this.
No.
Yes.
No, this is a question.
This is a question.
Don't.
I thought that there was 11 people in a video on Friday and I was confused.
And I'm like, fuck.
All I thought about this whole weekend is like,
I can't believe Glenn tape watch got me.
I got to be better.
How can I be better?
Yeah.
Rely on my followers.
Let's do this together.
Is this AI?
Yeah.
And I honestly, you haven't given me a good answer.
What did you find out?
That looks real as fuck still.
Yes, it's very real.
That happened in the game.
But is your point behind this whole charade that you're pulling right now to say that to a certain extent,
the offensive line was happy that Jaden got hurt?
No.
It would be more that they don't care about him being hurt.
I think they extremely care because all their contracts are very much tied into Jaden B.
healthy. I think it's probably fair to say.
They're like everybody on the TV. So they don't care about them as a person. No, they do. I think they
care about financial. No, I think they do. I think it's both. Why not both? Yeah. So, all right.
So mystery. I'll update tomorrow when the podcast is about talk to PFT. This is real.
This is real. Mystery solved. Here's the thing is on Saturday, maybe it was Friday. The Cowboys
put out their posts like promoting this game on Twitter. And the picture that they used to promote the game
was Jaden being hurt from last year.
It's fucked up.
That is fucked up.
I'm putting a curse on the Cowboys.
Oh.
I'm putting a curse.
I haven't figured out how yet.
Are they not going to go to NFC championship game for like 30 years?
Maybe.
I don't know if I can find a curse, like a curse person that's that good.
Mm-hmm.
But I'm going to try, I'm going to do some research, find out the best people to go to.
I'm going to put the Whammy on the Cowboys.
Okay.
And listen, I hope that, I hope Jerry Jones lives a long.
healthy life.
End of sentence.
Okay.
I'm going to find a curse.
The Cowboys look good.
Their offense look good.
What?
Be real shame.
That was a strong giggle from Anchor.
D. FD's a fucking hilarious guy.
What?
Jerry Jones is bad at his job.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So it's good.
I like that Jerry Jones.
You want him.
saying a lot. I like it too, and I'm also, he has no succession plan.
Also, wouldn't the curse be the, it's going to be against the Cowboys? Yeah, I actually don't,
I want Jerry around. Yeah, wouldn't the curse be Jerry Jones lives for another 20 years,
but the Cowboys never get back? Exactly. That's way worse. That's what I'm saying. Yeah, I'm going to
find, I don't know if it's a witch doctor, I don't know if it's a psychic, I'm going to do some deep
research into the most effective types of curses, and I'm going to put a curse on the Dallas Cowboys.
As long as that curse is in effect, they will not win a Super Bowl.
They won't smell a Super Bowl.
And they'll be doomed to be just as miserable as I am.
And that's how you get back at people.
If somebody wrongs you guys, you do the exact same thing, except twice as hard to them.
I'm just, Hank, you're, the two guys you're talking to right now and you do a quote treat is this AI and be like, I was literally asking.
You're happy.
Why can't you just admit that you're
We're trolls, Hank.
We're born of the same troll blood.
We all know what trolling looks like.
We all watch that game together.
Hey, admit you're happy.
You can watch the video of me watching the play.
You can watch the video of me watching the replay.
At no point.
I would like to watch.
At no point did I smile.
Can we find that?
Laughing.
Like, I was horrified.
Max, can you find.
I like a rivalry.
If Jane Daniels never plays football again,
which it seems like he's not going to,
there's no rivalry.
Like, I want him to play.
He can't stay on the field.
Come on.
I know he can't stay on the field.
And that sucks.
You know, I see the thing is you don't truly believe that.
I do.
I want Jay and Daniels to play.
Come on, Hank.
I need to find this.
I want to see Hank's reaction.
And Hank, listen, we are all trolls here.
I get it.
It does seem like you're rooting for injuries.
And I would never do that to you.
And I'm not rooting for injuries at all.
This is going to be extremely.
Yeah, we, he did.
actually react saying he doesn't want to see it.
We were going long anyway, but he did, I do not think he was smiling.
I don't.
But the AI thing, that was clearly a truck.
Yeah, that's true.
Yeah, come on, hang.
Come on.
We're not stupid.
You're gaslighting us.
You're gaslighting us.
At this point you are.
That video was so unbelievable.
I literally was like, this must be AI.
Again, it's like 2026.
The AI is crazy these days.
Look, Big guys laughing really hard.
That's in, that's when I was dying laughing.
In the first half when he wasn't injured, idiot.
I don't.
I'm just watching what they pulled up.
So my big takeaway from this game is, yeah.
Stop watch.
Jaden's probably never going to play football again.
The commanders will never be good.
And it's wizard season.
There you go.
Yep.
Wizards.
We're on to the Wizards.
But now I kind of feel a little bit liberated because at this point, I don't,
I don't have any expectations for football season this year.
So I can rededicate myself to being what I love to do and what I do best.
that's just being a full-time troll.
So,
this is after the injury,
but yeah,
this is when they're showing the replays.
Too many replays.
I'm blocking Hank.
Look fat.
Oh, yeah, no,
Hank's not,
he's that,
he's reacting.
Oh,
uh,
ha ha ha,
zoom in on his face real quick.
Zoom in on his face,
just real quick.
Oh,
Max,
stroke in his nose.
Hank might have
There might have a little bit of a grin back there's a little bit of a grin back there's a little grin
This is insane
Okay let's move on
Let's move on screaming
Cowboys looked awesome
Cowboys look pretty good
Well here's the thing about the Cowboys
George Pickens
Only has one more yard receiving this year than D.K. Metcalfe
Yeah so
Well he had a bad first game quietly
George is not off to a great start right now
and I mean he's a
exceptionally talented guy I just think that
if it goes on given the fact that it's a contract year thing
they have to find a way to get them involved
because if they don't they can lose them
yeah all right that that
that looks like you're screaming horror there Hank
sorry you can't exist
no I
I thought you were reacting fine
the is to say hi it's a troll
and I understand it
somehow
not a troll
Hank is the victim.
Yeah.
His quarterback's super healthy, almost too healthy.
Oh.
Like really healthy.
Now he's coming at you.
No, I'm just saying like...
You're getting in dangerous spots here.
I don't know what it is, but like Hank, you won today.
The Patriots back on in the good graces of the football gods.
Won the hungry dog?
Won the hungry dog pretty much, almost.
And your quarterback is super healthy.
Like really healthy.
We're getting in a dangerous.
should pull up that clip too.
What?
If we're just pulling up gambling cave clips.
What?
Hank being hungry dog.
Yeah, um, I think I can tell this now.
I had big plans for Jaden 2 this year.
I'm not,
I'm not going to get any use out of it, probably ever.
Oh.
Um, what?
I went out, I bought a, uh, one of those giant, like 15 foot tall,
wacky inflatable, uh, wacky air guys.
Like the car dealership guys?
Like the car dealership guys.
And it's a Jaden.
Daniels wacky inflatable
like it's his face
what were you gonna do with it
I was gonna inflate it like
those are big plans
I was gonna inflate it like underneath max
uh how
or put it outside the door like we did
with positivity bunny
that so that's a hundred bucks
I gotta just
when are you gonna a hundred bucks
when are you gonna do that
when are you gonna do that
my big plans for week one
put that out in memorial
to it
uh yeah
for the next time we played against the Eagles
it would be nice to just put it up
yeah
just do it
How was that only $100
bucks?
That's a great deal.
I also got you a Jalen Hertz one.
It's on the way.
Oh, sick.
That's great.
Yeah.
Did they have a Caleb one?
They did not.
The only two that I saw were just
Jailen Hertz.
That's sick.
That can't be true.
The only two I saw.
I didn't look that hard,
but those were the two.
It just happened to be.
Yeah, that's kind of fun.
Yeah.
So, you know,
the best laid plans of mice and men,
as they say.
Last game.
the Colts and Chiefs, Chiefs, we talked about it kind of there for a second.
The Chiefs win in overtime.
I will say I don't really understand what the Colts were doing there in overtime
and the fact that they got, they got like super aggressive with that deep shot,
and then they slowed it down and they got stuck in like the middle ground of,
what are we doing here?
It was almost like LSU last night on Saturday night,
where it's like either score a touchdown or use all the clock and then kick.
a field goal. Do one or the other. Instead, they
rush to get down the field, then went slow
and didn't score a touchdown, kick the field goal, then the she's had enough
time to kick a field goal and win the game. Yeah. So if you've watched any
football since Patrick Mahomes has been in the league, you know what's going to
happen. Don't give him any time. If you don't score a touchdown there
in overtime. If you kick a field goal, you're going to lose that game. If you
get a field goal, there has to be no time left. Yes. You have to
anyone that's watched football. Yeah.
knows that that's how that game ends.
So I was not surprised whatsoever.
And Mahomes, I mean, credits of the Colts,
they did look a lot more qualified than they did in week one.
So maybe the season is not fully over.
That's a tough start to the season to play the Ravens and the Chiefs.
Mahomes, week one, everyone's like,
hey, he passed the test of his knee look good.
The passing is rusty.
Now the passing's back.
The deep ball was there.
The passing's back.
Like he drew for 382 yards tonight.
And he was, they were,
taking shots all over the place.
Travis Kelsey looked like he was young again.
It's just,
Travis Kelsey had 101 yards.
Nine catches.
Chiefs are a problem, man.
They're a problem.
Taylor up in the box,
box of the year.
Showing pointing to the ring finger.
Chiefs are like fully back.
Would you agree, Hank?
Chiefs are fully back.
Oh, yeah.
Like that's not even a,
they're just back to being the Chiefs.
It's not,
they're just going to,
it's probably going to be
the NFC championship,
get in Kansas City.
Yeah. Chiefs are stacked, bills stacked.
Yeah, I mean, I'm looking at their schedule right now.
Chiefs are going to start 5 and O.
They play the dolphins, the Raiders, and the Chargers.
They're going to start 5 and 0.
Raiders might be good.
Raiders could be good.
They're still going to start 5 in a half.
Tough break for the Colts.
Alec Pierce getting hurt.
Yeah.
I don't know what it is, but it doesn't, it didn't look good at all.
It looked like it was not contact.
It was the foot that was hurt from before.
So I hope he's okay.
Because that offense just doesn't.
Without him in the game, it doesn't work.
Nothing works without him.
I mean, Jonathan Taylor runs hard.
Daniel Jones, he had some nice plays.
The Colts showed some life.
They showed some life.
So the season might not be fully over for the Colts,
but the big takeaway is the Chiefs are just all the way,
all the way back.
So the Colts big game next week against the Texans at home.
Loser Leaves Town.
Luser Leaves Town for that game.
Yeah.
And they are going to have a win against the commanders.
That's going to be overseas.
great, good.
You might win that game.
Yeah, weird things happen overseas.
You know what I actually think?
Mariotta, good backup quarterback, start the kid from Rutgers.
Yeah.
Can lick Mianus?
Yeah.
Come look my anis.
Start that guy.
Yeah.
Why not?
He's got a little Kirk cousins in them.
Why not?
See what's going on there.
Give him a start.
Okay, boys.

Hank finishes off.
Who's back of the week?
NASCAR fights.
Yeah.
Really good.
Ryan Blaney.
What's...
Carson,
Hokevar.
Yep.
Yeah, you know it.
Kind of soft punches.
Like they looked like they didn't stick too hard,
but it was just a classic.
They got in a wreck,
and then they met in the infield
and just duked it out a little bit.
Yeah.
NASCAR, whenever they get into actual fights with each other,
they didn't really throw any punches back.
Yeah.
They just kind of ate a couple of.
They kind of remind me of like,
you ever see those bicyclists
that fight against each other?
And they do like try to do spinning back fists,
and it's just like the softest fight ever.
Mm-hmm.
I believe that if these NASCAR
drivers got into a fight in a bar, it would look like a fight with like punches and some violence.
But for some reason, when they're in their like onesie, I never really, it's never really
threatening. One of these is a good punch. Yeah. Like if we saw this punch in a NBA game,
like it would be a big deal or like a benches clearing brawl. Like you don't see this and
No, they go for it. They always let them punch like a couple times and then they look at that.
That's like a serious punch.
That was good.
Good, good who's back, Hank.
Yeah, and the water dogs.
Yeah, and the water dogs.
Congrats.
Fuck yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So back.
We're so back.
Hang the banner.
We actually should.
Yeah, no, yes.
100%.
A banner for ourselves.
Yeah.
100%.
Like owners of the year.
Yeah.
Okay.
PFT.
Yeah, I mean, I was going to say, talk about the water dogs.
And then who's back is just, just the RG4 talk.
a lot of that
why it would happen
a lot of
RG4 talk out there
I can't
I never
I never thought
Hank would be a root for injuries guy
I'm not
it's sad to see
I don't know
I'll say this about Hank
I do not think he's a root
for injuries guy
I think he's a make a joke
after an injury guy
which that's not true either
okay
okay yeah
I didn't say anything
about Caleb Williams
or Jane Daniels
none of this happened
I didn't say anything
about
the injury. I did ask
a question about the
lineman.
Yeah. Not caring about the injury.
I think they did care.
Also, who's back is just
it being the 21st of September.
Great song. Happy birthday, Danny Conrad.
I'm going to listen to that tomorrow morning
and it's going to put a smile on my face because
it's a great song.
Everything's going to be okay.
Yeah. We'll be okay.
What is the actual weeks that they're going to say?
Like, what do you, if he doesn't
surgery. It was out four weeks? Four weeks.
All right. So that's not terrible. They'll come back and it'll pop out again.
But four weeks isn't terrible.
You know what? I've moved on. That's what I'm hoping for.
I moved on. I've moved on this season to just, we're entering, we're shifting into full-time
troll mode. Okay. What? I have one question for you, PFT. Yes. Max.
I don't know this. These are reports that were told to me. Yeah. So this is a serious question.
Yes. No. No, that's part-time. Oh, shit. Yeah. He's going full-time. Full-time.
Maybe if you had just like, you went full-time troll mode last year and then you never got out of it, even when Jane Daniels was healthy.
And that's where I think you messed up.
Oh.
What do you mean?
Fair point.
Jane Daniels got hurt last year.
Yeah.
Obviously.
And you then entered full-time troll mode.
You spent all your time thinking and talk about Drake May.
I actually don't think that never went away, even though Jane Daniels was healthy this year.
And that might have like your priorities were in the wrong place.
What do you mean full-time thinking about Drake May?
You made a whole video.
You're talking about Glenn?
Yeah.
You're talking about Glenn?
Yeah.
Sorry for making a funny video that people could laugh at it.
It was really funny.
I'm just saying like if that attention had been more spent on like your team and your quarterback.
You'd still have an elbow.
You think I should have done like a hype video for Jaden.
You used to do that.
Didn't you used to do that?
No, not really.
What?
You did.
His handoffs.
Yeah.
Which were also.
And every week.
Which were also a joke video.
But every week in the playoffs.
playoffs. Yeah, I made two hype videos for the playoffs.
Yeah. That's different.
So your videos, yeah. That's different. That's different. That's the playoffs.
Yeah. I got to say you didn't do that.
But you said you didn't do that point there. Just about
that you didn't leave troll mode.
No, I left. I left troll mode.
Listen, I'm having a tough day today.
But you'll see. I can be way more trolling.
Yeah.
You give the Tebow speech about being a troll.
No, I can, I can step it up. Be careful what you wish for, Hank.
Like, if you want, I will make it my full-time job to troll you.
Okay, yeah, sure.
I can't wait to see what that looks like.
Okay.
Okay.
Can I ask this question now?
Yeah, a sense of purpose.
Again, I, these are reports that were given to me.
I just have one question.
This is serious.
Who's walking around, Haley Max reports?
Where did you watch the first half of the Colts Chiefs game?
Oh, yeah, that was.
He was down bat.
Oh, I was in the bathroom.
Yeah.
For the entire half.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Are you okay?
I had a bad stomach.
Yes.
But you're right.
But was that like a, I couldn't tell if that was like a stomach thing or is like I need to be by myself and watch this game?
No.
I was literally.
Yeah.
So that was actual stomach.
It was a stomach thing.
Yeah.
Okay.
I apologize.
Also I'm poop guy.
Yeah.
You are a poop guy.
Yeah.
No, it wasn't like.
But that was like an hour.
Yeah.
No, it was bad.
Like probably more.
I think maybe.
even more than an hour.
It was the entire,
it was until we started recording from before the Sunday night football game.
Yeah,
it was,
I'll put this way,
I haven't,
I haven't pooped in like two and a half days.
Problem solved.
Oh, okay.
All right,
good.
Finally.
All right.
So that was a good thing that you were in there for that long.
Well,
no,
it wasn't,
I didn't enjoy it.
But you needed to,
but you needed it.
Okay,
good, good.
It had nothing.
Listen,
I,
I've,
I've been through pain and disappointment
enough as a football fan.
I don't need to lock myself into a
bathroom to get over loss.
Okay.
That's strictly just stomach issues.
But you understand the optics of that.
Yes. In fact, like I heard people coming in and out.
I was like, well, they're going to have some questions.
Yeah, yeah.
It's probably about 45 minutes.
Yeah.
All right, my, who's back?
Baseball playoffs getting close.
We're seven days away.
I saw a stat too.
This is a really sad one.
The Pittsburgh Pirates would be in the playoffs if they played
the AL. It is a race in that AL spot. The White Sox should get it. I hope White Sox do get it. They should get it. But I guess there would be a half game out if they were in the AL. But yeah, we're getting the little clinch spot. Max and I are in a fight right now. The Padres, Cubs, and Phillies all one game apart. Fighting for home field. Fighting for home field hard. I guess technically also still fight.
for the playoffs just because the diamond back still remain there lurking.
But yeah, we're, I was a lot more excited for playoff baseball until Alex Bregman got his
face smashed in, which is really, really bad.
So he definitely can't play?
I mean, he can't see his eyes completely, I don't know, maybe if it wasn't broken,
then it's just like a black eye and he'll be okay.
I think he'll be back.
You think so?
I think so.
All right.
All right, good.
So I get positive.
Okay.
I just saw that and I was like, oh my God, he's not going to play for a month.
It looks bad right now.
Because he's so, so important to the Cubs just having any type of chance at anything.
But yeah, I'm excited for playoff baseball if Bregman can play.
And I really, really want to play at Wrigley because Cubs can win it Wrigley.
Can't win anywhere else.
So if the playoffs started right now.
The Cubs would have.
the home playoff game against the Padres.
Okay.
We have the TIEB.
The Cubs have the tiebreaker against the Padres and the Phillies.
So as long as they can just stay at the same record as those two teams, they will get the home playoff game.
I don't know who has the who has your.
We have it over the Padres.
You have it over the Padres.
Right now the Cubs and the Padres are tied and the Phillies are one game back of both of them.
So literally anything.
Do we have the same amount of games left to play, six games?
And who do you play?
We're tough.
We go Brewers Rays.
I think the Rays won't be playing for anything in that.
Yeah, we go.
They play the Yankees.
So it depends what happens in that series.
We go Marlins.
Now they won't be playing for anything.
We go Marlins Red Sox.
I think the Red Sox are completely locked in.
Are they not?
Yeah, they clinched.
Yeah.
But they're like, they can't get to the home playoff, I don't think.
And I don't know if they can go all the way down to the bottom.
I guess they could.
Five and a half games back.
There are four games up on the white.
Sox, they would have to lose all three of their games leading up to the weekend and the
White Sox would have to win all three for the, for the Red Sox to want to play for anything.
So they'll just get their rotation set.
All right.
I would be fun.
I just love a Chicago World Series.
It'd be awesome.
Well, the White Sox have, the White Sox have given up the Central right now.
I know.
They're crumbling.
Listen.
They're so young, I feel like seeing that slip away, that might be tough to bounce back from.
The Cubs are not going to the World Series.
I'll say that.
Their pitching is,
their bullpen is so bad.
But I just,
chipping a chair.
You know what?
Fuck that.
The Cubs could go to the World Series.
Chipping a chair.
Chipp in a chair.
See what happens.
Baseball playoffs is weird.
Just get hot at the right time.
That's all you got to do.
Yep.
You should get hot at the right time.
You never know what can happen.
That's a fact.
That is the playoffs or baseball playoffs are like,
you get a couple,
a couple relievers that are just pitching out of their mind.
Yeah.
You never fucking know.
Bats get hot.
Diamondbacks.
Remember them?
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
All right, Cubs can go to the World Series.
Can the Phillies go to the World Series?
Okay.
I hate the Phillies.
I'm going to watch them.
I'm going to like them.
Actually, I'm not going to promise I'm going to like that.
No, you're not going to like them.
You go that far.
They're so frustrating.
They're so frustrating.
Like, you say get hot at the right time.
They're getting bad at the wrong.
Ugly.
I mean, that's the Cubs bullpen.
Our bullpen sucks too.
We got no one.
Orion Kirkering, the guy who,
blew it last year.
We just sent him down.
Who got sent down on September 19th?
He was like our setup guy last year.
He's been a disaster since July.
He has like a 10 ERA.
They literally just sent him down a week before the playoffs.
Yeah, but that's, I mean, Jacob Webb, they,
they won't send him down and they, he probably should.
Yeah, I guess that's better.
Yeah.
But like we, going into the year, we were counting, like, we got nobody.
Yeah.
All right.
Zach, finish us off.
Whatever.
Maya, who's back of the week this week, it's going to be UFC 331,
because did you guys see the fighter Alonzo Menefield what he was able to fight through?
Uh, yeah.
Disgusting.
First round compound fracture, but fought through the, went the distance.
Bone out of his thumb.
Completely out, almost looked like a molar, like a big tooth.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Isn't that, like, very, very dangerous for infection?
I believe, yeah, I mean, open bone has to be.
Yeah.
Right?
And then he said, no, I'll just finish the fight, and then win by decision.
That was just some real man shit.
Stevenson got knocked out.
One of the fastest in heavyweight history, yeah.
That's what I was saying.
Like, UFC, for a casual like myself, it feels like they don't have any massive, massive
superstars for the future, like young superstars.
You think that's what leads to a lot of these just like quick, just knockouts?
Like, hey, we're not evenly matched.
One of these guys is just going to starch somebody.
Well, Gable Stevenson is just, he's failed like it, everything recently.
Yeah, tough.
He tried to go to the NFL, tried to do WWE, went back to college and lost, and then just got knocked out.
And then did he, he no-showed the ending, right?
Like the, in the middle when they put their hands up.
Yep.
That was a loser move.
No class on that.
Loser move by him.
All right, good show, boys.
We're going to get some good news tomorrow, PFT.
Yeah.
I'm telling you, Florio, if this comes back like a grade two or three in Florida, did you guys see
Floreo's report on Sunday football?
I did not.
He's like, I'm hearing it's a grade one.
So that's like, it completely changed my whole mood.
All right.
Good show, boys.
Numbers?
Eight, five.
Three.
He's not a troll.
Oh, no, 18.
Good.
He's not a troll.
That's nice.
That's touching.
There's a funny guy.
There's also this guy in the UFC who's just a rough and rowdy fighter.
I'm going to take 90.
Look, Shane took off the.
Bancho.
Tuivasa.
Shane's no longer bolted.
Nah.
86.
69.
9.
Didn't eat a lot today.
15, actually.
15 Tebow.
Congrats on the Gators,
Jacob.
You look good.
Thanks.
For real.
Real phony.
Oh.
Oh, no.
Georgia is really good.
Yeah.
Georgia all-time.
Fuck you move
26
What is you guys
Hot
Yeah it's hot
Do you guys see the Georgia
Move?
They were running
Full defensive line drills
During a timeout
And then Kirby said after
He was like
Because our guys weren't getting
Enough work
Yeah Arkansas
That's
That's such a
That's such a
disrespectful move
Yeah
22
32
32
Happy birthday to
Danny Boy Kane
Oh, yeah.
Happy birthday to George R.R. Martin.
Happy birthday to John Tavaris.
Happy birthday to Doug Baldwin, Dwayne Bo, Greg Jennings, John Kittna, Jason Dr. Rulow,
Bill Murray, Hassan Reddick.
Another bad guy.
Hassan Reddick?
Yeah.
Bad guy, retract the birthday wish.
Happy birthday to our good friend and RIP, Tommy Lassorta.
And Danny Conrad
And Danny Conrad
How'd you miss that one?
I think that was the 20th, wasn't it?
Conrad?
No, 21st.
21st?
Okay.
Love you guys.
